- 2:16Speaker 7: So how you guys doing out there as we jump
- 2:20Speaker 7: in the night. You want me to just get straight
- 2:22Speaker 7: into it.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm gonna give them an introduction on what's going
- 2:27Speaker 4: on here. So for first and foremost, thank you. Thank
- 2:30Speaker 4: you for joining us.
- 2:31Speaker 7: Man.
- 2:31Speaker 4: I know you're a busy man these days. Man, you're
- 2:33Speaker 4: running around you making it happen. Man, So congratulations on
- 2:37Speaker 4: everything you got going on. Man, A million dollar worth
- 2:39Speaker 4: a game interview was amazing. Our interview obviously was amazing.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Sleepers for Suckers interview was amazing. So yeah, first and foremost, man, congratulations, Man,
- 2:48Speaker 4: keep educating, keep leading away, and keep inspiring.
- 2:52Speaker 5: It's very very important.
- 2:53Speaker 3: And you're the big boss man now in three weeks
- 2:56Speaker 3: you top five bro, Top five ey l episode, run
- 2:59Speaker 3: it up.
- 3:00Speaker 8: I think we had you at three seventeen.
- 3:02Speaker 7: It's crazy, cloth like that.
- 3:05Speaker 8: I know what you got your eye on too. I
- 3:07Speaker 8: know what you got your eye.
- 3:11Speaker 7: It's a blessing, man, you know that the information I should.
- 3:14Speaker 7: I just tried my best, like when I come on
- 3:15Speaker 7: the platforms, to just really educate everybody as best as
- 3:18Speaker 7: possible because one of the things I hate for people
- 3:21Speaker 7: to get on somewhere and waste their time and they
- 3:23Speaker 7: spend years, I mean a few hours and they get
- 3:27Speaker 7: nothing but a whole bunch of motivation or just a story.
- 3:30Speaker 7: Like actually giving people tangible things to walk away with
- 3:33Speaker 7: is really what I pride myself on. And that's you know,
- 3:35Speaker 7: gonna be the basis for the night too.
- 3:37Speaker 5: Let's do it.
- 3:37Speaker 4: So let's let's first and foremost welcome everybody out there
- 3:42Speaker 4: and in University of Euyo University, Eyo University welcome, and
- 3:45Speaker 4: everybody on YouTube welcome. So the people that's on YouTube,
- 3:48Speaker 4: we're just going to give you a quick rundown of
- 3:49Speaker 4: how this works. So Eyo University is a platform that
- 3:53Speaker 4: we started over a year ago and it's an extension
- 3:55Speaker 4: of the podcast. Is pretty much like on Steroids for
- 3:58Speaker 4: people that want like more hands on experience and actually
- 4:02Speaker 4: you know, get to actually you know, ask questions.
- 4:05Speaker 5: And it's a community.
- 4:06Speaker 4: So once a month we do what was called open
- 4:09Speaker 4: enrollment and we kind of give you a sneak peek.
- 4:12Speaker 4: We like to show our work, as Trapp would say,
- 4:14Speaker 4: show our works to the public. So yeah, we give you,
- 4:17Speaker 4: we give you an open open house and you can
- 4:19Speaker 4: check it out. So what happens is that for EBA University,
- 4:23Speaker 4: we have one hundred past webinars because every single week
- 4:26Speaker 4: we do a different webinar with a different instructor that
- 4:29Speaker 4: teaches on a different topic. So whether it's real estate,
- 4:31Speaker 4: whether it's credit, whether it's student loans, whether it's stocks,
- 4:35Speaker 4: every single week is different. Every Wednesday at eight o'clock
- 4:37Speaker 4: Eastern Standard time. And then so all of that's archives.
- 4:39Speaker 4: So it's currently one hundred webinars right there. And then
- 4:42Speaker 4: we have a private Investment group on Facebook, which is
- 4:45Speaker 4: a community. It's five thousand people in that and people
- 4:48Speaker 4: get together and they talk about investing. Is all kinds
- 4:51Speaker 4: of infinity groups in there, and it's a whole it's
- 4:53Speaker 4: a whole accountability. And then we also have a movie
- 4:57Speaker 4: club and a book club. And then once a month
- 4:59Speaker 4: I do financial planning calls. Everybody knows I'm a financial advisor,
- 5:02Speaker 4: so I do want financial planning calls. Once a month.
- 5:04Speaker 4: We do bi weekly real estate calls with MG the
- 5:07Speaker 4: Mortgage Guy. And what has been added this year to
- 5:09Speaker 4: Eyo University is MG the Mortgage Guys Home Barer's Blueprint,
- 5:14Speaker 4: which is over fifteen hours of content in one hundred videos.
- 5:18Speaker 4: So if you join el University, you get that as
- 5:21Speaker 4: a member, step by step booklet to get and what
- 5:23Speaker 4: we what we just announced on market Monday. So everybody,
- 5:27Speaker 4: including including him five hundred every time like we talk
- 5:31Speaker 4: about stocks and all that because they know we got
- 5:33Speaker 4: we got the investment group chat and we showed we
- 5:37Speaker 4: showed the guys our portfolio, like YO, put me in
- 5:39Speaker 4: the group chat, show me how to do this stead
- 5:40Speaker 4: of that. So you know, we got so many requests
- 5:43Speaker 4: to like, YO, how to like let me know your
- 5:45Speaker 4: plays like the group chat. So we're going to do
- 5:48Speaker 4: once a month group chat calls, investment group chat calls
- 5:50Speaker 4: where we're just gonna it's a free form meet Jamal Troy,
- 5:55Speaker 4: our whole team, and we're going to actually just tell
- 5:57Speaker 4: you the plays that we're not we're not telling you
- 5:59Speaker 4: to make those.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Place is what's going on. But we're gonna tell you what's.
- 6:02Speaker 4: In our portfolio, what we're doing, what we're looking at,
- 6:05Speaker 4: and we're just gonna have a conversation. We're just gonna
- 6:07Speaker 4: open up our group chat. And that's a million dollars
- 6:10Speaker 4: worth a game right there. If you saw in a
- 6:12Speaker 4: pfolio animal.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Every every time we showed somebody to portfolio individually, like, Yo, Shotty,
- 6:18Speaker 3: show a portfolio.
- 6:19Speaker 8: I show a portfolio. More shows portfolio, Mike. They like, yo, bro,
- 6:23Speaker 8: this ridiculous. How do I start? How much do I need?
- 6:26Speaker 8: And can y'all just show me? So that's been a
- 6:28Speaker 8: consistent thing.
- 6:29Speaker 3: So it was like, Yo, let's just open it up, man,
- 6:30Speaker 3: Let's just open it up so everybody can see what's
- 6:32Speaker 3: going on. And the best thing about it is like,
- 6:34Speaker 3: since it's an open form, I know people are making
- 6:36Speaker 3: moves out there too that can help us. And so
- 6:38Speaker 3: it's like, yo, what's back and forth? Now we build
- 6:40Speaker 3: as a community because there's some moves that we don't make.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Like we heard on Market Mondays other night, young man
- 6:45Speaker 3: Ash was like, Yo, I like this play, and so
- 6:47Speaker 3: I'm like, yo, bet, we gotta go research that. So
- 6:49Speaker 3: that's how you build community. It's not just like Yo,
- 6:51Speaker 3: we're gonna give. We're gonna give. It's gonna be given.
- 6:53Speaker 8: Take. It's like all right, oh, I didn't know about that,
- 6:55Speaker 8: Thank you for putting me on. Now we gotta go
- 6:57Speaker 8: do a homework. So it's gonna be dope.
- 6:59Speaker 5: Marcus.
- 6:59Speaker 4: Let me ask you, well, everything I just named, what
- 7:01Speaker 4: do you think a fair price for that value is.
- 7:06Speaker 7: Everything you just named yeah on a A on a
- 7:10Speaker 7: one time by or yeah, I don't know, probably about
- 7:16Speaker 7: five thousand. That's I will price it at like a
- 7:18Speaker 7: five to seventy five.
- 7:23Speaker 5: That's a fact.
- 7:24Speaker 7: We're seventy five hundred.
- 7:26Speaker 5: That's a fact, man, we're doing.
- 7:27Speaker 4: We're doing a seventy two hour sale for that seventy
- 7:30Speaker 4: five percent off, five hundred dollars, five hundred dollars.
- 7:33Speaker 5: We're letting it go. So you're looking for you.
- 7:39Speaker 7: I'm about to give him a couple of thousand dollars
- 7:41Speaker 7: worth of info right now. They've been get a couple
- 7:45Speaker 7: of thousand dollars worth of info right now.
- 7:47Speaker 8: Oh man.
- 7:48Speaker 4: So yeah, we put that link in there, eyuniversity dot com.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Like I said, we're gonna do a seventy seventy two
- 7:53Speaker 4: hour sale, seventy five percent off. But first and foremost,
- 7:57Speaker 4: let's let's get into it. I know the Good Brother
- 8:00Speaker 4: got a lot going on. So Marcus were ready, We're
- 8:04Speaker 4: ready to be educated.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Yeah, bro, I'm gonna make you the host, and so
- 8:06Speaker 3: whenever you're ready, I'm gonna switch it back so we
- 8:08Speaker 3: don't have to have a split screen all right, all right, all.
- 8:16Speaker 7: Right, so I'm hold so listen to you guys. How
- 8:18Speaker 7: you guys doing as you guys. Some of you know,
- 8:20Speaker 7: some of you may not. My name is Marcus Barney,
- 8:22Speaker 7: also known as Him five hundred, and what I do
- 8:25Speaker 7: is I teach financial literacy. Right, there's a lot of
- 8:27Speaker 7: people in the community, and we're getting more in tune
- 8:31Speaker 7: when it comes to financial literacy, when it comes to credit,
- 8:33Speaker 7: when it comes to investing and things like that. And
- 8:37Speaker 7: my thing is this a lot of us. I don't
- 8:38Speaker 7: know if you guys are like me, but I grew
- 8:40Speaker 7: up in a household where I didn't come from people
- 8:44Speaker 7: who had money, right, Like, I was born homeless. You know,
- 8:47Speaker 7: the typical story come from the ghetto. Note that every
- 8:50Speaker 7: the story that most most people come from from our community.
- 8:53Speaker 7: And what happens is is that we don't come from
- 8:55Speaker 7: a trust fund. But then we also don't come from
- 8:58Speaker 7: a long line of education, right, We don't come from
- 9:01Speaker 7: a long line of people who have been educated properly.
- 9:03Speaker 7: And so what happens is is that we grow up
- 9:06Speaker 7: missing formed and we grew up with a lack of resources.
- 9:09Speaker 7: So we're missing two things. We're missing resources and education. Inside.
- 9:13Speaker 7: We have all the drive that we need, We have
- 9:15Speaker 7: all of the motivation of charisma. We have everything that
- 9:18Speaker 7: it takes to go out and make money. And that's
- 9:20Speaker 7: why a lot of us thrive in different industries. But
- 9:23Speaker 7: a lot of us get left behind if we don't have,
- 9:26Speaker 7: you know, certain things like being an athlete or being
- 9:29Speaker 7: a rapper. If we don't got that. And so what
- 9:32Speaker 7: I looked at growing up, I wasn't that. So me
- 9:34Speaker 7: not being an athlete, what I looked at, I said, Okay,
- 9:37Speaker 7: well what can I do? I started learning business. When
- 9:41Speaker 7: I got in business, I was able to gain traction.
- 9:43Speaker 7: I was able to gain a little bit of success,
- 9:45Speaker 7: and whenever the slow season will hit, right, most businesses
- 9:49Speaker 7: have a slow season, or people just have a rough
- 9:50Speaker 7: time and they have a slow period, a rough period.
- 9:53Speaker 7: And what happens in that period is usually we go
- 9:56Speaker 7: into a financial crunch because we don't have anything to
- 9:58Speaker 7: fall back. So most of us don't come from trust funds.
- 10:02Speaker 7: And so, understanding that I don't come from a trust fund,
- 10:05Speaker 7: I don't have anything to fall back on. All I
- 10:06Speaker 7: have is a capital I was able to raise. I
- 10:08Speaker 7: started looking into credit right and so I started figuring out, Well,
- 10:12Speaker 7: how can I use credit because it's no way that
- 10:15Speaker 7: it's out here and it can't be an actual resource,
- 10:19Speaker 7: right because I was training. I don't know if you
- 10:20Speaker 7: guys are trained like me, right and not just let
- 10:22Speaker 7: me get a check in the chat? Is that drop
- 10:25Speaker 7: a one in the chat? Is the things that you
- 10:27Speaker 7: guys were trained on? Was Hey, when it comes to credit,
- 10:30Speaker 7: the only thing is good for is buying a house,
- 10:32Speaker 7: buying a car and using a credit card emergency purposes
- 10:36Speaker 7: only and get gas with it, right, was that's the level? Okay?
- 10:41Speaker 7: Looking at the chat, I see a bunch of one, right,
- 10:44Speaker 7: And so for me, what I look at and see
- 10:46Speaker 7: is that I'm not the only one that came up
- 10:47Speaker 7: as educated about when it came to credit. So, as
- 10:50Speaker 7: you guys seen on the EYL episode, I gave you
- 10:52Speaker 7: guys a lot of jewels and things that you can
- 10:54Speaker 7: do by leveraging credit, right, But what I didn't do
- 10:57Speaker 7: was break down a blueprint for you to be able
- 10:59Speaker 7: to go out and get some money.
- 11:00Speaker 5: Right.
- 11:01Speaker 7: See, we only have so much time. But now we
- 11:03Speaker 7: get to go on the lesson mod. So tonight I
- 11:05Speaker 7: get to actually share with you guys a few tangible
- 11:07Speaker 7: things where you can go and get money. So that
- 11:10Speaker 7: way you could build your own what is could be
- 11:13Speaker 7: called your own trust fund. Right, that's just me what
- 11:15Speaker 7: I call it, not literally a trust fund, but build
- 11:17Speaker 7: your own trust fund. And that's my goal is that
- 11:21Speaker 7: if we don't come from money, at least somebody give
- 11:24Speaker 7: us a blueprint so we can go and get some money. Right,
- 11:28Speaker 7: once we can get it, if we can properly use
- 11:30Speaker 7: it and be properly educated on it, because don't get it,
- 11:33Speaker 7: don't get me misconscrewed. From one point, credit is very dangerous, Okay,
- 11:38Speaker 7: it's a dangerous game. And the reason why it's dangerous
- 11:41Speaker 7: is because we don't have the education on it. Nobody
- 11:44Speaker 7: told us that you can hide your credit card utilization
- 11:46Speaker 7: so you don't pay interests, right. Nobody told us that
- 11:50Speaker 7: you know how to monopolize and actually gain off the
- 11:53Speaker 7: reward points and the rewards in the reward system that
- 11:57Speaker 7: credit card companies actually have. Right. Most of us go
- 12:00Speaker 7: out and we operate off a debit card. And I
- 12:02Speaker 7: ask people all the time, I said, listen, if you're
- 12:04Speaker 7: walking down a dark alley with ten thousand in your
- 12:06Speaker 7: pocket and you know you're gonna get robbed, do you
- 12:08Speaker 7: want my ten thousand in your pocket or your last
- 12:11Speaker 7: ten thousand in your pocket? Most people gonna say, I
- 12:14Speaker 7: want your ten thousand in my pocket. I'd rather have
- 12:16Speaker 7: mine at home. Well, guess what, that's the same thing
- 12:20Speaker 7: that happens when you use a debit card versus a
- 12:22Speaker 7: credit card. Right, every day on the black web, people
- 12:25Speaker 7: are being victim of identity theft, identity fraud. And what
- 12:28Speaker 7: happens is is that every day when you go out
- 12:31Speaker 7: and swipe that debit card, which with every penny that
- 12:33Speaker 7: you got in that bank account, right, you put it
- 12:36Speaker 7: at risk to be compromised. Meanwhile, with a credit card,
- 12:39Speaker 7: you put the bank's money.
- 12:40Speaker 8: Right.
- 12:40Speaker 7: Do you think if if fraud happens against American Express,
- 12:43Speaker 7: do you think they're not going to get it right?
- 12:45Speaker 7: They gonna go get their money back and do what
- 12:47Speaker 7: they need to do, or they can take the loss.
- 12:49Speaker 7: Right ten thousand could potentially set us out of the
- 12:52Speaker 7: game for a real long time and really im blum
- 12:55Speaker 7: people's lives if they bank accounts get cleaned out and
- 12:57Speaker 7: they got to go, you know, sixty sixty days without
- 13:01Speaker 7: their finances, right, without their actual income, without the money
- 13:03Speaker 7: that they had in the bank. So that's my goal
- 13:06Speaker 7: is I just want to educate people and listen. When
- 13:09Speaker 7: it comes to leveraging credit, right, be mindful of it always, always, always,
- 13:16Speaker 7: don't go over your over your means, right, meaning if
- 13:19Speaker 7: I teach you tonight how to go get seventy five thousand, right,
- 13:23Speaker 7: and you haven't proven yourself. Like if you've got a business,
- 13:27Speaker 7: so you have a T shirt company and your T
- 13:28Speaker 7: shirt company been producing five thousand dollars a month, right,
- 13:32Speaker 7: don't take this credit card and over extend yourself. Okay,
- 13:36Speaker 7: don't take a credit card and over extend yourself to
- 13:38Speaker 7: where it's more in debt than what you've been actually making.
- 13:41Speaker 7: Because you're still going to make five thousand a month.
- 13:44Speaker 7: So you just have to be mindful of it. Meanwhile,
- 13:47Speaker 7: let's get into it. So listen banks, right, A lot
- 13:50Speaker 7: of us are familiar with banks like Navy Federal. Okay,
- 13:54Speaker 7: a lot of us are familiar with banks like Navy Federal.
- 13:56Speaker 7: And I tell people all the time, Navy Federal is
- 13:58Speaker 7: cool because they'll get people with a six eighty six
- 14:01Speaker 7: sixty building credit with no negative history. They'll give people
- 14:05Speaker 7: credit cards.
- 14:06Speaker 5: Right.
- 14:06Speaker 7: Here goes a backdoor metha for Navy Federal. So blueprint.
- 14:10Speaker 7: Can I give him a blueprint?
- 14:12Speaker 8: Can I get him let's as yours.
- 14:18Speaker 7: I'm gonna give you guys a blueprint to clean your
- 14:19Speaker 7: credit so we don't got to sit here all night
- 14:21Speaker 7: and do it. I'm gonna get them a blueprint for
- 14:22Speaker 7: free to clean your credit and how to clean like
- 14:25Speaker 7: a twenty four hour transmit you method. The same thing
- 14:27Speaker 7: I did for the NWD audience, I want to do
- 14:30Speaker 7: the same thing for you guys. And that way, you
- 14:33Speaker 7: guys got the blueprint. But now I'm giving you the
- 14:35Speaker 7: blueprint on what to do after you get your credit together. Okay,
- 14:38Speaker 7: So when you're building, let's just say you don't have
- 14:40Speaker 7: a super strong profile, okay, And if you don't have
- 14:43Speaker 7: a strong profile, what you're gonna do is six sixty
- 14:48Speaker 7: six eighty. That's no negative derogatory march. You have to
- 14:52Speaker 7: remove the negative items. So this is if you got
- 14:54Speaker 7: one hundred percent payment history, you know, two to three
- 14:57Speaker 7: inquiries at you know you have super strong So you
- 15:01Speaker 7: may have a year two years history, you'll be okay,
- 15:03Speaker 7: the Navy Federal at least three or four counts positive
- 15:07Speaker 7: accounts in your credit report, just in no derogatory marks.
- 15:10Speaker 7: I'm showing you how to move derogatories. And you want
- 15:12Speaker 7: to have your credit utilization under nine percent, right, preferably
- 15:16Speaker 7: if it's at fifteen to twenty on. With Navy Federal,
- 15:18Speaker 7: you'll be okay, you still get an approval. Okay. So
- 15:23Speaker 7: it's what we're gonna do with Navy Federal. A lot
- 15:25Speaker 7: of times they tell us that you can't get a
- 15:26Speaker 7: Navy Federal unless you're a member of the Armed Services
- 15:32Speaker 7: or you come from your father was right, Let me
- 15:34Speaker 7: explain something and do this now because putting it on
- 15:38Speaker 7: earn your leisure and the videos get one hundred two
- 15:40Speaker 7: hundred thousand views. I got to act now. So everybody
- 15:43Speaker 7: that's watching live, y'all got about a twenty four hour window,
- 15:46Speaker 7: seventy two hours before we might you know, ruin this
- 15:52Speaker 7: be honest with you guys. But the back door method
- 15:55Speaker 7: to get a Navy Federal was this. You can literally
- 15:57Speaker 7: call Navy Federal and tell them, hey, listen, my grandfather
- 16:00Speaker 7: was in the military. My grandfather was in the military.
- 16:03Speaker 7: He passed away. I don't have any of his information.
- 16:06Speaker 7: They'll come back boom boom boom. And when they come back,
- 16:08Speaker 7: what they'll do is actually let you in. Boom. Now
- 16:12Speaker 7: you're in. You don't need anybody's references. You don't need
- 16:15Speaker 7: to be in the military. That's the back door method.
- 16:18Speaker 7: Now what Navy Federal is infamous forgiving fifteen to twenty
- 16:21Speaker 7: five thousand dollars in credit cards, right, you can go
- 16:23Speaker 7: with the Gold Rewards card fifteen to twenty five thousand.
- 16:27Speaker 7: Now side note, and you know disclaimer. Maybe Federal randomly
- 16:33Speaker 7: gives people one thousand dollars approves. Okay, you're gonna roll
- 16:37Speaker 7: the dice, right, So what happens is is that most
- 16:41Speaker 7: people fifteen to twenty five randomly, you may get a thousand.
- 16:45Speaker 7: If you get the thousand, call in and ask for
- 16:47Speaker 7: a reconsideration. If they don't give it to you, just
- 16:50Speaker 7: maintaining for six months, and then call in and ask
- 16:53Speaker 7: for an increase, right, and six months when you ask
- 16:55Speaker 7: for the increase, they'll bump you up dramatically. Okay, so
- 16:59Speaker 7: don't fit you know, like you lost. If you get
- 17:03Speaker 7: a thousand dollar incury, I mean a thousand dollars limit,
- 17:06Speaker 7: you're gonna get bumped up eventually, okay, And that's Navy Federal.
- 17:10Speaker 7: Most people are familiar with Navy Federal. That's your back
- 17:13Speaker 7: door method in I'm gonna give you the blueprint to
- 17:15Speaker 7: clean your credit. Okay. So that's one bank. But what
- 17:18Speaker 7: people don't know is that some people familiar with Navy Federal,
- 17:21Speaker 7: but a lot of people don't go out and research
- 17:23Speaker 7: other banks. Right. People don't know that it's other banks
- 17:26Speaker 7: out there, like Fidelity, Alliant Credit Union, and First Tech
- 17:34Speaker 7: Credit Union. Okay, So with Alliant, I'm gonna break it
- 17:38Speaker 7: down to you. Alliant is another credit union that you
- 17:40Speaker 7: have to gain access to.
- 17:42Speaker 5: Well.
- 17:42Speaker 7: With Alliance. To gain access, they're gonna ask you, hey,
- 17:46Speaker 7: are you a teacher? Hey? Are you this right? You're
- 17:48Speaker 7: gonna go no, no, no. They asked you about ten
- 17:52Speaker 7: different qualifying questions to see if you can get access.
- 17:55Speaker 7: The last question is gonna ask you, well, are you
- 17:57Speaker 7: willing to make a donation to a charity of our choice?
- 18:00Speaker 7: Make a donation that you want to put in Right,
- 18:03Speaker 7: So I tell people donate five dollars you get access
- 18:05Speaker 7: to a Lion credit union. Alliant is going to give
- 18:11Speaker 7: you another bank that does fifteen to twenty five thousand
- 18:14Speaker 7: that's off of using a Lion Okay. And so what
- 18:17Speaker 7: I want people to do is get familiar with that
- 18:20Speaker 7: is because now that's two banks. So if let's just
- 18:22Speaker 7: say on the loan end, you get fifteen thousand, right,
- 18:26Speaker 7: this is off this car, you're gonna need your credit
- 18:28Speaker 7: to be a little bit stronger than Navy Federals is.
- 18:31Speaker 7: But they're not super strict.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Okay.
- 18:33Speaker 7: But then the next one, the next move that we
- 18:35Speaker 7: have is Fidelity. Okay. So with Fidelity, you have to
- 18:40Speaker 7: open up a brokerage account. Okay, you open up a
- 18:43Speaker 7: Fidelity brokerage account, and once you open up the brokerage account,
- 18:47Speaker 7: you're gonna apply for the Rewards Visa card right away.
- 18:50Speaker 7: So soon as you go to Fidelity, open up the
- 18:53Speaker 7: brokerage account, you apply for the go Rewards Visa immediately. Okay.
- 18:59Speaker 7: But with this understand, you must have at least a
- 19:01Speaker 7: seven thirty on Experience okay and TransUnion. So you need
- 19:05Speaker 7: to get a seven to thirty credit score on Experience
- 19:08Speaker 7: and TransUnion. If you have a seven thirty, they're gonna
- 19:11Speaker 7: give you another bank that's gonna go fifteen to twenty
- 19:13Speaker 7: five thousand. And it's not it's based off your score.
- 19:17Speaker 7: Your credit report doesn't have to be super extensive. I
- 19:19Speaker 7: have people get approvals eighteen thousand would only about one
- 19:24Speaker 7: and a half years of age on their credit report.
- 19:27Speaker 7: So that's another bank, that's Fidelogy. That's three banks that
- 19:30Speaker 7: you guys can go to that's going to actually give you,
- 19:33Speaker 7: guys fifteen to twenty five thousand. If you guys shoul
- 19:36Speaker 7: roll the dice right and do twenty five twenty five
- 19:38Speaker 7: to twenty five, that's seventy five thousand, right. My point
- 19:42Speaker 7: is this, though, the key to it is be respectful
- 19:48Speaker 7: of the credit cards. If you're not super you know
- 19:51Speaker 7: on it already and you don't know, right, Let me
- 19:53Speaker 7: to explain something. Credit cards have a three dates on
- 19:57Speaker 7: a closing on credit cards, right, they have have your
- 20:00Speaker 7: due date, they have your closing date, and they have
- 20:04Speaker 7: which is your statement date, and they have your reporting date. Right,
- 20:08Speaker 7: So understand this is that you have a due date
- 20:10Speaker 7: that's the date that your credit card is due. Then
- 20:13Speaker 7: you have your closing date. This is the date that's
- 20:15Speaker 7: your when your statement closes that statement date. What that
- 20:18Speaker 7: does is whatever your balance is on your statement date
- 20:21Speaker 7: when your credit card closes, that's going to report to
- 20:23Speaker 7: your credit card. Okay, that reports to your credit card.
- 20:27Speaker 7: Now you have your reporting date. That's the date that
- 20:29Speaker 7: they actually report to the credit buiers. What we want
- 20:32Speaker 7: to focus on is the statement closing date. Okay, on
- 20:34Speaker 7: a statement closing date. What's important about this is this,
- 20:37Speaker 7: when your credit card closes, that's what's going to report
- 20:41Speaker 7: on your credit card. If it closes at zero dollars, Oh,
- 20:47Speaker 7: guess what happens? Your utilization on your credit report shows
- 20:52Speaker 7: zero dollars. Oh, if you pay your credit card off
- 20:55Speaker 7: before the building date, I mean before the due date
- 20:57Speaker 7: and lit it and let it stay at zero throughout
- 21:01Speaker 7: your closing date, throughout your closing date. What's gonna now
- 21:05Speaker 7: happen is now you paid your credit card off within
- 21:08Speaker 7: a thirty day period, so you're not getting really hit
- 21:10Speaker 7: with a lot of interest, right, and it's reporting that
- 21:13Speaker 7: zero percent utilization if you keep it there when the
- 21:16Speaker 7: when the when the actual credit card closes. Okay, man,
- 21:22Speaker 7: I'm gonna be going on for me. Y'all listen for
- 21:30Speaker 7: the culture. Y'all gotta understand, right, Coach, you can change
- 21:35Speaker 7: your building. You can change your due date once a year,
- 21:40Speaker 7: okay uh with some bank. Some banks lets you do
- 21:43Speaker 7: it multiple times. So I'm gonna tell y'all this, right,
- 21:45Speaker 7: I'm just y'all just got to pick up what I'm
- 21:47Speaker 7: putting down in this Right. If I can change my
- 21:49Speaker 7: building date in due date, that means that I can
- 21:53Speaker 7: set my statement and closing date. So if I got
- 21:55Speaker 7: two credit cards, I'm setting one this way, I'm setting
- 21:58Speaker 7: one over here. Okay, when I set them apart, now,
- 22:01Speaker 7: when this one closes, I can use the money from
- 22:03Speaker 7: here to pay this one. When the money closes, when
- 22:05Speaker 7: this one closes, I can use the money from here
- 22:07Speaker 7: to pay this one. Right. The goal is that we
- 22:10Speaker 7: just have to understand how the bank work. We have
- 22:12Speaker 7: to study and do our due diligence. A lot of
- 22:14Speaker 7: us don't actually want, you know, go out and just
- 22:18Speaker 7: read the fine print or call the banks and ask questions. Right,
- 22:22Speaker 7: the banks work for us. They're using our money, right,
- 22:26Speaker 7: they're used. They're literally using our money. That's our bank.
- 22:30Speaker 7: You can call and ask any question how anything works
- 22:32Speaker 7: that you want. I don't care how redundant it is,
- 22:35Speaker 7: I don't care how brazen it is. Call and ask
- 22:38Speaker 7: the question. All they can do is give you an answer.
- 22:40Speaker 7: They got to look it up. And if sometimes if
- 22:43Speaker 7: they give you an answer, call back and ask somebody
- 22:45Speaker 7: else the same thing with Navy Federal. If they don't
- 22:47Speaker 7: let you in, hang up and call back and get
- 22:50Speaker 7: the next rep til you get in. Right. That's the
- 22:53Speaker 7: same thing that I explain to people about when it
- 22:55Speaker 7: comes to cleaning your credit. You do not want to
- 22:58Speaker 7: send in a letter to remove miss spelled names and
- 23:00Speaker 7: addresses when you can call in and get it removed
- 23:03Speaker 7: over the phone. We don't want to waste time, you know.
- 23:06Speaker 7: But the thing is that pick the phone up and
- 23:08Speaker 7: call and start reading. Right. Everybody gets everybody's probably had
- 23:13Speaker 7: a credit card, even a bank card, and you get
- 23:15Speaker 7: the bank card, put your bank card off, and nobody
- 23:18Speaker 7: goes and reads the fine print on the paperwork that
- 23:21Speaker 7: they get. Nobody has thoroughly went through and read every
- 23:24Speaker 7: single page that come with a bank with a debit
- 23:27Speaker 7: card or a credit card to see the benefits and perks,
- 23:30Speaker 7: to really dissect it and grow from it. So I
- 23:33Speaker 7: gave you guys three credit cards to go apply for
- 23:37Speaker 7: that can give you fifteen to twenty five thousand, and
- 23:40Speaker 7: I slick just told you guys how to hide your
- 23:42Speaker 7: credit utilization. I don't want to go too hard because
- 23:45Speaker 7: there all night and you know, it's just so much
- 23:50Speaker 7: as possible. And let me explain something business credit. Right,
- 23:53Speaker 7: business credit you can get when you build your credit
- 23:55Speaker 7: report up. I'm gonna run something down to you. Right,
- 23:58Speaker 7: is that when it comes to credit and business credit,
- 24:02Speaker 7: a lot of times people go out and think that
- 24:04Speaker 7: they get a business credit card and they get a
- 24:06Speaker 7: business credit card of five ten thousand. Right, let me
- 24:09Speaker 7: explain to you why you got that limit. Right, You
- 24:11Speaker 7: got that limit because your personal credit wasn't built out properly.
- 24:16Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:16Speaker 7: If you learn business credit, you can go out and
- 24:19Speaker 7: get three three times the amount of your largest credit card. Right,
- 24:26Speaker 7: So I tell people this, never go get a secure
- 24:29Speaker 7: credit card because you don't want those little limits. Never,
- 24:32Speaker 7: you know, when you build and get a secured loan instead,
- 24:34Speaker 7: when you're building your credit report out. But once you
- 24:37Speaker 7: go out and acquire credit cards, grow your credit cards
- 24:40Speaker 7: for like six months to a year, every six months
- 24:43Speaker 7: asking for an increase. When you go to get business credit,
- 24:46Speaker 7: you can start up a new business and go get
- 24:47Speaker 7: business credit, and it'll be based off of your personal
- 24:50Speaker 7: credit report. So if you have large lines of credit
- 24:53Speaker 7: on your personal credit report, guess what happens Now you
- 24:57Speaker 7: get larger lines of business credit. That are going in
- 25:00Speaker 7: there and saying, oh, yeah, I got this five hundred
- 25:02Speaker 7: dollars secure credit card on my credit report and these
- 25:05Speaker 7: thousand dollars limits. No, I want you guys to go
- 25:08Speaker 7: out use the base that I just told you. Go,
- 25:10Speaker 7: I'll get twenty five thousand dollars limits. Now after you
- 25:13Speaker 7: let those seasons for a year and properly structure your report.
- 25:17Speaker 7: Once that report is structured properly, you go out and
- 25:19Speaker 7: you see why my mentees are able to get seventy
- 25:22Speaker 7: five thousand right, be able to get seventy five thousand
- 25:25Speaker 7: dollars business credit cards one hundred thousand dollar business credit cards,
- 25:28Speaker 7: and people go, well, how do you get it? The
- 25:29Speaker 7: issue is nobody has the patience to build. Everybody wants
- 25:32Speaker 7: something overnight. We want to microwave success. Right, You've been
- 25:36Speaker 7: working twenty years making thirty thousand a year, but when
- 25:40Speaker 7: it comes to credit, you wanted to give you three
- 25:42Speaker 7: hundred thousand today. But your job and what you work
- 25:46Speaker 7: for hasn't delivered that. Right. You have to have patients
- 25:49Speaker 7: build your credit report out, properly, structure it properly, right,
- 25:53Speaker 7: let it grow, give it some time. Don't expect it
- 25:56Speaker 7: to get I'm giving you guys gyms that you can
- 25:59Speaker 7: go and implement now for personal side. But when it
- 26:01Speaker 7: comes to business, it's a little more of a process
- 26:03Speaker 7: because you have to build your report out and you
- 26:05Speaker 7: want to let those credit cards season right, and you
- 26:08Speaker 7: don't want to get you you're gonna get automatic denials
- 26:11Speaker 7: if you start applying for credit within a six months
- 26:14Speaker 7: of applying, you get more denials when you've got new
- 26:17Speaker 7: accounts in the last six months. So build that report
- 26:21Speaker 7: out right. Let that report build out. Once you let
- 26:23Speaker 7: that report build out, then you guys start looking at
- 26:26Speaker 7: business credit and now you get larger limits. But take
- 26:29Speaker 7: your time. It's not a rushing don't rush and think
- 26:32Speaker 7: that hey I need to go get this. I'm gonna
- 26:33Speaker 7: get this tomorrow. Hey it might be a year process,
- 26:37Speaker 7: but in a year process, you want to go from
- 26:39Speaker 7: getting twenty five thousand dollars in business credit or getting
- 26:43Speaker 7: one hundred and twenty five thousand two hundred and twenty
- 26:45Speaker 7: five thousand in business credit. That makes the difference. So
- 26:49Speaker 7: that's my lesson for the night. I gave you got
- 26:52Speaker 7: a street credit cards. I told you how to hire utilization,
- 26:56Speaker 7: and really you just want to build that report out,
- 26:58Speaker 7: and then I know we're gonna take the queuing. Ain't
- 27:00Speaker 7: That's gonna get me deeper into some more topics.
- 27:02Speaker 5: Yeah, first and foremost, thank you for that.
- 27:05Speaker 4: Man.
- 27:06Speaker 5: That was a lot to tell you to do this dangerous.
- 27:08Speaker 4: Man, he's the most most dangerous. It's probably the most dangerous.
- 27:12Speaker 4: It's top two, maybe.
- 27:14Speaker 8: Not Yeah, I told you, bro, I told you top too,
- 27:18Speaker 8: maybe not too.
- 27:19Speaker 5: Yo, Yeah, to most most dangerous people on the internet.
- 27:23Speaker 7: Ya. Man, if they come for me, man, y'all better
- 27:24Speaker 7: protect me. I'm telling y'all, so y'all better ride for me, right,
- 27:29Speaker 7: this is yo. They come for me.
- 27:32Speaker 8: When dudes get a locked you think they call it
- 27:33Speaker 8: for Bill Man, they calling us.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Yeah, we go, We're gonna, We're gonna, we're gonna, we're
- 27:37Speaker 4: gonna go on the question answer.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Wait.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Wait, but before we do that, everybody on YouTube, if
- 27:42Speaker 4: you can hit the light button that that greatly helps
- 27:44Speaker 4: the situation. So there's almost forty five hundred people on
- 27:47Speaker 4: your told you markets man, it's just a big, big,
- 27:49Speaker 4: big show, a big show. It's gonna it's gonna after
- 27:52Speaker 4: week it's gonna be like sixty thousand people that see
- 27:54Speaker 4: this video.
- 27:54Speaker 5: Man. Yeah, it's a lot e y L Man.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Ey L is a you know, it's a prestigious situation,
- 28:00Speaker 4: and oh my gosh, Marcus Marcus, Marcus always delivers. He's
- 28:06Speaker 4: one of these people we never got to worry about.
- 28:07Speaker 4: So we're gonna go right now is question answers. So
- 28:10Speaker 4: once again, if anybody wasn't here at the beginning of
- 28:12Speaker 4: the situation, this is a preview of ey L University.
- 28:16Speaker 5: We do this once a month. We call it open enrollment.
- 28:19Speaker 5: Every every week.
- 28:19Speaker 4: We have classes, we have one hundred past webinars, and
- 28:23Speaker 4: we have a movie club, we have a book club,
- 28:25Speaker 4: we have a private investment group on Facebook MG the
- 28:27Speaker 4: mortgage Guys home Buyers Blueprint is included. Yeah, and what
- 28:33Speaker 4: we also included yesterday was access to our group chat.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Once a month, we're gonna be doing group chat called Investments.
- 28:40Speaker 4: We're going to talk about our option plays that we
- 28:42Speaker 4: make in our stock plays, all of that. So this
- 28:45Speaker 4: is to show you exactly what's going on. Seventy five
- 28:48Speaker 4: percent off of Eyo University is the current discount that
- 28:51Speaker 4: we're running, which is five hundred dollars total for the
- 28:53Speaker 4: entire year. And that link is penned and then also
- 28:57Speaker 4: also for him five hundred, I know everybody follows him
- 29:01Speaker 4: and that they're pretty you know, well versed on what
- 29:04Speaker 4: recession proof of if you're not familiar, recession proofs his
- 29:07Speaker 4: community where he actually he talked about his mentees, that's
- 29:10Speaker 4: what he's talking about, his mentees where he actually has
- 29:13Speaker 4: like you know, these kind of calls, but and more
- 29:15Speaker 4: in depth and videos and all of that, and then
- 29:17Speaker 4: they go on trips and it's a whole it's a
- 29:19Speaker 4: whole process. And when he came on the episode, if
- 29:22Speaker 4: you know we did that five hundred dollars off for
- 29:24Speaker 4: ey L, that website is our he asks e y
- 29:28Speaker 4: L dot com And that's a special discount that it's
- 29:31Speaker 4: the cheapest place that you can get his program is
- 29:33Speaker 4: on is on that site. In conjunction with that, so
- 29:36Speaker 4: thank you for that. I'm to put that in the
- 29:37Speaker 4: group chat also. But let's get the questions.
- 29:40Speaker 5: This this is another this.
- 29:42Speaker 4: Is like, this is what really separates EYO University from
- 29:45Speaker 4: just a regular podcast because you get to actually ask questions.
- 29:47Speaker 3: So there might have been something that we forgot to
- 29:49Speaker 3: ask that they like yo, y'all should have asked that.
- 29:51Speaker 3: So now now it's stay turned.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Yeah, lets let's let's get it.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Yeah, let's see eat and were coming to you mut yourself.
- 29:56Speaker 3: You've been unmuted and now this works. No fridge breaks.
- 29:58Speaker 3: It's not the time for that.
- 30:00Speaker 7: Mm hm.
- 30:02Speaker 9: And how y'all doing. Appreciate you guys, thanks for uh
- 30:05Speaker 9: for doing this. This is incredible. Although all right, Marcus,
- 30:11Speaker 9: that a quick question. How can we get credit for
- 30:16Speaker 9: purchase at home?
- 30:17Speaker 8: Is that possible?
- 30:19Speaker 5: So for the down payment?
- 30:21Speaker 9: That is, so if you're going out to purchase at home, uh,
- 30:25Speaker 9: and you don't want to put on put your own
- 30:27Speaker 9: cash for your for the down payment.
- 30:31Speaker 7: Okay, you about to go off question listen, uh man,
- 30:38Speaker 7: y'all'll build them. So one of the things that you
- 30:41Speaker 7: can't use a credit card to make a down payment,
- 30:43Speaker 7: right because they look at your credit report to check
- 30:47Speaker 7: if that's the income racials and they want your balance
- 30:49Speaker 7: as low. But what happens is, you know, if you look,
- 30:52Speaker 7: if you literally if if your utilization doesn't show, they
- 30:59Speaker 7: can't see, right. So if you understood what I just said,
- 31:03Speaker 7: like about literally your utilization with your credit cards with
- 31:09Speaker 7: switching them, if they can't see it, then they then
- 31:12Speaker 7: it's zero right or five percent? So the goal is
- 31:16Speaker 7: to make it to where they can't see it. So
- 31:18Speaker 7: you want to pull the money off of one credit card.
- 31:20Speaker 7: So if you got two credit cards for twenty five thousand,
- 31:22Speaker 7: you're gonna take twenty five thousand off of one, and
- 31:24Speaker 7: when it's due, you're going to pay it back, right,
- 31:27Speaker 7: and then you're going to circulate it. When this one
- 31:29Speaker 7: is due, you're going to pay it back. So now
- 31:30Speaker 7: it's showing at zero, so both of them are reporting
- 31:33Speaker 7: at zero. They can't even tell that the.
- 31:34Speaker 10: Money is gone.
- 31:36Speaker 7: So that's literally that's one of the things that you
- 31:39Speaker 7: can do when it comes to pulling the money off
- 31:42Speaker 7: I mean when it comes to buying a house using
- 31:45Speaker 7: a credit card, is that you're gonna be able to
- 31:46Speaker 7: pull it that way. Just make sure that your utilization
- 31:49Speaker 7: doesn't show. So just watch your credit card, see when
- 31:52Speaker 7: it reports your utilization and know that, okay, it's reporting
- 31:56Speaker 7: on my actual closing date. And then I'm know, okay,
- 32:00Speaker 7: here it needs to be at zero this state, and
- 32:02Speaker 7: then it needs to be at zero on this state.
- 32:04Speaker 7: Now they can't see it. So you took twenty five
- 32:08Speaker 7: thousand off and good to go.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Appreciate that.
- 32:13Speaker 8: He appreciate that let's go, Steve, you've been on muted.
- 32:18Speaker 8: Immute yourself.
- 32:21Speaker 5: You hear me, Yeah, we hear you, Steve.
- 32:23Speaker 8: What's going on, bro?
- 32:25Speaker 7: Thank you guys for everything. I'm a big fan. Let
- 32:27Speaker 7: me get straight through it. So Marcus, I was at
- 32:30Speaker 7: the gym.
- 32:30Speaker 8: I back.
- 32:31Speaker 7: So this is this question from my guy.
- 32:34Speaker 11: He's getting his car, his car repulled because he just
- 32:36Speaker 11: purchased and got tired of paying the He got ripped
- 32:39Speaker 11: off because he was in a bad situation. Now I
- 32:42Speaker 11: read that if you voluntary repossess your own car, the
- 32:45Speaker 11: only thing that happens is that you still get hit
- 32:47Speaker 11: with TEMP one hundred points to your credit score. Now
- 32:51Speaker 11: to fix that hundred point decrease, would you wait till
- 32:55Speaker 11: it hits or would you go ahead and.
- 32:59Speaker 7: Block the credit used to see it? And if I'm
- 33:03Speaker 7: making us up there, no, So the volunteer involunteer report,
- 33:10Speaker 7: it's going to show up on his credit for as
- 33:12Speaker 7: a repot, and it's not a certain it's not a
- 33:17Speaker 7: certain points that it goes down. It'll be based strictly
- 33:22Speaker 7: off of his credit profile and how it's built, so
- 33:25Speaker 7: it's not a certain amount of points. But hey, it's
- 33:27Speaker 7: gonna drop a hundred points, right, And that's not that's
- 33:32Speaker 7: not true. What's gonna happen is is that he's going
- 33:35Speaker 7: to get a repossession on his credit report and then
- 33:38Speaker 7: he has to deal with that. So it's no way
- 33:41Speaker 7: to block it. He can, you know, fight it, but
- 33:45Speaker 7: with it being so fresh and so new, with it
- 33:47Speaker 7: being fresh like that, I don't think I wouldn't get
- 33:50Speaker 7: a car back and take the repot just because I
- 33:52Speaker 7: know the damage is that it's gonna do to my credit. Uh,
- 33:56Speaker 7: but it's not a hundred points that he's gonna lose.
- 33:58Speaker 7: He's going to have a repossessed in his credit report,
- 34:01Speaker 7: and whatever you know happens is gonna happen. So however
- 34:06Speaker 7: much damage it takes, he could take a two hundred point,
- 34:08Speaker 7: it could take a thirty point, I don't know, but
- 34:12Speaker 7: he's gonna get crushed, especially if he's already missing payments.
- 34:15Speaker 7: He's getting crushed as well.
- 34:18Speaker 11: So can you use your method to fix it once
- 34:21Speaker 11: it hits his credit?
- 34:21Speaker 7: For he can, but I don't tell people. I'm more
- 34:26Speaker 7: so if you already got the negative items on there,
- 34:28Speaker 7: then fight them and we can, you know, try to
- 34:30Speaker 7: remedy the report. But I'm not one that's going to
- 34:34Speaker 7: ever tell you, hey, you have a little repossession, hits
- 34:36Speaker 7: your credit, because it's possible you can fight and get
- 34:38Speaker 7: it removed. Sometimes it takes a year to get things
- 34:41Speaker 7: removed off your credit. Sometimes it takes two. Sometimes it
- 34:43Speaker 7: don't come off and you gotta pay it. So it's
- 34:46Speaker 7: not oh yeah, guaranteed things are gonna come off. That's
- 34:49Speaker 7: never the case. He can, he can try to remedy it,
- 34:52Speaker 7: but it's never the case that it's going to come off,
- 34:54Speaker 7: and especially all three credit bureaus.
- 34:58Speaker 8: Thank you, Steve, appreciate that. Appreciate that.
- 35:01Speaker 3: Don't repoll that vehicle, don't get your don't get your car. Mac,
- 35:06Speaker 3: We're coming to you. I haven't seen my boy in
- 35:08Speaker 3: a minute. Mcatize we coming to you. I'm mute yourself.
- 35:10Speaker 3: You've been unmuted.
- 35:10Speaker 8: What's going on?
- 35:12Speaker 12: What's going on?
- 35:12Speaker 8: Guys?
- 35:13Speaker 7: Thank you for everything else I'm doing for the community. Yes,
- 35:17Speaker 7: that I have from Marcus.
- 35:18Speaker 11: Is it a good idea if you pay your credit
- 35:20Speaker 11: card and not use it or you have to keep
- 35:22Speaker 11: using it, if you like, pay it off and then
- 35:26Speaker 11: don't use it, So.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Like, yeah, that's a good question. So like if you
- 35:29Speaker 4: have a credit card Marcus, and it has a zero
- 35:33Speaker 4: balance because you're just not using it at all. Will
- 35:35Speaker 4: that hurt your credit or should you use every credit
- 35:37Speaker 4: card that you have?
- 35:40Speaker 7: Like, no matter what, you're gonna want to balance it right? Well, see,
- 35:43Speaker 7: I teach I teach people how to get fifteen credit
- 35:45Speaker 7: card with five inquiries, So I teach people how to
- 35:49Speaker 7: balance and kind of rotate it. Because what's going to
- 35:52Speaker 7: happen is you always want to use your credit cards, right,
- 35:56Speaker 7: It's no reason that you shouldn't. So to answer your question,
- 35:59Speaker 7: use it right one hundred percent. If you don't, you know,
- 36:03Speaker 7: put every expense that you can on your credit cards, right,
- 36:06Speaker 7: not only for the reward points, but to increase the limits.
- 36:09Speaker 7: Right now, if you don't have a business, you're not
- 36:11Speaker 7: looking at invest in anything, just put all your personal
- 36:15Speaker 7: expenses on your credit card. Once you start putting all
- 36:17Speaker 7: your personal expense on your credit card, your credit card
- 36:20Speaker 7: limit grows, right. So then whenever you get in time
- 36:22Speaker 7: of a need or you actually need to go on
- 36:25Speaker 7: and you need a resource, you have it and it's larger. Right.
- 36:28Speaker 7: The worst case, you want to sit on a ten
- 36:30Speaker 7: thousand dollars credit card, and since you're not using it
- 36:32Speaker 7: to bank shrinks and go, oh, well, since you don't
- 36:35Speaker 7: need it, we won't shrink your limit down in three thousand.
- 36:38Speaker 7: So you always want to use it and increase the
- 36:41Speaker 7: limits and just put all your personal bills on it
- 36:45Speaker 7: and really just grow it like that. If if you
- 36:48Speaker 7: got charge cards which are based off of like your
- 36:52Speaker 7: American Express Platinum, those are based off of your spending habits.
- 36:56Speaker 7: So if you're trying to grow that limit and you
- 36:58Speaker 7: don't have a business like things, I did was, man,
- 37:03Speaker 7: here you go. So I started doing working with business owners, right,
- 37:10Speaker 7: So if you got good credit, a lot of times
- 37:12Speaker 7: people who own businesses deal with a lot of cash.
- 37:14Speaker 7: And one of my guys worked in for a watch store, right,
- 37:20Speaker 7: And he worked for a watch store, and he explained
- 37:23Speaker 7: to me, hey, listen, a lot of times when we
- 37:25Speaker 7: buy these luxury watches back, we buy him underpriced. And
- 37:31Speaker 7: since we became underpriced, we probably got a mark up
- 37:35Speaker 7: of about three thousand, right. So what I did was
- 37:38Speaker 7: I said, well, if you can do a three dollar
- 37:40Speaker 7: mark up, can we split it? He was like yeah,
- 37:43Speaker 7: So we did the first watch it like it probably
- 37:45Speaker 7: was twelve thousand. I spid my car for got to watch.
- 37:48Speaker 7: He was like, I can have a resold within a week.
- 37:51Speaker 7: He'd been in the industry for forever, so he resold
- 37:53Speaker 7: it in a week. We made three thousand dollars. But
- 37:56Speaker 7: what happened was I just got a twelve thousand dollars
- 37:58Speaker 7: spin on my credit card, also got the reward points
- 38:01Speaker 7: and made fifteen hundred dollars. Over time we built that relationship.
- 38:05Speaker 7: I end up letting him just hold one to I
- 38:07Speaker 7: added him as an authorized user to my Platinum and
- 38:10Speaker 7: let him hold a car. He helped me grow to
- 38:12Speaker 7: my limit to where now I got a limit on
- 38:14Speaker 7: my Platinum two hundred and fifty thousand. Because he was
- 38:17Speaker 7: constantly spentding twenty thousand, forty thousand, seven thousand, six thousand
- 38:21Speaker 7: on watches, plus my expenditures, we grew the limit. So
- 38:24Speaker 7: I tell a lot of times people say, never you
- 38:26Speaker 7: want to figure out some kind of creative way to
- 38:28Speaker 7: use it.
- 38:28Speaker 8: It made. This episode is brought to you by P
- 38:31Speaker 8: and C Bank.

- 41:19Speaker 7: Could be not working with business owners. I have another
- 41:21Speaker 7: friend that has a restaurant and they do their food
- 41:23Speaker 7: costs off off of my Green American Express charge card
- 41:28Speaker 7: and they just buy food every single week for their restaurant. Well,
- 41:31Speaker 7: they helped my limit grow. So just be creative with
- 41:35Speaker 7: the way that we use it. That sometimes you may
- 41:37Speaker 7: be the one with good credit, but you have a
- 41:38Speaker 7: family member who's cash heavy and they just deal with cash,
- 41:42Speaker 7: and a credit card will make their life a lot easier,
- 41:45Speaker 7: and them making your life easier helps your limits grow.
- 41:48Speaker 7: And now you turn around and you go, I'm three
- 41:51Speaker 7: hundred thousand up. You know what I mean, Like I
- 41:53Speaker 7: got a realistically, I got like a half a million
- 41:55Speaker 7: on charge cards just from these two. You know, it's
- 42:00Speaker 7: just being creative and applying it. So my answer is, no,
- 42:03Speaker 7: don't ever just let it sit dormant. They'll shut your
- 42:06Speaker 7: account down after a while, they'll decrease your limits. So
- 42:09Speaker 7: just you know, be mindful, always want to use it
- 42:12Speaker 7: and grow those limits because we need, especially if we're
- 42:15Speaker 7: not cash heavy, we want to have something.
- 42:17Speaker 3: To fall back on, so Marcus, when they close it
- 42:22Speaker 3: does it negatively affects your credit score?
- 42:24Speaker 8: Correct?
- 42:25Speaker 7: It negatively affects your credit score because you lose a
- 42:27Speaker 7: positive account. So just like when you pay your car
- 42:31Speaker 7: off and your credit score drops, well because you closed
- 42:34Speaker 7: and lost one of your positive accounts, because the number
- 42:37Speaker 7: of accounts and your credit report drastically impacts your credit.
- 42:41Speaker 7: So when you lose that account, it drops your score.
- 42:45Speaker 5: Let me ask you this before we go to another card.
- 42:47Speaker 8: Can you appreciate you Matt?
- 42:50Speaker 4: Can you talk about business credit like that's a big
- 42:53Speaker 4: thing for people. I don't think people fully understand, Like
- 42:56Speaker 4: can you just talk about that for a couple of minutes?
- 42:57Speaker 4: Is like how to establish business credit? I know it
- 43:00Speaker 4: is different from like establishing personal credit.
- 43:03Speaker 7: I'm not the super business credit guy. I'm the more
- 43:07Speaker 7: so your personal what we do with the personal getting
- 43:09Speaker 7: into the business. I tell people to establishing just on
- 43:14Speaker 7: the surface. I'm not going to go too deep because
- 43:16Speaker 7: I don't want to start the business credit questions, but
- 43:20Speaker 7: just always make sure everything is set up properly. Make
- 43:23Speaker 7: sure when you go out and you set you the
- 43:26Speaker 7: things you want to do is have a one eight
- 43:28Speaker 7: hundred number right, have a physical office address, make sure
- 43:33Speaker 7: that matches. Get that before you set your LLC up.
- 43:36Speaker 7: When you set your LLC up, your LLC shouldn't say
- 43:40Speaker 7: you know your home address, your personal cell phone number,
- 43:43Speaker 7: your personal email address, right. And that's the things that
- 43:47Speaker 7: you kind of want to be mindful of because a
- 43:49Speaker 7: lot of times, you know, you go to register your business,
- 43:51Speaker 7: you go for business funded and your email on your
- 43:54Speaker 7: on the Secretary of State is uh Poppy Tulo six
- 43:57Speaker 7: ninety six nine at gmail dot com. It's like, yo, yo,
- 44:01Speaker 7: how serious is this guy?
- 44:02Speaker 8: Right?
- 44:02Speaker 7: Versus Marcus Borney at him five hundred dot com. It's
- 44:05Speaker 7: a big difference when you're looking at it and you
- 44:08Speaker 7: got underwrite and evaluating your business and how serious you
- 44:13Speaker 7: take it when you actually have a one eight hundred
- 44:14Speaker 7: number right that is listed on your application, and it's
- 44:18Speaker 7: listed on your Secretary of State. It's all in conjunction.
- 44:22Speaker 7: So those things to be mindful of when you're setting
- 44:24Speaker 7: up your business.
- 44:25Speaker 4: Yeah, that's one thing that we learned with our business
- 44:27Speaker 4: credit too, is that you definitely got to have a
- 44:29Speaker 4: separate number. And the address is important, but it could
- 44:33Speaker 4: be a virtual address, and it could be a virtual number,
- 44:37Speaker 4: Google number. But that's something that definitely had to learn
- 44:41Speaker 4: the hard way.
- 44:42Speaker 5: We're not the hardway, we just learned it.
- 44:44Speaker 3: In addition to we talked about having authorized users. Everybody
- 44:46Speaker 3: knows I talk about how I was an authorized user
- 44:49Speaker 3: since ninety eighty five of American Express. When we had
- 44:51Speaker 3: to apply for a business credit card, my history with
- 44:55Speaker 3: them is so long that we automatically jumped to a
- 44:57Speaker 3: six fit of limit. It was like, oh, this is great,
- 45:00Speaker 3: but that was because we had handled it respectfully throughout
- 45:03Speaker 3: what my parents handled respectfully, then when I had the card,
- 45:05Speaker 3: I handled it respectfully. So make sure that your personal
- 45:08Speaker 3: credit is in line too when you when you're trying
- 45:10Speaker 3: to get a business credit as well.
- 45:11Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's something that it's like, you know, one
- 45:13Speaker 4: of these things where and this is you know, the
- 45:14Speaker 4: beauty of the platform and people like Marcus and just
- 45:17Speaker 4: a whole bunch of other people online. It was like
- 45:19Speaker 4: all of this stuff's trial and error for the most part,
- 45:21Speaker 4: because you know, there's really they don't teach it in school,
- 45:24Speaker 4: even in college, they're not really teaching it. So it's like,
- 45:26Speaker 4: you know, when we had miss business on talking about
- 45:30Speaker 4: how to buy a car, your business name. She talked
- 45:32Speaker 4: about the gas car, the gas card. That's something I
- 45:34Speaker 4: just learned.
- 45:35Speaker 8: We got to get it.
- 45:36Speaker 4: And some people was in a comments like you don't
- 45:38Speaker 4: know about the gas car. I'm like, no, I didn't
- 45:40Speaker 4: know about the gas card. Didn't I'm sorry. I know
- 45:42Speaker 4: nobody taught me that, Like you know what I'm saying,
- 45:44Speaker 4: Like I'm still learning. I never act like I know
- 45:47Speaker 4: every single thing. But you know, this is so much
- 45:50Speaker 4: information as far as credit and and you know, just
- 45:53Speaker 4: like you said, personal credit and business credit to completely
- 45:55Speaker 4: different things. Cars and you know, spending limits and all
- 46:00Speaker 4: of this stuff. Is like how are you supposed to
- 46:02Speaker 4: learn it? Like you know what I'm saying.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Even when he told us, he was like, yo, don't
- 46:06Speaker 3: don't use your depicut anymore. Every since that moment, since
- 46:09Speaker 3: you came to the crib and we talked about that,
- 46:12Speaker 3: everything's been credit. It was like, wait, that makes too
- 46:14Speaker 3: much sense, Like this makes too much sense. So I said,
- 46:17Speaker 3: we don't. We're not ashamed to say, like, yo, we're learning.
- 46:19Speaker 4: I hate the people that's always looking down on somebody like,
- 46:22Speaker 4: oh you didn't know that. If we knew everything, we
- 46:25Speaker 4: wouldn't have We wouldn't have these conversations.
- 46:28Speaker 5: That's the whole point, you know.
- 46:29Speaker 7: You know what's crazy is that even with credit, right,
- 46:33Speaker 7: is that I don't know everything right. Shout out to
- 46:34Speaker 7: my uh my boy Chris uh. He dropped jewels on
- 46:38Speaker 7: me and we exchanged like banks in different information. I
- 46:42Speaker 7: explained some of these to him. He gave me finality,
- 46:45Speaker 7: like it's like, yo, I don't, I can't. I don't
- 46:47Speaker 7: know everything. People would think that, you know, hey, this
- 46:49Speaker 7: is your expertise, you should know everything. It's like, no, listen,
- 46:53Speaker 7: you know how many banks it is out here, right,
- 46:54Speaker 7: I can't have a relationship with every bank. Can't know everything.
- 46:59Speaker 7: But I'm fluent, and I learned from trial and error.
- 47:02Speaker 7: I learned from business going bankrupt. Right, Like I had
- 47:07Speaker 7: a Boost Mobile store. We got into the franchise game,
- 47:10Speaker 7: bad decision, bad location, didn't know how to evaluate it, crush,
- 47:15Speaker 7: lose every loss, all the income. And that's what made
- 47:18Speaker 7: me start looking in the credit. That's what made me
- 47:20Speaker 7: start going, well, I need something to fall back on.
- 47:24Speaker 7: I need somebody I can rely on so I can actually,
- 47:27Speaker 7: you know, have somebody to ask because I can't ask
- 47:29Speaker 7: anybody for money, you know what I mean? So that's
- 47:32Speaker 7: that's one of the things. But exactly what you said
- 47:35Speaker 7: is that, look, man, we don't know everything. Nobody can
- 47:37Speaker 7: possibly know everything. It's just we know what works, we
- 47:42Speaker 7: know how to get to the That's that's it. And
- 47:45Speaker 7: a lot of times, like what I'm saying today is this,
- 47:47Speaker 7: I'm giving you guys things that are actually things that
- 47:50Speaker 7: you can implement now.
- 47:52Speaker 8: You know what I mean.
- 47:52Speaker 7: This is stuff you can implement now and take action on.
- 47:57Speaker 5: Let's get a couple couple more questions.
- 47:59Speaker 8: Yeah, Helena, were coming to you. Unmute yourself, You've been unmuted.
- 48:02Speaker 8: What's going on?
- 48:04Speaker 3: Hi?
- 48:07Speaker 10: I'm good, Thank you guys.
- 48:09Speaker 13: My first time raising my hands and I got picked you.
- 48:13Speaker 7: So here's my question. It's a personal question for personal credit.
- 48:18Speaker 13: If you have how is any hacks.
- 48:21Speaker 7: To increase your credit?
- 48:24Speaker 13: If you have like to you don't have any increase
- 48:27Speaker 13: nothing on me and nothing negative, just high limits that's
- 48:30Speaker 13: already maxed out.
- 48:32Speaker 7: Is any hacks you to do to like.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Increase your credit while you're trying to play it down?
- 48:38Speaker 7: I mean, okay, yes, Well it's it's situational, right, because
- 48:45Speaker 7: are you trying to go acquire new credit or what
- 48:47Speaker 7: are you trying to go acquire Helena, I want to.
- 48:57Speaker 7: I want to preach it the home. When I'm trying
- 48:59Speaker 7: to I'm trying to purchase the whole someone to purchase
- 49:02Speaker 7: a home.
- 49:02Speaker 5: And that's the reason why I'm trying to get my
- 49:03Speaker 5: credit up. Okay, if your credit your credit score up
- 49:07Speaker 5: or your credit like.
- 49:08Speaker 7: Not your credit score score, credit score, her credit score
- 49:13Speaker 7: is down because of utilization correct.
- 49:15Speaker 8: Correct?
- 49:16Speaker 5: Yeah, so.
- 49:19Speaker 7: If you maxed all the way out on those cars,
- 49:23Speaker 7: they're still going to judge you off of it. Uh
- 49:25Speaker 7: So to go buy a home, you have to get
- 49:27Speaker 7: those there, right. Is there other ways if you were
- 49:30Speaker 7: trying to do other things that you can build the credit. Yes,
- 49:32Speaker 7: you can add authorized users to help offset it, to
- 49:35Speaker 7: just make it look pretty because it'll fix your utilization rate.
- 49:39Speaker 7: But when you go to underwrite and you're gonna see
- 49:42Speaker 7: that your cards are still maxed out, so it's not
- 49:44Speaker 7: going to really help you. It would just help your
- 49:47Speaker 7: score go up, but it's not going to be act
- 49:49Speaker 7: something that's really tangible that you're gonna be able to
- 49:52Speaker 7: go to the bank and say, hey, let me pick
- 49:53Speaker 7: this money up. Right, And so that's that's the things
- 49:57Speaker 7: that with your utilization being there, You're gonna have to
- 50:00Speaker 7: get that utilization there. So what you want to work
- 50:02Speaker 7: on is at least trying to get you know, getting
- 50:04Speaker 7: it down a fifty percent on each one and then
- 50:09Speaker 7: swap it and then try to hide it.
- 50:14Speaker 4: Him five hundred. We got five thousand people on YouTube
- 50:18Speaker 4: right now, the Big boss Man five, the number five.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Appreciate you, Heleima hit the like button please YouTube, no problem,
- 50:29Speaker 4: thank you. But Shanda were coming to you. Umute yourself.
- 50:32Speaker 4: You've been unmuted. What's going on?
- 50:34Speaker 12: Good evening, Good evening. I kind of came in and
- 50:38Speaker 12: the baking a conversation. So my question is it's like
- 50:42Speaker 12: a personal question for personal credit. My credit scores that
- 50:45Speaker 12: is at about like seventeen fifty seven sixty As far
- 50:49Speaker 12: as my credit profile, all I have on it is
- 50:52Speaker 12: an oldo known I have moved food and day and
- 50:54Speaker 12: I have one credit code. So I came in while
- 50:57Speaker 12: you was kind of talking about Navy, Federal and Fidelity
- 51:00Speaker 12: and stuff like they. So what is today I should
- 51:03Speaker 12: do to go and get like a for the limit
- 51:05Speaker 12: that's up there because I need to.
- 51:09Speaker 7: No, Yeah, what what you're gonna want to do is
- 51:15Speaker 7: I don't know, if y'all want me to go back
- 51:17Speaker 7: through that or catch the.
- 51:20Speaker 5: You could just kind of get like a quick like
- 51:21Speaker 5: a quick sonarioyah.
- 51:23Speaker 7: Just the gist of what it is that you say
- 51:25Speaker 7: replay to be more in detail, but with your score
- 51:28Speaker 7: being where it's at, you don't have a lot of inquiries.
- 51:30Speaker 7: Is that you got three different banks that will give
- 51:32Speaker 7: you fifteen to twenty five k okay, And so when
- 51:37Speaker 7: you go in and get it, is that maybe Federal
- 51:40Speaker 7: you're gonna call in and say, hey, listen, I was
- 51:44Speaker 7: in the military. I mean, my grandfather was in the
- 51:47Speaker 7: military and he's not, you know, with us anymore, and
- 51:49Speaker 7: fourteen passed away, uh, and I don't have any of
- 51:52Speaker 7: his information. No grant you access. A Lion is another
- 51:54Speaker 7: one that you're going to. You're going to go through
- 51:56Speaker 7: their application, make a when you go through the application process,
- 52:00Speaker 7: you're going to actually through a donation five dollars donation
- 52:08Speaker 7: to get membership into their credit union. And the next
- 52:11Speaker 7: one is Fidelity Bank. You're going to actually make a
- 52:15Speaker 7: brokerage account. But once you make the brokerage account, you
- 52:18Speaker 7: have to immediately apply. So don't make the brokerage account
- 52:21Speaker 7: and let its sit make the brokerage account, right, and
- 52:24Speaker 7: once you make the brokerage account, you're going to go
- 52:26Speaker 7: for the rewards visa card, okay, or for the reward
- 52:30Speaker 7: visa cards. You want to put your income when you
- 52:32Speaker 7: do it. Put your income at one hundred and fifty thousand, right,
- 52:35Speaker 7: and you either pay two thousand or zero a monthly
- 52:38Speaker 7: on living expenses and that's what will gets you. So
- 52:43Speaker 7: put one hundred and fifty k as your income on there,
- 52:46Speaker 7: and your living expenses is between is two thousand or
- 52:49Speaker 7: you put zero, and that's what's going to kick you
- 52:52Speaker 7: your large limit, especially if you got over a seven
- 52:55Speaker 7: thirty credit score.
- 52:57Speaker 4: And watch the check out the replay when you get
- 52:59Speaker 4: a chance, because he spoke about a little bit more
- 53:02Speaker 4: in depth at the beginning. But yeah, that was that
- 53:04Speaker 4: was a good synopsis. And you know, it's crazy. I
- 53:06Speaker 4: just thought about, you know, a lot of the stuff
- 53:08Speaker 4: is it all plays together. So we talk about Fidelity
- 53:11Speaker 4: brokerage account and you know market Mondays and we talk
- 53:14Speaker 4: about we talk about stocks all the time and all
- 53:16Speaker 4: of that. So now this is a play where you
- 53:17Speaker 4: can actually combine the credit play with the investment play.
- 53:21Speaker 4: You go in to Fidelity to set up a brokerage account,
- 53:24Speaker 4: to buy stocks, to set up your IRA, to trade options,
- 53:27Speaker 4: whatever you're want to do. So now at the same
- 53:29Speaker 4: time you can actually, you know, do the credit play.
- 53:32Speaker 4: And now you can you you know, combine the stock
- 53:34Speaker 4: play the investment play with the credit play.
- 53:38Speaker 7: Yeah, and I seen somebody in chat say, you know,
- 53:40Speaker 7: with Navy Federal, you can be a family member, uh them,
- 53:43Speaker 7: you have to be son, a direct family member me
- 53:45Speaker 7: and son or daughter. And also or you can be
- 53:48Speaker 7: a roommate with somebody who's in Navy Federal and use
- 53:51Speaker 7: their access number and get and get granted access. The
- 53:55Speaker 7: issue is if you do something, if the person you
- 53:58Speaker 7: give access to does something to the go max out
- 54:01Speaker 7: credit cards and do something crazy, it reflects on you
- 54:05Speaker 7: and then the person who gave their access number can
- 54:07Speaker 7: now guess what, Now they can get their account shut down.
- 54:10Speaker 7: So that's why give my access number to anybody. I
- 54:14Speaker 7: just give people a method they can get in on
- 54:15Speaker 7: their own, meaning whatever you do is your personal business.
- 54:18Speaker 7: It's not attached to me, So be mindful that. Yes,
- 54:20Speaker 7: it's other ways, but I'd rather people get in completely
- 54:23Speaker 7: on their own and stand on their own two feet
- 54:25Speaker 7: then be standing on my shoulders, and what you do
- 54:28Speaker 7: comes back on me. So be mindful. When you think
- 54:30Speaker 7: you're given access to people you're charging, and they go
- 54:33Speaker 7: in and they use a CPN number and they get
- 54:35Speaker 7: a credit card or something and they run off, then
- 54:38Speaker 7: your account get shut down with theirs.
- 54:41Speaker 3: It ain't all good, Krista. Safety first, we're coming to you, Krista.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Mute yourself. You've been muted.
- 54:52Speaker 7: Yeah, it's some things you know. I'm not going If
- 54:55Speaker 7: you guys, tune in and check out the ey L episode,
- 54:58Speaker 7: A lot of stuff and tactics I ever on turning
- 55:01Speaker 7: credit to cash.
- 55:02Speaker 5: Today.
- 55:02Speaker 7: We teach you how to go get the cash, and
- 55:04Speaker 7: when you go back and watch the ey L episode,
- 55:06Speaker 7: you're gonna see exactly how to apply it and get
- 55:09Speaker 7: busy from there. So just check it out back on YouTube.
- 55:12Speaker 4: If you haven't watched that Leasion episode, you're doing yourself
- 55:16Speaker 4: with tremendous disservice.
- 55:17Speaker 8: Potentially the biggest episode. So what's up?
- 55:21Speaker 7: Hi?
- 55:21Speaker 14: How are you guys?
- 55:23Speaker 5: Good?
- 55:23Speaker 8: Great?
- 55:24Speaker 12: How are you? I am great?
- 55:25Speaker 15: And even better that you guys called on me.
- 55:29Speaker 8: Where you're from Baltimore? Shout out to be more?
- 55:34Speaker 5: Thank you, thank you.
- 55:35Speaker 7: So I'm him five hundred. I have a question.
- 55:40Speaker 15: So I have a capital of what is it called
- 55:43Speaker 15: a charge off? And it will not leave for the
- 55:47Speaker 15: life of me. And I was wondering if you had
- 55:50Speaker 15: any tips on getting it removed. I've already followed your
- 55:53Speaker 15: instructions for like the secondary bureaus, but it's still like
- 55:58Speaker 15: not going anywhere. And it's with the original doctor deptur
- 56:02Speaker 15: So that's probably why. But I just wanted to get
- 56:04Speaker 15: your take on it.
- 56:05Speaker 7: You got credit karma, yeslock into your credit carmer.
- 56:18Speaker 8: As she locks in, I'm in.
- 56:26Speaker 7: Okay, you in.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Yes.
- 56:28Speaker 7: Go to your accounts. Go to your your view your
- 56:30Speaker 7: whole credit report. Okay. Go to the negative account.
- 56:40Speaker 15: You mean the closed accounts.
- 56:42Speaker 7: Go to that negative account that you want to remove.
- 56:44Speaker 7: I want to remove, okay, TRANSI go to the account
- 56:47Speaker 7: you want to, Go to the accounts tab and select
- 56:49Speaker 7: the negative item.
- 56:50Speaker 16: M hm.
- 56:51Speaker 7: Okay. You see where it says dispute on the bottom. Yep,
- 56:56Speaker 7: put that in. Go to dispute.
- 56:58Speaker 12: Mm hmm.
- 57:01Speaker 7: Once you go to dispute, now you should be on
- 57:04Speaker 7: the deletion screen. Don't put anything for ownership go down right,
- 57:13Speaker 7: and then it's gonna say don't put anything for ownership.
- 57:18Speaker 7: Don't select any ownership. So the ownership is gonna be
- 57:20Speaker 7: the first little block. Who's gonna ask you to pick.
- 57:22Speaker 7: It's gonna give you a lineup of a few different
- 57:24Speaker 7: things you're gonna put. Don't put nothing there, go down
- 57:26Speaker 7: below it, right and put this count is in is
- 57:31Speaker 7: involved in litigation?
- 57:35Speaker 13: Go down?
- 57:36Speaker 8: Oh an additional comment.
- 57:38Speaker 7: Now above additional comments. It's like the one above it
- 57:42Speaker 7: said is involved in litigations. Yep, all right, now additional comments,
- 57:50Speaker 7: mm hmm. I want you to put I have not
- 57:52Speaker 7: supplied proof.
- 57:57Speaker 8: Yeah, this is greazy ya.
- 58:06Speaker 5: University man, that's crazy billion dollars worth of game.
- 58:10Speaker 8: You know, A K A him, not them.
- 58:14Speaker 7: Yo, listen we we were going there. Listen you there
- 58:18Speaker 7: out here, I have not supplied first.
- 58:21Speaker 17: Under the doctrine of a stop by silence, a stopple
- 58:25Speaker 17: by silence, So proof under the doctrine uh huh of
- 58:30Speaker 17: a stopper.
- 58:32Speaker 16: Of a stopple E s e O P P E
- 58:36Speaker 16: l A S t O P p A l E
- 58:39Speaker 16: S t oh e s t okay by silence.
- 58:48Speaker 7: Comma ingle heart right, but I'm a spelling for you
- 58:54Speaker 7: E N G E L H A R D T
- 59:00Speaker 7: and then V period FORC versus raven g R A
- 59:07Speaker 7: V E N S in parentheses m O two eighty
- 59:15Speaker 7: one separates space boar capital s W seven one five
- 59:26Speaker 7: comma seven one nine comma and then put I presume
- 59:32Speaker 7: that no proof of the alleged debt comma, nor therefore
- 59:38Speaker 7: any such debt comma you with me. I presume that
- 59:45Speaker 7: no proof of the alleged debt comma. Mm hmm, therefore
- 59:51Speaker 7: any such debt comma in fact exists.
- 59:56Speaker 5: Period.
- 1:00:02Speaker 7: All right, Now go submit. If it doesn't say the
- 1:00:08Speaker 7: copy that copy that copy the comment section that you
- 1:00:12Speaker 7: just typed out, yep, copy that just so you have
- 1:00:15Speaker 7: it on your clipboard if you got to redo it,
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: and now go through and press and submit. And now
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: if it doesn't say delete right, then redo it the
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: second time because sometimes it's system glitches. So go ahead,
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: press submit.
- 1:00:32Speaker 15: Okay, it says continue, but okay, yeah, okay submit, Okay.
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: TransUnion is reviewing your dispute.
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: Okay, so let that sit. Give us about five minutes
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: to ten minutes. If you don't get a deletion notice,
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: come back, all right, okay, all right, you all right.
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: Around for this guy.
- 1:01:12Speaker 18: Right, that was a moment I ain't want to say nine.
- 1:01:19Speaker 18: I'm like, damn, mister, thank you, thank you.
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: Chris. You know we said he was the most dangerous,
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: told you he's dangerous man.
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: All right, people are eye on her before we before
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: we get in the call, we're gonna go back. Uh
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: it's nine oh two, so we're gonna be wrapping around,
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: uh nine fifteen, nineteen twenty, so we'll see. We're gonna
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: come back to you before we in and see what happened.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: All right, Chris.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: So I'm gonna keep you right at the top. I'm
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: gonna keep you right up there.
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: This dangerous man, This is dangerous man.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: Shout out to MP, the mortgage guy on a super
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: Chat checking, shout out to cash phoone super Chat checking,
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: and shout out to the good brother credit dude, shout
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: out this credit.
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: Live Denise, we come to you, meet yourself.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: You've been up muted, live live studio, live live studio audience.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: Denise was going on, I mean yourself, you've been muted.
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: Was going, oh my god, hello, hello, Hello, good evening.
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: Oh I'm so excited.
- 1:02:22Speaker 14: Oh this is awesome, thank you so much, and great information,
- 1:02:26Speaker 14: just like dropping bombs. So my question is I heard
- 1:02:31Speaker 14: the last episode that you were on Marcus and you
- 1:02:33Speaker 14: were talking about tradelining. If you will go over that
- 1:02:37Speaker 14: a little bit more like how does tradelining work? How
- 1:02:40Speaker 14: can we make some money off of tradelining? That was
- 1:02:44Speaker 14: very very interesting.
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: Okay, we tradelines and explain something is that I'm clear
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: a lot of times people think that, like I teach
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: people to start a tradeline business, and a lot of
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: times people get confused and think that trade lines is
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: only authorized users, right, But you have trade lines like
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: my Jewelers Club is a trade line. Rent reporters is
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: a trade line, right, These are all things. A tradeline
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: is just a positive accounting of credit report. But when
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: it comes to authorized users, I tell people this is
- 1:03:15Speaker 7: that if I've seen people in the chat earlier asking hey,
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: what do you think about tradelines supply right? The issue
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: with that is that a lot of times people go
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: out and buy tradelines authorized users for people they don't know, right,
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: and it's just complete strangers. Well, when it comes to
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: adding people to your cars, it's certain cars that you
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: want to use. Right, I'm going to tell you, like
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: one of the banks, to kind of stay away from it.
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: Is like a Bank of America. Bank of America is
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: notorious for shutting you down. Meanwhile, American expressed to give
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: you ninety nine authorized users and nine authorized users, but
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: they don't report history. Right, So it's a lot to
- 1:03:49Speaker 7: really break this whole business model down. But to give
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: you a synopsis is that pretty much is that I
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: can add you on to my card as an authorized user.
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: So let's say I use a card like City Bank. Right,
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: I'm gonna give y'all want City Bank. I use a
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: car like City Bank. I add you on as authorized user.
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: I've had my car for ten years plus, my utilization
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: rate is under nine percent, one hundred percent payment history.
- 1:04:11Speaker 7: When I add you on as an authorized user, my
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: history now goes onto your credit report. If I charge
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: you six fifty, that's six hundred and fifty. But I
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: got ten slots available. So if I have ten slots
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: available and I add ten people, that's sixty five hundred dollars.
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: I'm gonna leave you on for sixty days, and it's
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: going to stay on your credit report for ninety The
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: thing about authorized users is that you can't build a
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: report off of authorized users. It's kind of just like
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: a cherry on the top to kind of help with
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: your data points. So you build your report out and
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: get the accounts, and then you use a thing like
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: an authorized user to kind of help and strengthen your
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: data points before you go out and apply. So it's
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: the thing that you add last. So when you add
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: a trade line last, you know this after you got
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: your credit report together. That's the reason why you only
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: need to be on there for ninety days because in
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: that timeframe you need to go out and apply for
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: the things that you're looking to acquire. Okay, and now
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: from there, what happens is is that now I've turned
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: my credit card from a liability into an actual asset
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: because now I'm making money off of it. Now I'm
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: making sixty five hundred every sixty days, that's forty thousand
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: dollars in a year. Right now, I don't have to
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: worry about going in a debt. I don't have to
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: worry about getting a credit card said, am I going
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: to pay it back? This? This, that, and the third.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: I'm literally using the bank's money to make money and
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: I'm never going into debt. Right And you see a
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: lot of people go, can we do this? Can we
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: do this, and it's like, yo, listen, you can't in
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: my mind right, and this is just you know, be
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: a friend and honest with everybody. Is this I have
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: to wirit me up. It's like, Yo, I got a
- 1:05:42Speaker 7: ten thousand dollars credit card. I don't want to, you know,
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: in fear of losing it. And I said, well, listen,
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: what's your utilization key? You're not supposed to use more
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: than thirty percent of a credit card? Right, You're not
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: supposed to use more than thirty percent of a credit card,
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: meaning if you're not gonna go over thirty percent. You
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: got a three thousand dollars credit card. I just told
- 1:05:59Speaker 7: you how to forty a year. You give me you
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: see the benefit of how it actually turns into an
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: actual asset versus holding on to a credit card for
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: emergency purposes. Make the thousand, put the ten thousand of cash,
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: and then what are we talking about? We can move forward, right,
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: And that's the mindset that we need to have when
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: it comes to, you know, actually turning liabilities into assets.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: But to answer your question, is select cars that you
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: want to use, add people as an authorized user, you
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: never give them access to your credit card. So that
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: way you don't send a car to them. You mel
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: it to you, Okay, you never give them access to
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: the car, so that way they can't use it and
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: go run it up. You put security, you put security
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: questions on your account. You also turn on your push
- 1:06:43Speaker 7: notifications on on your app for whichever credit card you're using.
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: So you know, just stay in the loop with everything
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: is going on and really watch the car. But you know,
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you guys, this is that every bank
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: does not allow this, So you guys have to be mindful.
- 1:06:59Speaker 7: I tell you guys like Bank of America, it's one
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: of the banks to stay away from. Maybe Federal is
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: not going to give you ten authorized users, They're going
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: to give you four. So you just want to be
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: mindful and really study and learn the banks. If you
- 1:07:09Speaker 7: can do your due diligence, go out and really do
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: research and try to find what banks are good and
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: that allow it, and you can build from there, or
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: you know, you can come come on the good side.
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: Session blue, session proof blue man.
- 1:07:26Speaker 14: Right, thank you so much for that information. Thank you,
- 1:07:30Speaker 14: thank you.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: Let's take let's take one more question.
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: I saw somebody on YouTube they had if you're having
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: if you're in Euy University and you're having a problem
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: getting in the Facebook group email in for Early Alesia,
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: but you have to have your real name on Facebook.
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: Sometimes people's names is like John Henry in real life,
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: with their Facebook name is like Eaglewood Superman, so it's
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: hard to ident That takes a little longer because it's
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: hard to identify because you don't know your real name.
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: But the quick solution is that it's just email in
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: for Earlesia. Five thousand people in that Facebook group, so
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: definitely want to take advantage of that if you if
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: you have a member university.
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: Shouts all the earners in the chat right now. They
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: everything that that Marcus is saying. They type it in
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: like yo, I got that way you misspelled something, No,
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: we got this. Shout all the earners. Man, it's there's
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: so many of the name they doing their thing. Hark
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: is hoppy and Pat I'm shut the chat. That's Marcus Barnes,
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: the most.
- 1:08:19Speaker 8: Dangerous, the most dangerous him, not them.
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: They get a boss that you've seen thus far, point
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: Dexter is this point Dexter, it's just bust down.
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: Now we're on point dex to today I'm not going
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: to do it all right, were on point dex to
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: today we.
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: Do point de time.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: Kenya, we are coming to you on mute yourself. You've
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: been unmuted. What's going on?
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: Hello?
- 1:08:41Speaker 14: Can you hear me?
- 1:08:42Speaker 10: Well?
- 1:08:43Speaker 8: Hear you perfectly? Where are you from?
- 1:08:45Speaker 7: I'm from Texas. I'm in Dallas, Texas.
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: Love it, love it.
- 1:08:49Speaker 13: So my question is, I know I hear him talk
- 1:08:52Speaker 13: a lot about credit score utilization to get a card.
- 1:08:55Speaker 13: So if you have a credit score, say it's seven thirty,
- 1:08:58Speaker 13: and you do have high utilization and you have like
- 1:09:02Speaker 13: funds to pay it down, how should you approach that
- 1:09:05Speaker 13: looking to start a business or something of that nature.
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: Does that make sense?
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: Can you give me a little more details?
- 1:09:12Speaker 13: Yes, So, say I have like a seven point thirty
- 1:09:15Speaker 13: and I have, like maybe I have brought five cards
- 1:09:17Speaker 13: and say two of them are at you know, higher.
- 1:09:20Speaker 7: Say eighty percent utilization.
- 1:09:22Speaker 13: If a stack of funds to pay something down, how
- 1:09:28Speaker 13: would I approach that?
- 1:09:29Speaker 17: Like?
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: What do you recommend?
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: One is that?
- 1:09:32Speaker 7: Should you just go and pay like fifty percent? No,
- 1:09:35Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you all this and be mindful too.
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: It's depending on what bank you're with. Be mindful when
- 1:09:44Speaker 7: you guys, let your utilization run high, because when you
- 1:09:46Speaker 7: start to pay it back, especially in the times that
- 1:09:48Speaker 7: we're in now, when you pay it back, they might
- 1:09:51Speaker 7: shrink your limits. So you might go back and pay
- 1:09:53Speaker 7: fifty percent off and they might come and say that's
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: that's find your new limit of three thousand. Thank you
- 1:10:01Speaker 7: for the money, and now you don't have access to it.
- 1:10:04Speaker 7: So don't let your utilization run high for a long time,
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: especially not right now while we're in a pandemic. Don't
- 1:10:10Speaker 7: let it run hot. So make sure you kind of
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: constantly knock that out. But I would pay it down.
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: If you got the capital to pay it down, I
- 1:10:19Speaker 7: will go ahead and chop it down. Because if you
- 1:10:21Speaker 7: had a seven thirty with utilization, your score is your
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: your report is already amazing. You'll be over a seven eighty.
- 1:10:28Speaker 7: With that being said, what's your limits? What's your that's
- 1:10:32Speaker 7: what kind of limits you out? They range from ten
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: to twenty, So you okay on your limits. I would
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: knock them down and focus on them for about six
- 1:10:40Speaker 7: months before going a five for credit ask for increases.
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: So if you got the capital, knock it down and
- 1:10:46Speaker 7: then ask for increases every six months. If you if
- 1:10:50Speaker 7: you haven't asked for an increase, knock that utilization down, right,
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: and so knock that utilization down. And if you haven't
- 1:10:57Speaker 7: asked for an increase in the last six months, wait
- 1:11:00Speaker 7: for about thirty days to sixty days after paying it
- 1:11:04Speaker 7: down and then calling and ask for an increase with
- 1:11:07Speaker 7: your utilization under nine percent? Great, Okay, thank you.
- 1:11:11Speaker 5: I've never asked for increase.
- 1:11:12Speaker 7: All right, thank you.
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: Appreciate you looking so yeah, I know, Uh, Marcus gotta
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: wrap so before we before we wrap it, I want
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: to just say a couple of different things. So first
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: and foremost, thank you for the game. If you haven't watched,
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: if you haven't watched Earn your LIGI this episode with Marcus,
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: please please do that, please rewatch this. And the most
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: important number for tonight is five hundred. So his his
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: name is him five hundred and his recession proof course.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: The cheapest place to get it on the marketplace is
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: rp x E y L dot com. That's what If
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: you watch the podcast, he did a special five hundred
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: dollars off and that includes tell him what that includes
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: with your with your recession proof includes, so.
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: With my recession proof when you join the recession through
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: family researchion profs. Not like a course, it's a family
- 1:12:02Speaker 7: that you join. And what we do is this is
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: I teach financial literacy. But my goal is to teaching
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: empower leaders of the community that's looking to help other people. Right,
- 1:12:11Speaker 7: So I teach you how to go out and really
- 1:12:14Speaker 7: clean and structure a credit report, set up your own
- 1:12:16Speaker 7: credit repair of business. Not only that, I teach you
- 1:12:19Speaker 7: how to set up a tradeline business, right, because once
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: somebody gets their credit repair and get their credit together,
- 1:12:25Speaker 7: then they need to actually learn how to build it.
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: And it's not all authorized users. I teach you different
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: things and ways to cover and use helping somebody build
- 1:12:32Speaker 7: their credit and get your mortgage paid. Right, These are
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: the type of things. So now you don't have to
- 1:12:37Speaker 7: pay a mortgage. So I teach you, guys that. I
- 1:12:41Speaker 7: also give you an ebook. So some people don't want
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: to pay for credit repair, they just need the information.
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: So everything that I know I put an ebook for
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: white labeled it so that way you guys can actually
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: take it and put your own, your own brand on it. Right,
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: And now they have a do it yourself credit repair
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: guide that you can sell. So now you sell them
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: an ebook. I also give you a click funnel to
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: sell the e book that's already pre built. All you
- 1:13:06Speaker 7: have to do is get somebody to put your graphics
- 1:13:08Speaker 7: in your logo. But I teach you how to set
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: your whole business up. I teach you how to set
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: up a tradeline business. I teach you how to set
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: up a funding business. In the funding business, I'll show
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: you how to get one hundred and fifty thousand, how
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: to go out basically and get fifteen credit cards with
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: only five inquiries. I also teach you business credit on
- 1:13:25Speaker 7: how to get credit up to two hundred and fifty
- 1:13:27Speaker 7: thousand with your social and without your social And then
- 1:13:30Speaker 7: I teach you how to do the funding business right.
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: If you guys go through my stories on my mentorship,
- 1:13:36Speaker 7: I walked somebody through and I got them one hundred
- 1:13:38Speaker 7: and ninety one thousand with my credit card sequence. It
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: took us an hour and a half and an hour
- 1:13:43Speaker 7: and a half, I mean nineteen grand. Because whenever you
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: help somebody get funded, you charge your back in fee
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: of ten percent. I teach you how to set that
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: money up and ensure that you get paid. Not only that,
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: then I teach you how to travel for free. I
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: teach you luxury cars, how to go out and get
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: luxury cars and only pay pennies on the dollar. I
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: had an I eate, paid eleven hundred, had it for
- 1:14:02Speaker 7: six months, right, And these are the type of things
- 1:14:06Speaker 7: like I teach you how to go out and get
- 1:14:09Speaker 7: how to travel for free, how to liquidate your credit
- 1:14:11Speaker 7: cards because I know a lot. I'm teaching you guys
- 1:14:13Speaker 7: about kind of pulling the money and switching it. But
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: we would have to have a whole lesson on how
- 1:14:19Speaker 7: to pull the money off without assessing the fear doing
- 1:14:22Speaker 7: a cash event. So I teach you guys how to
- 1:14:24Speaker 7: pull the money off the credit cards. That way you can,
- 1:14:26Speaker 7: you know, go and invest or hide your utilization. These
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: are all things that's included. Then I have weekly calls
- 1:14:33Speaker 7: where we have somebody come and teach.
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: So the thing is we learn how to get money
- 1:14:38Speaker 7: and you set your businesses up. But we want to diversify.
- 1:14:41Speaker 7: Every millionaire has seven streams of income. And so what
- 1:14:44Speaker 7: I did was I had, like my good friend Alex,
- 1:14:46Speaker 7: he came and he gave the infold of the seven
- 1:14:48Speaker 7: steps to start in the trucking company. I have my
- 1:14:51Speaker 7: friend Justin Owen's come and teach how to actually get
- 1:14:53Speaker 7: and invested in how to do four rex Wall Street trapper.
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: He came and taught us how to get it invested
- 1:15:00Speaker 7: in the stock market, how to break down a company
- 1:15:02Speaker 7: and know where to invest. So it's every you know,
- 1:15:04Speaker 7: we constantly teach different topics. The next one is the
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: touro how to actually start and scale a touro business profitable.
- 1:15:14Speaker 7: These are all the things that get taught in it
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: so that way you can establish more streams of income,
- 1:15:20Speaker 7: you know, and that's why we become recession pos session.
- 1:15:25Speaker 4: You have been so yeah, that's the website rp xyl
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: dot com. Cheapest price for that for Marcus's course, and
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: once again we want to thank you. And then, like
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: I said, the five hundreds a special number because Eyo University.
- 1:15:37Speaker 5: This is what we do every single week. We have
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: a class at Eyle University.
- 1:15:41Speaker 4: And the good thing about it is that once the
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: class is done in archives, but it's over one hundred
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: past classes, do weekly classes and like how Marcus walked
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: the young lady through as far as like that's the
- 1:15:53Speaker 4: different people say, like what's the difference between EU University
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: and just the regular podcast where it's like this is
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: actually interactive. You get to ask zoom questions, you get
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: to get your hand held and all of that. Of course,
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: MG the mortgage Guy put together the real Estate Blueprint
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: of how to buy a Home, and that's over one
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: hundred videos, over fifteen hours of content A to Z
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: that's included in Eyo University. We have movie club, we
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: have a book club, I have a financial planning call
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: once once a month. And the newest thing is that
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: we added our group chat, our investment group Chat. So
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: we're gonna do zoom calls with everybody in Eyo University
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: and just tell you the plays that we're making, give
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: you insight to our portfolio, and we're just gonna have
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: a discussion. Hopefully we can learn, we be able to
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: learn from somebody that's doing So we're just gonna have
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: like a whole group conversation of empowerment, investment, empowerment. We're
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: gonna let you know what we're doing and hopefully you
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: let us know what you're doing, and we're gonna put
- 1:16:45Speaker 4: together some plays and we're gonna make a lot of money.
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: So yeah, so that's we letting that that's that's seventy
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: five percent off for seventy two hours. That's five hundred
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: dollars for the entire year. Market said, that's extremely undervalue.
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: I agree with them.
- 1:16:59Speaker 7: Somebody to said in the in the comments, Ashley Alexander,
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: my viction, I just disputed. It has been deleted.
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: Come on, y'all, I'm the one, the one that you
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: just the one that you just spoke to. Yeah, no,
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: that was I got christ somebody else.
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: I got Christa right here waiting. Kristen, I'm used yourself.
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: You've been on you know what's going on stoup date.
- 1:17:19Speaker 15: Hey, so I just refreshed it. I don't see any
- 1:17:23Speaker 15: change yet, but I'm pretty sure the sun comes.
- 1:17:26Speaker 12: Through at some point.
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: Lock out of your logout, log back and again and
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: do it again and it'll it'll go through.
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: Thank you, Krista, Thank you all right, him, I know
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: you gotta I know you gotta go because you got
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: your your your your call.
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: So thank you, thank you for joining us.
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: This replay was going to be available on YouTube and
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: we'll also put it on podcast outlets on Friday, so
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: you can go back and check it out.
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: Last thing, real quick, I see that market shout out
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: to Marcus you put in the chat. Maybe somebody can
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: take advantage of this and say military people that are
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: in here. American Express Platinum has an annual charge of
- 1:18:04Speaker 3: five hundred and fifty dollars that can be completely waived
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: for military members.
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: So that's something that you know you could probably take
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: advantage of. Check it out. Appreciate that, Marcus.
- 1:18:12Speaker 5: Sure.
- 1:18:13Speaker 4: So all right, all right, gush, stay rocking with us.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: We'll see you next week, see you next month for
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: this one. Book club, we'll see you Sunday. Yeah, book club,
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: y mg de mortgage guy tomorrow tomorrow. What's what's the topic?
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: House hacking one on one? If you're in the blueprint,
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: you're part of the mentorship program. That's another thing. Real
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: estate mentorship program is part of the blueprint to ey University.
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: So house hacking one on one tomorrow, make sure.
