- 1:32Speaker 4: Roote sixty six che cheese. Oh yeah, historical.
- 1:38Speaker 1: You know we're talking about the restaurant, right oh. Oh, yesterday,
- 1:47Speaker 1: yesterday we were talking about the the Texas Rangers baseball
- 1:50Speaker 1: hat that got pulled from its online store because it
- 1:52Speaker 1: was Spanish slang for because of a of an ilk
- 1:58Speaker 1: placed tea over the world Texas, turning it into a
- 2:01Speaker 1: different word, which, then, of course, like you do, eventually
- 2:08Speaker 1: you end up talking about chi cheese, the Mexican restaurant
- 2:11Speaker 1: that I was a huge fan of as a kid
- 2:12Speaker 1: and as an adult.
- 2:14Speaker 2: If I could find some.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Actually looking, well, let your hearts rejoice, although.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Because all the che cheese are gone right.
- 2:27Speaker 5: They went out of business in two thousand and three,
- 2:29Speaker 5: but Reading or Meal Foods bought the name and all
- 2:35Speaker 5: the trademarks and stuff and are opening chee Cheese back
- 2:38Speaker 5: in twenty twenty five, So rejoice, you will get che
- 2:43Speaker 5: cheese in twenty twenty five.

- 2:48Speaker 5: Ever and hopefully, being the case of hepatitis made them
- 2:57Speaker 5: go away, Hopefully they're clean chee cheese.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Now, yeah, I really prefer clean che cheese.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yes, clean che cheese all the way.
- 3:05Speaker 6: Yeah, I want mine to have an A rating.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Yeah, although I don't mind if they're covered in cheese
- 3:15Speaker 1: caesel covered che cheese well well no, I mean because
- 3:17Speaker 1: chee cheese in case of they seem they seem to
- 3:19Speaker 1: go hand in hand. Oh god, Okay, you serious? So Hormel.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Uh like the canned food company whatever. I bought everything
- 3:33Speaker 1: they Chemel.
- 3:33Speaker 5: There's a lot more than canned foods. But yeah, a
- 3:35Speaker 5: lot of meats.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yeah, they do a lot of cans.
- 3:42Speaker 1: It's good. It's good to know where your strengths lie.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's good news.
- 3:47Speaker 4: I look forward to getting a big old mouthful of
- 3:48Speaker 4: che cheese again.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Again.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Some of us haven't had it since we were kids.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm serious. My parents acted it. We would go to Tulsan,
- 4:02Speaker 1: we go to the che cheese Mexican restaurant.

- 4:25Speaker 5: they're going to be uh yeah, new, bigger and better
- 4:28Speaker 5: than ever.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's right. You have to have a refresh uh huh,
- 4:31Speaker 1: that's cheese a lift. That's right.
- 4:37Speaker 2: What's old, it's new again.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I will say, you know, chee cheese coming back in
- 4:41Speaker 1: twenty twenty five is is welcome a welcome site because
- 4:45Speaker 1: the rest of my twenty twenty five Bingo card is
- 4:47Speaker 1: all doom and gloom, so it's nice to have a
- 4:49Speaker 1: nice positive.

- 5:01Speaker 7: and I get Bennigan's to go.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Do not, do not, And I cannot stress this hard enough.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Do not with me on the Bennigans thing. I have
- 5:11Speaker 1: been craving a turkeyo tool for like twenty years.
- 5:14Speaker 6: We know you have.
- 5:19Speaker 1: What it's meet between.

- 7:40Speaker 1: along with Trey Trenholm, Raj Sharma and Jerry Caldwell. It's
- 7:45Speaker 1: already a big day, but there is more big news
- 7:48Speaker 1: that we need to discuss, especially because I feel like
- 7:51Speaker 1: we have a unique perspective here inside the Treehouse that
- 7:55Speaker 1: honestly we need to exploit. And how does this not
- 7:59Speaker 1: happen more often?
- 8:00Speaker 2: News?
- 8:00Speaker 1: An Air India flight was forced to turn around because
- 8:03Speaker 1: of clogged toilets. That is a damn good reason to
- 8:10Speaker 1: turn around, I would say, so, passengers aboard an Air
- 8:17Speaker 1: India flight to Delhi, it's no longer new, It's just
- 8:20Speaker 1: Delhi now. Which someone might want to send a memo
- 8:24Speaker 1: to the new Star one or two point one in Dallas,
- 8:26Speaker 1: because I'm pretty sure that ship has sailed. It hasn't
- 8:30Speaker 1: been new for many years, but I digress. Passengers aboard
- 8:35Speaker 1: an Air India flight to Delhi suffered a ten hour
- 8:38Speaker 1: trip to nowhere when the plane was forced to circle
- 8:41Speaker 1: back to Chicago because all but one of its toilets
- 8:44Speaker 1: became clogged and inoperable. According to a report, the Air
- 8:49Speaker 1: India flight was making its way over Greenland and they
- 8:52Speaker 1: wanted to not make it Brownland. On March fifth, when
- 8:56Speaker 1: eleven of its twelve toilets broke down, g es Is
- 9:00Speaker 1: christ I didn't. I've never even been on a plane
- 9:02Speaker 1: with toilets.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I mean.
- 9:05Speaker 1: They're going, you know, from Chicago to Delhi, so I
- 9:07Speaker 1: guess you know you want more than four. But eleven
- 9:12Speaker 1: out of twelve of the Air India toilets broke down,
- 9:16Speaker 1: with the only working toilet located in the business class
- 9:19Speaker 1: section for some three hundred passengers to use, which I
- 9:23Speaker 1: hope to God at that point they let the economy
- 9:26Speaker 1: folk use it, because it would be a real nightmare
- 9:30Speaker 1: if they still didn't let the cheap seats people into
- 9:32Speaker 1: the special sections of the plane to use their toilets.
- 9:38Speaker 7: No, you don't want that. I when I was a kid,
- 9:41Speaker 7: we flew My dad loved Air India. I don't know why,
- 9:44Speaker 7: but we flew in it.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I have a I have a guess because he's Indian,
- 9:51Speaker 1: just kind of dark hair.
- 9:53Speaker 7: But of all the airlines, like back then it was
- 9:56Speaker 7: like PanAm, Luftanza, so on and so forth.
- 9:58Speaker 6: But we flew are in.
- 10:00Speaker 7: Once and it smelled awful, and the bathrooms were disgusting.
- 10:08Speaker 7: So I can see and people passing gas. And there's
- 10:13Speaker 7: a great clip on YouTube right now of a guy
- 10:17Speaker 7: on an Air India flight and you just hear this
- 10:18Speaker 7: guy go, whoever's farting, stop farting.
- 10:21Speaker 6: It smells really bad.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I think I saw that that was an Air India flight. Yeah,
- 10:26Speaker 1: you know what, I really shouldn't be surprised. Look in hindsight,
- 10:29Speaker 1: if you're flying Air India and your flight number is two,
- 10:33Speaker 1: you really shouldn't be surprised.
- 10:37Speaker 6: Yeah, we know anything, it.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Should be expected. Like seriously, if I was to get
- 10:40Speaker 1: on an Air India flight, I am absolutely going to Unfortunately,
- 10:45Speaker 1: had the stereotype in my head that if I you know,
- 10:48Speaker 1: it's not even a stereotype. When I eat Indian food,
- 10:50Speaker 1: bad things happened to my white tummy.
- 10:53Speaker 4: I was about to say, it's probably because all that curry.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, if you're not used, that'll do it.
- 11:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I made the mistake of eating a vndaloo once before
- 11:05Speaker 4: I got on an airplane ride, and that was.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I love the name of that dish because not only
- 11:11Speaker 1: is it the name of the dish, but it's also
- 11:14Speaker 1: the the noisier butt names exactly.
- 11:23Speaker 6: I've never heard that in my life, and that's.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Fantastic really because I've lived it. So to me, it
- 11:28Speaker 1: just seems like old hat.
- 11:32Speaker 7: Uh in vindaloo uh South Indian, very spicy.
- 11:35Speaker 4: So yeah, it was delicious, but it was not a
- 11:38Speaker 4: good thing to eat before I got on an airplane.
- 11:40Speaker 7: No Jesus, that's what they serve on Air India flights,
- 11:44Speaker 7: so you can imagine why.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that's our version of pretzels and peanuts.
- 11:52Speaker 6: They just walked by handing everybody to chicken kebabs.
- 11:55Speaker 1: You also get backs, but that's not for the food
- 12:02Speaker 1: that bend lou bag written on the side of it.
- 12:05Speaker 7: I can't imagine being the flight attendants that have to
- 12:07Speaker 7: go into the restrooms to check and see if they're cloud.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Again, if this is an Air India flight, if you're surprised,
- 12:13Speaker 1: I think it's your fault.
- 12:17Speaker 7: I mean, it's not like it's reported every single day
- 12:20Speaker 7: like another one turned around.
- 12:24Speaker 1: That to me should be the news that, to me
- 12:26Speaker 1: should be the headline of this. That's why I started
- 12:28Speaker 1: out the segment saying, how is this not filed under
- 12:31Speaker 1: how does this not happen more often news.
- 12:35Speaker 7: I want to hear the pilot's recording of like we
- 12:39Speaker 7: got to turn around, and this is where it goes
- 12:42Speaker 7: to your Christmas vacation, the saying what's that?
- 12:49Speaker 6: I don't have a bleep button.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I'm sorry you say Christmas vacation or European vacation.
- 12:56Speaker 6: I think it's Christmas vacation where something's full.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah yeah when uh yeah, When cousin Edie
- 13:01Speaker 1: says the full, that makes sense. I thought you were
- 13:05Speaker 1: talking about National Lampoon's European vacation. When they're on the
- 13:08Speaker 1: flight and uh and the lady asks him what do
- 13:11Speaker 1: you want, He's like, I'll have a coke, and and
- 13:13Speaker 1: the flight attendant says, do you want that the can?
- 13:15Speaker 2: And Clark's responses.
- 13:16Speaker 1: No, here's brought this. I'll have it right here. Every
- 13:21Speaker 1: single time, especially when she says do you want that
- 13:26Speaker 1: in the can? All bubbly, and he like lifts and
- 13:29Speaker 1: Chevy Chase lifts his head, looks back towards the bathrooms
- 13:32Speaker 1: and he looks back her and goes like, no, let's
- 13:34Speaker 1: have it right here.
- 13:36Speaker 5: You can't remember what I told you yesterday, but you
- 13:39Speaker 5: can remember the lines of the crappy you know vacation movie.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Yes, yes, that was the one with Old Rusty and
- 13:54Speaker 1: he goes and he goes to the topless club. You
- 13:58Speaker 1: want that in the can, I'll have it right here.
- 14:02Speaker 3: It's fine.
- 14:03Speaker 7: I just will to hear the pilots say that in
- 14:05Speaker 7: an Indian accent like that would just be like, why
- 14:07Speaker 7: are you turning around?
- 14:08Speaker 6: Like flight whatever whatever?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Whatever?
- 14:10Speaker 6: You're turning around? What's going on? And just be like,
- 14:12Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I'll tell you what we We can roll play this
- 14:14Speaker 1: very quickly on the fly, I'll play air traffic control.
- 14:16Speaker 6: Okay, okay, are you gonna bleep me out later?
- 14:20Speaker 1: I guess that No, just just just just just don't
- 14:22Speaker 1: say the actual word.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Just a way around it.
- 14:25Speaker 11: Uh, shoot, hang on anything, Tower to fly too, flight
- 14:29Speaker 11: to go ahead.
- 14:31Speaker 7: We have an issue here with over Greenland and we
- 14:34Speaker 7: have to turn back around.
- 14:37Speaker 11: What seems to be the problem? Flight too ull, tower
- 14:45Speaker 11: to fly too? Can you stay out of gunplays?
- 14:47Speaker 6: Three hundred people went number two and you said the
- 14:51Speaker 6: what ful the poop?
- 14:56Speaker 1: That's even better than if you had actually said sure.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I think I think the way you did it is
- 15:05Speaker 1: he's even more accurate. And when we find the black
- 15:08Speaker 1: blocks recording for this flight. I guarantee you they're gonna
- 15:13Speaker 1: say something like pooper.
- 15:14Speaker 6: Yeah, it's in an Indian flight. So it's a brown box.

- 16:17Speaker 1: Back inside the Treehouse, I'm Daniel Malling along with Trey Turnholme,
- 16:20Speaker 1: Raj Sharma and Jerry Caldwell, and Trey is not one
- 16:24Speaker 1: to take any news story lying down.
- 16:27Speaker 2: In fact, we're sitting down in this case or sitting
- 16:33Speaker 2: down right.
- 16:34Speaker 1: In this case, Trey decided he needed to do a
- 16:36Speaker 1: little more digging on this Air India flight that had
- 16:40Speaker 1: eleven out of twelve of its toilets clogged. Trey, what
- 16:44Speaker 1: did you discover?
- 16:46Speaker 5: What I discovered is what Eleven of the twelve toilets
- 16:49Speaker 5: were clogged because people had flashed plastic bags, rags and
- 16:53Speaker 5: clothes down the toilets.
- 16:56Speaker 2: What why? That sounds like somebody was smuggling something and.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Or it intentional, Like it's an intentional like a sabotage
- 17:09Speaker 1: type of situation, a sabadour on an Air India flight.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Although you're hurting yourself in the middle of that, unless
- 17:14Speaker 1: somehow you're going to jump out of the back of
- 17:16Speaker 1: the plane with a parachute to get off the flight
- 17:18Speaker 1: that you've clogged all the toilets on.
- 17:22Speaker 6: I mean, I believe it.
- 17:23Speaker 7: I mean when I flew, they were having to tell
- 17:25Speaker 7: people how to use the restroom because they were squatting
- 17:28Speaker 7: on top of the toilet, wiping and then throwing that
- 17:31Speaker 7: in the trash.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Oh, because on Air India a lot of the Indian
- 17:35Speaker 1: passengers were using the toilet Indian style or Asian style
- 17:42Speaker 1: versus the Western toilets, which is you sit on it.
- 17:45Speaker 7: Yeah, So throwing stuff down the toilet that shouldn't go there, yeah,
- 17:49Speaker 7: I believe it.
- 17:51Speaker 6: Clothes is weird, but yeah, coustat bags and rags.
- 17:54Speaker 1: I understand somebody's sound bad for me to say it,
- 17:57Speaker 1: so maybe you should then say it after me. Raj
- 18:00Speaker 1: So like some people on the flight might have seen
- 18:02Speaker 1: the toilet and thought this is cleaner than the Gange,
- 18:04Speaker 1: so they decided to do some laundry.
- 18:07Speaker 7: The Ganges is very clean. Their laundry might not have
- 18:11Speaker 7: been after the Vindal.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Which is the one that's dirty. Is that the tigers?
- 18:16Speaker 6: I don't, I don't. I don't know.
- 18:17Speaker 1: It's been a long time since since my South Asian geography.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I'm just glad I knew Ganges.
- 18:23Speaker 6: That it was very good. Uh No.
- 18:25Speaker 7: But maybe they just kind of, you know, had a
- 18:27Speaker 7: little bad stomach and they're like, oh, I kind of
- 18:31Speaker 7: did something on mye pants.
- 18:32Speaker 6: Let me flush this down the toilet.
- 18:35Speaker 1: All right, I'm going to share something. I'm going to
- 18:37Speaker 1: share something with you guys that I know I shouldn't.
- 18:39Speaker 1: It's going to come back and bite me in the
- 18:40Speaker 1: ass unintended later. I've been in that scenario where you've
- 18:45Speaker 1: had a number two oops a daisy, and you've you've
- 18:49Speaker 1: had to in a public place and you have to
- 18:52Speaker 1: clean up, and desperate times call for desperate measures. Jerry,
- 18:58Speaker 1: are you raising your hand out of solid with me? Ironically? Yes,
- 19:02Speaker 1: because my accident was not solid.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Nor was mine.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yeah, how do you clean that up?
- 19:09Speaker 2: You don't.
- 19:10Speaker 1: That never gets off eurrag.
- 19:13Speaker 6: That's why you flush it down.
- 19:14Speaker 4: It will be with you for the rest of your life.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You may you may clean the stains, but you will
- 19:22Speaker 1: never erase the shame.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Very well put thank you.
- 19:29Speaker 6: That should be the air India slogan.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Oh really, this this actually happened, And I still when
- 19:40Speaker 1: when you have when look at some point in your
- 19:44Speaker 1: adult life, you are probably going to have a number
- 19:47Speaker 1: two type accident. It just happened. If you haven't, that
- 19:51Speaker 1: just means you haven't yet. It's going to happen. It's
- 19:54Speaker 1: just a it's not a matter of if. It's a
- 19:56Speaker 1: matter of when you were going to have a number
- 19:58Speaker 1: two accident as an adult. And it's happened to me,
- 20:01Speaker 1: I will admit it. I'm not proud of it, but
- 20:04Speaker 1: it has happened. I know a lot of people will
- 20:07Speaker 1: come on podcasts and various you know, mediums and media
- 20:11Speaker 1: outlets to say they've had struggles with mental illness and disease.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Like Trey you've done, Raj You've done. I'm here to
- 20:18Speaker 1: tell you that I too have gone number two in
- 20:22Speaker 1: my pants out of Coals and Irving, and yet I'm
- 20:27Speaker 1: the one that's banned. That is also technically true Jerry's
- 20:31Speaker 1: banned from Cole's. That's a different story for a different day.
- 20:34Speaker 6: But did you buy new pants there?
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 20:38Speaker 1: No, because I was in the bathroom and you're not
- 20:40Speaker 1: allowed to take merchandise into the bathroom with you. The
- 20:44Speaker 1: last thing you want, the last thing you want is
- 20:46Speaker 1: store security coming in in the middle of that, Yeah,
- 20:50Speaker 1: to drag you out of the stall for having for
- 20:55Speaker 1: possibly shoplifting merchandise.
- 20:57Speaker 6: Yeah. I'll take shoplifting over shame.
- 21:00Speaker 1: No, no, no, the shame was there, no matter what.
- 21:04Speaker 1: At least at least at least if I don't get
- 21:06Speaker 1: picked up for shoplifting by Coal security staff, then at
- 21:09Speaker 1: least no one else will know until I tell you.
- 21:11Speaker 4: Guys on this stupid show, I think they could probably
- 21:15Speaker 4: figure it out if you showed them.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Why not, if you're really dedicated to cleaning up the mess.
- 21:20Speaker 6: Well that you just had wet pants. Yep. Oh, this
- 21:29Speaker 6: is the greatest day of my life.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I'm glad. I'm glad you're enjoying it because it was
- 21:34Speaker 1: one of the worst days of mine.
- 21:37Speaker 5: Had it so you couldn't Donald Duckett, so you duck
- 21:40Speaker 5: walked out of there.
- 21:40Speaker 1: But no, no, I duck walked into.
- 21:44Speaker 7: There and you wanted to boot out.
- 21:52Speaker 1: No, because then I would have been arrested. And then
- 21:54Speaker 1: again again, I feel weird having to state the obvious here.
- 22:00Speaker 1: If I win you the pooet out of the bathroom,
- 22:02Speaker 1: then I'm going to be arrested, and then my shame
- 22:06Speaker 1: will become entirely public to the world as to why
- 22:10Speaker 1: I was winning the pooing it out of the coals.
- 22:13Speaker 7: But it depends on if you just have confidence, if
- 22:16Speaker 7: you just walk out pantsless and go up to the
- 22:19Speaker 7: counter and go, where's the clearance section?
- 22:25Speaker 2: My new pants?
- 22:26Speaker 6: Gets some good ones.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Get something that's moisture wicking, the kind of fight odor?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Do you have any fight in a section? Do you
- 22:40Speaker 1: have anything in black and under armor? Do you have
- 22:44Speaker 1: anything in brown?
- 22:48Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:48Speaker 1: No, there's a there's a special level of shame and
- 22:51Speaker 1: embarrassment that comes along with having a number two oopsie
- 22:56Speaker 1: at Cole's and trying to do everything you can to
- 23:00Speaker 1: clean it up, and when you leave the bathroom to
- 23:03Speaker 1: try to make it look like nothing is out of
- 23:05Speaker 1: the ordinary, even though you've been in there for a
- 23:08Speaker 1: solid forty forty five minutes.
- 23:12Speaker 6: Just you use the dryer.
- 23:16Speaker 1: It was broken, like your spirit. All I had was
- 23:25Speaker 1: paper towels, and after a few minutes I ran out
- 23:29Speaker 1: of those two. No, are you the one that broke
- 23:33Speaker 1: the dryer? No, someone did that before me. And that's
- 23:39Speaker 1: something I need to include in my letter to Coals.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Not only do I need to apologize for what I
- 23:44Speaker 1: did in their bathroom at the Los Coleinas Coals after
- 23:51Speaker 1: I went after I went to the Urplace Indian restaurant.
- 23:57Speaker 1: So not only do I need to apologize or what
- 24:00Speaker 1: happened in their store and in their bathroom, but I
- 24:04Speaker 1: also need to include a very stern section discussing about
- 24:09Speaker 1: how they need to fix that hand dryer and they're
- 24:13Speaker 1: also out of paper towels.
- 24:17Speaker 2: And toilet paper.
- 24:20Speaker 6: Jeez, how bad was this bad?
- 24:23Speaker 1: Raj? It was really bad?
- 24:31Speaker 5: How old were you.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Forty five?
- 24:46Speaker 3: You're in good freehouse.
- 24:51Speaker 10: Listen us online and Freehouse on Air dot com.

- 25:35Speaker 1: on Daniel Malley along with Trey Turnholme, Raj Sharma and
- 25:38Speaker 1: Jerry Caldwell on a Friday, March fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Raj,
- 25:44Speaker 1: what was it you were asking Jerry in the break.
- 25:46Speaker 6: I just want to know how you got banned from
- 25:48Speaker 6: a colt.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Oh well, I mean it wasn't exactly banned.
- 25:54Speaker 4: I was asked rather politely just not to come back
- 25:57Speaker 4: as I was escorted out to my vehicle. He was banned,
- 26:02Speaker 4: you know, get your picture taken, the whole thing. Oh yeah,
- 26:06Speaker 4: so I was.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Jerry's in a book.
- 26:10Speaker 6: Is it all coals?
- 26:13Speaker 4: I don't think so. I don't know. I haven't been
- 26:15Speaker 4: back in one. So I don't know, that's fantastic.
- 26:19Speaker 6: What did you do?
- 26:20Speaker 4: I'm afraid to show my face, honestly. So I was
- 26:24Speaker 4: going there to get something for Dan. Sorry for Dan.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Yeah, me and Coles have a rich history.
- 26:35Speaker 6: This one.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, No, there was a I can't remember why
- 26:42Speaker 1: there was.
- 26:42Speaker 4: It was a it was a it was a green
- 26:45Speaker 4: pullover that you were looking for to have a logo
- 26:47Speaker 4: sown on too, I believe for the Saint Patrick's Day parade.
- 26:51Speaker 1: No, that is about half right. So what happened was
- 26:55Speaker 1: I was invited to be a judge at the at
- 26:59Speaker 1: the Big Text Voice Awards for the State Fairy of Texas,
- 27:03Speaker 1: and they recommended that I wear some type of logo
- 27:10Speaker 1: apparel to show who I represent.
- 27:14Speaker 2: And at the.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Time, we were on the air at ninety seven to
- 27:16Speaker 1: one The Eagle and iHeart Company, and not only did
- 27:20Speaker 1: we not have any ninety seven to one the Eagle
- 27:22Speaker 1: T shirts that I could wear, we also didn't have
- 27:25Speaker 1: any iHeart logo apparel anywhere unless we were to go
- 27:29Speaker 1: to the iHeart store and buy from our own company,
- 27:33Speaker 1: iHeart Apparel.
- 27:35Speaker 2: At full price. By the way, at full price.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Here's no discount. So I needed. I was on a
- 27:42Speaker 1: time crunch and I needed to have our logo embroidered
- 27:46Speaker 1: onto a shirt, and I didn't have a shirt. So
- 27:49Speaker 1: Jerry was kind enough to volunteer to go get a
- 27:52Speaker 1: polo at Cole's, and I had to have it back
- 27:55Speaker 1: because the lady that worked in the traffic department at
- 27:58Speaker 1: iHeart as the local embroiderer and she was she had
- 28:03Speaker 1: a logo and she could embroider it four so we
- 28:05Speaker 1: had we had a very tight window on time, so
- 28:08Speaker 1: Jerry went while we did the show, he got the shirt.
- 28:10Speaker 1: In the process of getting the shirt, he really really
- 28:15Speaker 1: wanted to make sure I got the sale price.
- 28:17Speaker 4: So they looked it up online and it was cheaper online,
- 28:21Speaker 4: and so I went there. And of course this also
- 28:24Speaker 4: involves Alfi a little bit. I blame him at least
- 28:28Speaker 4: partially for this, because they wanted the online price for it,
- 28:33Speaker 4: but in store was more expensive. So I'm trying to
- 28:37Speaker 4: get them to give me the online price because it's like, well,
- 28:39Speaker 4: we price matched the internet, and it's like, okay, well
- 28:41Speaker 4: this is this is what's on your website. And they're like, oh, well,
- 28:43Speaker 4: we don't price match our own stuff on our website,
- 28:48Speaker 4: and I was.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Like, well, that doesn't make any sense.
- 28:49Speaker 4: It's the same product, it's the same stock, same company, right,
- 28:54Speaker 4: do I can I get that? And the lady was
- 28:55Speaker 4: just over and over again. She's like I can't do that.
- 28:58Speaker 4: And so I called Alfie and I told him it's like, look,
- 29:00Speaker 4: they're gonna charge me full price for it, you know,
- 29:02Speaker 4: I got I gotta do that.
- 29:03Speaker 2: And he's like, well, we're not doing that.
- 29:05Speaker 4: We got to get the sale price. You do whatever
- 29:08Speaker 4: you need to do to get that at that price.
- 29:13Speaker 5: Yes, Dray, how much money are we talking about.
- 29:18Speaker 6: That's gonna ask the same thing.
- 29:21Speaker 2: It was like twelve dollars.
- 29:22Speaker 7: Okay, you got banned from a Coles for twelve dollars.
- 29:26Speaker 6: No.
- 29:26Speaker 4: I got banned from a Coles because I asked to
- 29:28Speaker 4: talk to the manager and they were like, well, she
- 29:30Speaker 4: she she's not available right now.
- 29:31Speaker 2: I was like, well, well where is she?
- 29:34Speaker 4: And she's like, well, she's you know, we're going through
- 29:37Speaker 4: our lunches right now and she's in the back doing
- 29:39Speaker 4: our lunch. She's like, well, I need to talk to
- 29:40Speaker 4: her right now. Can you just like get over the
- 29:42Speaker 4: intercom thing? And she's like no, you know, we can't
- 29:46Speaker 4: really do it, I was like, okay, fine, So I
- 29:50Speaker 4: may have allegedly stood up on the checkout counter and
- 29:53Speaker 4: yelled into the back that I needed a manager at
- 29:56Speaker 4: that register at the top of my lungs a couple
- 30:00Speaker 4: times until she came out and took care of the situation.
- 30:03Speaker 1: So as you can see and hear from this story,
- 30:07Speaker 1: Jerry technically did not get banned from Cohle's in North
- 30:11Speaker 1: Dallas because he wanted a lower price, not because he
- 30:16Speaker 1: demanded them price match the store price to the online price,
- 30:21Speaker 1: but because, in fact, Jerry stood up on a Cole's
- 30:26Speaker 1: checkout counter and spoke truth to power.
- 30:31Speaker 7: Did you yell, oh, captain, my captain? Did then that happen?
- 30:36Speaker 4: No, just said we need a manager for a price
- 30:38Speaker 4: check on I forget what isle it was on register
- 30:40Speaker 4: or whatever. And eventually she came out, and as soon
- 30:43Speaker 4: as I saw her come out, I was like, oh cool.
- 30:45Speaker 4: And then I just fly climbed down off of the
- 30:48Speaker 4: counter and I explained to her what was going on,
- 30:50Speaker 4: and she's like, all right, well for you, I'm going
- 30:52Speaker 4: to do this. And then I noticed over in the
- 30:55Speaker 4: corner of my eye their lost prevention guy was getting
- 30:58Speaker 4: closer and closer, closer, and we did the thing, paid
- 31:01Speaker 4: for it and all of that, and he is also.
- 31:06Speaker 2: He escorted me outside and.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Quick little picture with the Kodek Instamatic camera and he
- 31:11Speaker 4: walked me to my truck and I drove back to
- 31:13Speaker 4: iHeart and with shirt in hand.
- 31:16Speaker 7: That's amazing you got banned after you bought something. Yeah,
- 31:21Speaker 7: that's all I want.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I want to make sure that this sinks into your
- 31:23Speaker 1: mind when when you hear this story. Because some people
- 31:29Speaker 1: at iHeartRadio thought that another format with other personalities was
- 31:35Speaker 1: going to be a better direction to go than a
- 31:38Speaker 1: show that could milk so much nonsensical bult out of
- 31:44Speaker 1: buying a shirt from coals.
- 31:49Speaker 5: Yeah, for that format, crapping themselves would have been a
- 31:52Speaker 5: much better you know more apropos.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Ninety seven point one Air India.

- 32:54Speaker 1: I'm Daniel Malling along with Trey Trenholm, Rajsharma and Jerry
- 32:56Speaker 1: Caldwell on a fred Day fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Let's
- 33:05Speaker 1: celebrate today. What's some birthdays? Simone Biles Olympic Gold Medal
- 33:11Speaker 1: gymnast Simone Biles is twenty eight today. Happy birthday, Simone Biles,
- 33:16Speaker 1: twenty eight today. Actor Ansel Elgort is thirty one. He
- 33:21Speaker 1: is known for playing Caleb in Divergent, Gus in The Fault,
- 33:25Speaker 1: in Our Stars, he was Tommy and the Carry remake.
- 33:28Speaker 1: And I think I know him best as Baby Driver
- 33:32Speaker 1: from the movie Baby Driver. Okay, yeah, Ansel Elgort is
- 33:38Speaker 1: thirty one today. That is a name you don't often
- 33:42Speaker 1: see in the popular baby names each year.
- 33:45Speaker 6: Yeah, that's the name you change.
- 33:47Speaker 1: I feel like that's the name that the dad was
- 33:50Speaker 1: drunk when they asked and it was like, what would
- 33:53Speaker 1: you like to name this? What? And that's his name.
- 34:01Speaker 1: NBA superstar Steph Curry is thirty six. Pretty sure it's
- 34:06Speaker 1: that one, Yeah, Yeah. Stephen Curry turns thirty six today.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Former adult film actress who crossed over into mainstream films,
- 34:14Speaker 1: Sasha Gray is thirty seven. She had a major role
- 34:18Speaker 1: as herself on Undourage. She was dating Vince on the show.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Tried to get her to and he tried to get
- 34:25Speaker 1: her to stop doing adult films. She was also in
- 34:28Speaker 1: Steven Soderberg's movie The Girlfriend Experience. Yeah, and there's also
- 34:33Speaker 1: a horror movie called Would You Rather That? She has
- 34:36Speaker 1: starred in So Good For Sasha Gray thirty seven years
- 34:38Speaker 1: old today and made the leap from the adult film
- 34:42Speaker 1: industry to the regular adult film industry. Ironically, the regular
- 34:49Speaker 1: film industry is also survived on the backs of women.
- 34:58Speaker 2: We're being honest.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Other birthdays today, Jamie Bell turns thirty nine. He is
- 35:04Speaker 1: from AMC's Turn Washington Spies. He married his Fantastic four
- 35:11Speaker 1: co star Kate Mara all the way back in twenty seventeen.
- 35:14Speaker 1: I think he was also in a movie where it's
- 35:16Speaker 1: was it the Dancing Kid movie Billy something? The little
- 35:23Speaker 1: British kid who wants to dance Lee Dancer. No one
- 35:30Speaker 1: in here knows what I'm talking about.
- 35:31Speaker 7: I know the movie I don't know the name, but
- 35:33Speaker 7: Billy Dancers.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Well, hang on, Jamie Bell dancing movie only think I'm
- 35:46Speaker 1: coming up with his chee cheese, Billy Elliott. Billy Elliott,
- 35:51Speaker 1: that's the name, like Billy Dancer. But did you like
- 35:59Speaker 1: what you saw when you looked inside the depths of
- 36:01Speaker 1: my mind? That's that's what That's what's kicking around in there,
- 36:07Speaker 1: Billy Dancer and chee cheese and g Chee's that part
- 36:11Speaker 1: of don't mind so much. Other birthday is today. The
- 36:14Speaker 1: middle brother from Hanson, Taylor Hanson, turns forty two.
- 36:19Speaker 2: Christ what's that ouch? Why out a member of the
- 36:26Speaker 2: Hansons is forty two?
- 36:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah? Because of the age thing. Yeah, Jerry, I'm
- 36:34Speaker 1: sorry to break it to you, but they were always
- 36:35Speaker 1: going to.
- 36:36Speaker 2: Be younger than you. I know.
- 36:40Speaker 6: That's how science work.
- 36:41Speaker 2: I have no I have no no bleep, I have no.
- 36:46Speaker 1: That's why, that's why, that's why. You have to have
- 36:49Speaker 1: enough conviction and enough anger deep inside you that you
- 36:53Speaker 1: load your own bleep button the same damn way that
- 36:56Speaker 1: Trey and I have. Julie noted, so when you have
- 37:02Speaker 1: so much anger welling up inside you, you need a
- 37:04Speaker 1: bleep Anyways, Other birthdays. So Taylor Hanson is forty two.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Chris Klein, who played Oz in the American Pie Movies,
- 37:15Speaker 1: is forty six today. Chris Klein forty six, famous for
- 37:18Speaker 1: playing Oz in the American Pie Movies. To me, he
- 37:21Speaker 1: was also famous as a kind of a loser in
- 37:24Speaker 1: the TCU cafeteria. Had a number of friends that went
- 37:27Speaker 1: to TCU at the same time he did, and they
- 37:29Speaker 1: all knew exactly well, they didn't know exactly who he
- 37:33Speaker 1: was until the movie came out. The movie comes out
- 37:35Speaker 1: there like that guy. That's the guy that sits in
- 37:37Speaker 1: each chicken fingers by himself in the cafeteria at TCU. Yeah,
- 37:40Speaker 1: that guy, that guy so being nice to the loner
- 37:44Speaker 1: sitting by themselves in the cafeteria and chicken fingers. They
- 37:46Speaker 1: may they may be awesome someday.
- 37:48Speaker 6: Wasn't he in just Friends as well with Ryan Reynolds.
- 37:53Speaker 6: I think So played Dusty.
- 37:58Speaker 1: And that was the friend in that. The female was
- 38:02Speaker 1: Amy Smart right, a blonde.
- 38:04Speaker 6: Yep.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Did you know that's actually a movie that's in some
- 38:09Speaker 1: people's Christmas movie rotation? It should be uh, oh, never
- 38:14Speaker 1: heard of it.
- 38:18Speaker 6: It should be. It's a holiday movie.
- 38:21Speaker 2: I'm not getting into this with you.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I know what you're doing.
- 38:24Speaker 2: You're bating.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I was so close, just like I was in Nicoles.
- 38:47Speaker 3: You're listening to the Treehouse.
- 38:50Speaker 8: Visit us online that Treehouse on Air dot com.
- 39:05Speaker 3: You're in the Treehouse.
- 39:07Speaker 10: Visit us online at treehouseonair dot com.
- 39:31Speaker 1: For all things Treehouse, go to Treehouse on Air dot com.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Past shows, links, contact info, and more all on our
- 39:38Speaker 1: website Treehouse on Air dot com. It would not be
- 39:53Speaker 1: a Friday without inside the Treehouse. Thank you for joining
- 39:57Speaker 1: us today, Friday, March fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Some things
- 40:03Speaker 1: you just can't get away from. And today it's it's
- 40:08Speaker 1: the number two's. It's it's been running through most of
- 40:14Speaker 1: the show, so it's probably fitting that we end the show,
- 40:23Speaker 1: uh discussing a little bit about it. Maybe maybe uh
- 40:26Speaker 1: maybe put it in a box, tie a nice bow
- 40:28Speaker 1: on it with a ribbon. And speaking of speaking of uh,
- 40:35Speaker 1: pooh in a box. Jerry, there's something you wanted to
- 40:37Speaker 1: share with the Treehouse.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:42Speaker 4: You know, when you turn fifty, your doctor visits become
- 40:48Speaker 4: a little more a little more intrusive. So I have
- 40:54Speaker 4: opted instead of doing the colonoscopy, I have opted to
- 41:00Speaker 4: instead terrorize fed X bye pooping into a box and
- 41:09Speaker 4: sending it away to a lab.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think they. I don't think that's part
- 41:13Speaker 1: of the FedEx new employee onboarding orientation. I know, I
- 41:19Speaker 1: know they don't put that in the in the ad
- 41:21Speaker 1: for now hiring.
- 41:23Speaker 4: I'm definitely gonna write I am so sorry on it
- 41:25Speaker 4: in big marker. I see it.
- 41:31Speaker 6: Right, I'm sorry, and then don't seal it.
- 41:35Speaker 2: Take it to the post office. Do you have anything
- 41:37Speaker 2: to declare?
- 41:38Speaker 6: Oh?
- 41:39Speaker 1: Well, boy do I well? I understand that this is
- 41:51Speaker 1: sort of a sensitive issue for all of us, and
- 41:55Speaker 1: even more so for you, Jerry, because you are electing
- 41:57Speaker 1: to share this with us. I want to think, thank you,
- 42:00Speaker 1: because I didn't realize that was an option. I thought,
- 42:02Speaker 1: just you know, you turn fifty, it's time for the colonoscopies.
- 42:04Speaker 1: I didn't know that you had the option of sending
- 42:08Speaker 1: your two's in a box to be inspected as opposed
- 42:11Speaker 1: to doing a colonoscopy.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Okay, just asked the doctor about it.
- 42:15Speaker 4: It's called the one I'm using colon Guard, and they
- 42:19Speaker 4: send you a kit in the mail. If the doctor
- 42:20Speaker 4: approves it, they contact the provider. The provider then contacts
- 42:25Speaker 4: those folks. They send you the kit, call the directions
- 42:31Speaker 4: you crapped in the lined box, and then you seal
- 42:35Speaker 4: it all up according to their instructions, very detailed instructions,
- 42:39Speaker 4: and then you send it back to them and if
- 42:41Speaker 4: everything comes back clean, then you're good for another ten years.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Ten years, yeah, there's anything.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Is it five for the colonoscopy and ten for the
- 42:52Speaker 1: pooh in a box? Or is it actual five years
- 42:55Speaker 1: for both?
- 42:56Speaker 2: The doctor said ten years?
- 42:58Speaker 1: How bad did it smell? Jerry that I don't want
- 43:00Speaker 1: to see it? Good for another.
- 43:01Speaker 7: Decade, she said, just said you're clear and no more vindaloo?
- 43:07Speaker 1: Yeah right, did you put like plastic bags and laundry
- 43:12Speaker 1: in your box?
- 43:12Speaker 7: Well, he's shifted by Air India.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I never thought about that, So that's it's it's
- 43:22Speaker 1: actually it's you're not actually Faedex that that ships it
- 43:26Speaker 1: and delivers it.
- 43:27Speaker 4: They're looking forward on the p there, right, They're they're
- 43:32Speaker 4: looking for certain markers for cancers and for other issues
- 43:37Speaker 4: uh that may lead to further intestinal problems. And if
- 43:41Speaker 4: they detect any of those in whatever they consider an
- 43:44Speaker 4: appreciable amount, then they tell you and then you have
- 43:47Speaker 4: to go in and get an actual colon ascape anyway,
- 43:50Speaker 4: So you're kind of running the risk of paying more
- 43:54Speaker 4: if there is something that needs to be checked out,
- 43:55Speaker 4: But if there's not, then it's less expensive and less invasive.
- 44:02Speaker 5: Oh you know something to consider. Cole's is a shipping
- 44:06Speaker 5: drop off location.
- 44:06Speaker 1: For a lot of.
- 44:14Speaker 2: I'm back. I'd like to see the manager please.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Oh god, yeah, it wouldn't be Friday if we weren't
- 44:31Speaker 1: all over the damn place, kind of like me in
- 44:35Speaker 1: a Cole's bathroom. For all things Treehouse, go to Treehouse
- 44:40Speaker 1: on Air dot com. I have another qualifying question, Jerry
- 44:46Speaker 1: about the Pooh delivery with FedEx? Does that come with
- 44:51Speaker 1: an automatic delivery? Like is it automatically like next day ground,
- 44:57Speaker 1: same day Air? This sounds like I'm joking, but I'm serious.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Or his priority? Like what's the deal? Or do you
- 45:04Speaker 1: just tell them whatever whatever the cheapest is? And no,
- 45:06Speaker 1: I don't want to insurance.
- 45:09Speaker 5: It seems like you would go ups over FedEx though, yea.
- 45:15Speaker 1: The Treehouse on Air dot com also find and follow
- 45:23Speaker 1: us on socials at Treehouse on Air. For me, it's
- 45:26Speaker 1: at the Daniel Mallley. For tree it's at Trey Trenthome
- 45:28Speaker 1: one and for Raj at Comedian Raj, and for Jerry
