- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama Darling Drama Darling Drama Darling. Hi, welcome back in
- 0:21Speaker 1: It's drama Darling, and today is the Valley Day. The
- 0:26Speaker 1: Valley is on a cast trip and joining me is
- 0:30Speaker 1: Deanna Chang ready to just jump right in and fish
- 0:34Speaker 1: with Luke. Did you bring your pole? Deanna?
- 0:38Speaker 2: Oh lord, you know I did forget my pole. You know,
- 0:42Speaker 2: so unfortunate.
- 0:43Speaker 1: It's unlike you. It is really what it is. You know,
- 0:46Speaker 1: you usually have your fishing kit all ready to go. Buddy.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Before we welcome ourselves in, I have to say my
- 0:52Speaker 1: parents have left, my brother and sister in law have left.
- 0:55Speaker 1: We are back to a three person household. And is
- 1:00Speaker 1: trying to get myself back together again, and it's a
- 1:03Speaker 1: nice feeling to gather things. Mattie's birthday was a huge success.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I think I've talked about that in previous episodes. But
- 1:11Speaker 1: also I failed to mention that, you know, on Father's Day,
- 1:17Speaker 1: which was the twenty first, that usually lands around at
- 1:20Speaker 1: the time of our anniversary, and in fact it was
- 1:22Speaker 1: mine and Brett's anniversary. And can you believe we've been
- 1:26Speaker 1: married for thirteen years? Can you believe? I know, it's impressive,
- 1:32Speaker 1: I know, and you know it's great. No, I'm just kidding.
- 1:38Speaker 1: We have a good time. You know. People ask me,
- 1:42Speaker 1: they ask me, what is the secret to thirteen years?
- 1:45Speaker 1: And it's left. It's left that comes from the soul.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm kidding, But truly, we do have a good time
- 1:53Speaker 1: and we laugh all the time.
- 1:54Speaker 3: So that's fun.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It is fun. We haven't done anything because you know,
- 1:59Speaker 1: it's just most of the time our universary is very
- 2:02Speaker 1: much overshadowed by Mattie's birthday and my parents being in
- 2:05Speaker 1: town and like all the holidays. So you know, maybe
- 2:09Speaker 1: we'll kick the can down the road and maybe.
- 2:13Speaker 3: I'll get that great phrase.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I'llby bike over and bring me in. But tabes doayn
- 2:18Speaker 1: to Mexico and just do what I want to day.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Oh all right, Well, now that that's out there, let's
- 2:25Speaker 1: welcome ourselves into a gorgeous California and Mexico recapylcome in.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Well, it's the most lilty sort of lea welcome in
- 2:42Speaker 2: look in.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Isn't that just the way with boutiques and such?
- 2:46Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Hi, yeah, yi first looks on this. I want to say,
- 2:53Speaker 1: Schwartz is just a gentle soul and I really appreciate
- 2:57Speaker 1: his presence just an acknowledgment across the board, because you know,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I just felt like he really did do a solid
- 3:07Speaker 1: after that big blow up, and Zach just really let
- 3:10Speaker 1: the world have it with that little tantrum. And Tom
- 3:14Speaker 1: went in there with Benji and he just said, you
- 3:16Speaker 1: know what, Zach, take a breath. And I love that
- 3:19Speaker 1: Tom said, I don't mean that in a disrespectful way,
- 3:22Speaker 1: because that's what it does sound like typically when someone's like,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you know what, just breathe, just you know what, take
- 3:29Speaker 1: a second, Like if Janet were to say that not well,
- 3:33Speaker 1: not well, bitch, not gonna go off well bitch, But
- 3:38Speaker 1: like Tom said it so nicely and you're not going
- 3:40Speaker 1: to take it the wrong way. But then he still
- 3:42Speaker 1: follows it up with like, not to be disrespectful, but
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm just saying, you know, take a second. And then
- 3:48Speaker 1: he helped joke his way out of it with the
- 3:51Speaker 1: Thrupple comment and in a group of and I just
- 3:54Speaker 1: I just like Tom Schwartz on this show. I like
- 3:57Speaker 1: his messy confessionals and and his romanticism, how he acknowledges
- 4:04Speaker 1: the cobblestone streets and how he misses his girlfriend. And
- 4:08Speaker 1: that's the biggest takeaway for me.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Right, well, I'm going to have this love letter to Schwartz,
- 4:14Speaker 2: and I appreciate that's where things are kicking.
- 4:16Speaker 1: It is a love letter.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Sorts you love lot.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I think that I have been hard on Schwartz back
- 4:26Speaker 2: in vander Pumperwole's days, as.
- 4:28Speaker 1: We all have, as we all should have. Let's not
- 4:32Speaker 1: take back anything. We're not taken back.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Well, I'm just I'm not taking back.
- 4:36Speaker 2: But I do think him free of of the of
- 4:40Speaker 2: the other Tom is so wonderful to just have him loose, relaxed.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Not you don't feel like he's under a thumb.
- 4:50Speaker 1: You don't feel like he's in a sidecar, right exactly.
- 4:54Speaker 2: So, so I'm with you. I liked him and his doyly.
- 4:57Speaker 2: I mean, the poor guy couldn't get a cake for love, money,
- 5:00Speaker 2: he couldn't get his birthday celebrated, no to save anything,
- 5:05Speaker 2: so that and I appreciated that he was like, where's
- 5:08Speaker 2: my cake?
- 5:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm with you.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Yeah, he's nice energy, good energy. I hope that this
- 5:15Speaker 1: gal that he seems to be courting, you know, will
- 5:19Speaker 1: turn out well. But I get worried about the age.
- 5:21Speaker 1: The age difference is concerning. And then that's he should know,
- 5:25Speaker 1: we all should know. It may not last.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Who knows, whoever knows, No one ever knows. Amy you
- 5:32Speaker 2: want someone to know, I do not. In the history
- 5:35Speaker 2: of human being of humankind, does anyone known.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Their destiny their destiny?
- 5:41Speaker 3: They don't know?
- 5:42Speaker 1: For love, Well, that group fight, which was teed off
- 5:47Speaker 1: by La La, and at first like, I'd like to
- 5:50Speaker 1: break this down because at first I thought, you know,
- 5:53Speaker 1: I do appreciate this candor. I appreciate her getting into
- 5:58Speaker 1: the weeds a little bit and really zeroing in on,
- 6:02Speaker 1: hey did you like a post? And he and Danny
- 6:06Speaker 1: being like, I don't know, voura under voor did if
- 6:09Speaker 1: I liked it? And then really drilling down over and
- 6:12Speaker 1: over again. She was able to get to the root,
- 6:15Speaker 1: which is, yes, he liked the posts of very negative
- 6:19Speaker 1: things that were posted about Janet and Jason, but I
- 6:24Speaker 1: mean who didn't. And then but then she also drilled
- 6:28Speaker 1: down on this cock, this specific one about the cock post,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and he doesn't know what that is and didn't know
- 6:36Speaker 1: what he was liking. You know, he might as well
- 6:39Speaker 1: be any one of our parents on social media just liking,
- 6:43Speaker 1: oh that's nice, and my name is mentioned I'll like this.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I mean, he didn't know, he probably knew it was negative.
- 6:49Speaker 1: But and I like the fact that Laala was yelling
- 6:53Speaker 1: across the room and being like he didn't know about
- 6:55Speaker 1: the cock. He liked the cock, but didn't know about
- 6:57Speaker 1: what a cock was, which you know, then we're getting
- 7:01Speaker 1: in the weeds. And that's when I started to think
- 7:04Speaker 1: this was a bad idea for her to tea up,
- 7:06Speaker 1: Like I actually didn't think that this was necessary. And
- 7:12Speaker 1: then after Zach blew up and his big statement which
- 7:17Speaker 1: is like this group has no resolution, which it's true
- 7:20Speaker 1: because we cannot get any resolution.
- 7:23Speaker 3: I had Yeah, okay, I mean yes.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And then full circle the lunch when it came back
- 7:29Speaker 1: up at the lunch with Janet and Nia at that
- 7:32Speaker 1: table when they were out shopping. I was so disappointed
- 7:38Speaker 1: that that came up again because they were sitting at
- 7:40Speaker 1: a table and they could have just got they could
- 7:43Speaker 1: have just had lunch and enjoyed themselves, and yet it
- 7:46Speaker 1: came up fucking again. So I just think the takeaway
- 7:51Speaker 1: for me is I don't really think it's necessary to
- 7:56Speaker 1: Janet's not going to do anything different now, She's already
- 8:00Speaker 1: said a million times over that she is not sorry
- 8:04Speaker 1: for what she said. She's sorry that it hurt certain people,
- 8:08Speaker 1: but she will not be taking it back. We've heard
- 8:10Speaker 1: that in so many different ways. So why are we
- 8:14Speaker 1: trying to lead a horse to water yet again, over
- 8:18Speaker 1: and over again. The only thing that we can do
- 8:21Speaker 1: now is to coexist and move forward until they have
- 8:25Speaker 1: a laugh and they can organically get to a better place,
- 8:29Speaker 1: and then maybe maybe everybody softens and then we get
- 8:32Speaker 1: on a better foot. But we really are spinning our
- 8:36Speaker 1: wheels here in Mexico, Tianna are what are your thoughts?
- 8:41Speaker 1: Are your thoughts on this?
- 8:43Speaker 3: I have a lot of thoughts.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I do have a lot of thoughts on it in
- 8:47Speaker 2: terms of just what's happening with this discussion. Yes, you
- 8:51Speaker 2: know where we're going, what the layers are, because there's
- 8:57Speaker 2: layers to it, and a lot's not being said and
- 9:01Speaker 2: the people who were affected are not being included in
- 9:06Speaker 2: the conversation, which I'm now having a.
- 9:09Speaker 3: Big problem with.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It's weird, right.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It's very strange. We're also not saying sexual assault anymore.
- 9:16Speaker 2: We're saying everything. But but that's the crux of the problem,
- 9:22Speaker 2: is that wording. That's where the rubber is meeting the
- 9:24Speaker 2: road right it is.
- 9:27Speaker 3: So here's the thing.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I actually had to go back and see what happened.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Like I had to google and say, what did Danny do?
- 9:34Speaker 1: What did Danny do?
- 9:36Speaker 3: What did Danny do?
- 9:37Speaker 1: What did Danny do? You were like, what happened.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Melissa and Jasmine? What happened there?
- 9:43Speaker 1: You know?
- 9:43Speaker 2: I had to just kind of like reorient myself because
- 9:46Speaker 2: we've been in this discussion. We've been around this discussion
- 9:51Speaker 2: for now the whole season. First of all, I want
- 9:53Speaker 2: to start by saying I had a big lol when
- 9:56Speaker 2: Jesse was like clocking Lallas pedigree, her reality show pedigree
- 10:03Speaker 2: that she is waiting till everyone's had a full day
- 10:07Speaker 2: in the sun, lots of drinks in them, and they're
- 10:11Speaker 2: all gathered in one space and he's he's looking. He's going, Oh,
- 10:16Speaker 2: I guess that's how you do it.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You know, that's he's not wrong, And I actually I
- 10:20Speaker 1: wouldn't have like considered that, but him pointing out the
- 10:24Speaker 1: time and the place was you're right. That was kind
- 10:28Speaker 1: of amazing.
- 10:30Speaker 3: He was like, huh, we got a vet on our hands.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Right.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Me sees me thinks to me, sees Land and a
- 10:38Speaker 1: veteran of reality television.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Yeah, she's got a couple years under her belt, the only.
- 10:46Speaker 1: One who's sober, you know, so she's got a lot
- 10:48Speaker 1: going for her. I'll get them where they're most vulnerable. Yeah.
- 10:55Speaker 2: She was like, I'll sit back here and I'll wait
- 10:59Speaker 2: till the more the right moment to strike and get
- 11:02Speaker 2: a little This is, by the way, a television show,
- 11:04Speaker 2: and I would like to, by the way, get another season.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So let's do this, amen.
- 11:10Speaker 2: You know, But I just I'm starting to get really
- 11:16Speaker 2: thrown because I think what's happening is that we are
- 11:22Speaker 2: diluting the actual thing that happened and the victims of
- 11:27Speaker 2: what actually happened by constantly coming for Janet, who I
- 11:34Speaker 2: don't think is instigating this.
- 11:37Speaker 1: No, they keep That's what I'm saying. They keep bringing
- 11:39Speaker 1: it up, and they keep looking for her to apologize
- 11:42Speaker 1: and do something different, over and over and over again.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It's like walking into a wall, and we.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Have to then constantly go back to the actual definition
- 11:55Speaker 2: of what happened. Now, you may think that's too harsh,
- 11:59Speaker 2: and they're an argument for that, but the true a
- 12:03Speaker 2: definition is a definition, and assault falls under grabbing someone's
- 12:08Speaker 2: ass unprovoked and wanted falls under sexual assault.
- 12:13Speaker 1: That is what it is, right, Yeah, it's also the.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Other layer that's starting now because we keep talking around it.
- 12:20Speaker 2: I'm starting to get creeped on my body. Creepy is
- 12:23Speaker 2: that this is a gay woman and he chose to
- 12:27Speaker 2: do that to a gay woman.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Right.
- 12:31Speaker 2: There's another layer to that when it comes to power
- 12:36Speaker 2: and choices.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Right, it just is And Jasmine also said the exact
- 12:44Speaker 1: same thing when she was talking about it way back
- 12:46Speaker 1: when like was basically saying that on camera that he
- 12:51Speaker 1: chose us to do that too, which is another layer
- 12:56Speaker 1: of disrespect because you're going to feel more like an object.
- 13:00Speaker 2: There's just a layer, especially when you're coming from this
- 13:05Speaker 2: background that he seems to be coming from, which maybe
- 13:08Speaker 2: has an arrow or view. I mean it's hard to say.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I can't say that one hundred percent, but very possibly,
- 13:14Speaker 2: Like he I don't know what his take is on
- 13:18Speaker 2: how free everybody should be. I'm just not sure. So
- 13:21Speaker 2: that's coloring things for me. The whole thing is pissing
- 13:25Speaker 2: me off for Jasmine and Melissa every episode, and I
- 13:29Speaker 2: think these two have put the issue to bed. I
- 13:33Speaker 2: actually don't feel that they are actively aggravated, but because
- 13:39Speaker 2: we're not actually saying what happened. And because we're constantly
- 13:43Speaker 2: slamming Janet, it diminishes their experience and what they went through,
- 13:49Speaker 2: in my opinion.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Because now the face of this experience is now that
- 13:55Speaker 1: Janet is just a bitch, right, because now that's all
- 13:59Speaker 1: that we're focused done is her and she's wrong, right,
- 14:04Speaker 1: So you know, wrong, no, And I think we all
- 14:08Speaker 1: agree with that. And not only that, but like as
- 14:11Speaker 1: much as it hurts them to accept that, you continue
- 14:16Speaker 1: to ask for that again and again, and she keeps
- 14:21Speaker 1: delivering it to you in the same way she did
- 14:23Speaker 1: the first time, which is you're welcome. Like this episode
- 14:27Speaker 1: when Nia when they were in the bus or the
- 14:30Speaker 1: shuttle and Nia was like, you did your apology didn't
- 14:33Speaker 1: mean anything and this wouldn't have been a headline if
- 14:36Speaker 1: it weren't for you, And Janet's like, you're welcome. You know,
- 14:40Speaker 1: that wouldn't have happened again, Oh, she's I'm so annoyed
- 14:45Speaker 1: with Janet in general. She annoys me.
- 14:47Speaker 2: There's that I don't know, but like I'm actually feeling
- 14:50Speaker 2: bad for her right now. I actually I am writing
- 14:53Speaker 2: down like I'm with you, Janet, I'm with you, Janet
- 14:56Speaker 2: multiple times this episode, because she is right. There is
- 15:01Speaker 2: something to being right, and I don't feel she's the agitator,
- 15:05Speaker 2: and so she's not.
- 15:07Speaker 3: And they're starting to get pissed.
- 15:10Speaker 1: You know, she's starting. I'm sure she's starting. She's starting, darling.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Look let me put it all over here.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Yeah, the clown makeup. I I understand that Janet has
- 15:32Speaker 1: said the facts, and at the end of the day,
- 15:35Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I do find her very unlikable and and
- 15:40Speaker 1: but she's in a corner, you know. And then there's
- 15:43Speaker 1: the other aspect where I'm like, well, what is she
- 15:45Speaker 1: going to do this? Nia is yelling at her about
- 15:49Speaker 1: the same thing. Janet already sat down with Nia and
- 15:54Speaker 1: gave her the apology that she was capable of giving.
- 15:58Speaker 1: And that's that. The fact that this even came up
- 16:02Speaker 1: again is because of the night before when Lalla stirred
- 16:07Speaker 1: it up again. I mean, she was kind of like
- 16:08Speaker 1: a Tamra judge, but is a lot more sly about it,
- 16:12Speaker 1: because we had Janet over in the corner, you know,
- 16:14Speaker 1: popping off like on her own, saying a lot of
- 16:18Speaker 1: the things that she's she's thinking and how she feels,
- 16:22Speaker 1: because why why should she if someone is going to
- 16:24Speaker 1: open that can of worms, Well, guess what's going to
- 16:28Speaker 1: pop out? Worms?
- 16:31Speaker 3: Worms, And that's.
- 16:32Speaker 2: What happens actually, when you open a can of worm,
- 16:35Speaker 2: So that.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Is what happens. And I'm just wondering Lalla. To me,
- 16:39Speaker 1: part of me thinks that she really does want resolution
- 16:42Speaker 1: because she seems to me like very much like a
- 16:44Speaker 1: therapy girl, Like she wants to like bring everybody together
- 16:48Speaker 1: and find some resolution, and that there is some genuine
- 16:52Speaker 1: feelings about like getting down to the heart of the
- 16:54Speaker 1: matter and like saying you're sorry for this, saying you're
- 16:56Speaker 1: sorry for that. I really like Lalla for so many
- 16:59Speaker 1: of the that she's made thus far on the valley,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and I think she's got great, you know, opinions, But
- 17:08Speaker 1: like this seemed very calculated to make a mess, just
- 17:13Speaker 1: a mess all over that beach, you know, just a mess.
- 17:16Speaker 2: But what's happening though with Zach, Like so he's pitching
- 17:20Speaker 2: a fit. He's screaming about no resolution.
- 17:23Speaker 3: His thing, his big beef.
- 17:25Speaker 2: That he has with Danny is that he cracked a
- 17:28Speaker 2: drink and lied to him about it. Meanwhile, Jasmine and
- 17:32Speaker 2: Melissa are sitting over there again. They have put this
- 17:35Speaker 2: to rest from whatever I can see, you know, but
- 17:40Speaker 2: like Zach, but we're dancing around it, and the trouble
- 17:46Speaker 2: the frustration is that Janet is correct and you cannot
- 17:54Speaker 2: cut it a different way.
- 17:56Speaker 1: No, it's it's already been done. Yeah, so why finished?
- 18:01Speaker 1: She's staying it.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Up and up and up. She's actually I like her
- 18:04Speaker 3: a lot.
- 18:05Speaker 2: And by the way, I don't know if you got
- 18:07Speaker 2: to see watch What Happens Live. Okay, my sister June
- 18:11Speaker 2: was on it, my sister really Diane Raphael and she yes,
- 18:15Speaker 2: and she killed it.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Yah okay, so I was like, oh great, like I
- 18:22Speaker 2: get to see like and she we were just texting.
- 18:25Speaker 2: She Saidnia's like was so nervous. She was trembling and
- 18:31Speaker 2: forehand do you know, because there's so much around her person.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I don't like this for Nia at all. This upset
- 18:39Speaker 1: I don't either it of course.
- 18:41Speaker 2: And actually I was like so happy my sister was
- 18:43Speaker 2: there because I thought, good God, Andy just like pounded
- 18:48Speaker 2: these questions about Danny from the like.
- 18:52Speaker 1: From the jumb first five minutes, they're getting into it.
- 18:56Speaker 2: You're like navigated it so well because like uncomfortable, you
- 19:00Speaker 2: know what I mean to figure out how to communicate
- 19:03Speaker 2: and also not you know, but she said she was
- 19:06Speaker 2: the loveliest, nicest person, and she seems to love Santa
- 19:11Speaker 2: Clarida and so But the thing I think Nia's doing
- 19:16Speaker 2: wrong that she hasn't like thought through because she's so
- 19:22Speaker 2: emotional about it and because Danny's so emotional about it,
- 19:26Speaker 2: is that this line of questioning that she continually wants
- 19:31Speaker 2: to go down in this conversation will never go in
- 19:37Speaker 2: her direction.
- 19:38Speaker 1: No, it never will. And I wonder if she even
- 19:41Speaker 1: went hard in that van because fucking Danny was complaining
- 19:47Speaker 1: about how she didn't have his back that night, right
- 19:52Speaker 1: the night before, and that's why she probably went hard
- 19:55Speaker 1: that day, and it maybe wouldn't have gone that way.
- 19:57Speaker 1: She's like, I'm trying to be calm. I'm trying. That's
- 20:00Speaker 1: not calmed. Four and four is not calm. For is
- 20:02Speaker 1: not calm. You're not being You're not doing your your
- 20:04Speaker 1: wifely duties. That guy is really disgusting to me, and
- 20:10Speaker 1: I know why. Obviously, Nia is hammering so hard to
- 20:15Speaker 1: try to get what she needs because she is in
- 20:17Speaker 1: a desperate situation. Because the harder this is for Danny,
- 20:21Speaker 1: the harder it is for her. It's also for her
- 20:24Speaker 1: marriage and her kids, and like, I mean, I completely
- 20:27Speaker 1: understand it. And that's why this whole situation is such
- 20:31Speaker 1: a disaster, because she.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Should really take a step back and really think through
- 20:37Speaker 2: like results, you know, like what.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Are you actually like? They feel so right.
- 20:43Speaker 2: And I understand why they feel right absolutely. Argument you know,
- 20:48Speaker 2: there's an argument that that is an out of line
- 20:51Speaker 2: characterization for Danny, but it's but it's not because it's
- 20:55Speaker 2: the truth. So like its where we can't we can't
- 20:59Speaker 2: change definition, and we can't change what happened.
- 21:02Speaker 1: You can only change the present and what's going to
- 21:05Speaker 1: happen in the future. And it sounds to me like
- 21:08Speaker 1: Danny and Nia are already doing that. Like Danny has
- 21:12Speaker 1: said he has PTSD from the situation, he's traumatized by it.
- 21:21Speaker 1: This has been the hardest year of his life. And
- 21:23Speaker 1: that he immediately got into therapy. I think that's great.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I mean, he's obviously taking responsibility in ways in which
- 21:32Speaker 1: that he can. He's not you know, he's not jacksing
- 21:36Speaker 1: it up and doing more of the same as far
- 21:39Speaker 1: as we know. He's just being an asshole to his wife.
- 21:42Speaker 1: That's what we see. But we haven't heard of any
- 21:44Speaker 1: other instances. And so he's in therapy, she's in therapy.
- 21:50Speaker 1: They're in couples therapy. Like this is why they're so
- 21:53Speaker 1: upset because it's like we're doing all the work, we're
- 21:56Speaker 1: going to church, we're trying to be good people. Can't
- 21:59Speaker 1: you just erase the past? No, we can't, So stop
- 22:02Speaker 1: bringing it up. So there's two There's a way to
- 22:05Speaker 1: deal with it, which is just let it go and
- 22:09Speaker 1: and that's that's it. That's the end of that chapter.
- 22:12Speaker 1: And then moving forward, you can only speak on where
- 22:15Speaker 1: you are today. So the only thing that's going to
- 22:18Speaker 1: get them back on track, and they'll never be friends
- 22:22Speaker 1: but is time and just being together because they're forced
- 22:25Speaker 1: to be together in a group. That's why, like when
- 22:28Speaker 1: they went to that lunch, I was so bummed for
- 22:32Speaker 1: that blow up to happen when Janet left again, it's
- 22:35Speaker 1: because like it didn't need to happen. Everything was great.
- 22:37Speaker 1: They were even acknowledging like, look at us, we're all
- 22:40Speaker 1: sitting at this table and we all have issues. Like
- 22:41Speaker 1: Michelle and Jesse were there, and Nia and Janet were there,
- 22:46Speaker 1: and it was like, wow, this is kind of wild.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I can't believe they're actually going to break bread together.
- 22:51Speaker 1: And then I don't know who ruined it by bringing
- 22:54Speaker 1: something up again. I actually wish I would have Jesse.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Maybe was it Jesse, I don't know. I remember, yeah,
- 23:00Speaker 2: he was coming at Janet and when she turned to him,
- 23:03Speaker 2: I was like, shut the fuck up.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I was with her on that, like.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right, Jesse did tee it off because he
- 23:10Speaker 1: was like, aside from hurting your husband, Nia, what did
- 23:13Speaker 1: Janet do to you? So that's where he he brought
- 23:17Speaker 1: it all up again, and that just didn't that was unnecessary.
- 23:20Speaker 1: And her answer was, well, because when we were at
- 23:23Speaker 1: Britney's house or rental or whatever that was. Janet was like, well,
- 23:27Speaker 1: I was in a relationship with someone who had a
- 23:29Speaker 1: major drug and alcohol problem, and so I know how
- 23:32Speaker 1: you feel. That was just such a cringe thing to
- 23:35Speaker 1: say to somebody. Yeah, that's why I don't like. I
- 23:38Speaker 1: don't f's with Janet because I don't like the way
- 23:41Speaker 1: that she presents things.
- 23:44Speaker 2: You're an HSP, and so you know when this say
- 23:48Speaker 2: the thing happens, you're very inensitive to it.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. HSP. Was
- 23:55Speaker 1: that Schwartz that said that or was that Jesse? I
- 23:57Speaker 1: think it was.
- 23:58Speaker 3: I think it was Jesse.
- 23:59Speaker 1: It was a Jesse, okay, And then he was like
- 24:01Speaker 1: to Janny's like, well, if you really were sorry, you'd
- 24:03Speaker 1: be crying. I'm like, you're such a dick.
- 24:06Speaker 2: God, It's so crazy. It just but like, has there
- 24:09Speaker 2: been I'm so curious. Has no one's throwing to Jasmine
- 24:14Speaker 2: and Melissa on this though?
- 24:16Speaker 1: The weirdest thing I think because really, at the end
- 24:20Speaker 1: of the day, Danny and Nia and Jasmine and Melissa
- 24:25Speaker 1: have like garded it, They've sorted it, and so it's
- 24:28Speaker 1: just lingering there with Janet. That's where it is. But
- 24:33Speaker 1: keep trying to fix it.
- 24:35Speaker 2: So strange, you know, because I do genuinely think, and
- 24:39Speaker 2: I think Jasmine's correct that Zach does not have their
- 24:43Speaker 2: back on this. I just don't think he gets it.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I don't think he sees it, and he does not
- 24:49Speaker 2: have their back. That's what's pissing her off and hurting
- 24:52Speaker 2: her right now. Yeah, you know, it's just uh, yeah,
- 24:57Speaker 2: it's interesting.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Zach seems to Yeah, he was. He was kind of
- 25:06Speaker 1: all over the place in this episode. But I did
- 25:08Speaker 1: appreciate the emotion that came out and then the next day,
- 25:12Speaker 1: like the follow up because the conversation that he had
- 25:18Speaker 1: with Danny, like they really did kind of sort it out.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And I think Brittany was there right, She's like, I
- 25:23Speaker 1: don't care, I'll I'll drink with you any tab, but
- 25:25Speaker 1: just don't lie, Laddie, and Zack's like, yeah, just don't
- 25:29Speaker 1: lie about drinking a white claw in my in my
- 25:33Speaker 1: gym or in Britney's gym. But like what Danny said
- 25:37Speaker 1: that he had won that night, that's that is one
- 25:40Speaker 1: hundred percent of lie in my point, in my opinion,
- 25:42Speaker 1: Like there's no way he just had one drink that night.
- 25:45Speaker 1: So he's still lying. Like I'm sorry, I just don't
- 25:49Speaker 1: believe him. I don't believe.
- 25:51Speaker 3: The thing's to believe? What's to believe? Right now?
- 25:54Speaker 2: He's he's clearly lying in the face of all of us,
- 25:58Speaker 2: and like the cameras are cant it every single time.
- 26:01Speaker 2: It's comical, it is, and it's also hard to align
- 26:05Speaker 2: with him when you're a liar. You know, so you're
- 26:11Speaker 2: PTSD here this year, that the year other, you're like
- 26:13Speaker 2: just lying and you're just also lying. Yeah, that's tough.
- 26:17Speaker 1: You're lying. When Kristen said at that lunch, and she's like,
- 26:22Speaker 1: I mean, Danny doesn't even really have a drinking problem,
- 26:25Speaker 1: you know who does? And then she just lifted off
- 26:27Speaker 1: the rest of the cast. And then the way that
- 26:31Speaker 1: Janet jumped on that phone, I'm like, girl, you are gross.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Like to get that text over on the other side
- 26:44Speaker 1: of the hotel there, she gets you just send it
- 26:47Speaker 1: right over there, and she's like, you have to know
- 26:49Speaker 1: what's being said about you. They're all talking. I can't
- 26:56Speaker 1: I can't wait. But this is Janet.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Don't you feel like Janet is personally?
- 27:00Speaker 2: I do feel now she has And I think the
- 27:03Speaker 2: way Michelle has Janet's back and the way she I
- 27:08Speaker 2: just think the way she communicates is I like it
- 27:11Speaker 2: because she doesn't.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Emotional or Janet emotional.
- 27:16Speaker 2: She just sort of waits until really it makes sense
- 27:20Speaker 2: to pipe in. And she has Janet's back and she
- 27:24Speaker 2: thinks she's thinking clearly, and I align with her, and
- 27:27Speaker 2: I'm like, thank you, Michelle.
- 27:29Speaker 1: I liked it. I agree. I like Michelle. I agree
- 27:32Speaker 1: with you. I think that her piping up and saying like, well,
- 27:36Speaker 1: she's not crying because she holds it in. And then
- 27:40Speaker 1: the next thing, you know, Janet's crying, and I'm like,
- 27:43Speaker 1: are we really crying?
- 27:45Speaker 3: I understand, I'm sorry, but I don't care for.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Her, but it's hard.
- 27:50Speaker 2: I feel she's against a wall right now, and I
- 27:53Speaker 2: do respect that she is not crumbling. Yeah, with this
- 28:00Speaker 2: pressure and standing in what is the truth, whether we
- 28:05Speaker 2: like it or not, whether we want it to be different, whether.
- 28:08Speaker 3: You know, all of that, All of that I get,
- 28:10Speaker 3: I get, I get, But I.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Think if they came at her differently with the question,
- 28:15Speaker 2: even we could get in a new place. We can't
- 28:19Speaker 2: get there with saying you need to apologize completely for
- 28:25Speaker 2: saying it.
- 28:26Speaker 1: What would be another another way like that that NIA
- 28:31Speaker 1: could be satisfied because I don't see a way.
- 28:35Speaker 2: I think, And I don't know if it's NIA, because
- 28:38Speaker 2: that's a tricky one, but like, okay everyone else you know,
- 28:43Speaker 2: or NIA if NIA wish to say, like, hey, I
- 28:47Speaker 2: understand that what happened between Danny and Melissa falls under
- 28:53Speaker 2: the definition of sexual assault and many women have gone
- 28:57Speaker 2: through that and it happens in the workplace.
- 29:00Speaker 3: It have and is never okay with that said.
- 29:05Speaker 2: We are in a friend group, they have had the
- 29:08Speaker 2: discussion about it. Putting that label on him feels like
- 29:15Speaker 2: you've chosen like the worst case scenario for him, and like,
- 29:20Speaker 2: is there a way to just roll that back a
- 29:22Speaker 2: little bit, especially since they've had the conversation, because labeling
- 29:28Speaker 2: him that way is so detrimental to us as a family,
- 29:32Speaker 2: like something and acknowledgment and but like and like, can
- 29:37Speaker 2: we just no longer use that term again in our
- 29:40Speaker 2: friendship group?
- 29:41Speaker 3: Is that? Is that? Is that possible?
- 29:43Speaker 1: Well? And to your point, no one has used that
- 29:46Speaker 1: word again.
- 29:48Speaker 3: But they're saying it without saying it yet.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Right, but they're not using it at all or not?
- 29:52Speaker 2: I feel like, why do you think has that been
- 29:54Speaker 2: like come down from production or is.
- 29:56Speaker 1: That I think that they're purposely not doing it out
- 29:59Speaker 1: of respect for Nia? Really yeah, because even lalla is
- 30:03Speaker 1: like the word that was used on the boat or
- 30:06Speaker 1: wherever the hell they were. But like what would be
- 30:10Speaker 1: So if Janet were to roll it back, how would
- 30:13Speaker 1: that look?
- 30:14Speaker 3: Like?
- 30:14Speaker 1: What could she roll back?
- 30:17Speaker 2: She could say I understand and yes, I won't say
- 30:19Speaker 2: that any that that's a that was a one. I'm
- 30:22Speaker 2: not going to refer to him in that way anymore.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Okay, Well, but when you.
- 30:28Speaker 2: She hasn't, But like we're you ain't gonna get Janet
- 30:31Speaker 2: to say because it's the truth, and I respect her
- 30:35Speaker 2: for that.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I do.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I do too.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Not easy, especially with the world as it's hard, and
- 30:43Speaker 2: I know why she's crying because it's hard. Like I
- 30:46Speaker 2: am a Janet apologist, apparently on this day, on this.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Day, well someone should be. I mean, I'm not listen,
- 30:58Speaker 1: I support women, but I also am feeling extremely bad
- 31:03Speaker 1: for Nia, and that's probably why I'm going so hard
- 31:06Speaker 1: at Janet, because even though I am beyond frustrated with
- 31:10Speaker 1: her trying to squeeze orange juice out of a lemon,
- 31:17Speaker 1: I still feel awful for her because she's the one
- 31:20Speaker 1: who's taking all the hits, and she's the one who
- 31:23Speaker 1: has all these kids, and she's got a horrible husband.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Despite all the stuff that happened with Melissa and Jasmine.
- 31:31Speaker 1: The way he treats her on a day to day
- 31:32Speaker 1: basis is like making the irate and so Janet's fault.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Oh no, that's but that's why I'm so empathetic towards
- 31:43Speaker 1: Nia that it's overshadowing my ability to stand behind Janet.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I think that's where I'm at. Do you know what
- 31:48Speaker 1: I'm saying? I get that, because I don't want to
- 31:51Speaker 1: cause her any more like mental anguish over the situation.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Like she's got four kids, she's on this reality show.
- 32:00Speaker 1: She's an incredibly vulnerable position, and I really feel bad
- 32:05Speaker 1: for her, especially by way of the way that he
- 32:09Speaker 1: treats her, you know, the night before, being like, you
- 32:11Speaker 1: didn't have my back, You didn't have my back. She
- 32:14Speaker 1: can't do it feels like she can do nothing right
- 32:19Speaker 1: in his eye right.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Now, it's horrible.
- 32:22Speaker 2: They would have done better really thinking, not getting emotional,
- 32:28Speaker 2: really thinking it through and being like, you know what,
- 32:33Speaker 2: let's put this to ResQue with Janet, because there's no.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Way that we know.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Yeah, no, no amount of Luke, no amount of Kristen
- 32:41Speaker 2: please sit down, no amount of Jesse, good God, no
- 32:46Speaker 2: amount of Zach being a dumbass is going to get
- 32:51Speaker 2: us where we want to go.
- 32:52Speaker 1: No, absolutely not and Laala, no one will get us
- 32:57Speaker 1: get them there. And so for them to not just
- 33:00Speaker 1: swallow it and move forward is absolutely insane. They're the
- 33:04Speaker 1: ones that they're trying to do the put the the
- 33:07Speaker 1: round circle in the square peg, you know, yes there,
- 33:12Speaker 1: and so they're hurting themselves because it just keeps being
- 33:15Speaker 1: brought up because of them.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Correct agree like that is actually and it's it's you know,
- 33:23Speaker 2: we figured we got to it, but that is really
- 33:27Speaker 2: they are in the wrong here, and they would do
- 33:31Speaker 2: to have a different approach because Janet doesn't want to
- 33:35Speaker 2: keep dealing with this that that much.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I actually do feel.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Absolutely, which is why she keeps leaving, right but because
- 33:42Speaker 1: there's nothing she can.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Say no because and that has to do with her
- 33:49Speaker 2: sense of truth, that's not enough. There's no other reason.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't. I don't see her leaving as someone
- 33:58Speaker 1: who's not willing to deal with it. When everyone gets
- 34:00Speaker 1: upset at her for leaving, I'm like, yeah, you know,
- 34:05Speaker 1: she's there's a firing squad coming at her. What do
- 34:07Speaker 1: you expect her to do? She there's nothing that she
- 34:10Speaker 1: can say to change the outcome of what it is.
- 34:13Speaker 1: So it's probably best that she leaves before she says
- 34:17Speaker 1: more to hurt the situation, because she can and she will.
- 34:22Speaker 2: She's she's spilling over not you know, it's not best
- 34:29Speaker 2: for them.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Then you know, still over And it doesn't help that
- 34:33Speaker 1: Danny made a complete fool of himself in was it
- 34:37Speaker 1: Palm Springs. I don't know where they were at the
- 34:41Speaker 1: yeah I dragged the pageant. Yeah, you know he was.
- 34:46Speaker 1: So he showed his true colors yet again, and that
- 34:49Speaker 1: like it to me, that's adding on to what happened
- 34:53Speaker 1: a couple summers ago. Course.
- 34:55Speaker 3: So and so she's like she wants.
- 35:00Speaker 1: To scratch that lotto ticket and see what she's gotten
- 35:04Speaker 1: under there.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Nia has chosen him as a husband so she can
- 35:11Speaker 2: keep him on as short a lease as she wants
- 35:13Speaker 2: to try and do. But like even like I'm just
- 35:16Speaker 2: thinking him, Zach laid out with his boobies out, and
- 35:19Speaker 2: like Danny was like ready to pounce on whatever.
- 35:22Speaker 1: That like it's.
- 35:25Speaker 3: You know, yeah, he's an odd duck.
- 35:28Speaker 1: He is he is anyway. Well, okay, so why don't
- 35:34Speaker 1: we talk about Kristen and Luke. Okay, so you know,
- 35:42Speaker 1: because we didn't talk last week in that episode, but
- 35:45Speaker 1: this episode they seemed so much better than they were
- 35:50Speaker 1: the last and it just goes to show like the
- 35:53Speaker 1: travel day, the events, the tiredness, the you know out
- 36:01Speaker 1: of like maybe a little bit of jet lag, just
- 36:04Speaker 1: the anxiety from traveling. It's best to just kind of
- 36:08Speaker 1: hunker down the first night and get your bearings before
- 36:12Speaker 1: talking about anything, because yeah, didn't do any good for anyone?
- 36:18Speaker 3: No, it was it was tough.
- 36:21Speaker 2: I mean I did feel like I finally got eyes
- 36:25Speaker 2: on Kaya and god, is she the cutest thing?
- 36:29Speaker 3: Like she's so cute.
- 36:31Speaker 2: I'm like, this poor girl has been you know, talked
- 36:34Speaker 2: about so much, so like you know what I mean,
- 36:37Speaker 2: there's been something folks so fraught everything has been around her.
- 36:42Speaker 3: And then they did like look like it's so cute.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 36:47Speaker 2: So that was cute to just see her and they
- 36:50Speaker 2: were fresh and yay. I mean, I do feel for Luke.
- 36:54Speaker 2: He's he's in the weeds.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Way do situation? I do you hm, especially when he like,
- 37:02Speaker 1: I don't know what that towel wrap knotted thing was.
- 37:10Speaker 2: I think my eyes averted from it. I didn't even
- 37:12Speaker 2: like take it in huh.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Okay, Well, it was when they were having a conversation
- 37:17Speaker 1: with and Kyo was being held by Preston and it
- 37:21Speaker 1: was like a sort of a flesh colored, very thin
- 37:27Speaker 1: towel that went over his shoulders and then and then
- 37:31Speaker 1: it was open there and he tied at the waist
- 37:33Speaker 1: like a little t shirt tie.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Do you think it from the hotel like a little
- 37:40Speaker 2: robe situation?
- 37:42Speaker 1: Yeah, But it didn't go a Mexican robe. It didn't
- 37:46Speaker 1: go all the way down. It was it was it
- 37:48Speaker 1: was just a shawl, really an open he ingested and
- 37:51Speaker 1: he had no shirt on. Okay, well, I just wanted
- 37:55Speaker 1: hard to jump in on that. No, it's thank you.
- 37:58Speaker 1: I like, might need to go back and look at
- 38:00Speaker 1: that because I think, please, do I have heard it?
- 38:04Speaker 1: I must have, you know, protectible because Kaya was in
- 38:07Speaker 1: the scene and you were focused on her. But you
- 38:10Speaker 1: know you said that you feel for him. I do.
- 38:13Speaker 1: I feel for him. I feel for her. I mean,
- 38:15Speaker 1: this postpartum anxiety is real as hell, and Kristen should
- 38:20Speaker 1: have never gone on this trip. She should not be there.
- 38:25Speaker 1: She is like I know, and I just feel like
- 38:30Speaker 1: she was like, no, this is my job, I gotta go,
- 38:32Speaker 1: and then the next thing, you know, it's just such
- 38:34Speaker 1: a disaster. I mean, it's miserable. The baby's miserable, she's miserable,
- 38:39Speaker 1: and he no matter what he does, Honestly, I don't
- 38:43Speaker 1: think it would be necessarily the right thing. He really,
- 38:48Speaker 1: at the end of the day, the only thing you
- 38:50Speaker 1: probably could have done is just not leave the room
- 38:53Speaker 1: at any time, you know, and like just I guess,
- 38:57Speaker 1: but she kind of she's put a little bit of
- 39:02Speaker 1: a situation in which I don't think that she realizes
- 39:07Speaker 1: some of the things that she's saying and when she
- 39:10Speaker 1: said they are when she said in her confessional, I thought, oh,
- 39:13Speaker 1: this is so perfect for like a couple's therapists to
- 39:15Speaker 1: dig into, because she's like, I just don't understand. I'm
- 39:18Speaker 1: just expressing my feelings and he's getting so offended by them.
- 39:23Speaker 1: And I'm like, well, if your feelings have are making
- 39:27Speaker 1: someone feel like they're a horrible dad and you're nitpicking
- 39:30Speaker 1: and you're telling him, you know, some terrible things, and
- 39:34Speaker 1: what Zach's sorry Luke said last week, which was that
- 39:38Speaker 1: she never comes back and says I know that you're
- 39:41Speaker 1: a good dad.
- 39:42Speaker 3: She doesn't.
- 39:43Speaker 2: She doesn't go like when the new day, the sun
- 39:47Speaker 2: is shining, it's a new day. She's gotten some sleep,
- 39:50Speaker 2: baby's happy as a little clam. She doesn't go.
- 39:54Speaker 3: And he's like, oh, it's rough last night.
- 39:56Speaker 2: You know, it seems like you needed that sleep and
- 39:58Speaker 2: class orange juice. And she doesn't go like, yeah, you're right,
- 40:05Speaker 2: I did say some things that were out of pocket.
- 40:09Speaker 3: She doesn't even say that, Like, she doesn't even go.
- 40:13Speaker 2: She doesn't it's like she's like, well, I mean, you
- 40:18Speaker 2: do want to get out of here and party and
- 40:21Speaker 2: come back at all hours and it is who you are,
- 40:25Speaker 2: Like there's no softening, not really just the energy is
- 40:29Speaker 2: but not real words. And that's what I think he
- 40:33Speaker 2: needs a little bit of that does Who couldn't need it,
- 40:37Speaker 2: you know.
- 40:37Speaker 1: And postpartum whatever it is, depression anxiety is super serious.
- 40:44Speaker 1: And I don't know, like you know, behind closed doors,
- 40:49Speaker 1: how he's handling this, but you know, at this point,
- 40:53Speaker 1: I hope that they're getting the help that they need
- 40:55Speaker 1: at this time, like that we're watching because like she
- 41:01Speaker 1: if she's not able to, you know, regulate herself in
- 41:04Speaker 1: any way, which it seems like she isn't, because even
- 41:08Speaker 1: in those, like you said, softer moments, she's not able
- 41:11Speaker 1: to say, you know, things got a little weird last night.
- 41:13Speaker 1: I'm feeling so much better today, sorry about what happened.
- 41:17Speaker 1: And it seems like he's willing to say he's sorry
- 41:20Speaker 1: or willing to tin to do certain things with that.
- 41:24Speaker 1: But you know, he was pissing me off in the
- 41:26Speaker 1: very very beginning when this all started, about like why
- 41:29Speaker 1: don't we have sex and all this stuff, and I'm like, Luke,
- 41:31Speaker 1: you have got to calm down. And to that, I thought,
- 41:36Speaker 1: he doesn't get it. So when we're moving into this area,
- 41:41Speaker 1: there's always that part of me that's like, well, what
- 41:42Speaker 1: else are you not getting that's making her so upset
- 41:45Speaker 1: at you? So I have to go with clearly he
- 41:49Speaker 1: was off from the beginning, and so is he still
- 41:53Speaker 1: a little bit off or insensitive? Does he understand the
- 41:57Speaker 1: weight of what's going on? I don't know. I just
- 42:01Speaker 1: hope that in like real time, that they've kind of
- 42:04Speaker 1: figured all this out and she's feeling better because the
- 42:08Speaker 1: anxiety to be just it's just debilitating and she can't
- 42:11Speaker 1: be with anything else. And meanwhile, it's like, why should
- 42:14Speaker 1: I apologize to you? I'm doing all this work right,
- 42:17Speaker 1: you know, And there's that aspect of it, so right.
- 42:21Speaker 2: She doesn't she's not, Yeah, that's it's not occurring to
- 42:25Speaker 2: her that that.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Could even be helpful to her, which.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Would be helpful, it would be you know, Yeah.
- 42:31Speaker 2: I mean the dynamic is tough, and I do think
- 42:33Speaker 2: it's it's crazy to be watching it, you know, it's
- 42:37Speaker 2: who but a lot of people, you know, I think
- 42:40Speaker 2: are benefiting from the reality of it.
- 42:43Speaker 3: I just feel bad for her.
- 42:45Speaker 2: I feel so bad for her that she's had to
- 42:48Speaker 2: be out there like this.
- 42:49Speaker 1: It's just my heart, Like my heart and soul like weeps.
- 42:54Speaker 1: When I see Kristin and the uh in Mexico on
- 42:58Speaker 1: this trip, I'm just like, you guys should not be here.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I know Nia can handle things a lot better because
- 43:04Speaker 1: she's got you know, four kids. She's used to it,
- 43:08Speaker 1: so she can kind of roll with it.
- 43:09Speaker 2: She's just a very different person, you know, Like, yeah,
- 43:13Speaker 2: I mean I there was I'm laughing because there was
- 43:16Speaker 2: an after show apparently.
- 43:19Speaker 3: I watched the Valley after show.
- 43:20Speaker 1: It's like the Valley after show.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Did you see Nia and Kristen were paired up and
- 43:29Speaker 2: Nia was not saying a word literally, and she was
- 43:34Speaker 2: just letting Kristin do all the talking. But I'm just
- 43:37Speaker 2: sitting there thinking, like, you know, Nia's like, you know,
- 43:42Speaker 2: listening to what she's saying to Luke.
- 43:44Speaker 1: I mean, you know, she's just like, I see what
- 43:48Speaker 1: you're saying.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Well, I just know that she's going like, wow, it's
- 43:52Speaker 2: a lot. You know.
- 43:54Speaker 1: She says that to her husband, right exactly. Yeah, it's
- 43:57Speaker 1: interesting the two extremes actually.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Totally totally and I get when Kristin has a NIA
- 44:05Speaker 2: in her life. She's the only she's actually, of everyone,
- 44:10Speaker 2: the only one who I'm like, you can defend her
- 44:13Speaker 2: blindly and Danny blindly. And I say that because I
- 44:17Speaker 2: can only imagine what NIA looks like to her and
- 44:21Speaker 2: is such a beam of like hope, and just like
- 44:24Speaker 2: I want that.
- 44:25Speaker 3: I want to be like that so badly. You know that.
- 44:29Speaker 2: She's in infatuation and I get it.
- 44:33Speaker 1: You know, she's got a mom crush on her, you know,
- 44:38Speaker 1: because she's got it, you know, seemingly together.
- 44:41Speaker 3: Right.
- 44:42Speaker 1: It is strange to me that Kristin isn't seeing what
- 44:46Speaker 1: everyone else is seeing from Danny though. That is weird.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Like I wonder if that will shift at some point
- 44:52Speaker 1: and then Kristin just pops the heck off on him.
- 44:57Speaker 2: Maybe, and maybe it would have to be something Nea
- 44:59Speaker 2: would say to her about it. You know, right now
- 45:03Speaker 2: she's she's protecting me. Yeah, and I get it, and
- 45:09Speaker 2: I really do from her, I really do.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Yeah, golly, golly, golly. She how about when Zach was
- 45:21Speaker 1: freaking out and then in the other room, BRIT's like.
- 45:26Speaker 3: A real jailsman.
- 45:28Speaker 1: He said, Brittany, don't you dare say that you get
- 45:31Speaker 1: out here. If you want to say something to my face,
- 45:32Speaker 1: you come out and say it. Wait what did she say?
- 45:36Speaker 3: I couldn't understand what I mean?
- 45:39Speaker 1: Jasmine.
- 45:41Speaker 3: What did Brittany say in there?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Oh she said, I agree with Jasmine.
- 45:46Speaker 3: Oh that's so good. It was so good to have
- 45:52Speaker 3: poor thing is over there with her, you.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Know, training, still training, and yeah, that's all very tough.
- 46:02Speaker 2: I mean, Zach is so triggered by Brittany. They're so funny,
- 46:06Speaker 2: you know, this is just it's just so funny.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it's great. All right, Well we we can land
- 46:14Speaker 1: there and we can pick up at another time and place.
- 46:19Speaker 1: And Deanna Chang just a delight to see you. And
- 46:23Speaker 1: I imagine the Montage Queen is just having a great
- 46:26Speaker 1: summer so far.
- 46:28Speaker 2: She is, you know, she's bookings are still rolling in
- 46:33Speaker 2: God bless America. And if you need and I've had
- 46:36Speaker 2: several darlings come through, high darlings. Great to have you,
- 46:41Speaker 2: so thank you, and I'm open to more darlings.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Oh gosh.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Yeah, the Montage Queen dot Com five percent off for
- 46:50Speaker 2: any drama darling that comes through. You can even write, hey, darling,
- 46:57Speaker 2: anything like that, Amy sick of You can say Amy's
- 47:01Speaker 2: and Presh anything like that. I'll know, I'll know who
- 47:04Speaker 2: you are.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Do it, do it, do it?
- 47:07Speaker 2: Do it?
- 47:08Speaker 1: Wow. Okay, well you guys, thank you so much for listening.
- 47:13Speaker 1: And I hope you're having a great summer so far.
- 47:15Speaker 1: We had the summer solstice, right, and I mean we're
- 47:19Speaker 1: here and it does finally feel like summer. Gorgeous California,
- 47:23Speaker 1: doesn't it does?
- 47:24Speaker 3: It really does?
- 47:25Speaker 2: Yeah, So enjoy, you know, read a book, to read
- 47:29Speaker 2: a book. Lemonade freshly squeezed if you want, Yeah, crack
- 47:36Speaker 2: open a white cloth.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Yeah, do it there in the gym
