- 1:24skip ahead. Two minutes. Two jailed after animal remains found
- 1:29in home. Two Breathett County women are in jail after
- 1:32police say animals were tortured and found decomposing in a
- 1:35Jackson mobile home. It is alleged that on July ninth,
- 1:38twenty twenty six, at approximately six p m. Officer Levins
- 1:42with the Jackson Police Department was contacted by staff from
- 1:46Aspire Appalachia concerning a possible dead animal inside of a
- 1:49residence that was unoccupied with no electricity, with the foul
- 1:53odour coming from inside, located at seventy six Beatyville Road,
- 1:57Lot fourteen in Jackson. Upon arrival of police, it was
- 2:00discovered that a woman had received a malnourished Yorkie from
- 2:03Mackenzie Prater, Aged twenty five of Jackson, and had reported
- 2:07the condition of the dog to Aspire Appalachia. Police then
- 2:10stated they noticed the smell of decomposition coming from the
- 2:14mobile home and made their way into the residence. Once inside,
- 2:17skeletal remains of an animal were found in the living
- 2:20room in a laundry basket, and a decomposing poodle was
- 2:23found lying beside the bath tub and appeared to have
- 2:26bite marks on it from what appeared to be from
- 2:28something trying to eat it. Police then talked with Praterer,
- 2:31who allegedly stated she had left the dogs in the
- 2:33residence because the place she was moving didn't allow dogs.
- 2:37She also stated the electric was supposed to be turned
- 2:39off on the tenth, but that it must have gotten
- 2:41shut off sooner. Police also say that Prater stated she'd
- 2:45seen the dogs four days, but later said it had
- 2:48been two weeks. Later in the day, Officer Levins interviewed
- 2:51Nicole Spicer, aged thirty four, and it was discovered that
- 2:54more remains of animals were at a home in the
- 2:56Riley Branch area. Spicer told police that she and Prater
- 3:01transported the animal remains to the Houston area and threw
- 3:04the dog over the embankment with it wrapped inside of
- 3:07a red blanket. After disposing the evidence, Miss Spicer advised
- 3:11that they then traveled to the McDonald's parking lot to
- 3:13go to sleep. Prayder was arrested and charged with torture
- 3:16of a dog and cat and tampering with physical evidence,
- 3:19while Spicer was arrested and charged with tampering with physical

- 7:22As you observe the American flag burners and those who
- 7:24advocate chaos and anarchy in the streets of America. Patriotic
- 7:28Americans still honor our fallen hero with a twenty one
- 7:31gun salute and the significance of the folding of the
- 7:34American flag as a final honor to our heroic veterans
- 7:37who have made their final roll call. The twenty one
- 7:40gun salute stands for the sum of the numbers in
- 7:42the year seventeen seventy six. The first fold of the
- 7:46flag is a symbol of life. The second fold is
- 7:49a symbol of the belief of eternal life. The third
- 7:52fold is in honor of the veterans who have their
- 7:54lives or a portion of their lives in defense of
- 7:58their country. The fourth fold represents the weaker nature, for
- 8:01as American citizens, we are trusting in the divine guidance
- 8:05of God, who turn to him in time of peace
- 8:07and in times of war for his guidance. The fifth
- 8:10fold is a tribute to our country. May she always
- 8:13be right, but it is still our country, right or wrong.
- 8:17The sixth fold is where people's hearts lie. It is
- 8:20with the heart that the pledge pledge allegiance to the
- 8:22fall to the flag of the United States of America
- 8:25and the Republic, for which it stands one nation under God,
- 8:28indivisible with liberty and justice for all. The seventh fold
- 8:32is a tribute to our armed forces who protect us
- 8:35from our enemies. The eighth fold is a tribute to
- 8:38the one who entered into the valley of the shadow
- 8:40of Death that we might see the light of day.
- 8:43The ninth fold is a tribute to womanhood and mothers
- 8:46who have given their sons and daughters to mold this
- 8:48great country. The tenth fold is a tribute to the Father,
- 8:52for he too has given his sons and daughters in
- 8:55defense of our country. The eleventh fold represents the lower
- 8:58portion of the seal of King David and King Solomon,
- 9:01and glorifies in the Hebrew's eyes the God of Abraham,
- 9:04Isaac and Jacob. The twelfth fold represents an emblem of
- 9:08eternity and glorifies in the Christian's eyes God, the Father,
- 9:12the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The thirteenth fold, or
- 9:15when the flag is completely folded, the stars are uppermost,
- 9:19reminding them of their nation's motto, In God we Trust.
- 9:23After the flag is completely folded and tucked in, it
- 9:25takes on an appearance of a cocked hat ever reminding
- 9:29us of the soldiers who served under General George Washington
- 9:32and his sailors and marines who served under Captain John
- 9:35Paul Jones, and the shipmates in the Armed Forces of
- 9:38the United States preserving our freedom. There are some traditions
- 9:42and ways of doing things that have deep meaning. In
- 9:45the future, you will see flags folded, and now you'll
- 9:47know why and what each fold stands for. This is
- 9:50what the flag should mean to all Americans and should
- 9:53be respected, not burned in the streets and disrespected. KSP
- 9:58announces road check locations. Kentucky State Beliee Post thirteen will

- 10:12the public about the use of seat belts. There are
- 10:15quite a few checkpoints listed, too many for your reader

- 10:27Old Dirt Road by Bobby Thorpe. When it rains. In
- 10:32today's world, when it rains, we tell our children and
- 10:34grandchildren to not be out in the rain or they'll
- 10:37be sick. Back when I was a child, we ran
- 10:39out into the rain. Mom and Dad would catch water
- 10:42in a rain barrel for later use. We would soap
- 10:46off in the rain, and the girls would stand under
- 10:47the house eaves and wash their hair in the rain
- 10:49water using prel We also rode our bikes in the mud,
- 10:54jumped in the puddles, and even played with Tonka toys
- 10:56in the mud piles. At times we would even catch
- 10:58rain drops on our tongues. Occasionally a mud fight would
- 11:01break out and the girls would make mud pies. Rainy
- 11:04red weather would also be so relaxing while sitting on
- 11:08the front porch. There's nothing like hearing the rain falling
- 11:11on an old tin roof. To day, people run for
- 11:14cover when it rains, and you never see any one
- 11:16out in the rain playing any more. Some something as
- 11:19simple as the rain brings back good memories of life
- 11:22on the old dirt road. Next, we have our weekly
- 11:25game of Guess who. I will read the prompt twice
- 11:28once now and once at the end of this recording
- 11:31before giving the answer. Stay tuned until the end to
- 11:34see if you got it right. Guess who I am?

- 18:32is sponsored by Anna N. Morris, Breathatt County School Board
- 18:35District three. So be it by Pastor Naomi how to
- 18:39prosper Part one. Some of George Washington's favorite scriptures were
- 18:44found in Psalm one, and he said, if we don't
- 18:47have this Psalm activated, there will never be a successful America.
- 18:51When he was inaugurated president, he asked the preacher to
- 18:54preach from Solve one because he said, I want this
- 18:57Psalm to be the measure of my life. If you
- 18:59go to Mount Vernon today, the psalm is printed in
- 19:02three different places. If you go to Washington, it is
- 19:05printed in two places. This is a psalm every believer
- 19:09needs to know. In Psalm one, God says, if you
- 19:12will do these three things, whatever you do will prosper.
- 19:15Then he gives a warning. If you don't do these things,
- 19:19you will be hyper unstable. You will be so unstable
- 19:22it will take next to nothing in life to literally
- 19:24blow you away. Psalm one says that blessed is the man.
- 19:29It means happy, it means blessable. Blessed is the man.
- 19:32The Hebrew word esher is here translated blessed, which has
- 19:36the idea of happiness or contentment. Escher is a form
- 19:39of the Hebrew word usher, which in its root means
- 19:42to be straight or to be right. Blessed is the
- 19:45man speaks of the happiness, the blessedness, the contentment in
- 19:49the life of the man or woman who is right
- 19:51or straight with God. The righteous man will be a
- 19:54blessed man, a happy man. Blessed is the man that
- 19:57walketh not in the council of the ungodly, nor stands
- 20:01in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat
- 20:03of the scornful. But his delight is in the law
- 20:06of the law of the Lord. And in his law
- 20:09he meditates day and night. And he shall be like
- 20:12a tree planted by rivers of water that bringeth forth
- 20:15his fruit in his season. His leaf also shall not wither.
- 20:19Whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. If you are saved. This
- 20:24promises for you and me. God said, do these three things.
- 20:28The next verse says, the ungodly are not so in
- 20:32these scriptures. Godly means God's way stuff. Ungodly means we
- 20:36are going to do stuff not God's way. Ungodly not
- 20:39God's way. The ungodly are not so, but are like
- 20:42the chaff which the wind drives away. God says, you
- 20:45are going to be super unstable. Chaff is the dust
- 20:48that is on the kernels of corn. Slightest breeze, and
- 20:51it can get into everything. It takes next to nothing
- 20:54to blow the chaff away. It is unstable. God says,
- 20:58you do these three things, and I promise whatever you
- 21:01do will prosper. If you don't do these three things,
- 21:04it will take next to nothing to blow you away.
- 21:07So the first one is to not walk in the
- 21:08council of the ungodly. Blessed is the man that walketh
- 21:12not in the council of the ungodly. You oversee what
- 21:16counsel you let in your life. Counsel means influence. It
- 21:19is the influence you decide to let in. Are you
- 21:22being influenced by your eyes? Look at this or watch this?
- 21:26Are you being influenced by your ears? Listen to this
- 21:29or that? Who or what did you give your eyes
- 21:32and ears to? This week? Kids often sing this little
- 21:36song in Sunday school. Oh be careful, little ears, what
- 21:39you see, little ears, what you hear, et cetera. Do
- 21:42not give in to the influence the counsel of the
- 21:45not God's way stuff. When you give in to the ungodly,
- 21:49you will be super unstable. We watch things on TV
- 21:52and say I wish they wouldn't do that or say that,
- 21:54et cetera. Know what you're doing. We've given them our
- 21:57eyes and ears. Then we wonder why Psalm one is
- 22:00not activated. We watch TV that exalts everything our Bible
- 22:03stands against. We put our eyes and ears where they
- 22:06don't belong. Do not walk in the influence of the
- 22:09council of the ungodly, not God's way stuff. Amen, so
- 22:14be it. Here's this week's horoscopes aries March twenty first
- 22:18through April twentieth. This week, you may feel more rooted
- 22:21in the past than the present aries. Feeling nostalgic for
- 22:25old times, including the people and places of your past,
- 22:27is healthy. Taurus April twenty first to May twenty first.
- 22:32People move in and out of your social circle. It's
- 22:35a natural transition that everyone experiences. Embrace opportunities to meet
- 22:39new and interesting people. Gemini. May twenty second through June
- 22:43twenty first. Gemini. If you take a trip down memory
- 22:46lane at some point, don't be surprised if family members
- 22:49dominate your thoughts. Think about rekindling a lost relationship. Cancer
- 22:54June twenty second through July twenty second. Cancer. You may
- 22:57run into an old flame over the course of the week.
- 23:00In preparation, be sure to leave the house looking your best.
