- 0:17Aaron George and saying that he can't win the big game, Michael

- 2:34Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Joba.
- 2:38Joba. Joba.
- 2:40JOBA, Nebraska #62 jersey I got, especially off the hot press.
- 2:47And yes, Mr. Joba, I'm sorry, Joba is wearing his basketball
- 2:52Nebraska jersey, it looks like, if I'm not mistaken, it looks
- 2:55nice. Jabba, how are you, man?
- 2:57I saw you on ESPN New York. You on the Jake Esmond show.
- 3:02How are you? Good man yeah.
- 3:05Got a sport, Nebraska women's basketball and basketball.
- 3:07My son's my son's girlfriend plays women's basketball and
- 3:11softball. So.
- 3:11So you got to represent. He says they're going to be
- 3:13good. So we'll see.
- 3:14But yeah, other than that, it's, you know, you got to support
- 3:18when you can, right? Carter I got, I got a pack.
- 3:20Carter on the back, you know, or on the shoulder.
- 3:23I I know it's his girl. He's he's almost 65 now, about
- 3:272:20. 25 I guess he'll be patting me on the shoulder.
- 3:30Yeah, no doubt. Yeah, we went, we went to lunch
- 3:33at Chipotle today and it's just like, dude, stop growing.
- 3:35Like what is going on here? That's a big boy, man. 65 yeah,
- 3:39he's not getting any smaller, that's for sure and he's a young
- 3:4119 year old so. Young, 65, Beautiful as Jabba
- 3:45would call him, he's got a. Beautiful.
- 3:47Yeah, he is. Yeah, a beautiful.
- 3:49He just, he just got his hair cut too, so he's feeling, he's
- 3:52feeling himself for sure. I'm sure he's got, he can't grow
- 3:55a beard, but he's got a little chin hair.
- 3:57He got a little chin pubes and a little mustache.
- 3:59So does he use any of that beard Lube that you have in your beard
- 4:02right now? It's not it's not long enough.
- 4:04So he he can, he can still get away with it, I think.
- 4:07Well, you know, we thank God he keeps his hands in many
- 4:10different areas, but his pants, he's got a woman to do that.
- 4:13Ladies and gentlemen. But you know what's so funny?
- 4:16I was outside today. It was dark.
- 4:18It was really, it was cloudy. There was no sun out.
- 4:21I would say it was about 6870° all day.
- 4:25And I've been waiting for the rain to come.
- 4:27It didn't rain all day and I I was looking at signs and I don't
- 4:31know if I'm going color blind but I think when I went down a
- 4:34block a stop sign looked orange and I was like I was getting
- 4:38weirded out. So I had one of my friends
- 4:40actually go down the block and said and said to them does that
- 4:43look like an orange sign or a red sign?
- 4:46And he told me it looks like a red sign.
- 4:49So I don't know, maybe I'm going colorblind.
- 4:53I've never seen anything like it, But I, I go to the eye
- 4:57doctor every single year. I get my eyes checked and, and,
- 5:00and obviously there's something going on, but I, it's been a
- 5:03crazy, crazy week. I'm not going to lie to you.
- 5:06I've enjoyed somewhat of the weather because it's not
- 5:10gruelingly hot. So it's something that's been
- 5:13bothering me over the last couple of weeks.
- 5:15Long Island, New York is not what you call great when it's
- 5:19like just gloomy and disgusting and heated of, you know,
- 5:23humidity. And I don't like the weather.
- 5:25But All in all, I just absolutely enjoy everything that
- 5:29I've seen over the last couple of weeks.
- 5:32And now the sports world just starting to open up.
- 5:35You have obviously football starting.
- 5:37You got the preseason, as we've heard through the Grapevine that
- 5:42Caleb Williams doesn't look good in preseason, you know.
- 5:45Practice. Have you seen the?
- 5:46Have you seen the videos? Yeah, I saw it.
- 5:48We'll get into that a little bit later.
- 5:50I I, I know fish doesn't want but.
- 5:52You, you said. Speaking of Long Island, I had a
- 5:54really good conversation. I don't know if you guys know
- 5:55this, but the Smithtown Bulls are playing to get into
- 5:59Williamsport on Friday at 7:00. Oh, there you go.
- 6:01I'm and I'm from Smithtown. I'm right over here.
- 6:04I'm in the town of Smithtown. Yeah, they're having, they're
- 6:07having it. The whole town is headed to Bull
- 6:10Smith Tavern in Smithtown to watch the game.
- 6:12Chuck Noblock's going to be there.
- 6:14Oh. Really.
- 6:15Yeah, so I was talking to a guy today.
- 6:16I'm going to, I'm going to send a hype video to him.
- 6:18I was like, hey, my squad is in Long Island.
- 6:20He's like seriously, He's like, yeah.
- 6:22So I'm going to send a hype video to to their guys.
- 6:24They play at Friday on ESPN at 7:00.
- 6:26Text me that, maybe I'll go and check them out.
- 6:29I'm right over there so I might as well check it out.
- 6:31Sports at this time is just so lame.
- 6:34It's so boring because there's nothing really to talk about.
- 6:37And ESPN is making move after move after move there.
- 6:41They bought into the NFL and now they're bought buying into the
- 6:46WWE. So they're spending money in all
- 6:49different directions. So I want to give a
- 6:51congratulations to ESPN. They are digging deep into their
- 6:55pockets. Disney isn't it crazy though,
- 6:57Errol like we, we got rid of like cable and now like all of
- 7:00these things are going to streaming.
- 7:03You end up you end up paying more in retrospect now to get
- 7:08like, you want to watch this on this certain one because they
- 7:10have it like you want to watch this because they carry this
- 7:13network. And now it's like you're they're
- 7:15all feeding off like, well, we can get out of this contract,
- 7:17start our own app. And now it's like, damn, do I go
- 7:20back to regular cable again or like, what do you do?
- 7:23I don't get it. You have Hulu that has now all
- 7:26the Disney stuff and now ESP NS. Well they've been connected
- 7:30obviously to Hulu and and Hulu is just so unique because I love
- 7:34Hulu with their documentary. So the only time I go on Hulu is
- 7:37not really to watch the ESPN stuff.
- 7:39It's really just to look at the documentaries.
- 7:41I'm into serial killers. I know everybody probably thinks
- 7:44I'm crazy, but that's what I'm into.
- 7:46So I like to watch all these different documents.
- 7:49I know Fish, coach fish over there.
- 7:51Him and his wife love documentaries on Hulu.
- 7:54He's the one who actually feeds me all these different
- 7:57documentaries and I TuneIn and I go check them out.
- 7:59So I go on Hulu for that. And now I'm on Netflix and I
- 8:02have some kind of an addiction for building the band and I'm on
- 8:062 more, two more episodes of building the band to see who
- 8:09wins. And I'm I'm into that stuff.
- 8:11I'm into the voice in American Idol, even though I haven't
- 8:14checked it out in probably the last two or three years.
- 8:16But I like this. And as long as P Diddy is not
- 8:19involved with it, I'm good, ladies and gentlemen.
- 8:21But we it's it's a great show. If you guys haven't.
- 8:25And Liam Payne, who passed away couple of I would say a couple
- 8:29of months ago, he's one of the judges in it.
- 8:32So may he rest in peace. It it really is a wonderful
- 8:35show. If you like singing and you like
- 8:37to connect with music. That, ladies and gentlemen, is
- 8:41something I would tune into and check out on Netflix.
- 8:45So building the band and I'm not even getting paid for this.
- 8:48I'm not even getting sponsorships for from Netflix,
- 8:51but I like their stuff. I like what they post.
- 8:53And there's a new documentary the SEC too.
- 8:57So that's the next documentary I'm going to check out a
- 9:00football documentary of the SEC following SEC teams.
- 9:05I think Florida is one of the teams.
- 9:06So I'm going to check that out right after building the band
- 9:09after tomorrow. So I'm I'm interested to see the
- 9:13the new Netflix documentaries. So that's what I tune into now.
- 9:18I'm not even into the shows or any of the stupid things that
- 9:22they're putting up their movies or Netflix movies.
- 9:25I'm more into the documentaries. What interests me the most?
- 9:29RG3 says that Cleveland Cleveland is setting Shaddor
- 9:34Sanders up to fail. Former NFL quarterback and
- 9:38analyst RG3 uploaded on the Cleveland Browns on Twitter
- 9:43yesterday saying they are setting up rookie fifth round
- 9:47pick Shaddor Sanders up to foul. RG3 claims that the Browns did
- 9:52Sanders no favors, drafting Dillion Dylan Great Gabriel
- 9:57ahead of him in the third round and recently signing journeyman
- 10:00quarterback back Snoop Huntley. The former NFL Rookie of the
- 10:04Year added he was impressed with how Shador has looked early in
- 10:09training camp and the drills despite being listed 4th on the
- 10:13depth charts at quarter at the quarterback quarterback position
- 10:18behind Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Dylan Gabriel.
- 10:21Shador will start Friday's preseason opener versus the
- 10:25Panthers with others nursing minor injuries or are 40 years
- 10:30old old like Joe Flacco. Fans fired back at RG3 on social
- 10:35media questioning his logic trusting a fifth round rookie
- 10:40quarterback and how the Browns famously do not show patience
- 10:46with quarterbacks as RG3 learned himself when they cut him after
- 10:522 the 2016 season. You know, I I've enjoyed a lot
- 10:58of the takes RG3 has had over the years as an analyst.
- 11:01I really do. He's been all over the place.
- 11:04He loves to show his face on social media.
- 11:07He's got a beautiful family. I can't take that away from him.
- 11:11This guy had a very short career.
- 11:14Washington moved up, traded 3 first round draft picks to move
- 11:20up to get RG3. Yes, he was rookie of the year.
- 11:23Yes, they made a run all the way to the playoffs before he tore
- 11:26his ACL, but he could never get over the hump because of the
- 11:31knee injuries that he's had over the years from college to the
- 11:34props. So his career really was washed
- 11:38away with injuries. The same year Kirk Cousins was
- 11:42drafted in the fourth round by the Commanders and eventually
- 11:46became, I would say one of the top 10 quarterbacks in all of
- 11:50the NFLRJ. RG3 has been sour really since
- 11:55he's come into the league, not just at the Commanders, but from
- 11:58the NF, LS perspective. And he looks at obviously the
- 12:02quarterback position and says that he knows just as much as
- 12:05anybody when it comes to analyzing the quarterback
- 12:09position. I look at RG3 and his his his
- 12:14thought and I, I, I stutter on it because his thought of
- 12:19quarterback play is very unique. When RG3 came into the league,
- 12:23he wasn't accurate. He had a very good arm but
- 12:27wasn't accurate at throwing it and he was more of a track and
- 12:30field hurdles runner. Anybody that knows anything
- 12:33about RG3, he was an all world track and field runner.
- 12:37He thought he could do that in the NFL at his size and he
- 12:41didn't really understand what it was to be a pocket present
- 12:45quarterback. And now the NFL has transitioned
- 12:49Michael Vick, Randall Cunningham, Steve McNair, just a
- 12:54few quarterbacks. There were mobile quarterbacks
- 12:57that transition to now the quarterbacks of Aaron Rodgers,
- 13:03Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson. In between those quarterbacks
- 13:10lived a quarterback named RG3 and I, I think obviously the
- 13:16quarterback, the quarterback position is such a unique
- 13:19position and there's a lot of reasons why it is the hardest
- 13:22position to play in professional sports.
- 13:25And one of the main things that really stand out to me more than
- 13:29any other position in professional sports is the
- 13:32quarterback needs to understand what it is to be a leader in the
- 13:37huddle. And that, ladies and gentlemen,
- 13:40is something that should Door Sanders is not should door
- 13:45Sanders is a guy that thinks of himself before everybody else.
- 13:51Deion Sanders, as much as you look at his talents over the
- 13:57years, calling himself prime and everybody saw his ability to
- 14:01play professional baseball and professional football in the
- 14:05same season was all about himself.
- 14:09He was never A-Team player, Never.
- 14:12And he was a corner, one of the greatest corners to ever play
- 14:14the game. One of the main reasons why
- 14:18should Door Sanders was not a first round pick this year or
- 14:24this past draft was because of his father.
- 14:28Because of the way his father stands out in the public eye,
- 14:33speaking to the media and saying that his son is not only going
- 14:38to be a great quarterback in the league, he's going to be amongst
- 14:41the best in the NFL. His son who was rapping during
- 14:48the draft, yes, after the first round and him not getting
- 14:51drafted, he was hanging out in the booth trying to put out a
- 14:56mix of whatever he was trying to rap to.
- 15:00To me, that doesn't show dedication.
- 15:04That doesn't show me that Shidor Sanders I want as my quarterback
- 15:10of my football team. He played for Colorado.
- 15:16They play in a conference that is not the SEC.
- 15:21It's not. It's not an elite conference.
- 15:24As a matter of fact, if you look at Shidor Sanders against the
- 15:28top defenses he's ever played against, which by the way, we're
- 15:32not in the top 20 in the last year of his NCAA career, he
- 15:38wasn't good. He wasn't.
- 15:42And I know a lot of these experts we've had on the show
- 15:44and and many different people has spoken so highly of Shudor
- 15:49Sanders. This guy's going to be the best
- 15:50quarterback in this class. Well, if he was going to be the
- 15:54best quarterback in this class, why wasn't he up for a Heisman?
- 15:59Why did we see many videos out there on social media that him
- 16:04and Ward, yes the number one pick of this year's draft from
- 16:08the Tennessee Titans, hanging out and throwing a football and
- 16:12Ward telling him take off your hat, act like a professional?
- 16:16Why is it that Shador Sanders, whenever he was spotted on
- 16:22social media or on video, that was posted showing that he had
- 16:27no respect for the game and the way the game should be played?
- 16:32And that to me stands out more than anything RG3 has to say
- 16:36about him. You're going to tell me right
- 16:38now, RG and I, I, I would love to get him on the show because I
- 16:42would love to know his take to this argument.
- 16:46You're saying that the Browns gave Shidor Sanders a position
- 16:54to fail because they drafted Dylan Gabriel before him.
- 16:59Dylan Gabriel was drafted in the third round.
- 17:01Nobody, including the Browns, would have thought that Chador
- 17:05Sanders would be sitting there in the fifth round.
- 17:09Here's the problem, and here's the facts here.
- 17:12They didn't really like Chador Sanders as much as they like
- 17:15Dylan Gabriel. And if you look at the depth
- 17:17charts, before Dylan Gabriel went down with his injury, he
- 17:22was ahead of Chador Sanders. And by the way, Dylan Gabriel
- 17:26was a Heisman Trophy candidate. Chador was not.
- 17:32And I sit here and I'm, I'm, I'm preaching to everybody that
- 17:35knows Shidor Sanders. I don't even know the guy.
- 17:38I just know of him and I know his mouth.
- 17:41And, you know, everybody calls me the mouth on this show.
- 17:43And I do have a big mouth. And I do like to throw people
- 17:46under the bus. And everybody knows I'm not a
- 17:48big Sanders fan. Here's the facts.
- 17:54When you look at a player and a player thinks he's bigger than
- 17:57the game, and a player that was drafted in the fifth round just
- 18:03got a contract selling his jersey over 15,000,000, more
- 18:09than any of the guys drafted in the first round, it tells me
- 18:13there's something wrong with the game.
- 18:17Because of his last name in Sanders and who his father is,
- 18:23people think that this guy is going to be like his dad.
- 18:28He plays the quarterback position, the hardest position
- 18:31in sports. RG3 knows about how hard the
- 18:33position was. He didn't last.
- 18:37His career was as gutless as any quarterback that was drafted in
- 18:43and teams giving up as much as they did as Washington did
- 18:47moving up to get him. Do we remember who was drafted
- 18:50ahead of him? His name?
- 18:53Andrew Luck. Andrew Luck who retired from the
- 18:58game. He walked away from the game.
- 19:00He walked away from the game after getting a huge contract by
- 19:05the Indianapolis Colts. He didn't make excuses about the
- 19:09team, he didn't make excuses about the game, and he
- 19:12definitely didn't point his fingers at other players that
- 19:15were drafted in the same draft as he was.
- 19:19RG3 is a crybaby, Chador Sanders.
- 19:23We're going to learn very quickly how many times this man
- 19:27is going to cry because he's not going to be starting for this
- 19:30Browns team this year. He might not start next year.
- 19:33He might never start on this Browns team.
- 19:37And I'm going to tell you this, Rookie of the year or no Rookie
- 19:40of the year, we have seen many players win that honor, and many
- 19:45of those players not have long careers.
- 19:48So yeah, Eddie Lacey being one of them.
- 19:50I can name a bunch of them. To me, it's pathetic that
- 19:56somebody like RG3 is the one that's thinking up for sure,
- 19:59that's Shadora Sanders. If if Shadora Sanders wants
- 20:03somebody to speak from it for him, it wouldn't and it
- 20:06shouldn't be. RG3RG3 is not the person that
- 20:11should be coming out in the public eye and in the media
- 20:13world, sticking up for Shadora Sanders especially.
- 20:17When Shidor Sanders over the last couple of weeks has been
- 20:21been contradictive on everything he has said to the media, not
- 20:26only after Brown's practices, but even offset when he's
- 20:30signing autographs and he's saying it to young children that
- 20:33are asking for his autograph. And by the way, Kenny Pickett
- 20:40was never going to make this team.
- 20:42Just so everybody knows, Kenny Pickett was brought in here to
- 20:47challenge Shadora Sanders. The guy that's starting for this
- 20:51team is Joe Flacco. And if the season moves forward
- 20:54and Joe Flacco could stay healthy, if there's offensive
- 20:57line to keep him on his feet, you will not see Dylan Gabriel
- 21:01and you will not see Shadora Sanders unless this team
- 21:04completely falls out in the AFC North.
- 21:07And then they're going to try to see who is going to be their
- 21:11quarterback next year because Deshaun Watson is going to be
- 21:14bought out after this year. And I'm tired of listening to
- 21:20all these media guys, including RG3, Canton.
- 21:25Canton, I'm sorry. What's What's Watson's buyout?
- 21:28Watson's buyout right now, I think Watson has another $130
- 21:33million owed to him. I think after this year he's
- 21:37owed $100 million. They'll probably buy him out.
- 21:40I cannot see the Browns keeping them on this roster.
- 21:44That's why they drafted two young quarterbacks.
- 21:46So I expect them by the, you know, in the offseason, I
- 21:49depending on Deshaun Watson's health, they're either going to
- 21:53try to move him, which nobody's going to take on that contract
- 21:56or they're going to buy him out. There's no way they're keeping
- 21:59him on this roster. It it's not fair to Dylan
- 22:00Gabriel and it's not fair to Shador Sanders.
- 22:03These stories and and all the media, I would really like to
- 22:06hear some of the big name guys, some of the big quarterbacks
- 22:10that right now, Steve Young, if Steve Young came out and stuck
- 22:13up for Shador Sanders, that's saying something.
- 22:16If one of these top end Hall of Fame quarterbacks came out and
- 22:22stood out and stuck up for a guy like Shador Sanders, I would
- 22:25take their word for it. RG3.
- 22:28I just, it doesn't sell me. RG3 doesn't sell me anything.
- 22:33And he's yapping away saying that they shouldn't have drafted
- 22:36Dylan Gabriel. This guy was a Heisman Trophy
- 22:39candidate. He was one of the top 4
- 22:41quarterbacks in the nation. Guess what ladies and gentlemen,
- 22:45Shador Sanders was not. And Dylan Gabriel is in a better
- 22:50conference playing for Oregon then yes, the one and only
- 22:54Shadora Sanders. So I don't want to hear anybody,
- 22:57including a guy like RG3, taking shots at the Browns
- 23:02organization. They brought you there, RG3, and
- 23:05you failed to achieve anything when you were there.
- 23:09That's all I'm going to say about that.
- 23:10Yeah, it's. Interesting because the process
- 23:12of the Browns having a lot of draft picks this year, like I I
- 23:16don't mind the idea of trying to hit on two different
- 23:18quarterbacks. Now, I'm not crazy about either
- 23:20Dylan Gabriel or Shador Sanders as prospects, but the Browns
- 23:23really didn't have another choice in this draft if they
- 23:25were going to go in that direction unless they were going
- 23:26to take one at #2 which was very dumb in this draft because none
- 23:31of these quarterbacks are worth that high of a draft pick as it
- 23:34is. Cam Ward went number one of the
- 23:36Titans. Are you going to take Jackson
- 23:37Dart or are you going to take Shador at #2 It makes no sense.
- 23:39Even if they trade it back like they trade it back with the
- 23:40Jaguars to five, there was no point in taking a quarterback.
- 23:43So what's the next best option? You're trying to get a day 2,
- 23:46day three quarterback contract on that level of a rookie deal
- 23:49where you're barely paying anything.
- 23:51If you do hit on one of them with what we think is a good
- 23:53coach and Kevin Stefanski and a good offensive scheme, then you
- 23:56might have something. That kind of thing.
- 23:58So RG3 bashing the process and saying, oh, they shouldn't have
- 24:01drafted Dylan Gabriel ahead of him.
- 24:02I'm not crazy about Dylan. Gabriel I feel bad for Stefanski
- 24:05because Stefanski is the guy that's going to lose his job.
- 24:09He's going to lose his job because of this situation
- 24:12because he's put in between. Do I go back to Deshaun Watson
- 24:17if he comes back by the end of the season?
- 24:19Or do I go and stay with Joe Flacco, which more than likely
- 24:22is where he would want to go. But there's no way ownership in
- 24:25the GM is going to allow it when you have Dylan Gabriel on the
- 24:28bench and Shaddor Sanders, where the fans are going to be barking
- 24:32and screaming for one of these guys to go in to see if they
- 24:35have the future quarterback of the Cleveland Browns on their
- 24:37roster right now. Yeah, and that's where I think
- 24:40the third round Darth Throw is fine for that again.
- 24:42And there are other prospects I like more, like Jalen Miller
- 24:44went to the Seahawks, Brady Cook, etcetera.
- 24:46But again, the process, it's fine for what RG, what RG3 is
- 24:50bashing for the team in the Browns that came into the draft
- 24:53with the most draft picks too. And they also got a lot more
- 24:56trading back with the Jaguars when the Jaguars traded up the
- 24:58two to get Travis Hunter. So the process is good enough
- 25:01for that. And yes, Deion Sanders, I say,
- 25:04oh, I don't care what my son does now and stuff like that.
- 25:06Yes, it's going to create antics as it is.
- 25:09The problem is the Browns are already kind of stuck as it is
- 25:11because the other options would. Have been obviously they're
- 25:13stuck. They have 6 quarterbacks on this
- 25:16roster. I mean it, that's embarrassing
- 25:18by itself. Think about it, how many teams
- 25:21in NFL history before the season starts has 6 quarterbacks, 6
- 25:28supposedly starting quarterbacks on their roster?
- 25:31And by the way, if you look at the roster, Kenny Pickett was a
- 25:35first round draft pick. Deshaun Watson was a first round
- 25:38draft pick. Joe Flacco was a first round
- 25:41draft pick. That, to me, is a problem that
- 25:45just shows you the incompetence of the Cleveland Browns.
- 25:48Yeah. And again, Jeff talks about it
- 25:50all the time, like if you have 6 quarterbacks or you have like 3
- 25:52quarterbacks or 4 quarterbacks in your roster, you have no
- 25:54quarterbacks. So that's basically what you're
- 25:55looking at right now. You're hoping Joe Flacco can
- 25:57resurrect his magic from two years ago.
- 25:59That's what you're really banking on.
- 26:00Kenny Pickett, we know it's been a bust.
- 26:02And they only brought Kenny Pickett here was to push guys
- 26:06like Dylan Gabriel and Shador. I did not believe Kenny Pickett
- 26:11was going to make this roster. Nobody thought that.
- 26:14And anybody that did is an idiot.
- 26:15They only brought him here is he was cheap and they brought him
- 26:19there to push these young guys. Kenny Pickett's career in the
- 26:22NFL is over. He's not even a bona fide
- 26:24backup. He's a third string quarterback
- 26:27at best As the Pittsburgh Steelers made a mistake.
- 26:30Yes, they made a mistake when they drafted him at 2021 a
- 26:33couple of years ago, so. Which was arguably the worst
- 26:36quarterback class probably besides the 2013 quarterback
- 26:39class. Like maybe we've seen an NFL.
- 26:40But nobody thought Kenny Pickett was a first round talent.
- 26:43Nobody thought any any quarterback in that draft was a
- 26:45first round talent. Everyone was higher.
- 26:47Even Jabba, that's a, you know, a baseball phenomenon.
- 26:50He probably knew that Kenny Pickett was not a first round
- 26:54talent. Yeah, I mean, just because we
- 26:57don't have the NFLI mean we watch college football.
- 26:59So we we we kind of see what the next level is.
- 27:01And so it it's it's weird to me. And you, I mean, you guys hit
- 27:05the nail on that. And it's like, OK, you have all
- 27:07these quarterbacks, but do you really even have a quarterback?
- 27:09Like really that's what it comes down to.
- 27:11It's yeah, you have a lot of name, but really like what what
- 27:14do you have? And the Deshaun Watson thing is
- 27:17just, it enamors me just because it's like, what can you do?
- 27:20What will you do? And what will it's it's they're
- 27:23in a lose lose situation. They were doomed for a while
- 27:25with that one fully. Guaranteed, right?
- 27:27Yeah. And I think they were doomed
- 27:28from the time they made the deal to be.
- 27:30Honest and traded. Three first round picks.
- 27:32Yeah, so I guess you make your bed, you got to sleep in it.
- 27:36That's not the only stupid move they've made in a long time.
- 27:39So yeah, I just, I, I don't know what to even think.
- 27:42And you know, as Fish said, like he's, he said he's, he's going
- 27:46to carry 4 quarterbacks. Like for what?
- 27:49Like I, I have no idea. What is this?
- 27:51So you flip a coin like it's a runner like.
- 27:54Yeah, like flip a coin. Like, are you having sets for
- 27:56each of these guys? I, I It makes zero sense to me.
- 28:00This isn't tennis. I mean, that's no doubt.
- 28:03That's what it looks like. I should forget John.
- 28:05Frozen the back and forth like what's this rally going to look
- 28:07like? And I mean, you know, and it's
- 28:09crazy. You look at like Dylan Gabriel,
- 28:12what there's only been what, 5 or 6 guys under 6 foot that have
- 28:15started. And so I mean, the cards are
- 28:17stacked against him in the 1st place.
- 28:19Obviously he was a top caliber guy in college and and a Heisman
- 28:23finalist, but you know, it's a different bird when you get in
- 28:26the NFL as as we've seen with with plenty of talented guys
- 28:29that that didn't work out. So it's it's a cluster.
- 28:32You know what in this whole situation, but it's these, these
- 28:35are the train wrecks that you can't look at, but you can't
- 28:38look away and you want to see what happens.
- 28:39So, you know, get the popcorn ready because this is going to
- 28:43get into. Are you kidding me?
- 28:44The popcorn's already ready. I mean, think about it.
- 28:47You have Deshaun Watson. He's controversial one way or
- 28:51another. You're going to see him on the
- 28:52sidelines expecting to go in. You have Shador Sanders on the
- 28:56other side, who's very controversial.
- 28:58And then you have Dylan Gabriel, the lonely, small Dylan Gabriel.
- 29:02Now, I like Dylan Gabriel. He was such a nice kid.
- 29:05And I'm I do believe he could be somewhat of a leader on this
- 29:09team if he can earn his strike stripes over there with the
- 29:12Cleveland Browns. And I'm telling you, he's
- 29:13definitely going to have to earn his stripes.
- 29:15I do believe Stefanski like stealing Gabriel.
- 29:18He fits his offense and what he likes to run.
- 29:21He reminds me a little bit. And I'm trying to put it put two
- 29:26and two together on who he reminds me of.
- 29:28But I would say a better version.
- 29:33Give me a second. I'm trying to remember he's, he
- 29:36doesn't have the best arm, but he's very good.
- 29:39He's very nifty with his feet. He can move outside of the
- 29:42pocket. I'm I'm trying to figure out a
- 29:44guy that Dylan Gabriel reminds me of that has been in the NFL
- 29:48and that was somewhat successful.
- 29:49Poor man's Dak Prescott kind of thing.
- 29:52I, I I know. First of all, Dylan Gabriel is
- 29:56not Dak. Prescott No, I'm not saying.
- 29:57That I don't even think he's even close to it.
- 29:59He did say poor man. He did say, poor man.
- 30:01Yeah, well, there's a Really. Fourth round pick and that's a.
- 30:04Really under really poor man. I mean, Dak Prescott is one of
- 30:07the top 10 quarterbacks in the league and I don't know if Dylan
- 30:10Gabriel will ever be that. No, but I, I think he's just, I,
- 30:14I would say I'm trying to think of the size and, and, and the
- 30:18type of quarterback. Kyla Murray.
- 30:20I, I see what the, some of the insurance are saying.
- 30:22They're not, he's not that fast. He's not that fast.
- 30:24And Kyla Murray, if he could fix up his third person, third
- 30:29person attitude, I think Kyla Murray could be a really good,
- 30:33good quarterback in this league. It just makes a lot of mistakes.
- 30:35And then when he does, he throws himself under the bus speaking
- 30:38in a third person. And, and again, the only thing
- 30:41unique about the guy they just brought in was his first name
- 30:44and Snoop. I mean, I thought it was Snoop
- 30:46Dogg before you know, you know it.
- 30:47I mean Snoop Dogg sons playing college ball.
- 30:50I and and again we've we've seen a lot of these ex rappers.
- 30:54P Diddy his son plays college ball at UCLA.
- 30:57I mean. Master P was master.
- 31:00Master P someplace for Houston went to the national
- 31:03championship. So again, I I think it's very
- 31:07unique that RG3 would come out and speak up for Shadora
- 31:10Sanders. Maybe he's winning his brownie
- 31:13points to be a part of that coaching staff over there in
- 31:16Colorado. Maybe that's what it is.
- 31:18I don't know what it is, but RG3 looks like he's losing a lot of
- 31:23credibility. Because when you're coming out
- 31:25there and Shadora Sanders right now, logically you do not want
- 31:29to speak about until he steps on an NFL football field and proves
- 31:32himself. Because the guy over the last
- 31:34couple of months doesn't help him.
- 31:37He hasn't helped himself in any kind of way.
- 31:40The way he comes out and speaks, he speaks of himself like his
- 31:45dad. He doesn't call himself prime,
- 31:47but I've heard through the Grapevine of different players
- 31:51that have played with him that don't like Shador calling
- 31:53himself prime junior. OK, I, I just, I don't think he
- 31:58has that athletic ability his father has.
- 32:01I do believe that over the last couple of years of watching him
- 32:05play college ball, he's a lot better than we thought he was.
- 32:08But in NFL talent, an NFL starter, I think we're pushing
- 32:12it now. Maybe he'll surprise people.
- 32:14We've seen other quarterbacks do that over the years.
- 32:16Look at Brock Purdy, he was a seventh round last pick of the
- 32:20of the of the draft and he earned himself 55,000,000 a
- 32:23year. Go ask Owen.
- 32:25He might want to jump off a bridge, but nevertheless, he's
- 32:28still a starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers.
- 32:31Maybe Shudor Sanders will prove me wrong, but as of right now,
- 32:35everything that has sold me what he is as a person so sells me
- 32:42what type of player he's going to be in the NFL.
- 32:44Well, we already asked Owen before, before the draft if he
- 32:46would trade the number 11 pick he won to the Brows and that
- 32:49they would have drafted Dorset. He would.
- 32:50He said no. I think he would have.
- 32:53You're going to tell me right now, First of all, he owes me a
- 32:56bet. That's right, he owes me a bet.
- 32:58He's ducking and weaving me. Because Mr. Owen the Tick was
- 33:02supposed to come on with a dress and a wig and some lipstick, and
- 33:08the man has not been on this show ever since.
- 33:10He lost that bet. Now, if I lost that bet, I would
- 33:14have came on. Look, I told you I was going to
- 33:16come on with my newly imprinted Nebraska #62 Joe Jersey.
- 33:24Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we'll post it up on our social,
- 33:27social, social media. I don't know what's going on
- 33:29with me today, our social media today when we're done with the
- 33:34show. But I've been, like I said, lack
- 33:36of sleep. Ladies and gentlemen, sleep
- 33:38apnea can definitely haunt your dreams.
- 33:41Speedy, I haunt your dreams every single night.
- 33:43You know, you're like a little tadpole that never finds the
- 33:46water, and if you do, it doesn't grow, if you know what I mean.
- 33:49Ladies and gentlemen. A table.
- 33:50I couldn't find the water. I would be dead.
- 33:52Well, it's we need you to grow. I I mean, you're like a Chia
- 33:55pet. Chit, chit, chit Chia.
- 33:57And if I had a shaver, I would shave that Chia pet, if you know
- 34:01what I mean. Ladies and gentlemen, just think
- 34:03about what I'm talking about. Fish your thoughts.
- 34:07You know, I don't think any better line was said about
- 34:10Shadora Sanders than what Shane Gillis said at the ESPYs when
- 34:13they were, he was saying that they got, oh, he didn't get his
- 34:15retired jersey, his jersey retired at Colorado for nothing.
- 34:19He went 13 and 12 and almost won the Alamo Bowl.
- 34:23What a line about that. I listen, I, I, I think the
- 34:27Browns are going to end up picking Joe Flacco to be
- 34:30quarterback. Of course.
- 34:32He's Stefanski, won with him, got to the playoffs with him a
- 34:35couple of years ago in one of the most impressive.
- 34:38He won a Super Bowl. Anyone's ever done.
- 34:40Stefanski was coach of the year that year.
- 34:43They're just garbage. Deshaun Watson was garbage when
- 34:46he played. He didn't communicate with
- 34:48Stefanski. His presence there is a cancer
- 34:50on the team. They'll probably try to buy him
- 34:52out if they can, but it's just such an embarrassment to have to
- 34:55buy out a guy that's owed $100 million.
- 34:57They're going to wait until that number is smaller and he's not
- 34:59going to be around till the end of the season, if that anyway,
- 35:02right? So and if they're losing, he
- 35:04ain't coming back. You know, we all know that he's
- 35:06not coming back if they're not in it.
- 35:07Fish, you know there's a problem knowing that their number one
- 35:11wide receiver is Jerry Judy. OK, you know, automatically
- 35:14Cleveland is in a shit load of trouble and I I don't curse on
- 35:18this show, they are in a deep amount of trouble.
- 35:22Don't turn him back to the Broncos.
- 35:23I mean, just think about it. Jerry Judy.
- 35:26Remember him on the Broncos? This guy was a first round
- 35:30talent. He was drafted in front of CD
- 35:33Lamb. Does anybody remember that?
- 35:35He was drafted in front of Justin Jefferson.
- 35:38Does anybody remember that? I don't know if anybody
- 35:41remembers it, but I do. So the fact here is this man who
- 35:47just signed, if I'm not mistaken, almost a four year
- 35:49contract with the Browns is now their number one.
- 35:53There's no Amari Cooper anymore. He's gone.
- 35:56So where do they go this year as Joe Flacco is stepping behind
- 36:01the line of scrimmage with an offensive line that has been up
- 36:05and down for the last two seasons, can't stay healthy and
- 36:08really has a lack of super stardom on that line.
- 36:12Really, they don't really have a number one offensive tackle on
- 36:16that line That that's to me has been a big problem.
- 36:19I remember their their their number one offensive tackle was
- 36:22drafted in the same draft as somebody that was drafted 11 or
- 36:2612 by yes by the New York Jets and he now is a pro ball player
- 36:32and not playing for the Eagles who won a Super Bowl.
- 36:35Do you know what that is BT? Mackay.
- 36:37Backed in, Mackay backed in. Who's been?
- 36:40Well, look a better offensive lineman than that guy.
- 36:44That's actually the strength of their team outside of Miles
- 36:46Garrett, really. Strength.
- 36:48The strength of their team. Is the offensive line.
- 36:50Good luck on that. Guard.
- 36:52He's really good. Jack Conklin didn't play a lot.
- 36:54He was one of the better tackles in football when he was healthy.
- 36:57When they need. Guys to be healthy, well,
- 36:59that's, I mean, that's. The That's why I think this is
- 37:01going to be an absolute debacle. But if you look at the wide
- 37:04receiver depth chart, it's worse in a in a real big way.
- 37:08I have it up right here. Jerry Judy is their number.
- 37:10One, I told you that. Cedric Tillman will start
- 37:13opposite him. He's not great.
- 37:15Deonte Johnson is on this team. Oh, great.
- 37:18I know who's still in the league.
- 37:19DeAndre Carter is there. Is it Deonte Johnson the guy?
- 37:23Oh, I'm sorry, the Pittsburgh Steelers drafted in the first
- 37:27round, third round. I'm sorry, but he was.
- 37:30He was everybody's first round pick for many, many years in
- 37:34fantasy football and the guy could never stay healthy.
- 37:37And he was the same guy last year that took that benched
- 37:40himself from games when it was. Spinning out.
- 37:42Speedy in the winter from the Ravens last year.
- 37:45I mean, it's embarrassing. He's.
- 37:47Embarrassing I do before we finish segment.
- 37:49I got to throw some love to RG3 for my money.
- 37:52Look Jabba, your fist pump is one of the greatest celebrations
- 37:55of all time. I think RG3's falling down
- 37:59backwards. Somebody's kissing, pedaling
- 38:01tonight is one of my. Favorite.
- 38:04It's better than it. I used to do it when I did like
- 38:09this in high school football and it was a great move.
- 38:13And I just did the RG3 celebration.
- 38:15I don't know if you know what I'm talking about.
- 38:16You know the RG3 celebration. Yes, I know.
- 38:18It's, it was, it was a great one.
- 38:20The only one that's better than that is, in my opinion, the
- 38:23Razor Ramon touchdown celebration.
- 38:24When you do, you know, like this and then you spit out the
- 38:27toothpick, it's in my opinion. The oh, I love Terrell Owens,
- 38:31you know, dancing touchdowns. Come on, Terrell Owens was the
- 38:33most. Victor Cruz with the salsa was
- 38:36classic. But like as far as like those
- 38:39are my favorites. And RG3 had this like whenever
- 38:41he had a bomb and he just would Chuck it up, he would do this
- 38:44like he's falling down backwards, backpedaling into
- 38:46like almost a fist pump. It was like winding up.
- 38:50It's pretty good. Just throw it out there.
- 38:51Pretty good from RG3. Too bad he got hurt.
- 38:54Too bad I don't know about you. But it's a FedEx field in a
- 38:58nutshell. Ever.
- 38:58Every quarterback gets hurt on that.
