- 1:49Speaker 3: Law Enforcement Day, It's National Apricot Day. National Here you go, Greg,
- 1:54Speaker 3: It's National Word nerd Day.
- 1:56Speaker 6: Oh.
- 1:57Speaker 3: I like that, you're a nerd for a good word.
- 2:00Speaker 4: Word Nick.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Today is no pants subway ride Day. It's a balloon
- 2:08Speaker 3: ascension Day. Yeah, let them just let them go.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Let them go because they magically disappear.
- 2:14Speaker 3: And then, just in case you're feeling that way, today's
- 2:16Speaker 3: Quitter's Day.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Crazy.
- 2:18Speaker 3: They don't mamagine disappear. They go to heaven with Jesus.
- 2:20Speaker 3: That's true, especially when your dog dies. Morgan, I saw
- 2:25Speaker 3: a story thought of you. There's a boxing club in
- 2:28Speaker 3: Virginia and they're helping grow a sport called adaptive boxing.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Have you have you seen this?
- 2:35Speaker 7: I don't think so.
- 2:36Speaker 3: It's a regular boxing but done in a wheelchair. Oh so,
- 2:40Speaker 3: I'm just thinking of all the videos that we send
- 2:41Speaker 3: each other that combined with the boxing angle on it.
- 2:45Speaker 3: That algorithm exactly right. It's uh d p I first
- 2:49Speaker 3: of all, dp dp I Adaptive Boxing Club. You know,
- 2:54Speaker 3: three to five of them competing in matches locally and
- 2:57Speaker 3: around the world. And uh they got about ten different
- 3:01Speaker 3: athletes who are training and yeah, they're just in they're
- 3:04Speaker 3: just in wheelchairs.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Yeah, it doesn't mean you don't want to punch people.
- 3:06Speaker 7: I love this, hurt your body more? Why not?
- 3:08Speaker 8: Right?
- 3:10Speaker 9: And I had a bad idea, what and now I
- 3:14Speaker 9: got to hear it, well.
- 3:15Speaker 7: Like can we get me in there?
- 3:18Speaker 5: Will you be in a chair too? Or no, I'd
- 3:21Speaker 5: have to I'd have to literally can't just stand over.
- 3:24Speaker 4: A couple of questions from Morgan. Number one, have you
- 3:26Speaker 4: always just had a really high pain tolerance?
- 3:29Speaker 7: I think so?
- 3:30Speaker 4: And number two, you want to fight so bad? Is
- 3:33Speaker 4: it that hard to find a fight?
- 3:36Speaker 3: Like a fight?
- 3:37Speaker 9: Yeah, I want to have like an actual fight, not
- 3:39Speaker 9: like a tournament, not like a backyard brawl, right, although
- 3:42Speaker 9: those are getting more popular these days.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Pain tolerance? Because I went with you to get a tattoo,
- 3:47Speaker 5: and you like joosy, that's true.
- 3:50Speaker 3: You keep saying that you you hope to get a fight, Like,
- 3:54Speaker 3: I don't know because you're not talking like professionally, right,
- 3:57Speaker 3: you just want to have a fight amateur. Yeah, But
- 4:00Speaker 3: like is that how hard could that be? I would
- 4:02Speaker 3: assume there's a bunch of people who are like you,
- 4:03Speaker 3: who are into boxing, who are training and don't they
- 4:06Speaker 3: have almost like a like Gina's husband likes to play basketball,
- 4:10Speaker 3: you know, pick up leagues or whatever. Isn't there like
- 4:12Speaker 3: a fight night thing or well that's.
- 4:14Speaker 7: What the local tournaments are, but that's where you just go.
- 4:17Speaker 3: But they don't like day, like on a Thursday night,
- 4:19Speaker 3: like you know, oh, just come down here and you
- 4:21Speaker 3: can well, you know, kind of match you up for
- 4:23Speaker 3: based on your skill level.
- 4:24Speaker 4: Like is that not good enough?
- 4:26Speaker 9: I want to have a fight and in a real
- 4:28Speaker 9: fight you have to weigh the exact same as the
- 4:30Speaker 9: other person. So that involves like a weight cut and
- 4:32Speaker 9: then traveling and like a whole lead up and.
- 4:36Speaker 3: All kind of that's doable.
- 4:38Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm working on it.
- 4:40Speaker 9: I know it's hard to explain, but I know people
- 4:41Speaker 9: that have leagues and stuff, so it's just a matter
- 4:43Speaker 9: of time of when when they're going to do something,
- 4:46Speaker 9: and then I have to find someone to fight.
- 4:48Speaker 3: See, I would think like you could just kind of
- 4:49Speaker 3: show up and everybody does a way in and they
- 4:52Speaker 3: just match people up based on.
- 4:55Speaker 7: A tournament.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Right.
- 4:55Speaker 10: The Athletic commisson wouldn't let you do that. If you're
- 4:58Speaker 10: going to do a real sanctioned fight, which I have done.
- 5:01Speaker 10: You They they have health checks blood tests.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Mega legit. Speaking of you and your fighting and you
- 5:08Speaker 3: want the spar with with seed Bass. We have an
- 5:10Speaker 3: after hours voicemail eight seven seven forty four Woody that
- 5:13Speaker 3: was left for us.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Morgan seed Bass for the sparring. What you gotta do
- 5:18Speaker 8: is this seed Bass being the superior Mail. He doesn't
- 5:21Speaker 8: have to punch back. You can dodge, you can parry,
- 5:24Speaker 8: you can work with her punches. Every clean punch Morgan lands.
- 5:27Speaker 8: That's our value.
- 5:28Speaker 3: You can do that her gym.
- 5:29Speaker 8: You're freaking awesome. People would love to see it late.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Not a bad idea.
- 5:33Speaker 7: Yeah, it's parry, like when you swipe away a punch.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Right, blocking essentially. I mean, yeah, that's fine. I don't
- 5:39Speaker 3: know why I can't hit back. That's great, that's slame.
- 5:41Speaker 7: You're the one who says, yeah, I want to hit.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Exactly Well I would, I would if to at least.
- 5:45Speaker 3: So what is it? Do you want to hit her
- 5:46Speaker 3: or no? I want to at least have the option
- 5:49Speaker 3: to hit her. Okay, you can't keep somebody, Yeah, and
- 5:52Speaker 3: Morgan should appreciate that. As a fighter.
- 5:54Speaker 10: That's not And by the way, you don't win a
- 5:56Speaker 10: sparring match. It's designed for both people just to get better.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Uh.
- 6:00Speaker 10: The the whole point of that, though, is that it
- 6:02Speaker 10: simulates as close as you can real life events. So
- 6:04Speaker 10: you want punches coming at you, so you see what
- 6:06Speaker 10: that looks like.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Right, They're just not full force.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Hit will Yeah, hit me.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Sea Best. I wanted to bring this up for Greg.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Get Greg's opinion on this. Sea Bass has an idea
- 6:17Speaker 3: for his bathroom. Oh yes, Greg a TV person, Yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 3: I mean I'm an HG TV person. I'm not a
- 6:22Speaker 3: big I'm not a big fan of this. I know
- 6:24Speaker 3: what he wants to do.
- 6:25Speaker 10: But because my other question you rent though, right right?
- 6:28Speaker 10: And my new place, sadly is the first one I've
- 6:31Speaker 10: had in a long time that does not have a
- 6:33Speaker 10: poopable shower.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Well it's not.
- 6:36Speaker 10: It's not a walking shower. It's a it's a tub
- 6:39Speaker 10: with a a with a shower curtain, which.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Those poet who might be new to the show, Sea
- 6:44Speaker 3: Bess claims that he poops in the shower. It's a
- 6:46Speaker 3: center drain shower center drain, like a you know, like
- 6:48Speaker 3: a stall shower. Remove the great Yeah you're not going
- 6:51Speaker 3: to waffle stomp it through there, but you could. It's
- 6:55Speaker 3: so much.
- 6:57Speaker 5: He claims it. Why would he ever say it not
- 6:59Speaker 5: mean it.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Because it's sounds goofy, But is that something that you
- 7:01Speaker 3: really do? It's saw the chair. Yeah, you talk about
- 7:03Speaker 3: like a filthy sand chaz or there are people really
- 7:05Speaker 3: doing that? Or is that just sounds silly? Sound doesn't
- 7:08Speaker 3: sound silly, It sounds cleaner. And again it will be
- 7:10Speaker 3: the way in the future anyway.
- 7:12Speaker 10: So my new place doesn't have that, So I said, okay,
- 7:14Speaker 10: I'm now I'm spoiled. I love walking showers so much
- 7:18Speaker 10: and I don't want to deal with a stupid ass
- 7:20Speaker 10: shower curtain. So I looked at my new place. It's
- 7:21Speaker 10: full tile floors. I thought, well, and I turned on
- 7:24Speaker 10: the showerhead and it doesn't really splash that far. I
- 7:26Speaker 10: was like, what if I just made this into a
- 7:27Speaker 10: wet room, I'll get.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Have you seen those greg I have?
- 7:31Speaker 4: I'm not a fan. That's when you have basically a
- 7:34Speaker 4: tub and a shower in the same I don't want.
- 7:38Speaker 4: There's usually behind glass, there's a tub in the shower,
- 7:41Speaker 4: in your shower. And the reason I don't like it
- 7:43Speaker 4: is because how often do you take a bath versus
- 7:45Speaker 4: how often do you shower? You shower seven days a week.
- 7:48Speaker 4: You took a bath once every seven years, and you
- 7:50Speaker 4: think it the bath thing.
- 7:50Speaker 10: It's just I want an open I want to open
- 7:52Speaker 10: concept essentially, and I've got myself already. I have the curtain,
- 7:56Speaker 10: remove the curt and just shower. Now, if stuff gets
- 7:58Speaker 10: on the floor, I understand that there will be some
- 7:59Speaker 10: of that. Course, yeah, I'll just get a big washable
- 8:03Speaker 10: like area rug that's that looks nice of course that
- 8:05Speaker 10: matches the decor. Throw that out in front of the shower,
- 8:08Speaker 10: so that'll catch whatever, wash that whatever once a week,
- 8:11Speaker 10: and I'll have an open concept.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I'm not sure, Yeah, I'm not sure. I'm not sure
- 8:17Speaker 3: where you're living. You know this new place. Is it
- 8:19Speaker 3: like a newer apartment, like like where it's concrete floors
- 8:23Speaker 3: between each floor. Yes, And if you're in a typical apartment,
- 8:25Speaker 3: you know situation, I would think like is those tile
- 8:29Speaker 3: floors probably not done so podcast the landlords don't really
- 8:32Speaker 3: you know, go for this is luxury apartment. No I'm
- 8:35Speaker 3: saying is that any water that gets don on the
- 8:37Speaker 3: floor could then leak through down to the apartment or
- 8:39Speaker 3: whatever underneath.
- 8:40Speaker 10: But what I'm saying I don't see big puddles or
- 8:42Speaker 10: pools of water. Again, I will have an absorbable rug.
- 8:44Speaker 10: And my only thought speaking the mold was, well, the
- 8:47Speaker 10: you know outside of the tub itself a little like
- 8:50Speaker 10: with the wall, is you know, plastered and dryballed and whatever.
- 8:54Speaker 10: I was thinking, if I really cared that much, like
- 8:56Speaker 10: the area right around the shower, that's that's painted over,
- 8:59Speaker 10: just like Scotch. But you still have I think that
- 9:02Speaker 10: the layouts still look weird because you still have a
- 9:04Speaker 10: tub tub shower combo.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Yes, that's what I mean.
- 9:07Speaker 5: So it's a tub. Then I don't have like that.
- 9:11Speaker 5: I don't have that.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I don't like I don't like the shower curtain pressing
- 9:13Speaker 3: up and touching me.
- 9:14Speaker 2: You walk in though, walk.
- 9:17Speaker 9: Right.
- 9:17Speaker 5: But I'll still have like.
- 9:18Speaker 3: The shoulder room and it'll feel free, you.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Know, you can get somebody.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Have you seen one of those those bow those those
- 9:25Speaker 3: curves people, those are cool. No, I've seen those like
- 9:28Speaker 3: hotels and stuff.
- 9:29Speaker 5: But I thought they were places for gentlemen of a carriage.
- 9:33Speaker 3: No, No, they're made forcause some tubs are just like
- 9:37Speaker 3: the older ones, especially they're more narrow, right, Yes, And
- 9:40Speaker 3: that's the thing. It's like, so when the when the
- 9:42Speaker 3: when the curtains up there, no matter.
- 9:43Speaker 5: Scraping up against it just feels cluster. It's like it
- 9:45Speaker 5: bows out.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, those are cool. I'll think about that, but
- 9:49Speaker 3: I'm going I'm going open concept first. But I wanted
- 9:52Speaker 3: to hear if.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Maybe have you ever been in a shower where you
- 9:54Speaker 4: forget something like, I don't know, you have to reach
- 9:56Speaker 4: for something, so you open the curtain, grab whatever you need,
- 9:59Speaker 4: and it's just in that one split second there's water everywhere.
- 10:04Speaker 3: I think you would regret this. Taking the car down.
- 10:07Speaker 10: Well, I'm gonna plumb to play with it again. I
- 10:08Speaker 10: I do have a big, big old rug I'm gonna
- 10:10Speaker 10: put out there just to help catch any ofthing.
- 10:12Speaker 4: It sounds I don't know, too moist, to damp, too damp.
- 10:16Speaker 3: And it starts to smell nothing nothing can just like
- 10:20Speaker 3: military stuff. Dam well, making complicated, ye make it better,
- 10:25Speaker 3: make provement gets better. Inventors, well, I vote no. I
- 10:29Speaker 3: say I don't like that. Look when I see it
- 10:32Speaker 3: on those shows stresses me out. Yeah, I don't like it.
- 10:35Speaker 3: It sounds weird too, do you not, because not even
- 10:37Speaker 3: they they don't have the space. They did it intentionally.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you know they think after you shower, are
- 10:41Speaker 3: you drying off the bathtub? Each time? They have plenty
- 10:44Speaker 3: of room, they have plenty of room to have both,
- 10:47Speaker 3: have both and not have them be like the tub
- 10:49Speaker 3: in with the shower. I don't but that don't ye alright?
- 10:52Speaker 3: Eight seven seven forty four. Wooding text us over to
- 10:55Speaker 3: two two nine eight seven. It's the wood Show. Will
- 10:58Speaker 3: be right back, will be right?
- 11:00Speaker 11: What's up with a show? Podcast listeners? Happy New Year?
- 11:03Speaker 11: What's going on?
- 11:04Speaker 5: Everybody?
- 11:04Speaker 11: It's Menace back on the streets twenty twenty six. Gonna

- 11:15Speaker 11: as usual. We're talking about theme park tickets, concert tickets.
- 11:18Speaker 5: What is show?

- 11:32Speaker 11: You just don't know what the hell you're talking about.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Oh, we got the birthdays. Andy Porno birthday coming up
- 11:43Speaker 3: in just a couple of seconds for you, A couple
- 11:46Speaker 3: entertainment things here for you. Finn Wolf Fard is gonna
- 11:48Speaker 3: host Saturday Night Live on the seventeenth special. Guests will
- 11:52Speaker 3: be asap Rocky. Is that a Teiana Taylor?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Hey?
- 11:57Speaker 5: Yeah, she's gonna hosted the week after with Geese?
- 12:00Speaker 3: What is?
- 12:02Speaker 5: I don't know. She's from one battle after another.
- 12:04Speaker 3: It's g e s c am I saying that right,
- 12:06Speaker 3: and then it's Alexander scars Guard with Cardi b I'm
- 12:12Speaker 3: excited about that. Yeah. For you fans of the show,
- 12:16Speaker 3: why Marshals? Because the y was for Yellowstone, so it
- 12:18Speaker 3: was one of those Yellowstone spin off show. Yeah, so
- 12:23Speaker 3: the Yellowstone sequel, Why Marshals? Now it's gonna be called
- 12:26Speaker 3: Marshals because why why Marshalls?
- 12:31Speaker 8: Why?
- 12:31Speaker 5: For the why?
- 12:32Speaker 3: I have no idea. Also, HBO has renewed Real Time
- 12:35Speaker 3: with Bill Maher for two more seasons.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Uh.
- 12:38Speaker 3: The Food Fighters. They are goofing on their guitarist Pat Smear,
- 12:42Speaker 3: who has missed a few shows because he broke his
- 12:44Speaker 3: foot in a cool way. They're calling it a bizarre
- 12:47Speaker 3: gardening accident, which that that's a spinal tap reference. Because
- 12:51Speaker 3: of the O G movie. They said, the drummer died
- 12:53Speaker 3: in a bizarre gardening accident. But he did break his foot.
- 12:56Speaker 3: He did, he did. I don't know how he did it,
- 12:58Speaker 3: but he broke his foot. He's going to be out
- 12:59Speaker 3: for a bit, So the guitars for Beck and Saint
- 13:02Speaker 3: Vincent is gonna fill in.
- 13:03Speaker 2: How do you not?
- 13:04Speaker 10: Why can't you do it? Like literally, like Dave Growl
- 13:07Speaker 10: famously played with the broken foot.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Maybe because like when you're playing guitar, you need it
- 13:10Speaker 3: for the pedals, like the guitar. He plays the bass,
- 13:14Speaker 3: doesn't it deep sat on the throne. You're asking somebody
- 13:16Speaker 3: with zero musical talent our ability. So I don't know,
- 13:20Speaker 3: I have no idea. I would think that sounds like
- 13:21Speaker 3: he just wants the off. Yeah.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:24Speaker 11: When I see him performing on stage with the Food Fighters,
- 13:27Speaker 11: I'm like, is this guitar even plugged in? You know,
- 13:31Speaker 11: it's just it's just weird rhythm, Yeah, because well, yeah,
- 13:35Speaker 11: he's bass, and then I don't know, it just seems
- 13:39Speaker 11: like it's not plugged in.
- 13:40Speaker 3: I don't hear what he's doing guitarist. Uh, here's something
- 13:44Speaker 3: I thought of Greg when I read it. Nice because
- 13:47Speaker 3: the question is like, why does everyone need to know
- 13:49Speaker 3: what everyone's doing at all times, like posting stuff we don't.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Spotify is adding a new feature. It's a new message
- 13:56Speaker 3: feature that it allows users to see what their friends
- 13:59Speaker 3: are streaming in real time. So if Greg is on Spotify,
- 14:02Speaker 3: it'll tell you, Yeah, I'll get notified what Greg's listening
- 14:05Speaker 3: to right now. That's something you opt in form and musicals,
- 14:12Speaker 3: and if you like what you see, a friend can
- 14:14Speaker 3: send a request to quote start a jam I hate,
- 14:18Speaker 3: which is Spotify's new collaborative listening feature that's also just
- 14:23Speaker 3: been announced. They say both the listening activity and the
- 14:26Speaker 3: jam request will be out next month and they will
- 14:29Speaker 3: be free for all users. If you okay, I understand,
- 14:33Speaker 3: Like why everybody thinks that everybody's you know, interested in
- 14:36Speaker 3: what you do and you know what I do. Like,
- 14:39Speaker 3: And my wife and I have used this a couple
- 14:41Speaker 3: of times because it's like, oh, I want you to
- 14:42Speaker 3: hear that we're on a plane or something. I want
- 14:44Speaker 3: you to hear this where you can share, so like
- 14:46Speaker 3: if they have their air pods in and I'm listening
- 14:48Speaker 3: on AirPods, we could both be listening to what I'm
- 14:50Speaker 3: listening to on my phone. Yeah, it's it's where you
- 14:53Speaker 3: select where the audio.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Is a splitter but digital.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it'll say share this audio and then it'll
- 15:00Speaker 3: him up like her. Her AirPods come up and I
- 15:02Speaker 3: can boo and just select it. That's good. I thought that.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I think that was pretty cool. And I'll give you
- 15:06Speaker 3: one last whole thing here before see what everybody else got.
- 15:08Speaker 3: But Matthew McConaughey was a guest on Woody Harrelson and
- 15:12Speaker 3: Ted Danson's podcast, and he says that he can no
- 15:15Speaker 3: longer smoke pot with Woody Harrelson. Oh no, I would
- 15:20Speaker 3: imagine that guy would have some pretty good he said. Yeah,
- 15:22Speaker 3: he said he just can't hang anymore. But yeah, here
- 15:24Speaker 3: here's the reason that he gave.
- 15:26Speaker 10: The news stuff does not agree with my constitution and
- 15:29Speaker 10: my mental makeup.
- 15:30Speaker 3: It goes the other way. Time speeds up for me.
- 15:33Speaker 10: I've chipped front two three times, falling out of a
- 15:37Speaker 10: tree on a full moon.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess he's got some really crazy powerful poems. Yeah,
- 15:46Speaker 3: so take it easy, all right, minutes what you got?
- 15:51Speaker 5: Well?
- 15:52Speaker 11: Will Arnett wants you to stop asking him about Yes, no,
- 15:58Speaker 11: Bradley Cooper's past surgery.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Did he have it or not?
- 16:01Speaker 11: I know it's been mentioned here on the show. And
- 16:04Speaker 11: you say that he looks different. I looked up the photos.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Looks vastly different.
- 16:08Speaker 5: He very man alive.
- 16:09Speaker 4: I got all conspiracy theory about it. I don't even
- 16:12Speaker 4: know if that's him, to be honest, really, yeah, that
- 16:14Speaker 4: you got to be placed. You see side by sides.
- 16:16Speaker 4: The hairlines different, the teeth are different. The teeth are
- 16:20Speaker 4: not different good different, they're bad different. Why would you
- 16:23Speaker 4: get your teeth made photos?
- 16:24Speaker 12: He doesn't look he looks so complete, looks like he
- 16:28Speaker 12: has a mid face lift and filler. It looks like
- 16:32Speaker 12: she got a nose job too, transplant.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Man, what are you see?
- 16:37Speaker 3: He's completely I don't think that's even I just don't
- 16:40Speaker 3: see it. But Will Arnett, why are they asking him him? Apparently?
- 16:45Speaker 11: Radley Cooper directed a movie that Will Arnett was in
- 16:47Speaker 11: and it got released December nineteenth. It is called is
- 16:51Speaker 11: This Thing on Comedy? Com movie that made a million
- 16:55Speaker 11: dollars in the theater. And I cannot find what the
- 16:58Speaker 11: budget was on this movie.
- 16:59Speaker 3: A million in made one million dollars.
- 17:01Speaker 11: Yeah, but I cannot find any record on how much
- 17:04Speaker 11: they spent to make the movie interesting. Yeah, but people
- 17:08Speaker 11: keep on asking, all right, will Arnett did he get
- 17:11Speaker 11: and will Arnett said no, he didn't get any surgery.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Okay, Jinny, grab what you got.
- 17:17Speaker 12: Well, Johnny Knoxville is bringing Jackass back to the theaters
- 17:21Speaker 12: once again.
- 17:22Speaker 3: He looks weird. I see him in the commercials for
- 17:24Speaker 3: the new Fear Factor. He's hosting that. Yeah, dude, get
- 17:27Speaker 3: some hair dye, man.
- 17:28Speaker 5: I know, yeah, like, yeah, I think it looks good.
- 17:31Speaker 3: See, I think, yeah when I see when I see him,
- 17:34Speaker 3: it's the same thing that I see when I look
- 17:35Speaker 3: at the mirror, and I go, all right, dude, a
- 17:37Speaker 3: time while we're on a lot of video and in
- 17:40Speaker 3: a lot of pictures, you're just gonna have to keep
- 17:43Speaker 3: up with this.
- 17:43Speaker 5: Yeah, he went, that's okay.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Now. Once, once I'm done with this job and now
- 17:47Speaker 3: we don't have these cameras and stuff all the time, whatever,
- 17:49Speaker 3: then I'll forget.
- 17:50Speaker 5: You'll go full David Letterman.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I'll just let it go. Not full David. I don't
- 17:53Speaker 3: want that giant beard. But the other time, I'll stop
- 17:56Speaker 3: messing with the uh.
- 17:58Speaker 12: Well, the It's going to hit theaters on June twenty sixth,
- 18:02Speaker 12: and the announcement comes four years after Jacks Forever, which
- 18:05Speaker 12: reunited most of the original cast know some new faces too.
- 18:08Speaker 12: Now the full cast hasn't been revealed, but it's very unlikely.
- 18:11Speaker 12: Before you ask that Bam Margera will return because he
- 18:15Speaker 12: was cut from the last film.
- 18:16Speaker 5: He's had a lot of issues. So we'll see who's
- 18:18Speaker 5: in it.
- 18:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it sucks speaking to people not and he could
- 18:21Speaker 3: probably use the paycheck or whatever, right for sure? Yeah,
- 18:25Speaker 3: screw himself. Yeah, no, I understand. There is a story
- 18:28Speaker 3: I was reading about this woman from and again at
- 18:31Speaker 3: pardon my ignorance, but she played some who graduated in
- 18:35Speaker 3: Stranger Things. Who was the character who graduated from high
- 18:38Speaker 3: school or whatever? Oh? She played the mom. Let's see,
- 18:43Speaker 3: I'm graduated from high school. Now I'm bringing I'm bringing
- 18:45Speaker 3: up the story right now. I felt so bad when
- 18:47Speaker 3: I read this story. I felt so bad for this woman. Uh,
- 18:52Speaker 3: here we go. She played Max's mom. Oh yeah, on
- 18:56Speaker 3: Stranger Things. The actress's name is Jenna for Marshall. And
- 19:02Speaker 3: they're like, hey, because where was Max's mom in season five?
- 19:05Speaker 3: And she even though she was available for season five,
- 19:10Speaker 3: she wasn't for whatever reason. But she's been battling cancer
- 19:14Speaker 3: and she said I was in remission during the shooting
- 19:17Speaker 3: of season five. Shooting would have helped me obtain health
- 19:20Speaker 3: insurance through the Union. Maybe they had too many characters.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I don't know, but obviously Susan Hargrove is the worst
- 19:27Speaker 3: mother ever because Max's mom must have disappeared or died
- 19:32Speaker 3: at some point at the end of season four, because
- 19:34Speaker 3: it goes through the trailer parks. That's the part. I
- 19:36Speaker 3: don't know what it is, but I guess, like, yeah,
- 19:38Speaker 3: because the character like graduated high school, you know, and
- 19:42Speaker 3: there was all this other.
- 19:42Speaker 12: Stuff that was going on, Like there's a montage of
- 19:44Speaker 12: everyone taking pictures with their parents.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Right, where's maxim? But doesn't that suck? Yeah? She could
- 19:52Speaker 3: have used the gig man.
- 19:53Speaker 5: That sucks.
- 19:54Speaker 3: But you hear about like there are some teams, I know,
- 19:56Speaker 3: the Dodgers, they keep some guy on the page just
- 20:00Speaker 3: because like he he's got some mental health thing and
- 20:02Speaker 3: so by by keeping him on the payroll as an
- 20:05Speaker 3: inactive player, it allows him to get his insurance. Yeah,
- 20:09Speaker 3: which I thought was a really cool move.
- 20:10Speaker 12: Yeah, what's up, Duffer Brothers. You can't afford it. You're
- 20:12Speaker 12: pulling Prince music for the finale.
- 20:14Speaker 3: I'll say, Yeah, this is kind of like a bad look.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I hate using that term, but you do better. Yikes, No,
- 20:20Speaker 3: I'm saying. I'm saying because you know, if you work
- 20:24Speaker 3: on that show, you know what she's going through, right,
- 20:26Speaker 3: and then she could probably use the insurance.
- 20:28Speaker 4: Can't you just have?
- 20:28Speaker 3: I mean, she's already an established character, her wave at
- 20:30Speaker 3: the walk bargains like like like Netflix and Strength of Things.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Isn't bringing in enough that you can just have like
- 20:36Speaker 3: some you know, I don't know, do you like a
- 20:38Speaker 3: day rate? But at least enough that she can get
- 20:41Speaker 3: her insurance going.
- 20:42Speaker 5: Through that they know?
- 20:43Speaker 3: Is the question? Or they from uh Wakanda Forever j Boseman.
- 20:50Speaker 11: Yeah, they said that he kept as silent because they
- 20:52Speaker 11: feel like he wouldn't even got the role.
- 20:55Speaker 10: Because yeah, well yeah, a lot of insurance companies would
- 20:57Speaker 10: have said, no, Dice, we can't have somebody who dies
- 21:00Speaker 10: halfway through the movies.
- 21:01Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Interesting, that's what they would say. Greg Gorey, what you got?
- 21:05Speaker 4: Well, if you are not watching Heated Rivalry, first of all,
- 21:09Speaker 4: you should. It's on HBO Max. It's about two rival
- 21:13Speaker 4: pro hockey players that have an affair and fall in love,
- 21:17Speaker 4: and it's basically so a porn. It's really good, it's
- 21:23Speaker 4: really popular. But the thing is Hudson Williams. He's an
- 21:26Speaker 4: actor who plays this character, Shane Hollander. He did a
- 21:30Speaker 4: sit down appearance with Andy Cohen and revealed and here's
- 21:34Speaker 4: where I don't think I'm buying it. He says that
- 21:37Speaker 4: he's hearing from closeted pro athletes. He said they reach
- 21:41Speaker 4: out somewhat anonymously and confess that they're a professional player
- 21:45Speaker 4: and that they're still in the closet. Believe it's not
- 21:48Speaker 4: just hockey football and it's basketball hockey for yeah.
- 21:53Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean here's why, person, I don't know if
- 21:55Speaker 11: they're like putting in d MS exactly.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Here's why I don't buy it because the show was
- 22:00Speaker 4: very much about how they won't come out of the
- 22:01Speaker 4: closet because they're going to risk their public persona and
- 22:04Speaker 4: their careers by coming out of the closet. You're going
- 22:07Speaker 4: to reach out not to a friend or a family
- 22:10Speaker 4: member or somebody you trust, but to an actor who
- 22:13Speaker 4: plays the closet.
- 22:15Speaker 5: Again, definite point.
- 22:16Speaker 4: If that was me in real life and I'm a
- 22:18Speaker 4: football player and I see this show, I'm not going
- 22:21Speaker 4: to reach out to them and say, hey, I really
- 22:22Speaker 4: like your show, and by the way, I'm in the closet,
- 22:24Speaker 4: like I kind of don't buy it.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Would I do that?
- 22:27Speaker 13: Know?
- 22:28Speaker 3: I could see people doing that like a party or something. Yeah,
- 22:31Speaker 3: not even a party. But you hear about, you know,
- 22:34Speaker 3: actors talk about, oh, I played this role and people
- 22:38Speaker 3: who I don't know whether Brian Cranston played some guy
- 22:41Speaker 3: in a wheelchair at one point and he got a
- 22:42Speaker 3: bunch of crap because he wasn't an actual person in
- 22:44Speaker 3: a wheelchair. He said, well, you should have hired somebody
- 22:46Speaker 3: who's but he got all these letters from people who
- 22:49Speaker 3: are you know whatever whatever he had the wheelchair, and
- 22:52Speaker 3: he was talking about like how they felt, you know,
- 22:55Speaker 3: like they were supporting him. Yeah, and they never told
- 22:57Speaker 3: anybody that they were in a wheelchair. No, no, But
- 23:00Speaker 3: I think for like a like a character kind of
- 23:02Speaker 3: like hits somebody, there's a connection there and so like
- 23:06Speaker 3: you're you got to figure if you're in one of
- 23:08Speaker 3: those kind of professionals where it wouldn't not not that
- 23:10Speaker 3: anybody who necessarily care, I don't think, but you could
- 23:12Speaker 3: see where they'd be like the locker room mentality of
- 23:14Speaker 3: not wanting to say anything to anybody. But it's like
- 23:17Speaker 3: you're dying to tell somebody.
- 23:18Speaker 4: I guess.
- 23:19Speaker 3: I think.
- 23:19Speaker 12: I think to Greg's points, more like if an actual
- 23:22Speaker 12: real athlete came out as gay, people would be saying, hey,
- 23:25Speaker 12: thanks for doing that.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:27Speaker 5: I just think it.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Is not a lot, but they do.
- 23:30Speaker 4: I think it's a stretch. I think you would talk
- 23:32Speaker 4: to somebody in your life and say, hey, now that
- 23:34Speaker 4: the show is super popular, I want to let you know.
- 23:36Speaker 4: I'm also in the closet, but I'm not going to
- 23:38Speaker 4: reach out to the actual actor. But if it's true,
- 23:40Speaker 4: good for them.
- 23:41Speaker 11: I halfway believe them, Yeah, because like I wouldn't risk
- 23:45Speaker 11: like putting it in social media like DMS and stuff
- 23:48Speaker 11: like that, right because of hacking.
- 23:50Speaker 4: He said, it's out on emails, letters, d MS and
- 23:52Speaker 4: stuff like that.
- 23:53Speaker 3: All right, thank you very much, Greg Gordoul time for
- 23:57Speaker 3: your Friday birthdays and your part of birthday go show Shiverday.
- 24:02Speaker 3: We're gonna let its shiver Dave. We won't sit. She
- 24:06Speaker 3: was like, it's Shiverday and you know we don't do
- 24:10Speaker 3: and we'll start with the celebrities. Jimmy Page from led
- 24:13Speaker 3: Zeppelin has a birthday. Today's still alive. Yeah, eighty two
- 24:16Speaker 3: years old.
- 24:17Speaker 6: J K.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Simmons. Now, if you don't know the name, you know
- 24:19Speaker 3: the face. Oh yeah, j Johona of Jamison, the First
- 24:22Speaker 3: Spider Man trilogy. He was in the Closer journ on Oz.
- 24:26Speaker 3: He's in all those uh farmers.
- 24:28Speaker 5: And Sharan say, hey just watch some commercial.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Yeah. JK. Simmons is seventy one. Kate Middleton, Prince William's wife,
- 24:34Speaker 3: the Dutress of Cambridge, is forty four. Dave Matthews, the
- 24:39Speaker 3: Dave Matthews Band is fifty nine years old today. Aj
- 24:42Speaker 3: from the Backstreet Boys A. J. McLean is forty eight.
- 24:45Speaker 3: Sean Paul just give me a lot, and it's not
- 24:48Speaker 3: them all, some of them all. I don't even know
- 24:50Speaker 3: what he said. Sean Paul is fifty three. And then
- 24:53Speaker 3: he got chad Ocho Cinco. Do you think he's got
- 24:57Speaker 3: money left? Let's fine, I hope so. I mean he
- 25:01Speaker 3: made a lot of money his career, but like he
- 25:02Speaker 3: seems like a guy who would have.
- 25:05Speaker 11: Just doesn't have a podcast that's got a lot of money.
- 25:08Speaker 11: Podcast money.
- 25:09Speaker 14: Uh.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Chadow Chosink goes forty eight years old. To don't know
- 25:12Speaker 3: it just says fifteen million, but fifteen I mean, you
- 25:15Speaker 3: know you can't make that work. Just ask no other
- 25:18Speaker 3: guys now who are talking about how that one? That's
- 25:20Speaker 3: generation six months hadow Chosinco forty eight today and then
- 25:24Speaker 3: your porno birthday is Kaylee Gunner and today's birthday. Girl,
- 25:28Speaker 3: she's filthier than a raccoon digging through a dumpster. Menace.
- 25:31Speaker 3: That's dirty. Yeah, majorly three hundred and ninety three fine films,
- 25:35Speaker 3: including Sorority Sluts Hall of Fame.
- 25:38Speaker 11: Nice.
- 25:38Speaker 3: She was in Squat and Thrust Volume one, also Anatomy
- 25:42Speaker 3: of a Nasty Nurse. She was in Best Served Wet
- 25:46Speaker 3: along with a squirting on the kitchen floor and on
- 25:50Speaker 3: the floor. Yeah. And then who can forget her role?
- 25:53Speaker 3: And caught my busty neighbor masturbating.
- 25:55Speaker 5: Oh all the time.
- 25:58Speaker 3: That's a Kaylee Gunner who's twenty eight years old today.
- 26:01Speaker 3: And at your corner birthday, your celebrity birthdays. And that
- 26:04Speaker 3: is a Friday morning. Look what's happening around the world
- 26:06Speaker 3: of entertainment. You're on the Woody Show show. Welcome back,
- 26:14Speaker 3: it is Friday Woody Show. A little follow up after
- 26:19Speaker 3: we were talking to the entertainment stuff, I did see
- 26:21Speaker 3: something there's so much being written up about this whole,
- 26:23Speaker 3: like who's gonna get the Wonder Brothers Discovery thing between
- 26:27Speaker 3: Netflix and h in Paramount, which then they said, you know,
- 26:32Speaker 3: they declined Paramount's purchase request. And then also, movie theaters
- 26:36Speaker 3: across the country are not happy about the idea of
- 26:40Speaker 3: Netflix taken over because they say it's not good for
- 26:43Speaker 3: movies at all, because Netflix does nothing but prioritize streaming,
- 26:48Speaker 3: and the movie houses are concerned that if they control
- 26:51Speaker 3: a major studio, fewer and fewer movies will get meaningful
- 26:55Speaker 3: theatrical releases. Yeah like that. They're saying, like the the
- 26:58Speaker 3: bigger theater chains like AMC, A, Regal, whatever, they would
- 27:01Speaker 3: be able to take that hit for a little while,
- 27:02Speaker 3: but uh, say goodbye to the smaller chains of the
- 27:05Speaker 3: local movie theaters. They would be affected the most and
- 27:07Speaker 3: probably just eventually closed down altogether. Now, Netflix did say,
- 27:11Speaker 3: according to the article, that they will they're still going
- 27:12Speaker 3: to release movies in theaters, but it's reported that Netflix
- 27:17Speaker 3: and Warner Brothers movies would only stay in theaters for
- 27:21Speaker 3: seventeen days and then be out and then on them.
- 27:24Speaker 5: I mean that.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Yeah, as a person who doesn't go to the theater
- 27:29Speaker 3: for a lot of movies. That sounds awesome. It does. Yeah,
- 27:31Speaker 3: Now I understand that you're in the movie you know,
- 27:34Speaker 3: theater business. Oh you're not so great. But I'm not
- 27:37Speaker 3: doing much for you at this point anyway, right, Yeah,
- 27:39Speaker 3: you know. And I do enjoy when I go to
- 27:42Speaker 3: the theater, especially the ones that have like the big
- 27:44Speaker 3: company point the recliner kind of seats and stuff. That's cool. Yeah,
- 27:48Speaker 3: but I just don't get to as many movies as
- 27:50Speaker 3: maybe I would like to same. I think I still
- 27:53Speaker 3: want to see the movie.
- 27:54Speaker 4: My most recent trip to the movies will keep the
- 27:56Speaker 4: movie theater in uh industry in business for the next
- 27:59Speaker 4: eighteen years. Why two Mattinee tickets forty nine dollars wickets
- 28:04Speaker 4: for it was in Imax, which I didn't know when
- 28:07Speaker 4: I bought it, but it did have those company seats.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Yeah. But I was looking at the there was a
- 28:11Speaker 3: big list of all the movies that are coming out
- 28:13Speaker 3: in twenty twenty six, like the most anticipated ones ninety
- 28:17Speaker 3: six percent I had never even heard of. I'm like,
- 28:19Speaker 3: I don't even know what this is, but you know,
- 28:22Speaker 3: it doesn't look for me. I'm just kind of looking
- 28:24Speaker 3: at it like, huh, maybe I'll get to the movies
- 28:27Speaker 3: once and that'll be for the Peaky Blinders. Yep. Oh okay,
- 28:30Speaker 3: when the Peaky Blinders movie comes, and I might not
- 28:32Speaker 3: even make that, I'll probably end up just watching that
- 28:34Speaker 3: on Netflix because it's gonna be out like what a
- 28:36Speaker 3: week or two later on Netflix. Yeah, so it's working
- 28:38Speaker 3: that way. So Netflix has Peaky Blinders, right, and so
- 28:42Speaker 3: it'll get released in theaters and then on the twentieth
- 28:47Speaker 3: I think of March. It's on the sixth in theaters,
- 28:49Speaker 3: and then on the twentieth, I think is when it
- 28:51Speaker 3: ends up being uh, just right there on Netflix.
- 28:54Speaker 12: Yeah, it's almost just like a novelty to go see
- 28:56Speaker 12: it in the theater because it's.
- 28:57Speaker 5: Going to be there in a week anyway.
- 28:58Speaker 3: What about Devil verst Product two coming out this year?
- 29:03Speaker 3: Like I did go back to go see when they
- 29:05Speaker 3: at the end of October when they had Back to
- 29:06Speaker 3: the Future in theaters for that living that weekend run.
- 29:09Speaker 3: That was cool. That was fun.
- 29:10Speaker 4: If you were told you could never go to the
- 29:12Speaker 4: movies again, would you be devastated?
- 29:14Speaker 3: No, I'd be fine. I'd be fine. Nothing. You can't
- 29:17Speaker 3: see movies ever, exactly movies. Just don't go to the
- 29:19Speaker 3: movie eight seven seven forty four Wooding text us hit
- 29:24Speaker 3: us up Friday check ins over to two to nine
- 29:26Speaker 3: eight seven, and we begin another new hour insensitivity training
- 29:34Speaker 3: for a politically correct world. You're here perfect. It all
- 29:37Speaker 3: worked out. We showed up and there's someone who listen
- 29:39Speaker 3: to it again.
- 29:40Speaker 5: Yeah, my name is one.
- 29:42Speaker 3: That's great.
- 29:42Speaker 11: Gory got minutes. Hi, there's Gina, greg Sea mass Sammy,
- 29:48Speaker 11: we got Morgan.
- 29:49Speaker 3: Phones are open eight seven seven forty four. Woody. That's
- 29:53Speaker 3: eight seven seven forty four. Wooding set us a text
- 29:56Speaker 3: over to two to nine eight seven. This is a
- 29:58Speaker 3: nice one. So just love the show. Hashtag all in,
- 30:00Speaker 3: hashtag less music and then like one of those like
- 30:03Speaker 3: smiling emojis with the hearts.
- 30:04Speaker 5: Eyes babe baba.
- 30:08Speaker 4: So nice.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Yeah, just make sure you tell us who you are
- 30:11Speaker 3: and then where around town you are and where you're
- 30:14Speaker 3: listening so we can I give you the proper credit
- 30:15Speaker 3: when we hit up those check in All right, we
- 30:18Speaker 3: got some trending news headlines. Jena Grads got those four
- 30:22Speaker 3: US well.
- 30:22Speaker 12: Federal agents are in the news again this morning after
- 30:25Speaker 12: they shot two more people. This time was in Portland
- 30:28Speaker 12: Border patrol agents stopped a car that they thought had
- 30:30Speaker 12: two gang members in it, and according to Homeland Security,
- 30:33Speaker 12: when the agents I died themselves, the people in the
- 30:35Speaker 12: car tried to run them over, so one of the
- 30:37Speaker 12: agents fired his gun at the car, hit the man
- 30:39Speaker 12: and the woman inside before they took off, and the
- 30:42Speaker 12: mayor of Portland called on ICE to stop working in
- 30:45Speaker 12: the city until there's a full and independent investigation and
- 30:49Speaker 12: nerves still on high, still edgy in Minneapolis after an
- 30:53Speaker 12: ICE agent shot and killed a woman on Wednesday. Official
- 30:56Speaker 12: say she tried to run over agents with her car,
- 30:58Speaker 12: but state official say that's not what happened. Governor Tim
- 31:01Speaker 12: Walls says the National Guard has been put on standby
- 31:04Speaker 12: just in case things get crazier, and the eight we
- 31:07Speaker 12: know a little bit more about these two. The agent
- 31:09Speaker 12: has more than ten years with ICE and was seriously
- 31:11Speaker 12: injured in that situation. I'm sorry, seriously injured in a
- 31:14Speaker 12: situation just like that last year, so this is happening
- 31:18Speaker 12: him twice. Meanwhile, the woman was an anti ICE activist
- 31:22Speaker 12: who had recently moved to Minneapolis to help keep an
- 31:24Speaker 12: eye on ICE operations, and the first of the two
- 31:28Speaker 12: college football semifinal games went down last night and.
- 31:31Speaker 5: It was game was crazy, busic classic, Ole Miss and
- 31:34Speaker 5: Miami battled all night long.
- 31:36Speaker 3: I'm watching less news, Greg, and I'm watching stuff like that.
- 31:39Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm surprised that you're watching college football, though I
- 31:43Speaker 4: will when it gets to like the plaff.
- 31:45Speaker 3: I was talking. I was talking to dumb mass Tyler
- 31:47Speaker 3: about this because we were talking about last night's game.
- 31:49Speaker 3: He's rocking on Miami Jersey this morning, and and I go,
- 31:53Speaker 3: you know what I mean? I said, you know, in general,
- 31:55Speaker 3: I'm not a college football fan, right, And the main
- 31:58Speaker 3: reason is anything happens in the game, whatever first down,
- 32:02Speaker 3: here comes the band over zealous. I hate marching bands
- 32:10Speaker 3: so much, and the bands are so big it's like
- 32:13Speaker 3: after every game, ever, every play, it's like so that
- 32:17Speaker 3: it's a big turn off for me. I know a
- 32:19Speaker 3: lot of people love them, keep everything. I get it fine.
- 32:23Speaker 3: And also I have no real rooting interest because I
- 32:25Speaker 3: never I never attended any college, so I don't really
- 32:28Speaker 3: care a team, you know, But yeah, I will watch
- 32:32Speaker 3: the n B A I don't watch the NBA, but
- 32:34Speaker 3: I do pay attention, like when it's down to the finals,
- 32:37Speaker 3: not the semi finals. Even but like I'll watch the
- 32:39Speaker 3: games when they're at the finals.
- 32:41Speaker 12: You don't like when they take a shot and then
- 32:43Speaker 12: you hear like the Super Mario Brothers, like one.
- 32:45Speaker 11: Not like no, no no. I didn't notice that, but
- 32:48Speaker 11: now I'm gonna notice it.
- 32:50Speaker 6: It.
- 32:50Speaker 3: I'm gonna hate that too.
- 32:51Speaker 4: This might be an unpopular opinion, but you know what,
- 32:53Speaker 4: I nega ultra nuclear hate at baseball games Oregon.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Oh no, you guys are like that. I don't know.
- 33:06Speaker 3: You're gonna ask what's the difference in the march band.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I don't know what. I can't explain the difference, but
- 33:12Speaker 3: to me, there is a difference. I don't mind the
- 33:14Speaker 3: organ at the baseball Yes, damn it do. I hate
- 33:18Speaker 3: a marching band like organists. Do you know what year
- 33:21Speaker 3: it is?
- 33:21Speaker 12: There are times I'll go down a rabbit hole and
- 33:23Speaker 12: just find marching bands from football games just because they
- 33:26Speaker 12: think they sound good.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Yeah, well, you're a dork at heart.
- 33:29Speaker 15: That's true at heart. Everybody a first down.
- 33:40Speaker 4: It's what men says about Like the Renaissance era, all
- 33:42Speaker 4: they had was paintings and stuff.
- 33:44Speaker 11: But now we have TV, we have TV, we have movies,
- 33:47Speaker 11: we have new music technology.
- 33:49Speaker 4: Don't have to go to the opera DJs.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Like hit music. The game is crazy, man. It did
- 33:54Speaker 3: remind me of the Steelers Ravens game the way, like
- 33:58Speaker 3: the fourth quarter of that game was just so crazy.
- 34:00Speaker 3: It mind us all the crapping blood that I was
- 34:03Speaker 3: doing with the Steelers and that game last night. It
- 34:06Speaker 3: was just this back and forth and ye, super exciting.
- 34:08Speaker 5: Thirty one to twenty seven. So now they wait.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Michael Aran was pumped. He was with like the chicks,
- 34:13Speaker 3: the college chicks after the game. Like that guy. Man,
- 34:17Speaker 3: if I didn't know any better, I would say, he's
- 34:19Speaker 3: you know, he's a he's partying, if you know what
- 34:22Speaker 3: I mean. He's getting all railed up. Maybe right.
- 34:28Speaker 12: Well, now they wait for the winner of the Peach
- 34:29Speaker 12: Bowl that's gonna between Oregon and Indiana. And another day,
- 34:33Speaker 12: another coach fired. This time it's Miami Dolphins head coach
- 34:36Speaker 12: Mike McDaniel. Just a few days ago, McDaniels said he
- 34:40Speaker 12: expected to help with the team, help them find a
- 34:42Speaker 12: new GM, but rumors picked up after the Ravens let
- 34:45Speaker 12: John Harbaugh go and Miami.
- 34:47Speaker 5: May have reached out to Harbor even though McDaniel was
- 34:49Speaker 5: still there.
- 34:50Speaker 12: McDaniel coached for the Dolphins for four seasons, made the
- 34:53Speaker 12: playoffs twice but never got past the first round, and
- 34:55Speaker 12: now there are eight head coach at openings in the NFL.
- 35:00Speaker 3: It is that the Detroit Lions already reached out to
- 35:02Speaker 3: Mike McDaniel about taking the job as the offensive coordinator.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Oh wow, would be you'd be good at that. I
- 35:07Speaker 3: don't know if he's really a head coach.
- 35:08Speaker 5: But well, do people see that as a demotion, Like,
- 35:11Speaker 5: I'm the head coach? What do you mean?
- 35:12Speaker 3: I mean, you want to be the head coach? Yeah,
- 35:14Speaker 3: but I mean there are organizations where, you know, especially
- 35:17Speaker 3: with what the Lions have and the you know, the people,
- 35:20Speaker 3: the players that they got, I mean, that could be
- 35:22Speaker 3: a really good opportunity. And then you can get another
- 35:24Speaker 3: head coaching opportunity at.
- 35:25Speaker 13: Some point, right, Yeah, And sometimes you really are just
- 35:28Speaker 13: good at that job.
- 35:29Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah. Well, NASA announced yesterday it.
- 35:32Speaker 3: Pays Okay, yeah, okay, okay, yeah, I'm still.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Going to eat tonight.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Okay.
- 35:38Speaker 12: Well, NASA announced yesterday that they're bringing back the Crew
- 35:41Speaker 12: eleven astronauts. They're going to bring them home on Saturday,
- 35:43Speaker 12: which is weeks earlier than they planned, and the reason
- 35:46Speaker 12: is because one of the astronauts has some medical scare.
- 35:49Speaker 12: They had it at the International Space Station and while
- 35:51Speaker 12: they're stable now, it's bad enough that everybody has to
- 35:54Speaker 12: come back. We don't know who it is or what happened,
- 35:57Speaker 12: but NASA want to make sure that everyone knew it
- 35:59Speaker 12: wasn't because one of their operating procedures. But this situation
- 36:02Speaker 12: makes it the first one since nineteen ninety seven where
- 36:05Speaker 12: an astronaut crew had to come home early because of
- 36:07Speaker 12: something like this. And finally, bored, I might need your
- 36:10Speaker 12: input on this. According to a bunch of different reports,
- 36:13Speaker 12: it looks like McDonald's will be bringing back their Pokemon
- 36:16Speaker 12: card promotion at some point in the spring. Yeah, we
- 36:20Speaker 12: don't have details yet, but apparently the promotion will be
- 36:23Speaker 12: for happy meals and you get a four pack of
- 36:25Speaker 12: cards with the meal. The cards are always reprints, but
- 36:29Speaker 12: there is a slim possibility that there could be a
- 36:31Speaker 12: new Pikachu card with exclusive artwork. Nice and that happened
- 36:36Speaker 12: in Japan and chaos broke out.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Let's be civilized with this one.
- 36:42Speaker 5: It will go crazy.
- 36:43Speaker 3: People born civilized in Japan about it. Oh, I'm just
- 36:45Speaker 3: saying if they're not being civilized.
- 36:47Speaker 5: Imagine mass people still.
- 36:50Speaker 11: Died over they know the chicken sandwich that Popeyes like,
- 36:54Speaker 11: legit dies.
- 36:56Speaker 3: That wouldn't have happened in Japan. Yeah, that would have
- 36:59Speaker 3: happened if you guys want to be civilized about it.
- 37:01Speaker 16: What happened last time was that not only was every
- 37:03Speaker 16: single drive through line out the into the street for
- 37:06Speaker 16: every single McDonald's, but people were actually going and buying
- 37:09Speaker 16: hundreds of Happy Meals every single time, adults, and then
- 37:13Speaker 16: tossing the food out.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Oh how much would.
- 37:15Speaker 7: One of these new Pikachu carts even be worth? Like
- 37:18Speaker 7: a good amount of money?
- 37:19Speaker 16: Or is it just if it's a new one exclusive
- 37:21Speaker 16: to McDonald's. Dude, it could be anywhere from two hundred,
- 37:23Speaker 16: five hundred, six hundred maybe.
- 37:25Speaker 5: As much as something, not as much as I thought it.
- 37:27Speaker 5: Dodo will pay for it, glad.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Everybody's just drowning in money right.
- 37:31Speaker 12: The new Happy Meals are expected to be released between
- 37:33Speaker 12: February and March.
- 37:34Speaker 5: That's for Pokemon's thirtieth anniverse.
- 37:36Speaker 3: What would be more embarrassing doing that?
- 37:40Speaker 4: Waiting in line for this?
- 37:41Speaker 3: Now? What would be more for you personally? Okay, for Greg?
- 37:44Speaker 3: What would be more embarrassed? Embarrassing going to a restaurant
- 37:48Speaker 3: and eating by yourself hmmm, or walking into a McDonald's
- 37:53Speaker 3: and ordering a happy meal just for yourself, forget what
- 37:56Speaker 3: the prize or anything else, and then you're trying to
- 37:58Speaker 3: get like it's not even close. McDonald's would be.
- 38:02Speaker 11: You're not thinking about, dude, because you could have a
- 38:04Speaker 11: storyline with No.
- 38:05Speaker 3: No, you don't.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Get to lie.
- 38:07Speaker 3: You know, he doesn't get to use them.
- 38:11Speaker 4: To use that.
- 38:12Speaker 3: Yeah, no, he can't know, he can't lie.
- 38:15Speaker 5: You're absolutely right.
- 38:16Speaker 4: The McDonald's thing would be mortifying.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Because we're taking we're taking the situation at face value,
- 38:21Speaker 3: like what would be more embarrassing?
- 38:23Speaker 4: Because so mortified, I'm to resell it.
- 38:33Speaker 10: Yeah right, Well that's what's going on with Thank you
- 38:36Speaker 10: very much, Jinagrad.
- 38:38Speaker 3: We're gonna take a quick break. We got more WHATOI
- 38:39Speaker 3: show for you. Next thing. Show back in a minute.
- 38:46Speaker 5: Now to show.
- 38:49Speaker 3: Anybody got any exciting weekend plans. I'm going to be
- 38:54Speaker 3: in the city of San Francisco.
- 38:57Speaker 5: Lucky excitement.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Yeah, oh, speaking of samud mind, so go back before
- 39:03Speaker 3: I forgot I meant to mention this five different times.
- 39:06Speaker 6: Uh huh.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Today is the official twentieth anniversary of our first show together.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Are you serious? It was January ninth, two thousand and six. Wow,
- 39:24Speaker 3: crap insane. Twenty years. It feels longer because there's a
- 39:32Speaker 3: lot that's happened. And I'll tell you what, I don't
- 39:34Speaker 3: mean that as a as a as a negative thing, right,
- 39:36Speaker 3: because we worked together for a number of years, and
- 39:39Speaker 3: then there was like a gap of five year gap. Yeah,
- 39:42Speaker 3: you know, like relationships five years. You know, in relationships,
- 39:45Speaker 3: there's like that gap. We were dating for a while
- 39:49Speaker 3: because we got because we got fired and then took
- 39:53Speaker 3: a break. Yeah, and then that's when I went and
- 39:56Speaker 3: did the morning show with my buddy Rizzuto, and then
- 40:01Speaker 3: we got the band back together in twenty fourteen. But
- 40:04Speaker 3: the first show where it was myself and Greg yeah, right,
- 40:09Speaker 3: Menace hadn't even joined the show at this point yet,
- 40:11Speaker 3: but it was it was January ninth, two thousand and six. Yeah,
- 40:15Speaker 3: So how did you remember that? Because it was Howard
- 40:19Speaker 3: Stearn's first day on Sirius XM, and I replaced Howard. Wow,
- 40:24Speaker 3: we replaced Howard on his station in San Francisco. We
- 40:27Speaker 3: were hired by his company, well his former company, CBS Radio,
- 40:31Speaker 3: to replace him in San Francisco. Yeah, my god, I
- 40:35Speaker 3: was just in the building, right, men is working, Menas
- 40:38Speaker 3: is working at one of the other radio stations would
- 40:43Speaker 3: appear in the Shadows.
- 40:44Speaker 11: Yeah, I did because I was listening in the morning,
- 40:46Speaker 11: because at that time, there were so many shows that
- 40:48Speaker 11: signed on and I worked on a previous morning show
- 40:53Speaker 11: and I would listen to this show. I was like,
- 40:56Speaker 11: this is the show that has the most potential of
- 41:00Speaker 11: there's anybody who knows Radio Man's Menace. I did called it,
- 41:03Speaker 11: And I was like, this one I did call it?
- 41:05Speaker 5: You did.
- 41:05Speaker 11: It was the only show. It's the only show that
- 41:08Speaker 11: survived during that time, which is also true and pathetic
- 41:11Speaker 11: if you think about it. I was like, this one
- 41:13Speaker 11: is the show that's going to survive, right, and I
- 41:15Speaker 11: should be a part of it. So that's when I
- 41:17Speaker 11: kept on meeting you in the shadows and yeah, hey man,
- 41:20Speaker 11: if you ever need any help. Yeah, I'm like, who
- 41:23Speaker 11: is this guy like kind of like you know, crooked
- 41:26Speaker 11: off pants, baggy, Oh yeah.
- 41:30Speaker 3: Oh yeah, white man, hardcore lesbian and it is a
- 41:35Speaker 3: hardcore lesbian.
- 41:35Speaker 11: You know.
- 41:36Speaker 3: He just looked he looked like he came right off
- 41:37Speaker 3: the streets. Yea, yeah, well I did come my previous
- 41:40Speaker 3: station was like yeah hip hop.
- 41:42Speaker 11: Right, Yeah, it was fun though, Yeah, that's so crazy
- 41:47Speaker 11: years twenty years ago.
- 41:48Speaker 4: Wow, that's five high schools.
- 41:50Speaker 3: Damn so weird. Almost half our lives. Oh damn that weird.
- 41:58Speaker 3: And then you know, I just got to know each other,
- 42:00Speaker 3: and over the years, more and more people always it's
- 42:03Speaker 3: it's kind of a gay way to describe it. I'm
- 42:05Speaker 3: always right. I've always said the Wizard of Oz where
- 42:09Speaker 3: it's like, you know, I was off on this journey, right,
- 42:13Speaker 3: and I met these people along the way. And these
- 42:15Speaker 3: people that I met along the way, I end up hiring,
- 42:17Speaker 3: you know, So I get I get hired. They're like
- 42:22Speaker 3: all right, we want you to come here. And I
- 42:24Speaker 3: go okay, and I say, well I'm gonna bring these people.
- 42:26Speaker 3: They go okay, cool, and then uh on the way. Yeah.
- 42:30Speaker 3: And then Greg was already working at the station, because
- 42:32Speaker 3: when Howard Sterne was on that radio station, he was
- 42:34Speaker 3: the guy running the board. He was he was he
- 42:37Speaker 3: was the guy running the keeping it on the air
- 42:39Speaker 3: and doing the local traffic and stuff and stuff like that,
- 42:43Speaker 3: and so well, I know you're gonna want to like
- 42:46Speaker 3: get a producer and stuff. You should really talk to
- 42:48Speaker 3: this guy who's here. His name is Greg. And so
- 42:50Speaker 3: I had one lunch with Greg, and I'm like, this
- 42:52Speaker 3: guy's great.
- 42:53Speaker 4: We went and I remember that lunch. I don't remember anything.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I basically have legal Alzheimer's. I remember that lunch like
- 42:59Speaker 4: it was yesterday. Yeah, it was twenty over twenty.
- 43:02Speaker 12: Putting on your greast, your greast, your best Greg face or.
- 43:05Speaker 3: You're just casual was cool whatever, chill.
- 43:08Speaker 4: I mean if that, if I hadn't started working with Woody,
- 43:12Speaker 4: I probably would have just left.
- 43:13Speaker 3: I don't know. Yeah, So anyway, and then you know,
- 43:17Speaker 3: met Greg and then men men and men right and
- 43:21Speaker 3: so like just men has met his wife in that
- 43:23Speaker 3: time because she worked on the show at one point.
- 43:26Speaker 3: So see how things just yeah, anyway, she's yeah, so
- 43:31Speaker 3: twenty twenty years Yeah, and got to got to know
- 43:35Speaker 3: Greg Moore and realize what a complicated person you want, right,
- 43:38Speaker 3: you know, like to not wanting to buy toilet paper
- 43:42Speaker 3: at the door. What's the other thing you don't like?
- 43:44Speaker 4: De deodorant? I think I can be just so weird,
- 43:47Speaker 4: so embarrassed to buy that. If I have to get deodorant,
- 43:49Speaker 4: that is a self checkout thing.
- 43:50Speaker 5: Don't you want people to know that you care about
- 43:52Speaker 5: smelling good.
- 43:53Speaker 12: I don't want anybody to like associate you with a
- 43:56Speaker 12: body of with.
- 43:57Speaker 4: Medical type things medical deodorant, toilet paper.
- 44:02Speaker 3: But what's medical about deodorant?
- 44:04Speaker 4: Medical? But anything personal hygie, Let's look it that way.
- 44:07Speaker 4: Social hygiene. Shampoo, so open shampoo, that's fine. To paste,
- 44:11Speaker 4: razorsthpaste is fine, Razors is fine.
- 44:14Speaker 5: But toilet paper, deodorant like smelly stuff.
- 44:17Speaker 4: Yeah, like anything like cologne, medicinal. Uh no, I actually
- 44:21Speaker 4: take pride in fun, but I like so weird.
- 44:24Speaker 11: Can I say something though, Woody, and will you agree
- 44:27Speaker 11: with this that old Greg was very intense.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Oh yeah, well he's always been very professional. Yeah, it
- 44:34Speaker 3: always seemed like kind of on edge that he would
- 44:36Speaker 3: blow up. Oh you're not kidding. Yeah. I like new Greg,
- 44:39Speaker 3: but old Greg seemed very Yeah. I was very angry
- 44:42Speaker 3: Greg in the role as the executive producer of the show,
- 44:45Speaker 3: I was very mama bear. He was very business, which
- 44:48Speaker 3: you know that's said, that's a lot of times what
- 44:49Speaker 3: that what that job entails.
- 44:51Speaker 4: Yeah, And to be fair, we have to look at it,
- 44:54Speaker 4: like you pointed out twenty years ago, it wasn't as
- 44:58Speaker 4: I'm not going to say easy as a is now,
- 45:00Speaker 4: but it required we have twenty more years of experience, right,
- 45:04Speaker 4: and it required a lot of phone calls, a lot
- 45:06Speaker 4: of emails, and like getting guests in required a lot
- 45:11Speaker 4: of coordination. Were in the heart of a city that
- 45:13Speaker 4: had no parking, so you had to deal with parking
- 45:17Speaker 4: issues that you know, it was just more complicated.
- 45:20Speaker 7: And you're with a woman too, and I was married struggling.
- 45:23Speaker 3: It was still straight you guys, married to a woman.
- 45:25Speaker 4: Finger clotes and it was just more of a complicated thing.
- 45:29Speaker 4: So yeah, people made me mad. I would get angry
- 45:32Speaker 4: and then I would scream at people and that.
- 45:35Speaker 11: People don't act like you know, mistakes are a big
- 45:37Speaker 11: deal now, but back then, I you know, any little
- 45:40Speaker 11: type of mistake would be the end of the world totally.
- 45:43Speaker 3: Well, now since we've got the band back together, it's
- 45:46Speaker 3: been twelve years since that Yeah job not crazy, it is. Yeah,
- 45:52Speaker 3: it'll be twelve years in April. Yeah, wow, which is
- 45:55Speaker 3: which is crazy? And well goes all the way back
- 45:58Speaker 3: to that first show January ninth, two thousand and six
- 46:01Speaker 3: and San Francisco where Menace is going this weekend. Yes,
- 46:04Speaker 3: sorry Menace for the tangent. I would have forgotten if
- 46:07Speaker 3: I didn't bring it up right then and there, I
- 46:08Speaker 3: would have forgotten to mention that to you guys.
- 46:11Speaker 11: That's cool. Well I'll go like pull one out at
- 46:13Speaker 11: our old station. Are you going for any kind of
- 46:15Speaker 11: thing or just I just get a pick of my dogs?
- 46:18Speaker 5: Dogs have been.
- 46:18Speaker 3: There, the in laws, anybody anything else I have.
- 46:23Speaker 4: Unlike you guys, I think it's unlike you guys who
- 46:26Speaker 4: are friends with your neighbors. I know your friend leave
- 46:29Speaker 4: with your neighbors. We actually socialize with their neighbors. We
- 46:31Speaker 4: have these new neighbors who were we are gonna hang
- 46:34Speaker 4: out with. Try to get to know why because it's
- 46:39Speaker 4: a couple of gay guys and there are no other
- 46:42Speaker 4: gays in the.
- 46:45Speaker 3: You guys gotta stick together.
- 46:46Speaker 5: Houpen that property value right left.
- 46:48Speaker 4: We're gonna try it out.
- 46:49Speaker 5: That's good.
- 46:50Speaker 12: I am supposed to go to a baby shower. But
- 46:53Speaker 12: this baby shower is you got to put stuff together.
- 46:56Speaker 12: I thought it like task grabbit, hiring you to go
- 46:58Speaker 12: in my place.
- 46:59Speaker 7: Okay, I don't decorate.
- 47:03Speaker 5: Well yeah exactly. Because she's like, oh my god, that's
- 47:06Speaker 5: my favorite. We're at the age where it's like we
- 47:07Speaker 5: don't need to be like smell this diaper is it Eminem's?
- 47:11Speaker 12: Or snicker like we don't care about that game. You
- 47:13Speaker 12: just want to like hang out like whoever can drink?
- 47:16Speaker 2: Drink?
- 47:16Speaker 5: Help or put stuff together? But I don't put stuff together.
- 47:19Speaker 5: I'm not I'm not a good mechanical brain. I don't
- 47:21Speaker 5: want to do that.
- 47:22Speaker 13: I love putting together together furniture. Please let me, I
- 47:25Speaker 13: would love it.
- 47:26Speaker 3: Why would you invite people over to do that?
- 47:27Speaker 5: Yeah, that seems we know a friend of ours volunteered us.
- 47:32Speaker 5: She was like, oh no, no, no, we'll all just come
- 47:34Speaker 5: over with, will we? So I don't know how to
- 47:39Speaker 5: do it?
- 47:39Speaker 12: So what I don't know if anyone has this suggestion
- 47:41Speaker 12: on what other role I can play. I can refresh
- 47:44Speaker 12: their drinks, I can DJ, I can tap dance anything.
- 47:49Speaker 3: But like, well, if the slut a goes in b.
- 47:52Speaker 5: I don't do that. I don't know what that means.
- 47:53Speaker 5: I can't be a part of that.
- 47:56Speaker 3: I love their dog or don't go I probably shouldn't. Yeah,
- 48:00Speaker 3: that's the role you see the friend that doesn't good?
- 48:02Speaker 5: That's good. I will door dash them food from my house.
- 48:06Speaker 9: No, no, you need to be busy so you should
- 48:07Speaker 9: be in the kitchen cooking while they're putting together.
- 48:09Speaker 3: They could do that whol emergency. There was a pipe
- 48:12Speaker 3: that yeah, ye see good excuse, Yeah, it'll cook something.
- 48:16Speaker 5: My house flooded.
- 48:17Speaker 3: Yeah, well, hope you guys have a great weekend. Hit
- 48:20Speaker 3: us up on the text any kind of a Friday
- 48:21Speaker 3: checking you got for us? Over to two to nine
- 48:24Speaker 3: eight seven The Woody Show. We were talking about, you know,
- 48:31Speaker 3: Greg being embarrassed by toilet pet I mentioned how today
- 48:37Speaker 3: is the anniversary the first the first show that we
- 48:40Speaker 3: ever did together, right twenty years ago, and all the
- 48:46Speaker 3: stuff that we very quickly learned about Greg and how
- 48:48Speaker 3: complicated he is, and so many and so many ways.
- 48:52Speaker 3: The toilet paper thing, the deodorant thing, it reminds, it
- 48:56Speaker 3: reminded me. I don't know if you're gonna want to
- 48:58Speaker 3: tell the story. God, do you know the story I'm
- 49:01Speaker 3: talking about, Like about how you stopped off at the
- 49:04Speaker 3: grocery store because you had a guest.
- 49:06Speaker 7: Oh, I'll tell.
- 49:08Speaker 3: That, Okay, I don't want to get to it because
- 49:11Speaker 3: if you don't have that, I got something. I got
- 49:13Speaker 3: something else that will speak to Greg and we can
- 49:15Speaker 3: talk about something.
- 49:15Speaker 4: But it ties in perfectly with what we're talking about,
- 49:17Speaker 4: because it's so out of character for me, So keep.
- 49:21Speaker 11: It, keep on.
- 49:22Speaker 3: Greg's the guy that doesn't want to buy toilet paper
- 49:24Speaker 3: of the store because it's embarrassing. Because it's embarrassing, right, But
- 49:28Speaker 3: this was fine.
- 49:29Speaker 4: This is because like it's like the equivalent of a
- 49:34Speaker 4: drug addict rooting through the trash to find like a
- 49:37Speaker 4: needle because you need a needle for something.
- 49:39Speaker 3: I think the only person in the room right now
- 49:41Speaker 3: that doesn't know the story is Morgan.
- 49:42Speaker 11: Okay, and I just I just want to say it
- 49:45Speaker 11: was also a really wild time in your life.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Too, absolutely, you want to set that up. This is
- 49:49Speaker 3: like after the divorce.
- 49:50Speaker 4: So got divorced and went straight headfirst into a total
- 49:56Speaker 4: whole howand left and right.
- 49:58Speaker 3: Because Greg, Greg went from being married to the woman
- 50:01Speaker 3: and then coming out and then went right into like
- 50:04Speaker 3: a gay horror fan.
- 50:05Speaker 4: And why wouldn't I was living alone, I was divorced
- 50:09Speaker 4: out and I'm like, this is the time, yeah, you know,
- 50:12Speaker 4: so go into the mega horre face and this story
- 50:16Speaker 4: is so fun. I was having like one night stands
- 50:18Speaker 4: and going on stupid dates and all this stuff met
- 50:21Speaker 4: this one, this one guy online who lived let's round
- 50:26Speaker 4: it off to three hundred and fifty miles away. So
- 50:30Speaker 4: what are you going to do in that case? Oh,
- 50:32Speaker 4: you're going to fly them in sure for the weekend.
- 50:35Speaker 4: So we'll call it a one weekend stand. Never even
- 50:38Speaker 4: met the guy in person, right, but flew him.
- 50:41Speaker 7: In to your house? Or did you get a hotel to.
- 50:43Speaker 5: My house like an idiot?
- 50:47Speaker 3: Right?
- 50:48Speaker 4: Drive to the airport to pick him up. Hi, nice
- 50:50Speaker 4: to meet you, knowing damn well, what we're about to
- 50:52Speaker 4: do all weekend long? All weekend long at my house.
- 50:56Speaker 4: So on the way back to my house, having barely
- 50:59Speaker 4: known this guy, said, what do you like to eat
- 51:01Speaker 4: in the morning for breakfast?
- 51:02Speaker 3: You know, because you got to entertains?
- 51:06Speaker 4: He says, well, I like oatmeal. He said, Oh crap,
- 51:09Speaker 4: I don't have any oatmeal at home. So we got
- 51:11Speaker 4: to stop on the way back to my house. So
- 51:13Speaker 4: we stopped at the grocery store and we realize we
- 51:17Speaker 4: need a couple of other things as well.
- 51:19Speaker 3: The essentials for the weekend. A couple condoms, lube, an oatmeal.
- 51:28Speaker 9: Yeah, you don't want to buy deodorant, you'll get that
- 51:32Speaker 9: combination of things.
- 51:33Speaker 4: Go in and luckily it was at night and it
- 51:35Speaker 4: wasn't too busy and the store was still open.
- 51:38Speaker 3: It's still under these circumstances, like I realized, you're like
- 51:41Speaker 3: in everything when you're horny, everything's a good idea. Okay,
- 51:45Speaker 3: but now, Greg, you won't put a deodorant. But condoms
- 51:50Speaker 3: aren't embarrassing because a lot there are a lot of
- 51:52Speaker 3: people who aren't embarrassed by toilet paper, Oran, but they
- 51:57Speaker 3: they would rather almost get you know, risk getting caught
- 51:59Speaker 3: shot uplifting the comment condoms, then take them to the counter. Ye.
- 52:03Speaker 4: See, the more you say that, I'm complicated, I'm starting
- 52:06Speaker 4: to agree with you because because condoms, to me, it's
- 52:08Speaker 4: almost like, yeah, check it out, I have a need
- 52:12Speaker 4: for this.
- 52:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 52:13Speaker 7: Yeah, I think the lube is the most same.
- 52:16Speaker 9: Loo feels very embarrassing, even as a woman in a
- 52:19Speaker 9: combination like Loube.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Maybe not because of the gay thing, like you know,
- 52:23Speaker 3: they don't dudes don't produce it any natural natural lubrican true,
- 52:27Speaker 3: So yeah, I spit it on.
- 52:28Speaker 9: You know, I'm saying at the time, there was like
- 52:31Speaker 9: no inkling of embarrassment or.
- 52:33Speaker 4: Oh there was, but I powered through, Okay, I mean
- 52:37Speaker 4: it was definitely embarrassing. Especially like it's so blatantly obvious.
- 52:41Speaker 5: And there's a self checkout.
- 52:42Speaker 3: You're here at the.
- 52:43Speaker 4: No you hear at the grocery store at like whatever,
- 52:46Speaker 4: ten thirty at night and you're buying lube.
- 52:48Speaker 11: Did you go to say hi, I'm Greg Goory and
- 52:51Speaker 11: I noticed that the price of the lube marked incorrectly
- 52:56Speaker 11: correctly difference.
- 52:57Speaker 4: We got a price check on the condom.
- 52:59Speaker 15: In the want to get on the pa and you know,
- 53:03Speaker 15: the cashiers like, what does the oatmeal have to do
- 53:06Speaker 15: with this?
- 53:07Speaker 5: How does this their love making?
- 53:10Speaker 3: Yeah? So this this poor guy that he trafficked in
- 53:13Speaker 3: for a weekend worth of sex, he got the oatmeal
- 53:18Speaker 3: go well bottom.
- 53:21Speaker 4: Once you got home, I thought, weird. Yeah, yeah not.
- 53:26Speaker 4: I mean obviously you entertained him by just whatever, throwing
- 53:30Speaker 4: the TV on, tons of alcohol and at the time
- 53:33Speaker 4: I smoked. This guy was a total gym rat And
- 53:36Speaker 4: luckily he smoked, so at least we could go in
- 53:38Speaker 4: the backyard and I have a cigarette. Yeah the while, Yeah,
- 53:44Speaker 4: while you're having a cigarette, you can talk about Okay,
- 53:46Speaker 4: what are we going to do with these condoms?
- 53:47Speaker 3: And smoke something else later, all right, So just out
- 53:51Speaker 3: of pure curiosity, so you meet this guy online. From
- 53:54Speaker 3: from the time you met him online, first started talking
- 53:56Speaker 3: to him online till you said, oh, i'll fly you in.
- 53:59Speaker 3: How long was that time period? Like how much had
- 54:02Speaker 3: you actually had any kind of conversation.
- 54:03Speaker 4: Between like chatting online and then having him physically at
- 54:06Speaker 4: my house.
- 54:08Speaker 3: From the first chat to the invite probably same day day.
- 54:16Speaker 3: Oh my god, the thought he was really hot. So
- 54:20Speaker 3: how does it go? Like you pick him up at
- 54:22Speaker 3: the airport, Hey, nice to meet you. You stop off
- 54:24Speaker 3: for the oatmeal in the loop and the condoms, and
- 54:27Speaker 3: you get back to the house and it's kind of
- 54:29Speaker 3: it's the elephant in the room because everybody knows.
- 54:31Speaker 5: You're there for one reason.
- 54:32Speaker 3: What's going on here? Yeah? Yeah? So like how does that?
- 54:35Speaker 3: How does that start?
- 54:37Speaker 9: Like?
- 54:37Speaker 4: Uh, like, how do you get that?
- 54:39Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 54:40Speaker 3: Right? Okay, now so you're here now, so I guess
- 54:44Speaker 3: we're going to have sex.
- 54:45Speaker 6: Now.
- 54:46Speaker 5: I feel like it's the host. Do you have to
- 54:47Speaker 5: make the first move?
- 54:48Speaker 4: Kind of I think for more trafficker Yeah, yeah, what
- 54:52Speaker 4: do you mean the generous person?
- 54:55Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 54:55Speaker 5: Ht I trafficker in charge.
- 54:58Speaker 4: I think from what I remember, we started just by
- 55:02Speaker 4: like watching TV, hanging out kind.
- 55:04Speaker 3: Of Netflix and chill, Yeah.
- 55:05Speaker 4: Exactly, and then I think it advanced to the bedroom.
- 55:09Speaker 4: I guess, but there was no chemistry. It was awkward.
- 55:12Speaker 4: It's awkward to talk about it.
- 55:14Speaker 12: Did you ever think to yourself, what kind of guy
- 55:16Speaker 12: would accept this invitation?
- 55:18Speaker 3: But he's the guy who who's the guy who extends.
- 55:20Speaker 5: He accepts it. That's weirder to me. People throw out
- 55:25Speaker 5: invites all the time.
- 55:26Speaker 3: And he was like, yes, I will get on the plane.
- 55:28Speaker 4: He saw my photo and clearly wanted to travel the
- 55:30Speaker 4: same you flew somebody in for sex.
- 55:36Speaker 7: Climb on like Spirit Southwest.
- 55:38Speaker 4: I think it was Southwest. I mean it was nothing
- 55:40Speaker 4: nice and then the weird the thing that sucked the most.
- 55:43Speaker 4: This was a Friday night, and I realized, oh my god,
- 55:47Speaker 4: he's here until like Sunday evening. And by late Friday
- 55:51Speaker 4: night I was over it. And I don't remember what
- 55:54Speaker 4: we did during the day, like oh, you want to
- 55:57Speaker 4: go slight saying.
- 56:00Speaker 5: Did you talk to him again?
- 56:01Speaker 6: Ever?
- 56:02Speaker 4: I remember his first name. I don't remember his Oh
- 56:04Speaker 4: actually I might remember his last name. His first name
- 56:07Speaker 4: was Joel.
- 56:08Speaker 3: That's all. You can find him on Facebook, say he's
- 56:10Speaker 3: doing now. I don't think.
- 56:12Speaker 4: I don't remember his last.
- 56:15Speaker 5: Joel oatl.
- 56:18Speaker 4: Yeah, a big fan of oat.
- 56:24Speaker 3: As we get into another new hour insensitivity training for
- 56:28Speaker 3: a politically correct world, I'll tell you we have your
- 56:32Speaker 3: dumb ass contest, so this out, which is the d
- 56:35Speaker 3: u i Q. We'll play around at the d u
- 56:38Speaker 3: i Q. Give you a chance to win there also,
- 56:41Speaker 3: if time permits, wood He show Friday. Okie, Yes, yes,
- 56:47Speaker 3: you posted that twenty twenty five recab video.
- 56:52Speaker 4: Yeah, that was so good.
- 56:54Speaker 3: It was good on our on our Instagram over the
- 56:56Speaker 3: over the holiday, and I saw a lot of comments
- 56:59Speaker 3: in there. I saw a lot of love for for
- 57:01Speaker 3: fridi ok funny. Yeah, just in general, just the just
- 57:03Speaker 3: the fun and the I don't know, man, I think
- 57:06Speaker 3: people are speaking. They either love it or they hate it.
- 57:09Speaker 5: There's no like really in the I don't hate listen
- 57:11Speaker 5: to it.
- 57:12Speaker 3: I'm saying, but I saw I saw a lot of
- 57:13Speaker 3: positive stuff and the people mentioned because it was it
- 57:16Speaker 3: was unassisted. It wasn't like you know, what do you
- 57:17Speaker 3: think about Fridioku? Yeah, you know it, what do you
- 57:21Speaker 3: think about Frodioku? It was But I'm not going to
- 57:24Speaker 3: pretend that everybody loves it. But nobody loves it anything. Yeah,
- 57:27Speaker 3: I know, but it's.
- 57:31Speaker 5: It was well received.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, it was that, and that was the point
- 57:34Speaker 3: if time permits, which now probably we probably now don't
- 57:37Speaker 3: have time anyway, your chance to win with the d
- 57:41Speaker 3: y Q that's coming up here in just a couple
- 57:43Speaker 3: of seconds. Oh we do have.
- 57:46Speaker 17: Yama. Did you know that China and Japan actually a
- 57:50Speaker 17: dif friend country. Oh, if you look at the map,
- 57:55Speaker 17: you can see this is a whole thing. Is a
- 57:58Speaker 17: China and Japan? Is this real beauty country?
- 58:02Speaker 3: But here it is time to play another round of
- 58:04Speaker 3: is it China or is it Japan?
- 58:06Speaker 5: Right?
- 58:07Speaker 3: All right, so this is I'm gonna tell you about
- 58:09Speaker 3: a thing in the news that I read, and then
- 58:11Speaker 3: you just have to guess. Guess is the story out
- 58:14Speaker 3: of China or is it from Japan? Okay, okay, mm hmm. Now, Greg,
- 58:18Speaker 3: I thought about you on this one too, because every year,
- 58:20Speaker 3: one of the country's biggest insecticide companies they hold a ceremony.
- 58:26Speaker 3: I got a temple and everything, and it's dedicated to
- 58:30Speaker 3: all the bugs that died during their pesticide testing experiments. Yeah,
- 58:37Speaker 3: so gone but not forgotten. The ceremony has photos of
- 58:41Speaker 3: various insects, whether you know mosquitoes or roaches and mites
- 58:45Speaker 3: and all the stuff, right, and they're all posted in
- 58:48Speaker 3: front of it you'd see at a funeral in front
- 58:49Speaker 3: of an altar. And they pay their respects. I mean
- 58:52Speaker 3: they say, they say, it's a valuable opportunity for us
- 58:56Speaker 3: to look back and express gratitude toward insects. And that's
- 59:00Speaker 3: a tradition they have been doing for forty years. Wow,
- 59:04Speaker 3: that's respectful.
- 59:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I think we all have the same guests.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Is it China or is it Japan?
- 59:09Speaker 13: The pesticide testing to me, says China in general, but
- 59:12Speaker 13: then Japan for the ceremony after China.
- 59:16Speaker 5: They test the pesticides on the people. I'll say, Japan,
- 59:20Speaker 5: this is one Japan.
- 59:22Speaker 3: Japan.
- 59:23Speaker 4: I'm I'm getting a feeling for China.
- 59:28Speaker 5: Japan.
- 59:28Speaker 3: Japan, obvious Japan. The answer is Japan. Yeah, incredibly respectful.
- 59:38Speaker 3: It's free free advertising to bug.
- 59:40Speaker 5: Look all these bugs we killed.
- 59:41Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, check how good we are. And that's
- 59:43Speaker 3: how you play our original trademark copyright game. Is it
- 59:45Speaker 3: China or Japan?
- 59:46Speaker 4: I mean they did give their lives for testing.
- 59:48Speaker 3: They did. It's education heroes. This segment we got the
- 59:52Speaker 3: d u i Q coming up decks. There was a
- 59:54Speaker 3: drunk in the news. Cops in Florida saw this woman
- 59:56Speaker 3: walking by, who was you know, she was just drinking
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: straight from this liquor bottle. Nice, but you know, the
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: weird thing that stood out to them though, is that
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: this chick had her pants and her underwear down around
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: her knees and she was just airing out her ass
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: and her vage. And the officers they go to question her,
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: she didn't like that, so it was now a choice.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: It's you know, the fight or flight mode kicks in,
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: and she was all out of flight, so she went
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: right in the fight the cops. They were able to
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: get her on the ground into custody. The bottle she
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: was drinking from was about seventy five percent gone already,
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: so she was pretty ripped and she was hit with
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: a handful of charges, including public public consumption and exposure
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: of sexual organs.
- 1:00:38Speaker 10: I chinea hurt your pants, sexual sexual Well, she had
- 1:00:42Speaker 10: a great chance to pee on them, could yeah, yeah, ladies.
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: Ladies usually don't have that opportunity. Well, you're supposed to
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: do that, if there's an attacker, you're supposed to pe
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: on them.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: Yeah, there was another drunk chick in the news, This
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: forty one year old broad in Louisiana. She was hanging
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: out in this pond but naked. Keep in mind she's
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: she's drunk. Now. This pond not on public property. The
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: guy who owned it tried to get her to scram

- 1:04:48Speaker 10: the answer. But you have to guess whether the drunk
- 1:04:50Speaker 10: person knows the answer. If you can guess correctly about
- 1:04:52Speaker 10: them twice out of three times, you win.
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: All right, and let's go to the phones and say

- 1:06:24Speaker 3: of three times you're going to be the winner here
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: on the d u i Q. Now we do have
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: just for fun, we're guessing with Menace and Sammy they
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: are stone cold sober, and see if they can get

- 1:17:10Speaker 3: and but they still like to sing and they get
- 1:17:12Speaker 3: together and they they this is when they were doing
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: the Proclaimers tom to Be five hundreds. So Friday OKI

- 1:22:58Speaker 3: text over to two to two nine eight seven. We're
- 1:23:01Speaker 3: gonna start the hour with your Friday fail stories. Then
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: is gentlemen, boys and girls, it is time for your
- 1:23:51Speaker 3: Friday fail stories. All people thought they had the perfect
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: plan to plan that could never go wrong. But somewhere
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: along the line and when from being a great idea
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: to one big steak caase, mega uber ultra h that's
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: all right, and the context of fail it'll do right,
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: you know, we'll storry with this one. A mailman in
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: Florida was out doing his rounds. He saw something that
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: he hates, something we all hate. Package thief. Oh the
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: lowest of the low. He had dropped off the package
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: out a house, but then he noticed the kid on
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: a scooter roll up, take the package off the porch
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: and then take off with him. Well, the mailman, as
- 1:24:48Speaker 3: they say, went postal and he ran the kid down
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: in the mail truck. At the very last second, the
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: kid was able to bail off the scooter before it
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: ended up under the truck like he was. This kid
- 1:25:00Speaker 3: over there was one problem, you guys, what the kid
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: wasn't stealing the package and had been delivered to the
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: wrong house, and the kid was just being nice and
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: taking it to the right address. Set it up with
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: a with an ankle injury. But is otherwise okay. The mailman, however,
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: he's in a bunch of trouble. He was arrested, hit
- 1:25:21Speaker 3: with a bunch of charges.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: Yeah, sale, I mean as much said he was doing
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: that as.
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: Much as a fan of vigilanti justice that I am.
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: Every once in a.
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: While, you know, get one wrong.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I said, you get a dolphin caught the
- 1:25:36Speaker 3: tune in the well.
- 1:25:37Speaker 7: Maybe don't run the kid over, yeah, yeah, just.
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: Graze him, you know, knock him off the bike or
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: something at Yeah, kids, run him over, you know.
- 1:25:47Speaker 11: Uh.
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: This guy, he was chilling at a bar, having a
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: good time. He was hanging out over by the window
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: of the second floor of the bar there, but ended
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: up falling out, just fell landed pretty hard, mostly okay.
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: He looked around and realized that he was in the
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: interior yard of the butcher shop that was next door.
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: Hey I'm here, you know, I might as well explore,
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: So he let himself inside. He found some sausages helped
- 1:26:11Speaker 3: himself to uh those like he owned the place, you know,
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: and then he passes out. When the owner got there
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: the next morning, she found the dude passed out on
- 1:26:18Speaker 3: the floor. The cops, they called the cops, they were called,
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: they came. They took him off to fail jail. But yeah,
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: drunk falling out of a window lands in the butcher's
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: yard sail.
- 1:26:28Speaker 5: But wouldn't you feel like you hit the lottery if
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: you were drunk and heaven y?
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: Yeah, over at England and ambulance was transporting this girl
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: to the hospital. But on the way, the back doors
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: of the ambulance somehow opened and the patient fell out
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: onto the street while the ambulance was moving. Whose dob
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: was it to close the doors? Guys have seen that
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: in a movie or something.
- 1:26:53Speaker 7: Videos like this on reels on Instagram. But they're ai yeah, oh,
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: and then.
- 1:26:57Speaker 4: The stretcher goes rolling down the hill.
- 1:26:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: They screw ooped her back up and finally got out
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: of the hospital. They say that she didn't suffer any
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: additional injury that according to the art, Yeah, she was
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: already broken according to the article. They're still trying to
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: figure out how that happened in the first place.
- 1:27:11Speaker 5: But yeah, how scary.
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: Would that be?
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: You're already on a gurney on a stretcher.
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: How about this one. This is from Cincinnati, where this
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: woman had some friends over for a game night that's
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: fun her and her husband. They played some cards with everybody,
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: but at one point one of the friends pulled out
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: a revolver and suggested another game parties right crowd. He
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: gave the cylinder a spin, pointed it at his own head,
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: and fired click, nothing, nothing. He won safe, but before
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: the woman could say that she didn't want to play,
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: he pointed the gun at her chest and pulled the trigger.
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: But that time there was a round there and she
- 1:27:54Speaker 3: didn't make it. The fun friend was arrested, charged with murder,
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: taken to fail jail.
- 1:28:02Speaker 5: Do you think who he was like, this is my
- 1:28:05Speaker 5: big plan to killer. I'll just say it was an accident.
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: I think people are just that dumb. They're just that dumb.
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: My god. Here's one from North Carolina where a guy
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: he was doing some shopping at the walmart and as
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: he was walking down the aisle, he felt that his
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: shorts were a bit messed up, so they wanted to
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: do a little adjustment, and when he grabbed the waistband,
- 1:28:23Speaker 3: he uh accidentally shot himself. He guys with a gun
- 1:28:27Speaker 3: that he had just tucked into his shorts, says we
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: all do. Oh yeah, and off dude. The police officer
- 1:28:32Speaker 3: just happened to be in the store, heard the gun shot,
- 1:28:35Speaker 3: saw the man take off, and chase him down. He
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: was he could just follow the trail of blood because
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: he was. He was bleeding pretty badly. He was rushed
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: off to the hospital to get his new hole tended to.
- 1:28:46Speaker 5: It's hard to feel sorry for people like that.
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, dude, if you're gonna conceal carry that's
- 1:28:52Speaker 3: what right, but you carry it properly, you don't have
- 1:28:54Speaker 3: it tucked into your waistband.
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: It looks cooler that way though.
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: From more again, and I know, I know we.
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: Play it from time to time. This is a good
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: opportunity to play that clip. Oh that he stood. Yeah,
- 1:29:11Speaker 3: this guy he was he had a this is back
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: when it wasn't even your phone. He had to set
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: up like a like a camp. Yeah, I said, a
- 1:29:19Speaker 3: camera on a tripod set up and uh, he was
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: practicing his quick draw, you know. So he's standing there
- 1:29:26Speaker 3: in a mirror like you see in a western, right,
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: I gotta put this in the like top ten clips. Yeah,
- 1:29:32Speaker 3: Metas loves this clip. So whenever we have a story
- 1:29:34Speaker 3: about somebody accidentally shooting themselves, we had to bring this up. Anyway,
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: So this guy's practicing his quick draw and instead of
- 1:29:41Speaker 3: reaching in and grabbed that, you're not supposed to pull
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: the gun out of the holster with your finger on
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: the trigger because it'll, you know, fire. Anyway, guy ends
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: up shooting himself and the camera was rolling. So this
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: is a clip from this clip from his video.
- 1:29:52Speaker 8: Here we go.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: I just shut myself. Oh yeah, wow, I just shut myself.
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: Oh so bitch, did he shoot his wiener off?
- 1:30:20Speaker 3: No, right in the leg? Yeah yeah yeah. Well those
- 1:30:24Speaker 3: your Friday failed stories. Everybody, quick break more what he
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: showed next?
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: Hang on, I got.
- 1:30:31Speaker 3: Myself for allowing it to happen. I took a now.
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: Show you right back.
- 1:30:40Speaker 3: I consistently set the standards of excellence on everything.
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: Congratulation.
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: I supported a colleague's growth by sharing feedback and mentoring them,
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: informally contributing to our value of continuous learning and development.
- 1:30:53Speaker 8: You are a hero.
- 1:30:57Speaker 3: Welcome back. Just walk in the studio. With a plate
- 1:31:00Speaker 3: of eggs. I don't know that.
- 1:31:05Speaker 10: Large grade, a extra large bulk whatever. See that little
- 1:31:08Speaker 10: Morgan got that little silver thing on that plate there.
- 1:31:11Speaker 10: It's about a two inch two and a half inch
- 1:31:12Speaker 10: a little it looks like a bell almost. Don't hate
- 1:31:14Speaker 10: it though, because you'll poke your hand. I love eggs,
- 1:31:17Speaker 10: but I've always had a problem with peeling. It is
- 1:31:19Speaker 10: the but then I started this popped up on one
- 1:31:23Speaker 10: of my feeds. It is this little thing where you
- 1:31:24Speaker 10: place the egg in this little divot and when you
- 1:31:27Speaker 10: press it down a little needle.
- 1:31:29Speaker 5: It popped.
- 1:31:29Speaker 10: It reveals a needle and it pokes a tiny air
- 1:31:31Speaker 10: holes posting the large end of the egg. And it's
- 1:31:33Speaker 10: supposed to make peeling easy. And let me tell you,
- 1:31:35Speaker 10: I just boiled some in the secret illegal office skillet
- 1:31:39Speaker 10: and it hella mega works.
- 1:31:42Speaker 5: I did have.
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: I had no big chunky you normally when I peel,
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: there's chunks of white.
- 1:31:46Speaker 5: Coming off the egg. White coming off. Yeah, the sticks sticks.
- 1:31:49Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:31:49Speaker 10: The only fail failure was that I meant to have
- 1:31:52Speaker 10: the soft boiled. They're only kind of like medium boiled.
- 1:31:54Speaker 10: They're not Nature's cream. That's still good's help yourself.
- 1:31:59Speaker 3: Cost They sell like the hard boi leggs, they are
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: already peeled, and they're in two packs already, so that individually,
- 1:32:05Speaker 3: like for you know, just like grabbing go, it is
- 1:32:07Speaker 3: pretty in packs of two and you get like a
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: Costcos so you have a billion of them.
- 1:32:12Speaker 10: I've gotten one of those many times, and that the
- 1:32:14Speaker 10: problem with these, like regular hard boiled eggs sort of
- 1:32:16Speaker 10: flavorless totally.
- 1:32:17Speaker 3: It's weird.
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: You think an egg is an egg, is an egg
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: is an egg, and then the ready made ones are blandy.
- 1:32:24Speaker 7: Pepper on them or something.
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: Yeah, but they're crazy.
- 1:32:28Speaker 3: If we just took you know, one of these that
- 1:32:29Speaker 3: he just did and one from the Costco, thing would
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: be way tasty without adding yourself, because you're not and
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: you're not talking about adding anything to it, right, But
- 1:32:39Speaker 3: I do like to be better, but I want to
- 1:32:41Speaker 3: learn how to soft well, especially soft boil, because then
- 1:32:43Speaker 3: you get Nature's cream.
- 1:32:44Speaker 9: We'll just get one of those egg cookers, that's what
- 1:32:46Speaker 9: I do, and you poke before you put it in there,
- 1:32:49Speaker 9: and then it just tells you when it's done.
- 1:32:51Speaker 4: There's a weird adjective that the foodies use for soft
- 1:32:54Speaker 4: boiled eggs, and it's it makes sense. But it's the
- 1:32:57Speaker 4: most delicious is jammy. When it's jam it has just
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: a jam a little bit of ess to it, but
- 1:33:04Speaker 4: it's also kind of like almost sticky.
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: Yeah, I put those those right there.
- 1:33:08Speaker 10: They were eight minutes from cold to to a soft
- 1:33:11Speaker 10: gentle boil, as they say, And that's a little too much.
- 1:33:13Speaker 10: I think I need to go like six men.
- 1:33:14Speaker 3: Do you want to see one in Morgan?
- 1:33:16Speaker 11: Do it?
- 1:33:19Speaker 5: You poked the whole before you peel. Yeah, so put
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: it in on the fat bottom. No, no, no, no,
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: it's already. It's already.
- 1:33:25Speaker 3: You did it already, not boot. That's what you're supposed
- 1:33:28Speaker 3: to do, idiot.
- 1:33:29Speaker 5: Idiot, So you can see what I'm talking about.
- 1:33:35Speaker 7: Okay, so support you.
- 1:33:36Speaker 3: Okay, I was I was misunderstand I was misunderstanding as well.
- 1:33:39Speaker 11: So before you boil the correct when they're still raw, correct,
- 1:33:43Speaker 11: that's when you use the little pin thingy and supposedly
- 1:33:46Speaker 11: that releases the air bubble inside which keeps the egg
- 1:33:48Speaker 11: from expanding, I guess sticking.
- 1:33:50Speaker 5: To the shell.
- 1:33:52Speaker 7: Okay, what Morgan said she does is what this thing is.
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: Got it you just explained about, you idiot.
- 1:34:00Speaker 3: But anyways, but yeah, it work. So if you want
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: to peel on the eggs.
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: God, I hate eggs. I wish I liked please smell.
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: I already did it.
- 1:34:08Speaker 3: It doesn't smell. Give it a shot, because if something's
- 1:34:11Speaker 3: gonna be difficult, it's can be difficult for Greg.
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: We'll put that on Greg's peeling eggs. Well, not that
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: you can't.
- 1:34:18Speaker 3: I'm saying, if something I don't know, maybe he's really
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: great at it. But if someone's going to have a
- 1:34:22Speaker 3: hard time with it, it's going to be Greg. So
- 1:34:23Speaker 3: it's even Greg.
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: Can do you feel like it's easier than usual?
- 1:34:27Speaker 7: You got to hit it on the table first.
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: I did.
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: To me, it's about the same.
- 1:34:32Speaker 3: To me, it's not easier, but it doesn't stick and
- 1:34:35Speaker 3: it doesn't clump eggs. What I've my experience this one sticking.
- 1:34:39Speaker 13: Yeah, there's a lot of little pieces like I thought
- 1:34:41Speaker 13: it was going to come off in big chunks, and
- 1:34:43Speaker 13: it's super easy.
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: That was Greg clicked it hard. That was operator error.
- 1:34:48Speaker 3: Points it does, it's not.
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: It's the same.
- 1:34:54Speaker 7: I think it does.
- 1:34:54Speaker 5: Personally gonna put like little micro fractors.
- 1:34:56Speaker 3: And then you need to give me.
- 1:35:00Speaker 5: Give everyone.
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: This is not convincing me to not just buy them.
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: Yeah, give me one cut.
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: Yeah, look, this is falling apart.
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: I'm gonna give it a nice hefty smack on the table.
- 1:35:10Speaker 4: There you go.
- 1:35:10Speaker 5: All right, it's super easy. These are really fun appeel
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: but it's not easier, not at all.
- 1:35:21Speaker 3: Well, since we're talking food, I do have some show food.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: And since you're talking about eating, you know, eggs, like
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: more of the protein healthy. Yeah, it's protein everything.
- 1:35:34Speaker 11: Now everything's protein. They have protein like drinks at Costco
- 1:35:39Speaker 11: that are like water. Oh yeah, but there's also I
- 1:35:42Speaker 11: saw commercial for Starbucks. You can add protein to any
- 1:35:45Speaker 11: star and.
- 1:35:47Speaker 7: It costs like a billion dollars.
- 1:35:48Speaker 3: But it's really good.
- 1:35:49Speaker 7: It tastes good with the protein phone.
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: Does it add a taste or is it just something
- 1:35:55Speaker 3: that is in there but you don't taste it.
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: I think it tastes better. It's got like a frothy milking.
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: While Subways joined in on the protein craze and they
- 1:36:03Speaker 3: have these new they're called protein pockets, and so each
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: protein pocket piles on more than twenty grams of protein,
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: making it a smart choice for protein conscious guests. They
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: are like Baja chicken, peppercorn ranch chicken, Italian trip turkey
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: and ham. And then you know so like I don't
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: even know who cares.
- 1:36:24Speaker 5: Yeah, how put meat on it?
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: Sway you have meats. I'm saying it's it's weird how
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: subway used to be the place. Oh yeah, and when's
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: the last time you went to a subway? I haven't
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: been in a couple of years, over ten years, twelve?
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: Maybe now?
- 1:36:41Speaker 11: Is it?
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: Because the sandwich places became so popular, then all of
- 1:36:43Speaker 3: a sudden, like you know something, subway took off, and
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: then there were all these other ones that started coming
- 1:36:49Speaker 3: through the Jersey mics, the Jimmy Johnson Firehouse places like that.
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: Well what happened?
- 1:36:55Speaker 11: I think in I blame maybe franchisees. It's just like
- 1:36:59Speaker 11: least of the location that are around my area to
- 1:37:01Speaker 11: just start getting really dumpy. Okay, I just didn't want
- 1:37:05Speaker 11: to go inside.
- 1:37:06Speaker 3: They got rid of the cool wallpaper that showed actual
- 1:37:07Speaker 3: subway maps.
- 1:37:08Speaker 11: Ye.
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: And they're overly generous with the lettuce and stingy with
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: everything else.
- 1:37:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:37:15Speaker 12: That's also And remember they used to cut the bread
- 1:37:17Speaker 12: on top like a little wedge, and now they just
- 1:37:19Speaker 12: cut it in half.
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: Oh yeah for that the strip on top some other.
- 1:37:23Speaker 3: What do you show food news? Applebee's adding a new
- 1:37:27Speaker 3: thing to their menu. It's called the O M Cheeseburg. Okay, okay, guys,
- 1:37:34Speaker 3: get ready to rip because this does sound awesome. I
- 1:37:37Speaker 3: don't even know where there's an Applebee's they like now
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: they were close to me. Okay, I'd have to drive
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: for one, and I'm not going to drive out of
- 1:37:47Speaker 3: my way for an Applebees. But there's one near my house.
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: I have a map in my head right now. So
- 1:37:52Speaker 3: this is like the normal cheeseburger, American cheese, bacon, little
- 1:37:55Speaker 3: honey muster. But the twist is this one. It's on
- 1:37:58Speaker 3: a skillet, and that skillet has a blend of caeso
- 1:38:01Speaker 3: and melted cheeses on it for you to dip the
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: burger to look at the picture of it.
- 1:38:08Speaker 5: Yeah, that's great.
- 1:38:10Speaker 3: Dips that looks awesome.
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: Yeah. So yeah it's cut yeah, cutting half obviously. So
- 1:38:14Speaker 5: it's a good day.
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: Yeah, face down in the cheese good idea that looks
- 1:38:20Speaker 3: that looks really good. Good Job says that it doesn't
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: get any cheesier and that there's no burger experience like it.
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: The OM Cheeseburger health food stuff now we're getting available
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: now at all locations for a limited time. What do
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: you show food news news. The people at Oreo have
- 1:38:41Speaker 3: released a collaboration, you know, the recent peanut butter cups.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: Last summer, they did that whole thing and it was
- 1:38:45Speaker 3: for a limited time. Well it was such a huge
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: hit that Oreo has announced that they are now back permanently.
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: I was disappointed in those. Yeah, totally a revelation.
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: Those were those were good. There was another one that
- 1:38:59Speaker 3: was and so good.
- 1:39:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:39:02Speaker 3: Did they have two versions of minutes? There was there
- 1:39:05Speaker 3: was like two reeses. Yeah, there was one that we
- 1:39:08Speaker 3: liked and when we did these are the ones that
- 1:39:09Speaker 3: we like. These are like the regular Oreos, but it
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: just had like that bit. Yeah, there was a chocolate
- 1:39:14Speaker 3: peanut butter.
- 1:39:14Speaker 10: Oh yeah, I think there was something like in the
- 1:39:16Speaker 10: actual cookies. Well that was the other way around. Yeah,
- 1:39:18Speaker 10: where they stuff they put Rieses inside the Oreo, then
- 1:39:20Speaker 10: they put Oreos inside the rieses.
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: Okay, okay, yeah, these are normals. In the middle, it's
- 1:39:27Speaker 3: the you know instide of the white cream frosting, it's
- 1:39:29Speaker 3: the rees peanut butter. But yeah, they're on grocery shelves
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: nationwide starting now. Since Menace was asking the other day,
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: the Oreo zero sugar cookies. Those those are also now available,
- 1:39:41Speaker 3: so they're not sugar cookies, they're oreos, but with zero sugar.
- 1:39:44Speaker 3: The zero like like a coke zero.
- 1:39:47Speaker 5: We're have to do one where you eat a whole
- 1:39:49Speaker 5: sleeve and yeah, stomach, it's gonna be look.
- 1:39:51Speaker 3: It up and it says they do use the same
- 1:39:52Speaker 3: artificial sweeteners that do cause diarrhea. And I've had years
- 1:39:56Speaker 3: of practice. And by the way, it comes in both
- 1:39:59Speaker 3: the irregular and the double stuff versions.
- 1:40:03Speaker 4: Speaking of no sugar, have we talked about or have
- 1:40:06Speaker 4: you guys tried Zvia that soda Zay. Yeah, it's okay,
- 1:40:12Speaker 4: the one that's supposed to taste identical the diet coke.
- 1:40:16Speaker 4: It's pretty good. I think you might like it, Gina,
- 1:40:19Speaker 4: but it's disconcerting because it's crystal clear. Oh yeah, makes
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: it strange. Pepsi crystal crystal crystal pepsi. Yeah, and it's
- 1:40:26Speaker 4: so it tastes like diet coke but it's clear. But
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: it's not bad.
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: What DoD You have food news from Trader Joe. You
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: love some Trader jo So cute. They have a new
- 1:40:39Speaker 3: snack bar with their Perfect Bar chocolate chip cookie dough.
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: So it's got a good amount of fiber, Sammy, I
- 1:40:46Speaker 3: know how much. That's your first question. That's what I
- 1:40:50Speaker 3: need most. The cereal bar time I breathe. Yeah, so
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: you know it needs to be refrigerated. It's not shelf
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: stable like the you know the other like cereal or
- 1:41:01Speaker 3: oat bars are Okay, it lasts about a week without refrigeration,
- 1:41:05Speaker 3: but yeah, let's see. They in addition to the Trader
- 1:41:08Speaker 3: Joe's Perfect barflayers that include chocolate brownie, started, salted caramel,
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: pumpkin pie, and a whole bunch more. They're available in
- 1:41:15Speaker 3: mini and full size. I haven't been to Trader Joe's
- 1:41:17Speaker 3: for a minute, really.
- 1:41:18Speaker 9: Yeah, they have these protein pancakes I got. They're like
- 1:41:22Speaker 9: super small, but they're made with cottage cheese.
- 1:41:24Speaker 5: Gregs that as an ingredient.
- 1:41:26Speaker 7: What It's delicious.
- 1:41:27Speaker 5: Really.
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: Riddle cakes are awesome too.
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: I've done that with pasta, Gina, what like, Yeah, like
- 1:41:33Speaker 3: a big scoop of cottage cheese to pasta. Think because
- 1:41:37Speaker 3: think about like lasagna, same type.
- 1:41:39Speaker 12: Of I know people who replaced ricotta with cottage cheese
- 1:41:43Speaker 12: and I almost threw up at the table.
- 1:41:45Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. So, like you you have
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: your you know whatever, whatever sauce you want, right, but
- 1:41:50Speaker 3: then you just have like a when you mix it
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: like that, you can't first of all, you can't even
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: taste it, but you get some good protein in there.
- 1:41:56Speaker 3: And they do have now I saw, yeah, like they
- 1:41:59Speaker 3: have all THEA and whatever with with the whatever, with
- 1:42:03Speaker 3: the with the protein already in it.
- 1:42:08Speaker 12: It's fine on its own. I can only eat it
- 1:42:09Speaker 12: with potato chips. But in general as an ingredient, I'm
- 1:42:12Speaker 12: sick of hearing.
- 1:42:12Speaker 5: About it like, oh this too ingredient.
- 1:42:14Speaker 3: Bread with cottage cheese, and like you'll hate this. Then
- 1:42:17Speaker 3: I made an omelet one time, and it put some
- 1:42:19Speaker 3: cottage cheese in it really good because think about it,
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: like you would add maybe a little bit of milk
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: to I get it to the egg before you use,
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: you know, before you do the almond to make it fluffy.
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: I get it. It's something about I know somebody who
- 1:42:33Speaker 5: did chocolate moose. Oh it's just whipped cottage cheese and cocoa,
- 1:42:37Speaker 5: and like I that makes me homicide.
- 1:42:40Speaker 4: That makes chocolate pudding with avocados, I know I've done that.
- 1:42:44Speaker 5: Actually, I know somebody who made it with tofu. Like
- 1:42:47Speaker 5: these people are criminally insane.
- 1:42:49Speaker 3: You know, I love cheesecake. I don't like the name
- 1:42:51Speaker 3: cheesecake really Okay, Yeah, because you think you're thinking, like
- 1:42:56Speaker 3: when you haven't had like my son is someone who
- 1:42:58Speaker 3: will not even try cheesecake.
- 1:43:01Speaker 5: It's the best, the greatest thing in the world.
- 1:43:03Speaker 3: Well because.
- 1:43:07Speaker 5: But you're thinking, you're thinking, this is going to be
- 1:43:09Speaker 5: like biting in cheese.
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: Yeah, a cheddar cheese cake. Nothing's wrong with that either.
- 1:43:15Speaker 3: But I could see so he has weird that unrational,
- 1:43:19Speaker 3: irrational food. You get that from your parents.
- 1:43:22Speaker 5: Interesting.
- 1:43:23Speaker 3: I just saw something like that where like there's these
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: things that are genetic.
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: Yeah, they say, like, like, you know what recently that's
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: so weird?
- 1:43:36Speaker 7: Is I wouldn't you know?
- 1:43:37Speaker 13: The show Knives Out and I had the Glass Onion.
- 1:43:40Speaker 13: I never wanted to watch it, just because I didn't
- 1:43:42Speaker 13: like onions. I just heard Glass Onion and I was like,
- 1:43:44Speaker 13: I don't like onions.
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: I'm not watching this.
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: But I had nothing to do with it.
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: One that's a little piece of food news. I thought
- 1:43:53Speaker 3: it was interesting because this is the place that started
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: that whole craze about gourmet cupcakes and everything. Sprinkles done
- 1:44:00Speaker 3: out of business.
- 1:44:02Speaker 10: I think none of us were surprised by that. Yeah,
- 1:44:04Speaker 10: like that's that fact can only last so long.
- 1:44:05Speaker 3: Well the fat. But you know, I would think there
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: would be one place like there was a bunch of
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: other ones that opened up.
- 1:44:10Speaker 5: Exactly like all the little vending machines.
- 1:44:13Speaker 3: And also, Greg, I did see an article about you
- 1:44:16Speaker 3: know what is on the verge of going out crumble
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: garbage cookie.
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: Crumbly just sprinkles two point oh b there totally, it's
- 1:44:24Speaker 4: a subpar so garbage cookie.
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: I think they're good. The one, the one they do
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: the worst is the chocolate chip cookie, which you know,
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: that's how it should. If I judge Italian places by
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: the chicken parm, I judge a good like if you
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: make cookies, I want to I want to try your
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: chocolate chip cookie, and then I will judge all others
- 1:44:40Speaker 3: by that. But yeah, the other ones I do like.
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: Their chocolate chip is not good. But the problem is
- 1:44:44Speaker 3: not the cookies. The problem is they expanded too quickly. Yeah,
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: and so they have crazy they're operating like the budgets
- 1:44:51Speaker 3: are all out of whack, right, like their money, and
- 1:44:53Speaker 3: they're finding all out of whack, and so they may
- 1:44:55Speaker 3: be all going away.
- 1:44:56Speaker 5: I don't know how they can lose money on it
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: kind of each cookie cost and they're not cookies.
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: Bizarre phenomenon. Well, because I've been that drunk. Oh yeah,
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: I've barned dumpster dumpster Hell yeah, bro. And there's times
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: I wake up and I don't remember getting back to
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: my room. I don't remember how I got dressed.
- 1:45:15Speaker 5: Yeah, and now back to the Woodie Show, Sam.
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: And said we were doing food news. You know, there's
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: like the I mentioned my son won't try cheesecake because
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: he's convinced it's gonna like the cheese.
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: Like that.
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: I don't like the name of either. They could have
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: done better with.
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: The name, right.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: That makes me angry with somebody texted and saying I
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: didn't try cheesecake until I was in my mid twenties
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: because I always thought that it was going to taste
- 1:45:40Speaker 3: like actual cheese.
- 1:45:43Speaker 7: Again, yeah, which it does.
- 1:45:44Speaker 13: I mean it's cream cheese, which is delicious.
- 1:45:47Speaker 3: Yeah, but you're thinking, like, oh, it's gonna taste like
- 1:45:48Speaker 3: sharp cheese. What if they called it cream cake? Yeah?
- 1:45:52Speaker 4: Oh yeah, lean cake. Twenties.
- 1:45:55Speaker 3: If only there was a way to find out if
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: it tasted like cheese, huh.
- 1:46:00Speaker 5: If you could just take a bite of it.
- 1:46:01Speaker 3: But there's some things that just sound unappealing and so
- 1:46:03Speaker 3: you lose interest in even you know, like no, thank you. Yeah, Like, well, okay,
- 1:46:08Speaker 3: Sammy mentioned the show Yes.
- 1:46:10Speaker 13: Knives out Glass onion, and I don't like onions.
- 1:46:13Speaker 5: So I'm like, I'm watching that. I'm not gonna like
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: this show. This show tastes gross.
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: I mean, I found what I was looking for. I
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: knew I had something about, you know, your kids and
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: how they kind of you know, is it genetics certain
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: things like getting weirded out by or is it just
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: like kind of like maybe a learned behavior, your influence,
- 1:46:36Speaker 3: because like, do you you're influencing your kid with your pickiness?
- 1:46:39Speaker 3: Do you find yourself doing or saying or acting like
- 1:46:44Speaker 3: that's something you're like, Oh my god, I'm my dad,
- 1:46:47Speaker 3: I have my mother. My dad's the.
- 1:46:50Speaker 12: Reason and that's the reason I only eat cottage cheese
- 1:46:53Speaker 12: with chips, and that's why I don't eat hard bailed
- 1:46:55Speaker 12: eggs or olives because he made such a big deal
- 1:46:57Speaker 12: out of it.
- 1:46:58Speaker 5: Not a fan, you can't do it, so I like it. Yeah,
- 1:47:01Speaker 5: I can't do that.
- 1:47:02Speaker 3: Yeah, So, like, what's something that you've seen your kids
- 1:47:05Speaker 3: or your family members do that, may just say, oh
- 1:47:07Speaker 3: my god, it's genetic. My kid's imaginary friend has the
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: same name as mine when I was a kid, and
- 1:47:13Speaker 3: i'd that name since I was a toddler. That's crazy, right,
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: that's that's kind of weird. When my brother was a kid,
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: he stripped completely naked to poop menace.
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: Nice.
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: Now his kid does the same thing. But that's that's
- 1:47:30Speaker 3: pretty that's weird, right, that's weird, menace. Where did you're
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: getting naked the poop thing come from? I don't know.
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: I have no idea, and I don't know anybody in
- 1:47:39Speaker 3: my family that does it, or at least they don't
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: share with me that they do that. I sleep with
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: both arms above my head, and my kids somehow do
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: the same thing sleeping style. I break chips on purpose
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: when I eat them, and I have been half since
- 1:47:53Speaker 3: I was a kid. I only analogies roise that my
- 1:47:56Speaker 3: dad does the same thing. See, that's something you've probably
- 1:47:58Speaker 3: just picked up on subconsciously. Yeah, my husband is stubborn
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: and opinionated, and our ten year old is the exact
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: same way. They sound just like each other. Yeah, learned.
- 1:48:08Speaker 3: My friend pointed out that me and my toddler have
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: the same big cackle laugh they called a witch laughed
- 1:48:15Speaker 3: witch laugh.
- 1:48:16Speaker 5: That's inherited.
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:17Speaker 3: Yeah. I didn't meet my biological mom until I was
- 1:48:20Speaker 3: way older, and when we met, I realized that we
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: had the exact same hand mannerisms and facial expression.
- 1:48:25Speaker 5: That stuff always freaks me out.
- 1:48:27Speaker 13: See that's weird because that's supposed to be a learned thing.
- 1:48:30Speaker 13: How your hands, Yeah, you're like handwriting?
- 1:48:33Speaker 5: Yeah yeah.
- 1:48:33Speaker 4: What about when twins get separated and then they meet
- 1:48:36Speaker 4: later in life and they have like the same.
- 1:48:39Speaker 3: And they make out. Yeah, they I mean there are
- 1:48:43Speaker 3: things that are more annoying, but the name something else
- 1:48:47Speaker 3: that's annoying, Like twins who are really into being twins
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: ide Yeah, like when you, oh, can you see on TV?
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: Everyone's like, hey, meet Greg and Craig.
- 1:48:59Speaker 6: Greg.
- 1:49:00Speaker 5: They dress exactly they married twins.
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:49:03Speaker 5: Yeah, they have to do breath thing like we get it.
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: You're kind of like, we get it. You're into golf,
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: We got that's your personality, love marijuana, we got it.
- 1:49:13Speaker 3: You're a twin.
- 1:49:16Speaker 10: As a twin, you would you would like get over
- 1:49:18Speaker 10: that after like five years. Yeah, I don't like talking
- 1:49:20Speaker 10: about it. Yeah, you would want your own, separate, your own,
- 1:49:23Speaker 10: your own thing.
- 1:49:24Speaker 3: Would be so cool to be a twin.
- 1:49:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I wouldn't like it. I don't compared to me
- 1:49:28Speaker 5: every day.
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: Remember when we worked in the city and then they
- 1:49:30Speaker 3: had the two old lady twins. Yeah, and they dressed
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: exactly like every they were triplets even oh really, yeah
- 1:49:37Speaker 3: there was a third one.
- 1:49:38Speaker 5: Isn't it even weird to see old people who are twins?
- 1:49:40Speaker 3: Kind of, but they dressed in like old fur coats
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: and yeah, and then this last one just says, I
- 1:49:47Speaker 3: have pictures of my sister, mom and grandma all making
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: the exact same post holding a cocktail while listening to
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: somebody talk, and all the pictures are decades apart, Like,
- 1:49:55Speaker 3: but you're like the exact.
- 1:49:56Speaker 5: Same same stance.
- 1:49:58Speaker 3: Yeah, you know some people will try to recreate a
- 1:49:59Speaker 3: pick sure, yea on purpose, like oh, this tree, there's
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: a picture of my dad when he was a little
- 1:50:05Speaker 3: boy sitting in this tree, and so we did that
- 1:50:07Speaker 3: with me when I was a baby. Yeah, but no,
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: this was just you know, I like it.
- 1:50:12Speaker 5: I think it's cool weird stuff.

- 1:50:16Speaker 10: I blame you for that, yeah, mental right, But he
- 1:50:18Speaker 10: hates the wrong. I mean what he hates the wrong
