A 17-year-old girl, Cloey Foster, went missing in Kanawha County on August 24th and is now feared to be headed toward Columbus, Ohio. Standing 5’4”, weighing 120 lbs, she has distinctive tattoos, hoop earrings, a nose piercing, and a silver pearl ring. Authorities believe she may be traveling in a white Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with Ohio plates.
