  Speaker 1: So Friday I was doing like a corporate party. It

  Speaker 1: was a prom that was fun. And then Saturday all

  Speaker 1: day at Izzy'scon. I'm gonna circle back and talk about

  Speaker 1: that here in a second. And then yesterday I was

  Speaker 1: helping at the Sioux Falls Air Show. Holy cow, what
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: an amazing event, all of them. The air show. I

  Speaker 1: don't know how many people were there, A ton of people,

  Speaker 1: and again what a great turnout they had. And we

  Speaker 1: had a couple of sprinkles yesterday. But other than that,

  Speaker 1: again still fantastic. So a big thank you to everybody

  Speaker 1: who puts the time and effort into doing the Sioux
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: Falls air Show and thank you for letting us be

  Speaker 1: a part of that. And now I want to circle

  Speaker 1: back to Izzy's Cohn. About two months ago I spoke
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: with Chris from Izzy's Jim, and that's when I first
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: discovered he was doing this event called Izzy's Con. He goes,

  Speaker 1: I'm doing this thing. It's on Saturday, the eighteenth of July,
• 1:17
  Speaker 1: and I look at my calendar. I go ooh, that's
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: the same weekend as the air show. And I thought,
• 1:22
  Speaker 1: I don't know, that might be a bad idea because
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: there's a lot of people that go to the air show.

  Speaker 1: But I was like, you know what, here's the thing though,
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: A lot of people park at the convention center and
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: ride to the air show. So if they're going to
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: the air show and they'ing be out in the sun
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: all day, maybe they'll show up afterwards at the Izzy's Con.

  Speaker 1: And it was a free event and anyway, so back

  Speaker 1: then he was super nervous, going, man, I hope this
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: thing comes together. Then over the course of the next
• 1:47
  Speaker 1: couple months, we saw things taking shape. This was added,

  Speaker 1: that was added, everything was coming together. And I remember
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: about a week ago I was talking to Chris, and
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: he was so nervous. He's like, man, what if nobody
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: shows up? John, what if nobody shows up? Now I
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: got all these sponsors and all these people that are
• 2:01
  Speaker 1: dependent on me, and Chris is such a great guy.
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: It was like eating away at him. And I said,
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: you're gonna have a great turnout. It's going to be amazing.

  Speaker 1: And I left there going, man, I hope I'm right.

  Speaker 1: Well I was right. Holy cow, for all of you
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: who came out. I was there all day Saturday and
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: it was amazing. And we had this huge rush right
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: away in the morning, and then right about as it
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: was tapering off, that's when the air show got done,
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: and then we had another rush of people who had
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: been at the air show all day and they were
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: coming in. It was so much fun. So a big
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: thank you to everybody who came out, everybody who came
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: out to be a part of the first ever Izzy's Con.

  Speaker 1: I got a feeling there'll be another one in the
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: future because it did go really, really, really well. But

  Speaker 1: I just wanted to say hats off to all the
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: people who work at Izzy's Gym. They busted their hump
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: to get that thing all set up. And the signage,
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: the laying things out, getting things coordinated again. Whole team
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: of people who work their tails off, and you guys
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: did just an amazing job and I was so honored
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: to even just be a part of that on Saturday.

  Speaker 1: It was really, really, really good. So now on my calendar,

  Speaker 1: like we had our big Fourth of July event two

  Speaker 1: weeks ago, my daughter got married. Three weeks ago, i

  Speaker 1: had the air show and Izzy's Con. I'm kind of
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: through all of the most important stuff. I've got a
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: couple of the other events coming up. I've got some
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: car shows and some stuff coming up. But you know what,
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: I feel like I might actually get to rest a
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: little bit this week. And like I said, I don't
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: know if you could hear it in my voice, but
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: my voice is a bit rough from being gone and

  Speaker 1: busy for a long long time. So I'm gonna be

  Speaker 1: okay with that. So if you need me, I'm gonna be,

  Speaker 1: you know, here, maybe taking a nap. But we do

  Speaker 1: have a lot of fun stuff. I've got comedy show

  Speaker 1: coming up this Thursday at Billy Frog's. I actually have

  Speaker 1: a corporate comedy show in Mitchell on Friday, and there's

  Speaker 1: a comedian who will be in Sue Falls from the
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: Kiltony Podcast this Saturday, and I'm gonna be helping promote

  Speaker 1: that and I'll be doing an interview with him, I
