SPEAKER_00: Now in all seriousness, you were telling us the story about this guy in Minneapolis.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: He wants to sue the former owners of his home because he says, well, they didn't disclose that their neighbors uh are real, really a problem.
• 0:12
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_01: He even says douchebags because it's not even just what Scott was saying about, oh, my neighbor doesn't wave to me.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: And which is No, that's just, you know, whatever.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: You want to be in your own world.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: I find that tasteless because frankly, uh all my neighbors around me, I've good relationships with.
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_01: I I I I agree with you 1000%.
• 0:32
  SPEAKER_01: I've never done it.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to hang out and have cocktail hours, but at least when you drive them by, wave.
• 0:37
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, exactly.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh, hi, I'm out mowing my lawn.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: Hi, neighbor, I acknowledge you exist.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_01: Do you remember what my ex did, which is hilarious?
• 0:43
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: So he used to have a neighbor that would never wave.
• 0:46
  SPEAKER_01: Oh.
• 0:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, I now I do.
• 0:48
  SPEAKER_00: Go ahead.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_01: This is the best story that's ever come out of an ex.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_01: So he had this neighbor that would never wave.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_01: So then he started to flip them off every single time.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: So the neighbor started waving.
• 1:00
  unknown: Yeah.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: I kind of want to do that.
• 1:01
  SPEAKER_00: I know that's pretty good.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh anyway, I come over to this one.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: This text came in from uh, let's see, from 3557.
• 1:08
  SPEAKER_00: OMG.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: Can't imagine checking police calls to an address uh of a home looking uh to buy if um if uh you think you have to if you think you have to, not uh your neighborhood, lol.
• 1:21
  SPEAKER_00: Oh me, yeah.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_01: No, but I think that's just being proactive.
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_01: I think that I I I I want to make sure that it's like a job.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_01: Well that the chemistry's there.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_00: I I think that here's the thing is it's the the only way I could think of, because of course you're looking to move.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: If there's an issue with the people next door, you're probably not gonna jump out and sit there and go, those people never mow the their lawn.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: They are super trashy and all that stuff.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna sit there and put that that you know, the agent's not gonna go, Well, this house is great and the property's awesome, but boy, right next door, they're not gonna do that.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: So, how do you get that information?
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: I feel the guy's pain, uh, but at the same time, I I don't know how you can deal with that.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_01: Do I think that what you're saying about the Freedom of Information Act, that is your job to do it.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_01: Uh, me as the homeowner, it's not my job to do the dirty work.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_01: It's your uh you're the buyer, it's your job to do the dirty work.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_01: I don't think that they should get sued, but I think that you should do your homework.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, because technically they did not not disclose anything that is legally in need to be disclosed.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: In other words, that's right.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: I don't think this case will go anywhere.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: Is there are things you legally have to disclose.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: There's a massive crack in the foundation.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: That's gotta be disclosed.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_01: And they obviously wanted to get out.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_01: So of course they weren't disclosing it.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: Chris and Brittany texted, good everyone.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that you lived in the same street as me.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: I've been talking about the story of the guy that shot the neighbor.
• 2:51
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm and I'd I've had neighbors that I don't enjoy, and it really sucks because you're outside and the person who's right next to you, they do not like you.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_01: You it's it's like working in a cubicle next to somebody that doesn't like you.
• 3:04
  SPEAKER_01: It's so uncomfortable.
• 3:06
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it is.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh, what is this 0654?
• 3:09
  SPEAKER_00: Daughter's name Julia.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: Did we miss a text somewhere?
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: I think that their full text didn't come in because we've been doing those Father's Day shout-outs.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_01: Oh.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_01: And oh, okay, here we go.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_01: It got broken up because we had so many text texts coming in.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_01: I got you.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_01: It says, My dad's name is Thomas.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_01: Can you tell him happy Father's Day to the coolest daddy in Jelly Roll's voice?
• 3:30
SPEAKER_01: Oh, he may have to come by.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_01: And said, My name is Julia.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_01: So okay, we'll get a we'll get a visit from Jelly Roll next then.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_00: Very good.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and one last one, because we did a Father's Day shout-out uh with uh Ruth Barberino stopping by just a few seconds ago there.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: And uh also 3557 goes, and this is gonna relate perfectly to you.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh, you know damn well that Ruth Barberino was in her bikini mowing the lawn back in the day.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_01: Yes! I keep saying we need to bring this back.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: And then uh they also have one of those trifold chairs you were talking about for suntanning.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: You know, I've been looking for those on Facebook Marketplace and the old school one?
• 4:07
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they ain't cheap.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: I don't know why looking for those.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: I looked everywhere back in the day.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: Like that was the kind of chair so low to the ground you fell into it.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Getting up is gonna be a real struggle.
• 4:16
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: After a couple of high noons.
