- 0:01Refined and sensitive individuals tend to judge others
- 0:05by their own, internal standard. In many cases, this means
- 0:10expecting others to always respond with Goodwill compassion
- 0:15and honesty, they build up an image of how the world works.
- 0:19That is based on their inner sense of things.
- 0:23And in many cases, they see the world through a filter, the
- 0:26tints things according to their vision, In some cases they
- 0:31actually deny reality two- or hostile acts by a conscious
- 0:35decision to not engage and recompense negativity with their
- 0:41own positive view. When these things do not work
- 0:45out as expected, they may suffer intensely as their sensitive
- 0:50Nature's react. Even to pin Pricks and tend to
- 0:54crumble under heavy blows Some like hamlet in Shakespeare's
- 0:59famous play of that name, bemoan their feet when they finally
- 1:04realized the actual State of Affairs and see that their ideal
- 1:09view of the world has been misplaced and wonder Whether tis
- 1:14nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of Outrageous
- 1:17Fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles.
- 1:22And by opposing end them. For the Spiritual Secret is both
- 1:27important and useful that the true nature of the world we live
- 1:31in is understood as well as the status of the evolutionary
- 1:36process that can lead to a better and more harmonious
- 1:39existence in the future. Eventually, the Seeker must find
- 1:44a way to reconcile the understanding with the feelings
- 1:48and still find a way forward. The Bible indicates behold I
- 1:54send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves.
- 1:58Be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
- 2:04A Clear Vision of the dishonesty violence self-dealing, and
- 2:08unfairness of life. In the world, is an element of
- 2:11the truth that must be recognized from that point.
- 2:16The Seeker needs to find a way to reconcile, the reality of
- 2:20today's existence with the vision and aspiration, he has
- 2:24for a better world in the future.
- 2:27This comes about through removal of the ego personality from the
- 2:31reaction. And recognizing that this is the
- 2:35way of the world. Not something simply directed at
- 2:38the individual out of that broader context.
- 2:44SRI aurobindo notes. Quote, one has not to cure
- 2:48oneself of when sensitiveness but only acquire the power to
- 2:52rise to a higher Consciousness, taking such disenchantment such
- 2:56as a sort of jumping board. One way is not to expect even
- 3:01Square, dealings from others, no matter who the others are and
- 3:06besides, it is good to have such experiences of the real nature
- 3:10of some people to which a generous nature is often blind
- 3:15for that helps the growth of one's consciousness.
- 3:19The blow you wince, at seems to you so hard because it is a
- 3:23blow, the world of your mental formation, has sustained.
- 3:27Such a world often becomes a part of our being.
- 3:31The result is that a blow dealt to?
- 3:33It gives almost physical pain. The great compensation is that
- 3:38it makes you live more and more in the real world in
- 3:42contradistinction to the world of your imagination, which is
- 3:46what you would like the real world to be.
- 3:50But the real world is not all that.
- 3:52Could be desired, you know? And that is why it has to be
- 3:55acted upon and transformed by the Divine consciousness.
- 4:01But for that knowledge of the reality, however, unpalatable is
- 4:07almost the first requisite. This knowledge often enough is
- 4:11best brought home to us through blows and bleeding's.
- 4:16True idealistic people sensitive people refine Nature's smart
- 4:21under such disillusionment more than two others who are somewhat
- 4:25thick-skinned, but that is no reason why find susceptibilities
- 4:30be blunted. The thing is to learn to detach
- 4:34oneself from any such experience and learn to look at such
- 4:38perversions of others. A higher altitude from where one
- 4:42can regard these manifestations in the proper perspective.
- 4:46The impersonal one, then our difficulties really and
- 4:51literally become opportunities for knowledge.
- 4:55When it goes to the root of our troubles has in itself, a
- 4:58marvelous healing power as it were as soon as you touch the
- 5:03quick of the trouble as soon as you diving down and down, get at
- 5:07what really allows you. The pain disappears as though by
