- 0:36Speaker 1: So check out BTCC as your trading partner, especially as
- 0:40Speaker 1: you're starting to go in and out, whether it's on
- 0:41Speaker 1: laur and short. I stay away from any kind of leverage,
- 0:44Speaker 1: but you know, that's one of the things that I
- 0:46Speaker 1: think is bad for the market in general, but good
- 0:49Speaker 1: to go out there and make some money on a trade.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Let's get into a couple of points I want to
- 0:53Speaker 1: touch on. First. Of course, the market is down again,
- 0:56Speaker 1: wipe down from the crypto market another one hundred and
- 0:59Speaker 1: forty bill just in the past four hours. We continue
- 1:02Speaker 1: to see these kind of radical swings coming in and out.
- 1:05Speaker 1: It's always happening on these weekends, and of course this
- 1:08Speaker 1: happened over Thanksgiving Black Friday weekend. Three three point five
- 1:13Speaker 1: billion bitcoin ETFs now exiting in November. This is the
- 1:17Speaker 1: US spot bitcoin ETF shedding over three point five billion.
- 1:20Speaker 1: This is the highest monthly outflow that we've seen since February,
- 1:25Speaker 1: so pretty significant overall, and there are some scenarios I
- 1:30Speaker 1: think that play out for how the market could respond
- 1:34Speaker 1: to this. The real question is whether or not bitcoin
- 1:36Speaker 1: is going to stop at the eightyk mark. Do we
- 1:40Speaker 1: see this all the way down to seventy two or there?
- 1:43Speaker 1: I say, is this the beginning of a bull market
- 1:46Speaker 1: and we could see a much lower bitcoin You guys
- 1:48Speaker 1: let me know what your thoughts are comment in the
- 1:52Speaker 1: comments below. Let's get into this right here, because this
- 1:54Speaker 1: is where Eric Balshoun has kind of hit on this
- 1:56Speaker 1: and says, wait a minute, I just read the City
- 1:57Speaker 1: analyst say that for every billion from the bitcoin ETF
- 2:01Speaker 1: equals to around three point four percent drop in bitcoin price,
- 2:05Speaker 1: So by that logic, since the ETFs have taken almost
- 2:09Speaker 1: twenty two billion in inflows, we should be up to
- 2:12Speaker 1: seventy seven percent. Now. The only thing I would argue
- 2:14Speaker 1: on that, I'm not sure that that even Eric is
- 2:18Speaker 1: revealing the full report here by city, because the response
- 2:21Speaker 1: on city might be that if you look at the
- 2:24Speaker 1: math is and the way you would do is go
- 2:26Speaker 1: look back at that twenty two billion in inflows and
- 2:29Speaker 1: just say, well what did that do? Average it out
- 2:31Speaker 1: and sale for every billion, Maybe it's one point five
- 2:34Speaker 1: you know, in the market in terms of percentage, and
- 2:36Speaker 1: that would be up like thirty percent. So I don't know,
- 2:39Speaker 1: maybe there's more behind that, analyst. The point is is
- 2:42Speaker 1: that the ETFs are having an impact on the market.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I think that's the bigger picture here, and you can
- 2:48Speaker 1: see it right here as we continue to see a
- 2:51Speaker 1: market cap dropping to under three trillion. This of course
- 2:54Speaker 1: will continue for a while. I think, guys, maybe going
- 2:58Speaker 1: into the end of this year, unless us we get
- 3:00Speaker 1: a big market turnaround. I'm going to reveal something to
- 3:03Speaker 1: you that Tom Lee said that might reveal that that
- 3:07Speaker 1: could be waiting in the wings. The interesting thing though,
- 3:10Speaker 1: that I want you to pay attention to is this
- 3:12Speaker 1: fear and greed you would think or feel. I look
- 3:16Speaker 1: at it this way. Bitcoin dipping under ninety again, starting
- 3:20Speaker 1: to press eighty five, and our fear and greed is
- 3:23Speaker 1: holding at the top level of extreme fear at twenty.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Remember a week ago, ten days ago, we were at
- 3:29Speaker 1: a ten. So is the market actually responding to this?
- 3:33Speaker 1: And we've got a twenty five on an all coin season.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I'm not buying that one either. Other things that, of
- 3:39Speaker 1: course people are looking at is this eight PM meeting
- 3:42Speaker 1: and this of course's pale talking about what's happening today,
- 3:46Speaker 1: and we all know what that is. December first, quantitative
- 3:49Speaker 1: tightening ends. The question is is will QUE begin right now?
- 3:53Speaker 1: The poll says possibly announced tonight. This, of course would
- 3:57Speaker 1: be a striking difference. Of course, if we get an
- 4:00Speaker 1: announcement like that, that would be a significant market indicator
- 4:05Speaker 1: for QE. And of course if QE comps. The printers
- 4:09Speaker 1: come on and guys, we're getting ready to jump into
- 4:11Speaker 1: another run. President Trump says he's decided who's going to
- 4:14Speaker 1: be the next FED chair and he's going to announce
- 4:16Speaker 1: it soon. All eyes though, are on Kevin Hassett as
- 4:20Speaker 1: the potential leader right now at seventy two percent, you
- 4:23Speaker 1: can kind of see and a big leap forward here
- 4:26Speaker 1: just over the past few days. Obviously, some of that
- 4:29Speaker 1: came from President Trump on Air Force One where he
- 4:31Speaker 1: was kind of smiling about Kevin Hassett's name. Also, could
- 4:36Speaker 1: Trump be trying to throw a curveball against this. You've
- 4:38Speaker 1: got to be looking at all possibilities. I guess the
- 4:42Speaker 1: good thing, if any, is that at least Kevin Hasset
- 4:45Speaker 1: has been a very pro crypto position in general. We'll
- 4:49Speaker 1: go and break this down for you. Here's a word
- 4:52Speaker 1: from our sponsors. Recently, I came across a really interesting
- 4:55Speaker 1: project in DeFi and this is a project called the Balaxy.
- 4:59Speaker 1: And it's not just a other staking platform. It's actually
- 5:01Speaker 1: a project that uses a network of MeTV bots to
- 5:05Speaker 1: generate profit, something that was recent previously only available to
- 5:10Speaker 1: big players. That is something I can confirm. This is
- 5:13Speaker 1: one of the strategies that I've seen used by some
- 5:17Speaker 1: of the most wealthy digital asset managers out there. And
- 5:20Speaker 1: the way it works, it's kind of cool to put
- 5:23Speaker 1: it simply, users deposit funds into liquidity pools. These are
- 5:26Speaker 1: managed by MeV bots, and then these bots perform the
- 5:30Speaker 1: blockchain operations. Basically they work off of sandwich strategies and
- 5:33Speaker 1: this is where you can earn from these network inefficiencies.
- 5:37Speaker 1: That's why the system works both in market downturns market upturns.
- 5:42Speaker 1: A really good example is just what they're doing on Mevstay.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Can kind of go to their website learn a little
- 5:47Speaker 1: bit more about that actually launched. There, even a scenario
- 5:52Speaker 1: of course on stable returns, algorithmic precision, all around market fluctuation.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This is some of the things that I've been looking
- 6:01Speaker 1: for for some time, and I think the key here
- 6:03Speaker 1: is as you start to get into more strategic investing,
- 6:07Speaker 1: especially around staking and utilizing things like this, I think
- 6:11Speaker 1: are really kind of the core of how you're going
- 6:13Speaker 1: to continue to kind of use your assets to make
- 6:16Speaker 1: more money. Now, they do have a new iPhone app.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You can jump over to the Apple App Store learn
- 6:22Speaker 1: a little bit more about what they're doing there, which
- 6:24Speaker 1: is Mevstats. This is a new mobile app. Recently the
- 6:27Speaker 1: company launched it. It's now available over there on the
- 6:30Speaker 1: app Store. It allows you to track your income deposits
- 6:33Speaker 1: real time stats right from your phone, so it's very
- 6:35Speaker 1: easy and super intuitive. I've tested this one works fantastic,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and of course you guys can check it all out.
- 6:42Speaker 1: They are being covered across the industry. As you can
- 6:46Speaker 1: see right here over investing dot com, a lot of
- 6:48Speaker 1: mesters switching to farming on mystake with the Balaxy. You
- 6:52Speaker 1: can kind of see that. And I think also when
- 6:54Speaker 1: you look at what they've been trying to do to
- 6:56Speaker 1: get out there with the token twenty forty nine presentations
- 7:00Speaker 1: at that conference, this is something that I think more
- 7:04Speaker 1: projects should do, and that is get out there, get
- 7:07Speaker 1: in front of what's happening in the industry and let
- 7:10Speaker 1: people learn more about what you guys are doing. So
- 7:13Speaker 1: you guys should go over and visit Thevalaxy dot com.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You can forget about the market volatility stake once earn
- 7:20Speaker 1: every day. Now, there are some other things that are
- 7:23Speaker 1: affecting the markets. If you look in the SMP, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: look at gold, you look at silver, all of those
- 7:27Speaker 1: markets are pretty much up and to the right. The
- 7:31Speaker 1: one that is a trigger for all of this is AI.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip here because this
- 7:35Speaker 1: we'll look at nowly the Fed's next move, but how
- 7:38Speaker 1: the AI trade may be played.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Take a look, I.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Actually have been encouraged because I think that AI trade
- 7:44Speaker 3: has become more differentiated. People have understood that vertical integration matters.
- 7:49Speaker 3: They have understood that multiple sources of revenues matter. So
- 7:52Speaker 3: we're starting to see AI being much more fundamentally driven
- 7:57Speaker 3: than hype driving.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Explain that I don't get that because it's like every
- 8:00Speaker 4: time there's a deal of both companies tend.
- 8:03Speaker 5: To go up.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Whatever two deals, whatever two companies are there. How are
- 8:06Speaker 4: we differentiating between what works and what does?
- 8:08Speaker 3: So let's start with Gemini. I think Gemini three was
- 8:10Speaker 3: a significant change in the landscape. I think it made
- 8:14Speaker 3: people realize that if you are going to be a
- 8:17Speaker 3: winner in this arms race, because it is an arms race,
- 8:20Speaker 3: you have to have certain attributes that not all the
- 8:23Speaker 3: companies have. Now you're starting to see much more consideration
- 8:28Speaker 3: of how are you funding yourself? Are you funding yourself
- 8:30Speaker 3: mainly from revenue or are you funding yourself from circle
- 8:33Speaker 3: of financing. That's all good because you didn't want the
- 8:36Speaker 3: bubble phase to get carried away too much, because otherwise
- 8:39Speaker 3: there would have been a lot more damage than there
- 8:41Speaker 3: would be otherwise.
- 8:41Speaker 4: So what are you watching outside of this AI trade
- 8:44Speaker 4: Obviously that's leading the market has been for a while,
- 8:47Speaker 4: but there's a lot of other things that are happening
- 8:49Speaker 4: Federal Reserve and beyond is that.
- 8:51Speaker 3: We need to pay more attention to the supply side.
- 8:53Speaker 3: We are captivated right now, understandably by two things, will
- 8:57Speaker 3: they cut this month or not? And who will be
- 9:00Speaker 3: the next FED chair? As important is how will this
- 9:04Speaker 3: FED be reformed? This FED went to sleep. We have
- 9:07Speaker 3: got to be better at the supply side, and most importantly,
- 9:11Speaker 3: the compliance culture has to improve. So there's a lot
- 9:13Speaker 3: of things that we have to focus on on the
- 9:15Speaker 3: FED because it's so central to our economic wellbeing.
- 9:19Speaker 1: All right, So you can see there are different opinions
- 9:22Speaker 1: right there on how this plays out. And you guys
- 9:25Speaker 1: will remember Michael Burry exiting the market some of where
- 9:28Speaker 1: he said, I just don't understand this market because it
- 9:31Speaker 1: has been up and to the right, and most of
- 9:33Speaker 1: the narrative has been centered around in Nvidia, and that
- 9:36Speaker 1: of course gets into the broader picture of technology. It's
- 9:40Speaker 1: why we're seeing the S and P move at the
- 9:41Speaker 1: rate we have seen here recently. But at the same time,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you've got global macro positions that are really starting to
- 9:48Speaker 1: maybe reposition the entire planet. Some of the things you
- 9:51Speaker 1: got to look at is Japan's ten year government bond
- 9:54Speaker 1: yield that's just hit a one point eight percent, almost
- 9:57Speaker 1: at one point nine highest yield since t one thousand
- 10:00Speaker 1: and eight. We all know what happened back then. That
- 10:02Speaker 1: was a huge economic crisis. Remember, Japan was the anchor
- 10:05Speaker 1: zero rates, infinity liquidity, that was the scenario. The anchor
- 10:08Speaker 1: is now breaking. A couple of points within this tweet
- 10:11Speaker 1: right here, Japanese institutions hold approximately key point here one
- 10:15Speaker 1: point one trillion in US treasure securities. This gets bent
- 10:18Speaker 1: into the scenario of the reverse carry trade. What that
- 10:22Speaker 1: might mean for US securities if this happens precisely as
- 10:26Speaker 1: the Federal serve terminates QT, precisely as the US Treasury
- 10:31Speaker 1: requires record issuance, which is going to be about one
- 10:35Speaker 1: point eight trillion. So you've got a lot of happening
- 10:38Speaker 1: right now between what's going on from a big scenario
- 10:43Speaker 1: around Japan and what we're dealing with here in the
- 10:46Speaker 1: United States. So, when the world's creditor nations stopped funding
- 10:49Speaker 1: the world's debtor nations at artificially suppressed rates, the entire
- 10:52Speaker 1: post two thousand and eight. Financial architecture must reprice, So
- 10:57Speaker 1: that's something that you have to look at. Maybe these
- 11:00Speaker 1: are some of the underlying pressure points that are really
- 11:03Speaker 1: driving into crypto when you look at those markets. It
- 11:06Speaker 1: has been interesting. At the very least. This is in
- 11:10Speaker 1: July of twenty twenty four, of the FED cut rates
- 11:13Speaker 1: while the BOJ raised rates, leading to unwind of the
- 11:17Speaker 1: carry trade. Bitcoin capitulated into it. We found a new
- 11:19Speaker 1: low that week. Good chances could happen again around December tenth,
- 11:24Speaker 1: because we all know what that means. That is the
- 11:27Speaker 1: FED now. This could push the FED now because of
- 11:29Speaker 1: what's happening with and in Japan, to possibly be a
- 11:33Speaker 1: little bit more cagey around pausing. And that's the question.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Do we get the pause? With all of this happening
- 11:39Speaker 1: from a global economic position? What do you guys think.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Do you think we're gonna have FED rate cut or
- 11:44Speaker 1: do you think Chair Pale will hold the line and
- 11:46Speaker 1: try to position the US for another pause. Bitcoin and
- 11:50Speaker 1: eth have fully decorrelated. And this is the point I'm
- 11:52Speaker 1: getting to. Bitcoin and eth have fully decorrelated from the markets.
- 11:56Speaker 1: If you look at gold, the S and P five
- 11:59Speaker 1: hundred all times right there. You can see those charts
- 12:01Speaker 1: boom boom, but Bitcoin right here absolutely just getting cratered.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Same thing with ethereum. These are the kind of factors
- 12:10Speaker 1: that I think a lot of people are looking at
- 12:12Speaker 1: right now, and many people saying, hey, maybe the exit
- 12:15Speaker 1: was one twenty six, maybe the exit was around four
- 12:19Speaker 1: K on eight, and this could be the entry of
- 12:22Speaker 1: a new bull or bear market going forward. Now Tom
- 12:25Speaker 1: Lee doesn't believe that, which you know, we know Tom Lee,
- 12:28Speaker 1: he doesn't believe that at all. In fact, he's calling
- 12:31Speaker 1: for a year in rally.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Take a look. But you still bullish on crypto and
- 12:36Speaker 2: stocks going into year.
- 12:37Speaker 1: In I am.
- 12:40Speaker 5: I think the biggest tailwind that's going to emerge in
- 12:43Speaker 5: the next couple of weeks is around the central Bank.
- 12:46Speaker 5: The FED is set to cut in December, but also
- 12:50Speaker 5: today is the day that quantitative tightening ends. And as
- 12:54Speaker 5: you know, the Fed's been shrinking its balance sheets since
- 12:57Speaker 5: April twenty twenty two. It's it's been a pretty big
- 13:00Speaker 5: headwind for market liquidity. The last time we had an
- 13:04Speaker 5: end to QT quantitative tightening was September twenty nineteen, and
- 13:09Speaker 5: if you look back at that period, the markets really
- 13:12Speaker 5: responded well, I think within three weeks rallied more than
- 13:15Speaker 5: seventeen percent.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Here's what concerned me about a couple of weeks ago
- 13:20Speaker 4: Tom with the market's behavior, and that was watching all
- 13:23Speaker 4: of the AI high flyers dip and drop and pretty
- 13:28Speaker 4: precipitously in some cases, because it looked like the FED
- 13:30Speaker 4: wasn't going to cut That raised questions about what was
- 13:33Speaker 4: happening in the private markets, and it made me start
- 13:35Speaker 4: to wonder, Okay, are we looking at a lot of
- 13:38Speaker 4: business models that don't work if the FED doesn't continue
- 13:41Speaker 4: to cut rates.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Yeah. I think there was a lot a bit of
- 13:44Speaker 5: soul searching Becky in November because we know leverage rose,
- 13:49Speaker 5: and we know there was deleveraging in some markets like crypto,
- 13:52Speaker 5: and we know margin that's high. And I think that
- 13:56Speaker 5: there was essentially a reset in November because the market
- 13:59Speaker 5: had a six percent decline, but the AI stocks and
- 14:03Speaker 5: the meme names and a lot of other names fell
- 14:05Speaker 5: even more.
- 14:06Speaker 3: So.
- 14:06Speaker 5: I think that that position reset has been healthy, and
- 14:10Speaker 5: I think many fund managers we talked to in November
- 14:13Speaker 5: in the midst of all that kind of threw in
- 14:14Speaker 5: the towel. I thought the rest of the year was
- 14:16Speaker 5: sort of a write off, and now if December is strong,
- 14:19Speaker 5: there's can be a bit of performance chasing, and I
- 14:22Speaker 5: think that's what you should typically expect in the final
- 14:24Speaker 5: weeks of the year.
- 14:26Speaker 1: All right, So that's interesting his statement around performance chasing.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I'm looking at Nvidia right now, which has been down
- 14:32Speaker 1: from it's high at two oh seven. It's trading out
- 14:35Speaker 1: about one seventy nine. Then you've got Meta, which had
- 14:38Speaker 1: a pretty big drop coming off it's high back in August,
- 14:41Speaker 1: which was around seven ninety, dropping all the way down
- 14:44Speaker 1: to six forty where we are right now. Pal Andeer
- 14:47Speaker 1: also another drop coming in from two oh seven down
- 14:50Speaker 1: to where it's trading today at one sixty seven. So
- 14:53Speaker 1: I don't know, but I see Becky kind of pushing
- 14:55Speaker 1: back on it sometimes within these major shows, I always
- 14:58Speaker 1: won if there's like a good cop, bad cop kind
- 15:00Speaker 1: of scenario. So this is getting into a lot of
- 15:03Speaker 1: things which are really targeted around bitcoin. This is an
- 15:07Speaker 1: interesting analysis right here. Micro strategy creates one point four
- 15:10Speaker 1: billion dollar cash reserve. This gets into a lot of
- 15:13Speaker 1: scenarios that do and change. I think a little bit
- 15:17Speaker 1: of how people look at strategy and if you look
- 15:20Speaker 1: at Strategy as a stock it has continued. Let's go
- 15:22Speaker 1: over and take a look real quick, just to go
- 15:24Speaker 1: on to Master. Right here is Strategy's stock price coming
- 15:28Speaker 1: off that high four point fifty seven to where it's
- 15:31Speaker 1: trading right now one to sixty five.
- 15:33Speaker 2: So this is a.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Significant turn of events for micro Strategy, especially with where
- 15:37Speaker 1: we are around bitcoin. But the point being is when
- 15:40Speaker 1: you look at this breakdown, this of course looked at
- 15:42Speaker 1: the company holding six hundred and fifty thousand bitcoin. This
- 15:46Speaker 1: is about three percent of Bitcoin's supply that will ever exist.
- 15:49Speaker 1: And now the new reserve covers twenty one months of
- 15:52Speaker 1: dividend payments. So this is all being done through a
- 15:55Speaker 1: variety of instruments that Sailor has been building for some
- 15:58Speaker 1: time and he can used to do. Then Peter Schiff
- 16:02Speaker 1: came on the offensive saying today is the beginning of
- 16:04Speaker 1: the end for Master. Sailor is forced to sell stock,
- 16:07Speaker 1: not to buy bitcoin, but to buy US dollars merely
- 16:10Speaker 1: to fund Master's interest and dividend obligations that we just outlined,
- 16:14Speaker 1: and the stock is broken. The business model is a fraud.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Sailor is a bad guy and was one of the
- 16:19Speaker 1: biggest out there on Wall Street, So I don't know.
- 16:21Speaker 1: The point is is that right now Michael Sailor is
- 16:25Speaker 1: defending the position. The real question is is can bitcoin
- 16:29Speaker 1: pull out of this because it could bring the entire
- 16:31Speaker 1: crypto market with it, or also bring the entire crypto
- 16:34Speaker 1: market with it in a downward spend if we see
- 16:37Speaker 1: an under seventy k Bitcoin come back. The other thing
- 16:41Speaker 1: that's at risk in the market is Tether just dropped
- 16:44Speaker 1: their latest reserves report and the numbers are not looking
- 16:47Speaker 1: good here if everyone tried to redream redeem USDT at
- 16:51Speaker 1: the same time. Right now, Tether is short by about
- 16:52Speaker 1: thirty four billion in instant liquidity. Now you look at
- 16:56Speaker 1: that Tether, you know, in on paper or it could
- 17:00Speaker 1: be a problem because this is looking at assets of
- 17:03Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty one billion versus liabilities one hundred
- 17:05Speaker 1: and seventy four billion, but they're not fully liquid, so
- 17:09Speaker 1: they run pretty much a fractional reserve model like traditional
- 17:12Speaker 1: banks to This is not good for stable coins, guys,
- 17:15Speaker 1: and it's also one of the reasons that we haven't
- 17:17Speaker 1: seen Tether make its way into the US, at least
- 17:20Speaker 1: not with USDT. My question is does this put more
- 17:23Speaker 1: pressure on tether and create an opportunity for stable coins
- 17:27Speaker 1: like pyusd RL, USD Circle obviously with USDC and possibly
- 17:33Speaker 1: a handful of other bank tokens that might be coming
- 17:36Speaker 1: in in the future. And of course this all gets
- 17:39Speaker 1: into stable coin yields and how that potentially could impact
- 17:44Speaker 1: the market. Coming up soon more FUD, though tether FUD
- 17:48Speaker 1: usually has mark bottoms. This is something to be on
- 17:51Speaker 1: the lookout and the watch for right now. Question is,
- 17:53Speaker 1: do you guys think that we are entering a bear market?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Or have we been in one since a one hundred
- 17:59Speaker 1: and twenty six K bitcoin and people just missed it.
- 18:03Speaker 1: That's the real question that everybody's asking right now. Remember, guys,
- 18:07Speaker 1: we put this in and that was that Sony Group
- 18:11Speaker 1: plans to issue US dollar link stable coin. This is
- 18:15Speaker 1: going to be payments within the Sony ecosystem. I know
- 18:18Speaker 1: a lot of you probably said, wait a minute, didn't
- 18:19Speaker 1: you guys talk about that?
- 18:20Speaker 6: Yes, we did.
- 18:21Speaker 1: We talked about that over a year ago, that eventually
- 18:24Speaker 1: this would happen, and of course that is where we are.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And remember we also talked about aster over a year
- 18:30Speaker 1: ago of where those markets would start to move. Sony
- 18:32Speaker 1: stable coin now getting ready to move into the Market's
- 18:35Speaker 1: a little slow there for Sony. I think, will the
- 18:38Speaker 1: polymarket US go live in twenty twenty five? Yep. Poly
- 18:41Speaker 1: Market is now live in the United States, So get ready, guys.
- 18:45Speaker 1: This is going to cause a lot of impact, I
- 18:47Speaker 1: think in general around the betting community. But more important,
- 18:50Speaker 1: I think it's going to probably change the dynamic of
- 18:53Speaker 1: some of the market leaders out there. And one of
- 18:56Speaker 1: the things you got to look at is how much
- 18:58Speaker 1: growth polymarket could have because this could get into a
- 19:01Speaker 1: lot of other things, could be like an Nvidia stock
- 19:04Speaker 1: if they do go public. And when they do go public,
- 19:07Speaker 1: people will start watching it. Here's Shane Copeland breaking down
- 19:10Speaker 1: how many people are going to be using this in
- 19:12Speaker 1: just five years.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Take a look and how accurate is it.
- 19:15Speaker 6: It's the most accurate thing we have as mankind right
- 19:17Speaker 6: now until someone else creates some sort of super crystal ball.
- 19:21Speaker 2: It is not a poll. That's not the function of polymarket, correct.
- 19:25Speaker 6: Pally market is trying to predict the outcome. The percentage
- 19:29Speaker 6: of people who are going to vote for a candidate
- 19:32Speaker 6: is not the same as who's likely to win. And
- 19:34Speaker 6: you would look at polymerk and who would say seventy
- 19:36Speaker 6: thirty for Trump, and people are like, no way, it's
- 19:38Speaker 6: going to be seventy thirty. But he could win by
- 19:40Speaker 6: one point. But he's seventy percent likely to win.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Which is a different question than pollsters are as exactly.
- 19:45Speaker 6: So, the fact that polymerker was able to be the
- 19:47Speaker 6: signal through the noise, there was our first step on
- 19:50Speaker 6: the scene of mainstream politics.
- 19:52Speaker 2: How many people use polymarket today?
- 19:54Speaker 6: I mean there's tens of millions of people who are
- 19:56Speaker 6: looking at the odds and it's mid hundreds of thousands
- 19:59Speaker 6: of people we're trading.
- 20:00Speaker 2: But for you, the goal is a billion people. Yeah,
- 20:03Speaker 2: So will polymarket reach a billion people in five years? Yes?
- 20:07Speaker 6: Or not?
- 20:08Speaker 2: It's a great question. What are the odds on it?
- 20:11Speaker 2: I love it.
- 20:13Speaker 6: A billion people is a lot. There's going to be
- 20:16Speaker 6: a lot that we have to get right. The thing
- 20:17Speaker 6: that drives me is that there are billions of people
- 20:20Speaker 6: who could find value in this, which means until those
- 20:23Speaker 6: people have poly market are getting value from poly market.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Job's not done.
- 20:29Speaker 1: All right, So you can kind of see and he
- 20:31Speaker 1: mentioned the success and I think we've touted this as
- 20:34Speaker 1: well as this is pretty much the I think it
- 20:36Speaker 1: has killed the pole industry, because polymarket pretty much reset
- 20:41Speaker 1: the whole standard of how politics are being done. The
- 20:44Speaker 1: other area that's going to reset the standard on is sports. Here,
- 20:47Speaker 1: of course, is poly market in the sports category right
- 20:50Speaker 1: now coming up to number one, much faster than I
- 20:53Speaker 1: even thought FanDuel holding number two. Then you get into DraftKings,
- 20:56Speaker 1: et cetera. And even if you look at the powerful
- 20:59Speaker 1: esp in who had formerly known as ESPN's bet now
- 21:03Speaker 1: I think it's called something else. But the point is
- 21:05Speaker 1: that's number twenty two in sports. This continues to show
- 21:09Speaker 1: the power of where polymarket could go. All of this
- 21:12Speaker 1: built around crypto, all of this built around the blockchain.
- 21:15Speaker 1: This is why I think we're going to continue to
- 21:16Speaker 1: see advancement in technology in that. Speaking of advancement into
- 21:21Speaker 1: more institutions, well you got to look at this one.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Bit Wise now files their avax ETF. This is going
- 21:26Speaker 1: to also include you guessed that staking yields are coming
- 21:30Speaker 1: in with this as well. This will be good for avalanche,
- 21:33Speaker 1: but I think it's good for the market in general.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It puts more people aware of other assets and how
- 21:39Speaker 1: you can earn yields on those assets. When you're inside
- 21:41Speaker 1: an ETF more power to where these ETFs are moving.
- 21:45Speaker 1: But don't forget historically, when November turns red for bitcoin,
- 21:49Speaker 1: December almost always follows red too. So I don't know
- 21:52Speaker 1: if this is going to line up well for Tom
- 21:55Speaker 1: Lee's analysis of a reversal in December, because it's only
- 22:00Speaker 1: happened a handful of times over the years, and the
- 22:02Speaker 1: question will be how does it do it? Can it
- 22:05Speaker 1: do it? Right here? This will be the last time
- 22:07Speaker 1: we saw it in twenty seventeen, well in actually twenty
- 22:10Speaker 1: twenty three, not a bad year. But for the most
- 22:13Speaker 1: part we're kind of ledging our hedging toward a red
- 22:16Speaker 1: month coming up. We did a poll real quick after
- 22:20Speaker 1: three years of FED three years, will the FED finally
- 22:24Speaker 1: n QT today? That's the question. Everybody is also coming
- 22:27Speaker 1: in Yes, new incoming high. I kind of thought it
- 22:30Speaker 1: would be yes, but a lower high could be up
- 22:33Speaker 1: for bitcoin. And of course, if this will all depend
- 22:36Speaker 1: on what Palell does tonight. If he comes in with
- 22:38Speaker 1: nothing on the meeting, this could send markets barreling down
- 22:43Speaker 1: further waiting for the December tenth date, So be on
- 22:47Speaker 1: the lookout. December tenth real critical right now? All right,
- 22:51Speaker 1: So let's not forget this right here, because this is
- 22:53Speaker 1: a big factor right here. The average ETF investor right
- 22:56Speaker 1: now is now at a loss as bitcoin price cantin
- 23:00Speaker 1: and needs to slide. This could get pretty ugly if
- 23:03Speaker 1: we continue to see Bitcoin push downward, because the real
- 23:07Speaker 1: question this is a different kind of investor than what
- 23:10Speaker 1: we typically see, and in many cases if it's an institutional,
- 23:13Speaker 1: they'll take their losses and move. They're watching what's going
- 23:17Speaker 1: on with gold, They're watching what's going on with the
- 23:19Speaker 1: S and P with silver. Now, all of this pertains
- 23:22Speaker 1: to how this market reaction will move. This is a
- 23:25Speaker 1: critical critical line in the sand as we get into
- 23:29Speaker 1: around eighty three K that could push bitcoin into a
- 23:33Speaker 1: bad position overall. As we are filming, let's take a
- 23:36Speaker 1: look at bitcoin holding at the eighty four to eight
- 23:38Speaker 1: after the big liquidation event overnight, and of course you
- 23:42Speaker 1: can kind of see it right there even ethereum same scenario,
- 23:45Speaker 1: we're holding at twenty seven hundred, many others out there
- 23:49Speaker 1: XRP defending the two dollars mark. Again, this is the
- 23:53Speaker 1: kind of scenario, guys, that we have to be watchful
- 23:55Speaker 1: for of how this plays out into the markets. So
- 23:58Speaker 1: let me know what you guys think always drops some comments.
