Hello. Welcome to the No God Coach
• 0:02
Huddle for June uh 9th, 2025. Your
• 0:06
two-minute play of the day for applying
• 0:08
God's word in your life. So, let's
• 0:09
huddle up and hear today's play from 1
• 0:12
Corinthians 3, which says, "The one who
• 0:14
plants and the one who waters have one
• 0:16
purpose, and they will be rewarded
• 0:18
according to their own labor. For we are
• 0:20
co-workers in God's service. You are
• 0:22
God's field, God's building. If what has
• 0:25
been built survives, the builder will
• 0:27
receive a reward. If it is burned up,
• 0:29
the builder will suffer loss, yet will
• 0:32
be saved. Even though as one escaping
• 0:34
through the flames, do not deceive
• 0:36
yourselves. If any of you think you are
• 0:38
wise by the standards of this age, you
• 0:41
should become fools, so that you may
• 0:43
become wise. For the wisdom of this
• 0:45
world is foolishness in God's sight. As
• 0:47
it is written, he catches the wise in
• 0:50
  their
• 0:51
craftiness. The great commission is the
• 0:53
mission of every Christian. This is the
• 0:56
work of identifying ourselves with Jesus
• 0:58
in order to share the work of Jesus so
• 1:01
that men might be reconciled to God
• 1:03
through Jesus. Those who hear our
• 1:06
message and repent from their sinful
• 1:07
ways, turning to God in Jesus as Savior
• 1:10
and Lord, we are then to disciple by
• 1:13
teaching them to obey everything Jesus
• 1:15
has commanded. This is why we remain on
• 1:18
the earth apart from the Savior in the
• 1:20
flesh but not in the spirit. The degree
• 1:22
to which we work, the fruit of our labor
• 1:25
for God will be measured by God and and
• 1:28
they will be rewarded by God. On that
• 1:30
day, Christians are judged not for
• 1:32
salvation, but for their eternal reward.
• 1:35
Most work so hard to be successful on
• 1:38
earth while ignoring the work of God to
• 1:40
become successful in heaven and upon the
• 1:42
new earth. We wish to appear wise as the
• 1:45
pagans who reject God and have only this
• 1:48
world to enjoy. We engage their same
• 1:50
  purposes and pleasures. Instead of
• 1:52
praying for their souls and sharing the
• 1:54
urgency of repentance and living free
• 1:56
from the accumulation of the things of
• 1:58
this world that are destined to burn, we
• 2:01
must live as though our eternal lives
• 2:03
depended upon obeying God and completing
• 2:06
his assignment for us because they do.
• 2:09
We must believe God's word as recorded
• 2:12
in the scripture and not the doubts of
• 2:14
the pagans who malign, ignore and
• 2:16
disobey God's words because they find
• 2:18
  him irrelevant and non-existent. Every
• 2:21
person needs Jesus to be reconciled to
• 2:23
God and escape the fires of hell. Every
• 2:26
person needs Jesus to live forever with
• 2:29
God in joy, peace, love, and abundance
• 2:32
alongside him and all those who've ever
• 2:34
loved him on a new earth where Jesus
• 2:36
reigns in righteousness and justice. Our
• 2:40
purpose is to help all people become
• 2:42
reconciled to God. Their eternity is at
• 2:44
stake and our reward for the quality of
• 2:47
our eternal living is on the line. Why
• 2:50
would we choose to be poor forever when
• 2:52
God is inviting us into the fullness of
• 2:54
his riches in his world without end?
