- Franklin Camp (00:00) How would you expect a man who could suffer or rejoice in suffering for Christ to approach preaching the gospel of Christ? How would you expect him to approach it? Well, he approached it as a sacred trust, didn't He saw himself as a steward. He said, I've been entrusted. As a specific message, verse 26, he calls it a mystery that has been revealed and is reachable, and a significant treasure, verse 27. He said, Christ endued the hope of glory. And I've got something to preach, that's my approach. I look at it as a stewardship and as a treasure. I'm entrusted with something that's worthwhile. That's what it is. That's what we are tonight. You stand at the pulpit, you talk to people about the gospel of Christ, it's worth more than anything else that you could, if we could convince folks of that, you wouldn't have a problem with the attendance.
