Speaker 3: Our good friend Millie Snyder from the Shape Shop Joints.
• 2:32
Speaker 3: It's Milly, good morning.
• 2:33
Speaker 5: How are you money, Dave?
• 2:33
Speaker 3: How are you big idea of wearing shorts in here?
• 2:35
Speaker 3: You know you can't wear shorts around me?

Speaker 5: Why is that not?
• 2:38
  Speaker 3: Because?
• 2:39
Speaker 5: Oh that because yeah, well that I'm gonna.
• 2:41
Speaker 3: Kill I'm not going to concentrate on anything.
• 2:43
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 2:44
Speaker 5: You don't see them.
• 2:45
Speaker 3: I saw them early when you came in.
• 2:46
Speaker 5: Oh well, I know I should have actually worn long
• 2:49
Speaker 5: pins today because we're going through some cool weather.
• 2:52
Speaker 3: I love it. Do you like it?
• 2:53
  Speaker 2: Oh?
• 2:54
Speaker 3: Forty eight degrees? When I left the house.
• 2:55
Speaker 5: This morning, I loved It's like a dream come true.
• 2:58
Speaker 5: This weekend, it's going to be ninety eight.
• 2:59
Speaker 3: Y gonna say it's going to warm up substantially work
• 3:02
Speaker 3: on my can. Yeah, well, there you go, there you go.
• 3:05
Speaker 3: All right, So, how things going with you? I read
• 3:09
Speaker 3: on your social media yesterday and your folks do a
• 3:11
Speaker 3: great job on your social media.
• 3:13
  Speaker 5: That's a girl named well, she's not a girl, a woman,
• 3:16
Speaker 5: Tiffany Grilly. She has such a gift for using the
• 3:21
Speaker 5: English language. So pleased to have her part of my team.
• 3:25
Speaker 3: Well, I was interested to see because she said that
• 3:27
Speaker 3: there's some sort of an announcement that you're going to
• 3:29
  Speaker 3: be making.
• 3:30
Speaker 5: I am going to make it? Is that later on
• 3:31
Speaker 5: that it's not an announcement, I'm going to share something,
• 3:34
Speaker 5: to share something with us. Yes, okay, but not right now.
• 3:37
Speaker 3: That's what you're going to do, because you still tell
• 3:38
Speaker 3: me you had something you want to do toward the
• 3:40
Speaker 3: end of the segment. So you'll say that till then, yes,
• 3:42
Speaker 3: of cowards the end. All right. Well, so how have
• 3:44
Speaker 3: you been been busy lately?
• 3:46
  Speaker 6: Yeah?
• 3:47
Speaker 5: We have, well, not always busy. Sometimes we're busier than others.
• 3:51
Speaker 5: More and more people are beginning to realize that Shape
• 3:54
Speaker 5: Shop moved from Patrick Street in twenty nineteen that we
• 3:59
  Speaker 5: are actually.
• 4:00
Speaker 3: Takes a little time for to circulate, and that we.
• 4:04
Speaker 5: Are actually on the west Side, actually at the beginning
• 4:06
Speaker 5: of the West Side. We're just a block and a
• 4:09
Speaker 5: half west of five Corners, and we hope more and
• 4:13
Speaker 5: more people come because the exciting thing is everything we
• 4:17
Speaker 5: make is fresh clean. You know, a lot of meats
• 4:20
Speaker 5: that are processed and that you buy in the grocery
• 4:23
Speaker 5: store have been found to have a contaminant called listeria,
• 4:29
Speaker 5: which can kill you, and that is not in our
• 4:32
Speaker 5: foods because nothing that we make is processed. Everything is fresh,
• 4:38
Speaker 5: everything is natural, and we're not naturalists. I don't want
• 4:42
Speaker 5: anybody to think that. But our food is clean. Even
• 4:45
Speaker 5: our soups are made from scratch. So that's a lot
• 4:48
Speaker 5: to be proud of. Especially today. We're going to start
• 4:51
Speaker 5: selling our meats by the quarter pound and half pound,
• 4:55
Speaker 5: so that if somebody wants to take it home and
• 4:57
Speaker 5: make their own sandwich, they are or whatever they want
• 5:00
Speaker 5: to do with it, make a salad or fix it up.
• 5:03
Speaker 5: And our chicken, our turkey, our ham, our beef. It's
• 5:06
Speaker 5: the real deal, and I'm very, very proud of that.
• 5:09
Speaker 5: It's a greater expense to do that, but it's so
• 5:12
Speaker 5: much safer and healthier and cleaner. And that's what I've
• 5:16
Speaker 5: always been about as far as shape shop, and of
• 5:19
Speaker 5: course the way that I eat and what I teach.
• 5:22
Speaker 5: I teach the Mediterranean lifestyle, and it is now it's
• 5:27
Speaker 5: all over the internet. Everybody's paying attention to it. And
• 5:31
Speaker 5: doing Mediterranean simply means that you are honoring your body
• 5:36
Speaker 5: by with by putting in good, wholesome, clean food. It's
• 5:40
Speaker 5: not a big brain twister. By the way, Mediterranean eating
• 5:44
Speaker 5: has been around for a very, very much.
• 5:46
Speaker 3: That's what I was going to say, is because you
• 5:48
Speaker 3: hear these diet fads over and over again, and you
• 5:51
Speaker 3: name them. I mean, they've gone for me, and you've
• 5:54
Speaker 3: been you've been through all of them. But this is
• 5:56
Speaker 3: not something that suddenly somebody in the lab just came
• 5:58
Speaker 3: up one day and said, you know, let's try this.
• 6:00
Speaker 3: This has been you know, for you know, thousands of years.
• 6:03
Speaker 5: Being a couple of weeks ago, a gentleman came to
• 6:06
Speaker 5: visit me in my office at the store and he said,
• 6:09
Speaker 5: you know, when he when he was growing up as
• 6:13
Speaker 5: a child in Lebanon, you could just take milk and
• 6:16
Speaker 5: he said, from that milk, we were able to make
• 6:19
Speaker 5: five or six different cheeses, and if we kept them
• 6:22
Speaker 5: in a cool, dry place, they were good forever. And
• 6:25
Speaker 5: there that cheese was made without processing. Sometimes you pick
• 6:30
Speaker 5: up a package of meat or something that you're going
• 6:33
Speaker 5: to eat and you look at the ingredients and you
• 6:35
Speaker 5: can't even pronounce the word because your mouth doesn't go
• 6:38
Speaker 5: that way, nor can your brain process that word. And
• 6:42
Speaker 5: yet we buy that product and we eat it, and
• 6:46
Speaker 5: we are putting unknown stuff in our body.
• 6:49
Speaker 3: Good rule of thumb is if you can't pronounce it,
• 6:51
  Speaker 3: don't eat it.
• 6:51
Speaker 5: I love that, and I wish more people would adopt
• 6:54
  Speaker 5: that in expit.
• 6:54
Speaker 3: But here's the thing, and I've talked about this in
• 6:56
Speaker 3: the past. You know, you always hear all of these
• 6:58
Speaker 3: stories about people say, what my you know, my grandpa
• 7:01
Speaker 3: lived to be ninety five, and he did this, and
• 7:03
Speaker 3: he did that and that. In many cases it's true.
• 7:06
Speaker 3: But they also grew all their own stuff, and they
• 7:09
Speaker 3: knew where it came from, yes, and so they had
• 7:12
Speaker 3: even they didn't have a farn. Like my grandfather worked
• 7:14
Speaker 3: in the coal mines all day and then he gardened
• 7:16
Speaker 3: or farmed basically at night. Everything came from there.
• 7:20
Speaker 5: And they canned everything.
• 7:22
Speaker 3: Yeah, we didn't talk to Chris Lawrence, our outdoors guy.
• 7:25
Speaker 3: He posted some pictures on social media of his canning
• 7:30
Speaker 3: this past week, and he's a big canning guy. He
• 7:31
Speaker 3: was cannon green beans and everything. And that stuff for
• 7:34
Speaker 3: me is like comfort food.
• 7:35
Speaker 5: You know, growing up, can it with sugar. I'm even happier.
• 7:39
Speaker 5: Or put any any kind of lard into anything.
• 7:43
Speaker 3: Do you want to tell the lard story?
• 7:45
Speaker 5: Well, I just heard it when I arrived here at
• 7:47
  Speaker 5: the studio.
• 7:48
Speaker 3: Let me tell you, Colonel Ron Hughes is always good
• 7:50
Speaker 3: for a good story. Some ninety percent of them you
• 7:52
Speaker 3: can't tell on the air.
• 7:53
Speaker 5: This story comes from Colonel Ron.
• 7:56
Speaker 3: But Colonel Ron stopped you and then I in the
• 7:59
Speaker 3: hall and said he heard something somewhere where a guy
• 8:02
Speaker 3: was talking about how lard was healthier for people. And
• 8:06
Speaker 3: the reason was This guy's reasoning.
• 8:08
Speaker 5: Was what because hold on to your hold onto your hats,
• 8:12
Speaker 5: because the pig outside absorbs the vitamin D from the sun.
• 8:17
Speaker 5: Therefore the pig is healthy, which means his lard is healthy.
• 8:23
Speaker 5: And I don't think on radio I should say what
• 8:26
Speaker 5: I said to Colonel Ron.
• 8:28
Speaker 3: No, no, you can't because you'll get us both fired
• 8:30
Speaker 3: and I'll be I'll be working.
• 8:31
Speaker 5: I'm not going to say that, but not they're they're
• 8:33
Speaker 5: a bigger lie. Has never been.
• 8:36
Speaker 3: Told any any appearances of the food truck on a
• 8:41
  Speaker 3: summer story.
• 8:42
Speaker 5: Tomorrow. Tomorrow we are invited to a Caldwell Garlow Insurance
• 8:47
Speaker 5: over in South Charleston, and that agency is growing. I
• 8:53
Speaker 5: think they were just another company joined them and I
• 8:56
Speaker 5: think they have like fifty employees and they've requested our
• 9:00
Speaker 5: food truck. Next week we're going to do something in
• 9:04
Speaker 5: South Charleston. I think there's a sports relay for children
• 9:08
Speaker 5: and we're going to be there for three days. So
• 9:10
Speaker 5: I'm excited about that. Of course, you know Live on
• 9:13
Speaker 5: the Levee is gone, the Stern Wheel Regatta is gone.
• 9:16
Speaker 5: But we're available. If there is a group that would
• 9:19
Speaker 5: like to have the Shape Shop food truck, please contact
• 9:23
Speaker 5: Emily at the Shape Shop or myself. We'll be happy.
• 9:26
Speaker 3: We're starting to get into the ball season now. People,
• 9:28
  Speaker 3: there's a lot of.
• 9:29
Speaker 5: Things coming and we're excited to people love our food.
• 9:33
Speaker 3: That's good. So I can tell you we had you
• 9:35
Speaker 3: out at our great gas giveaway that we did last month.
• 9:38
Speaker 3: Over day to the outlet, and it was it was
• 9:42
Speaker 3: the hit I can tell you. I mean we had
• 9:45
Speaker 3: we had some other vendors there as well, and everybody
• 9:47
Speaker 3: you know, patronize them all, but man, there was there's
• 9:49
Speaker 3: quite the line there. There was a gentleman, are you smoothie?
• 9:52
Speaker 3: I think is what they because it was a jos
• 9:54
Speaker 3: it was extremely hot that day.
• 9:55
Speaker 5: There was a gentleman sitting in our lobby and I
• 9:58
Speaker 5: walked out of my office and I said, good morning.
• 10:00
Speaker 5: I said, has someone helped you? He said, I'm just
• 10:02
Speaker 5: waiting on my strawberry banana smoothie. He says it's the
• 10:06
Speaker 5: best thing he ever put in his mouth.
• 10:07
Speaker 3: That's awesome. So it's talking to Billy Snyder from the
• 10:10
Speaker 3: Shape shot the Dave Alan Show in five Any Live
• 10:12
Speaker 3: Bright to You part by Morgan and Morgan, America's largest
• 10:14
Speaker 3: injury law firm. If you're injured visit for the people
• 10:17
Speaker 3: dot com. All right, let's talk about your classes that
• 10:19
Speaker 3: you offer and and then a big finish because you
• 10:21
Speaker 3: got something you want to tell us. Plet let's talk
• 10:23
Speaker 3: to you. Let's talk about the class.
• 10:24
Speaker 5: Okay, so Mediterranean and the name of my group is
• 10:28
Speaker 5: fix it with foods, which makes the most amount of sense.
• 10:31
Speaker 5: We want to eat everything and you'll eat better than
• 10:34
Speaker 5: you've ever eaten when you live the Mediterranean lifestyle. We
• 10:38
Speaker 5: meet Thursday morning and Saturday morning at nine fifteen. There
• 10:43
Speaker 5: are very nominal fees involved, great information and not only
• 10:47
Speaker 5: do we give information and personal instruction in how to
• 10:51
Speaker 5: follow everything, but we give you health information and valuable
• 10:56
Speaker 5: handouts every week, plus recipes. And I follow the same
• 11:01
Speaker 5: weight Watcher model because group support is very important. There
• 11:05
Speaker 5: are a lot of people say I can do it
• 11:07
Speaker 5: on my own. I remember years ago when I owned
• 11:10
Speaker 5: weight Watchers, a woman said to me, I'm on your program.
• 11:12
Speaker 5: I said, great, what class do you go to? She said,
• 11:16
  Speaker 5: I don't. I just buy the dinners. And that's not
• 11:19
  Speaker 5: group support.
• 11:19
Speaker 3: It's not you got to that. Any time that you're
• 11:21
Speaker 3: wanting to do something like that, you know, whether it's
• 11:25
Speaker 3: healthy eating or any anything that if you got you
• 11:28
Speaker 3: got peers, You got people that are going to not
• 11:30
Speaker 3: only hold you accountable, it's not that, but also people
• 11:33
Speaker 3: to support you and to encourage you. And if you
• 11:35
Speaker 3: do have you know, okay, slipped off the wagon a
• 11:37
Speaker 3: little bit, people to kind of patch on a bank,
• 11:39
Speaker 3: say it's okay. Sorry, it's not the end of the world,
• 11:41
Speaker 3: you know, app just continue, all right? So what did
• 11:44
Speaker 3: you want to leave us with this morning?
• 11:45
Speaker 5: Okay? So I'm going to read this, okay, and I
• 11:48
Speaker 5: do not know the source, but I hope you and
• 11:52
Speaker 5: the listeners will enjoy it. Okay, Barely the day started,
• 11:57
Speaker 5: and it's already six in the evening, barely arrived on Monday,
• 12:01
Speaker 5: and it's already Friday, and the month is already over,
• 12:05
Speaker 5: and the year is almost over, and already forty fifty
• 12:10
Speaker 5: or sixty years of our lives have passed, and we
• 12:14
Speaker 5: realize that we lost our parents, friends, and we realize
• 12:18
Speaker 5: it's too late to go back. So let's try, despite everything,
• 12:23
Speaker 5: to enjoy the remaining time. Let's keep looking for activities
• 12:28
Speaker 5: that we like. Let's put some color in our gray.
• 12:31
Speaker 5: Let's smile at the little things in life that put
• 12:34
Speaker 5: balm in our hearts. And despite everything, we must continue
• 12:39
Speaker 5: to enjoy with serenity this time we have left. Let's
• 12:44
Speaker 5: try to eliminate the afters. I'm doing it after, I'll
• 12:48
Speaker 5: say after, I'll think about it. After. We leave everything
• 12:53
Speaker 5: for later, like after is ours. Because what we don't
• 12:58
Speaker 5: understand is that Afterwards, the coffee gets cold afterwards, Priorities
• 13:05
Speaker 5: change afterwards, the charm is broken. Afterwards, health passes. Afterwards,
• 13:12
Speaker 5: the kids grow up. Afterwards, parents get old. Afterwards, Promises
• 13:18
Speaker 5: are broken. Afterwards, the day becomes the night. Afterwards, life ends.
• 13:24
Speaker 5: And then it's often too late, So let's leave nothing
• 13:28
Speaker 5: for later, because still waiting see you later, we can
• 13:32
Speaker 5: lose the best moments, the best experiences, best friends, the
• 13:38
Speaker 5: best family. The day is today, The moment is now.
• 13:44
Speaker 3: Very well put. You have no idea where they came from.
• 13:46
Speaker 5: None? Okay, Now, usually if I did know that, I
• 13:51
Speaker 5: would happily share it, because you can't call something yours
• 13:56
Speaker 5: if you didn't do it.
• 13:57
Speaker 3: Yeah, I had a quick text for you before we
• 13:59
Speaker 3: let you go, So it's milk. Consider doing classes at
• 14:01
Speaker 3: a later time that working people, young people or family
• 14:04
  Speaker 3: people could attend.
• 14:05
Speaker 5: Well, if I had enough requests, of course, the answer
• 14:08
Speaker 5: is yes. But you know I was doing one on Thursday,
• 14:12
Speaker 5: late afternoon. But you know, sadly, and I say this
• 14:16
Speaker 5: with sadness, truly, so many people are taking these injectable
• 14:20
Speaker 5: weight loss drugs, and you know, as far as I know,
• 14:23
Speaker 5: the stomach hasn't been moved from to your brain. And
• 14:28
  Speaker 5: that's just a fix.
• 14:29
Speaker 3: It's not an education, and we're seeing a lot of
• 14:32
Speaker 3: problems with that. Now. Millie gives the address of the
• 14:35
  Speaker 3: Shape Shop.
• 14:35
Speaker 5: Seven six Central Avenue. It's right on the beginning of
• 14:40
Speaker 5: the West side and we're easy to find.
• 14:43
Speaker 3: Plenty of free parking oh all.
• 14:45
Speaker 5: Over the place, no meters. Come and join us and
• 14:48
Speaker 5: eat heartily, and you must order the salmon salad or
• 14:52
Speaker 5: one of our wraps or our soups. Take it home.
• 14:55
  Speaker 5: You'll enjoy it.
• 14:56

Speaker 3: there any truth to the rumors that you and I
• 18:46
Speaker 3: am seen led to the cell out tonight.
• 18:48
Speaker 11: I believe so. People trying to get verification on that,
• 18:53
Speaker 11: and probably has something to do with they heard that
• 18:56
Speaker 11: we were going to try to fly the new helicopter.
• 18:59
Speaker 3: We tried that. Once, we tried that. Once they didn't.
• 19:03
Speaker 3: They didn't They didn't share in our in our humor.
• 19:05
Speaker 3: But that's another story for another time. You can read
• 19:07
Speaker 3: about it on the internet. I guess they just can't
• 19:09
Speaker 3: find anybody else better because they're stuck with you and
• 19:11
  Speaker 3: I again worried.
• 19:12
Speaker 11: But it's always a great event, and if you didn't
• 19:15
Speaker 11: get tickets for it, we hope that you might consider
• 19:18
Speaker 11: joining us next year and get them early. If you
• 19:21
Speaker 11: did get your tickets, looking forward to seeing you tonight.
• 19:23
Speaker 11: It's gonna be a great time.
• 19:24
Speaker 3: It always is, and again this is the annual event
• 19:27
Speaker 3: to raise money for the Big Green. There's so many
• 19:29
Speaker 3: different parts of it. Marshall coaches are going to be there,
• 19:32
Speaker 3: Marshall players, staff members of course that we're gonna band,
• 19:36
Speaker 3: We're gonna have cheerleaders, we're gonna have dance team members.
• 19:40
Speaker 3: And again this is a thing that everybody just comes
• 19:44
Speaker 3: out for. Obviously because it's sold out. Three hundred and
• 19:46
Speaker 3: fifty four hundred people are going to be there tonight.
• 19:49
Speaker 3: But it's just a way you know and Marshall University
• 19:53
Speaker 3: in a lot of people's eyes. You know, we play
• 19:56
Speaker 3: this rivalry game all the time. You know, it's WVU,
• 19:58
Speaker 3: it's Marshall and support both. I was at Inside the
• 20:01
Speaker 3: Huddle with Kardia a couple of weeks ago, had a
• 20:03
Speaker 3: great time raising money for the United Way. And what
• 20:06
Speaker 3: I like seeing is a lot of people that are
• 20:08
Speaker 3: going to be at this event tonight. We're also at
• 20:10
Speaker 3: Inside the Huddle and we had it too, so you know,
• 20:13
Speaker 3: you don't have to choose one or the other. They're
• 20:14
Speaker 3: not actual rivals because they don't play in all of
• 20:18
Speaker 3: the all of the sports. They just play in a few,
• 20:19
Speaker 3: but you can you can support both.
• 20:21
Speaker 11: It's nice that people and citizens kids have the opportunity
• 20:26
Speaker 11: to stay in state to go to either school and
• 20:29
Speaker 11: both schools. You know, if we can keep the kids here,
• 20:31
  Speaker 11: that's really.
• 20:32
Speaker 3: The and and a lot of other schools in state,
• 20:35
Speaker 3: and uh in Tech and Bridge Valley and you see,
• 20:38
Speaker 3: and all the others that we have in the States
• 20:40
Speaker 3: as well. Talking with Steve Animal, he and I will
• 20:42
Speaker 3: be m seeing this big event tonight. So there's a
• 20:45
Speaker 3: live auction. Yes, there's door prizes of all kinds. We
• 20:48
Speaker 3: just have a lot of fun, all.
• 20:50
Speaker 11: Sorts of good stuff, great food and of course just
• 20:53
Speaker 11: you're going to run into a bunch of people, you know,
• 20:55
Speaker 11: some we may owe money too.
• 20:58
Speaker 3: Well. We are talking to rock and roll God over here,
• 21:01
Speaker 3: so that's that's quite possibly yet.
• 21:03
  Speaker 11: But it is.
• 21:04
Speaker 3: It's a great event. And having it up there. I
• 21:06
Speaker 3: wasn't involved with it before they moved it up to
• 21:09
Speaker 3: the bill No Flight School, I was. I know they
• 21:11
Speaker 3: used to have it I think at Embassy in a
• 21:12
Speaker 3: couple of other places, and it was always good there.
• 21:14
Speaker 3: But there's something about having it up there. It is
• 21:17
Speaker 3: that because they open up the doors and the weather's
• 21:19
Speaker 3: going to be great, phenomenal, and it's a way to
• 21:22
Speaker 3: show off what is one of the fastest growing learning
• 21:26
Speaker 3: programs in higher education in the state, and that is
• 21:28
Speaker 3: the aviation program at Marshall University.
• 21:30
Speaker 11: Yeah, I was reading somewhere. I think they had another
• 21:32
Speaker 11: sixty five plus kids apply for the program and we'll
• 21:37
Speaker 11: be in it. So it's it's it's awesome, awesome opportunity.
• 21:42
Speaker 11: If you've ever thought about flying, now's the time. Now's
• 21:46
Speaker 11: the time for sure.
• 21:47
Speaker 3: And somebody asked me yesterday they said that they had
• 21:50
Speaker 3: tickets and they said, is this going to be a
• 21:52
Speaker 3: serious sit down event? I said, you do realize that
• 21:55
Speaker 3: Steve Animal and I are the MC's right.
• 21:57
Speaker 11: Yeah, there's nothing serious about that.
• 21:59
Speaker 3: But we have a good time.
• 22:00
Speaker 11: We're seriously going to have a good time. Though, Like
• 22:02
Speaker 11: I said, you're going to run into people. You know,
• 22:04
Speaker 11: it's very pretty casual. A lot of people will be,
• 22:06
Speaker 11: you know, coming right after work. But it was kind
• 22:09
Speaker 11: of the pregame tailgate kind of mindset is what it's
• 22:14
Speaker 11: always been about. So you know, come, come as you
• 22:16
Speaker 11: are and it's going to be great.
• 22:18
Speaker 3: Lots of great food. You don't have to dress up
• 22:20
Speaker 3: or anything. Just come out in your Marshall gear and
• 22:22
Speaker 3: get ready to cheer on the hurd. It's going to
• 22:23
Speaker 3: be an interesting season I think for the Oh Steve Cotton,
• 22:25
Speaker 3: by the way, the play by play voice of the
• 22:27
Speaker 3: Thundering Herd is going to be there as well.
• 22:29
Speaker 11: Love Steve Cotton. He does a great job of mediating
• 22:32
Speaker 11: for us, to keep us separated.
• 22:35
Speaker 3: Give us more time to head to the beer in
• 22:36
  Speaker 3: the dip ding.
• 22:38
Speaker 11: Ding ding ding ding. You are correct, sir, But yeah,
• 22:41
  Speaker 11: it's it's all I've been involved with it, I think
• 22:44
Speaker 11: almost ten years. I tried to hit the escape button
• 22:47
Speaker 11: a couple of years ago, and then they dragged you and.
• 22:50
Speaker 3: And well that was kind of it was kind of
• 22:51
Speaker 3: funny the way that happened, because you said you wanted
• 22:53
Speaker 3: to No, you know, I don't think to think people
• 22:56
Speaker 3: realize how much how many things that Steve Animal does
• 23:00
Speaker 3: out of the community in addition to the mount and
• 23:01
Speaker 3: not all of it's court ordered. Some of it is
• 23:04
Speaker 3: actually not court ordered. I mean, you run like five
• 23:07
Speaker 3: different businesses, You're on every commission and every every everything
• 23:10
Speaker 3: going on in St. Albans, which is where you call home.
• 23:13
Speaker 3: And but you had kind of wanted to okay, I'm
• 23:16
Speaker 3: just going to kind of back away and I'm gonna
• 23:17
Speaker 3: bring Dave in and they kind of take over and
• 23:19
Speaker 3: then we get on stage and it's like, no, we
• 23:22
Speaker 3: got to have these two every year for some.
• 23:24
Speaker 11: Reason, like wait a minute, wait, I'm holding the torch
• 23:27
Speaker 11: to be passed. Here's the time. Run go go go.
• 23:30
Speaker 11: But no, it's still a lot of fun today.
• 23:32
  Speaker 2: It is.
• 23:32
  Speaker 7: It is.
• 23:32
Speaker 3: And if you don't have tickets, like I said, I apologize,
• 23:35
  Speaker 3: but well I don't apologize. It's a good thing. All
• 23:37
Speaker 3: the tickets are gone.
• 23:37
Speaker 11: Well we did our job. It was Yeah, tickets sold out.
• 23:41
Speaker 3: And big shout out to the folks of ball Toyota
• 23:44
Speaker 3: as well for being the title that so many other sponsors.
• 23:47
Speaker 3: They're all available in the Marshall Quarterback Club at Charleston's
• 23:50
Speaker 3: social media you can see all the other sponsors are.
• 23:52
Speaker 3: I don't want to mention any because I may leave
• 23:54
Speaker 3: some out and that'll get you in trouble and they
• 23:55
Speaker 3: won't sponsor next year. But you know, if you can,
• 23:59
Speaker 3: if you can find somebody that's got tickets, because again,
• 24:01
Speaker 3: this thing is absolutely sold out. I mean there's not
• 24:05
Speaker 3: a single ticket available for this thing.
• 24:06
Speaker 11: And it's kind of neat to see some of the
• 24:09
Speaker 11: new alumni show up at these events too, So it's
• 24:13
Speaker 11: kind of just keeping keeping the flow going, if you will,
• 24:17
Speaker 11: for everything that bleeds Green Gohrd.
• 24:19
Speaker 3: Going to be a great night. We'll have a lot
• 24:21
Speaker 3: of fun. You and I always have fun. We can
• 24:22
Speaker 3: have fun at a funeral. Matter of fact, we have
• 24:23
Speaker 3: had fun at funerals. There's actually documented proof we have
• 24:27
Speaker 3: had fun at funerals. Doors open about six. We'll start
• 24:29
Speaker 3: to show around six thirty or so. Plenty of great
• 24:31
Speaker 3: food and drink. But again, we hope you got your
• 24:33
Speaker 3: tickets because they are all gone. This city is going
• 24:38
Speaker 3: to be Kelly Green in the whole airport area in downtown.
• 24:41
Speaker 3: I mean it's the mayor is going to be there
• 24:42
Speaker 3: because one of the mayor's offspring plays in the Marshall band,
• 24:46
Speaker 3: I think, and so that it'll be cool to have
• 24:47
Speaker 3: her there as well. Steve Cotton's going to be there,
• 24:50
Speaker 3: the herd coaches, herd players, cheerleaders, band members. It's going
• 24:53
Speaker 3: to be a big old party tonight up on the hill.
• 24:55
Speaker 11: Yeah, and I guess I need to go home and
• 24:58
Speaker 11: change out of this. I should show two.
• 25:00
  Speaker 3: I mean, well, it's not it's not Saturday, so I
• 25:02
Speaker 3: don't know why you'd want to.
• 25:04
Speaker 11: I'm going to be around people, all right, Yeah.
• 25:06
Speaker 3: All right, Steve, I know you got things to do, buddy.
• 25:08
Speaker 3: I will let you go. I appreciate things going well
• 25:10
  Speaker 3: on the mountain.
• 25:11
Speaker 11: They are doing very well. I had a great morning.
• 25:14
Speaker 11: I always love when I have the opportunity to give
• 25:17
Speaker 11: away breakfast tutors Biscuit World, one of my main sponsors.
• 25:22
Speaker 11: The guy who actually called this morning to win. It
• 25:24
Speaker 11: was kind of funny. It's like, good morning the Mountains,
• 25:26
  Speaker 11: like what's up?
• 25:27
Speaker 3: What's nineteen ninety five all over again.
• 25:31
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 25:33
Speaker 3: That's the thing about classic rock radio, and I've done
• 25:35
Speaker 3: it at another station, and I'm also happy to help
• 25:38
Speaker 3: out on the mountain as well as the audience tends
• 25:40
Speaker 3: to be a little bit different.
• 25:41
Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean we're more laid back and more you know,
• 25:44
Speaker 11: we're here for the ride. Let's play some rock and
• 25:46
Speaker 11: roll and you know, give away some free stuff and
• 25:48
Speaker 11: you know, go do something fun while we still can.
• 25:51
Speaker 3: And you can check the check out the legendary Steve

  Speaker 2: No no, no.
• 32:15
  Speaker 3: I got confused because I had a text air a

Speaker 3: oh boy, ask Greg Thomas to tell us about the
• 32:22
Speaker 3: dark money donors to West Virginia Citizens against lawsuit abuse.
• 32:25
Speaker 3: He always hides the filthy money he gets. I said

  Speaker 3: just wrong.

• 32:35
  Speaker 14: You can't see the donors. It's not a C three.
• 32:37
  Speaker 14: It's not a political campaign. It's a five oh one

  Speaker 14: C six.
• 32:40
Speaker 3: Grow up, all right, you're you're defending Greg Thomas.
• 32:44
  Speaker 14: I'm defending C six's and I'm defending America.

• 32:50
Speaker 3: Rob Cornelius is here, Hey man, how you doing.
• 32:53
Speaker 14: I'm glad to be here to decide you a good
• 32:54
Speaker 14: time to do it. And I know you didn't have
• 32:56
Speaker 14: any vails next week, but I thought i'd be a
• 32:58
  Speaker 14: big good time.
• 32:59
Speaker 3: I've got a veil next week. But they all have
• 33:00
Speaker 3: an umbrella in them. That's my veils for next week.
• 33:04
Speaker 3: Couple of things with the governor. Actually we'll just spend
• 33:07
Speaker 3: the next five hours talking about the governor. Republican candidate
• 33:10
Speaker 3: for Senate Jim Justice. State Democratic Party and chair Mike
• 33:15
Speaker 3: Pushkin yesterday out with the statement calling for Jim Justice
• 33:18
Speaker 3: to drop out of the Senate race. Your thoughts, Rob,
• 33:22
Speaker 3: because you know, we all know he isn't going to
• 33:24
Speaker 3: do that, and it's mainly just lip service from Pushkin,
• 33:26
Speaker 3: which is not uncommon don't get me wrong. The Republicans
• 33:28
Speaker 3: in many cases have done so.
• 33:30
Speaker 14: I mean when we were losers, we sent out press
• 33:32
Speaker 14: releases every day at the Republican Party hoping to get
• 33:35
Speaker 14: someone's attention or careb through about twenty ten.
• 33:37
Speaker 3: Yeah, and now it's kind of the opposite.
• 33:39
  Speaker 14: Yeah, I mean, they're they're they're irrelevant. They're down whatever
• 33:42
Speaker 14: ninety three seven or something of my House thirty one
• 33:44
Speaker 14: to three in the Senate. Both are going to get worse.
• 33:46
  Speaker 14: Here's a big picture.
• 33:47
Speaker 3: And Knawc County is now a red county.
• 33:50
Speaker 14: Yeah, by plurality, And that's the thing. The Republican counties
• 33:52
Speaker 14: might polarity. What forty four forty five, Now we're down
• 33:55
Speaker 14: to like just eight or ten left that our I
• 33:56
Speaker 14: remember being here when there it was the other way,
• 33:58
Speaker 14: it was like forty eight seven or something. Look, look
• 34:01
Speaker 14: for Pushkin. That's actually the smartest thing he can say.
• 34:03
  Speaker 4: One.
• 34:03
Speaker 14: You know, he won't do it, and he shouldn't do it.
• 34:06
Speaker 14: And you know, I've had differences with the governor, you know,
• 34:08
Speaker 14: just minor wins over the years, as you may know.
• 34:11
Speaker 14: But what yeah, I know this is new information for everyone.
• 34:13
Speaker 14: But look, here's the thing. He can't leave the ballot
• 34:16
Speaker 14: right now. If he leaves the ballot, according to State
• 34:19
Speaker 14: Law three five nineteen and the Code. I'm not an attorney,
• 34:22
Speaker 14: but it will tell you the Republicans will not be
• 34:24
Speaker 14: able to replace on the ballot from last week, last
• 34:27
Speaker 14: Tuesday forward unless he dies, and only then in the
• 34:31
Speaker 14: final you know, you have up till the twenty five
• 34:32
Speaker 14: day limits, twenty five days out from the novemb election.
• 34:34
Speaker 14: So literally you're stuck with Jim justph. If you have
• 34:36
Speaker 14: a Republican in the Senate seat, no matter what he
• 34:38
Speaker 14: does in the next seventy six days or whatever, you
• 34:41
Speaker 14: have to vote for him. And then there will be
• 34:43
Speaker 14: appointments and we'll take care of what the temporary and
• 34:45
Speaker 14: there'll be an election. But if you want a Republican Senator,
• 34:48
Speaker 14: you must vote for Hold your nose, Jim Justice.
• 34:52
Speaker 3: Period. What are your thoughts on all of the governor's
• 34:54
Speaker 3: financial issues, because here's the thing, here's what I said
• 34:57
Speaker 3: on yesterday's show. I don't know whether you heard it
• 34:58
Speaker 3: or not, what I said on the yesterday show. When
• 35:00
Speaker 3: you talk and Hoppy touch on this a little bit too.
• 35:02
Speaker 3: You talk about owing carter banks, and you can talk
• 35:04
Speaker 3: about Okay, it's just it's kind of like what you're
• 35:06
Speaker 3: in our sports such. It's kind of like when a
• 35:08
Speaker 3: Major League Baseball player signs a fifty million dollars deal.
• 35:10
Speaker 3: It's like, Okay, you signed a deal. We can't relate
• 35:12
Speaker 3: to that, and most people can't relate to owing that
• 35:15
Speaker 3: kind of money. However, when it looks like that within
• 35:18
Speaker 3: a week or two, there's a very real possibility that
• 35:20
Speaker 3: employees at the Greenbrier are not going to have health insurance.
• 35:24
Speaker 3: That's a very real possibility. Then you start to get
• 35:28
Speaker 3: people's attention. Oh crap, I can relate to this.
• 35:30
Speaker 14: Yeah, it gets pretty granular when your work either is
• 35:33
Speaker 14: not paying your health care or is not sending the
• 35:36
Speaker 14: FEDS some money they own for Fiker, for Social Security, Medicare,
• 35:39
Speaker 14: all those things. And here's the thing, you know, I've
• 35:42
Speaker 14: just recently been talking to Hoppy about this because frankly,
• 35:45
Speaker 14: he wasn't interested for the last eight years. The media
• 35:48
Speaker 14: in the state didn't care about this issue much for
• 35:51
Speaker 14: the last eight years. All these issues were there, different numbers,
• 35:54
Speaker 14: different lenders, but all very public. In twenty fifteen, sixteen,
• 35:58
Speaker 14: seventeen twenty, when there were elections or you were near elections,
• 36:01
Speaker 14: and nobody's taken notice of it now until.
• 36:03
  Speaker 3: It's a little unfair, don't you think I don't think.
• 36:05
Speaker 14: They want to take it seriously? I mean, part of
• 36:06
Speaker 14: what I would blame on the Republican gubernatorial campaign in
• 36:09
Speaker 14: twenty sixteen Bill Cole didn't beat him about the head
• 36:11
Speaker 14: with it, did not, and that was a failure on
• 36:14
Speaker 14: the Republican Party's part.
• 36:15
Speaker 3: The people of West Virginia though, And I've had this
• 36:17
Speaker 3: argument with Pushkin, and he'll tell you I didn't support
• 36:20
Speaker 3: Jim Josce's and knowing Mike, I think he probably didn't
• 36:22
Speaker 3: support him when he was a Democrat. He probably did not.
• 36:25
Speaker 3: But you know, these problems have been out there rob
• 36:29
Speaker 3: for years whatever. Anybody that deals in the coal industry,
• 36:33
Speaker 3: which I'm very close to, knows that. Anybody that does
• 36:36
Speaker 3: a lot in Greenbrier County, which I have done in
• 36:38
Speaker 3: various positions in my life, various jobs I've had, I've
• 36:41
Speaker 3: spent a lot of time in Green Broer County, they
• 36:43
Speaker 3: all know that. And now it's suddenly and maybe it's
• 36:46
Speaker 3: just because it's more visible now, maybe it's out it's
• 36:51
Speaker 3: out there a little bit more.
• 36:52
Speaker 14: It's public and people didn't want to push it or
• 36:54
Speaker 14: go to quarter or do public things back then maybe
• 36:56
Speaker 14: look to make it more granular.
• 36:57
  Speaker 3: Here's the deal.
• 36:58
Speaker 14: This is a guy who between he and his companies
• 37:01
Speaker 14: and his daughter and his son or all the other
• 37:03
Speaker 14: debtors here that what we can find in public record,
• 37:06
Speaker 14: he is in debt one point three billion dollars with
• 37:09
Speaker 14: a b thirteen hundred million dollars. My guess is probably
• 37:13
Speaker 14: a couple hundred million more out there, and things that
• 37:15
Speaker 14: are not entered in courts, not entered UCC filings, not public.
• 37:19
Speaker 14: But this is a guy that's basically owes people a
• 37:21
Speaker 14: billion and a half dollars and he can't pay anything.
• 37:25
Speaker 14: And he just to look at the most recent one,
• 37:26
Speaker 14: most recent clipping and got from Brad and Happy yesterday
• 37:29
Speaker 14: barred thirty five million in paycheck protection pandemic loans from
• 37:34
Speaker 14: Marshall Reynolds Bank. Marshall Reynolds, the guy who lives in
• 37:36
Speaker 14: hunting and starts banks. His son run one of the
• 37:38
Speaker 14: guys run the Gazette. Now they loaned him thirty five
• 37:41
Speaker 14: million bucks. Hasn't paid a cent of it, not a
• 37:44
Speaker 14: penny of interest, not a penny of principle, nothing, and
• 37:46
  Speaker 14: that's a guy who's been a friend. Jim Justice has
• 37:48
Speaker 14: been on Marshall Reynolds bank boards for years and you
• 37:51
Speaker 14: can't even pay that guy.
• 37:52
  Speaker 3: Yeah, it's uh, it's I just I don't know, and
• 37:56
Speaker 3: I'm really surprised. And I know West Virginia in the
• 37:59
Speaker 3: big picture things, Rob, when it comes to the nation,
• 38:02
Speaker 3: everybody's focused on the presidential election. They're focused on a
• 38:04
Speaker 3: couple of other races in other states. The West Virginia
• 38:07
Speaker 3: race is not really out there as much close because
• 38:10
Speaker 3: well and because there's not if Mansion we're running. I
• 38:13
Speaker 3: think I think there would be more attention on it
• 38:15
Speaker 3: because the national media loves Joe Manchin. I don't think,
• 38:18
Speaker 3: but they. I mean, the Wall Street Journal has done
• 38:19
Speaker 3: article after article on this. Other outlets have. It just
• 38:23
Speaker 3: doesn't seem to stick. And again with Jim Justice, Rob,
• 38:25
Speaker 3: you're talking about a governor but still is one of
• 38:27
Speaker 3: the four or five most popular governors anywhere in the country.
• 38:30
Speaker 3: He's ranked to depending on what survey you look at,
• 38:32
Speaker 3: about number three or four in the country. As far
• 38:35
Speaker 3: as the popular people still love him.
• 38:37
  Speaker 10: Yeah.
• 38:37
Speaker 14: Morning Consult does that poll frequently, and he's up around sixty.
• 38:40
Speaker 14: His low was back in twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen, down
• 38:43
Speaker 14: in the forties, so he's rehabilitated his image since then
• 38:46
Speaker 14: in the long time. Yeah, and the dog and the
• 38:47
Speaker 14: dog goes, the dog goes a long way. Speaking of
• 38:50
Speaker 14: dog and dogs and dog therapy, here's one sign they're
• 38:53
Speaker 14: batting down the hatches. And I think hiding. You know,
• 38:56
Speaker 14: his wife's been going out to all these schools and
• 38:58
Speaker 14: whatever the last several weeks, doing these therapy presentations. We're
• 39:01
Speaker 14: giving Doddridge County a dog. Stuff like that wasn't on
• 39:04
Speaker 14: the one yesterday, and my guess is we're not going
• 39:07
Speaker 14: to see her again for a whiles. I think they're
• 39:08
Speaker 14: afraid of interviewer questions. I think they're afraid of uh,
• 39:12
Speaker 14: you know, subpoenas and process being served on people when
• 39:14
Speaker 14: they go out in public. Because she's on the hook
• 39:16
  Speaker 14: for a lot.
• 39:17
Speaker 3: Of this stuff too. What do you think of the
• 39:19
Speaker 3: way the governor's what I would call adversarial, at least
• 39:22
Speaker 3: somewhat adversarial relationship with the press. It's not just us,
• 39:26
Speaker 3: I mean he and Brad. You know, he's basically just
• 39:27
Speaker 3: stopped taking Brad's questions and and I and I've never
• 39:32
Speaker 3: agreed in my life with Phil Kabler on anything, but
• 39:35
Speaker 3: I would say what Cabler said. It has called him
• 39:37
Speaker 3: a couple of weeks ago, and that is maybe the
• 39:40
Speaker 3: press should stop to start boycotting these and not showing up.
• 39:43
Speaker 14: Well, Phil cablere stopped clocking geor it's but good for
• 39:46
Speaker 14: him for saying that. And again, these press avails the
• 39:48
Speaker 14: last couple of years are are fake. They're controlled, they're
• 39:51
Speaker 14: over video. You can't get him in person, and I
• 39:53
Speaker 14: don't think anyone's actually tried to like put a camera
• 39:54
Speaker 14: in his face, you know, out another event. And that's
• 39:57
Speaker 14: what's going to start happening now. Freedom cam, even from
• 39:59
Speaker 14: our arm media locally is gonna have to start hitting
• 40:01
Speaker 14: him and ask him questions where he's uncomfortable, whether it's
• 40:04
Speaker 14: the Hardy is in you know, in Greenbrier County or what.
• 40:06
Speaker 14: But people want answers, and they're gonna want a lot
• 40:09
Speaker 14: of answers if the Greenbrier is sold or something in
• 40:12
Speaker 14: court date Friday morning to see if they can they
• 40:15
Speaker 14: can stop. I think they do stop the suit. And
• 40:16
Speaker 14: the more important thing is this JP Morgan thing is
• 40:19
Speaker 14: probably nue to everybody. This last round of money the
• 40:21
Speaker 14: bigger deals Carter and between Carter and JP Morgan, he
• 40:25
Speaker 14: owes four hundred million dollars and that's all attached to Greenbrier.
• 40:27
Speaker 14: So you got to say to yourself, we sell the
• 40:28
Speaker 14: Green Brier, what are we gonna get out of it?
• 40:30
Speaker 14: And can be four h a million dollars?
• 40:31
Speaker 3: Hoppy in today's commentary, Hoppy kerchable and he's posted on
• 40:34
Speaker 3: our website wv metronews dot com. He's calling for the
• 40:37
  Speaker 3: governor to sell.
• 40:37
  Speaker 11: The Green Briers.
• 40:38
Speaker 14: It's not up to Jim to sell the Greenbrier. Everyone
• 40:40
Speaker 14: has leans against it. It's up to Carter Bank in
• 40:42
Speaker 14: JP Morgan to figure it out and make the first sale.
• 40:44
Speaker 3: Forda money he was seen. That's such a hero. When
• 40:46
Speaker 3: he came in as the West Virginia guy. You know
• 40:49
Speaker 3: that saved the Green Roar.
• 40:50
Speaker 14: Basically he bought a loser in that. If you go
• 40:52
Speaker 14: to the Greenbrier bankruptcy filings before he bought it or
• 40:54
Speaker 14: acquired it's CSX lost ninety one million dollars in the
• 40:58
Speaker 14: five years preceding eighteen million dollars. You're running it, I'm
• 41:01
Speaker 14: not sure a business genius. I'm not sure Donald Trump
• 41:05
Speaker 14: could run the Greenbriar, Mad, did you have to go there?
• 41:07
Speaker 3: I know you just hate that.
• 41:08
  Speaker 11: I do, I do.
• 41:10
Speaker 3: Tex says, how could someone get a security clarence with
• 41:13
Speaker 3: a one point three billion dollars in debt? Are we
• 41:15
Speaker 3: going to have a useless senator from the start?
• 41:17
Speaker 14: I mean, I can't imagine he spends much time in
• 41:19
Speaker 14: DC period. His health won't allow it.
• 41:20
  Speaker 3: I don't think. I don't think he's going to be
• 41:21
Speaker 3: there at all. Tex says, Rob thinks Jim is the
• 41:24
Speaker 3: best person for Senate. Even with Jim's debts and an
• 41:26
Speaker 3: ability to get security clearance, Rob will still vote for
• 41:29
  Speaker 3: Jim Justice.
• 41:30
Speaker 14: I'm not going to. But I'm suggesting to the voters here,
• 41:32
Speaker 14: if you want a Republican member of the US Senate.
• 41:35
Speaker 3: You have so vote for the letter, not the guys.
• 41:37
Speaker 14: I understand that if he is out, he will be
• 41:40
Speaker 14: replaced by Republicans, you know, trust and love, all right.
• 41:43
Speaker 3: So, I mean, look, he's running in this race against
• 41:46
  Speaker 3: Glenn Elliott.
• 41:47
Speaker 14: You be running against anybody, mayor mayor of Wheeling.
• 41:50
Speaker 3: Is very nice, seems like he's been on this show.
• 41:52
Speaker 3: Seems like a very very no chance in hell of winning.
• 41:55
Speaker 14: Yeah, he's out doing a lot of performative doors in
• 41:56
Speaker 14: front of TV cameras. I'll go to your town. The
• 41:58
Speaker 14: TV reporter at comes out and sees you for fifteen
• 42:00
Speaker 14: minutes and sees you a couple of doors and then leave.
• 42:02
Speaker 3: Looks like those effort Texas Dave when Jim Justice ran
• 42:05
Speaker 3: for Governor's the Democrat Danny Jones when he had the
• 42:07
Speaker 3: radio programs bringing it up, but nobody wanted to talk
• 42:10
Speaker 3: about it. And now it's a big issue. Somebody brought
• 42:13
Speaker 3: that up to me earlier about Danny's talking about the uh.
• 42:16
Speaker 14: He shared a lot of time on it. He had
• 42:17
Speaker 14: me on a lot, which has probably drove some of that.
• 42:20
Speaker 14: And he and I hearn in lunch today we can
• 42:21
  Speaker 14: conference on that.
• 42:22
Speaker 3: Okay. Now, so where does what do you and Danny
• 42:23
  Speaker 3: go to lunch?
• 42:24
Speaker 14: I may want to go, uh west Side. He's really
• 42:26
Speaker 14: been into the smokehouse the last six months.
• 42:28
Speaker 3: I have another appearance I have to make today, sir,

• 45:38
Speaker 3: are you watching? In West Virginia politics. It's going to
• 45:40
Speaker 3: be a kind of a woe home election as far
• 45:42
Speaker 3: as the general goes in November.
• 45:44
Speaker 14: Yeah, I mean really boring. There's really not a whole
• 45:46
Speaker 14: lot of influx. Your question would be like these seats
• 45:48
Speaker 14: on the very edge in the State House and State Senate, ginde,
• 45:51
Speaker 14: the Republicans get to ninety one, ninety three, ninety five
• 45:53
Speaker 14: in the House out of one hundred and and the Senate. Now,
• 45:56
Speaker 14: obviously the news has been different than Chandler swape thing
• 45:58
Speaker 14: out of outa mingo that came its goot resolved in
• 46:00
Speaker 14: the last last few days or last week, but the
• 46:03
Speaker 14: numbers weren't there to flip that, so that'd still be
• 46:05
Speaker 14: a Republican Democrats nominated guy from the largest county from Mercer.
• 46:09
Speaker 14: Now that swopes out so logically that'll make closer than
• 46:12
Speaker 14: it needs to be.
• 46:13
Speaker 3: Yeah, he was a I think the Chamber of Commerce
• 46:15
  Speaker 3: director down there.
• 46:15
Speaker 14: After, right, someone who looks like you know, they like
• 46:18
Speaker 14: America and you might work for a bank or something.
• 46:20
Speaker 14: Someone who looks normal as opposed to like, you know, blue.
• 46:23
  Speaker 11: Hair or something.
• 46:24
Speaker 3: I mean, you know you got a probably blue hair.
• 46:26
Speaker 14: I mean it works for some people. You got the
• 46:28
Speaker 14: right skin for it.
• 46:29
Speaker 3: I got you, I got you. Uh so uh A
• 46:32
Speaker 3: look a bit locally? Do you keep up a look?
• 46:34
Speaker 3: Because I know you're all over the place as far
• 46:36
Speaker 3: as your travels go and your and your other things
• 46:38
Speaker 3: that you do in your in your life. But it's
• 46:40
Speaker 3: county commission race in Kanawa County. I think could be
• 46:43
Speaker 3: very interesting between Walters and Tenant. I really do.
• 46:46
Speaker 14: I think it could be. I think I was even before,
• 46:50
Speaker 14: even with Carper's nonsense, I was surprised how well natally
• 46:53
Speaker 14: get as people remember her, more more more fondly than
• 46:56
Speaker 14: I than I thought. But again we've gone top this.
• 47:00
Speaker 14: What is what pulls the whole thing? If you're down ballot,
• 47:02
Speaker 14: you're basically going to be a victim or a recipient
• 47:05
Speaker 14: of whatever goes on the top. So if if Trump
• 47:07
Speaker 14: and Justice are pulling a huge number here, it obviously
• 47:10
Speaker 14: excwots the Republican and the Republican plorality. Now, Kanaha County,
• 47:12
Speaker 14: this is not the same Kanala County. I don't know
• 47:14
Speaker 14: where D's honestly hold on outside of you know, downtown Wheeling,
• 47:17
Speaker 14: downtown Morgantown, downtown Huntington.
• 47:19
Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right about that. But Dave Allan showing five

• 47:31
Speaker 14: Though, uh the first night, a little bit last night
• 47:33
Speaker 14: and I watched with the sound down on Fox while
• 47:35
Speaker 14: I had baseball up on the other Look, it's it's
• 47:38
Speaker 14: not it's it's for the It's for the people who
• 47:40
Speaker 14: watch like all nine hours of wrestling every week, the
• 47:42
Speaker 14: ones that are super super duper into it. If you're
• 47:45
Speaker 14: just you know, just a casual, you're.
• 47:46
Speaker 3: Not gonna be talking about my producer Jeff Pettick.
• 47:48
Speaker 14: I would do the same thing too, because again, all
• 47:50
Speaker 14: I watch is reruns of wrestling from nine eighty seven. Ay,
• 47:53
  Speaker 14: maybe some UWF I don't know. But here's the here's
• 47:57
Speaker 14: the deal with with with all that, What's the one
• 47:59
Speaker 14: moment that came out last night that anybody remembers who
• 48:01
Speaker 14: thinks it's important. What's the one tweet you saw this morning,
• 48:04
Speaker 14: the one news hit you saw maybe Obama calling Trump terrible?
• 48:07
Speaker 14: But I mean, did you see anything interesting? Did anyone
• 48:09
Speaker 14: really anything really draws it draw you to it?
• 48:11
Speaker 3: I thought no, And and uh, I think I watched.
• 48:14
Speaker 3: I watched so far a lot more of the Republican
• 48:17
Speaker 3: National Convention than I did the demmer. But I will
• 48:18
Speaker 3: say one of the more bizarre things that I've seen
• 48:22
Speaker 3: is the role call of states. Last night. They had
• 48:24
Speaker 3: a DJ uh that was, you know, playing the music.
• 48:28
Speaker 3: Of course he wasn't really playing the music, but it
• 48:30
Speaker 3: was all stage, but anyway, he was up there, and
• 48:32
Speaker 3: they playing a different song for every state that came out,
• 48:37
Speaker 3: And I'm just sitting and thinking, Okay, what are they
• 48:39
Speaker 3: going to do when they get to I mean, with
• 48:40
Speaker 3: all due respect, what they going to do when they
• 48:41
Speaker 3: get to Nebraska. I mean, is there a song about
• 48:44
Speaker 3: other than the Bruce Springsteen album Nebraska? Is there anything
• 48:47
Speaker 3: and that that's a deeper cut.
• 48:48
Speaker 14: Maybe Runs of the fast food chain in Nebraska has
• 48:51
Speaker 14: has has a song I'm not aware of.
• 48:53
Speaker 3: It just seemed to be bizarre. Now, of course, you
• 48:55
Speaker 3: know what West Virginia. You know it's country Roads. I
• 48:56
Speaker 3: mean you know that that that's that's it.
• 48:58
  Speaker 14: That's too easy, That's that's Bob Denver's greatest.
• 49:00
Speaker 3: Hit, John Denver. It's all the same, it's all the same. Well, anyway,
• 49:05
Speaker 3: I watched it. I'm seeing on TV now that there's
• 49:08
Speaker 3: a possibility RFK Jr.
• 49:10
Speaker 14: Is going to drop it endors. Yeah, that was just
• 49:12
Speaker 14: some of the alternative conservative media was big into that
• 49:14
Speaker 14: yesterday and Alex Jones in the Gang and I think
• 49:18
Speaker 14: that if that goes that way, that's great. Basically, you're
• 49:20
Speaker 14: congealing all your independence and non Democrats out there between elon,
• 49:26
Speaker 14: RFK Junior and obviously Big Don Tex.
• 49:28
Speaker 3: Says Jim is too unhealthy to be in DC regularly.
• 49:31
Speaker 3: Jim is to in debt to get a security clients.
• 49:33
Speaker 3: Jim is going to be a useless senator. From day one.
• 49:35
Speaker 3: But vote Republican to have a Republican, because that's what
• 49:38
Speaker 3: a good stooge does. I thought Republicans were about the
• 49:41
Speaker 3: best person for the job. No they're not. Neither are
• 49:44
Speaker 3: Democrats about the best person for the job.
• 49:46
Speaker 14: I'm about winning, and I love winning, and we try
• 49:48
Speaker 14: to do a lot of winning here. So get in
• 49:50
Speaker 14: your mind and then getting the mind of your representatives
• 49:52
Speaker 14: and your new governor and all that. Who you'd like
• 49:54
Speaker 14: to be the next senator as whenever you're in the
• 49:56
Speaker 14: business of hiring your athletics director, have a list of
• 49:58
Speaker 14: your next five coaches. Everybody's getting their head. Have a
• 50:01
Speaker 14: list and we'll reconvene on this soon enough.

• 50:17
Speaker 3: you don't know can hurt you. One of the things
• 50:18
Speaker 3: about Trump I thought was very interesting is you know,
• 50:21
Speaker 3: look his base, Rob is going to vote for him.
• 50:25
Speaker 3: Nothing I mean, short of killing a kitten on national television,
• 50:28
Speaker 3: and they don't care. They're still going to vote for
• 50:30
Speaker 3: him because it's a cult. I'm talking about the people
• 50:32
  Speaker 3: I don't care. I'll call it what it is. It's
• 50:33
Speaker 3: cult that people. I'm not talking about people that are
• 50:36
Speaker 3: voting for Trump. I'm talking about people that look in
• 50:39
Speaker 3: their eyes, they're not all there, not the average voters
• 50:43
Speaker 3: for Trump. I'm talking about the people that just live
• 50:45
Speaker 3: for Donald Trump. That's what I'm talking about, two different people.
• 50:48
Speaker 3: He's got them in the bag already. As you would expect,
• 50:51
Speaker 3: Trump has to have independent voters and in some cases undecided. Okay,
• 50:56
Speaker 3: he's doing absolutely nothing, in my opinion, to try to
• 50:59
Speaker 3: court them. All he's doing at these things. He was
• 51:01
Speaker 3: doing good for a while, but as I was talking
• 51:03
Speaker 3: to a buddy of ours yesterday who said Trump is
• 51:05
Speaker 3: going to be Trump, and then he kind of went
• 51:06
Speaker 3: off the deep end. Now he's talking abou Kamala Harris's appearance.
• 51:10
Speaker 3: Now he's talking about all these other things that don't
• 51:12
Speaker 3: mean anything to anybody other than it makes him feel good,
• 51:16
Speaker 3: energizes his basement. Doesn't do a single thing to try
• 51:19
Speaker 3: to get these independence in let US polls from ABC
• 51:21
Speaker 3: in Washington Post say that Kamala Harris is beating Trump
• 51:25
Speaker 3: an Independence by eleven percentage points.
• 51:27
Speaker 14: Go to the gambling markets. Trump just we went back
• 51:30
Speaker 14: up as a favorite last night minus one fifteen, minus
• 51:32
Speaker 14: one twenty. That means he's the favorite. He was minus
• 51:34
  Speaker 14: two hundred right.
• 51:35
Speaker 3: After he got shot.
• 51:37
Speaker 14: Big picture for Trump, what's the number one issue for
• 51:39
Speaker 14: independence and alleged undecided? Is there earned any It's its
• 51:42
Speaker 14: jobs and economy. Just get back on that. You're fine,
• 51:45
Speaker 14: I mean, but he's not going to do that. Yes
• 51:47
Speaker 14: he will, No, he won't. He won't do We're seventy
• 51:50
Speaker 14: we're seventy six days now. This is a this all
• 51:51
Speaker 14: irrelevant fluff. What we're doing. Wait until the end of
• 51:54
Speaker 14: the week, DNC. Make sure they're locked down. They're stuck
• 51:56
