- 2:38Speaker 1: each day. I'm doing that today. We're doing a bit
- 2:41Speaker 1: of a crossover episode. You know, we talked about this.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I asked you, I said, I asked the chat, I
- 2:45Speaker 1: was like, should we do this? And everybody said, yes.
- 2:48Speaker 1: There were a lot of enthusiastic, all capital letter yeses
- 2:50Speaker 1: with exclamation points. So Dan and I have set this up.
- 2:53Speaker 1: We're doing it. We're going to do it on a
- 2:54Speaker 1: routine basis. It's going to be great. And so we'll
- 2:58Speaker 1: do it today. We'll do it. We'll do it live.
- 2:59Speaker 1: We'll do it today, Wednesday. It's wonderful. And then, of course,
- 3:02Speaker 1: the big national radio show coming up later today. And
- 3:04Speaker 1: that's a good thing because my pile of content, or
- 3:07Speaker 1: as Rush Limbaugh would say, my stack of stuff is
- 3:09Speaker 1: very tall today. It's very tall. I've got a lot
- 3:11Speaker 1: to get to. Mark Wayne Mullen was just sworn in
- 3:14Speaker 1: as the DHS secretary yesterday. Mark Wayne Mullen, DHS secretary.
- 3:20Speaker 1: It's official. We've got a new DHS secretary. Here he
- 3:22Speaker 1: is moments after being sworn in yesterday.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Cut one. Go.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Just seems surreal being in the Oval Office. And having
- 3:29Speaker 5: the President of the United States speak so highly of
- 3:34Speaker 5: me and then recognize my family and know my family
- 3:36Speaker 5: by name, it's humbling. And I never take it for granted.
- 3:41Speaker 5: But I made this very clear that I don't care
- 3:43Speaker 5: what color your state is. I don't care if you're
- 3:45Speaker 5: red or you're blue. At the end of the day,
- 3:48Speaker 5: my job is to be Secretary of Homeland and to
- 3:50Speaker 5: protect everybody the same. And we will do that.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just here to get every illegal out in
- 3:57Speaker 1: every state that I can. We got to protect people.
- 3:59Speaker 1: We have to protect people. You sure do. I mean,
- 4:02Speaker 1: just think about what's happening in places like Chicago, where
- 4:05Speaker 1: you get this poor girl murdered by an illegal alien.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Or places like Virginia, where you get this poor woman
- 4:11Speaker 1: stabbed to death by an illegal alien. The job that's
- 4:14Speaker 1: ahead of Mark Wayne Mullen is pretty big. It's a job,
- 4:17Speaker 1: by the way, that Kristi Noem, I think, handled pretty handily.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I know, you know, there's mixed opinions, apparently, on Kristi Noem.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 4:23Speaker 1: My opinion is I think she did a good job.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You know, she posted yesterday her gratitude to the president
- 4:29Speaker 1: of the United States for the role. And she said
- 4:31Speaker 1: it's been an honor and a privilege to serve as
- 4:33Speaker 1: the eighth secretary of DHS. And she wanted to thank
- 4:36Speaker 1: President Trump for entrusting her to lead DHS. The border
- 4:40Speaker 1: is the most secure in American history. That's not even
- 4:43Speaker 1: up for debate. It's the most secure in American history. DHS,
- 4:46Speaker 1: of course, tasked with securing that border. That's a big deal.
- 4:50Speaker 1: That's a big deal. Three million illegals have left the
- 4:53Speaker 1: United States. Notice she says left because it's a combination
- 4:56Speaker 1: of forcible deportations and self-deportations. Three million. Is that all
- 5:00Speaker 1: of them?
- 5:00Speaker 4: No.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I mean, Greg Bovino, you remember Greg Bovino? He just
- 5:03Speaker 1: did an exit interview with the New York Times. He
- 5:05Speaker 1: was saying he wishes he could get more. He wanted
- 5:07Speaker 1: to do more. Well, that's true for the rest of us.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Tom Holman wishes he could do more. Kristi Noem wishes
- 5:13Speaker 1: that she could do more. Stephen Miller wishes he could
- 5:16Speaker 1: do more. President Trump wishes he could do more. These
- 5:19Speaker 1: guys are trying to get illegals out of the country.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Three million out. Look, I had my doubts about Kristi
- 5:24Speaker 1: Noem when she came in. I've expressed this before. I
- 5:26Speaker 1: was concerned that she wasn't going to have the strength
- 5:28Speaker 1: to do this job. And she did. I think she
- 5:30Speaker 1: actually did it pretty well. And I think a lot
- 5:31Speaker 1: of the scandals that are being affixed to her by
- 5:35Speaker 1: the left, I think a lot of that is just
- 5:36Speaker 1: trumped up nonsense. And I don't mean trumped up to
- 5:39Speaker 1: reference President Trump. I just mean in the conventional way.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I think it's just nonsense what they've thrown at her. So, yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 1: that's it. She heads off to become the special envoy
- 5:48Speaker 1: for the Shield of the Americas, dealing with protecting the
- 5:51Speaker 1: Western Hemisphere now, working again still for the president of
- 5:54Speaker 1: the United States. That's really good. So now we have
- 5:59Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen. As I mentioned yesterday, we were wondering,
- 6:04Speaker 1: you know, are we going to get a quick replacement?
- 6:06Speaker 1: In Oklahoma, the answer is yes. Oklahoma Energy Executive Alan
- 6:11Speaker 1: Armstrong was sworn in yesterday as a United States senator.
- 6:16Speaker 1: If you're watching on Rumble, there's his mug. That's what
- 6:18Speaker 1: he looks like. So when you see him roaming the
- 6:19Speaker 1: halls of the Senate and potentially not answering your questions
- 6:22Speaker 1: about the Save America Act, there he is right there. Obviously,
- 6:26Speaker 1: the jury's still out on whether or not this guy
- 6:28Speaker 1: is going to be fighting hard for our interests. Kevin
- 6:31Speaker 1: Stitt is not exactly known as an aggressive MAGA Republican,
- 6:36Speaker 1: kind of a rhino guy, if you ask Oklahoma Republicans.
- 6:39Speaker 1: So we'll keep our eyes on this Alan Armstrong. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: he got sworn in yesterday. Kevin Stitt appoints him to
- 6:45Speaker 1: temporarily fill the seat. Again, that's a very temporary seat
- 6:48Speaker 1: fill because Mark Wayne Mullen's term was set to end
- 6:53Speaker 1: next January, 2027. So there's a— right now, you've got a
- 6:59Speaker 1: situation where— The president, President Trump has already endorsed a
- 7:03Speaker 1: guy called Kevin Hearn, Congressman Kevin Hearn, to be the guy,
- 7:08Speaker 1: to be the nominee and to win that seat and
- 7:11Speaker 1: replace Mark Wayne Wallen in the end. So this guy,
- 7:13Speaker 1: Alan Armstrong, is a placeholder right now. But we have
- 7:16Speaker 1: a Republican vote in the Senate. That's that's the move.
- 7:18Speaker 1: So the president hasn't raised a stink about this or anything.
- 7:22Speaker 1: He seems he seems fine with it. OK, I'm fine
- 7:25Speaker 1: with it for now. We need a lot of help
- 7:27Speaker 1: in the Senate, though. That's the truth. We'll get to that.
- 7:31Speaker 1: coming up a lot more on what's happening in the
- 7:32Speaker 1: Senate and that Save America Act. But let's focus on
- 7:35Speaker 1: the border for a moment, because I want to talk
- 7:37Speaker 1: about what's happening with DHS and these illegals. First, if
- 7:40Speaker 1: I could take a detour into some good illegal news
- 7:42Speaker 1: for you. Here's some good news for you. Texas is
- 7:48Speaker 1: banishing illegal aliens from having work licenses in the state.
- 7:52Speaker 1: You see this news overnight? This is a great piece
- 7:54Speaker 1: of news. I mean, we should highlight stuff like this.
- 7:57Speaker 1: We should? Yeah, we should. Okay, fine. I'll highlight it.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Look at this. Thousands of licensed workers in Texas could
- 8:03Speaker 1: be out of jobs now after a new rule change.
- 8:06Speaker 1: That's a local Fox affiliate out of Dallas-Fort Worth, Fox 4.
- 8:09Speaker 1: They see thousands of licensed workers. The headlines doesn't really
- 8:12Speaker 1: disclose what's happening, which is that illegal aliens are being
- 8:16Speaker 1: precluded from having work licenses that go to Americans. Dateline Austin, Texas.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Thousands of trained workers in Texas will likely lose their
- 8:26Speaker 1: ability to work legally after a state commission on Tuesday
- 8:29Speaker 1: passed a change to a decades-old rule. The Texas Department
- 8:33Speaker 1: of Licensing and Regulation has removed the ability for, they say,
- 8:36Speaker 1: undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens, local Fox affiliate, to earn licenses
- 8:42Speaker 1: and certifications, upholding a move by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
- 8:50Speaker 1: to kill a provision made in 2001. Guess who allowed,
- 8:55Speaker 1: this is an amazing story. So like, you know, you
- 8:59Speaker 1: see in the image here, this is like for guys
- 9:00Speaker 1: who are cutting hair and stuff, you know, you get
- 9:01Speaker 1: licenses from the state. Illegal aliens have been taking jobs
- 9:04Speaker 1: in the state of Texas. And Ken Paxton has said, no,
- 9:09Speaker 1: no bueno. No bueno. We're getting rid of that. So
- 9:12Speaker 1: now it's only for people who are legally here, American citizens.
- 9:16Speaker 1: It's not for illegal aliens. You don't get to have
- 9:18Speaker 1: the benefit of the licensure system if you invade our country,
- 9:24Speaker 1: you break our laws.
- 9:25Speaker 4: What?
- 9:26Speaker 1: So Ken Paxton bans it. Guess who put it in place?
- 9:30Speaker 1: You ready for this? The rule, which originated when then
- 9:34Speaker 1: Attorney General John Cornyn issued an opinion in 2001 allowing for, quote,
- 9:42Speaker 1: undocumented immigrants to get occupational licenses. Illegal aliens. Yeah, oh, look, B.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Schoen says, even before that disclosure came up just now, B.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Schoen says in the chat, it was probably a rhino
- 9:55Speaker 1: that allowed that to happen. Yeah, it was a rhino.
- 9:57Speaker 1: It was John freaking Corden. Look at this. We have
- 10:00Speaker 1: a runoff right now between the guy who lets illegal
- 10:03Speaker 1: aliens have licenses to work in the state of Texas
- 10:06Speaker 1: and the guy who says, no, that's not allowed. We
- 10:09Speaker 1: need to defend American citizens. Which one are you going
- 10:11Speaker 1: to go with, Texas? Which one? You notice President Trump
- 10:14Speaker 1: has withheld his endorsement in this race. You know, absent
- 10:18Speaker 1: endorsing Ken Paxton, at least he's not endorsing John Cornyn.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Holy cow. Unbelievable. Anyway, that's the update out of Texas.
- 10:28Speaker 1: That's a fun story. Isn't that a nice story? What
- 10:29Speaker 1: a nice heartwarming story of the law being enforced and
- 10:32Speaker 1: Americans being looked after. And one more for you as
- 10:36Speaker 1: we're on the issue of cracking down on illegals right now.
- 10:40Speaker 1: The Trump administration is pulling non-English speaking truck drivers off
- 10:45Speaker 1: the road right now. Take a look. This comes to
- 10:47Speaker 1: us by way of Fox News, highlighted by Andrew Colvett
- 10:51Speaker 1: over with the Charlie Kirk operation, the Charlie Kirk show.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Here's the Fox News report. This is just in the
- 10:56Speaker 1: last 24 hours. Take a look at this. It says
- 10:58Speaker 1: the Trump administration is pulling non-English speaking truckers right off
- 11:01Speaker 1: of America's highways.
- 11:02Speaker 6: D.O.T.
- 11:03Speaker 7: Tells me thousands of truckers have been taken out of
- 11:06Speaker 7: service nationwide for failing safety inspecting. But some companies just
- 11:10Speaker 7: rack up the violations bill and then.
- 11:12Speaker 1: They change their name. They're called chameleon carriers.
- 11:14Speaker 7: So the Trump administration is going after enforcing existing laws.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Like what?
- 11:18Speaker 1: Well, speaking English.
- 11:19Speaker 7: It's a requirement for truckers. Police say many cannot read
- 11:22Speaker 7: basic road signs or speak the language, something we saw firsthand.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 11:40Speaker 7: Okay, so didn't speak English, he said. This trucker failed
- 11:42Speaker 7: the test. He was taken out of service right away.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh at that, but that is hilarious.
- 11:49Speaker 1: What an exchange. The cop goes, can you speak any English?
- 11:53Speaker 4: No.
- 11:54Speaker 1: And they took him right out of service. Now he
- 11:55Speaker 1: can't be a trucker. It's amazing. You got to be
- 11:58Speaker 1: able to read the road signs. You got guys taking U-turns,
- 12:01Speaker 1: killing American citizens. Get them the hell off the road.
- 12:03Speaker 1: What is happening? You know, commercial driving is like the
- 12:08Speaker 1: number one job in almost every state in the whole country.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Commercial driving. American citizens want those jobs. They want to
- 12:14Speaker 1: be well-paid to do those jobs. Can you speak English?
- 12:19Speaker 4: No. All right.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Get the hell off the road. That's kind of a
- 12:22Speaker 1: precondition to get a CDL, that you can read English signs. Yeah.
- 12:27Speaker 1: All right. So there you go. That's the Trump administration
- 12:30Speaker 1: all over that. Additionally, you know, one of the issues
- 12:34Speaker 1: we have right now is we don't have enough ICE
- 12:36Speaker 1: agents out enforcing, going after illegal aliens at the moment
- 12:39Speaker 1: because the Democrats refused to fund DHS. Now, this doesn't
- 12:43Speaker 1: affect ICE. ICE is still getting paid, but TSA isn't.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And so we've been covering all week that what the
- 12:47Speaker 1: president has done, he's come up with a very clever,
- 12:49Speaker 1: a very clever, solution to the fact that we don't
- 12:53Speaker 1: have TSA agents showing up to work at airports. So
- 12:55Speaker 1: what are we going to do? Good news. We sent
- 12:58Speaker 1: ICE agents. ICE agents are at the airport right now,
- 13:01Speaker 1: and they're helping alleviate the stress at these airports. Take
- 13:05Speaker 1: a look here. These are ICE agents at the Houston airport.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Let's see, cut three here. Here's ICE agents at the
- 13:14Speaker 1: Houston airport yesterday. This was captured by Jenny Terr.
- 13:22Speaker 6: Look at that.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Guys handing out water bottles. Ice agent. The guys, people
- 13:27Speaker 1: in line, they're helping get people through. They're making sure
- 13:29Speaker 1: people are staying hydrated. This is smart. I'll tell you
- 13:33Speaker 1: why in a moment. This is a really, really smart thing.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Here's another one. Here's Houston Travelers. Jenny Terracatching, this one, too.
- 13:40Speaker 4: Cut, too.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Thank you, ice agents.
- 13:42Speaker 3: I wish.
- 13:44Speaker 8: I wish.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Thank you for your service.
- 13:46Speaker 9: Thank you very much.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Thank you for your service.
- 13:49Speaker 2: You're happy with ICE?
- 13:50Speaker 4: Yes. Okay. I like that.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I'm happy for the ICE. I'm happy for the ICE,
- 13:54Speaker 1: he says. I'm happy for the ICE and the bottle
- 13:57Speaker 1: of water he just got. He's very happy.
- 14:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And here's Phoenix. Here's what's going on in Phoenix. Phoenix
- 14:04Speaker 1: travelers loving it yesterday. Watch this. Cut four. When you
- 14:07Speaker 1: see ICE agents being deployed, what goes through your mind?
- 14:13Speaker 1: I like it. I mean, I think Trump's doing a
- 14:15Speaker 1: hell of a job.
- 14:16Speaker 10: I like it.
- 14:17Speaker 6: Most of the travelers we spoke with say, while it's
- 14:19Speaker 6: disappointing the current shutdown is having a negative impact on
- 14:21Speaker 6: TSA staff, they're pleased to see ICE agents stepping in.
- 14:25Speaker 1: They're protecting us.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Yeah, they're doing a good job.
- 14:29Speaker 1: They're protecting us. They're doing a good job. Yes, they are.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Here's another one. This one's out of Newark. This one is,
- 14:35Speaker 1: here's a traveler out of Newark in New Jersey. This
- 14:39Speaker 1: one was captured by, well, it was shared by the
- 14:41Speaker 1: White House. I'll share this one with you. This is
- 14:43Speaker 1: what it looks like right now.
- 14:44Speaker 9: Oh, they're right there.
- 14:46Speaker 1: All right, good to hear the help. They're not bothering nobody.
- 14:48Speaker 1: As long as they can check my bags and get
- 14:49Speaker 1: me on my flight, I'm good to go. Right? I
- 14:53Speaker 1: want to get to the Bahamas. As long as they
- 14:56Speaker 1: can check my bags and get me on my flight,
- 14:57Speaker 1: I'm good to go. The guy with the, what is that?
- 15:01Speaker 1: I was going to say a Yankees cap. That's a
- 15:03Speaker 1: Mets cap he's got on. It's an alternate colorway. He's
- 15:07Speaker 1: got a Mets cap on. He's very happy with ice
- 15:10Speaker 1: being at the airport. I love it. I love it. Now,
- 15:12Speaker 1: let me tell you why this is so freaking good.
- 15:15Speaker 1: In addition to the fact that they are actually helping
- 15:17Speaker 1: to alleviate some of the big lines that we're seeing
- 15:20Speaker 1: at the airports, which is true, it is happening. We're
- 15:22Speaker 1: seeing the lines go down. The other piece of this
- 15:26Speaker 1: is what a brilliant PR move by President Trump. I mean,
- 15:31Speaker 1: just think about how much these ICE agents have been
- 15:33Speaker 1: demonized by the left and the media. And they're just
- 15:37Speaker 1: like running around saying that these guys are brown shirts, Nazis,
- 15:41Speaker 1: they're hurting Americans, just this very week. You have lunatics
- 15:45Speaker 1: like Hakeem Jeffries saying when ICE gets to the airport,
- 15:48Speaker 1: they're going to kill people. They're going to kill people
- 15:51Speaker 1: is what Hakeem said, the dial-up Democrat, the guy with
- 15:54Speaker 1: the room temperature IQ. They're going to kill people. And then,
- 15:58Speaker 1: of course, when they get there, they're not killing people.
- 16:00Speaker 1: They're killing them with kindness. They're giving out water. They're
- 16:03Speaker 1: helping the lines. They're alleviating the pressure at the airports.
- 16:06Speaker 1: They're making the travel experience a lot better than it
- 16:08Speaker 1: was when Democrats were in control of the chaos.
- 16:11Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Now, ICE is doing a good thing. And so what's
- 16:14Speaker 1: happened is the president has not only sent backup in
- 16:17Speaker 1: to actually help with the logistics at the airport, he's
- 16:20Speaker 1: also created this amazing PR campaign for ICE, where now
- 16:25Speaker 1: these guys have a human face, a human presence, and
- 16:28Speaker 1: human interactions with American citizens who are all of a
- 16:31Speaker 1: sudden realizing, wait a second, these guys are not the
- 16:34Speaker 1: villains that I was told they were. I turn on
- 16:36Speaker 1: the news and it sounds to me like they're bad guys,
- 16:38Speaker 1: but I get to the airport and I encounter them.
- 16:41Speaker 1: They're actually... Decent people, they're handing out water bottles?
- 16:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:45Speaker 1: No, this is great. This is why, you know, for
- 16:47Speaker 1: years I've been talking about the value of school resource officers,
- 16:50Speaker 1: police officers, guys who work to help protect schools and
- 16:53Speaker 1: they're inside of the schools. The left hates this. They
- 16:55Speaker 1: hate when the cops are involved in protecting our kids' schools.
- 17:01Speaker 1: They think that They want to make excuses for criminality
- 17:05Speaker 1: at even a young age. They use phrases like the
- 17:06Speaker 1: school-to-prison pipeline. Like this idea that you should be able
- 17:10Speaker 1: to get away with committing a couple of crimes while
- 17:12Speaker 1: you're a child. Like, oh, no big deal. Little Timmy
- 17:15Speaker 1: brought a gun to school. It's fine. Oh, he stabbed somebody. Oh,
- 17:17Speaker 1: he got into a fistfight and beat somebody unconscious. Oh,
- 17:20Speaker 1: hold on a second. No. If you're not taught at
- 17:23Speaker 1: a young age that there are consequences to your actions,
- 17:26Speaker 1: imagine the kind of trauma, imagine the kind of nonsense
- 17:29Speaker 1: you're going to engage in when you get older and
- 17:31Speaker 1: how much more dangerous it could be. We got to
- 17:35Speaker 1: stop the nonsense while they're young. But they get the
- 17:38Speaker 1: cops out of the schools because they're like, oh, we
- 17:39Speaker 1: don't want any legal consequences for kids breaking the law,
- 17:42Speaker 1: for high schoolers breaking the law. It's idiotic. It's idiotic.
- 17:47Speaker 1: It's part of the left's long-running effort to demonize law enforcement,
- 17:50Speaker 1: to treat cops like they're the bad guys, like the
- 17:53Speaker 1: enforcers are actually the bad guys when they're not. And
- 17:58Speaker 1: so why I like school resource officers is it humanizes
- 18:01Speaker 1: the cops for the kids. It creates a human relationship
- 18:04Speaker 1: between the men and women of law enforcement and the
- 18:07Speaker 1: citizens that they're there to serve. The school resource officer
- 18:10Speaker 1: knows the kids' names. They call, they say, you know,
- 18:14Speaker 1: Officer Jim, good to see you. They see him in
- 18:16Speaker 1: the hallway. They're high-fiving. They talk every day. He knows
- 18:19Speaker 1: who the troublemakers are. I got my eye on you, Johnny.
- 18:21Speaker 1: This is the kind of stuff that we need. We
- 18:24Speaker 1: need that. And the left hates it. They really hate it.
- 18:28Speaker 1: So here's the president now humanizing ICE for the American public.
- 18:34Speaker 1: It's a masterstroke. It's a total masterstroke.
- 18:36Speaker 4: I love it.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Now, it's not stopping the left from lying about all this, though.
- 18:44Speaker 1: The left is continuing to lie, including in the most
- 18:47Speaker 1: ridiculous possible ways. Hold tight, because in a moment, I'm
- 18:50Speaker 1: going to play for you one of the A woman
- 18:53Speaker 1: who is clearly lying about what ICE agents are up
- 18:57Speaker 1: to at the airports right now. It's one of the
- 18:59Speaker 1: funniest videos I've seen all week. It's super great. It's

- 20:57Speaker 1: I've got one of those cherry blossoms, too. Who asked
- 20:59Speaker 1: me about, who, yeah, Petula said that. Yeah, I got
- 21:02Speaker 1: one of those. Yeah, I love the cherry blossoms. The, uh,
- 21:05Speaker 1: They're great in D.C.
- 21:06Speaker 11: Right now.
- 21:07Speaker 1: And they're, like, almost in full bloom, you know, around
- 21:09Speaker 1: the Tidal Basin. They're saying peak bloom is, I think,
- 21:12Speaker 1: going to be the first week of April this year.
- 21:14Speaker 1: The winter was a little cold, so a little bit
- 21:16Speaker 1: of delay on peak bloom. But, God, they're gorgeous. But, man,
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. The tourists, they slam that area
- 21:22Speaker 1: of the Tidal Basin. There's so many people out there.
- 21:25Speaker 1: They just want to see it. It looks really good.
- 21:26Speaker 4: All right.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Back to what's going on with ICE right now and
- 21:31Speaker 1: the TSA lines.
- 21:32Speaker 4: So.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Yesterday, you know how C-SPAN has this thing where you
- 21:36Speaker 1: can like call in and you claim to be a
- 21:38Speaker 1: Republican or a Democrat or an independent. I think a
- 21:41Speaker 1: lot of people just make it up. They just call
- 21:42Speaker 1: in to like try and troll the line that they're
- 21:44Speaker 1: not supposed to be on.
- 21:45Speaker 4: But whatever.
- 21:46Speaker 1: But C-SPAN opens up the lines and they get this Democrat,
- 21:49Speaker 1: this woman who calls in yesterday. And she claims and
- 21:52Speaker 1: you can tell she's clearly lying. She claims that she's
- 21:56Speaker 1: at the Atlanta airport right now. Hartsfield-Jackson. and it's chaos,
- 22:03Speaker 1: and that the ICE agents are intimidating everybody. Watch this hilarious,
- 22:09Speaker 1: clearly lying woman on C-SPAN.
- 22:11Speaker 9: What's happening at the Atlanta airport?
- 22:13Speaker 10: I am here.
- 22:14Speaker 9: So let me tell you, things are not moving swiftly
- 22:17Speaker 9: at the Atlanta airport. I've had relatives coming and going.
- 22:20Speaker 9: I've been assisting in getting them there and bringing them back.
- 22:24Speaker 9: It is chaotic. And ICE representatives have made it worse.
- 22:30Speaker 9: They are not doing anything but walking around, flexing, and
- 22:35Speaker 9: intimidating all of the people at the airport.
- 22:39Speaker 1: So, Terry, let me pause for a second.
- 22:42Speaker 5: Folks, we're showing you the current line structure when it
- 22:45Speaker 5: comes to Atlanta Airport.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Terry, go ahead.
- 22:49Speaker 12: Okay. Okay.
- 22:51Speaker 9: They're intimidating. They're walking around intimidating people. They don't know
- 22:54Speaker 9: the process for getting people through TSA because they haven't
- 22:59Speaker 9: been trained, and that's been said on both sides. But
- 23:02Speaker 9: once again, look at who's in charge. Who's in charge
- 23:06Speaker 9: of the executive branch and who's in charge of the
- 23:10Speaker 9: legislative branch? And that is where you lay the blame.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Okay. Are you seeing what I'm seeing? If you're not,
- 23:19Speaker 1: if you're just listening, you're not seeing what I'm seeing.
- 23:21Speaker 1: But on Rumble, tell me. As she's talking, they have
- 23:25Speaker 1: a live shot of the line in Atlanta. It's half empty.
- 23:30Speaker 1: They've got all these ropes and ropes and ropes and
- 23:33Speaker 1: ropes and no people. There's no people. She's like, it's
- 23:35Speaker 1: complete chaos. It's out of control. The lines are at
- 23:38Speaker 1: the door and the ICE agents are intimidating everybody. This
- 23:41Speaker 1: woman is full of shit. She's just lying. It's hysterical.
- 23:46Speaker 1: It's actually... Crazy. It goes to show you how deep
- 23:49Speaker 1: the brain rot runs, though, that some random Democrats go,
- 23:52Speaker 1: I know what I'm going to do. I'm going to
- 23:53Speaker 1: call C-SPAN and I'm going to tell them Atlanta's out
- 23:56Speaker 1: of control and it's Trump's fault. And actually, Trump fixed everything.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Trump fixed everything. It's on camera. I love the C-SPAN host,
- 24:02Speaker 1: by the way. If you've ever paused to listen to
- 24:04Speaker 1: C-SPAN the way they do these shows or have seen
- 24:06Speaker 1: the clips, I don't know. Do they train the C-SPAN
- 24:09Speaker 1: hosts to be like boring and robotic, like to strip
- 24:12Speaker 1: every last emotion out of their voice? Just for our
- 24:16Speaker 1: viewers right now, you have a live shot of what's
- 24:18Speaker 1: going on in Atlanta at the airport. OK, please continue.
- 24:22Speaker 1: This is hysterical.
- 24:25Speaker 11: It is.
- 24:25Speaker 1: It's like it's actually psychotic. And then this is you
- 24:29Speaker 1: want the fact check on this. CBS News talked to
- 24:33Speaker 1: the general manager of the airport yesterday. And here's what
- 24:37Speaker 1: the headline on the CBS piece doesn't actually tell the story.
- 24:39Speaker 1: This is insane. Long TSA lines at airport, Atlanta airport
- 24:43Speaker 1: drive travelers to buses and cars. And basically the whole
- 24:46Speaker 1: story is that people have become convinced that the airport
- 24:50Speaker 1: is just overwhelmed right now because of the TSA shortages
- 24:55Speaker 1: and that ICE isn't helping anything. And ICE is helping
- 24:58Speaker 1: a lot. And so as a result, people are opting
- 25:01Speaker 1: for like buses and cars, according to CBS. But here's what,
- 25:04Speaker 1: here's the best part of this piece. At the same time,
- 25:07Speaker 1: airport leaders said conditions have started to improve. Right now,
- 25:12Speaker 1: we're experiencing more calm than we've seen in a very
- 25:15Speaker 1: long time. This morning, we had about an average wait
- 25:19Speaker 1: time of about an hour to an hour and 45 minutes,
- 25:23Speaker 1: a much shorter wait time than we've experienced over the
- 25:26Speaker 1: last few days, said Ricky Smith, general manager of Hartsfield-Jackson.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Even with shorter lines, some travelers have already changed their plans. Anyway,
- 25:35Speaker 1: the point is CBS talks to the general manager. The
- 25:37Speaker 1: general manager is like, the lines are super short right
- 25:40Speaker 1: now relative to what they've been. It's the best we've
- 25:44Speaker 1: seen in a very long time. Anyway, so in case
- 25:51Speaker 1: you're wondering, Democrats, it turns out, lie. They lie a lot.
- 25:57Speaker 1: And they've trained– They're like the weak and vicious minds
- 26:00Speaker 1: in their base to do it too. I'm going to
- 26:02Speaker 1: call C-SPAN and lie about what's happening in Atlanta. Okay.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Show me video of an ICE agent intimidating anybody. In
- 26:09Speaker 1: a busy airport like Atlanta? You don't think that was
- 26:11Speaker 1: captured on video? It's not happening. It's not happening. It's
- 26:16Speaker 1: really funny. Anyway, it's hilariously false. And even CNN noticed
- 26:23Speaker 1: the fact that everything's improving in Atlanta. CNN, which is
- 26:26Speaker 1: headquartered in Atlanta... Here they are, cut sticks, watch.
- 26:30Speaker 2: There may be a celebration here at the airport before
- 26:32Speaker 2: it's all said and done, especially for the folks who've
- 26:33Speaker 2: been working nonstop, extra shifts. If you look right here,
- 26:37Speaker 2: you can see this is the main checkpoint. Almost no lines,
- 26:40Speaker 2: no waiting, Sarah. Unbelievable at this point. This morning started
- 26:45Speaker 2: briskly with a lot of people showing up here at
- 26:48Speaker 2: the airport. Lines were long. People were waiting about an hour.
- 26:51Speaker 2: But when that rush hour went away pretty quickly this morning,
- 26:54Speaker 2: we ended up with this. And there seems to be
- 26:56Speaker 2: more lines open than normal right now with the TSA
- 27:00Speaker 2: workers here breezing people through. In fact, a lot of
- 27:03Speaker 2: folks have been shocked at how short the lines are.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Take a listen to some of the folks we talked
- 27:08Speaker 2: to this morning.
- 27:11Speaker 4: I don't see how extra security could be bad, you know?
- 27:14Speaker 1: I mean, they're going to help out and.
- 27:18Speaker 4: You know, make things move a little faster. But whether
- 27:21Speaker 4: they're doing that or not, we don't know. But extra
- 27:24Speaker 4: security is always good to me.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It's nice to have extra security.
- 27:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Like in real people land, this is totally fine. Thank
- 27:32Speaker 1: you for helping us out, President Trump. So that's the assessment.
- 27:36Speaker 1: I don't imagine CNN is going to do a lot
- 27:38Speaker 1: of segments that sound like that. But there they are.
- 27:40Speaker 1: They go, well, we are in Atlanta. And it turns
- 27:42Speaker 1: out it's fine. It's fine.
- 27:46Speaker 4: It's fine.
- 27:46Speaker 1: No thanks to the left. No thanks to the left
- 27:49Speaker 1: at all. All right. Let's dive into here in just
- 27:53Speaker 1: a moment. I want to dive into a big thing
- 27:57Speaker 1: about the invasion of our country right now, speaking of illegals.
- 28:02Speaker 1: We have an update. The Supreme Court yesterday did oral
- 28:05Speaker 1: arguments about whether or not President Trump can turn away
- 28:09Speaker 1: so-called asylum seekers. People just show up at the border
- 28:13Speaker 1: and they say, let me in. I want to claim asylum. Like, well,
- 28:16Speaker 1: you're in Mexico. Aren't you in a safe country already, relatively?
- 28:19Speaker 1: This is a safe third country. Why can't you stay
- 28:21Speaker 1: in Mexico? You got to come to the United States?
- 28:23Speaker 1: You just go for gold? Can I do that too?
- 28:26Speaker 1: Can I just move into somebody's mansion and say, I
- 28:28Speaker 1: own it now? I'm claiming asylum. I want the mansion. What?
- 28:33Speaker 1: That's not how this, it's not how any of this works.
- 28:35Speaker 1: The Supremes heard the Supreme Court yesterday, heard this royal argument.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I'll get into the details of it. Justice Sam Alito was,
- 28:43Speaker 1: as usual, a star, total star. We've got a lot
- 28:46Speaker 1: to get to today. A lot to get to.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Don't worry.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I've got more. I'll get to it with Dan. I'll
- 28:51Speaker 1: get to it on the big national radio show. We've
- 28:52Speaker 1: got a lot to get to today.
- 28:54Speaker 12: All right.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I want you to think about something, though, as we
- 28:56Speaker 1: thank our great sponsors. 20 years ago, 2006. I know.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Can you believe it? 2006. 20 years ago, $ 20, 000 equaled
- 29:04Speaker 1: roughly 33 ounces of gold at the spot price. At
- 29:08Speaker 1: today's prices, those same 33 ounces, $ 150, 000. Man, how things change.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals.

- 30:26Speaker 1: a blanket? Yeah, it's amazing. It's really great. Allison uses

- 31:25Speaker 12: Ah, yes.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Okay. So the Supreme Court yesterday, oral arguments. So here's
- 31:30Speaker 1: the case. The New York Times summarized it this way, grumpily.
- 31:35Speaker 1: They're very angry about this, which means you and I
- 31:37Speaker 1: should be happy about it. The Supreme Court seems open
- 31:39Speaker 1: to Trump requests to block asylum seekers at the border,
- 31:45Speaker 1: at the border. You know, I just want to remind
- 31:48Speaker 1: people of the basics of what the word asylum even means.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Asylum is typically when, like, Like, for instance, in Australia,
- 31:55Speaker 1: they just were offering asylum to Iranian athletes so they
- 32:00Speaker 1: didn't have to go home to their psycho regime. Kind
- 32:04Speaker 1: of a limited thing where you basically offer a very
- 32:08Speaker 1: unusual courtesy, but it's under an extraordinary circumstance that you say,
- 32:11Speaker 1: how about this? You can stay in our country.
- 32:14Speaker 10: Right?
- 32:14Speaker 1: That's it. It's a big privilege, rarely used, and it
- 32:17Speaker 1: should be used in very limited circumstances for extraordinary cases.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Based on the way the left has used it, It's
- 32:23Speaker 1: just become like an easy access pass, a coupon to
- 32:27Speaker 1: get into the United States. And they're handing them out
- 32:30Speaker 1: to everybody. It's crazy. It's been absolutely crazy. So tens
- 32:34Speaker 1: of millions of people have poured into our country. People
- 32:36Speaker 1: are making ridiculous, fraudulent asylum claims. They're beginning the asylum
- 32:40Speaker 1: process and then never showing up to their court proceedings.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And the left is acting like, oh, that's totally fine. No,
- 32:45Speaker 1: it's not totally fine. It's completely out of control. And
- 32:49Speaker 1: the New York Times indicates today that they're grumpy about
- 32:52Speaker 1: the fact that the Supreme Court seems very ready right now,
- 32:54Speaker 1: as of yesterday's oral arguments, to agree with President Trump
- 32:58Speaker 1: that he can stop people from just pouring into the country.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I claim asylum and then instantly getting in. Again, how
- 33:06Speaker 1: about no? A majority of the Supreme Court justices seemed
- 33:10Speaker 1: sympathetic on Tuesday to the idea that the Trump administration
- 33:12Speaker 1: should be able to turn away so-called, I'm adding so-called,
- 33:16Speaker 1: asylum seekers along the U.S.-Mexico border. If the court backs
- 33:21Speaker 1: the administration, it will allow President Trump to revive his policy, well,
- 33:26Speaker 1: actually a policy first used in 2016, in which the
- 33:29Speaker 1: government stopped asylum seekers from setting foot on U.S. soil,
- 33:34Speaker 1: where federal law would entitle them to try to claim
- 33:36Speaker 1: asylum and receive protection from persecution.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Okay.
- 33:40Speaker 6: All right.
- 33:40Speaker 1: So enough of the New York Times. Let's hear Sam
- 33:42Speaker 1: Alito yesterday. Justice Sam Alito carefully explaining to the low
- 33:48Speaker 1: IQ lefty justices on the bench what the asylum laws
- 33:52Speaker 1: even say.
- 33:53Speaker 3: Listen, both you and Justice Sotomayor and Justice Jackson on
- 33:59Speaker 3: several occasions have used the phrase arriving at. I think
- 34:03Speaker 3: you said you arrived at your house, but that's not
- 34:07Speaker 3: the term. that is in the statute. Do you think
- 34:10Speaker 3: there is no difference between arriving at a location and
- 34:14Speaker 3: arriving in the location? Does a person arrive in the
- 34:18Speaker 3: house when the person is not in the house and
- 34:21Speaker 3: is knocking at the door, asking to be admitted.
- 34:23Speaker 10: To the house?
- 34:24Speaker 6: Yes, I think here the door is open. The officer
- 34:27Speaker 6: is standing on the other side of the threshold.
- 34:30Speaker 1: The door is open? The door's not open. No open door.
- 34:35Speaker 1: What the hell are you even talking about? Justice Alito
- 34:39Speaker 1: is right. This is about right now, the asylum laws
- 34:44Speaker 1: apply to people who are physically present in the United States,
- 34:48Speaker 1: physically present in the United States or arrives in the
- 34:52Speaker 1: United States. So the game is keep them out. Stop them.
- 34:57Speaker 1: If you're trying to come here and claim asylum. How
- 35:00Speaker 1: many safe third countries are you transiting through before you
- 35:03Speaker 1: decide to go for the gold? I'm going for the best.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I want to go in the United States. They're going
- 35:07Speaker 1: to give me money. There's going to be all sorts
- 35:09Speaker 1: of goodies waiting for me. How about no? How about no?
- 35:12Speaker 1: If you're actually claiming asylum, you're leaving a country where
- 35:14Speaker 1: you're in distress and you have a credible fear, claim
- 35:18Speaker 1: asylum in the next country you get to. You don't
- 35:21Speaker 1: have to do it here.
- 35:21Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 35:24Speaker 1: So the Supreme Court, this is a series of big
- 35:27Speaker 1: decisions this week or a series of big oral arguments
- 35:29Speaker 1: this week where the Supremes seem very likely to side
- 35:32Speaker 1: with President Trump. One of them, a huge one, is
- 35:35Speaker 1: what we heard two days ago, which is that they
- 35:37Speaker 1: may not allow any more ballots to be just pouring
- 35:41Speaker 1: in after election day nationwide.
- 35:43Speaker 4: Good.
- 35:44Speaker 1: That would be a massive improvement to our election system.
- 35:47Speaker 1: A massive one. And then, of course, this asylum case.
- 35:51Speaker 1: We'll keep an eye on all of that. Decisions expected
- 35:55Speaker 1: in the months ahead. Now, on elections... It's time for
- 35:58Speaker 1: a Save America update, which means it's time for me
- 36:02Speaker 1: to gavel in. Oh, there we go. There we go.
- 36:06Speaker 9: Sorry.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Sound effect. Didn't exactly work that time. We've gaveled in
- 36:10Speaker 1: to Save America updates. John Thune is flapping his lips,
- 36:16Speaker 1: but I'm not convinced he's actually trying to achieve much
- 36:19Speaker 1: for us here, which is, of course, the thing we've
- 36:20Speaker 1: been suspicious about the entire time. John Thune is.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Let's I'm going to skip the voter ID amendment thing.
- 36:28Speaker 1: He wants to he wants to test Democrats this week
- 36:30Speaker 1: with a voter ID amendment. OK, test Democrats. Give me
- 36:34Speaker 1: another show vote to prove the Democrats suck. But here's
- 36:37Speaker 1: let's get into Mark Wayne Mullen first. Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 36:41Speaker 1: who just left the Senate, he's now the DHS secretary.
- 36:44Speaker 1: He he was asked about this yesterday. What's the state
- 36:47Speaker 1: of play in the Senate? Which you just laughed. And
- 36:49Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen said, well, Lindsey Graham's leading an attempt
- 36:52Speaker 1: to get the Save America Act passed through something called reconciliation.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Cut nine. Watch former Senator Mullen explain.
- 37:00Speaker 5: Lindsey Graham, the chairman where the reconciliation will funnel through,
- 37:05Speaker 5: he is committed to making sure we get reconciliation through.
- 37:09Speaker 5: If that is in some form with funding ICE, possibly
- 37:14Speaker 5: backfilling from the one big beautiful bill, but also more importantly,
- 37:18Speaker 5: the Save America Act. There's a framework that we can
- 37:21Speaker 5: do through reconciliation, paying for it, put some of the
- 37:24Speaker 5: policies that cost money in, because there's nothing more important
- 37:28Speaker 5: than the Save American Act. I mean, that's what the
- 37:30Speaker 5: American people want. There's 80% of the population say they
- 37:33Speaker 5: want only Americans voting, citizens that are registered to vote,
- 37:39Speaker 5: citizens that have done it the right way. And I
- 37:42Speaker 5: believe that everybody wants an election in charity. So fortunately,
- 37:46Speaker 5: Lindsey Graham has said through reconciliation, he's willing to put
- 37:50Speaker 5: the framework out for that.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Do you trust Lindsey Graham? Chat, we trust Lindsey Graham
- 38:03Speaker 1: to navigate the Save America Act for us? Is he
- 38:09Speaker 1: the guy we would turn to?
- 38:11Speaker 11: You know?
- 38:12Speaker 1: What did they call that gang of eight bill back
- 38:14Speaker 1: in the day, the amnesty bill? What was the name
- 38:16Speaker 1: for that? Graham-nesty. Remember that? No, chat does not trust
- 38:23Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham.
- 38:24Speaker 6: No.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Okay, maybe don't let Lindsey Graham get near the Save
- 38:29Speaker 1: America Act. Let's keep him away from that. Just get
- 38:32Speaker 1: a yes vote. If we could just get a yes
- 38:34Speaker 1: vote from that guy and then just leave him out
- 38:35Speaker 1: of the rest of the process, that would be good. Graham-nesty.
- 38:40Speaker 1: All right, so reconciliation. That's what Mark Wynn Mullen is
- 38:44Speaker 1: talking about. That's what they're talking about in the Senate. Okay.
- 38:48Speaker 1: John Thune confirms that this is what they're considering. Here's
- 38:52Speaker 1: what he said. Cut 10 yesterday. Watch this.
- 38:55Speaker 11: Budget reconciliation, as I've said before, you have to have
- 38:58Speaker 11: a reason to do it. And if we have reasons
- 39:00Speaker 11: to do it and we may very well may. And
- 39:03Speaker 11: I think there are a number of our colleagues in
- 39:05Speaker 11: the Senate. We just came out of a luncheon where
- 39:08Speaker 11: this was discussed. And I think there's a lot of support.
- 39:11Speaker 11: for a budget reconciliation bill. We have two legislative vehicles,
- 39:14Speaker 11: as you know, available to us. So we could tee
- 39:17Speaker 11: one of those up and, um, and that's an option.
- 39:22Speaker 1: All right. So Washington is building up a full head
- 39:25Speaker 1: of steam to abandon you, which is what's happening right now.
- 39:29Speaker 1: This Rick, thing is going to be a disaster if
- 39:32Speaker 1: that's what they actually pursue. And there's a number of
- 39:34Speaker 1: people saying that. Let me start with Sean Davis on
- 39:36Speaker 1: this one. Sean Davis, as always, smart guy. He says,
- 39:42Speaker 1: this is shiny object BS. Shiny object, like, look over there.
- 39:47Speaker 1: It's meant to distract from a garbage deal that's about
- 39:49Speaker 1: to be rammed down our throats. You cannot do any
- 39:53Speaker 1: substantive policy from the Save America Act via reconciliation, absent
- 39:59Speaker 1: 60 votes. You still need 60 to waive a ton
- 40:02Speaker 1: of points of order. By statute, the reconciliation process prohibits
- 40:09Speaker 1: policy provisions with only tangential budget effects. The Save America
- 40:15Speaker 1: Act will fall under these rules, which are collectively known
- 40:18Speaker 1: as the Byrd rule. the bird rule. I'll get to
- 40:21Speaker 1: that in a moment. Sean says, I'm told Lindsey Graham,
- 40:25Speaker 1: a drunken warmonger who seems hellbent on destroying the Trump presidency,
- 40:29Speaker 1: is responsible for pushing this idiotic maneuver.
- 40:33Speaker 4: All right.
- 40:35Speaker 1: So Sean Davis, if Sean Davis says it, I take
- 40:38Speaker 1: it as a serious warning sign. This is a big deal.
- 40:41Speaker 1: This is a big deal, meaning it's a stunt. And
- 40:45Speaker 1: just to give you a sense of the Byrd rule,
- 40:47Speaker 1: you've heard this before, likely, in these reconciliation fights. The
- 40:51Speaker 1: Byrd rule was named after the KKK Democrat Robert Byrd,
- 40:57Speaker 1: longtime Senate guy. And they have something called the Byrd rule.
- 41:01Speaker 1: It started as just a simple rule in the Senate,
- 41:06Speaker 1: and then it actually became the law in the Senate.
- 41:08Speaker 1: They passed a statute, so it's officially the law. And
- 41:12Speaker 1: what it does is it says that anything that only
- 41:17Speaker 1: has a very minimal impact on the budget, that's really
- 41:21Speaker 1: more policy than budget-oriented, is extraneous and can't actually pass
- 41:26Speaker 1: via reconciliation. So if it involves a meaningful policy change
- 41:32Speaker 1: of any kind without any meaningful budgetary impact, it can't
- 41:36Speaker 1: be included. It can't be included. So the way this
- 41:40Speaker 1: is done is the Senate parliamentarian gets to make a
- 41:44Speaker 1: call here and any senator gets to raise an objection
- 41:49Speaker 1: to trigger the exclusion of all of these policies that
- 41:54Speaker 1: we want. And then the bill is subjected to what
- 41:57Speaker 1: they call a birdbath. Isn't that cute? A birdbath. And
- 42:01Speaker 1: the birdbath basically pulls out all the stuff that we want.
- 42:05Speaker 1: So basically, everybody that is on our side on this
- 42:10Speaker 1: is telling us immediately, guys, this is not going to
- 42:13Speaker 1: get us anything that we want. Nothing meaningful is going
- 42:16Speaker 1: to come from this. Mike Lee says that this is
- 42:22Speaker 1: not going to be able to pass through budget reconciliation.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Here's Mike Lee. I want to share this with you.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Here's Mike Lee sharing this to social media overnight, saying, guys,
- 42:31Speaker 1: don't fall for this. This is not going to work.
- 42:34Speaker 12: There are a lot of things that can be passed
- 42:36Speaker 12: through a Senate procedure known as budget reconciliation through which
- 42:39Speaker 12: we can pass things with a simple majority vote. The
- 42:43Speaker 12: Save America Act isn't one of those things. It can't
- 42:46Speaker 12: pass through budget reconciliation because it's a policy. It is
- 42:51Speaker 12: not budgetary. And even if you attach money to it,
- 42:54Speaker 12: there are things at the margins we could do to
- 42:57Speaker 12: help facilitate compliance with it. But the restrictions themselves have
- 43:01Speaker 12: basically zero chance of meeting the standard to pass through
- 43:06Speaker 12: budget reconciliation. So look, regardless, there are other reasons out
- 43:10Speaker 12: there to do budget reconciliation. Do not be fooled into
- 43:12Speaker 12: thinking that we can set down the Save America Act
- 43:16Speaker 12: and just pick it up on budget reconciliation.
- 43:18Speaker 1: That's not going to work.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Thanks.
- 43:20Speaker 1: That's not going to work? Thanks. Anna Paulina Luna, also
- 43:23Speaker 1: among the people flagging this, look, she says the Senate
- 43:26Speaker 1: is sidestepping the Save America Act. During the last reconciliation,
- 43:29Speaker 1: the parliamentarian stripped out a significant amount. Now the Senate's
- 43:35Speaker 1: looking to play the blame game with the parliamentarian. Yeah,
- 43:38Speaker 1: that's the move. They're like, oh, the parliamentarian stripped it out,
- 43:40Speaker 1: so sorry, we tried. Under reconciliation, you can't legislate policy,
- 43:44Speaker 1: meaning you cannot include the Save America Act. I will
- 43:48Speaker 1: be a no on reconciliation, says Anna Paulina Luna. Stop
- 43:52Speaker 1: sidestepping America, John Thune. They're literally trying everything they can
- 43:56Speaker 1: to get out of voting for voter ID, and it's disgusting.
- 43:59Speaker 1: So Anna Paulina Luna, who has been heroic on this
- 44:01Speaker 1: as well, saying that. And then the House Freedom Caucus
- 44:04Speaker 1: comes in from the top rope and they point out
- 44:06Speaker 1: something that is really, really important here, which is, remember,
- 44:12Speaker 1: the reason Senate Republicans have been claiming that they can't
- 44:15Speaker 1: use the talking filibuster is because they're scared of the
- 44:18Speaker 1: open amendment process. Oh, Democrats are going to be able
- 44:21Speaker 1: to present amendments if we do a talking filibuster. Well,
- 44:24Speaker 1: hold on a damn second. Democrats will be able to
- 44:27Speaker 1: present amendments if you do reconciliations. House Freedom Caucus says this.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Senate Republicans refused to force a talking filibuster to pass
- 44:38Speaker 1: the Save America Act because it would have allowed Democrats
- 44:41Speaker 1: to offer unlimited amendments. Now Senate Republicans claim they will
- 44:44Speaker 1: pass it via reconciliation, which may not even be possible
- 44:47Speaker 1: under the Senate's rules, which would allow Democrats to offer
- 44:52Speaker 1: unlimited amendments. This is gaslighting. The American people are not
- 44:58Speaker 1: stupid and will not accept more failure theater from Republicans
- 45:01Speaker 1: in Congress. Pass the Save America Act now. I told
- 45:09Speaker 1: you yesterday when this reconciliation thing was coming up, it
- 45:11Speaker 1: was popping up as we were starting our program yesterday.
- 45:14Speaker 1: I was like, keep your head on a swivel. Let's
- 45:15Speaker 1: see what is even possible here. And then I was
- 45:17Speaker 1: reminded of all the birdbath horse crap and the fact
- 45:20Speaker 1: that you can't actually do meaningful policy changes through this.
- 45:23Speaker 1: And all these guys came out. I'm glad everybody rallied
- 45:26Speaker 1: here because you got to fight back against this. You
- 45:29Speaker 1: have to actually get real, real, authentic improvements to our
- 45:36Speaker 1: election system. None of this sort of cheap, shiny object nonsense.
- 45:41Speaker 4: None of it.
- 45:43Speaker 1: And yet we're getting served a lot of that. Don't
- 45:45Speaker 1: fall for it. Don't fall for it. Let's move on
- 45:50Speaker 1: to something else that happened yesterday that is super important.
- 45:53Speaker 1: The Senate yesterday held a hearing on the unconstitutional Jack
- 45:59Speaker 1: Smith special counsel operation to destroy America. Yeah, Jack Smith.
- 46:03Speaker 1: Remember the election meddling operation the Biden administration launched to
- 46:07Speaker 1: try and steal the 2024 election? Yeah. We got more
- 46:13Speaker 1: on this yesterday. Now, the day started with a big
- 46:16Speaker 1: exclusive from Reuters, which I highlighted yesterday for you a
- 46:20Speaker 1: little bit, but just to give you some perspective on it.
- 46:23Speaker 1: The FBI investigation into Kash Patel was more extensive than
- 46:27Speaker 1: previously reported. Jana Winter reporting this at Reuters. the special
- 46:32Speaker 1: counsel investigation into Cash. The FBI director demanded more than
- 46:37Speaker 1: two years of his phone records, text messages, and financial information.
- 46:42Speaker 1: This is according to two grand jury subpoenas and non-disclosure
- 46:46Speaker 1: orders viewed by Reuters. In other words, they were spying
- 46:49Speaker 1: on Cash Patel, but they didn't want him to know
- 46:53Speaker 1: about it. They didn't want him to know. They sought
- 46:58Speaker 1: a lot on cash. What did they seek? They sought,
- 47:00Speaker 1: it was a lot more than previously reported. They sought
- 47:03Speaker 1: his phone, his online usernames, his text messages, mailing and
- 47:09Speaker 1: email addresses, billing, IP addresses, bank account information. They wanted
- 47:14Speaker 1: it all. They wanted it all. Spying on cash. Infuriating. Now,
- 47:23Speaker 1: the reason we know this, in case you're like, where
- 47:26Speaker 1: did this come from? What's the FBI doing about it?
- 47:28Speaker 1: The FBI found this stuff. There's a lot of this
- 47:32Speaker 1: stuff was squirreled away into like prohibited access environments. It
- 47:36Speaker 1: was made difficult for the new leadership to even find it.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Cash is finding it. He's turning it over to the Senate,
- 47:43Speaker 1: making sure they have it. You think Cash is sitting
- 47:46Speaker 1: back and letting the people who've committed crimes against him
- 47:49Speaker 1: get away with it? Hell no. That guy's supercharged to
- 47:52Speaker 1: take them down. In fact, I've got more on that
- 47:54Speaker 1: in just a moment on why there is some cause
- 47:56Speaker 1: for hope that these guys will actually face justice. But
- 48:00Speaker 1: I want to take you to yesterday's Senate hearing. Here's
- 48:04Speaker 1: the great Margo Cleveland over at The Federalist breaking down
- 48:08Speaker 1: some of the chaos on the way Jack Smith was
- 48:10Speaker 1: violating the civil liberties of all these great Americans and
- 48:13Speaker 1: then hiding it, including from people inside of the government.
- 48:17Speaker 1: This was prohibited access. Watch, cut 11. Here's Margo.
- 48:21Speaker 6: The target was Trump. Holser, along with Cooney, drafted a
- 48:25Speaker 6: memorandum to justify subpoenaing the toll records of about a
- 48:29Speaker 6: dozen members of Congress, notwithstanding internal email discussions acknowledging a
- 48:35Speaker 6: clear speech or debate clause problem. They then hid the
- 48:39Speaker 6: details of those subpoenas using the prohibited access functionality of Sentinel,
- 48:45Speaker 6: which ghosted the FBI records. As this committee well knows,
- 48:49Speaker 6: because many of you were victims, Smith approved the subpoenas
- 48:54Speaker 6: and obtained the toll records of Senators Blackburn, Graham, Hagerty, Hawley, Loomis, Johnson, Kennedy, Scott, Sullivan,
- 49:03Speaker 6: and Toberville. Only Senator Cruz escaped the invasion into his
- 49:07Speaker 6: privacy and the violation of the speech or debate clause
- 49:11Speaker 6: because his cell phone provider questioned the subpoena.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Isn't that amazing? So Jack Smith, by by now this
- 49:22Speaker 1: is known, it should be well known, Jack Smith was
- 49:24Speaker 1: spying on the Senate. He was spying on members of Congress. Non-disclosures,
- 49:31Speaker 1: Judge Boasberg, who by the way should be impeached, whatever
- 49:34Speaker 1: happened to that initiative? Remember, the people got worked up.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Are we going to impeach Judge Boasberg? Is the House
- 49:39Speaker 1: going to impeach him? He was spying on all these guys.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Members of Congress. And again, as I said at the time,
- 49:50Speaker 1: and I'll repeat now, if they can do that to
- 49:53Speaker 1: members of Congress, what chance do the rest of us have?
- 49:56Speaker 1: If they can do that to the most powerful people
- 49:57Speaker 1: in our government, what chance do the rest of us have?
- 50:00Speaker 1: If they can do it to Donald Trump and the
- 50:02Speaker 1: people around him, what chance do the rest of us have?
- 50:05Speaker 1: You think the civil liberties violations aren't rampant? Come on now.
- 50:13Speaker 1: So we get that yesterday from Margo Cleveland. Mike Lee
- 50:16Speaker 1: also exposed a lot of these rampant legal violations. Mike Lee,
- 50:19Speaker 1: here he is, cut 12. Watch.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Mr.
- 50:21Speaker 12: Chamberlain, I'd like to start with you. Your testimony focuses,
- 50:25Speaker 12: among other things, on an FBI recording. of a 2023
- 50:30Speaker 12: phone call between Susie Wiles, who was at the time
- 50:34Speaker 12: managing President Trump's presidential campaign, and her lawyer. Now, according
- 50:39Speaker 12: to the FBI, the lawyer was aware of the recording.
- 50:43Speaker 12: But isn't it true that the lawyer denied that he
- 50:46Speaker 12: had ever consented to that arrangement?
- 50:48Speaker 6: That's true.
- 50:49Speaker 1: That was widely reported.
- 50:50Speaker 12: And if, in fact, the lawyer did not consent, your
- 50:53Speaker 12: testimony today is that this This would have been and
- 50:56Speaker 12: was an illegal wiretap by the FBI in the absence
- 51:00Speaker 12: of her of her lawyer's consent with the FBI.
- 51:04Speaker 4: That's correct.
- 51:05Speaker 12: And the FBI designated this as a prohibited file to
- 51:09Speaker 12: prevent anyone from finding out about it.
- 51:11Speaker 1: That seems to be correct, yes.
- 51:12Speaker 12: Okay, so they did something they weren't supposed to do.
- 51:14Speaker 12: Then they designated it as a prohibited file to cover
- 51:17Speaker 12: it up. In general, should the president be able to
- 51:19Speaker 12: direct the FBI to spy on the campaign of his
- 51:23Speaker 12: political opponent?
- 51:24Speaker 1: Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Yeah, in normal world, no, you
- 51:29Speaker 1: should not be able to use the government to spy
- 51:31Speaker 1: on your political opponent, which of course is what the
- 51:34Speaker 1: Biden administration was doing through the unconstitutional Jack Smith operation.
- 51:41Speaker 1: And then Mike Lee goes on to say, wait a second,
- 51:42Speaker 1: this is like, people are talking, you know, one of
- 51:45Speaker 1: the great surveillance scandals in American history has always been Watergate, Watergate. Well,
- 51:51Speaker 1: they wiretapped the DNC. What? Watergate? Cut 13. Here's Mike
- 51:57Speaker 1: Lee talking about that comparison with Will Chamberlain.
- 52:01Speaker 12: And isn't listening to a private conversation between a presidential
- 52:05Speaker 12: campaign manager and her lawyer, in many ways, much more
- 52:09Speaker 12: serious as an abuse of government power than an attempted
- 52:13Speaker 12: wiretap of the DNC headquarters in Watergate.
- 52:16Speaker 1: Correct, because there's two... interest being invaded.
- 52:19Speaker 12: First, it's just the wiretap generally, but then it's doubly
- 52:22Speaker 12: invasive because it's supposed to be a privileged conversation. A
- 52:25Speaker 12: privileged conversation, which regardless of who's involved in it, is
- 52:28Speaker 12: supposed to be privileged. And that takes on additional flavor
- 52:31Speaker 12: and additional degrees of seriousness when that person happens to
- 52:36Speaker 12: be a client represented by a lawyer who happens to
- 52:40Speaker 12: be managing the presidential campaign of the then incumbent president's
- 52:45Speaker 12: lead and exclusive challenger, effectively.
- 52:49Speaker 1: They're spying, lying, and covering it up. You've got all
- 52:53Speaker 1: the elements of criminality going on here. So on this,
- 52:59Speaker 1: and by the way, the Watergate comparison, here's Ted Cruz
- 53:01Speaker 1: making it. I'll show that to you real quick. Cut 14.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Here's the Watergate comparison.
- 53:05Speaker 10: Watergate was about a handful of files in a single office.
- 53:10Speaker 10: This reached into tens of thousands of private communications, emails, records,
- 53:15Speaker 10: and personal data, toll records, bank records, Donor lists, law
- 53:21Speaker 10: firm records, and other personal files relating to every major
- 53:26Speaker 10: conservative organization were subpoenaed.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Yeah. It's nothing like Watergate. Watergate was a knock-knock joke
- 53:34Speaker 1: compared to this. It's ridiculous. So here's the thing. This
- 53:41Speaker 1: the question is, OK, so what do we do about this?
- 53:42Speaker 1: What do we do about this? How do you hold
- 53:44Speaker 1: these people accountable? I need to remind everybody. Do you
- 53:47Speaker 1: feel like sometimes like that the whole Internet forgets all
- 53:50Speaker 1: context every like everywhere, like they have no idea what's
- 53:53Speaker 1: going on outside of the day that they're living in?
- 53:56Speaker 1: Like they open their eyes, they stare at one headline
- 53:58Speaker 1: and they think that's the totality of American history. That
- 54:01Speaker 1: happens all the time. And I know it's easy to
- 54:02Speaker 1: forget sometimes things are happening. How can you forget that
- 54:05Speaker 1: there's a real grand conspiracy case going on in South
- 54:08Speaker 1: Florida right now? James Comey was just subpoenaed. They've sent
- 54:13Speaker 1: hundreds of subpoenas out to all sorts of people. John
- 54:17Speaker 1: Brennan is under investigation in the grand conspiracy case right
- 54:22Speaker 1: now in South Florida.
- 54:23Speaker 10: The U.S.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Attorney in South Florida is investigating him. And why is
- 54:27Speaker 1: it in South Florida? Do I have to keep telling
- 54:29Speaker 1: people this? It's in South Florida because Mar-a-Lago's in South Florida.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Why is Mar-a-Lago relevant to this case, grand conspiracy? Because
- 54:38Speaker 1: Jack Smith raided Mar-a-Lago. It is crystal clear to me,
- 54:43Speaker 1: at least, I'm looking at all this going, okay, you've
- 54:45Speaker 1: got a real grand jury and panel. Do you have
- 54:47Speaker 1: real subpoenas going out? You have a real criminal investigation underway.
- 54:51Speaker 1: It's all for grand conspiracy, which has an extended statute
- 54:54Speaker 1: of limitations, which can go all the way back to 2016.
- 54:57Speaker 1: It's got all of these guys are going after. And
- 55:00Speaker 1: it's all happening in South Florida where Mar-a-Lago is, where
- 55:03Speaker 1: Jack Smith raided. I think Jack Smith is in some
- 55:06Speaker 1: deep kimchi here. I think that what you're witnessing right
- 55:11Speaker 1: now with all of these pieces put together is the
- 55:14Speaker 1: way the justice system is supposed to operate. A world
- 55:18Speaker 1: where you have a legitimate jury pool, a legitimate grand
- 55:21Speaker 1: jury pool, taking legitimate looks at legitimate crimes and then
- 55:25Speaker 1: pursuing them in legitimate ways. Not the illegitimate, garbage, rushed, invented,
- 55:31Speaker 1: tyrannical horse crap that we've seen for years. Deliberative and real.
- 55:38Speaker 1: It's happening right now. No guarantee on how it ends up.
- 55:41Speaker 1: No guarantee whatsoever. Not even going to pretend like I
- 55:43Speaker 1: know how it ends up. But I am going to
- 55:45Speaker 1: acknowledge that it's happening for sure. And I find it fascinating.
- 55:50Speaker 1: And let me add one more piece of information to this.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Breaking overnight, John Brennan's classified interview with the House Intelligence
- 56:03Speaker 1: Committee has just been transferred to the United States Department
- 56:07Speaker 1: of Justice at the request of the Justice Department. Jake
- 56:12Speaker 1: Sherman at Punchbowl saying this last night, Justice Department has
- 56:15Speaker 1: requested the House Intel Committee send them classified interview transcripts
- 56:19Speaker 1: related to John Brennan, the former CIA director. The Intel
- 56:23Speaker 1: Committee is voting on it right now. This was around
- 56:25Speaker 1: 6 p.m. last night, said Jake. It passed. It passed
- 56:29Speaker 1: on a party line vote. Republicans sent the classified interview
- 56:33Speaker 1: transcript to the Justice Department. This shows the DOJ is
- 56:38Speaker 1: actively pursuing an investigation and case against Brennan right now. Look,
- 56:48Speaker 1: I'm like you. I see congressional hearings and I go,
- 56:51Speaker 1: I know these guys suck. I know it. The more
- 56:54Speaker 1: I hear, the more it confirms my priors, which is
- 56:57Speaker 1: these guys suck. They're tyrannical. They're out of control. But
- 57:01Speaker 1: as you're looking at the big picture and you're going,
- 57:03Speaker 1: wait a second, a lot of people in my comments yesterday,
- 57:05Speaker 1: as I shared the Kash Patel news, that he was
- 57:07Speaker 1: being spied upon at ridiculous levels, tyrannical levels by Jack Smith.
- 57:12Speaker 1: Any level of spying on him is just ridiculous and tyrannical.
- 57:16Speaker 1: I saw people in my comments yesterday go, okay, but
- 57:19Speaker 1: nothing's going to happen. Nobody's going to be arrested.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Pause.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Pause for a moment and just appreciate what's actually happening
- 57:27Speaker 1: in the world. Notice that things are happening. You're allowed
- 57:30Speaker 1: to notice that. Nobody's restricting you from that.
- 57:33Speaker 9: I'm not.
- 57:34Speaker 1: I'm telling you what's happening. And then we see what
- 57:36Speaker 1: happens next. All right, I'll tell you what's happening next today.
- 57:40Speaker 1: I've got more Iran news to get to. We've got Iran.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I've got a lot to get to, including CNN. I'm
- 57:45Speaker 1: going to do this on the big radio show today too.
- 57:47Speaker 1: CNN is like being fed like foreign propaganda right now,
- 57:52Speaker 1: designed to attack J.D. Vance, the vice president of the
- 57:55Speaker 1: United States, in whom President Trump is placing a lot
- 57:58Speaker 1: of trust. The president said yesterday, Yeah, J.D., Marco Rubio, Wyckoff, Jared.
- 58:03Speaker 1: I've got these guys negotiating with Iran for me. We're
- 58:05Speaker 1: trying to get that, bring all of this to a conclusion.
- 58:08Speaker 1: And now you've got like a foreign propaganda campaign trying
- 58:12Speaker 1: to salt the earth, trying to create divisions between Trump
- 58:15Speaker 1: and Vance. They're claiming, oh, or the Iranians really want J.D.
- 58:18Speaker 12: Vance.
- 58:19Speaker 4: What?
- 58:20Speaker 1: The Iranians want J.D. Vance? What, they thought Steve Wyckoff
- 58:24Speaker 1: and Jared Kushner were too tough, so they want J.D.? What?
- 58:29Speaker 1: It doesn't even make any sense. You think you're going
- 58:31Speaker 1: to get a lighter touch from the United States Marine?
- 58:33Speaker 1: Ask Vladimir Zelensky how that went. I don't think so.
- 58:37Speaker 1: The whole thing is crazy. We'll explore it on the
- 58:39Speaker 1: big national radio show today. And then, of course, coming
- 58:42Speaker 1: up today, I'm on with Dan Bongino. We're doing that today.
- 58:44Speaker 1: He's got his great program, Rumble.com slash Bongino at 10 a.m.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Haley Carania is on at noon Eastern time. That's on Rumble.com
- 58:51Speaker 1: slash Haley. Haley with two Ys.
- 58:53Speaker 4: Why?
- 58:53Speaker 1: Because she's fantastic. That's coming up today. And then, naturally,
- 58:56Speaker 1: that big national radio show, that's 12 to 3 Eastern
- 58:58Speaker 1: time each day. We do it live on Rumble from
- 59:00Speaker 1: 1 to 3. 1 to 3. You can see it
- 59:02Speaker 1: live and join the great patriots that we get to
- 59:06Speaker 1: hang out with every day in the Rumble chat. It's
- 59:08Speaker 1: really cool. It's very, very cool. Anyway, I hope you
- 59:10Speaker 1: have the best day ever. Thank you always, always for
- 59:14Speaker 1: joining me. You really are the best audience anywhere. Appreciate you.
- 59:17Speaker 1: I'll be back with you tomorrow. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 59:24Speaker 8: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 59:26Speaker 8: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 59:30Speaker 8: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:33Speaker 8: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:35Speaker 8: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 59:39Speaker 1: That is it. This is not a football game. If
- 59:43Speaker 1: you vote, we will win. It is not complicated. The
- 59:46Speaker 1: Dan Bongino Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platform.
