Speaker 2: know now. I'm Rachel Scott from ABC News. It is Tuesday,
• 0:55
Speaker 2: March thirty. First, this is what you need to know.
• 0:58
Speaker 2: Let's get right to the big story. Americans across the
• 1:01
Speaker 2: country are starting to feel the economic impact of the
• 1:03
Speaker 2: war in Iran. Gas price is now hitting four dollars
• 1:07
Speaker 2: a gallon for the first time since twenty twenty two.
• 1:09
Speaker 2: Elizabeth Scholzie has the latest.
• 1:11
Speaker 5: This is the first time that gas prices are above
• 1:13
Speaker 5: four dollars a gallon on average in more than three years.
• 1:16
Speaker 5: According to Gas Buddy, the national average this morning stands
• 1:19
Speaker 5: at four dollars one cent. It's up a dollar seven
• 1:22
Speaker 5: cents now since the start of the Iran war, marking
• 1:25
Speaker 5: the biggest monthly increase on record. Diesel is up a
• 1:29
Speaker 5: dollar seventy cents a gallon. It's also the biggest spike
• 1:32
Speaker 5: ever in one month. So as long as the critical
• 1:34
Speaker 5: straight of Horr moves, we know that's where one fifth of.
• 1:36
Speaker 1: The world's oil would flow before the war.
• 1:39
Speaker 5: As long as that's virtually closed, oil and gas prices
• 1:42
Speaker 5: could keep going up from here. Moody's Analytics says that
• 1:45
Speaker 5: oil at this level for one year will cost the
• 1:48
Speaker 5: typical household about twelve hundred dollars in higher gas and
• 1:51
Speaker 5: diesel costs. These costs are already getting passed down. Jet
• 1:54
Speaker 5: Blue is now raising baggage fees to help pay for
• 1:57
Speaker 5: surging jet fuel. Many companies are paying shipping surcharges to
• 2:02
Speaker 5: transport their goods right now, and that can translate into
• 2:05
Speaker 5: higher prices for consumers for everything from food to the
• 2:08
Speaker 5: products that you buy online.
• 2:09
Speaker 2: This morning, the Pentagon confirming the US had a large

Speaker 2: hand against Iran, that the campaign is impacting Irani and
• 2:24
Speaker 2: morale and leading to personnel shortages and frustrations among senior leaders.
• 2:29
Speaker 3: American firepower is only increasing, Iran's decreasing. We have more
• 2:36
Speaker 3: and more options and they have less. The upcoming days
• 2:39
Speaker 3: will be decisive. Iran knows that, and there's almost nothing
• 2:42
Speaker 3: they can militarily do about it. Of note, the last
• 2:46
Speaker 3: twenty four hours saw the lowest number of enemy missiles
• 2:49
Speaker 3: and drones fired by Iran. We recently destroyed another one
• 2:53
Speaker 3: of their command bunkers. Leaders forced to flee. No water,
• 2:57
Speaker 3: no power, no oxygen, no command. But if Iran is wise,
• 3:03
  Speaker 3: they'll cut a deal.
• 3:04
Speaker 2: This as Kuwait says one of their oil tankers was
• 3:06
Speaker 2: struck by an Iranian drone off.

Speaker 6: remains effectively closed to Iran also sending a wave of
• 3:23
Speaker 6: missiles to Israel a day after this strike on this
• 3:27
Speaker 6: oil refinery in the northern part of that country, of
• 3:30
Speaker 6: fireball erupting from the site, and now with the prolonged
• 3:33
Speaker 6: war hitting the global economy, pressure is mounting on the
• 3:36
Speaker 6: Trump administration as American service members become targets. These new
• 3:40
Speaker 6: images show a US radar jet destroyed by an Iranian attack,
• 3:44

• 3:48
Speaker 6: among debris at the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
• 3:51

Speaker 2: hundred and eighty six passengers and crew on board. It
• 4:33
Speaker 2: was bound for Atlanta when flames started shooting out of
• 4:37
Speaker 2: the left engine. The pilot declared an emergency and turned
• 4:40
Speaker 2: back to the airport, landing safely.
• 4:43
Speaker 7: This is an engine disintegrating internally. Why perhaps it picked
• 4:47
Speaker 7: up something off the runway, a rock, a piece of
• 4:50
Speaker 7: metal that caused this internal disintegration. In what you see
• 4:53
Speaker 7: coming out the back, those sparks are actual pieces of
• 4:56
Speaker 7: the engine as it falls apart.
• 4:59

Speaker 2: LGBTQ groups who have hailed conversion therapy bans as critical
• 5:52
Speaker 2: to the mental health of miners figuring out their identities
• 5:54
Speaker 2: during adolescents say the decision will mean more kids will

Speaker 8: told an acquaintance in Peru to find Andrew friends who
• 6:35
Speaker 8: are intelligent, pretty fun, and who know how to be
• 6:39
Speaker 8: friendly and discreet. Now, a document released as part of
• 6:43
Speaker 8: the Epstein file shows the FBI believe those emails were
• 6:46
Speaker 8: Andrew and Maxwell discussing her attempts to arrange young females
• 6:51
Speaker 8: to engage in sex acts with him. They cited those
• 6:54
Speaker 8: messages while asking a judge for permission to search dozens
• 6:57
Speaker 8: of electronic devices seized from Stein's properties. They showed the
• 7:01
Speaker 8: judge this email days before Andrew toward Peru, in which
• 7:05
Speaker 8: he told Maxwell, as for the girls, well, I leave
