- 2:01Speaker 5: Oh that's how you're doing it now.
- 2:03Speaker 6: That's what we're doing now, my stupid son.
- 2:07Speaker 5: That's that's how we're giving it up there. Brolly.
- 2:12Speaker 6: All right, bro, I'm getting all my eyes getting bad. Man.
- 2:16Speaker 5: I like the red backdrop. Those those prescription glasses.
- 2:20Speaker 6: Yeah, I got I like scripting them. I'll be you know,
- 2:24Speaker 6: I'll be in front of these computer monitors all day.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Man.
- 2:26Speaker 6: So eighteen years sitting in front of a desk and
- 2:29Speaker 6: looking at computers to kind of like hurt your eyes
- 2:32Speaker 6: at some point, you know, I.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Feel on that. Man, I think I'm about to get
- 2:35Speaker 5: reading glasses.
- 2:37Speaker 6: Yeah, these are my good I got scripts on these.
- 2:40Speaker 6: I got scripts on my other one. But yeah, man,
- 2:42Speaker 6: we here, man.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Let's let's do it. Man. So, Yeah, we were just
- 2:47Speaker 5: telling people.
- 2:47Speaker 7: He was in Atlanta and we came back and we
- 2:49Speaker 7: had to actually move off flight up just to actually
- 2:51Speaker 7: make this happen.
- 2:52Speaker 5: Because we had to make this happen. No, no, no
- 2:55Speaker 5: way around it.
- 2:56Speaker 6: So I just get Atlanta is different, y'all.
- 2:59Speaker 5: We've got to shout he was out there looking twelve hours.
- 3:04Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, I had to put up for twelve
- 3:06Speaker 6: hours real quick.
- 3:06Speaker 2: You know.
- 3:07Speaker 6: It was a good look out there. But Atlanta is different.
- 3:10Speaker 8: Man.
- 3:10Speaker 6: It's like nothing happened, Like COVID doesn't even in Wakanda.
- 3:14Speaker 6: It's like a force field out there. Man, It's like
- 3:17Speaker 6: not a masking sight except for people who come from
- 3:19Speaker 6: up north.
- 3:20Speaker 9: Heya, we got a funny story we're gonna tell you after.
- 3:23Speaker 9: But the place we went after we ate came up
- 3:26Speaker 9: in an interview.
- 3:27Speaker 5: We did really.
- 3:34Speaker 6: In a recent one shot.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Yes, that's a big one. Ye.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Arguably, that arguably might be our biggest episode to date.
- 3:45Speaker 6: Yeah, that I think. I think that's gonna go virals.
- 3:48Speaker 6: Prepare yourself.
- 3:50Speaker 5: It's a good chance, good chance, a good chance of
- 3:52Speaker 5: that going viral.
- 3:53Speaker 6: Real good chance.
- 3:54Speaker 5: You know. We've got to show mister Leon, how shout
- 3:57Speaker 5: trapper shout.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Out to trapper man. Nothing but love for the god trap.
- 4:01Speaker 5: Man, Atlanta.
- 4:02Speaker 7: Everybody's in Atlanta right now. Man, it's no place like Atlanta.
- 4:05Speaker 7: Right in Atlanta, I can't front. Atlanta got it. And
- 4:08Speaker 7: I love New York, but you're trying to leave us.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Atlanta got it right now.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Atlanta got it, definitely. New York is dead. Unfortunately, New
- 4:17Speaker 6: York is dead, y'all. Atlanta at night is like the
- 4:21Speaker 6: city last year. You know what I'm saying. Right now,
- 4:23Speaker 6: New York, you're going, You're go on the city. Man,
- 4:26Speaker 6: it's terrible.
- 4:26Speaker 5: Man.
- 4:28Speaker 7: Somebody said, this is live live. Yeah, this is live.
- 4:30Speaker 7: This is actually happening right now. Current is live, This
- 4:33Speaker 7: is currently happening.
- 4:34Speaker 5: We just we just read what you said.
- 4:37Speaker 7: So so yeah, man, Matt, that is just a brilliant dude, everybody.
- 4:42Speaker 7: I told the stories of a million times. I'll tell
- 4:44Speaker 7: the story again. But we did the last episode two
- 4:48Speaker 7: weeks ago. A week ago, Uh one O four episode
- 4:50Speaker 7: one of four. You haven't watched EYO one O four yet,
- 4:53Speaker 7: you're doing yourself committed to service a bunch of bunch
- 4:56Speaker 7: of gyms. All the clips on Instagram went crazy viral
- 4:59Speaker 7: and if you ever d m that, you know he's
- 5:02Speaker 7: not the best. He's great as far as the information
- 5:04Speaker 7: that he gives, but he's not the best as far.
- 5:05Speaker 5: As answering his dms.
- 5:06Speaker 6: He's over, I'm gonna spit out my red bulls. I
- 5:14Speaker 6: didn't expect that one.
- 5:17Speaker 7: So that's not the best when it comes to answering
- 5:19Speaker 7: dm So it was just chatting, like you know, people
- 5:22Speaker 7: got and he just dropped his encyclopedia. You don't talk
- 5:26Speaker 7: about that the whole blueprints. So it's like the follow
- 5:29Speaker 7: up episode. We usually we do like an Instagram live
- 5:32Speaker 7: or something. We're like, you want't we just do a
- 5:34Speaker 7: YouTube live like seminof webinar or relationships really just a
- 5:37Speaker 7: question answer because it's like, I'm sure a lot of
- 5:39Speaker 7: people have the same questions and stuff as opposed to
- 5:42Speaker 7: like people sending a bunch of messages that have a
- 5:44Speaker 7: very low percentage of getting answered.
- 5:49Speaker 5: Do something. We could do something.
- 5:54Speaker 7: We could do something something live for about an hour
- 5:58Speaker 7: answer questions. We got Uyo University members on the zoom,
- 6:02Speaker 7: and then we got YouTube obviously just on the YouTube
- 6:05Speaker 7: checking and yeah, that way we can kill two birds
- 6:08Speaker 7: of one stone. We can recap the episode and answer
- 6:11Speaker 7: questions that people may have from that, and then we
- 6:14Speaker 7: can also if people have questions about the Like I said,
- 6:17Speaker 7: the encyclopedia, that's just drop. We'll talk about that in
- 6:19Speaker 7: a little bit. And yeah, just try to just give
- 6:22Speaker 7: people some information because, as I said before, the thing
- 6:25Speaker 7: about buying a home, it's kind of like buying the cart,
- 6:28Speaker 7: same thing, but it's a bigger purchase than buying a car,
- 6:30Speaker 7: is that there's no real they don't teach you how
- 6:32Speaker 7: to do it right. You would think that that, like
- 6:33Speaker 7: that's something that should be mandatory to be taught in school,
- 6:35Speaker 7: like how.
- 6:36Speaker 5: Do you buy a home?
- 6:36Speaker 7: Because even like I'm thinking, like, you know, buying a
- 6:39Speaker 7: home is easy until I'm talking to Matt and he's
- 6:41Speaker 7: explaining all of these programs and these bank statement loans
- 6:44Speaker 7: and foreign answer loans and the interest rates and the
- 6:47Speaker 7: refies and how you can do this and more mortgage
- 6:51Speaker 7: contendency dates, and it's like there's so much stuff. Who
- 6:56Speaker 7: really understands all this stuff unless you actually work in
- 6:58Speaker 7: the real estate field as like a broker or something
- 7:01Speaker 7: like that. Like the average person stands no chance. So
- 7:03Speaker 7: what ends up happening is that they just get a
- 7:06Speaker 7: real estate agent or a mortgage broker and they just
- 7:09Speaker 7: go with whatever they tell them.
- 7:11Speaker 5: Bill I have a home, and I would say, and
- 7:14Speaker 5: I took the course. Shout out to you, man.
- 7:16Speaker 9: Shout out to you for taking the course eighty five
- 7:19Speaker 9: percent of itself.
- 7:20Speaker 5: I had no idea, and I'm like, damn, I could
- 7:23Speaker 5: have saved so much money. You know what I'm saying,
- 7:25Speaker 5: Like it's ridiculous.
- 7:26Speaker 9: Like so exactly what Shotty said is even if you
- 7:30Speaker 9: have a home, there's still so much that we don't
- 7:32Speaker 9: know and that we can still probably benefit from.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:35Speaker 7: So, and somebody that in YouTube, the EYOL member how
- 7:37Speaker 7: they get dream acts. So on the Facebook it was emailed.
- 7:40Speaker 7: But if you just go to Facebook, our Facebook group,
- 7:42Speaker 7: it's in there. It's in the Facebook group right now.
- 7:44Speaker 5: And momone, I said, what you put we all live,
- 7:46Speaker 5: you're here with us. Yeah, So we're gonna answer questions.
- 7:48Speaker 7: We're gonna answer question and we're gonna open it up
- 7:50Speaker 7: to EYO, you and everybody. So feel free to answer questions.
- 7:53Speaker 7: But I'll started off with the one question for myself.
- 7:56Speaker 7: So mortgage contingency Dame, what is that is a mortgage
- 8:02Speaker 7: contingency date?
- 8:03Speaker 6: Good question? So, first, first and foremost, thank you for
- 8:08Speaker 6: again having me on the platform. And I really love
- 8:10Speaker 6: what you guys are doing with your with your platform
- 8:13Speaker 6: and just educating the community on something that I love
- 8:16Speaker 6: and I'm passionate about, which is real estate finance and
- 8:19Speaker 6: real estate. So mortgage contingency dates, right, there's several dates
- 8:23Speaker 6: that's in your contract. And there's first before I go
- 8:27Speaker 6: into there, there's states that are non attorney states, and
- 8:31Speaker 6: there are states that are attorney states. Right, So New
- 8:33Speaker 6: York is considered an attorney state. States like Georgia is
- 8:37Speaker 6: considered a non attorney state. So when you sign in
- 8:39Speaker 6: a contract in the state of Georgia, the real estate
- 8:42Speaker 6: agent is the one who's going over the contract. Well,
- 8:44Speaker 6: the offer is pretty much the contract, right, and then
- 8:48Speaker 6: when the seller signs it, they accept it. Now you're
- 8:50Speaker 6: in a buying the contract. So there's there's dates that
- 8:53Speaker 6: you have to know. And that's one of the main
- 8:55Speaker 6: reasons why I highlighted the purchase agreement in the course
- 8:58Speaker 6: in the Blueprint and the Home Bise blue Print Volume
- 9:00Speaker 6: one is because a lot of folks anybody could be
- 9:04Speaker 6: a real estate agent, right, but doesn't mean they understand
- 9:07Speaker 6: the law and they understand what people are signing to.
- 9:10Speaker 6: And there's a lot of times people are signing contracts
- 9:13Speaker 6: and the realtors are not explaining to them certain dates
- 9:17Speaker 6: have to be met by a certain time, and people
- 9:19Speaker 6: getting themselves jammed up or putting themselves into contracts that
- 9:23Speaker 6: have unrealistic dates. Now, the mortgage contingency date is probably
- 9:27Speaker 6: the most important in the contract because that basically states
- 9:32Speaker 6: that you have to have a loan commitment by a
- 9:34Speaker 6: certain period of time. And if you don't have that
- 9:37Speaker 6: loan commitment and by a certain period of time, you
- 9:39Speaker 6: could be in breach of your contract. Once you get
- 9:44Speaker 6: a loan commitment, right, and you produce that to your
- 9:47Speaker 6: attorney or the realtors, and they produce it to the seller,
- 9:50Speaker 6: then that means you're locked into that deal. Now you
- 9:53Speaker 6: can't back out, right. So there's a lot to unpacking that,
- 9:57Speaker 6: and I kind of go through, you know, in deep
- 9:59Speaker 6: details in the blueprint about this of how the mortgage
- 10:03Speaker 6: contingency date can either be your friend or it could
- 10:05Speaker 6: be your enemy. You know what I'm saying, because if
- 10:07Speaker 6: you don't, let's just say, for example, on what's today
- 10:10Speaker 6: October twenty second, let's just say your mortgage contingency date
- 10:14Speaker 6: was November first, For example, if you know you can't
- 10:17Speaker 6: meet that mortgage contingency date a week before that, you
- 10:21Speaker 6: need to be asking for an extension to give you
- 10:23Speaker 6: more time, because if you let that date pass and
- 10:27Speaker 6: you don't say nothing, the sellers can technically kill the
- 10:30Speaker 6: deal and keep your money. Right, but let's just say
- 10:33Speaker 6: on the flip side, you do get approved for a
- 10:35Speaker 6: loan and it's before the mortgage contingency date, and when
- 10:38Speaker 6: you get approved for the loan, you need to read
- 10:40Speaker 6: the long commitment to make sure that you can provide
- 10:45Speaker 6: the lender with the information the conditions that they are
- 10:48Speaker 6: asking for, right, Because if you can't provide that conditions
- 10:52Speaker 6: to your lender and clear those conditions most importantly, and
- 10:55Speaker 6: you produce that commitment to the seller side, you just
- 10:59Speaker 6: locked yourself into the deal and there's no way of
- 11:01Speaker 6: getting your money back unless the sellers are just going
- 11:03Speaker 6: to be nice and let you go. And in this market,
- 11:06Speaker 6: sellers are not playing around because home prices are skyrocket
- 11:11Speaker 6: and homes are flying off the roof. I mean, there
- 11:13Speaker 6: was a report that was released today by the National
- 11:15Speaker 6: Association and relatives are saying how September was like one
- 11:18Speaker 6: of the biggest months ever right for home sales. Oh,
- 11:23Speaker 6: there's a lot happening that's in the seller's favor right now.
- 11:27Speaker 6: And they're not trying to play no games with these
- 11:29Speaker 6: buys out here who are not serious about purchasing the property,
- 11:35Speaker 6: because now you're tying them up. So it's very important
- 11:38Speaker 6: if anybody's out here, especially in non attorney states, especially
- 11:43Speaker 6: understand the mortgage contingency date and make sure you have
- 11:48Speaker 6: enough time to meet that date. Make sure you speak
- 11:51Speaker 6: to your lender, your loan officer, and let them know, hey,
- 11:53Speaker 6: my mortgage contingency date is November first. Do you think
- 11:56Speaker 6: we have enough time to get a loan commitment? And
- 11:59Speaker 6: the reason why I'm us and this is the mortgage
- 12:01Speaker 6: industry is on fire right now. They're predicting right now
- 12:05Speaker 6: that the mortgage industry is going to do three point
- 12:07Speaker 6: one trillion dollars in originations in twenty right that is
- 12:11Speaker 6: the second largest origination yeah, in US history, right behind
- 12:15Speaker 6: two thousand and three. I don't think you guys really
- 12:18Speaker 6: understand what I'm trying to tell you right now. That
- 12:20Speaker 6: means as busy as hell. You know what I'm saying.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Lenders are backed up across the but it's too many
- 12:26Speaker 6: it's more loans than bodies to process and underwrite these loans,
- 12:30Speaker 6: turnaround times are delayed across the board. So you need
- 12:34Speaker 6: to ensure that your lender has the capacity number one
- 12:38Speaker 6: and number two they can meet these dates, because if
- 12:41Speaker 6: you don't meet these mortgage contingency dates, you can be
- 12:43Speaker 6: putting yourself in a bad position.
- 12:45Speaker 9: Now, so I don't meet the day. Let's say I
- 12:47Speaker 9: don't meet the day, but I do follow for the extension.
- 12:49Speaker 9: How long is my extension? And am I granted that once?
- 12:53Speaker 9: Is that a one time thing?
- 12:54Speaker 6: It depends bro and all honesty. It depends on the deal.
- 12:57Speaker 6: It depends on the seller, It depends on the gociation tactics,
- 13:01Speaker 6: or the lawyers involved, or the realtor's involved. I mean
- 13:04Speaker 6: typically I was saying, New York, they'll give you a
- 13:06Speaker 6: little bit more time because New York is a little
- 13:09Speaker 6: bit more laxed when it comes to closing dates and
- 13:11Speaker 6: contingency dates than other states. New York you can probably
- 13:14Speaker 6: get another two weeks, three weeks if you need it,
- 13:16Speaker 6: if you have good reason and the sellers are okay
- 13:19Speaker 6: with it, and they're that you're want to get approved,
- 13:21Speaker 6: and you know, you can probably get two, three more
- 13:23Speaker 6: weeks to get a long commitment. But in states like
- 13:25Speaker 6: George Florida, Bro, they don't give a damn. They'd be like, Yo,
- 13:29Speaker 6: you got five days by five pm next Friday. If
- 13:31Speaker 6: you don't got it, we're keeping your money. Deal is dead.
- 13:34Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying. Like, it's crazy, bro. So
- 13:37Speaker 6: you got to just make sure that you just you
- 13:40Speaker 6: and your lenda are on the same team and on
- 13:42Speaker 6: the same page.
- 13:43Speaker 9: So we got the lawyers contendency date, but there's also
- 13:46Speaker 9: an appraisal contingency date too.
- 13:48Speaker 6: Right, Yeah, so you you some contracts will have due
- 13:52Speaker 6: diligence periods, right, So in a due diligence period, you
- 13:56Speaker 6: have to get certain things done within that time, and
- 13:59Speaker 6: it could be a very different things.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Right.
- 14:01Speaker 6: The due diligence period can include getting your home inspection.
- 14:04Speaker 6: They might want you to have your loan, do complete
- 14:07Speaker 6: a loan application, apply for a loan by a certain time.
- 14:11Speaker 6: But really with a mortgage, an appraisal contingency. What I've
- 14:15Speaker 6: seen in contracts is basically stating that if you're home,
- 14:19Speaker 6: let's just say you get into contract. Right, we're in
- 14:21Speaker 6: bidding walls across the country, so let's just say you're
- 14:23Speaker 6: looking for a house the list price was five hundred,
- 14:26Speaker 6: but you overbid it because you want you love the house,
- 14:29Speaker 6: and you want to wear And let's just say you
- 14:30Speaker 6: you put in a bid for five fifty. Check to
- 14:33Speaker 6: see if there's a praiser contingency, because if there's appraisal contingency,
- 14:37Speaker 6: and if the seller is saying, we don't care what
- 14:39Speaker 6: the house apprais is for, you still have to buy
- 14:42Speaker 6: my house, right, you could be locking yourself into another
- 14:45Speaker 6: deal as well, because in these appraisal contingencies, the seller
- 14:49Speaker 6: can say, well, you offered five to fifty, I want
- 14:52Speaker 6: five to fifty. If the house comes in for five hundred,
- 14:55Speaker 6: we're not killing a deal. You have to come to
- 14:58Speaker 6: the table with that ultra fifty k. So it's very
- 15:01Speaker 6: important when you're reading your contract and make sure there's
- 15:03Speaker 6: no language like that in appraisal contingency sections that can
- 15:07Speaker 6: jam you in, especially when you overbid, because like here
- 15:10Speaker 6: in New York, I'm starting to see more of that
- 15:12Speaker 6: where folks have just bid in twenty thousand and thirty
- 15:14Speaker 6: thousand and fifty thousand above asking, but they're using it
- 15:17Speaker 6: as a strategy, right, And this could be a good strategy.
- 15:20Speaker 6: Bid overbid when the offer and when the appraisal comes,
- 15:25Speaker 6: try to negotiate back down to the lower price. But
- 15:27Speaker 6: if you got that appraisal contingency in there and the
- 15:30Speaker 6: language states that it doesn't matter what that value came
- 15:34Speaker 6: in from the appraiser, then you can lock yourself into
- 15:36Speaker 6: a deal.
- 15:36Speaker 9: Yeah, that's that's a Goldennother right there, because that could
- 15:39Speaker 9: potentially take fifty two one hundred thousand. Right you bid
- 15:42Speaker 9: on a house at six hundred, it comes back at five,
- 15:44Speaker 9: You got to pay that six.
- 15:46Speaker 5: It's in the contract.
- 15:47Speaker 7: If you're on YouTube or if you're in zoom, if
- 15:49Speaker 7: you never heard that before, put a one in the
- 15:52Speaker 7: chat because that's something like appraisal contingency. But, like I said,
- 15:55Speaker 7: there's so much stuff for buying a home, like even
- 15:57Speaker 7: if you're highly educated.
- 16:01Speaker 6: So look, so I want to take a quick quick
- 16:03Speaker 6: comment that aid Aid in the in the YouTube comment
- 16:06Speaker 6: said he said appraisal contingencies are so rare. Inspection contingencies
- 16:10Speaker 6: are more common. He is correct, but they're only rare
- 16:14Speaker 6: because people don't know about them, and a lot of realtors.
- 16:16Speaker 6: You got to think about it. Every anybody could be
- 16:18Speaker 6: a licensed real to anybody can do a deal. If
- 16:21Speaker 6: they're not savvy enough, they're not going to know about this,
- 16:23Speaker 6: you know what I'm saying. But if you're dealing with sharks,
- 16:27Speaker 6: you know, a shark attorney, a shark list, they know
- 16:30Speaker 6: about the praiser contingencies and they will have it in
- 16:33Speaker 6: there because they know you're just overbidding on purpose and
- 16:36Speaker 6: they want to make sure remember their duty, their fiducial
- 16:39Speaker 6: duty is for the seller, not you. You know what
- 16:41Speaker 6: I'm saying. So the sharks know about this, and they
- 16:44Speaker 6: are putting this in contracts now, So it is rare,
- 16:48Speaker 6: but it does happen.
- 16:52Speaker 7: Matt, you good, got touch of covid? See like little
- 16:56Speaker 7: nasal in a cough a little bit?
- 16:59Speaker 6: Nah? I got no? Waut you covid? What the.
- 17:07Speaker 2: No?
- 17:07Speaker 5: You started sweating? Sleep bro.
- 17:11Speaker 6: Touching covid?
- 17:14Speaker 5: That was like you're about to go do a computer?
- 17:15Speaker 6: Man.
- 17:16Speaker 5: We need you. We need you out here, yo, we
- 17:17Speaker 5: need you, broy.
- 17:19Speaker 6: Know what are you talking about to? I sound crazy
- 17:21Speaker 6: right now?
- 17:22Speaker 5: You look good? You sound good? You look good man?
- 17:28Speaker 9: Yo?
- 17:28Speaker 6: What's wrong with you?
- 17:30Speaker 5: Yo?
- 17:30Speaker 6: You know we live right.
- 17:33Speaker 5: Anythink you're like? Yo? No, we just like to have fun.
- 17:34Speaker 6: We like to.
- 17:36Speaker 5: We like that.
- 17:38Speaker 6: It's all good.
- 17:39Speaker 9: All right, let's take a question. Let's take a question,
- 17:42Speaker 9: e y l University. If y'all got a questions, just
- 17:44Speaker 9: raise your hands, and you know it's worse. We're going
- 17:46Speaker 9: to keep the same type of guidelines. If you got
- 17:48Speaker 9: a question, we're gonna call you yourself. Let's keep it appropriate.
- 17:51Speaker 9: Let's keep it to.
- 17:52Speaker 6: Everybody in the YouTube comments laughing the ass off. I'm
- 17:57Speaker 6: gonna get you on, y'all.
- 17:57Speaker 2: D m me.
- 17:58Speaker 6: How about that?
- 18:02Speaker 5: You yourself.
- 18:05Speaker 6: Got me sweating.
- 18:11Speaker 5: Man?
- 18:12Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, my yo. The office is right there at
- 18:14Speaker 6: the studio right now is crazy hoppy and this light
- 18:17Speaker 6: is crazy you high.
- 18:18Speaker 5: It's red in the background.
- 18:22Speaker 7: Look like you look like you're in hell right now,
- 18:24Speaker 7: like it got the double red dark is hot your lights?
- 18:31Speaker 5: The blue bro?
- 18:34Speaker 6: Nah, I like the red today, like.
- 18:35Speaker 5: A Halloween like situation going on some horns. You know
- 18:39Speaker 5: what it really looked like like you in like Super
- 18:41Speaker 5: Mario Brothers or something. No furnace furnish red. I'm sorry.
- 18:49Speaker 10: You're good, y'all good. First of all, I rebuked that
- 18:51Speaker 10: there's no touch of COVID on you. We're all good there.
- 18:55Speaker 6: I rebuked that too, so it's it's Samara.
- 19:02Speaker 10: But my question is in terms of doing a refinance, Obviously,
- 19:08Speaker 10: you know rates are low, a lot of people are
- 19:10Speaker 10: getting into that, and in terms of both like the
- 19:16Speaker 10: blueprint and how much you cover there and just generally
- 19:20Speaker 10: speaking going into a REFI what are some things that
- 19:23Speaker 10: you should kind of know and expect. I know, getting
- 19:26Speaker 10: a lower interest rate is usually top of mind there.
- 19:30Speaker 10: I went through one previously and I ended up having
- 19:33Speaker 10: to pay some money out of pocket because I ended
- 19:37Speaker 10: up getting When we've talked about this before, my house
- 19:40Speaker 10: got appraised for lower than you know what it was
- 19:43Speaker 10: actually not worth, but you know, it came in at
- 19:47Speaker 10: a lower praises, so I didn't hit the threshold for
- 19:50Speaker 10: the loan amount at a certain percentage. So what are
- 19:53Speaker 10: some things to kind of keep in mind when you're
- 19:54Speaker 10: doing a refile?
- 19:58Speaker 6: First, determine what your goals are, right, I think most
- 20:01Speaker 6: people they just say, yeah, I want to refinance, I
- 20:03Speaker 6: know rates are low, but they don't really have a plan.
- 20:06Speaker 6: So you got to determine if you want to go
- 20:08Speaker 6: back to the thirty it's your goal just to really
- 20:10Speaker 6: save money. Are you looking at if you have equity
- 20:13Speaker 6: in the house, Are you looking to pull some of
- 20:15Speaker 6: that equity out so that way you can that way
- 20:19Speaker 6: you can invest into other projects. Understanding the comps of
- 20:23Speaker 6: your neighborhood I think is very important. You know, take
- 20:25Speaker 6: a look at your neighborhood of homes that are similar
- 20:27Speaker 6: to you. I mean, we discussed the appraisal process thoroughly
- 20:31Speaker 6: in the blueprint. I actually had a license appraiser talk
- 20:35Speaker 6: about that part where you've got to really thoroughly look
- 20:38Speaker 6: at the comps. Because there's a lot of home sales
- 20:40Speaker 6: right now, and if you are a homeowner, you purchased
- 20:43Speaker 6: your house a couple of years ago, it's a good
- 20:45Speaker 6: possibility you have a good chunk of equity in your
- 20:47Speaker 6: house right now. So I would definitely advise probably taking
- 20:49Speaker 6: advantage of that and using that to you know, start
- 20:52Speaker 6: your investing career if that's something you want to do.
- 20:54Speaker 6: But ultimately, everybody has a different goal when it comes
- 20:58Speaker 6: to rEFInd it, and so it's really depending on what
- 21:01Speaker 6: that person wants and needs are at that moment. Some
- 21:04Speaker 6: people just refinance just for the hell of it, just
- 21:08Speaker 6: to say they refinancing. But I think you you got
- 21:10Speaker 6: to be mindful of the closing costs and things that
- 21:13Speaker 6: nature too. So if you're going to refinance, you got
- 21:15Speaker 6: to make sure you do some damage with the refound,
- 21:19Speaker 6: meaning take cash out, lower your time, you know, things
- 21:22Speaker 6: that nature. Just don't look to save money, look for
- 21:25Speaker 6: other things. You know, maybe you need to do some
- 21:28Speaker 6: home improving in your house to get the value up,
- 21:31Speaker 6: you know, take advantage of the low rates by taking
- 21:33Speaker 6: equity out at the same time too.
- 21:36Speaker 10: All right, that makes sense. So so the closing costs
- 21:41Speaker 10: then you mentioned, is a part of that as well,
- 21:44Speaker 10: or there are other costs. That's what threw me off.
- 21:47Speaker 6: Yeah, there's always going to be closing costs, right, anytime
- 21:50Speaker 6: you do a transaction, there's always always closing costs. Now,
- 21:54Speaker 6: closing costs on a refinance if you have the equity
- 21:57Speaker 6: is rolled into the loan. Typically the only out of
- 22:00Speaker 6: pocket expenses the cost of the appraisal when you're doing
- 22:02Speaker 6: the refinance. But closing costs, depending on where you located
- 22:06Speaker 6: in your loan amount can be anywhere from three to
- 22:08Speaker 6: five percent, just depending on location of the property.
- 22:11Speaker 10: Got it all right, Thank you, Thank you.

- 24:18Speaker 5: We'll see you on the other side. Let's do it.
- 24:31Speaker 6: Can I speak by I said, what do you want
- 24:33Speaker 6: to know? What's the question?
- 24:35Speaker 5: M what's the question?
- 24:37Speaker 6: Yeah? Because that can go a million different ways, you
- 24:39Speaker 6: know what I'm saying?
- 24:40Speaker 12: Yeah, man, While she comes back with that question and
- 24:44Speaker 12: I'm glad you brought that up.
- 24:45Speaker 5: The type of fees.
- 24:46Speaker 12: Can you talk about the adjustment fees that come with
- 24:48Speaker 12: the closing, because that's something that people will be surprised
- 24:51Speaker 12: by that will add added costs that they weren't expected.
- 24:54Speaker 5: Can you talk about some of the adjustment.
- 24:55Speaker 6: Fees in terms of like taxes and things of that kind.
- 24:59Speaker 9: Of maybe there was something in the appraisal that they
- 25:02Speaker 9: said that you have to add on oil.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Things like that.
- 25:06Speaker 6: Well, that's if when you purchasing right. So when you
- 25:09Speaker 6: when you purchasing a home, you get you get initial
- 25:13Speaker 6: closing disclosure or CD. Now depending on again, where the
- 25:17Speaker 6: property is located, like in New York. I'm just gonna
- 25:20Speaker 6: speak for New York as an example on this. So
- 25:23Speaker 6: in New York, when you get a that's not really
- 25:25Speaker 6: the final number that you're gonna bring to closing. Right
- 25:28Speaker 6: at the closing table, there's always some sort of adjustments.
- 25:30Speaker 6: Sometimes the seller will pay have paid taxes for the year.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Let's say if they got an oil tank. Sometimes they'll
- 25:36Speaker 6: pay oil in full for you. You got to reimburse
- 25:38Speaker 6: them at the closing. You always have to. You got
- 25:42Speaker 6: to pay for your attorney if you're in an attorney state.
- 25:45Speaker 6: That's not a part of the closing disclosures. The title,
- 25:48Speaker 6: the title rep right, the title, the notary that person.
- 25:52Speaker 6: Usually it is custom and condon to give them a tip.
- 25:54Speaker 6: It can be anywhere from two hundred to four hundred
- 25:56Speaker 6: bucks to give them a tip, because that's the person
- 25:58Speaker 6: who's responsible for recording the d with the county and
- 26:00Speaker 6: everything like that, so you definitely want to tempt them
- 26:02Speaker 6: as well. So those are things that get adjusted at
- 26:05Speaker 6: the table that you won't find out until really like
- 26:09Speaker 6: the day of. But on a refinance, it's pretty cut
- 26:13Speaker 6: and dry, you know. The one thing I would tell
- 26:15Speaker 6: you is be mindful, especially if you have your taxes
- 26:17Speaker 6: and insurance escroll right, cause it's too different. And I'm
- 26:20Speaker 6: glad you told about costs. Right. There's costs and then
- 26:23Speaker 6: there's escrow. These are two separate things. So your closed,
- 26:27Speaker 6: whether it's a refinance or a purchase, it will always
- 26:30Speaker 6: include both of those numbers. And people get confused because
- 26:34Speaker 6: they don't understand what's the cost and what the actual
- 26:37Speaker 6: escrow is. You know what I'm saying. The escrow is
- 26:40Speaker 6: not a fee. That's to manage your taxes and insurance.
- 26:43Speaker 6: And when you're close in on a loan, if taxes
- 26:45Speaker 6: are due within sixty days, the lender will require those
- 26:49Speaker 6: taxes to be picked up and paid at closing, plus
- 26:52Speaker 6: still set up an escrow account of three to six
- 26:55Speaker 6: months to manage that property taxes and insurance as well. Now,
- 26:58Speaker 6: depending on where you located, like if you're in New
- 27:00Speaker 6: York Westchuster, Long Island. If your tax is ten to
- 27:03Speaker 6: fifteen thousand, that could be a huge chunk of money
- 27:06Speaker 6: at the closing table extra, you know what I'm saying,
- 27:09Speaker 6: that you would have to bring to the table. So
- 27:12Speaker 6: just be mindful of your property taxes. Understand this stuff
- 27:16Speaker 6: because it comes up all the time and people you're like, oh,
- 27:19Speaker 6: I didn't know I had to pay that, and it's like,
- 27:21Speaker 6: you have property taxes. It has to be paid, you
- 27:23Speaker 6: know what I'm saying. So that's why it's very important
- 27:26Speaker 6: for people to understand closing courts and understand how to
- 27:28Speaker 6: read their loan estimates and their closing disclosures and know
- 27:32Speaker 6: exactly what they're getting into because it's not just about
- 27:34Speaker 6: the down payment. You know, when you see online people
- 27:36Speaker 6: are always advertising a talk and you need three percent
- 27:39Speaker 6: of three point five or as little as this money,
- 27:41Speaker 6: But people don't talk about the closing costs and a
- 27:43Speaker 6: breakdown of it. And that's what I cover, you know,
- 27:46Speaker 6: in detail in the blueprint.
- 27:48Speaker 9: Yeah, man, I got a quote with that adjustment. You
- 27:50Speaker 9: actually had a school text.
- 27:52Speaker 6: My Instagram name is MG the Mortgage Guy.
- 27:55Speaker 9: I got a school text bill that that was set
- 27:57Speaker 9: to me and I was like, oh, hey, I thought
- 28:01Speaker 9: that was taken here, but obviously it wasn't.
- 28:02Speaker 5: So appreciate that breakdown.
- 28:04Speaker 6: Yeah, and oh hold on, I'm glad you said that.
- 28:06Speaker 6: That's another good tip, right for future homeowners and for
- 28:11Speaker 6: current homeowners. Just because the bank is managing your taxes
- 28:14Speaker 6: and insurance, do not ignore the mail that comes to
- 28:18Speaker 6: you from the county or from the insurance company because
- 28:21Speaker 6: taxes insurance will always go up, and if you have
- 28:25Speaker 6: that included into your mortgage payment, then every year your
- 28:27Speaker 6: mortgage payment will go up too. Your principal and interest
- 28:31Speaker 6: is fixed because you got to fix rate, but that
- 28:34Speaker 6: escrow is what's going to fluctuate. So it's very important
- 28:37Speaker 6: you pay attention to those those letters because if the
- 28:40Speaker 6: escrow goes up, the bank doesn't care. They're going to
- 28:43Speaker 6: pay that bill. Because taxes are first lean on property.
- 28:46Speaker 6: If your taxes are not paid, then the county can
- 28:49Speaker 6: foreclose on you. So the bank is always going to
- 28:51Speaker 6: pay those taxes. But what you have to do is
- 28:54Speaker 6: make sure that the city or the county wherever you
- 28:56Speaker 6: live is not overcharging you. So you have to pay
- 28:58Speaker 6: attention to this and try to grew leave your taxes
- 29:01Speaker 6: if you think they're over taxing you. Even with your
- 29:04Speaker 6: homeowners insurance the first year your homeowners are two years,
- 29:07Speaker 6: your homeown insurance might be cheap, but then out of
- 29:09Speaker 6: the blue it may skyrocket another five hundred to one
- 29:12Speaker 6: thousand dollars. You're not married to that homeowners insurance company.
- 29:16Speaker 6: So if you see their price go up and you
- 29:18Speaker 6: call them, if they don't renegotiate it, go find a
- 29:21Speaker 6: new company. Is she your choice on who you know
- 29:24Speaker 6: you have homeowners insurance with? Not the bank?
- 29:27Speaker 5: Okay, all right, let's just so.
- 29:29Speaker 7: She actually responded, she said, thank you again for another
- 29:32Speaker 7: super chat. She said, looking at purchase, Looking at purchase,
- 29:36Speaker 7: I get looking at purchasing the purchase of thirty one
- 29:39Speaker 7: properties by quarter pointed receiver of financing.
- 29:42Speaker 5: Can it be done.
- 29:43Speaker 7: Without hard money question mark cost for property or bulk
- 29:48Speaker 7: question mark?
- 29:49Speaker 6: That's you're going to have to get some sort of
- 29:51Speaker 6: hard money blanket financing. That's all. If you're trying to
- 29:55Speaker 6: buy thirty one properties at one time and do a
- 29:57Speaker 6: portfolio deal, that's not conventional financing at that's all private financing,
- 30:04Speaker 6: hard money, hard money, asset base. You know, blanket loans,
- 30:09Speaker 6: you know things of that nature. That's the that's the
- 30:11Speaker 6: type of financing that she should try to seek to
- 30:13Speaker 6: get that portfolio done.
- 30:15Speaker 5: Yeah, makes sense.
- 30:17Speaker 6: You need a Linda who's going to specialize in, you know,
- 30:20Speaker 6: doing blankets. To be honest with.
- 30:22Speaker 7: You, YouTube, if you can hit the like button, we
- 30:25Speaker 7: greatly appreciate it. Thirteen hundred on the check in, We're
- 30:28Speaker 7: gonna go to a question to somebody because a couple
- 30:31Speaker 7: of people have asked where can they get So, yeah,
- 30:32Speaker 7: if you just joined it, So Matt, as I said,
- 30:34Speaker 7: this is a follow up from his episode, but it's
- 30:37Speaker 7: also a follow up from when he dropped his his encyclopedia.
- 30:41Speaker 5: I call it cycloped he calls it a blueprint.
- 30:43Speaker 7: But what it is is is I think it's like
- 30:45Speaker 7: one hundred and ten videos and it's a whole course
- 30:48Speaker 7: of a home buying course. And as I told him,
- 30:50Speaker 7: I'm like, this is crazy because I never got educated
- 30:53Speaker 7: on buying a home. And I think I come from,
- 30:55Speaker 7: you know, an educated family, and I never got educated
- 30:58Speaker 7: on buying a home. So it's crazy to have this
- 31:00Speaker 7: much information. I told him too, Like we put a
- 31:02Speaker 7: YouTube video on YouTube once a day, so to put
- 31:06Speaker 7: over one hundred and ten videos that it literally would
- 31:08Speaker 7: take us two years to upload that much content, so
- 31:11Speaker 7: it's really almost impossible to put all that content like staggered,
- 31:15Speaker 7: so to put it together, it's just a gym. And
- 31:18Speaker 7: what he did was he dropped on the podcast. He
- 31:20Speaker 7: did fifty percent for the first five hundred people. That
- 31:22Speaker 7: was last week. I spoke to him before we started
- 31:24Speaker 7: to see where he was at. Seventy eight slots left,
- 31:27Speaker 7: so this seventy eight slots left. After that the price
- 31:30Speaker 7: obviously the fifty percent goes away. But I mean I
- 31:33Speaker 7: actually went through it. I went through it myself, and
- 31:35Speaker 7: I was just amazed by it. So yeah, if you're interested,
- 31:38Speaker 7: I'm gonna put the link in the and here center
- 31:41Speaker 7: description as well. But yeah, I think he said it
- 31:42Speaker 7: was seventy eight slots. That's at the beginning of this video.
- 31:45Speaker 7: Seventy eight slots left for the fifty percent off discount.
- 31:48Speaker 7: But I just personally have never seen anything like it
- 31:50Speaker 7: before on the marketplace. So shout out to you, and
- 31:53Speaker 7: shout out to your whole team for putting that together. Because,
- 31:55Speaker 7: like I said, I mean, if you really think about
- 31:56Speaker 7: in the grand scheme of things, if you look at
- 31:58Speaker 7: a college textbook, college textbook, it's like one hundred dollars,
- 32:02Speaker 7: eighty dollars just for one textbook.
- 32:03Speaker 5: That's what that was. Twenty Yeah, you only use for
- 32:05Speaker 5: one semester.
- 32:06Speaker 7: So to have something that you can use for your
- 32:08Speaker 7: entire life for a couple of hundred dollars, it's a hurt.
- 32:11Speaker 6: So but also think about a book. Right when new
- 32:14Speaker 6: information comes out, they don't update the book. You know
- 32:17Speaker 6: what I'm saying, it's old information. So with the Blueprint
- 32:21Speaker 6: Volume one, over the next year, as new information comes out,
- 32:25Speaker 6: I'm going to be updating the blueprint with these updates.
- 32:28Speaker 6: So that way for.
- 32:31Speaker 5: You switch it up on me. Man. I was like, wait,
- 32:33Speaker 5: you got a different polo and it's a new video.
- 32:36Speaker 5: I've seen you updated already. I said, I've seen you
- 32:39Speaker 5: updated already. You switched the polo shirt ons?
- 32:41Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, I got a couple updates that went
- 32:43Speaker 6: on there. I switched mad polos in there. Tooks hate
- 32:46Speaker 6: hates the fact that I did that. Like Twoks is
- 32:48Speaker 6: a perfectionist, right, He's like, Yo, keep the same shirt on.
- 32:50Speaker 6: I'm like, I'm tired of wearing the shirt.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Yo.
- 32:53Speaker 6: Were filming some stuff today, Man, I'm updated next week
- 32:57Speaker 6: and with a bunch of refinanced stuff homeowners and insurance
- 33:00Speaker 6: I'm updated with and there's a couple new guidelines that happens,
- 33:05Speaker 6: so I'm going to update that in November. So I'm
- 33:07Speaker 6: just going to keep updating in a couple couple videos
- 33:09Speaker 6: every single month. People who are actually taking a course
- 33:14Speaker 6: right now, they're leaving comments left and right. I'm in
- 33:17Speaker 6: there answering questions. I'm getting on the phone with people
- 33:19Speaker 6: helping them understand particular sections. So it's not like, look,
- 33:22Speaker 6: this is just not like one time course. You don't
- 33:26Speaker 6: hear from me ever, Again there's a time limit on
- 33:29Speaker 6: the videos. No, it's none of that, you know what
- 33:31Speaker 6: I'm saying. Like, once you have it, you can watch
- 33:33Speaker 6: it a self paced watch it, you know, or binge
- 33:36Speaker 6: watch it for twelve thirteen hours in a row, or
- 33:38Speaker 6: take your time with it because you don't never have
- 33:40Speaker 6: to worry about any time constraints. And like I said,
- 33:43Speaker 6: I'm going to keep updating it too as we go
- 33:45Speaker 6: on in twenty twenty one because I know next year
- 33:47Speaker 6: there's going to be so many updates that's going to
- 33:49Speaker 6: impact that first time home buyer that they're going to
- 33:53Speaker 6: need to know this information so I felt like I'd
- 33:55Speaker 6: be doing this service by not updating it with this
- 33:58Speaker 6: new information.
- 33:59Speaker 5: So let's get. Let's get some questions were coming to you.
- 34:02Speaker 5: I mute yourself. You've been unmuted. What's up?
- 34:05Speaker 13: Hey, Yeah, it's good guys, Thank you guys for everything.
- 34:08Speaker 13: MG is my first time tuning into one of your
- 34:10Speaker 13: you know, programs and stuff. So this is dope to hear.
- 34:14Speaker 6: I'm all good.
- 34:15Speaker 5: I'm all good.
- 34:15Speaker 13: So I'm an international, I'm immigrant, but you know, been
- 34:19Speaker 13: in the US for a minute, so you know, I'm
- 34:20Speaker 13: building credit, making my investment moves, trying to prep to
- 34:24Speaker 13: go into this home buyer space. And I saw a
- 34:27Speaker 13: Business Week article i think today saying the New York
- 34:32Speaker 13: had its highest rate of movings during the pandemic, when
- 34:34Speaker 13: everyone assumed it would be the opposite. And so I'm
- 34:37Speaker 13: you know, I'm thinking about this whole investment strategy of
- 34:40Speaker 13: you know, holding by low, sell high. Do you see
- 34:44Speaker 13: major changes happening by like next fall, where you know
- 34:48Speaker 13: the housing market will sort of level out again, where
- 34:51Speaker 13: I could think about buying place when I moved to
- 34:53Speaker 13: New York instead of you know, wasting money on rent
- 34:57Speaker 13: and stuff like that, or you know, what kind of
- 34:59Speaker 13: moves can I be now to prepare for something next year.
- 35:04Speaker 6: It's so hard man to answer that question because it's
- 35:06Speaker 6: really hard to predict the future, especially when it comes
- 35:09Speaker 6: to housing and where the market is going to be.
- 35:12Speaker 6: I think a lot, you know, will have to happen.
- 35:15Speaker 6: We have to see what they're going to do with
- 35:16Speaker 6: the foreclosure and these four barance agreements, you know, devictions.
- 35:21Speaker 6: We have to see, you know, how that's going to
- 35:23Speaker 6: play out over the next couple of months. We have
- 35:25Speaker 6: to see how COVID's going to play out, you know
- 35:27Speaker 6: what I'm saying, over the couple next couple months to
- 35:30Speaker 6: really determine, you know, what home price is going to
- 35:33Speaker 6: go up or down. Me personally, I don't think home
- 35:35Speaker 6: prices are going to depreciate next year. I mean, even
- 35:38Speaker 6: you know, nar are saying the same thing. All the
- 35:40Speaker 6: economists are saying the same thing going into twenty twenty one.
- 35:43Speaker 6: They don't really see it slowing down, especially for new
- 35:46Speaker 6: purchases because rates is so low and there's so many
- 35:49Speaker 6: buyers out there. Inventory is at an all time low
- 35:53Speaker 6: right now. Home homes are going above asking. So like
- 35:57Speaker 6: even in New York City, I don't really see those
- 36:00Speaker 6: homes depreciating like that. What I do see is by
- 36:03Speaker 6: the end of the next year, interest rates are possibly
- 36:05Speaker 6: going to be back in the mid threes, maybe hot threes.
- 36:09Speaker 6: I personally think so. So that's why I'm very vocal
- 36:13Speaker 6: on telling folks if you're looking to purchase real estate,
- 36:16Speaker 6: take advantage now wise why the rates are right here
- 36:20Speaker 6: and you can and if you can afford it. So
- 36:22Speaker 6: it's really hard to determine that situation, like next year,
- 36:25Speaker 6: what's going to happen. I just keep paying attention to
- 36:28Speaker 6: the market, and if you see a right opportunity, jump
- 36:31Speaker 6: on it. Don't hesitate because that opportunity won't be there
- 36:34Speaker 6: for long.
- 36:35Speaker 7: And Stuart, if you if you you're obviously Eyo University
- 36:38Speaker 7: did a class or Knaka on a Knacker program that's
- 36:42Speaker 7: in e Yo. You Matt and actually facilitated that, And man,
- 36:46Speaker 7: I believe that's something. It's like, it's no, it's no downpayment.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Right, yeah, Well, Knaka's no down payment, no down payment.
- 36:54Speaker 6: You can do one hundred percent financing with with a Knack,
- 36:56Speaker 6: a loan, no closing costs, no pm I. The real
- 37:01Speaker 6: big thing with Knaker is, you know they encourage you
- 37:03Speaker 6: to buy down the rate. You know, it's a good program.
- 37:05Speaker 6: You know, Knaka is not a bad program. You know
- 37:07Speaker 6: people always ask me all the time.
- 37:10Speaker 5: Earners, what's up.

- 39:59Speaker 6: That's my thoughts on it, and I tell everybody the
- 40:00Speaker 6: same thing. Every loan is a tool. You just got
- 40:03Speaker 6: to use whatever tool that's available to you. I don't
- 40:05Speaker 6: care if it's Knack an fha VA, who cares, right,
- 40:08Speaker 6: whatever's going to get the job done, Get the job done.
- 40:11Speaker 6: NAC is a resource for that first time home buy
- 40:14Speaker 6: You have to go through Knackers process Like you can't
- 40:16Speaker 6: come to me or any regular loan officer to get
- 40:19Speaker 6: a Knack a loan. You got to go through directly
- 40:21Speaker 6: through them and go through their home buying process. But
- 40:23Speaker 6: if you can get approved for a Knock and room
- 40:25Speaker 6: and you can find a good property, our advise do
- 40:28Speaker 6: multifamily with it because it's one hundred percent financing. Go
- 40:31Speaker 6: for it.
- 40:32Speaker 7: Appreciate, Thank you guys, appreciate check that out Euyuniversity dot com.
- 40:37Speaker 7: Is uh, it's like an hour presentation about the whole
- 40:41Speaker 7: knack Of program. So I just thought about that. But
- 40:42Speaker 7: that's just you know, creative finance and if obviously you know,
- 40:46Speaker 7: paying for a damn payment for a home mighty for.
- 40:49Speaker 5: A lot of people, especially in the New York area.
- 40:51Speaker 7: So you know, faha, we talked about that before Knacker
- 40:54Speaker 7: things in that nature where it kind of takes the
- 40:56Speaker 7: burden off having a tremendous amount of money up front.
- 40:58Speaker 5: Its pros and cons with everything, but in.
- 41:01Speaker 6: The con just for full disclosure, it's gonna take some time, right,
- 41:05Speaker 6: Don't don't expect to go through a knack Of program
- 41:08Speaker 6: in a month, you know, expect to go through a
- 41:12Speaker 6: rod you know what I'm saying. It just it is,
- 41:15Speaker 6: it is, and if you want to take measure that
- 41:17Speaker 6: sometimes got to be patient and go through that process.
- 41:20Speaker 6: But it can take a long time. But at the
- 41:21Speaker 6: end of it, it's very it's worth it. I know
- 41:23Speaker 6: a lot of homeowners who went through the knack Of
- 41:25Speaker 6: process and they're they're extremely happy with the results, So
- 41:29Speaker 6: go for it if you qualify for it.
- 41:31Speaker 5: Yeah, I know, I know, I know.
- 41:32Speaker 7: I know a few people that actually got it and
- 41:34Speaker 7: it worked out for them. So it's like all things,
- 41:37Speaker 7: it's not going to be perfect for every person.
- 41:39Speaker 6: But somebody said they heard knock is like going through
- 41:42Speaker 6: a triathlon.
- 41:45Speaker 7: Yeah, so look, I look at like knowledge is now.
- 41:50Speaker 7: So the more you know, the more you be equipped.
- 41:53Speaker 7: But if you let's say it worked for three out
- 41:54Speaker 7: of ten or four out of ten people, of course
- 41:57Speaker 7: seven those seven seventy.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Percent of people might be disappointed.
- 42:00Speaker 7: For the three people that had to put no money
- 42:01Speaker 7: down and got into their home and never thought that
- 42:03Speaker 7: they'd bown a home that makes the world to them. So,
- 42:07Speaker 7: you know, we have to be careful with judging everything
- 42:10Speaker 7: off of one person's experience or even our own experience.
- 42:13Speaker 7: Like I might have ate Chinese food and it was terrible,
- 42:16Speaker 7: but that might have just been that restaurant that I
- 42:18Speaker 7: went to. Like, you know, there's a billion people in China.
- 42:20Speaker 7: I can't necessarily say that every person that cooks Chinese
- 42:24Speaker 7: food is a terrible chef. It might have just been
- 42:26Speaker 7: my own personal experience. For a variety of different reasons.
- 42:29Speaker 7: I might just not like Chinese food. It doesn't mean
- 42:32Speaker 7: somebody else doesn't like it. So you know, now I
- 42:34Speaker 7: was I'm glad you said all those statistics. That was
- 42:36Speaker 7: actually actually walking CNBC they had the CEO of Retend.
- 42:39Speaker 7: We were saying exactly that that the inventory is low
- 42:42Speaker 7: and the prices.
- 42:43Speaker 5: Have gone up. It's actually the highest the.
- 42:45Speaker 9: Median home costs in Americas at its highest three hundred
- 42:49Speaker 9: and eleven thousand right now.
- 42:51Speaker 6: So yeah, three hundred eleven thousand, so year over year
- 42:54Speaker 6: last year that was I think like two seventy five
- 42:56Speaker 6: to seventy nine somewhere around there, and now it's at
- 42:59Speaker 6: three eleves. So we got to look at what's happened
- 43:02Speaker 6: in twelve months. Right home prices are going up. You know,
- 43:06Speaker 6: look at cities like Atlanta where we just were like
- 43:08Speaker 6: Atlanta five years ago was dirt cheap.
- 43:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:11Speaker 9: You know what the number one city was year over here?
- 43:14Speaker 9: Which one Bridgeport, Connecticut one hundred.
- 43:17Speaker 6: Bridgeport, Connecticut to Bridgeport one hundred and seventeen increase year
- 43:23Speaker 6: over year year over year in Bridgeport and Bridgeport, Connectic two.
- 43:27Speaker 6: Shout out to everybody who purchased last year in Bridgeport.
- 43:32Speaker 6: And if you purchased three years ago on Bridgeport, really
- 43:35Speaker 6: big ups because you you making some money right now.
- 43:38Speaker 6: And y'all people need to refinance and tap that equity
- 43:41Speaker 6: because it's monopoly money.
- 43:43Speaker 7: Money should have got an investment property in Bridgeport.
- 43:46Speaker 6: Bridgeport, that's a fact, Monique, We're coming to you.
- 43:49Speaker 5: I'll meet yourself. You've been un muted.
- 43:52Speaker 8: Hello. So I purchased a two family home in July.
- 43:58Speaker 8: I use FAJ and I know they say, like you
- 44:01Speaker 8: should start up with like a four unit or a
- 44:03Speaker 8: three unit, but I'm from Connecticut and a bunch of
- 44:06Speaker 8: New York investors were coming here and purchasing all our property.
- 44:10Speaker 8: So I settled for this two family and I was
- 44:14Speaker 8: wondering if I would be able to use FHA again
- 44:18Speaker 8: for a three three unit.
- 44:21Speaker 6: Hum, So you will have to refinance out of your FHA,
- 44:28Speaker 6: go into a conventional loan, and then use FAHA again.
- 44:33Speaker 6: But the next property. Remember FAHA is only for your
- 44:35Speaker 6: primary residents. So if you're moving from a two family
- 44:39Speaker 6: to a three family, what's the motivation behind it? And look,
- 44:42Speaker 6: I want to tell us that everybody who's listening. Underwriters
- 44:44Speaker 6: are not stupid they understand that people house hack, they
- 44:48Speaker 6: get it. I Calpacie. Fraud is a big thing in
- 44:51Speaker 6: the mortgage industry. Please understand if you're trying to house
- 44:54Speaker 6: hack and everything, make it make sense. Actually move in
- 44:57Speaker 6: the property, do it for a year, do your year bid,
- 45:00Speaker 6: and then move on to something else. Follow the rules,
- 45:04Speaker 6: and yeah you can. You can do what you want,
- 45:06Speaker 6: but you're gonna have to make it make sense, going
- 45:07Speaker 6: from A two to three. If you can make it
- 45:10Speaker 6: make sense. And and yeah, you refinance out of your
- 45:14Speaker 6: current FAHA and put that into a conventional Absolutely, you
- 45:17Speaker 6: can use f h A again for the next property,
- 45:20Speaker 6: as long as you're gonna live in for a year
- 45:22Speaker 6: and it's your primary residence.
- 45:24Speaker 8: All right, thank you.
- 45:26Speaker 7: The problem that's crazy that she called because so she
- 45:30Speaker 7: just said, like all the New York investors came to Connecticut.
- 45:34Speaker 7: So that that was right off to our conversation about
- 45:36Speaker 7: Bridgeport prices going up one hundred And.
- 45:38Speaker 6: You know what, we should have asked her how much
- 45:40Speaker 6: how much money she made so far?
- 45:43Speaker 5: I mean money, you're still there money. What part of
- 45:45Speaker 5: Connectic kick you in?
- 45:49Speaker 9: She muted, Yeah. When he went to the first she said, yeah,
- 45:55Speaker 9: I already got No, that was crazy. New York came
- 45:58Speaker 9: and ruined it. Everybody, Matt.
- 46:02Speaker 7: Apple, So we had, we had.
- 46:08Speaker 9: We were sitting there with fourteen year old spurgle billionaire
- 46:11Speaker 9: Trey Brown, and.
- 46:12Speaker 5: He was actually talking about the FAH loan. Can you
- 46:14Speaker 5: tell us.
- 46:15Speaker 9: For the people who may be unaware, what the max
- 46:17Speaker 9: amount you can get on for FBH loan?
- 46:21Speaker 5: It caps out at a number.
- 46:22Speaker 6: Correct, it caps out depending on your county, right, So
- 46:25Speaker 6: there's different loan limits for county. So the only thing
- 46:28Speaker 6: you have to do is to find out what's your
- 46:31Speaker 6: FAHA the maximum FAHA loan limit for your county. Simple
- 46:35Speaker 6: google it FAHA max loan limit twenty twenty and put
- 46:39Speaker 6: your county name, and then you'll probably see Hudd's website
- 46:42Speaker 6: will come up, and you can go there and you
- 46:44Speaker 6: can punch in your county and they'll tell you exactly
- 46:47Speaker 6: what's the max loan amount. Appreciate you, But like in
- 46:51Speaker 6: New York, for example, one family seven sixty five a
- 46:55Speaker 6: four family one point four million?
- 46:57Speaker 5: Wow? Yeah, okay, okay, rich card, we're coming to you.
- 47:02Speaker 5: I'm mute yourself. You been I muted? Hey?
- 47:07Speaker 9: What else fellas going on?
- 47:09Speaker 6: Bro?
- 47:12Speaker 16: I had a question about the FAHA as well. So
- 47:16Speaker 16: I'm getting all my ducks in the order. I'm in Portland, Oregon.
- 47:18Speaker 16: By the way, the prices is kind of crazy, so
- 47:22Speaker 16: I think about moving either to Georgia or to Nevada.
- 47:28Speaker 17: So the price is very good in Novada.
- 47:30Speaker 16: I've been seeing in Las Vegas and so so if
- 47:33Speaker 16: if if I want to move here, do I have
- 47:37Speaker 16: to do the whole the you know, like that employment
- 47:43Speaker 16: thing for two years? Like you know how you you
- 47:47Speaker 16: said you have to have an employment for two years?
- 47:49Speaker 16: I got, I got all my money, I got like
- 47:51Speaker 16: I said, I got all my ducks in order.
- 47:52Speaker 17: My credit is right. So now I want to move.
- 47:55Speaker 16: Do I have to stay in Oregon in order to
- 47:57Speaker 16: get the f A h A Or do I cannot
- 48:00Speaker 16: move and get the fachse somewhere else?
- 48:03Speaker 6: You can move as long. Where's your employment? Is your
- 48:05Speaker 6: employment moving with you? Are you going to get a
- 48:07Speaker 6: job in a new city. Is your current job working remote?
- 48:10Speaker 6: And you're able to move anywhere? What's your situation?
- 48:13Speaker 17: No, I'm self employed. I mean I could do it anywhere.
- 48:18Speaker 6: Oh yeah, you're self employeed then so you can move anywhere. Yeah,
- 48:21Speaker 6: so you'll be fine.
- 48:23Speaker 5: The whole thing.
- 48:24Speaker 6: The whole thing with FAHA, bro is primary residents. You
- 48:28Speaker 6: can buy owner occupied rental properties with FAHA. As long
- 48:32Speaker 6: as your owner occupies your primary residents, then you can.
- 48:35Speaker 6: You can move anywhere, especially if you're self employed. And
- 48:38Speaker 6: even if you one of these folks who are W
- 48:40Speaker 6: two and you're working from home right now, we just
- 48:42Speaker 6: need to get proved from your employer stating that it's
- 48:45Speaker 6: okay for you to move and work in X, Y
- 48:47Speaker 6: and z Z city and work remotely, then you're fine.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Gosh, I know folks.
- 48:52Speaker 6: I got folks right now moving out of state right now,
- 48:56Speaker 6: just because they get to work from home and they
- 48:58Speaker 6: keep their New York money and they can take that
- 49:00Speaker 6: down south and get more bang for the buck because
- 49:03Speaker 6: everything's remote. The kids are remote. Everything's remote. So you
- 49:06Speaker 6: don't even have to take the kids out of your school,
- 49:09Speaker 6: you know what I'm saying. Like they're still doing the
- 49:10Speaker 6: remote and remote working and they just move into different
- 49:16Speaker 6: cities right now. So take advantage.
- 49:18Speaker 17: Okay, all right, we'll do thanks.
- 49:20Speaker 9: No doubt, brother, appreciate you rich uh DeAndre Bell were
- 49:25Speaker 9: coming to you. Mute yourself, you've been unmuted.
- 49:30Speaker 18: Hey, how you doing, guys, Damn. I didn't think I
- 49:33Speaker 18: would be chosen. So my question is me and my fiance,
- 49:43Speaker 18: we were gonna get married this year, but because of
- 49:45Speaker 18: COVID it kind of got all screwed up. She's one
- 49:49Speaker 18: of those that she don't want to get a court wedding.
- 49:51Speaker 18: She wants the whole big thing. But we planned on
- 49:54Speaker 18: buying next year. That's still the plan, but this time,
- 50:00Speaker 18: I mean, we're not going to be married, so we
- 50:01Speaker 18: wanted to know the process of buying home.
- 50:07Speaker 6: So you said, wait a minute, you said that you
- 50:09Speaker 6: are not married. We're not married. We have kids, but
- 50:13Speaker 6: we're not married. So if you're not married, I would
- 50:16Speaker 6: recommend dividing and conquering, right See if you can get
- 50:20Speaker 6: approved on your own, see if she can get approved
- 50:22Speaker 6: on her own, and maybe you both buy multifamily. You
- 50:24Speaker 6: know what I'm saying, and do it that way. But
- 50:27Speaker 6: if you need both income to qualify for one loan,
- 50:30Speaker 6: then that kind of throws out my divide and conquer
- 50:32Speaker 6: theory right there. But the home buying process, that's what
- 50:35Speaker 6: the blueprint, the home Buyers Blueprint is for, is to
- 50:38Speaker 6: kind of give you a step by step booklet for
- 50:41Speaker 6: you to get your game on track, not your wig,
- 50:42Speaker 6: push back and understand the entire process from the very
- 50:45Speaker 6: beginning to the end, every aspect of the process, from
- 50:49Speaker 6: the loan programs to working with relatives, to working with
- 50:52Speaker 6: the bankers, loan officers, appraisals. I mean, everything you need
- 50:57Speaker 6: to know about the home buying process is discussed from
- 51:00Speaker 6: A to Z in the home Buyers Blueprint Value.
- 51:02Speaker 7: One and if you if you buy it a whole
- 51:04Speaker 7: matter weblock like if you just like you know, just
- 51:07Speaker 7: a couple from just from my understanding, like they they
- 51:13Speaker 7: just count it like just two incomes, right, Like if
- 51:15Speaker 7: just me and Troy wanted to buy a home like
- 51:17Speaker 7: they would just you know, how does that work? Like
- 51:19Speaker 7: this one person's credit score over power the other person's
- 51:23Speaker 7: credit score or do we just go with one person
- 51:25Speaker 7: and the other person is like the co signer if
- 51:27Speaker 7: one person's credit isn't as good or how does that work?
- 51:30Speaker 6: So anybody who doesn't matter if your co borrow or
- 51:33Speaker 6: co signa right, everybody's credit has to meet the minimum
- 51:36Speaker 6: credit standards for the program. And then also you know,
- 51:39Speaker 6: you want to have income as well and document income.
- 51:42Speaker 6: So whoever's on a loan application, we need to vet
- 51:45Speaker 6: them out. Now, whether you decide to be a co
- 51:47Speaker 6: borrower or co signer's two different things. But we're always
- 51:51Speaker 6: going to lose the middle, the middle score when it
- 51:54Speaker 6: comes the middle of the three scores when it comes
- 51:56Speaker 6: to credit qualifying. And if there's two borrows or three borrows,
- 51:59Speaker 6: we're going to use the lower middle schore of the
- 52:02Speaker 6: two or three people to determine, you know, interest rates
- 52:06Speaker 6: in the program that they qualify for. But we're going
- 52:08Speaker 6: to analyze everything, you know, analyze your income's Troy income,
- 52:12Speaker 6: your credit, and make sure you the ability to repay
- 52:15Speaker 6: is there.
- 52:17Speaker 5: So two people, definitely it's more beneficial than one person.
- 52:20Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean I've had long applications with six people
- 52:23Speaker 6: on it. It just it just has to make sense,
- 52:27Speaker 6: you know what I'm saying.
- 52:29Speaker 5: Yeah, Yeah, we got some earners in here.
- 52:31Speaker 9: Shout out to every if you are earner and you
- 52:33Speaker 9: purchased the home Buyers grouprit of course, just put a
- 52:35Speaker 9: one in the chat right now.
- 52:37Speaker 5: I want to hear for y'all.
- 52:38Speaker 6: Shout out to all the earners. Man.
- 52:40Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I see this. Well, we got a lot,
- 52:43Speaker 5: we got a lot I'm coming with.
- 52:45Speaker 6: Let's see, let's shout out to all of y'all, man,
- 52:47Speaker 6: I see y'all, man, one of y'all get on here
- 52:50Speaker 6: right now. We want to hear your opinion.
- 52:51Speaker 7: Of the so, like if somebody is going back to
- 52:54Speaker 7: the couple, because that's probably a big question a lot
- 52:57Speaker 7: of people want about homes with the you know, Beyonce
- 52:59Speaker 7: that their boyfriend whatever. Do you suggest that they should
- 53:03Speaker 7: take like some kind of legal like I don't know
- 53:07Speaker 7: what it would be, like a trust or something that
- 53:09Speaker 7: kind of protect themselves, Like I buy it with my girlfriend,
- 53:13Speaker 7: hypothetically speaking, and then we break up, like then we're
- 53:18Speaker 7: like both co owners of the property. That probably happens
- 53:21Speaker 7: a lot, right, WI.
- 53:23Speaker 6: Shippens all the time. And then people don't have they're
- 53:26Speaker 6: not vested their title and their deed is not vested properly.
- 53:29Speaker 6: And that's another thing we cover in home buys blueprint
- 53:32Speaker 6: is vesting. Right. People don't understand the difference between, you know,
- 53:35Speaker 6: the different ways you can vest your title. You can
- 53:37Speaker 6: give somebody a certain percentage on of the property, you know,
- 53:42Speaker 6: So it's a lot of things you can do. If
- 53:44Speaker 6: you're doing a COSNA, right, a co signer technically doesn't
- 53:47Speaker 6: own the property. They're just responsible for the debt with you.
- 53:50Speaker 6: So you know, it's different ways. If you're buying something
- 53:53Speaker 6: with your girlfriend and you may not be one hundred
- 53:57Speaker 6: percent sure that this relationship might work out in the future,
- 54:00Speaker 6: maybe you don't add them on as a co borrower.
- 54:02Speaker 6: You do them on. You add them on as a
- 54:04Speaker 6: non occupant co signer, right, So that way they're signing
- 54:08Speaker 6: the mortgage note and they're saying that they are responsible
- 54:11Speaker 6: for the debt along with you, but they don't have
- 54:13Speaker 6: no ownership in your property, you know what I'm saying.
- 54:16Speaker 6: So it's just all on how you structure your deal.
- 54:18Speaker 6: And that's why the blueprint is designed this way, and
- 54:21Speaker 6: we're discussing all this because people just don't understand the difference.
- 54:24Speaker 6: And then you take it deeper when it comes to
- 54:25Speaker 6: your title on how you vest in your title. If
- 54:27Speaker 6: you do it as a co borrower, you can structure
- 54:30Speaker 6: your title in many different ways. Let's just say, you know,
- 54:33Speaker 6: all three of us buy home. We can be tenants
- 54:35Speaker 6: in common, or we can have certain percentages of ownership
- 54:38Speaker 6: in the title, you know what I'm saying. So it's
- 54:40Speaker 6: so many different ways you can protect yourself when it
- 54:43Speaker 6: comes to home buying. But people are not discussing. I
- 54:47Speaker 6: don't hear nobody talking about vesting or title or you know,
- 54:50Speaker 6: any of these things online. It's just the everyday person
- 54:54Speaker 6: just really doesn't understand it and they don't take the
- 54:56Speaker 6: time to learn it, you know what I'm saying. So
- 54:58Speaker 6: there's many ways you can protect your so you just
- 55:00Speaker 6: need to have the information.
- 55:05Speaker 7: Yeah, that's that's a gym, because like I said, I mean,
- 55:10Speaker 7: you know was a gym. Actually you see that all
- 55:13Speaker 7: the time as far as couples. Couples they bought home
- 55:16Speaker 7: together or whatever and in two years they break up.
- 55:18Speaker 7: And it's like, if you married, then that's one thing.
- 55:20Speaker 7: You go through a divorce and then a judge and gone,
- 55:22Speaker 7: you know, dictate things and you have you know, but
- 55:25Speaker 7: if you're not married, you know, stop, what do you do?
- 55:31Speaker 5: Sticky situation? A lot of what's going on, bro, you've
- 55:35Speaker 5: been unmuted, you've been ready on use yourself. You said
- 55:37Speaker 5: you you got the course right.
- 55:39Speaker 19: Yeah, yeah, it was going on, gentlemen. I just wanted
- 55:42Speaker 19: to give a shout to you guys recent earner. I've
- 55:45Speaker 19: been following you guys.
- 55:46Speaker 5: For a while.
- 55:47Speaker 19: Matt uh, you know, fellow new York native man. So
- 55:49Speaker 19: you know, I definitely appreciate all you do.
- 55:52Speaker 6: Shout out to you, Elijah. You got the course, you said, Yeah,
- 55:55Speaker 6: I jumped.
- 55:55Speaker 5: I jumped on the course.
- 55:56Speaker 19: I've been on the webinars, I jumped on the court.
- 56:01Speaker 19: Already had the membership and due to the course, I
- 56:03Speaker 19: upgraded and got the annual membership.
- 56:06Speaker 5: You know, I just I just jumped all over it.
- 56:08Speaker 6: So yeah, so let's talk about the course work quick.
- 56:10Speaker 6: How far along are you in the course.
- 56:13Speaker 19: I'm just through the first couple of videos so far,
- 56:17Speaker 19: and you know, just really just going through, really just
- 56:21Speaker 19: trying to immerse myself in everything, e y l. You know,
- 56:23Speaker 19: just due to my current situation. So you know, I'm
- 56:27Speaker 19: trying to come out of this COVID thing in a
- 56:30Speaker 19: much better situation. And you know, seeing this is the path, man,
- 56:35Speaker 19: ey L is the path. You know, I'm trying to
- 56:37Speaker 19: jump on this train.
- 56:39Speaker 6: Fact.
- 56:39Speaker 5: Appreciate that.
- 56:40Speaker 6: I appreciate that, you know.
- 56:43Speaker 19: So my quick question was, so I was I was
- 56:46Speaker 19: starting the process, me and my wife looking, you know,
- 56:50Speaker 19: to get a second home. It's it's kind of tricky
- 56:52Speaker 19: because we already own a home, but my name is
- 56:56Speaker 19: not on the mortgage, and so then I took some
- 57:01Speaker 19: money out of my four one K I got like
- 57:03Speaker 19: twenty five on hand. I got a little over fifty
- 57:05Speaker 19: more still in there, and I was about to start
- 57:08Speaker 19: looking into the FAHA process up here in Boston, but
- 57:12Speaker 19: then I got laid off. So my question is should
- 57:19Speaker 19: I to keep the income consistent? Should I go back
- 57:24Speaker 19: because I was in retails, I was in retail management.
- 57:27Speaker 19: So should I go back and get something just in
- 57:31Speaker 19: retail to keep the income consistent so when it comes
- 57:35Speaker 19: time to really start the process, that income stream is
- 57:38Speaker 19: consistent or can I just maneuver something with cash on hand?
- 57:43Speaker 6: No, I would go back to work immediately, so that
- 57:46Speaker 6: way you keep that consistency and keep that W two flowing.
- 57:50Speaker 6: And especially if you're trying to take advantage of low
- 57:53Speaker 6: down payments and low interest rates, you want to go
- 57:57Speaker 6: back to work or get a new job and his
- 58:00Speaker 6: retail or whatever. You know what I'm saying, And hopefully
- 58:03Speaker 6: it's the same type of thing you were making previously,
- 58:06Speaker 6: so that way it's not a decline. But I would
- 58:09Speaker 6: definitely say our advis get another job.
- 58:12Speaker 19: Okay and keep it consistent.
- 58:13Speaker 5: Okay, all right, appreciate it. Appreciate you, Eli, thank you. Man.
- 58:17Speaker 6: Let me know if you have any questions about the blueprint.
- 58:20Speaker 2: We'll do it.
- 58:20Speaker 5: We'll do appreciate it. Thanks fellas. All right, absolutely, a
- 58:24Speaker 5: couple more questions. Yeah, I see my guy, My God's
- 58:27Speaker 5: calling in there you go. It's good, it's good man,
- 58:37Speaker 5: page pace.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Face pigs was going down.
- 58:41Speaker 6: What's up? Killer?
- 58:42Speaker 2: And now I see always tear the land up?
- 58:44Speaker 6: Huh superstars the superstars bro always work.
- 58:51Speaker 2: It's only right, man, it's toly right.
- 58:53Speaker 5: Man.
- 58:56Speaker 2: I got the blueprint too, Man, I got the blueprint as.
- 58:59Speaker 6: Well, So tell tell people what's your thoughts on a blueprint?
- 59:03Speaker 20: Keep it a buck No, I think I think it's
- 59:06Speaker 20: it's it's all the way official, man. Like with the
- 59:09Speaker 20: in terms of the layout the videos, like you said
- 59:12Speaker 20: that people are participating in the comments asking questions that
- 59:16Speaker 20: you didn't necessarily cover. But you you know, you you
- 59:18Speaker 20: diving right in responding the quizzes. I think that's key
- 59:23Speaker 20: because it really forces you to make sure you know
- 59:25Speaker 20: what you actually but you just went over you know
- 59:28Speaker 20: what I mean. I'm right now, I'm just going through
- 59:30Speaker 20: the fah A regulation. So you know that's that's that's
- 59:33Speaker 20: a lot of videos right there. Yeah, but some more too. No, no, no,
- 59:39Speaker 20: but so far, man, I think it's I think it's
- 59:41Speaker 20: I think it's, you know, a one one of the
- 59:43Speaker 20: best courses in terms of like the different courses people
- 59:46Speaker 20: have online or whatever.
- 59:47Speaker 2: I would say it's definitely one of the top ones
- 59:49Speaker 2: I've seen.
- 59:50Speaker 6: Wo right, thank you. I appreciate that. Bro.
- 59:53Speaker 9: You got a question all the question brouh nah nah Man,
- 59:57Speaker 9: I just wanted to get on show some love.
- 59:59Speaker 2: You know.
- 59:59Speaker 20: I know you said you wanted to earn it, you know,
- 1:00:01Speaker 20: talk about the course, man, So you know, I would
- 1:00:03Speaker 20: suggest everybody go out there and get it. You know,
- 1:00:05Speaker 20: I watched all the MATS videos, so a lot of
- 1:00:08Speaker 20: the stuff, you know, I see the information, but just
- 1:00:10Speaker 20: the way that he's packaged it and organized it in.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: A nice streamline way, you know what I mean. He
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: got the little app. You can have it on your phone.
- 1:00:17Speaker 20: You got it all the time, like rewind like it's
- 1:00:20Speaker 20: it's it's It's definitely definitely worth the money, you know
- 1:00:23Speaker 20: what I mean. Get it now, you know what I mean,
- 1:00:25Speaker 20: before the price go up, I got it. I'm telling
- 1:00:28Speaker 20: you get it. I say, get it for yourself, Get
- 1:00:29Speaker 20: it for your kids.
- 1:00:30Speaker 6: Man, that's a fact, brother, thank you. I appreciate that.
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: Bro.
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: Let's just show your cash apps in there in the
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: air on YouTube and zoom. We're just gone. We get away.
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: We do a little stimulus package.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: Wait, hold on, you're about to give a stimulus package
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: away right now.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: Random, this is just a random stimulus just.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: You know what you're giving away?
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: Oh, get away.
- 1:00:55Speaker 7: We give away one hundred dollars to like five people
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: with six people, one hundred dollars apiece.
- 1:00:59Speaker 9: You know, fucking I'll match that less less.
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: Let's match it.
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: Let's let's do it. Let's do it.
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: Just random, just a random, just a random What day
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: is Thursday? So you know what's crazy is when he
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: was in Atlanta, we went to Jeremy uh what's his
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: naxt name?
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: Man?
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: My man shot him. He had us over his house.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: He got a beautiful house out.
- 1:01:23Speaker 9: There in Atlanta, Like everybody got like the houses in Atlanta.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: It's crazy, crazy crazy. It's like, what are we doing
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: for New York?
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: Y'all? Love?
- 1:01:31Speaker 17: Man?
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: When I saw that house, I saw the pictures, I'm like, man,
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: New York is just like so behind that crib in
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: New York will probably cost you three million, easy, like
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: five million.
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: You see the whole thing. The pictures didn't even do
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: with justice. Jeremy Anderson, Jeremy and Jeremy Anderson his wife.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: His wife had a as a two room closet. It's crazy, man, Like,
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: it's crazy what he's doing.
- 1:01:56Speaker 9: When they invited us, right the invitation, I'm like, I
- 1:01:59Speaker 9: look at shot him like your what restaurant is in
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: a house?
- 1:02:04Speaker 7: They had a menu. They had a menu like this
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: is this is lunch like salmon over.
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: Maccaroni.
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: Well he had the chef there too.
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: Yeah, you got a personal chef. You had three backyards.
- 1:02:20Speaker 9: He talking about putting a basketball court, tennis cornerback and
- 1:02:22Speaker 9: I'm looking at him like, damn, you know what.
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: Then Neil David something.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: He putting the elevator in his crib foor story elevator
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: and living room.
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: Like Frank Loser.
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: Shout out to Neo the genius.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: Davis a legend.
- 1:02:38Speaker 6: Neil is a legend, man, shout shout out to Neo.
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: Man that guy special.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: I say that to say they just battling.
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: Chris shouting this is two we tell so we sw
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: he building his house and then Alex is getting the house.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: It's just crazy.
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: So I say that to say, you know, I realized.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: I always knew that, but I just realized even when
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: I was a two day afternoon. And one of the
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: great things about financial literacy and things that everybody that
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: we teach about is it allows your freedom. To me,
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: freedom is even more important than money. And it's like
- 1:03:07Speaker 7: when you're an entrepreneur, you're investor and you can actually
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: live off income that you produce from like investment or
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: just your business.
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: You can make whatever day you want it to be.
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: So if it's Tuesday and you want it to be
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: a Saturday, it's Saturday now, correct. And if it's Sunday
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: and you want it to be a Monday, you want
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: to work like it's Sunday's Monday. You you literally you
- 1:03:29Speaker 7: make whatever day you want.
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: It to be.
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: Like if you want Monday to be Friday, Monday's Friday.
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: And that's something that it just kind of hit me
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: because they were just like, Yo, it's Tuesday at eleven
- 1:03:40Speaker 7: o'clock in the afternoon and we just playing basketball with
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: Spargo halfway.
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: So now Spargo to young legend Man, shout out to Spargo,
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: shout out to truth Jones too. Two young legends.
- 1:03:54Speaker 9: Man, I saw that you did a property for him.
- 1:03:56Speaker 9: Shout out to him. Were supposed to link, man, but
- 1:03:58Speaker 9: he'll get to know. Like sometimes scheduling, especially the way
- 1:04:02Speaker 9: we're moving right now, is just like you know, if
- 1:04:04Speaker 9: I get a second man, hopefully I can take a
- 1:04:07Speaker 9: five minute and that.
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: But you know, yeah, I just help him and his
- 1:04:10Speaker 6: family secure on Atlanta mansion out there too, man, So
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: shout out to the young legends. That's how him moving.
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: And that's why I love this error right now, man,
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: because you got fourteen year olds running circles around it. Man,
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: it's crazy.
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: It's it's like, yo, this education man, if you're not
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: educating yourself right now, if you're not investing in yourself,
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: if you're not on YouTube, listening to podcasts, like reading books,
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: getting courses, it's like, this is happening in real time.
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: This isn't it. It's not a facade like we see it.
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: We see it from everybody that we know personally and
- 1:04:42Speaker 7: just you know, taking trips like that, and it's like
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: these people just regular people. We're just regular people. Me
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: and Troys regular people. You're MG's a regular person, and
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: it's like there's nothing really different from us than anybody
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: else except we just we've required a little bit more education,
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: not through school but through selfish and it has really
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: helped us tremendously.
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: We just got a truck.
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: We're gonna we're gonna talk about that, but we got
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: a truck, got an eighteen wheeler, got our first eighteen
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: wheeler that we're gonna put on the road God willing
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: like within the next couple of weeks. And that's all
- 1:05:11Speaker 7: through educational personally.
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: Shout out to Alex Man. Alex course is wonderful.
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: I took his course, you know. And that's what I
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: tell people all the time. I purchased courses right all
- 1:05:22Speaker 6: the time. Like I purchased Alex Course, I purchased for the.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: States Matrix, Matrix Gon Shock and screw. Now you're looking crazy,
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: They say, it looks like it's doctor hell is hot.
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: His time limit, his time limit was up. But Troy,
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: can you get to the people on zoom get a
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: couple of names with people, and so we're gonna give it.
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: We're gonna give You're gonna give away to cash that
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: hopefully MG comes back, but if not, we'll finish out
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: the leg for him. So yeah, MG, his his uh,
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: his whole entire cyclopedia. I'm gonna fall the course in encyclopedia,
- 1:05:59Speaker 7: but you're over one hundred and ten videos and he
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: keeps adding to it. Like I said at the beginning
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: of this, seventy eight spots laft So if get interested,
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: it's in the description of this video. We also penned it.
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: It's on a link in his bio, and it's on
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: our website as well, early in leasia dot com. And
- 1:06:16Speaker 7: like I said, financial literacy is life for death these days,
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: so you know stuff like the Infama. It's only a
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: couple of hundred dollars too. That's the crazy thing about it.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: He could have easily charged I tell you, that's a textbook.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: I took physics. Yeah that's in college and the textbook
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: was two ninety five.
- 1:06:29Speaker 7: You could have easily charged thousands of dollars, two three
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: thousand dollars. So you know, a couple of hundred dollars.
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: That's like a no brain in my in my But yeah,
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: hopefully we can come back. If not, we will end this,
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: but make sure you cop the merch merche. We're gonna
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: do the whole episode about merch, but we changed our
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: operations I think that that's something that people can learn about.
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: So what'll be giving you the.
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: Game or how we change our operation with merch and
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: how we are doing it ourselves now. And we got
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: a whole operation going with merch and we got a huge,
- 1:06:59Speaker 7: huge episode coming out and next week.
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: But we got a big episode out right now with
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: the homie Snoop. That's a big one.
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: So make sure you check that out at end. Yeah,
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: shoutut Market Monday shot at Uile University. Everybody on the
- 1:07:10Speaker 7: check it. We just wanted to tell you this was
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: an imprompto impromp two thing that we wanted to do
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: with MG, just to you know, answer some questions if
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: we could. It wasn't like a scheduled thing. This isn't
- 1:07:19Speaker 7: part of UI University anything like that. This is just
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: something that we just randomly did on a random Thursday,
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: fresh off the flight, just blew back from Atlanta. And yeah,
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: so yeah, MG, greetings and salutations to him.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: On his journey. National Quotes Shop real quick.
- 1:07:36Speaker 9: Earnest Andrew had a U Sharita and llocat.
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: We've been selected. So I'm gonna just keep maybe running
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: down maybe one or two more names.
- 1:07:47Speaker 9: But I was like you know, when I hear that book,
- 1:07:49Speaker 9: that's because I'm texting it right to shoty ads. This
- 1:07:51Speaker 9: is happening, all right, Yeah, yeah, yeah, So shout out
- 1:07:53Speaker 9: to y'all. Yeah yeah, yeah, for sure. And I got
- 1:07:55Speaker 9: I got toned bag on YouTube. I got Mike math
- 1:07:58Speaker 9: on YouTube. I got mom massage message on YouTube. And uh,
- 1:08:08Speaker 9: Nephew Nephew nine hundred.
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: I like that name. I like that Nephew nine hundred.
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: We'll do Nephew nine hundred money seven five seven two,
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: and we'll do uh f g M three d oh
- 1:08:21Speaker 5: yeah that's what moted. He said, we wasn't live. We're
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: about to see how live we really are. I just
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: picked you.
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: So yeah, we'll get these out tonight unless cash up
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: limits us to how much money we can we can
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: send you.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: Isn't that crazy? Yeah?
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: If not, then we'll do it tomorrow. We'll we'll get
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: everybody in. But yeah, man, MG, I'm not sure what
- 1:08:40Speaker 7: happened to him, but it was perfect timing because he
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: was playing on ending it after the hour anyway, So
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: like I said, shouts all earner is out there, shout
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: everybody on YouTube. Uh, we got a bunch of stuff
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: lined up this impromptu U pop up session Thursday, and oh.
- 1:08:55Speaker 21: It's bad back, Matt. He's back with no no sammute yourself, Bro,
- 1:09:01Speaker 21: you've been on you been on muting, Like I said,
- 1:09:05Speaker 21: shot out there.
- 1:09:09Speaker 6: The league, Matt, y'all, I'm back.
- 1:09:14Speaker 5: Cut the volume on your phone down.
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: I did, Bro, I did so.
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: Yeah, we were just closing this out. Bro, he's closing
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: this out.
- 1:09:21Speaker 6: Yeah, man, I don't know what happened, y'all.
- 1:09:23Speaker 9: The matrix, Yeah, that's what happens when you have devil
- 1:09:27Speaker 9: read in the back back.
- 1:09:30Speaker 6: The devil is a liar son.
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: All ears.
- 1:09:35Speaker 9: I'm gonna see you this Sunday. It is the start
- 1:09:38Speaker 9: of our new book, Money Mesters the Game. So we're
- 1:09:40Speaker 9: gonna do a section two.
- 1:09:41Speaker 6: Hold on, you gave away a cash shot.
- 1:09:44Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, I got a bunch, so I'll hit you too,
- 1:09:47Speaker 9: all right, send me five, all right that we'll see
- 1:09:51Speaker 9: everybody on Sunday.
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: That's right, Yeah, somebody study all. I'll see you got Sunday, Matt.
- 1:09:58Speaker 7: I just I just told them the whole recap of
- 1:10:00Speaker 7: the course, the encyclopedia. I don't even like call for cyclopedia,
- 1:10:04Speaker 7: but anything. Any last words you want to say.
- 1:10:08Speaker 6: For everybody who's out there buying a home right now,
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: make sure you understand your purchase contract, make sure you
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: have the right expectations going into the mortgage process. Like
- 1:10:17Speaker 6: I said early on this Live that the mortgage industry
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: is set to have the second biggest year in US history.
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, So understand term times might
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: be delayed. Appraisals might be delayed right now, underwriter might
- 1:10:33Speaker 6: be delayed. So just make sure you have your expectations
- 1:10:36Speaker 6: set properly. If you're out here buying property right now,
- 1:10:40Speaker 6: it's not easy when it comes to getting loans right now,
- 1:10:44Speaker 6: So just have your expectations. But in terms of the
- 1:10:47Speaker 6: home buys blueprint, I don't think there's nothing comparable on
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: the market to it in all honesty, the information, the
- 1:10:55Speaker 6: time that it took to put all of that together,
- 1:10:58Speaker 6: one hundred plus videos. Anybody who's in this course right now,
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: they're learning, they're retaining. I'm seeing as they're taking these assessments,
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: they're passing it, and just from the comments, it's just
- 1:11:12Speaker 6: so even if you're in the comments of these sections,
- 1:11:14Speaker 6: it's like a whole nother lesson that's going on. So
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: I will highly advise anybody who's watching this if you
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: plan on buying a home within the next twelve months,
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: if you're a first time home buyer, if you're a
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: new real estate agent, if you're a new loan officer.
- 1:11:30Speaker 6: Especially for the professionals, those classes to get licensed don't
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: teach you product. It doesn't teach you the process. It
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: just teach you the law. This blueprint is not just
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: for the home buyers, for you as well to understand
- 1:11:41Speaker 6: and learn the process. There's a lot of loan officers
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: in relatives who's purchase this course already and they got
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: rave reviews upon it. So this will help you guys
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: and help your product knowledge as well before your first
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: time home buyers, even if you're a move up buyer
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: or you're having purchases at home in a while. You
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: just want to have a better understanding of what to
- 1:11:59Speaker 6: expect in today's market, Like this is information for today's market.
- 1:12:03Speaker 6: You know COVID nineteen. So take the course, learn it,
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: retain it, be on the lookout for all the updates
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: and look, if you don't follow me already on Instagram,
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: hit me MG the mortgage Guy and Earners. There's a
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: couple of people that came into comments and asking about
- 1:12:21Speaker 6: the e y l u discount. I'm going to post
- 1:12:24Speaker 6: a link for e y lu members in the Facebook
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: group again, so that way you guys want to purchase,
- 1:12:29Speaker 6: That way you can get the e y l u discount.
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: If you're not an e y lu member and you
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: buy the home Buyers Blueprint, I highly recommend take advantage
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: of the bundle that e y l is offering to
- 1:12:40Speaker 6: join e y l u two. And that's all I
- 1:12:43Speaker 6: really got for you guys. Man, if you DM me
- 1:12:46Speaker 6: on Instagram, you're having a conversation with the order responder,
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: just please understand that right now, that is not me.
- 1:12:52Speaker 6: That's the order responder. And I do check the dms
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: from time to time, but I'm not in dms all
- 1:12:58Speaker 6: day long. I will highly recommd in. If you have questions,
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: turn on your post notifications. If you see me on
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: Instagram live, jump on live. I'm always answering questions. It's
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: like a home buying seminar every time I go on live.
- 1:13:10Speaker 6: So you know, if you don't want to get the
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: cost and you still want to learn from me, make
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: sure you jump on my lives and go to my
- 1:13:16Speaker 6: YouTube channel. MG the mortgage gout and binge. Watch the
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: playlist because at the end of this month, I'm archiving everything.
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: All right, Bro, we go to get you some more
- 1:13:25Speaker 5: merch too.
- 1:13:25Speaker 9: Yeah, we get We gotta shout out to the albums.
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: Yeah, shout out that album.
- 1:13:31Speaker 6: What's that it was written?
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: Now we got yeah? Yeah yeah? And coming off.
- 1:13:37Speaker 6: Queens get the money. Shout out to queens.
- 1:13:39Speaker 5: You know, every time I hear you coming in playing,
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: got to.
- 1:13:43Speaker 6: Put Queens on. I need some of that pink merchant.

- 1:13:56Speaker 5: On the way.
- 1:13:57Speaker 9: I see a lot of people sending sending messages. He's
- 1:14:00Speaker 9: hitting me by the ideas. Look, man, I'm excited about it.
- 1:14:03Speaker 9: I want to get it out there. Hopefully we'll get
- 1:14:04Speaker 9: it out I'm thinking November we're gonna release some stuff.
- 1:14:09Speaker 9: We're gonna lease some stuff, some new, brand new things.
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: Well send you will send you all the merchant.
- 1:14:13Speaker 6: And I appreciate that, fellas. And I just checked the stats,

- 1:14:22Speaker 6: because once it's gone, I don't have to tell you.

- 1:16:09Speaker 22: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 1:16:13Speaker 22: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 1:16:17Speaker 22: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 1:16:21Speaker 22: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 1:16:25Speaker 22: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 1:16:29Speaker 22: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 1:16:32Speaker 22: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 1:16:37Speaker 22: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 1:16:41Speaker 22: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 1:16:44Speaker 22: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 1:16:48Speaker 22: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 1:16:52Speaker 22: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 1:16:56Speaker 22: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 1:17:00Speaker 22: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 1:17:04Speaker 22: border and families will be protected.
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
