Bar Calvin is set to open in Stuyvesant Plaza this August, bringing a luxe New York supper club vibe from the brain trust behind Milas and The Nest. Located at the prime Western Avenue corner, it’ll join Shake Shack — another big August arrival — as the plaza’s food scene upgrades.
