- 1:22Now it's time for today's episode of the Adventures of Frank Race, The Adventure
- 1:26of the Nightcrawler. The Adventures of Frank Race starring Paul to Above with Tony
- 1:33Barrett as Mark Donovan. The War changed many things the base of the Earth
- 1:46and the people on it. Before the war, Frank Race worked as an
- 1:49attorney, but he traded his law books for the Cloak and Dagger of the
- 1:53Oss. And when it was over, his former life was over too.
- 1:57Adventure had become his business. The adventures are Frank Race, and now we
- 2:19joined Frank Race, while the Adventure of the Nightcrawler. The telephone is a
- 2:28wonderful invention. It can get your company when you're lonely, and food when
- 2:31you're lazy. I was staring at the instrument fondly, mulling a list of
- 2:36young ladies I might invite for dinner, and dreaming of the delicacies my favorite
- 2:39caterer could whip up on the spur of the moments. But instead of waiting
- 2:44for me, the telephone acted on its own, reminding me of one of
- 2:47its less pleasant functions. It can call it for work. I was going
- 2:52to ignore it, but it's hard to ignore things when Mark Donovan is around.
- 2:54Well, ain't you going to answer the thing? My instinct tells me
- 2:59to skip it. Well, maybe your instinct is gonna louse you up.
- 3:01I suppose that is one of the babes you was going to call, and
- 3:05she thinks you're weighing around and called somebody else. You got a point,
- 3:07Marcus, Hello, ter, Yes, Charter, I've sent somebody over to
- 3:14see you should be there in a minute. Insurance case. No, no,
- 3:15just a legal line of mine. It has to do with mass murder,
- 3:20mass murder. Listen, Charter. If this is another screwy assignment like
- 3:23the last one, race, yes, give you a sense of humor at
- 3:28handy. You may need it so long. Oh great, that wasn't funny,
- 3:34of thanks, no work. I guess we don't date tonight. What
- 3:38do you mean we don't. I am going square dance. Oh that I'd
- 3:43love to see. All right, scoot, but leave the door open.
- 3:46I'm expecting company. Okay. An assignment from Charter Grant may mean almost anything.
- 3:53Sometimes it's just routine. But other times, well I sat there thinking
- 3:58of some of the other times. I thought about them until a man walked
- 4:00into the room, and I knew immediately that this was one of the other
- 4:04times. He was wearing ankle tight pants, a nineteen twelve Models suit with
- 4:09lapels above an inch wide, and a Derby hat. He was also spotting
- 4:13a mustache that prolonged and a barbershop quartet. I looked him over quickly to
- 4:16see if a lighted fuse was sticking out of any of his pockets, because
- 4:18he seemed ready to explode. I tell you, whoever is doing, they
- 4:23have got to find them and make them stop right away before I mount dying.
- 4:27They are like flies me and some of them from some murder whoa slow
- 4:31down? Who are you calls? My name? Hold up crows Mayer,
- 4:35But I will soon change it to mad unless you find some murder us.
- 4:40Oh those banners, whoever they are, I love Crousemeyer murders. After the
- 4:44police, police, police, what do they care? They laugh on me
- 4:47or class Meek alone is killed more than fifty thousand, fifty thousand people.
- 4:51People? No, no, no, no, not people who cares for
- 4:55people? Do I sell people? I'm talking about burns about the night.
- 5:00So Sweets said, Oh you should see did you say work? Yeah?
- 5:02Yeah, that's my business. I sell them music in camps. Oh can't
- 5:08worms for fishing? Yeah yeah you understand. Yeah yeah, but but some
- 5:12some cool blooded we shall kill it till he is wiping them out. Oh,
- 5:16who's fool? Little? I can't excuse me, But how could a
- 5:20little woman it can defend himself. Look, I must be out of my
- 5:24mind, but maybe I can help you. You sell canned worms for fishing,
- 5:28and something's been happening to you have any idea what it is? My
- 5:32partner with me? You have a partner, Yeah, of course his name
- 5:35is Oh. I can't put announce that. He answers card with mine.
- 5:42It's welcome a good Worm Company. Rudolph Cross President. Yeah, Jaber's abenety
- 5:46vice. Yeah, that's him. That's the fellow that. Yeah, that's
- 5:50that. He is my partner. You see if you are both Yankees from
- 5:55the mom Yeah, you understand. I had the delicatessen and I sold it.
- 5:59A point of the voluntis only now when we are shipping out the worms
- 6:02to the sports stores they are getting there. Did did you understand? All?
- 6:08Please? You have to hate them? How could a little boy?
- 6:10All right, Charles are all right? I see by the car that your
- 6:13place of business is on Long Island. I'll come out in the morning and
- 6:15have a look around. The Hookham Good Worm Company turned out to be a
- 6:26group of long low buildings resembling hothouses, with a modern office structure fronting on
- 6:30the road, adjoined by a canning shed and a truck platform. Across the
- 6:34road was a diner and I stepped in there to have my morning coffee.
- 6:39I was about to down the last mouthful and reach to my check, but
- 6:42the hand of the man next to me got their first out by friend.
- 6:45Well, that's very kind of you. But since we've never met, why
- 6:47the treat. I like to make friends and influence people. I'm betting you
- 6:53and I are going to get real friendly so you can influence me. Maybe
- 6:58going across the road, maybe I'll deal with you. As for the coffees,
- 7:03mac right, don't you watch your church? No, keep it well,
- 7:10now that we're outside, what are you selling? Let's call it advice?
- 7:14Race. Oh you know my name, you're one up on me.
- 7:16I'm Buddy Tanner. I worked for Joey Craig, which means you'd break a
- 7:20man's arm for twenty dollars or kill him for a hundred. That's just nasty
- 7:26newspaper prop. Again, you've got Joey all wrong. He loves people,
- 7:31especially you twice had me out to talk to you. Start talking, Joey
- 7:38says, worms of the fish, So that guy'd have to be a poor
- 7:42fish to get mixed up in this thing. And don't nibble. You might
- 7:47get hooked. I might. And on the other hand, I might land
- 7:51a blowfish like you. Here's the dime you put out from my coffee,
- 7:57But I wouldn't give another dime for your chances of keeping your teeth if I
- 8:01see you around here again. I turned my back on him and started across
- 8:05the road. And that was a mistake. In the middle of the highway,
- 8:07I waited for a car to go by, but as it approached,
- 8:11Tanner came up behind me and pushed, and I went scrolling in the road.
- 8:20Did I hit you? No? No, no, a near miss
- 8:24thanks to some very neat driving. Oh you're lucky. I slowed down to
- 8:28turn in here. Didn't that other man push you? Yes, he did
- 8:31well. He ran into the trees on the other side of the road.
- 8:33No need to go after him. Now he'll keep We better get out of
- 8:37the road. That's a good idea. You look, if you want to
- 8:39catch your breath, come into the office. My father's one of the owners.
- 8:43Oh Krausmeyer or Abernaffy. I'm Gloria Abernaffy, And from the looks of
- 8:48you, that's a nice thing to be. I'm Frank Race. If you're
- 8:52a fishing mister Race, this is a good place to get your faint.
- 9:01When we got inside the office, Krausmyer was waiting with all the patients of
- 9:05a man who's been sitting on a hot stove. He was bouncing around like
- 9:09a basketball being dribbled towards the goal. Already they're closing in. You understand,
- 9:15Oh, I should only have back my knife, quiet delicate, But
- 9:20I asked of my life, I would fries malogney and never would of complaining.
- 9:24What's wrong, mister Kraftsmyer, where's my father? Oh? He is
- 9:28in the end at the office with crazy boyfriend that he also played baseball,
- 9:33and how he's talking about Jed Walter and mister Race the polo playing Walter?
- 9:37Yes? Or is mister Kraftmyer calls it baseball on horses? Jed and I
- 9:41are engaged building Yeah, yeah, so if he is such a hot lover
- 9:46boy, he keeps trying to take your fab on me and follow us out
- 9:50with all the poor little baby worm. She wasn't trying to get possession of
- 9:54the building. You know, it's really very funny. Dad took a long
- 9:58term lease, but Jed didn't know what the build we're going to be used
- 10:00for it? You see, he's a sportsman, and he has certain very
- 10:03definite ideas, especially about fishing. I think I know what you mean.
- 10:07He's supposed to worm fishing. Many sportsmen are. That's right, he says.
- 10:11It isn't cricket fisherman should use lures and dry flies. That's his idea
- 10:16of sport. He says. Anybody can get a fish to bite at a
- 10:20word sports sport. It's such a spot. But the poor fish should get
- 10:24pulled me a piece of tin or a piece of painted wood, not flash
- 10:26board, at least if he gets caught with other and he has for the
- 10:30last time something to eat. This goes on all the time, mister Trace.
- 10:35Oh, here they come down. So I thought it over, and
- 10:37there's now years trying to change for mine, barging to bargain. We're staying
- 10:41yourself. Hello darling, Hello, Jed Oh, this is mister race Jed
- 10:46Wall. How are you hello? Right? Coming out to watch me play?
- 10:50Ready? Yeah? Goodbye all. Don't forget the future father in law.
- 10:56Things keep going badly. I may be able to take the buildings anyhow.
- 11:00Bye is follow him, but it's him, but the snake and hate
- 11:05thak you are looking for. Don't talk like an Addie Rodal. Just because
- 11:09he wants the building's back doesn't mean it's killing start. I saw who it's
- 11:13killing them? Then? Who am I? I can't even stay to talk
- 11:16to him. I can't stand talking to you. I'm okay, right,
- 11:18it's my partner hired you, and it's all right with me. If you
- 11:22can find the trouble. If you do, you get paid. If you
- 11:24don't, we don't know. Nothing is the bagging. It's a bargain.
- 11:28I have an ethic, all right. Then take them out and show them
- 11:31through the building Bedrudolf, I'll go with you, but I'm expecting Blake callin.
- 11:35Who's Blake Carlin? And that's a woolf for Reddy? We bye from
- 11:39him. I can't for shipping the world back. I mean you must see
- 11:43them all the other sweetos feeders nicet lit, the worms you ever saw in
- 11:46your own out in the buildings that resembled hearth houses. I was given the
- 11:58load on the breeding of worms. Ultraviolet rays, control temperatures, and other
- 12:03scientific apparatus combined to keep perfect atmospheric conditions. Poppy substance like wood shavings fill
- 12:11the beds, and Rudolph Krausmeyer filled me in on the love life of the
- 12:16speech lowly. You know, at first I did not like the buildings,
- 12:20but when you get to know them, they are so wonderful, all the
- 12:24affection of the go personalities, job just like people you know best. Even
- 12:31who's that done at the end of the row over there? Oh that's mister
- 12:35Nick them a tees and charge of the place. Let's talk to him.
- 12:37Maybe you could, But I tell you something I can't. I cannot understand
- 12:41him. He has the most talkable accents. I'll try it. Hello,
- 12:48you loves cross my eye. What do these worms feed on? Oh?
- 12:52Just a pulp in the bed, that's all. Could they suffocate when packed?
- 12:54Oh? No, the tops the cans have hordes and prayer. I
- 12:58check those two all all over them. They should live for as long as
- 13:01a year after shipping. But they reached the stores dead afraid. That's right.
- 13:05He is a kenn here home full of this door here you would like
- 13:09to go in there? Let as welcomplete the tour. Thanks McDermott. Here's
- 13:11my card. Call me if anything unusual turns up. Checked every load of
- 13:16pomp Oh all right, you finished yours? Back cha? No, let
- 13:20me disturb you. Oh you're not disturbing is I'm Blake Carl and I supplied
- 13:24again, so naturally I'm interested in your an investigation too. Got to keep
- 13:28the customers in business, you know. Well, we've been double checking the
- 13:31air holes and they're all right, yeah, yeah, they hold this.
- 13:33It's all right. But the price is all wrong for the can. They
- 13:37should be cheaper. Okay. We made a five year deal on the cans
- 13:39of gas. We'll pay you. It's the best I can do. If
- 13:43you want out on the contract, I'll let you go. We want out.
- 13:45We do not a bag and to wagon, all right? Any ideas
- 13:48a few I'm going home and study up on the habits of worms. The
- 14:01worms I had in mind with the human type Buddy Tanner and his boss Joey
- 14:05Craig. But like the nightcrawlers of the insect species, they can be found
- 14:09most easily in the late hours of the night. I curled up with a
- 14:11book on insect life to wait for the coming of midnight. When Mark was
- 14:15due to arrive with a car. A few minutes before twelve, the phone
- 14:18rang Hello, three is this is mcdoor forming out of the Hookham? Good
- 14:22world? Copy. Oh yes, mcdemot, I have got jumped to show
- 14:26you can I come up? Where are you? Gosh don on Broadwind or
- 14:28fifty night. That's only three blocks, come on over five minutes, Good
- 14:31boy, goodbye. The five minutes passed and the clock struck midnight. I
- 14:39listened to the beat of it, but there was no sign of McDermott.
- 14:41Another ten minutes past fifteen twenty then the door banged open. Oh oh,
- 14:46I thought it was somebody else, MARKO. I'd been here before, but
- 14:50just aways turned off Broadway at fifty night. You know what happened? You
- 14:52saw a killing? Yeah, yeah, See a guy comes out of Segastos
- 14:56seeing blacks are Dan, pulls up to the cob and goes bang with a
- 15:00sort of shotgun. It jumped the light. In a minute, the street
- 15:01is jammed and the cops come up and at fist. I think it's a
- 15:03gang killer, but it kinds out they'll be just an ordinary joe awaking guy
- 15:07by the name name McDermott. Wait a minute, it couldn't be on a
- 15:13radio yet even how did you know? It was just a poor fish Mark
- 15:16hooked by a nightcrawler, or maybe it was an angle worm, a human
- 15:22worm with an angle. We'll return to the adventures of Frank Race and just
- 15:35about one minute now back to the adventures of Frank Race. You can't get
- 15:52information from a dead man. Mark drove me down to the morgue and I
- 15:56identified mcdermot's spotty. We checked the club thing he'd wore on his keys,
- 16:00A few cents and change in a subway transfer. That was all. Mark
- 16:04said that McDermott had been carrying a small package, but there was no trace
- 16:07of it. Might have been lost in the street, or somebody who wanted
- 16:11it might have picked it up. They went out to the car and headed
- 16:14cross town in all race. If that was some racket here on that slap
- 16:18back, yeah, I wouldn't care. But when it's an ordinary, everyday
- 16:22citizen, you care very much, So do I. A lot of paper
- 16:26mixed up in this, What do you think might have pumped up? This
- 16:30was the work of a professional killer. The weapon points to it, so
- 16:33does the kind of car use. Plus the fact that he was killed on
- 16:36a very busy street corner, even though it was late at night. Wait
- 16:38a minute, that that fits in with a guy who tried to shove you
- 16:41wanted a car buddy, yes, him, or somebody else in Joey Craig's
- 16:45gang. But we want the person who paid to have the job done.
- 16:48But the only guy which can tell you that is a guy who pulled a
- 16:52trader. Right, So my plans for the evening haven't changed any Dropped me
- 16:56off at the Underground Club. Oh, brother, we're really getting into something.
- 16:59Look that place is always jammed with torpedoes and mobsters and act and wait,
- 17:03wait, wait, await, what do you mean drop you off?
- 17:06I mean you're not coming in with me? Are you off? You want
- 17:07them to make a play and they may not if there are two of us.
- 17:11I have something else for you to do. Find Charter Grant, get
- 17:14him out of bed if necessary, Ask him to brief you under the details
- 17:17of the partnership between Rudolph Krausmeyer and Jabe's Abernethy. He's the returning Oh that's
- 17:22fine. Then want a white doll. Go back to the morgue and wait
- 17:23till they put you on a Yet you slab next to mcgunn. Oh,
- 17:26I'll be all right, Marcus. Go back to the apartment and wait for
- 17:29me. If I don't show by morning, call police. Headquarters and ask
- 17:32them to play Button Button with Buddy Tanner and Joey Craig. Okay, you
- 17:36say so, I'll take it to the Underground Club. I hope you don't
- 17:40become appointmanent member. The Underground Club an expensive atmosphere that almost bordered on good
- 17:51taste, but it missed. Most of the patrons belonged to the group who
- 17:53had a lot of trouble explaining their earnings. When March fifteenth rolls around,
- 17:57others who came there were only slumming looking over the bad boys. Among those
- 18:03who may or may not have been slumming were a couple of new acquaintances.
- 18:07They hailed me, Race over here, Race at the end of the bar.
- 18:11Oh hello, come, I have a drink. What are you doing
- 18:15here? Gloria ted seeing how the other half lives? Everything else, duben
- 18:21a cocktail. I recommend being lucky you having a long I have sent business
- 18:25to attend to, and Glory girl here wants to stay and watch the gangster
- 18:29here to take over? Is my escort. Race just stay here alone if
- 18:32you don't. She's a very determined woman. I have a little business myself
- 18:36with the gentleman at the corner table. Oh, Joey Craig. Yes,
- 18:40Joey Craig. Well that's the same man you just did business with, Darling.
- 18:42Why I had a gambling debt to pay. Well, I'm going,
- 18:48Oh wait here for Ris good night. Don't grow old waiting, baby.
- 18:52My business may take quite some time, or I may leave suddenly. Oh
- 18:57how interesting. I'll be right here, so'd yourself. Hello, Joey.
- 19:07When I'm sitting at a table race and somebody comes up and joins me without
- 19:11being invited, I always figure it's a pretty stupid guy. Why because I
- 19:15might resent the intrusion the hard way. You did that once before, two
- 19:19years ago, and I had to break your pretty nose. You lost face
- 19:23with your boys. But quite a while. What do you want? You
- 19:27mean? Who do I want? One of your boys? Buddy Tanner,
- 19:30he tried to kill me. Very inefficient. I'll cut his salary. He
- 19:33was efficient enough a few hours ago when he killed a workman named McDermott.
- 19:37Where is he, Joey? And right behind you? Turn around, there's
- 19:40a gun in your back. Get up and walk out the side door.
- 19:42Yeah, raced in the alley. We're having a party just for you.
- 19:48Get going, all right? Tanna, let's go to work. Oh no,
- 20:10Race, don't touch your head. You're pretty badly cut off. Oh
- 20:14they were pistol whipping me. I get away. When I saw them force
- 20:17your outside, I called the police, scared them off. I was able
- 20:21to get you into my car and bring you home. You probably saved my
- 20:23life. Well, I think that might be a fair estimate, even if
- 20:29you did tear me down at the bar Real house present. He's all right
- 20:33now, Dad, thanks to your daughter. She thinks fast. It's a
- 20:36long line of wheel happeners. Got the thing fast, Race, there's a
- 20:38print of yours outside. You want to see him, Mark Donovan, Yeah,
- 20:41have him come in. Holy look at you? I know it.
- 20:48I need get you. What did you find out? Mark? You all
- 20:52right? Yeah? Not plenty? Look do you know that there is though
- 20:56in that wine business? They grossed about a quarter of a million last dollars.
- 21:00That is not woims. How about the partnership agreement? Oh it's a
- 21:03that that crows my character. He put up the door, say Ebenett,
- 21:07he had the idea how much he saw this dell like a pessant. But
- 21:11look at it. He's the kicker. They been added almost five years,
- 21:14and at the end of five years to be the one ain't happy. He
- 21:17can buy the other guy out from fifty gees and if the business start paying
- 21:21off, one of them might be unhappy. Hand me my clothes. Bid
- 21:23a minute, What do you think you're going to make somebody unhappy? But
- 21:33don't you understand I don't want to sell my business out. I love the
- 21:37one. If it's like the contract it's got yet two more months, you'll
- 21:41be on of it in two months. Anyhow, do as I say,
- 21:44and I might be able to clear this up. Oh this is awful.
- 21:47Look evenly, let's take up under them a cushion to land on, but
- 21:51not me. If it goes to pieces the business, my partner he could
- 21:56start over can without me. That Wolton who plays the bass small and horses.
- 22:00He could range his feelings to somebody else, and even calling with the
- 22:03cans, he could sell them to the salt company. What salt company,
- 22:07Oh, some crazy salt company that puts all the find of salt in the
- 22:11bags. Now they got an idea that they sell it in can so you
- 22:15could shake it right out and not pass out. The fields are shake it
- 22:18all right? Now, do as I say in call Ebenet. Oh,
- 22:22how could I get poliple state Little Devils? I don't know. Hello,
- 22:32this is a hold. I I want you should buy me out right now,
- 22:41track I'll buy, Yeah, but I want to sell now. You
- 22:47don't have to give me the fifty thousand dollars. I take care. Yeah,
- 22:53I think so too, Mama. If you want to get it down,
- 22:59you can never good bye. Oh he's hanging up on me now I
- 23:06am all up. Hey, Hey he said no, he wouldn't do it.
- 23:11Fine, that's all I wanted to know. I'll be seeing you later,
- 23:15Rudolph. So I wouldn't like crossmard at price? All right? What
- 23:26is that pool? It proves it. Aben Ethy is exactly what he seems
- 23:29to be, a solid New Englander who sticks to his bargains and holds other
- 23:33people to theirs. He isn't ruining the business, so he can take it
- 23:36all over here. Turn this next corner. Okay, all right, wait
- 23:41a minute. He underground clubs on his street. Yes, my boy,
- 23:44turned into the alley and go to the back of the place. Ok.
- 23:47You ain't going in there again? I would you'll have bandages on your bandages.
- 23:51Oh, Marcus I'm not going in. We're gonna wait for two gentlemen
- 23:53who are addicted to side doors. When they come, I've got a score
- 23:59to settle. That guy. Race may show up again. If he does,
- 24:10we'll take him in the car and do the job. Right. You
- 24:12bet at the jet package inside? Now, Mark, and this is the
- 24:18way of the madage. You got the right. This is one I wanted
- 24:26up. I quit Race. Who wired you? Nobody? Beauty real Pippin,
- 24:36Thank you, Marcus, my boy. Hi, I'm up and drive
- 24:37him down the police headquarters. Tell the inspector to book them for McDermott's murder.
- 24:41I'm going after the man who hired them. Okay, who was it?
- 24:45I'll know for sure when I find the package McDermott had. It's hidden
- 24:48inside. If I get it, I'll go pick up the third singer for
- 24:52this trio. Oh hello Race, Hello Carlin Manufacturing can seems to call for
- 25:07late hours. Well, I've I've got a big new account Canning Salt.
- 25:11I heard you had to cancel all your other business to handle it, but
- 25:15Abernathy wouldn't let you cancel with him. A bargain's a bargain, So unless
- 25:19you can give them your entire output. You lose your salt company account.
- 25:23That was bad, so you had to figure out a way to put Krausmeyer
- 25:26and Abernathy out of business. Could I heard that? I only supply the
- 25:30can. I know cans like these, A pair of them, and they
- 25:33look the same. Where did you get those from? Joey Craig and Buddy
- 25:37Tanner, who are now in jail charge with the murder of McDermott, the
- 25:41murder you hired them for. When McDermott got wise to your stunt. Yeah,
- 25:47watch me, I'll unscrew the top of the can. Look worms,
- 25:51and one of them alive and the other dead. McDermott found an old can
- 25:56and filled it. Nothing happened the latest batch of cans. Those are the
- 26:00ones you washed out with a very strong DDT solution before you sent them over.
- 26:03Aren't they DDT to kill the worms before they reach market? That's a
- 26:07silly theory. Race, I'll show you why. It's in this draw.
- 26:14See a gun, I see, but you won't use it. You'd pay
- 26:22somebody to kill me if you had a chance, but you can't do it
- 26:25yourself. So I'm going to take that gun away from you. Race.
- 26:29I warned you drop it, drop it, and it all right, Colin.
- 26:41I'll take it on the police headquarters. As Cosmiers said, when a
- 26:45fish get took for the last time, he's at least got a right to
- 26:48something to eat, and you will be able to order anything you want in
- 26:53the Death House. The Adventures of Frank Race, starring Paul Dubove with Tony
- 27:14Barrett as Mark Donovan, comes to you from Hollywood. Others heard in tonight's
- 27:18cast were Michael Lann, Barrett, Gunner, Peterson hal March, Bill Crawford,
- 27:22Wilms Herbert, and Dick Ryan. This series is written and directed by
- 27:26Buckley Angel and Joel Murkot. The music is composed and played by Ivan Ditmarks.
- 27:33Be sure to be with us again this time next week or another drammatic
- 27:36chapter in the Adventures of Frank Race, Ark Gylmore speaking, this is a
- 27:41Brusel's production. Welcome back well with the man who sold those cans caught.
- 28:27I think Race has put together a solid case and there won't be any worming
- 28:33out of it, all right, if space generously added for any possible laughs
- 28:41we do. I have to say that it was interesting to hear his description
- 28:48of what the phone was for, because obviously I've had the experience that online
- 28:57and texting kind of works the same way, though, and more and more
- 29:02we're not actually meeting people but ordering food. I think I ordered my last
- 29:07pizza in a sandwich delivery, both off the internet. So same concept,
- 29:11different technology, all right. When we do have a note from Bob in
- 29:15Texas, he says, I love the Great Detectives of Old Time Radio.
- 29:19Your introduction and commentary for the episode is outstanding. I have a great story
- 29:25to share with you. Every morning, I take my dog for a thirty
- 29:27minute walk, and right before I leave the house, I start your show
- 29:30on my iPhone. My dog Jenny recognizes the theme song for Great Detectives and
- 29:36starts running in circles and anticipation of her walk. I guess you would say
- 29:41that not only I love your show, but my dog Jenny is a big
- 29:45fan too. Well. Thanks so much for sharing, Bob, and I'm
- 29:48glad you enjoy the show and that it fills Jenny with anticipation. So have
- 29:53a great walk and a great rest of your day. That will actually do
- 29:57it for today. We'll be back to tomorrow as we continue the Molly came
