- 0:20Speaker 1: Okay, everyone, welcome to bless this message Drue Grump Podcast.
- 0:23Speaker 1: I don't care who us do say, stup.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Hey, why are you shaking.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Your head at me?
- 0:26Speaker 2: Because I know what happens?
- 0:28Speaker 1: What happens?
- 0:29Speaker 2: I can't tell you. What are you talking about this case?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Oh okay, anyways, so we are back this week. We
- 0:35Speaker 1: are running behind per usual. We will eventually get back
- 0:39Speaker 1: to our Thursday Wednesday Patreon release Thursday regular release. But
- 0:44Speaker 1: it's just not I have been I have been working
- 0:47Speaker 1: like twelve to fourteen hours a day at work here
- 0:51Speaker 1: the last two weeks. It's bad time. Stuart, stop playing
- 0:55Speaker 1: a violin for me. You know, I've been working every
- 0:58Speaker 1: single night. It's been rough and rough fin anyways, and
- 1:02Speaker 1: then today is our son's birthday. He turns three. If
- 1:06Speaker 1: you're a Patreon member, there was a we shared a
- 1:08Speaker 1: little picture of him with his birthday pancake stack. So,
- 1:13Speaker 1: starting in year two, our family tradition that I started
- 1:16Speaker 1: was they I make this giant stack of pancakes. So
- 1:19Speaker 1: it takes me about like an hour or so to
- 1:21Speaker 1: make all the pancakes. But I have the best pancake
- 1:24Speaker 1: fluffy pancake recipe, and I make a big stack of
- 1:27Speaker 1: pancakes with sprinkles, and so his is dinosaur themed, so
- 1:31Speaker 1: he had dinosaur sprinkles and old dinosaur candle because he's
- 1:34Speaker 1: a three wreck stew. That's three wrecks, yes, So anyway,
- 1:39Speaker 1: so we did his birthday pancake stack today because today's
- 1:41Speaker 1: his actual birthday, and then tomorrow we will do his
- 1:45Speaker 1: birthday party. When I say birthday party, I do not.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I do not feel the need to throw giant birthday
- 1:53Speaker 1: parties for the children. So they get just a little
- 1:59Speaker 1: family birthday. So get their birthday pancakestack and then they
- 2:01Speaker 1: get a little family birthday where we just get a
- 2:03Speaker 1: cake and we eat something that they like for dinner,
- 2:06Speaker 1: and they get their little presents and they get decorations
- 2:09Speaker 1: from Amazon. And his is three rex themed. Do three
- 2:13Speaker 1: wrecks dinosaur yep. So that's what we are doing today.
- 2:18Speaker 1: But we thought we would bribe them with them. We're
- 2:22Speaker 1: rotting our children's brains for you people, we are. We
- 2:25Speaker 1: gave them iPads to blame so we could come record
- 2:28Speaker 1: this and.
- 2:30Speaker 2: It's all learning. Though they're learning the learning, they.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Aren't learning ship they're not. We're rotting their brains right
- 2:37Speaker 1: now for you guys. So you guys should really support us.
- 2:40Speaker 1: That's what I feel like. Write a good review, join
- 2:43Speaker 1: the Patreon, follow the Facebook, tell your friends. Don't tell
- 2:49Speaker 1: any of our friends though this is still.
- 2:52Speaker 2: A secrets You're side of the families.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Find how is my side of the family finding?
- 2:59Speaker 2: I find out your stuff on your whatever? And then
- 3:01Speaker 2: they follow that.
- 3:02Speaker 1: No, I don't think anybody actually found the podcast. No,
- 3:07Speaker 1: I don't think anybody found the podcast anyways. Yeah, so
- 3:12Speaker 1: that's what's going on with us right now. Uh STU,
- 3:16Speaker 1: do you have anything that you'd like to talk about?
- 3:19Speaker 1: You never have anything he'd like to talk.
- 3:20Speaker 2: What do you want me to talk about?
- 3:22Speaker 1: Nothing?
- 3:22Speaker 2: You just burn up all the time in the beginning, nobody.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Why don't I start the case?
- 3:26Speaker 1: Why don't I talk about the fact that you and
- 3:29Speaker 1: me had the same exact thought this morning, which was
- 3:32Speaker 1: so across the street they are doing repair, like they're
- 3:37Speaker 1: doing landscaping or something across the street. And so this morning,
- 3:42Speaker 1: the our tuoty man, the three year old, he had,
- 3:46Speaker 1: we call him Tutty Tooty, had to go to his
- 3:49Speaker 1: three year appointment. Yes, I scheduled his doctor's appointment on
- 3:51Speaker 1: his third birthday, but he didn't have to get shots,
- 3:53Speaker 1: come to find out. So, uh, Stu, I was like, Stu,
- 3:57Speaker 1: you take him to his appointment and also stay here
- 4:00Speaker 1: so I can start making the pancakes and everything like that,
- 4:02Speaker 1: because it does take about like an hour hour and
- 4:04Speaker 1: a half, and with like, I had the four year
- 4:06Speaker 1: old and the one year old home with me, so
- 4:08Speaker 1: it takes even longer. And so when we're elite, when
- 4:11Speaker 1: Stu's leaving, myself, the four year old and the baby
- 4:16Speaker 1: are all like waving at Stewing and tuty man heading out,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and the people across the land, the landscaping crew across
- 4:24Speaker 1: the street. This guy was like looking over at us
- 4:26Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 4:26Speaker 2: He was staring hard.
- 4:27Speaker 1: He was staring hard, okay, and so I was topless,
- 4:32Speaker 1: So that might have been part of the problem. I'm kidding.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Kick anyways, Uh you know, you just we we we're
- 4:41Speaker 1: true crime podcasts. We watch a lot of I watch
- 4:43Speaker 1: a lot of stuff about people getting murdered and everything
- 4:45Speaker 1: like that. So I was like, man, it's probably not
- 4:47Speaker 1: a good idea.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Why did they not knowing stock watching us way by
- 4:51Speaker 3: to the to the husband and then pull out and
- 4:56Speaker 3: then watching this this whole time, and us three girls
- 4:58Speaker 3: just there by ourselves.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And so not uh you know what helped those You
- 5:03Speaker 1: forgot the papers and came back. So it was kind
- 5:05Speaker 1: of like what are they up to? He could be
- 5:07Speaker 1: back any minute, and the pediatricians office, I'm sorry, provider
- 5:12Speaker 1: is down. Uh. We live in a in a what
- 5:15Speaker 1: do they call when is whenever you have like a
- 5:19Speaker 1: food what is it? Whenever you have like a.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Where you're like living in a grocery stores, they call
- 5:24Speaker 2: it a food desert.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Yes, we live in a in a medical cultural desert.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Oh, there's a lot of culture here. There ain't. No,
- 5:31Speaker 2: there's no doctors. The culture is LPN's are in all
- 5:36Speaker 2: working under a doctor's life.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Yes, there is, actually so. Our pediatricians office is owned
- 5:41Speaker 1: by pediatricians, but the pediatricians do not actually live here.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It's the I think we've talked about this for they're
- 5:48Speaker 1: nurse practitioners, and not say anything about bad about the
- 5:50Speaker 1: nurse practitioners, but they are not doctors. They are called
- 5:53Speaker 1: we call them providers. So they're so every time we
- 5:56Speaker 1: say we're taking to the pediatrician, we say, oh, wait, no,
- 5:58Speaker 1: the provider, because that's it across. Yes, but this is
- 6:03Speaker 1: like a common thing out here that there's no actual doctors.
- 6:05Speaker 1: It's all the doctors don't want to live.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Here, even the family doctors or not.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Yeah, even the family. It still went to one and
- 6:11Speaker 1: it was the same situation. They're overseeing this this clinic,
- 6:15Speaker 1: but they're not here physically. And that's a new thing
- 6:19Speaker 1: for us because we leave. We lived in Louisiana, there
- 6:21Speaker 1: was I mean I live, there's doctors everywhere. So anyway,
- 6:26Speaker 1: so he the pediatrician, the providers are just like five
- 6:29Speaker 1: minutes away. So he came back to get paperwork. Well,
- 6:33Speaker 1: then he leaves again, and then all of a sudden,
- 6:34Speaker 1: he installed one of them ring doorbells. So everytime they're
- 6:36Speaker 1: at someone's at the front door, it does a little
- 6:40Speaker 1: chime on the thing and you get a notification on
- 6:42Speaker 1: your phone. And I was like, oh my god, this
- 6:45Speaker 1: is it. I start panicking, like my heart starts raising. Yes,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I'm like murder.
- 6:53Speaker 2: This is going to be great on the.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Past, it be great for the podcast ratings.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Uh, it's live on Insta No.
- 6:59Speaker 1: So I was like, oh my god. So I start
- 7:00Speaker 1: trying to frantically pull the ring doorbell up to see
- 7:04Speaker 1: who it was, and it wouldn't like play back because
- 7:06Speaker 1: it just happened. I guess. I know. I went to
- 7:09Speaker 1: live but all I saw was someone walking away. I
- 7:10Speaker 1: was like, okay, they're walking away. Well not even like
- 7:13Speaker 1: five minutes later, I figured out we had a Walmart
- 7:16Speaker 1: grocery to live free order scheduled at the same time,
- 7:19Speaker 1: So that's who it actually was. It wasn't the people
- 7:20Speaker 1: across the street trying to murder us, but Stu text
- 7:24Speaker 1: I called him at the same time, or you called me,
- 7:27Speaker 1: and you're like, yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Did they watch me leave and then go over to
- 7:30Speaker 1: like murder you? So, but we're fine, Well I saw
- 7:34Speaker 1: it was the Walmart lady. Oh, but you were thinking
- 7:36Speaker 1: the same thing, though.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I thought that he had was watching a little too close.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Yes, he was watching a little too close. Yes, But anyways,
- 7:44Speaker 1: we thought the same thing. We're like, oh my god,
- 7:46Speaker 1: this is how a dateline episode starts. That this just happened,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and then this person that is coming over to murder
- 7:53Speaker 1: somebody anyways, all right, well that's all I go. Okay, Well,
- 7:58Speaker 1: let's go ahead and get into.
- 7:59Speaker 2: This crime podcast.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Yes, that was keep keep keep safe, ladies. That wasn't smart.
- 8:08Speaker 2: I did say beligious, dilligentt Yeah, vigilant.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Vigilant, diligent. I thought you were saying trying to say.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Diligent, I said village.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Okay, all right, So the point is you probably shouldn't.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Let's have somebody watch your husband leave the home and
- 8:28Speaker 1: leave you home with a baby and a toddler and
- 8:33Speaker 1: make it quite obvious, because the world's a dangerous place. Guys. Okay,
- 8:38Speaker 1: all right, so let's get into so Patreon check that out.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Do you have something to say to your you're touching yourself? Well,
- 8:49Speaker 1: you know, Patreon dot com twenty four hours early ad free.

- 9:07Speaker 1: stack on there and then so we share more updates
- 9:10Speaker 1: and stuff like that, or I try to remember to
- 9:12Speaker 1: share more updates on the than we share on like
- 9:15Speaker 1: Facebook and Instagram. But we also have Facebook and Instagram
- 9:18Speaker 1: if you'd like to follow us there.
- 9:20Speaker 4: John.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Oh, the TikTok though I've been no, that's the TikTok.
- 9:24Speaker 1: The tiktoks don't tell me to move it along. The
- 9:27Speaker 1: TikTok is important because I have been sharing documentaries and
- 9:30Speaker 1: my thoughts and stuff, and so go check out the TikTok.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Believe me from somebody who she's been sharing with her
- 9:36Speaker 2: thoughts for fifteen years. You don't want that in your life.
- 9:40Speaker 1: All right? And I think that is it. So let's
- 9:42Speaker 1: go ahead and get into our case. Out of Wow, Wow, Texas,
- 9:50Speaker 1: I believe Oh Jesus Stewart. It's been a long week. Okay,
- 9:56Speaker 1: sometimes the cities run together. What do you want from me? Now?
- 10:00Speaker 1: This one's gonna be a little bit different because I
- 10:02Speaker 1: just followed it. I followed I watched a Stewart stop. Anyways,
- 10:08Speaker 1: this is following an episode of On the Case with
- 10:10Speaker 1: Paula's on, and I'm gonna I'm not gonna forewarn you guys. No,
- 10:17Speaker 1: I'm not, no, because I don't want to match out now. No,
- 10:19Speaker 1: we need to add moneys too. No, they need to
- 10:22Speaker 1: stay around. Okay, all right, so let's go ahead and
- 10:26Speaker 1: get into this case.
- 10:27Speaker 2: All your upset and may emails to Kara at Math
- 10:32Speaker 2: Podcast at Gmail.
- 10:34Speaker 1: You're acting like it's something like bad or whatever it is.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It's not bad. No children were murdered or anything like that.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Let's let's clarify that, right, now, so people aren't like,
- 10:46Speaker 1: oh my god, what and there's no dogs died or
- 10:48Speaker 1: anything like that, just a regular old human.
- 10:51Speaker 2: This is just this is just like the y'all need
- 10:54Speaker 2: Jesus from last week.
- 10:55Speaker 1: What's the y'all need Jesus from last week?
- 10:57Speaker 2: Where you pay all that money to go to the
- 10:59Speaker 2: champagne room and.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Get the second Oh and then you unsatisfied? Yes, okay,
- 11:03Speaker 1: well all right. So on January So this is out
- 11:06Speaker 1: of Tombal, Texas. So on January twenty fifth, two thousand,
- 11:09Speaker 1: twenty and nineteen, around six fifty five am, Sean Owens,
- 11:14Speaker 1: a neighbor hears a gunshot. She hears three rapid shots,
- 11:19Speaker 1: a pause, and then a fourth gun shot. Terrified, she
- 11:23Speaker 1: goes and finds her husband, who also heard those gun
- 11:25Speaker 1: shots and thought the shots came from the house across
- 11:29Speaker 1: the street because she thought it was so loud. She's really
- 11:31Speaker 1: thought it might be in her backyard or so it
- 11:33Speaker 1: was very close. So her husband he decides, he's like, no,
- 11:37Speaker 1: I was standing here. They definitely came from across the street.
- 11:41Speaker 1: So her husband walks over to the neighbors and turns
- 11:43Speaker 1: around and he's like, stand by the window. I'll let
- 11:48Speaker 1: you know if I need help. This is so do
- 11:50Speaker 1: not go and do this. Guys, if you hear shots fire,
- 11:52Speaker 1: just stay in your home. This is something stupid, stupid,
- 11:57Speaker 1: this is something stupid.
- 11:58Speaker 2: You had me Dan, What are you talking about? You
- 12:01Speaker 2: walk up and you said, somebody's outside our window.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Oh yeah, go investigator, Yes, okay, yes, Stu would definitely
- 12:07Speaker 1: walk across the street. Stu probably would have been armed
- 12:10Speaker 1: when he went across. He would have grabbed his gun first. Anyways,
- 12:14Speaker 1: so her husband says, like, hey, stand at the front
- 12:16Speaker 1: window and if I wave you down or something like this,
- 12:19Speaker 1: so you can be aware of, like, you know, something
- 12:21Speaker 1: that's if I get shot. I don't know. So as
- 12:24Speaker 1: he walks over, he flags his wife down and he
- 12:26Speaker 1: starts telling her like, you know, call nine one one
- 12:28Speaker 1: and everything that. So she calls nine one one, She
- 12:33Speaker 1: goes and her husband. She goes over there with her
- 12:35Speaker 1: husband and on the ground lies twenty nine year old
- 12:38Speaker 1: Liz Barrazza and she is has a pull of blood
- 12:42Speaker 1: all around her in the driveway. Well, police arrive on
- 12:47Speaker 1: the scene and Liz actually is still alive, so they
- 12:50Speaker 1: take her by ambulance to the hospital to see if
- 12:52Speaker 1: they can save her. So this is quite a shocking.
- 12:55Speaker 1: This is a Friday morning, quite the shocking, six fifty
- 12:59Speaker 1: five am way up.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Why yes, it would be a.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Little bit stronger than your normal coffee.
- 13:04Speaker 2: At any time of day, it would be shocking, but
- 13:05Speaker 2: especially especially especially on the morning.
- 13:08Speaker 1: In our neighbor we hear gunshots form like, oh, it's.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Wayne. Never heard gunshots there?
- 13:15Speaker 1: We did that one time.
- 13:16Speaker 2: I thought, no, people got fireworks already though, Oh yeah.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Oh it is almost July for it.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Yeah, and I don't know where they're getting. I don't
- 13:26Speaker 2: think the firework stands are open. But somebody was well.
- 13:28Speaker 1: And this place is dry. There's usually a like a
- 13:32Speaker 1: band of some sort of you know, this.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Is true, all right, no vegetation here.
- 13:39Speaker 1: The new Costco could get taken down.
- 13:41Speaker 2: We are in a post apocalyptic mad Necks.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Yes, that's what Stu likes to call where we live. Now.
- 13:49Speaker 1: We can see the Costco from our.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Backyard and it's like a mile away.
- 13:53Speaker 1: It's the largest costco in Texas.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Yeah, So we are positioned next to If you are
- 14:02Speaker 1: a Costco officionado and you were very excited about a Costco,
- 14:07Speaker 1: we are positioned within a mile of the largest Costco
- 14:12Speaker 1: in Tahos, which means it might be well, no, probably,
- 14:15Speaker 1: there's probably bigger ones in California. I think they started
- 14:18Speaker 1: in California, seems like it.
- 14:21Speaker 2: I'm not an expert on the country.
- 14:23Speaker 1: You're okay, all the costco experts let us know.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Well. Police arrive almost immediately after the nine to one
- 14:32Speaker 2: one call. They start trying to put together the scene,
- 14:35Speaker 2: and there were items lying around the driveway. They're all
- 14:39Speaker 2: on display.
- 14:40Speaker 1: It's all like nerdy stuff like Star Wars, Harry Potter.
- 14:46Speaker 1: That's Harry Potter's not nerdy, that's a that's a nerd. No,
- 14:51Speaker 1: that's a elegant hobby.
- 14:54Speaker 2: They put together that Liz was putting together a garage
- 14:57Speaker 2: sale and that she was ambush during the prime says
- 15:00Speaker 2: there was little to no evidence at the scene of.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Yeah, because of the garage cell, of the murder, of
- 15:09Speaker 1: the murder, because the thing is is that it wasn't like, well, one,
- 15:12Speaker 1: who would ambush somebody over garage cell money?
- 15:14Speaker 2: But two, especially if it ain't started.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Two.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Yes, it's six fifty five am on a Friday. The
- 15:20Speaker 1: garage cell hasn't even made any money, So that was
- 15:22Speaker 1: definitely not the motive.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I'm telling you one thing right now. Them Marley birds
- 15:25Speaker 2: at your garage cell there or something.
- 15:27Speaker 3: You know.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I'd like to start garage sellings to would you? Yes?
- 15:32Speaker 1: Why waking up early Saturday mornings.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I'll go up by myself buying stuff. Yes, we're trying
- 15:39Speaker 2: to get rid of.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Shit, I know. But you can find some real gems.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Yeah, that'll sit in your closet and then you'll.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Be able to find a gym you don't know, or.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Ten year old slim gym. A ten year old slim gym.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Something somebody found on their couch, just threw.
- 15:55Speaker 1: It up, and you know, they'll put it out there.
- 15:57Speaker 1: They'll be like, they'll be like five.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Dollars you get next by slim gemstone expire. I'm sure.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Yeah, there'd be like five dollars for the slim gym.
- 16:05Speaker 1: You really well, I'll give you fifty cents.
- 16:07Speaker 2: No sold, Yeah, anyways done.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I would like to go by myself maybe and leave
- 16:15Speaker 1: you guys at home sleeping. How about that? How about that?
- 16:18Speaker 1: Oh you can sign up for that.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I can anything where you leave me alone and leave
- 16:22Speaker 2: me sleeping. I could sign up for that.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I do that every morning to do when I go
- 16:25Speaker 1: to work, and you.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Lie in bed and then the real work starts whenever
- 16:30Speaker 2: I get up.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I know, sometimes I'm home thirty minutes and like, what
- 16:32Speaker 1: did we do with these children? I go, I gotta
- 16:35Speaker 1: go back to work.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Are you done?
- 16:39Speaker 1: I'm done? Now go someone's been ambushed.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Yeah, somebody has been ambushed. Liz has been shot four times.
- 16:48Speaker 2: But there's no shell casings on the ground.
- 16:51Speaker 1: They picked them up.
- 16:52Speaker 2: They picked them up, or they make a special net
- 16:54Speaker 2: that on a semi auto you can collect them.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Based on the other things that I know about this
- 16:58Speaker 1: case that I was wondering about that because it didn't
- 17:01Speaker 1: seem like they took the time to pick them up.
- 17:03Speaker 1: So I'm guessing it was a situation where they were
- 17:08Speaker 1: collecting them.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Well, this is the thirty eight, okay, so typically, well that's.
- 17:13Speaker 1: What they think. They think it was a small caliber.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Most thirty eight. It's a revolver, so the shell casings
- 17:18Speaker 2: won't inject anything.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Oh okay, well that's it. Then that's probably why they
- 17:21Speaker 1: were like they either at that point they either thought
- 17:25Speaker 1: they picked them up, but then when they identified the
- 17:28Speaker 1: gun type, I'm guessing that's why because they don't oh yeah,
- 17:30Speaker 1: because they stay in the chamber and.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The revolver in the cylinder.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Revolver in the cylinder.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Okay, these are things you should now since you have
- 17:40Speaker 2: a thirty eight, I know.
- 17:41Speaker 1: But I haven't touched it in.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I ain't the only thing you checked.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Strong with you and that's a lie, but it's wrong
- 17:54Speaker 1: with you. Okay, moving on. Maybe it was a little
- 18:02Speaker 1: more special. Maybe when we're gonna stop, we're gonna stop
- 18:08Speaker 1: this trade of thought. We're gonna move on, moving on.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Okay, are you done?
- 18:14Speaker 1: Yes?
- 18:15Speaker 2: Sergio Barazza, Liz's husband, has arrived at the scene, but
- 18:19Speaker 2: poor police had even contacted him. They asked how he
- 18:22Speaker 2: knew something was wrong, and he said they were very
- 18:25Speaker 2: cautious people, and he had just installed a doorbell camera
- 18:29Speaker 2: and reading and he had received the ring notification of
- 18:33Speaker 2: some activity.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Yes, like us, like the same thing happened.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Ring call us?
- 18:39Speaker 1: Yes, well, sponsor this podcast.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Give us a code to put out there. Finding this odd.
- 18:45Speaker 2: He pulls up the camera and he sees all this
- 18:47Speaker 2: activity and police tape and an officer walk by. He
- 18:51Speaker 2: rewinds to see what happened, and he did not see
- 18:54Speaker 2: his wife shot, but he heard her say good morning.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Then the gunshots and his wife screaming. He races home
- 19:01Speaker 2: to find police at his home and they shared the
- 19:03Speaker 2: video with the police.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so police now have some like a sound of
- 19:10Speaker 1: the attacks. They obviously where it was. He didn't actually
- 19:13Speaker 1: see that's occur, but they do have at least like
- 19:16Speaker 1: she did. She didn't know the person particularly, they couldn't
- 19:20Speaker 1: say that, but that she wasn't afraid of the person
- 19:22Speaker 1: as they walked up, because she said good morning. You
- 19:24Speaker 1: wouldn't say good morning to somebody you were, you know,
- 19:28Speaker 1: nervous about miche It.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Was probably a garage sale competitor.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yes, probably it's a similar garage cell down the street. Yes,
- 19:38Speaker 1: all right, so they are so now they have the sound,
- 19:42Speaker 1: they can tell that she wasn't afraid in the moment.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So now this is opening up some possibilities that she
- 19:48Speaker 1: either knew the person or that at least wasn't a
- 19:51Speaker 1: menacing figure or someone she was afraid of. Now, as
- 19:54Speaker 1: the family is dealing with the incident, they get to
- 19:56Speaker 1: the hospital where Liz had been airlifted. Unfortunately, they were
- 20:00Speaker 1: told that Liz was not going to make it. See,
- 20:02Speaker 1: they didn't even know that she wasn't going to make
- 20:04Speaker 1: it at this points too. So all those jokes Alice
- 20:08Speaker 1: were appropriate at the time because nobody had actually past yes.
- 20:13Speaker 1: But now they have, so now it's we're serious. They
- 20:16Speaker 1: could not understand how this could happen to Liz. Liz,
- 20:20Speaker 1: of course, like most people didn't have nobody. I don't
- 20:23Speaker 1: know anybody that has enemies enough that. I mean, I
- 20:25Speaker 1: pissed some people off. I got it. I have an
- 20:27Speaker 1: issue with someone at work right now. And let me
- 20:30Speaker 1: tell you what I understand that my personality is.
- 20:33Speaker 2: You need to show me a picture of this fellaw.
- 20:35Speaker 2: So if I see him on the ring camera, I
- 20:38Speaker 2: know that something.
- 20:39Speaker 1: He looks like an angry bird. That's that's what we
- 20:43Speaker 1: call him.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Okay, you know he listens to this podcast, right.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Let me tell you what, guys, I do not take
- 20:51Speaker 1: work personally at all. Like I could care less if
- 20:53Speaker 1: someone doesn't like my ideal and they want to do
- 20:55Speaker 1: it in a different way. Could not What did I say,
- 20:58Speaker 1: couldn't care less?
- 20:59Speaker 2: Could care less?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Okay, I could not care less about work. I am
- 21:03Speaker 1: there for a paycheck. I've already told him this. I
- 21:08Speaker 1: could not care less. I'm there to do a job.
- 21:10Speaker 1: I do my job very well. However, if someone doesn't
- 21:13Speaker 1: like how I do my job, or someone that's in
- 21:16Speaker 1: charge of me tells me that they would rather me
- 21:18Speaker 1: do it a different way. You know what I do.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I do it the different way because I don't take
- 21:22Speaker 1: it personally. But I work with some people who take
- 21:25Speaker 1: work personally like it's their whole personalities. Do so then
- 21:30Speaker 1: they get.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Upset a little butt hurt.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Yes, I have to say I have been the most
- 21:35Speaker 1: patient with this person in our group. I was the
- 21:37Speaker 1: last one to snap snap. I did my best, all right.
- 21:43Speaker 1: So Liz, she did not have any enemies. She was kind.
- 21:46Speaker 1: She was described as being kind, a great listener. She
- 21:49Speaker 1: saw the best in people, which is I see the
- 21:52Speaker 1: worst in people. I assume everybody's a serial killer, like
- 21:55Speaker 1: that guy across the street that was doing the working
- 21:58Speaker 1: on the landscaping. And then I worked my way up
- 22:01Speaker 1: for trust, but assuming you're a serial killer at first,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and then we work our.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Way back to whether or not I will let you
- 22:07Speaker 2: borrow my pen or not.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Yes, anyway, So she was just a thoughtful person in general.
- 22:13Speaker 1: She loved to make people happy. She loved to laugh.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Sergio and her had a very good marriage. They were
- 22:20Speaker 1: both self described nerds, and they loved Star Wars and
- 22:23Speaker 1: Harry Potter and they were into things like that. Now,
- 22:27Speaker 1: when talking to Sergio, they found that she was selling
- 22:30Speaker 1: items at the garage cell to raise a little money
- 22:32Speaker 1: for their anniversary to Universal Studios. I guess they were
- 22:36Speaker 1: going to check out Harry Potter. I don't know where
- 22:39Speaker 1: Star Wars is.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Is that a Disney thing thing? Disney bought it at some.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Point, I think, yeah, so all the Star Wars stuff
- 22:45Speaker 1: is that Disney. But they were going down there in
- 22:48Speaker 1: that area and stuff like that. So that was yeah, Orlando.
- 22:51Speaker 1: They were going down there to do things like that.
- 22:54Speaker 1: So this this garage cell was to make money for that.
- 22:56Speaker 1: She was selling some of her like Star Wars's memorabilia
- 23:01Speaker 1: and things like that. Now they ask Sergio Sergio who
- 23:05Speaker 1: knew about the garage cell, and he said it was
- 23:07Speaker 1: kind of a last minute decision to do this, and
- 23:10Speaker 1: few people knew about it. She was depending more on
- 23:13Speaker 1: people driving by to make a sell, which I mean,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I think that's what everybody does for groadge cells.
- 23:19Speaker 2: You put the ad out, you say this garage, Yeah,
- 23:22Speaker 2: you advertise your garage.
- 23:23Speaker 1: You put no, you don't add advertise it. You put
- 23:25Speaker 1: it out on like a you take a poster and
- 23:27Speaker 1: put your address and staple it to a corner of
- 23:29Speaker 1: a one.
- 23:30Speaker 2: You can do that, but you can also put it
- 23:31Speaker 2: in the new Well, people used to put it on
- 23:33Speaker 2: this paper.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Okay, grandpa, who's putting.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Their grandpa neighborhood?
- 23:38Speaker 1: Are there a garage cell in the newspaper?
- 23:41Speaker 2: Well, they put it online nowadays, yes.
- 23:43Speaker 1: But that doesn't take much preparation to say, oh, yeah,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna have a garage cell. So anyway, so she's
- 23:49Speaker 1: mainly depending on people driving by, which is common. I
- 23:52Speaker 1: would say it's not. And then Sergio he hadn't He
- 23:55Speaker 1: wasn't there because he had an early morning flooring job,
- 23:59Speaker 1: and he said he left around six forty seven am.
- 24:01Speaker 1: I'm assuming that he knew this exactly because probably the
- 24:04Speaker 1: ring doorbell. It's like him, you know, you get notification,
- 24:07Speaker 1: like I get a notification that I'm that I just left. Basically, yes,
- 24:11Speaker 1: So police were able to confirm Sergio's arrival time and
- 24:15Speaker 1: that he was not the one to kill Liz. He
- 24:19Speaker 1: was not somebody well we don't know, Stu. We're going
- 24:22Speaker 1: to talk about that.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Okay, So he's not off the hook yet though.
- 24:27Speaker 1: He's not off the hook. He did not physically do
- 24:31Speaker 1: it himself, though, but we don't.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Know which we know we know what that he didn't
- 24:37Speaker 2: physically do it.
- 24:38Speaker 1: We know he didn't physically do it himself. He was
- 24:40Speaker 1: at the flooring job. He did leave like he was
- 24:42Speaker 1: on that ring doorbell.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Yes, but he could perfect alibi.
- 24:47Speaker 1: But he could have left and just went around the
- 24:48Speaker 1: corner or come through the backyard. But they did say
- 24:51Speaker 1: that they talked to multiple people at the flooring place
- 24:53Speaker 1: and he was there, and he left and came home.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Could have came through the backyard where the costco is
- 24:58Speaker 2: helped the fence. Come on inside.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no cameras in our backyard?
- 25:05Speaker 2: Yes?
- 25:05Speaker 1: Or are there?
- 25:06Speaker 2: Or are there?
- 25:07Speaker 1: And a massive pit No? I ran that pit bull off? No?
- 25:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah, did we?
- 25:16Speaker 1: We've talked about the neighbors before.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Haven't we. Yes, We're not going to talk about them
- 25:19Speaker 2: right now though, why because we got to do this.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I know. I'm just gonna say something real quick.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Oh Jesus, Marrian.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Okay, we've talked about how they the five children that
- 25:28Speaker 1: are there. We have not heard of the children in
- 25:30Speaker 1: weeks so but the but the the ladies still they're
- 25:33Speaker 1: still together. Appears well.
- 25:36Speaker 2: I think they went on vacation and the children may
- 25:38Speaker 2: have gone somewhere to.
- 25:39Speaker 1: But where are the children now it's been weeks.
- 25:41Speaker 2: I don't know, maybe with another relative for the duration.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Who's going to take five children.
- 25:47Speaker 2: It's a large family from what I understand.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Anyways, I find I think that they were like, this
- 25:56Speaker 1: is too much, and they and the they were like,
- 25:58Speaker 1: we can't do this.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I think the Homa legally adopted the children.
- 26:02Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. You can still turn them back over
- 26:04Speaker 1: to the state or something.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Not after you legally adopted it. As you can.
- 26:07Speaker 1: You can surrender any child to the state.
- 26:09Speaker 2: I don't think this surrendered them to the state. I'm
- 26:14Speaker 2: not getting that vibe from this family. Okay, I'm just
- 26:16Speaker 2: saying I'm tired children.
- 26:18Speaker 1: I think it was a lot for them to take
- 26:20Speaker 1: on over there. That's all I'm gonna say. Okay, we'll see,
- 26:24Speaker 1: We'll update as the weeks go on. If the children
- 26:27Speaker 1: have appeared again on the neighbor drama. Yes, the neighborhood Drama.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Oh I could, oh, I could do a whole episode
- 26:33Speaker 1: about our neighborhood.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Let's talk about the guy's shaving let's talk about the.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Guy shaving himself chest aren't pits the whole nine yards.
- 26:44Speaker 5: In the community. And then they opened it. So there
- 26:49Speaker 5: was a guy full on shaving himself like out there
- 26:52Speaker 5: in the open, like like he had like he was
- 26:56Speaker 5: like had like dark hair or whatever. So it's just
- 26:58Speaker 5: like long like black hairs, and so he got they
- 27:03Speaker 5: got turned into the hoa or whatever. They couldn't find
- 27:06Speaker 5: the guy that did it, so they closed the pools
- 27:08Speaker 5: to clean them.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Keep in mind, we.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Do not They sure can find the weeds in my
- 27:11Speaker 2: yard when they want to, though they can't.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Find this man anyways, So they closed the pools to
- 27:17Speaker 1: clean them. Well per this morning. The pool reopened at
- 27:21Speaker 1: noon and someone went over there and there was like
- 27:23Speaker 1: a giant they supposedly closed it to clean it. There's
- 27:28Speaker 1: a giant like wad of like black hair just floating. Well,
- 27:32Speaker 1: they posed a picture of it. Oh, I could go
- 27:35Speaker 1: on about this neighborhood ste if you want to do
- 27:37Speaker 1: a neighborhood watch. That sounds like a Patreon only situation. Though, yes, anyways,
- 27:43Speaker 1: all right.
- 27:44Speaker 2: That is not true crime, are you No, it's a
- 27:46Speaker 2: crime for the amount of paying it's a crime.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Yes, I could tell you. Yeah, And I told you
- 27:52Speaker 1: the story about the tree that they planted, and they
- 27:54Speaker 1: said it was a dead tree in their yard. Yes,
- 27:56Speaker 1: it was a brand new Yes. So they went and
- 27:59Speaker 1: bought it a tree from Low's and they planted in
- 28:02Speaker 1: their yard about four or five weeks ago.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Because the wind around here is ridiculous, so.
- 28:06Speaker 1: It took all the leaves off because it's a baby.
- 28:09Speaker 1: And the hoa came by and took a picture of
- 28:11Speaker 1: their This wasn't our house. Somebody else's took a picture
- 28:14Speaker 1: of it and said they needed to remove the dead
- 28:15Speaker 1: tree from the yard. Like absolutely insane, absolutely insane. All right,
- 28:23Speaker 1: is it my turn?
- 28:23Speaker 2: Your turned, it's my turn.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Okay, keep going.
- 28:26Speaker 2: You've done sidetracking. It's like you DrAk a whole bottle
- 28:29Speaker 2: of whiskey this morning already. No, I did not, And
- 28:32Speaker 2: it's only lunchtime.
- 28:33Speaker 1: It's not lunchtime. It's like four pm. I didn't. I'm
- 28:38Speaker 1: just telling stories to This is what's happening right now.
- 28:41Speaker 1: These are big things in our lives. We don't have
- 28:43Speaker 1: much going on.
- 28:45Speaker 2: No we don't. Yeah, actually we got a costco coming.
- 28:48Speaker 1: We got the largest costco in Texas.
- 28:49Speaker 2: I heard police are starting to think that someone was
- 28:54Speaker 2: watching when Liz was alone to attack her. They began
- 28:58Speaker 2: asking neighbors if they heard or saw anything that morning.
- 29:01Speaker 2: They are able to find three neighbors who heard the shots,
- 29:05Speaker 2: but no one actually saw the shooting. They were able
- 29:08Speaker 2: to pull security cameras that face the Barraza home. On
- 29:12Speaker 2: the video, a black truck pulls up in front of
- 29:14Speaker 2: Liz's home at about six fifty two am and then
- 29:18Speaker 2: pulls up, turns around. The person gets out of the truck,
- 29:21Speaker 2: walks rapidly up the driveway, speaks for a moment, and
- 29:25Speaker 2: then pulls a gun from the robe they were wearing.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Yes, they were dressed in a robe in a robe. Yes.
- 29:34Speaker 2: The shooter shoots three times at point blank range. Liz
- 29:38Speaker 2: then falls to the ground and one more shot is fired.
- 29:42Speaker 2: The person looked like they were wearing a wig possibly.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Yes, it looked like a very crappy, exaggerated wig. And
- 29:53Speaker 1: they were wearing what looked like a robe, And they
- 29:56Speaker 1: felt like they couldn't tell if it was a manner
- 30:00Speaker 1: a woman because they had the the robe and these
- 30:03Speaker 1: white boots on and the.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Wig, so the distance of the camera did not give
- 30:11Speaker 2: a clear image. And they were disguising their identity, so
- 30:15Speaker 2: finding this person was not going to be as easy
- 30:17Speaker 2: as they thought it would be.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Yeah, because the police thought whenever they found out they
- 30:20Speaker 1: had video footage over there, like, oh close, case we
- 30:23Speaker 1: got this.
- 30:24Speaker 2: We'll be down at the Teddy Bar by lunch.
- 30:26Speaker 1: But what I don't understand is why, Okay, what it
- 30:30Speaker 1: is a Friday? Uh? What this did happen on a Friday?
- 30:33Speaker 1: So what I don't understand is I still don't understand
- 30:37Speaker 1: why do we have these cameras on our homes if
- 30:41Speaker 1: they're not high enough quality to be able to catch
- 30:44Speaker 1: somebody or get license plate numbers. That's what I don't understand.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Like could ours identify or pick up a license plate? No,
- 30:52Speaker 1: so what's the point it could?
- 30:53Speaker 2: If they were on our driveway. Our cameras are only
- 30:56Speaker 2: designed for our yard. We're not. We're about two three
- 31:00Speaker 2: houses down. Whether or not we can see their license plate,
- 31:05Speaker 2: if you can get a description of the vehicle, I mean,
- 31:07Speaker 2: that's good enough.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Not in this case, it wasn't.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Well, maybe they should have had more cameras on their
- 31:13Speaker 2: own homes. The truck did circle back after the crime,
- 31:19Speaker 2: like they were seeing if they got the job done,
- 31:22Speaker 2: or to view their work. I'm guessing they were gonna
- 31:24Speaker 2: see if she got up and crawled to the house
- 31:26Speaker 2: or something. Police found this very odd that they would
- 31:29Speaker 2: go back to examine the scene. But I can kind
- 31:31Speaker 2: of get it. I guess if they were like, I
- 31:33Speaker 2: hope I got her. Let me make sure she ain't
- 31:36Speaker 2: crawling up to getting there.
- 31:37Speaker 1: But it is bullsy to turn back around and go
- 31:39Speaker 1: back though.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Yes, no, you commit the crime and you move on.
- 31:43Speaker 2: They did at least have a clear shot of the
- 31:45Speaker 2: truck that was being driven. The truck was a Nissan Frontier.
- 31:49Speaker 1: First crime at the Century. Yeah, not much a Nissan.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Truck start a Frontier.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Does Nissan make any other kind of truck? Yes, I
- 32:01Speaker 1: don't know anything about trucks.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Well, I think the front Tier is the Tundra competitor,
- 32:05Speaker 2: but I would get the Tendra myself. It was a
- 32:08Speaker 2: year twenty thirteen to twenty nineteen model. It was mostly
- 32:13Speaker 2: black or most likely black in colored. They could not
- 32:17Speaker 2: get the license plate number. However, there were thousands of
- 32:21Speaker 2: those types of trucks, so this was a needle in
- 32:24Speaker 2: the haystack. As far as the.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Placer clearned, Yeah, it wasn't like a they thought they
- 32:28Speaker 1: may be onto something with the whole truck, you know,
- 32:32Speaker 1: making model and color. But it's like we're in the
- 32:34Speaker 1: Houston area. That's just never ending.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Yeah, in Texas, fifties Tundras are made in San Antonio.
- 32:41Speaker 2: There's trucks galore around here.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Well specifically that truck. There was still tons of those.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Well f one fifty is the best selling truck.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Okay, that's not what was there though, So I don't
- 32:51Speaker 1: know what that matters.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Well, Nissan Frontiers, Oh no, that's the Titan is the
- 32:57Speaker 2: Tundra competitor. The Frontier is the smaller truck like the Tacomas.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Oh, Nissan Titan, Okay, now I know what that is.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, your brother had one of those.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that was a mistake.
- 33:09Speaker 2: It was a fine truck.
- 33:10Speaker 1: It was a mistake. He corrected it.
- 33:13Speaker 2: No, he had that was a mistake.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Well, that thing within a couple of months what broke completely,
- 33:19Speaker 1: the completely blew and it was in the shop for
- 33:22Speaker 1: longer than he actually owned it. And then as soon
- 33:23Speaker 1: as he got it out, he sold it because it.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Was like such a waste twelve hundred dollars.
- 33:27Speaker 1: And he had to go back and forth on the
- 33:29Speaker 1: whole warranty and everything, and it was like, basically a
- 33:33Speaker 1: brand new truck, who's the motor just blew up? It's like, oh,
- 33:37Speaker 1: we're not going to cover that.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Oh.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Then he got into it with the you know, because
- 33:40Speaker 1: then it took way a really long time. So then
- 33:42Speaker 1: he got into it the whole thing about the rental car.
- 33:45Speaker 2: They didn't want to pay for the un Yeah, they
- 33:46Speaker 2: didn't want.
- 33:47Speaker 1: To pay the rental car, and he's like, it's not
- 33:48Speaker 1: my fault. You had my truck for six months, all right. So,
- 33:51Speaker 1: with nothing to go on with the video, they asked
- 33:53Speaker 1: the family to watch it, which was a difficult thing
- 33:56Speaker 1: for them to ask of them, but the family was
- 34:00Speaker 1: willing to do it if they could possibly find a killer,
- 34:02Speaker 1: because they're going to watch their wife and daughter be
- 34:06Speaker 1: you know, murdered.
- 34:07Speaker 4: Now.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Unfortunately, nothing was ringing a bell. They tried and tried
- 34:11Speaker 1: and tried. They just could not place the person, which
- 34:13Speaker 1: it didn't help that the person was wearing the wig
- 34:15Speaker 1: and everything like that. They continued to pull video footage
- 34:18Speaker 1: and found that the killer had driven through the neighborhood
- 34:21Speaker 1: the night before, so they were around, maybe seeing where
- 34:26Speaker 1: they wanted to park. Things like that. They were at
- 34:28Speaker 1: a loss with the evidence. They needed to find a
- 34:31Speaker 1: reason Lee Liz would be murdered because she was clearly targeted.
- 34:35Speaker 2: This was not a planned, premeditated Yes that appears.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Yes, coming up and shooting someone at point blank range,
- 34:44Speaker 1: not taking anything with the disguise, not taking anything. There
- 34:48Speaker 1: was no sexual component to it. Nothing, and this woman
- 34:51Speaker 1: did not appear to have any enemies, So I just
- 34:54Speaker 1: don't They're just like, who would want to kill her?
- 34:57Speaker 1: You know?
- 34:59Speaker 2: Police started with the garage cell. Normally Liz would have
- 35:03Speaker 2: been headed to work that morning since it was a Friday,
- 35:06Speaker 2: but she was at home setting up the garage cell,
- 35:08Speaker 2: so it would have Police theorized it would have had
- 35:13Speaker 2: to been someone that knew she would be home, Like
- 35:16Speaker 2: they're thinking, possibly work related. They started at the work.
- 35:22Speaker 2: She worked at an oil and gas company that worked
- 35:24Speaker 2: with pipelines. Everyone there would have known she was taking
- 35:28Speaker 2: the day off.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Worked with pipelines myself, yes, but this.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Was another dead end. They needed to look outside of
- 35:36Speaker 2: her work, and this would be her friends that were
- 35:38Speaker 2: part of the Star Wars fandom.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That she just what can I just elaborate on the
- 35:43Speaker 1: thing With the work they did look in everybody that
- 35:45Speaker 1: she worked with it. I think it was a smaller
- 35:46Speaker 1: office and everybody had.
- 35:48Speaker 2: A solid company type stuff. Yep, not a massive organization.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Yeah, and she didn't have any beef with anybody at
- 35:56Speaker 1: the pipeline companies.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Do because she was a vegetarian and I.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Ain't fucking scared of him. Name that tune.
- 36:06Speaker 2: And you win a shout out.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Yes.
- 36:09Speaker 2: As they were looking into this angle, they find that
- 36:12Speaker 2: Liz and Sergio would dress up as stormtroopers which were
- 36:17Speaker 2: to be where this were wearing these large white boots
- 36:22Speaker 2: as the person in the video had on.
- 36:25Speaker 1: That was a weird connection.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Now if this was Louisianana, that would be some of
- 36:29Speaker 2: them del Cambra reebox as they call him, them white
- 36:35Speaker 2: shrimp boots down in Delcam.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Yeah. So they don't yeah, because they don't know in
- 36:38Speaker 1: the video of things were the exact boots, but they
- 36:40Speaker 1: were just saying that they were large white like rain boot,
- 36:44Speaker 1: possibly stormed.
- 36:45Speaker 2: I would look at somebody with a Delcum connection, Okay, yes,
- 36:48Speaker 2: those look like some scrump and boots. The person in
- 36:52Speaker 2: the video that morning had some large white boots, as
- 36:54Speaker 2: we stated, and they asked if they had any issues
- 36:57Speaker 2: in the group, and Sergio said they had a few scuffles,
- 37:00Speaker 2: but nothing.
- 37:01Speaker 1: I want to know what. I'm gonna need you to elaborate,
- 37:03Speaker 1: Sergio on what the scuffles were in your Star Wars
- 37:06Speaker 1: fan group.
- 37:07Speaker 2: That Stormtrooper uniform is not the code from this movie.
- 37:13Speaker 2: That was pre this movie, and you can't be wearing
- 37:15Speaker 2: it in this context.
- 37:16Speaker 1: That's probably like what it was happenings to.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Yeah, like Renaissance fairs throwdowns. Yeah, that necklace is not
- 37:24Speaker 2: period to the renisauce that we were having. You need
- 37:27Speaker 2: to take that off or I will snatch that off
- 37:29Speaker 2: your neck.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Becky.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Police investigated all the members of the five hundred and
- 37:35Speaker 2: first Legion.
- 37:36Speaker 1: It's just the group's name.
- 37:39Speaker 2: I think it's a star I did watch Star Wars.
- 37:42Speaker 1: I've never seen a Star Wars and I'm gonna go
- 37:44Speaker 1: to you know, at this point in my life, I'm
- 37:45Speaker 1: just gonna wear that as a badge of honor and
- 37:47Speaker 1: go to my grave never having seen a Star Wars movie.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Well, they were awesome when you were like seven year
- 37:52Speaker 2: old growing up seeing them, but.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Really I wouldn't know. I wasn't here, meaning on this planet.
- 37:58Speaker 2: No, you weren't. You want to go there. I don't.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Where I'm of a Titanic. Persons to oh Jesus, yes,
- 38:11Speaker 1: I'm still in the Titanic's folks, Okay, still in the Titanic.
- 38:17Speaker 1: This ship is sinking. Yes, all right, we need to
- 38:21Speaker 1: get done with this. So this had so so so
- 38:25Speaker 1: they find nothing in this Star Wars five hundred and
- 38:27Speaker 1: first legion. If you're a Star Wars fan, let us
- 38:29Speaker 1: know where that reference comes.
- 38:30Speaker 2: From from a movie or a cartoon or something.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I thought it was something with the taxes, but I
- 38:35Speaker 1: guess that makes more sense.
- 38:37Speaker 2: I was like, what is it?
- 38:38Speaker 3: What is it?
- 38:39Speaker 1: If you're five oh five? Yeah, I thought maybe it
- 38:42Speaker 1: was something with that. But now that you're saying that,
- 38:44Speaker 1: that's not what. That's not why it was called that. Okay,
- 38:50Speaker 1: this had to be someone that new details about Liz's life,
- 38:55Speaker 1: like what her schedule was, where her doorbell camera was located,
- 38:59Speaker 1: where to position in the truck, all these types of things.
- 39:03Speaker 1: And they started to think it was a professional hit.
- 39:05Speaker 1: But why would the truck return to the scene. That's
- 39:08Speaker 1: not a professional. But you know what, not all professionals
- 39:12Speaker 1: are professionals do sometimes.
- 39:14Speaker 2: They're just like this, somebody found on Craigslist.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Yes, so maybe they just they was a professional, but
- 39:20Speaker 1: not a true professional. So they asked Sergio if Liz
- 39:23Speaker 1: had any life insurance policies, and he said that he
- 39:26Speaker 1: believed she did have one, but wasn't sure how much
- 39:28Speaker 1: it was worth or anything like that. Well, please pull
- 39:31Speaker 1: the records and they find that she had one at
- 39:33Speaker 1: work that was worth five hundred thousand dollars.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Sergio, we need to talk.
- 39:37Speaker 1: And that had increased from two hundred and fifty thousand
- 39:40Speaker 1: dollars from not long ago. Yes, and Sergio was the
- 39:45Speaker 1: beneficiary beneficiary, beneficiary, beneficiary, but they knew he was not
- 39:52Speaker 1: the killer because he was they know.
- 39:55Speaker 2: He wasn't they wasn't the trigger man.
- 39:56Speaker 1: No, he was, you know, he wasn't a and he
- 40:00Speaker 1: didn't look like the killer. But could Sergio have hired someone?
- 40:04Speaker 2: That is the question.
- 40:05Speaker 1: They did find Sergio's behavior to be odd that morning
- 40:09Speaker 1: after he you know, because he showed up before the
- 40:11Speaker 1: police could even call him. Well after they talent they
- 40:14Speaker 1: questioned him and stuff, and like you can go be
- 40:16Speaker 1: with your wife and everything because she was life flighted,
- 40:18Speaker 1: you know, to the hospital. He actually hung around the
- 40:21Speaker 1: home for a while after the cops released him, and
- 40:24Speaker 1: he actually was like talking to the neighbors. He was
- 40:27Speaker 1: speaking to the media like two shits that could be
- 40:31Speaker 1: given about hurrying up and getting to his wife's side,
- 40:33Speaker 1: which could be her last, you know, time on this earth. Yes,
- 40:38Speaker 1: he did eventually go, but it just found odd.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Like you would be before she expired.
- 40:43Speaker 1: I don't know, I have no ideas.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Do somebody should have probably researched.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe you should have, but they the couple did
- 40:51Speaker 1: seem very happy. Things were just not adding up, like
- 40:54Speaker 1: why was it really worth it to him to kill
- 40:57Speaker 1: her over this? His behavior was odd, but they don't
- 41:00Speaker 1: have any evidence pointing to why he would do this
- 41:03Speaker 1: except for I feel like five hundred thousand big ones.
- 41:05Speaker 2: But or she keeps wearing the wrong Storm storm Troopers.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Suit to the is Stormtroopers in Star Wars or Star
- 41:13Speaker 1: what's the other one?
- 41:14Speaker 2: Star Trek Boy, you better help there right now? Battle
- 41:20Speaker 2: lines have been drawn, all right.
- 41:22Speaker 1: So they pulled Sergio's phone and it came back with
- 41:26Speaker 1: no like strange activity or anything like that. Because they
- 41:29Speaker 1: believe that the person who killed Liz. They're trying to
- 41:31Speaker 1: put together why they would come back by They believe
- 41:33Speaker 1: probably then phone. Well that's why it's a burner phone, stude.
- 41:37Speaker 1: They don't know if he had one, he would have
- 41:40Speaker 1: disposed of it.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Yes, I know, we need to look into this.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Well there's things we need to look into, stu. So anyway,
- 41:45Speaker 1: so they they believe that the reason the person drove
- 41:48Speaker 1: back by was maybe to do that confirmation call. So
- 41:50Speaker 1: they believe that they would have called someone at that time.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Said it's done, took a picture maybe.
- 41:55Speaker 1: I don't know about that, but would have called and said, yes,
- 41:58Speaker 1: it's done. And they were calling the person that hired
- 42:01Speaker 1: them to let them know all was good and everything
- 42:04Speaker 1: like that. Well, they keep looking through the finances and
- 42:08Speaker 1: everything like that, and they didn't. They did find that
- 42:10Speaker 1: one of Sergio's paychecks had bounced and he was not
- 42:14Speaker 1: able to cash it, so that money wasn't coming in.
- 42:17Speaker 1: They asked him about it, and he said that he
- 42:19Speaker 1: actually worked for his father, was his father's business, and
- 42:22Speaker 1: his father had been having financial issues due to his
- 42:25Speaker 1: multiple affairs. Dude, So Pops was spent all this money, yes, married,
- 42:32Speaker 1: oh was this business? Spending all his money trying to
- 42:36Speaker 1: keep these women happy, and then supposedly he couldn't pay
- 42:41Speaker 1: that that paycheck that that Sergio God actually bounced and
- 42:43Speaker 1: everything like that. Well, as they're talking to Sergio about this,
- 42:48Speaker 1: he tells them that Liz was very upset with her
- 42:52Speaker 1: father in law of Auscor because now the paycheck's bouncing,
- 42:56Speaker 1: he's brought he's cheating on his wife.
- 42:59Speaker 2: They're ready to go to earls. So now she's got
- 43:00Speaker 2: to sell all of her ship together. Yes, because because
- 43:04Speaker 2: Sergio is not getting a paycheck.
- 43:05Speaker 1: Yes, So they they believe that Liz actually confronted Oscar
- 43:10Speaker 1: about his financial issues, about his affairs and everything like that.
- 43:15Speaker 1: So they're starting to wonder if Austin would have wanted
- 43:19Speaker 1: to Okay, this is a stretch. Okay, guys, you're.
- 43:24Speaker 2: Gonna tell people why it's a stretch. Now.
- 43:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you, guys right now that we're all
- 43:28Speaker 1: the way this is unsolved.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Which this is the strip club all over again. I
- 43:37Speaker 2: gave them we got blue balls.
- 43:42Speaker 1: I'm myself experienced, and as I was writing this case
- 43:45Speaker 1: and watching this, I do I do not particularly care
- 43:48Speaker 1: for unsolved cases. I know there's whole podcasts dedicated to
- 43:51Speaker 1: unsolved mysteries. It's not my thing. I need to have.
- 43:55Speaker 1: I need to finish.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I need to finish as well.
- 44:00Speaker 1: So when it came down to too unsolved, I almost
- 44:03Speaker 1: scrapped the whole thing, but I'm like, no, I've already
- 44:05Speaker 1: written this, so we got to keep moving forward.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Guys.
- 44:08Speaker 1: So they think this is a bit of a stretch.
- 44:11Speaker 1: So we're about to We're about to do but you
- 44:13Speaker 1: know what I thought. I was like, I know, it
- 44:15Speaker 1: keeps moving my microphone. We're in the closet, and we're
- 44:17Speaker 1: still in the closet. We don't have to be, but
- 44:20Speaker 1: we're still in here because we didn't move all the equipment.
- 44:23Speaker 2: All right.
- 44:25Speaker 1: I was like, okay, this is I don't like that.
- 44:28Speaker 1: It's unsolved. I don't like this. However, it did give me.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Gives us a chance to do our most favorite thing,
- 44:33Speaker 1: which is speculating.
- 44:35Speaker 4: Speculate and talk make shit up.
- 44:37Speaker 1: So they thought that maybe Oscar the dad, the father
- 44:42Speaker 1: in law, this was a stretch they wanted. They thought
- 44:46Speaker 1: that he would have Liz killed and his son collects
- 44:49Speaker 1: the the money, and then his son would give him
- 44:52Speaker 1: the money.
- 44:53Speaker 2: He'd borrow it. Hey son, I need to make borrow
- 44:55Speaker 2: a little money.
- 44:56Speaker 1: But that doesn't like me.
- 44:57Speaker 2: I'll pay you back.
- 44:58Speaker 1: That doesn't make any sense to me. So it still
- 45:00Speaker 1: unsolved to this day. So if you have any information,
- 45:03Speaker 1: please let in Tom Ball, Texas. I think Sergio did it.
- 45:08Speaker 2: You think Sergio did it? Why?
- 45:10Speaker 1: Who else would want to do this? He just got
- 45:12Speaker 1: five hundred gees. He can go to universe, universe or whatever.
- 45:18Speaker 1: He was acting funny at the crime scene.
- 45:20Speaker 2: Where's the black truck, fitt in.
- 45:21Speaker 1: He hired somebody? Oh yes, he hired somebody to do this.
- 45:25Speaker 1: This is the only logical explanation.
- 45:29Speaker 2: So you think Sergio did it, collected the money, and
- 45:33Speaker 2: now he's off at his little fandom like just.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Giving it as Hermione Granger girlfriend.
- 45:39Speaker 2: You like that, don't you? Hermione? How's that magic?
- 45:45Speaker 3: Oh?
- 45:45Speaker 4: Okay, Galatio h it's pronounced filatio. Okay, we need to
- 46:03Speaker 4: get in Valdosta. It's Valdosta. That Valdosta.
- 46:09Speaker 1: We've got ripped so hard on though one of us did?
- 46:14Speaker 1: All right, who do you I think Sergio Art's one
- 46:18Speaker 1: to do this and he's just gotten away with it?
- 46:19Speaker 1: What do you think? I don't think the father in
- 46:22Speaker 1: law had anything to do with this.
- 46:24Speaker 2: He might have agged him on. I'd have to see
- 46:26Speaker 2: financial records, but possibly a joint effort.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Because they're saying that there's no financial issues or whatever,
- 46:33Speaker 1: and maybe not on the surface, but she was obviously
- 46:35Speaker 1: having to sell some of her stuff to pay for
- 46:37Speaker 1: a trip to Universal.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I mean, because somebody wasn't getting damn paycheck.
- 46:40Speaker 1: They weren't going to like it's what is.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Sergio doing now?
- 46:44Speaker 1: I don't know, work floor.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Yeah, he's working for a different company.
- 46:48Speaker 1: He was he was interviewed on the episode. They did
- 46:51Speaker 1: interview him and he said he did not do it.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Oh well, I guess they didn't do it, so that
- 46:56Speaker 2: disparage the man.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Yeah, so I think that's the only thing because she
- 46:59Speaker 1: didn't have any enemies. No one's gonna kill her over
- 47:01Speaker 1: some stupid Star Wars club or something.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Oh almost shot somebody over memorabilia because it in pain.
- 47:11Speaker 2: That was then he went to jail. Star Wars stuff
- 47:14Speaker 2: is worth money. That's certain people anyways, thousands of dollars.
- 47:19Speaker 1: But nobody stole anything. What was the benefit.
- 47:25Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 47:27Speaker 4: I'm speculating this through all right.
- 47:29Speaker 1: So that's our case. Sorry, it's unsolved. If you know
- 47:32Speaker 1: who did it, please let the police know. Stu, do
- 47:34Speaker 1: you ever.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Tell us so we can tell the poll.
- 47:38Speaker 1: There's a fifty dollar reward. There is a fifty thousand
- 47:41Speaker 1: dollars awards.
- 47:42Speaker 2: We'd be the number one podcast in the nation if
- 47:44Speaker 2: we saw this crime at least for a week.
- 47:47Speaker 1: I mean, it is kind of crazy. There has to
- 47:48Speaker 1: be a reason for it. Though the only person had
- 47:50Speaker 1: a reason was Sergio. There's nobody else that would want
- 47:53Speaker 1: to do this. It wasn't some random killing that someone
- 47:56Speaker 1: just walked up and decided to shoot this person and
- 47:58Speaker 1: then leave.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Star Wars Stormtrooper boots on or not, or just happen
- 48:03Speaker 2: to be white boots. Maybe he hired somebody from the
- 48:06Speaker 2: Stormtrooper group to kill her. Maybe and he's like, hey,
- 48:09Speaker 2: you know, and be cool if I dressed up as
- 48:10Speaker 2: a Stormtrooper.
- 48:12Speaker 1: They're like, that's too far. Boots only, boots only, Okay. Yeah.
- 48:17Speaker 2: So, or he hired somebody from Delcum the killer.
- 48:19Speaker 5: Yes, round up the citizens of Dolcum, tell him there's
- 48:25Speaker 5: a crawfish boil.
- 48:27Speaker 2: You'll get them all and then start fingerprinting everybody. Yep,
- 48:31Speaker 2: it'll be kind of hard with all that.
- 48:32Speaker 1: Well, no, it'll be the dust, the dust form to
- 48:35Speaker 1: slap your mama fingerprints, all right, Do you have a yelling.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Jesus, of course I got a yelling. I always have
- 48:41Speaker 2: a ye.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Okay, what is it?
- 48:44Speaker 2: It is a recap, It is a revisit. We're gonna I.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Gotta do something on my microphone next time because I
- 48:49Speaker 1: keep moving it.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Well, if you knew how to hold them, like Stewart.
- 48:55Speaker 1: What is wrong with you? Okay? What what do you
- 48:59Speaker 1: have it? Readie? Or am I going to have to
- 49:00Speaker 1: fill in with additional talk neighborhood talk. I'm not going
- 49:08Speaker 1: to tell you about this situation at work because what
- 49:09Speaker 1: if somebody actually worked with listen to this? So we're
- 49:12Speaker 1: not going to talk about that. But yeah, if it
- 49:15Speaker 1: was on the Patreon, then yes I would talk about it.
- 49:16Speaker 2: But is that going to be our.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Stewart, I've been promising these people Patreon content for years
- 49:25Speaker 1: and haven't come through. I'm not going to promise them
- 49:27Speaker 1: anything else. We were thinking about doing like a weekly
- 49:31Speaker 1: chit chat kind of where we just talk about our
- 49:34Speaker 1: talk about like some current Oh Karen Reid do Karen
- 49:39Speaker 1: Reid was found not guilty of murder and she was
- 49:43Speaker 1: found guilty of dulled w I yeah, so go Karen Reid,
- 49:52Speaker 1: because that's some shady shit. That's happening with that.
- 49:54Speaker 2: That sounded like.
- 49:55Speaker 1: There's a new dateline episode tonight about the Karen Reid trial.
- 49:58Speaker 1: That's what we're gonna want.
- 49:58Speaker 2: And then the other guy that did the Idaho murders,
- 50:01Speaker 2: This guy's been stringing out this court date.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Forever and it's coming up though.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Yeah, but they got like DNA evidence of him at
- 50:08Speaker 2: the scene.
- 50:09Speaker 1: And well, the dad, one of the dads of the
- 50:11Speaker 1: one of the people that was killed, said that there's
- 50:13Speaker 1: a bunch of stuff that never came out, and they're
- 50:15Speaker 1: gonna be everyone's gonna be shocked when they hear the
- 50:17Speaker 1: when they see the trial.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Shocked. Yes, two in the Pink.
- 50:21Speaker 1: And Stewart read your yall need Jesus.
- 50:25Speaker 2: Well, this is a circle back to a yall need
- 50:27Speaker 2: Jesus we have done previously.
- 50:29Speaker 1: We don't want to circle back.
- 50:30Speaker 2: To the urinating You ain't no hollow back girl. No,
- 50:34Speaker 2: you remember we had to circle back on the urinating
- 50:37Speaker 2: girl that was urinating on the groceries in the store. Yes,
- 50:40Speaker 2: this is not that. This comes to us from Law
- 50:45Speaker 2: and Crime. October fourth, twenty twenty three. We did a
- 50:50Speaker 2: y'all need Jesus where two young lads were found at
- 50:54Speaker 2: the scene of a gruesome murder because they were parked
- 50:57Speaker 2: on the side of the road. Oh yeah, when the
- 50:59Speaker 2: guy up the flashers on.
- 51:01Speaker 1: On the supero.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Now the cops are like hand, these people are in distress.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Let me pull over and see what's going on. And
- 51:10Speaker 2: lo and behold they catch two fellas dumping a body.
- 51:14Speaker 2: The two New Jersey brothers have confessed to their roles
- 51:19Speaker 2: in the murder of a third New Jersey man who
- 51:21Speaker 2: was killed just months before he was set to start
- 51:24Speaker 2: classes in pursuit of a master's degree. Classic Jersey Kevin
- 51:29Speaker 2: Rossero twenty six, died on June sixteenth, twenty twenty one,
- 51:32Speaker 2: in Pennsylvania. His body was found in a wooded area
- 51:35Speaker 2: along East Pumping Station Road in Richland Township. According to
- 51:39Speaker 2: Bucks County District Attorney, Where's it in where this happened
- 51:43Speaker 2: in Pennsylvania, All three men were from Jersey. The sat
- 51:48Speaker 2: and gruesome discovery was made by Pennsylvania State troopers within
- 51:51Speaker 2: an hour or so of the slain. His two assailants
- 51:54Speaker 2: were almost instantly caught. Over time, they both accepted legal
- 51:59Speaker 2: culpability for their parts they played in killing Roseero. Joshua
- 52:05Speaker 2: David Gamble nineteen pleaded guilty to robbery, conspiracy well he's
- 52:09Speaker 2: like seventeen at the time of the morning, conspiracy to
- 52:13Speaker 2: commit robbery, theft, tampering with or fabricating its physical evidence,
- 52:18Speaker 2: and abuse of a corpse. In November twenty twenty two,
- 52:23Speaker 2: his elder brother, Anthony Joel Gamble twenty two, pleaded guilty
- 52:27Speaker 2: to murder in the third degree and criminal conspiracy to
- 52:30Speaker 2: commit robbery. Pennsylvania is only one of three US jurisdictions
- 52:36Speaker 2: with a third degree murder statute still on the books.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Maximum sentence for third degree murder is forty years in
- 52:43Speaker 2: state prison on June twenty one. In June of twenty
- 52:48Speaker 2: twenty one, just minutes after midnight, troopers noticed two cars
- 52:51Speaker 2: parked on the side of the road. One of those
- 52:53Speaker 2: cars was a Subaru with its lights flashing. There was
- 52:57Speaker 2: also an Audi without active blame makers parked roughly one
- 53:01Speaker 2: hundred feet away from the Suparu. They found Joshua Gamble
- 53:07Speaker 2: lying on the ground in the woods, apparently trying to
- 53:10Speaker 2: avoid detection around him, where telltale evidence suggested that a
- 53:15Speaker 2: brutal crime had been committed and he was part of it.
- 53:18Speaker 2: Blood on his shoes, a plastic coated work glove on
- 53:21Speaker 2: his left hand and in his possession a crimson stain
- 53:25Speaker 2: keep up to the Subaru. The companion glove was recovered
- 53:30Speaker 2: from where he was lying.
- 53:32Speaker 1: But does it fit?
- 53:34Speaker 2: I don't know. Evidently, because he did, it would be.
- 53:38Speaker 1: The Audi killing the person in the superoo.
- 53:40Speaker 2: That's you think.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:42Speaker 2: After detaining the first suspect, troopers heard rustle of a
- 53:45Speaker 2: runner nearby. Soon enough, Anthony Gamble was caught and placed
- 53:49Speaker 2: into custody as well. The second suspect was also covered
- 53:53Speaker 2: in blood on his shoes and his shirt at this time,
- 53:57Speaker 2: and in his pants pockets he had two plastic coated
- 54:01Speaker 2: work type gloves.
- 54:04Speaker 1: So why are they killing? I'm getting to them, okay,
- 54:08Speaker 1: taken a long time.
- 54:09Speaker 2: It's like when you asked me at the beginning of
- 54:10Speaker 2: the movie what's happening?
- 54:12Speaker 1: If you watch, I'm unsatisfied with this unsolved mystery.
- 54:17Speaker 2: Over here, I will satisfy you, Babby.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Okay.
- 54:20Speaker 2: The investigation then turned to the Audi, inside the luxury car,
- 54:25Speaker 2: which had Florida plates Jersey Florida in a Florida car,
- 54:32Speaker 2: Troopers found a substantial amount of blood and called for backup.
- 54:36Speaker 2: Near the Audi was Rosseero lying on the ground close
- 54:39Speaker 2: to where Joshua Gamble had been found trying to hide
- 54:43Speaker 2: moments earlier. They said that the deceased man appeared to
- 54:46Speaker 2: have been dragged there, and autopsy later determined that Rossero
- 54:49Speaker 2: had been stabbed twenty eight times Jesus in the face,
- 54:53Speaker 2: neck and upper torso and upper extremities. Inside the audi
- 54:58Speaker 2: on the passenger floor was a large knife covered in blood.
- 55:01Speaker 1: A cell phone could have been a whole episode st it.
- 55:03Speaker 2: Could have been covered. No, this is terrible. Sanitizing wipes
- 55:08Speaker 2: and a second cell phone were found on the roof
- 55:10Speaker 2: of the vehicle. Sanitizing wipes, sanitizing. Yeah, he went out
- 55:15Speaker 2: and got a box of Clorox wipes or something to
- 55:17Speaker 2: clean up his twenty eight stab rooms. Yeah, that's gonna work.
- 55:21Speaker 1: He probably got the great value kind too. It's not
- 55:23Speaker 1: even like thick Clorox.
- 55:25Speaker 2: No, No, it's I don't know, maybe maybe not. As
- 55:28Speaker 2: it turns out, is.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Subru it's probably like reusable.
- 55:33Speaker 2: The attempt to cover up was hasty and cut short
- 55:35Speaker 2: by the presence of law enforcement. Pennsylvania State Police determined
- 55:39Speaker 2: the sanitizing wipes had been purchased from a nearby seven
- 55:42Speaker 2: to eleven store. Oh, come on, just twenty minutes before
- 55:45Speaker 2: the troopers arrived on the scene.
- 55:47Speaker 1: That's even lower than great value, and you probably paid
- 55:49Speaker 1: three times as much too. It's seven eleven.
- 55:54Speaker 2: They say that Rozero had dreams of becoming an immigration
- 55:58Speaker 2: lawyer and would have begun class in the coming September.
- 56:01Speaker 2: He was apparently killed over a matter of a few
- 56:04Speaker 2: hundred dollars.
- 56:05Speaker 3: But they spent that much on the wipes at the
- 56:07Speaker 3: seven eleven, right, and probably the answer energy drink.
- 56:11Speaker 1: Okay, these people are so stupid, because if you want
- 56:14Speaker 1: to clean up a crime scene, you don't get wipes,
- 56:16Speaker 1: just burn the vehicle, just set everything on fire.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Are you trying to aid in the bet criminals?
- 56:21Speaker 1: And you're just saying this is so stupid. I can't
- 56:23Speaker 1: believe they're worried about a couple hundred bucks and they
- 56:25Speaker 1: spot this is the most the true crime that you
- 56:30Speaker 1: bought wipes at a seven eleven. You know how inflated
- 56:33Speaker 1: those prices are? Right insane.
- 56:36Speaker 2: An analysis of Anthony Gamble cell phone showed searches for
- 56:39Speaker 2: seven eleven junk yards near me and can soap wash off.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Fingerprints, fire can fire.
- 56:48Speaker 2: An analysis of Joshua Gamble cell phone showed a four
- 56:51Speaker 2: hundred dollars transfer from Rozero's cash shapp account made at
- 56:55Speaker 2: eleven twenty pm on June sixteenth, twenty twenty one, forty
- 56:59Speaker 2: three minutes before troopers spotted the vehicles and began the investigation.
- 57:04Speaker 2: You want to know what is worth? Wow, it's four
- 57:07Speaker 2: hundred dollars to be split two ways, So two hundred
- 57:10Speaker 2: dollars per person, so what.
- 57:11Speaker 1: And then minus one hundred dollars for the wipes, so
- 57:14Speaker 1: three hundred dollars split two ways. Question? Note why did
- 57:17Speaker 1: he owe money?
- 57:19Speaker 2: Did he owe money or they just stealing?
- 57:23Speaker 1: Wow?
- 57:25Speaker 2: He didn't get into that whether Rosero was shady or not.
- 57:28Speaker 1: He was like, well, he graduated college and was going to.
- 57:30Speaker 2: Get his master's degree.
- 57:31Speaker 1: He musted them and he was driving a Subaru.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Come on, well, I don't know what belonged to him. Okay,
- 57:38Speaker 2: I don't know if he had the Audi and.
- 57:40Speaker 1: No, the criminals probably had the Audi. You think, yeah,
- 57:43Speaker 1: that seems the brothers.
- 57:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, so that is because when I was.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Like, probably like a a two thousand and three ALTI
- 57:52Speaker 1: a fours something something nice, No, two thousand and threes.
- 57:59Speaker 1: It wasn't a lunch. Yes from two thousand and three.
- 58:03Speaker 2: But yes, whenever I did that yell need Jesus, somebody commented,
- 58:06Speaker 2: we need to follow up on this.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Well, here you are two years later.
- 58:09Speaker 2: We have the few years later weever long.
- 58:11Speaker 1: Don't say we don't try.
- 58:12Speaker 2: Don't say we don't follow her.

- 58:20Speaker 2: so yeah.
