- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:59Speaker 1: All right, Swain Alan Route The Root to Root the
- 1:01Speaker 1: Roots on Fire.
- 1:02Speaker 3: There is no bigger news story in America, certainly for me,
- 1:05Speaker 3: than Daniel Penny being found not guilty.
- 1:09Speaker 1: He is the white former marine.
- 1:12Speaker 3: And again, so many of my fans always tell me,
- 1:15Speaker 3: don't say former marine, but there's no other way to
- 1:17Speaker 3: describe it, because they say, once a marine, you're always
- 1:21Speaker 3: a marine. You're never an ex marine, you're never a
- 1:23Speaker 3: former marine. You're a marine for life. And that's all
- 1:26Speaker 3: well and good, and that's great, and I love that.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I love marines, oh rah. But when you're explaining to people,
- 1:32Speaker 3: you know, he's not a current marine, so he's the
- 1:36Speaker 3: ex marine. He's the former Marine white who is in
- 1:39Speaker 3: a subway train in New York City when some raving, crazy,
- 1:45Speaker 3: homeless nut job with mental illness smelly came on the
- 1:50Speaker 3: train and started screaming he was gonna kill everybody on
- 1:53Speaker 3: that on that in that car, in that train car,
- 1:57Speaker 3: And I, you know, I don't know. I guess as
- 1:59Speaker 3: a Jew, I've learned from Anolf Hiller, when someone says
- 2:02Speaker 3: they're gonna kill you, guess what. You better assume they're
- 2:04Speaker 3: going to kill you.
- 2:05Speaker 1: They mean it.
- 2:07Speaker 3: When someone says they're gonna kill me, if I have
- 2:09Speaker 3: a gun, I whip it out and I shoot him
- 2:10Speaker 3: dead because They're going to try and kill me. And
- 2:14Speaker 3: I'm not waiting for them to shoot me dead. And
- 2:17Speaker 3: I never wind up using my self defense. So when
- 2:20Speaker 3: this raving nut job came on the subway car, if
- 2:23Speaker 3: it was your wife, your daughter, your children, your mother
- 2:28Speaker 3: on that train, every one of you would be thrilled
- 2:31Speaker 3: as someone as brave as Daniel Penny on that train.
- 2:36Speaker 3: You better pray to God when something like that happens,
- 2:39Speaker 3: that there is a former Marine or present Marine on
- 2:44Speaker 3: that train to defend your mother, your daughter, your lover,
- 2:47Speaker 3: your spouse, your child, your daughter. You better pray theres
- 2:51Speaker 3: a Daniel Penny, because it takes a lot of guts,
- 2:54Speaker 3: a lot of balls to confront an angry man screaming
- 2:58Speaker 3: I'm gonna kill everyone on the train, and to confront
- 3:01Speaker 3: him when he's not coming after you, right, and then
- 3:04Speaker 3: you step forward and you make yourself the target and
- 3:07Speaker 3: the victim, right, and you fight this guy hand to hand.
- 3:11Speaker 3: You didn't need to do that. That's a brave person. Remember,
- 3:14Speaker 3: you know, I don't know how many of you remember.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Very few of you.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Probably remember one percent of the world remembers the name
- 3:19Speaker 3: Kitty Genevieve. As a matter of fact, my director from
- 3:23Speaker 3: my TV show Patar is still here. You came to America?
- 3:26Speaker 3: What in eighty three, Petar eighty four for the Olympics. Well,
- 3:30Speaker 3: you don't remember something to happen.
- 3:31Speaker 1: In sixty four.
- 3:32Speaker 3: But in nineteen sixty four, a nice woman by the
- 3:35Speaker 3: name of Kitty Genevese, who I think was a some
- 3:39Speaker 3: sort of a TV producer I remember correctly, was walking
- 3:42Speaker 3: home to our apartment in New York City, I think
- 3:45Speaker 3: in Brooklyn, and she was attacked, beaten, raped, I think
- 3:50Speaker 3: a gang raped, and then murdered and She screamed for
- 3:55Speaker 3: like an hour while the rape and the murder was
- 3:57Speaker 3: going on, and it was dark out.
- 3:59Speaker 1: It was like ten o'clo.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Night, and an entire apartment building of New Yorkers all
- 4:04Speaker 3: of them open their curtains and they opened their windows.
- 4:07Speaker 3: They looked out, and a woman was screaming, help, Help,
- 4:09Speaker 3: I'm being murdered, I'm being murdered. This went on her
- 4:12Speaker 3: screams for an hour, and nobody bothered to call the police,
- 4:16Speaker 3: and she died, and it became one of the most
- 4:18Speaker 3: well known stories in all of New York, the Kitty
- 4:21Speaker 3: Genevi's story, that people in New York didn't care. Nobody
- 4:25Speaker 3: wanted to get involved. That's just dialing nine one one.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Can you imagine running outside when you hear this and
- 4:32Speaker 3: knowing a man might have a gun a knife, that
- 4:34Speaker 3: might be a group of men with guns and knives,
- 4:37Speaker 3: and it's not your problem. If you hide in your apartment,
- 4:40Speaker 3: let Kitty Genevi's die, but you'll be fine and your
- 4:42Speaker 3: family will be fine.
- 4:44Speaker 1: It takes courage to confront.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Somebody when you don't have to. Daniel Penny is a hero.
- 4:51Speaker 3: He confronted the man who happens to be a black man.
- 4:55Speaker 3: I don't care what the color of his skin is.
- 4:57Speaker 3: If he was white, I'd want I'd still called Daniel
- 4:59Speaker 3: p hero. If Daniel Perry was a Penny was black,
- 5:03Speaker 3: and the man who was homeless and mentally ill and
- 5:06Speaker 3: screaming I'm gonna murder everyone was white, I called Daniel
- 5:09Speaker 3: Penny a hero, and I'd say he deserves the Congressional
- 5:12Speaker 3: Medal of Honor. He should not be put on trial
- 5:14Speaker 3: by Alvin Bragg for murder for defending the people on
- 5:19Speaker 3: the train, because he fought the guy and the guy
- 5:20Speaker 3: wound up dying. And by the way, the guy's body
- 5:23Speaker 3: was so filled with drugs okay like fetanyel that I
- 5:27Speaker 3: believe he had fetanyol in the system. But I know
- 5:29Speaker 3: he had drugs in a system. But I'll say allegedly, allegedly.
- 5:34Speaker 3: The autopsy showed he was filled with drugs. The drugs
- 5:36Speaker 3: may have been the thing that killed him, not Daniel
- 5:39Speaker 3: Penny's joke.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Hold.
- 5:40Speaker 3: So this piece of human garbage, Alvin Bragg, you know
- 5:45Speaker 3: who refuses to go after real criminals in this city
- 5:48Speaker 3: and lets everybody go, but tries to arrest for murder
- 5:51Speaker 3: every shop owner.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I think there's been tuned out.
- 5:55Speaker 3: It's situations where shopowners were confronted by vicious, horrible punks
- 6:01Speaker 3: with knives or guns, and the shop owner killed the punk,
- 6:04Speaker 3: and he tried to charge the shop owner with murder,
- 6:07Speaker 3: and in both cases he backed down because you know,
- 6:12Speaker 3: the average person on the street screamed bloody hell and said,
- 6:18Speaker 3: you can't do that, even in liberal Manhattan.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And the same thing just happened. Alvin Bragg loses the case.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Daniel Penny is acquitted today of lesser charges. He was
- 6:31Speaker 3: already basically acquitted of more serious manslaughter charges, and then
- 6:37Speaker 3: the judge took it upon himself to offer up lower charges,
- 6:41Speaker 3: I'm sure, just to make sure.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Somehow, some way they got a conviction.
- 6:47Speaker 3: It seemed like the judge was helping Alvin Bragg and
- 6:51Speaker 3: the D's office get some sort of conviction, because what
- 6:54Speaker 3: he should have done is acquitted him last week on Friday,
- 6:59Speaker 3: but instead he put he told the jury go ahead
- 7:01Speaker 3: and convict him. You can still convict him on lesser charges,
- 7:04Speaker 3: and they acquitted him today on those charges as well.
- 7:08Speaker 3: He is freeman now, he is free. He's done. Daniel
- 7:11Speaker 3: Penny is a hero. He should get the key of
- 7:14Speaker 3: the city. He won't, but he might get a Congressional
- 7:17Speaker 3: Medal of honor from the Republican House.
- 7:18Speaker 1: We'll see. So I guess i'd ask this question.
- 7:26Speaker 3: If your mother, your sister, your daughter was on that train,
- 7:30Speaker 3: would you think Daniel Penny's a hero?
- 7:32Speaker 1: Absolutely?
- 7:33Speaker 3: Would you want a guy like that to be on
- 7:34Speaker 3: the train with him? Absolutely? Would you charge him with murder?
- 7:38Speaker 1: That's insane, That's insane.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Only in this small window of a period in America's
- 7:44Speaker 3: history is someone charged with murder simply because he's white
- 7:49Speaker 3: and the criminal's black, and the da is black, and
- 7:53Speaker 3: they want to prosecute a white man for killing a
- 7:55Speaker 3: black man.
- 7:55Speaker 1: It's insane. This is so wrong.
- 7:58Speaker 3: So Daniel Pen he has now been cleared of all
- 8:01Speaker 3: wrong though all wrongdoing in the chokehold death of an unstable,
- 8:05Speaker 3: mentally old man, after jurorsided with Penny's defense attorneys, who
- 8:10Speaker 3: argued the marine veteran was justified in broughthing to protect
- 8:15Speaker 3: fellow subway riders. This happened in May of twenty twenty three,
- 8:19Speaker 3: and of course he received an immediate death threat, or
- 8:22Speaker 3: certainly what sounded like one, from the founder of BLM
- 8:25Speaker 3: Hawk Newsom Hawk Newsom immediately puts out a.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Text and says, it's a small world, buddy.
- 8:38Speaker 3: New York BLM leader calls for black vigilante retaliation after
- 8:43Speaker 3: Daniel Penny acquitted of all charges. He seems to be
- 8:46Speaker 3: implying choking and killing in return against those who they
- 8:51Speaker 3: claim are oppressing them. So and the guy who was
- 8:56Speaker 3: the crazy black man again, I don't care the black
- 9:00Speaker 3: but of course Black Lives Matter is making a big
- 9:02Speaker 3: deal about it. His name is Jordan Neely, mentally, a
- 9:06Speaker 3: homeless man who had a long criminal record as long
- 9:08Speaker 3: as my arm. And he reacts to Daniel Penny being
- 9:11Speaker 3: found innocent and says, what are we gonna do?
- 9:14Speaker 1: People? What's gonna happen to us?
- 9:15Speaker 4: Now?
- 9:15Speaker 3: I had enough of this. The system is rigged. Come on, people,
- 9:18Speaker 3: let's do something about this. So Jordan Neely's father's calling
- 9:23Speaker 3: for violent protests after a jury found Daniel Penny not guilty.
- 9:28Speaker 3: BLM is calling for violent protests, and the father is
- 9:33Speaker 3: now trying to sue.
- 9:35Speaker 1: What a dead beat again, it's an opinion show. It's
- 9:38Speaker 1: my opinion.
- 9:38Speaker 3: The father is a is a dead beat trying to
- 9:41Speaker 3: cash in on his son's drug induced insane behavior. And
- 9:46Speaker 3: homicidal behavior. He threatened to murder every one in that train.
- 9:49Speaker 3: You should be ashamed you raised a son. That's a
- 9:52Speaker 3: piece of garbage like that. Again, allegedly, it's my opinion
- 9:56Speaker 3: on an opinion show, but instead you have the nerved
- 10:00Speaker 3: insinuate that there should be riots and maybe someone should
- 10:03Speaker 3: go kill this guy. You and the BLM founder both
- 10:06Speaker 3: with assertions like that just disgusting.
- 10:11Speaker 1: So the good.
- 10:12Speaker 3: News is it's over. Daniel Penny's innocent. You can still
- 10:16Speaker 3: get found innocent, even in New York City with a
- 10:19Speaker 3: rig trial and a rig judge and liberal jurors. Even
- 10:24Speaker 3: they who ride the subway knew that this guy was
- 10:27Speaker 3: a hero and they could not convict. That's good news
- 10:30Speaker 3: number one and lesson number two is every day in
- 10:34Speaker 3: American places like Chicago and Baltimore and New Orleans and
- 10:38Speaker 3: Detroit and Newark and Jersey City and Atlanta and I
- 10:43Speaker 3: can't you know, Cleveland, all the inner city black towns,
- 10:48Speaker 3: black dominated towns, black men and women and children are
- 10:52Speaker 3: shot dead by other blacks, black drug dealers, black criminals.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Every day.
- 10:58Speaker 3: They're shot dead by the dozens in all these cities combined.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Take Chicago, the shot dead maybe fifty to one hundred
- 11:05Speaker 3: black men a month are shot dead, and BLM says nothing, nothing, zero.
- 11:10Speaker 3: They couldn't care less than every day black people are
- 11:14Speaker 3: murdered by other black people. But let there once a
- 11:17Speaker 3: year be a case where a black man's killed by
- 11:19Speaker 3: a white man. Once a year in America, a white
- 11:21Speaker 3: man kills a black man. Once a year, a white
- 11:23Speaker 3: cop kills a black criminal, and let's burn down the country.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Let's riot, let's have anarchy, Let's kill people, let's.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Raise bloody hell, let's burn supermarkets to the ground. Shows
- 11:37Speaker 3: you what BLM is really after. They couldn't care less
- 11:40Speaker 3: about all the dead black men in this country due
- 11:43Speaker 3: to other black criminals, only when a one white man does.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's disgusting. Hi, I'm waen Allen Roote.

- 13:52Speaker 3: Trump won and we know it, but I'm still feeling
- 13:55Speaker 3: something very bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach.
- 13:57Speaker 3: I don't believe for a second the radical left running
- 14:00Speaker 3: our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 14:03Speaker 3: They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's
- 14:06Speaker 3: why everyone needs to own an insurance policy. Gold Advantage

- 14:27Speaker 3: That's why I had my friends in Advantage Gold put

- 14:46Speaker 3: call eight hundred four or five oh twenty five sixty six.
- 15:05Speaker 3: All right, coming up, we have two great guests in
- 15:08Speaker 3: the next two hours, both of them involving the Daniel Penny.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I always want to say Daniel Perry. For some reason,
- 15:15Speaker 3: I've never heard someone whose last name is Penny, so
- 15:18Speaker 3: I always want to say Daniel Perry. It's Daniel Penny.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Hopefully I said that in the first segment. I called
- 15:23Speaker 3: him Daniel Penny. But we've got two great guests to
- 15:26Speaker 3: discuss the legal aspects of the Daniel Penny.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Trial at acquittal.
- 15:33Speaker 3: And whether someone like a BLM founder should be allowed
- 15:37Speaker 3: to say in public, out loud or on a tweet
- 15:44Speaker 3: at least insinuate somewhe you kill the guy.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Are you really allowed to say that?
- 15:49Speaker 3: Because again I always say, we have free speech in America,
- 15:52Speaker 3: but you know you're not free to shout fire in
- 15:54Speaker 3: a busy theater and people get trampled. You're gonna help
- 15:58Speaker 3: be liable for that, well if you well, you know,
- 16:01Speaker 3: like example me, I have never called for anybody's murder
- 16:06Speaker 3: or lynching or anything like that. All I ever call
- 16:09Speaker 3: for is their indictment and arrest and if found guilty,
- 16:14Speaker 3: send them to Guantanamo or put them in prison for
- 16:16Speaker 3: life in a max prison, super max prison. I've never
- 16:20Speaker 3: said anything about murdering anybody. I don't incite anybody to
- 16:22Speaker 3: murder anyone. I don't believe in that violence. You can't
- 16:25Speaker 3: have mob violence in the United States of America. You
- 16:27Speaker 3: can have government going after people. It can't be revenge,
- 16:31Speaker 3: it should be justice. But you can go after criminals
- 16:34Speaker 3: and you can put them in prison and if they're
- 16:36Speaker 3: found guilty, they can spend the rest of their life there,
- 16:39Speaker 3: or ten years there or twenty years there. I'm all
- 16:41Speaker 3: for that, but I'm not for mob justice or vigilante justice,
- 16:46Speaker 3: and I don't recommend anybody kill somebody. So if the
- 16:48Speaker 3: BLM founder recommends that black men go out and kill
- 16:52Speaker 3: white people in revenge for Daniel Penny being found innocent,
- 16:56Speaker 3: or that they should go out and kill Daniel Penny,
- 16:58Speaker 3: to be exact, maybe he should be held accountable for
- 17:01Speaker 3: that because he is definitely inciting murder. Let's switch to
- 17:08Speaker 3: another topic because I think we've covered that one and
- 17:10Speaker 3: we'll cover it with the guests coming up. But when
- 17:13Speaker 3: people ask me what Trump should do for America, I say,
- 17:17Speaker 3: you know what the heavy lifting is.
- 17:19Speaker 1: When you're the first one to do something.
- 17:20Speaker 3: It's easy when you're the second and the first guy
- 17:23Speaker 3: already did it and proved it works. Argentina's president Javier Malay,
- 17:29Speaker 3: he really has balls. He went and did all this
- 17:31Speaker 3: without any example already in the books, without any model
- 17:36Speaker 3: showing it works. Argentina'sjave Malay completes one year in power
- 17:42Speaker 3: as his painful reforms start to yield rewards. Falling inflation,
- 17:47Speaker 3: fiscal surplus, lower poverty levels fuel his rising popularity, and
- 17:52Speaker 3: then even put in the headline that I think it's
- 17:55Speaker 3: called the peso.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Is their form of their version of the dollar, their
- 17:58Speaker 1: form of currency.
- 18:00Speaker 3: The peso, as of a few months ago, I remember,
- 18:02Speaker 3: was the single fastest rising financial currency in the world
- 18:07Speaker 3: for the year twenty twenty four. And this from a
- 18:09Speaker 3: country that was you had inflation of like one hundred percent.
- 18:14Speaker 4: I mean, it's.
- 18:14Speaker 3: All turned around under Javier Malay, all of it. Painful
- 18:19Speaker 3: reforms brought it. So all Trump has to do is
- 18:22Speaker 3: follow the roadmap or the model of Javier Malay. Painful
- 18:26Speaker 3: reforms brought on by mister Malay are reaping their first rewards.
- 18:30Speaker 3: A monthly inflation was thirteen percent when he took office.
- 18:34Speaker 3: This October it was two point seven, which is, by
- 18:39Speaker 3: the way, momentous improvement, amazing improvement.
- 18:43Speaker 1: He achieved. The South American nation.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Has achieved its first fiscal surplus in more than a decade.
- 18:54Speaker 1: One year into his rule.
- 18:55Speaker 3: He has a very decent approval ratio of forty seven percent,
- 18:59Speaker 3: especially for a leader.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Who has made spending cuts so hard and so deep. Sorry,
- 19:05Speaker 1: my voice goes out after I've.
- 19:08Speaker 3: I've already done an hour on TV, and I put
- 19:12Speaker 3: so much effort and passion into my TV show in
- 19:16Speaker 3: my Real America's Voice TV show that airs tonight throughoute
- 19:18Speaker 3: reaction to ten o'clock eastern, seven Pacific, that by the
- 19:22Speaker 3: time I get to my radio show, my voice.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Is just used, man used, but it's there. It's a
- 19:29Speaker 1: live you'll come back. But here's a guy with no
- 19:35Speaker 1: other model.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Of this cut, of fiscical restraint, of cutting spending dramatically,
- 19:41Speaker 3: if cutting goverment dramatically, of cutting the public sector dramatically.
- 19:48Speaker 3: This year the economy will shrink by three point five
- 19:50Speaker 3: percent while cutting public spending by a third and firing
- 19:54Speaker 3: thirty thousand public sector workers meaning GUBN employees. That's what
- 19:58Speaker 3: he did in Argentina. U only thirty thousand workers fired,
- 20:04Speaker 3: is I mean that's that were if that were America,
- 20:07Speaker 3: Because Argentina is so tiny compared to America, you're probably
- 20:11Speaker 3: talking about like several million government employees being cut in
- 20:15Speaker 3: the United States. So this guy has done a great job.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Poverty is down, the Peso is up, inflation is down.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Everything is good, fiscal surplus, it's all proven to work.
- 20:30Speaker 3: We've gotta cut spending and inflation will fall. We gotta
- 20:34Speaker 3: cut the size of government, we gotta cut government agencies,
- 20:36Speaker 3: eliminate goverment agencies and cut government employees.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Cut them. Hi, this is Wayne Aler Root for Ameo Life.

- 22:03Speaker 3: Welcome back to the show. Advantage Gold is the sponsor
- 22:07Speaker 3: of this show. I love gold for the obvious reasons.
- 22:10Speaker 3: It's it's insurance. I call it wealth insurance. It protects
- 22:14Speaker 3: everything you own in case the collapse or disaster of
- 22:17Speaker 3: some kind. In case the stock market crashes, in case
- 22:21Speaker 3: the economy crashes, et cetera, in case the dollar crashes.
- 22:25Speaker 1: It's protection. It's protection.
- 22:27Speaker 3: That's what it is, except a lot of people don't understand.
- 22:31Speaker 3: It's also a valuable asset, one of the most valuable
- 22:35Speaker 3: assets you can own.
- 22:36Speaker 1: You be the judge.
- 22:38Speaker 3: From January two thousand to August twenty twenty four, if
- 22:41Speaker 3: you invested one hundred thousand dollars into the stock markets,
- 22:44Speaker 3: the Dow jump two hundred and thirty nine percent, the
- 22:46Speaker 3: S and P up two hundred and eighty four percent,
- 22:50Speaker 3: Nasdaq sword three hundred and thirty eight percent, but gold
- 22:54Speaker 3: skyrocketed seven hundred and sixty three percent. So it gives
- 22:59Speaker 3: you protection and it's insurance, and it made a fortune
- 23:03Speaker 3: for the last twenty four years. That's one hundred thousand
- 23:06Speaker 3: dollars if you invested it in January of two thousand,
- 23:10Speaker 3: you could have turned it into eight hundred and sixty
- 23:11Speaker 3: three thousand with gold. So that's pretty darn good. That's
- 23:16Speaker 3: why I screamed about gold from the highest rooftops. And
- 23:19Speaker 3: who you buy your gold from matters. Advantage Gold as
- 23:23Speaker 3: a sponsor of this show. They were awarded number one
- 23:25Speaker 3: gold company in America by trust Link for nine years
- 23:29Speaker 3: in a row. They've done over a billion dollars in
- 23:32Speaker 3: transactions retirement transactions meaning retirement accounts, and they're the only
- 23:37Speaker 3: gold company in America with ordered third party financials and
- 23:41Speaker 3: over a decade in business, more than a billion of
- 23:43Speaker 3: transactions and zero negative complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Amazing.

- 24:25Speaker 1: All right, We've got our.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Guest with us, Tony Connett, investigative journalist for the Daily Signal.
- 24:31Speaker 3: He's a radio host in Indianapolis and he's been covering
- 24:34Speaker 3: the Daniel Penny trial in New York. Tony Cannett, Welcome
- 24:38Speaker 3: to the wayn Eller Root Show.
- 24:38Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:40Speaker 4: I'm very good, especially given the news that we got today.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it's great news. I've been saying all along,
- 24:45Speaker 3: this guy should get the key to the city. I'm
- 24:47Speaker 3: an ex New Yorker by the way, born on the
- 24:49Speaker 3: Bronx borderline and raised most of the time in New
- 24:52Speaker 3: York City, often living in apartments in Manhattan right after college,
- 24:56Speaker 3: going to college at Columbia University. I'm a New York
- 24:58Speaker 3: City guy and now you know, relocated to Las Vegas.
- 25:03Speaker 3: And I just can't believe that you could be charged
- 25:06Speaker 3: with murder for defending people's lives in a subway car
- 25:09Speaker 3: from a maniac who's obviously mentally ill and screaming he's
- 25:12Speaker 3: going to kill people. It's just so wrong the way
- 25:15Speaker 3: they treated this guy, but so wonderful to here.
- 25:17Speaker 1: He was acquitted today, right.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Absolutely, And this is one of the funny things actually
- 25:22Speaker 4: that you mentioned Manhattan, because if you look at the situation,
- 25:25Speaker 4: and I do mean like actually looking at the situation,
- 25:27Speaker 4: because you really should, don't just take our word for it,
- 25:29Speaker 4: go look at the stuff yourself, read what was said,
- 25:32Speaker 4: Read the verdict before you claim to go online and
- 25:34Speaker 4: be an expert about it. But if you mentioned Manhattan,
- 25:37Speaker 4: MSNBC pitched an absolute fit today because they said, well,
- 25:42Speaker 4: that's Jerry with a bunch of manhattanites and they don't
- 25:45Speaker 4: understand the New York City subway system. And did you
- 25:48Speaker 4: know that, actually the New York subway system is safe
- 25:52Speaker 4: and man, if you just if only you weren't so racist,
- 25:56Speaker 4: you would know that, Man, it just is so safe
- 25:59Speaker 4: to go on all the time. It's a breeze. And
- 26:02Speaker 4: that's why he got off because those manhattanites they just racist.
- 26:06Speaker 4: We think the subway is dangerous.
- 26:09Speaker 3: And that's insane because we all know everyone in Manhattan's
- 26:11Speaker 3: a liberal, an extreme liberal, and a far left liberal.
- 26:15Speaker 3: And if he could get acquitted by a jury of
- 26:17Speaker 3: far left Manhattan liberals, then there's no jury in the
- 26:20Speaker 3: world that would actually find this guy guilty. So I
- 26:24Speaker 3: think it's fantastic news. Look, you've been covering the case.
- 26:29Speaker 3: What I mean to me, the judge seemed biased against
- 26:33Speaker 3: our man, you know, Daniel Penny. It seemed like the
- 26:35Speaker 3: judge wanted some sort of a guilty verdict because he
- 26:38Speaker 3: should have just ended the case last Friday when they
- 26:41Speaker 3: could not agree on the main manslaughter charge. He left
- 26:45Speaker 3: it open so that they could convict him of a
- 26:47Speaker 3: lesser charge, which I think was wrong and I don't
- 26:50Speaker 3: think should be allowed. But they did it, and they
- 26:52Speaker 3: still found him innocent or acquitted him, whatever words you
- 26:55Speaker 3: want to use. I think the judge is very anti US,
- 26:58Speaker 3: meaning conservatives.
- 27:00Speaker 4: So this is one of the things that I'm really
- 27:02Speaker 4: glad that you pointed out. And just just to be clear,
- 27:05Speaker 4: one of the good things about doing these kind of
- 27:06Speaker 4: conversations is that it's kind of it's good that I
- 27:10Speaker 4: who've been covering this for a while kind of step
- 27:12Speaker 4: back and remember that a lot of people haven't paid
- 27:14Speaker 4: attention other than when they just found out Daniel Penning
- 27:17Speaker 4: was going to be charged and now he's been acquitted.
- 27:19Speaker 4: What you don't understand when you're looking at Judge Wiley
- 27:22Speaker 4: immediately is the New York special here, which is that
- 27:26Speaker 4: in New York City there appear to be a lot
- 27:28Speaker 4: of cases in which the judge will be some kind
- 27:32Speaker 4: of a prosecution that's just fairly poorly put together. I mean,
- 27:36Speaker 4: so you can take a look at the Trump case,
- 27:37Speaker 4: in which that whole shebang was tried very strangely and
- 27:41Speaker 4: things weren't admitted. But even so that the prosecution rests,
- 27:44Speaker 4: it's time to go into deliberation. The judge realize that, look,
- 27:47Speaker 4: things aren't looking like they're on solid ground, and the
- 27:50Speaker 4: jury goes to deliberate, and the judge notices, in this case,
- 27:53Speaker 4: Judge Wiley, it's taken a little bit of time. And
- 27:56Speaker 4: so what happens is the jury came back in this
- 27:58Speaker 4: particular case, I said, we don't think that he's guilty
- 28:03Speaker 4: of manslaughter.
- 28:05Speaker 1: So then the judge says.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Well, let's not get ac here. I'm going to give
- 28:09Speaker 4: you some extra time to think about this totally other charge,
- 28:12Speaker 4: this incidental homicide, accident, negligent, spurious kind of charge, which
- 28:19Speaker 4: is just bonker. I mean, I'm sorry, I know, I'm
- 28:21Speaker 4: from the Midwest, I'm a Hoosier. I think of things
- 28:23Speaker 4: in terms of black and white and common sense, which
- 28:26Speaker 4: I kind of think that murder charges should be. You
- 28:29Speaker 4: know what I'm saying. I don't think we should be
- 28:30Speaker 4: throwing things out willy nilly. This incidental, occidental specialist kind
- 28:36Speaker 4: of a negligent homicide. That sounds like if you leave
- 28:39Speaker 4: a toaster plugged in, someone comes up and sticks a
- 28:42Speaker 4: fork in it, You're getting charged with homicide. That's New
- 28:45Speaker 4: York City for you. No offense to where he grew up.
- 28:47Speaker 3: I will Tony don't forget something at this point with
- 28:51Speaker 3: the same DA Alvin Bragg, all the people that commit
- 28:54Speaker 3: real murders and real rapes and real violent crimes are
- 28:56Speaker 3: let off with basically nothing and revolving your justice. He
- 29:00Speaker 3: only goes after, you know, white people like this poor
- 29:03Speaker 3: guy Penny. He goes after Donald Trump, who happens to
- 29:07Speaker 3: be white.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Two. By the way, it seems like you have a
- 29:10Speaker 1: DA that.
- 29:10Speaker 3: Is the most racist guy that I've ever seen, who
- 29:13Speaker 3: makes it a point to let all the minorities who
- 29:17Speaker 3: commit crimes go no problem revolving justice, and to put
- 29:21Speaker 3: shop owners, business owners, Republicans, and people of the white
- 29:25Speaker 3: race in prison. That seems to be his goal. I mean,
- 29:29Speaker 3: if you follow her here, that is what's going on.
- 29:32Speaker 4: Now here's the fun part, when you actually take a
- 29:34Speaker 4: look at the people we've talked about too far. That's
- 29:37Speaker 4: only two out of three. We got to talk about
- 29:39Speaker 4: dasna Iran, the Manhattan prosecutor who was like trying to
- 29:42Speaker 4: just go for Daniel Penny's soul. So in twenty nineteen,
- 29:47Speaker 4: she gave a reduced sentence to a man who happened
- 29:49Speaker 4: to be black, who, in cold blood, I've seen the tape.
- 29:52Speaker 4: It's disgusting, in cold blood, murdered an Asian college professor
- 29:56Speaker 4: while the guy was withdrawing cash from an ATM. Then
- 29:59Speaker 4: in in the courtroom she said this was under the
- 30:01Speaker 4: guys of restorative justice. That actually this guy who again
- 30:06Speaker 4: murdered a man just simply add an ATM did not
- 30:09Speaker 4: like he had any history with the guy just went
- 30:11Speaker 4: up found a guy at an ATM, murdered him in
- 30:13Speaker 4: cold blood. She'd said, well, this guy's just had a
- 30:15Speaker 4: really hard life, you know, so we just got to
- 30:17Speaker 4: get him off. She got him off with a ten
- 30:19Speaker 4: year manslaughter charge instead of the brutal, cold blooded homicide
- 30:23Speaker 4: that it clearly was. That's who was stacked against Daniel Finn,
- 30:26Speaker 4: And you're right, it was all about race, because if
- 30:28Speaker 4: this was a white guy that would have attacked a
- 30:30Speaker 4: white guy, or a black guy that would have attacked
- 30:32Speaker 4: a black guy, then there never would have been this question.
- 30:36Speaker 4: But because it fits the less ideas of this magical
- 30:38Speaker 4: racial calculus you're supposed to do. If who's more oppressed,
- 30:42Speaker 4: well then exkews the justice system. And that's what the
- 30:44Speaker 4: wackos were outside screaming outside of the courthouse.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Well, and that ties in with BLM because Black Lives
- 30:50Speaker 3: Matter couldn't care less that thousands of black people are
- 30:52Speaker 3: murdered each year by other black people in cities like
- 30:55Speaker 3: Chicago and Detroit and Baltimore. And you name, you know,
- 30:57Speaker 3: you name the city, New Orleans, Cleveland, Newark, you name
- 31:00Speaker 3: the city that has problems, Atlanta, violence, problems in black neighborhoods.
- 31:04Speaker 3: It's always blacks killing blacks, a black genocide, and no
- 31:07Speaker 3: one does a damn thing about it. And BLM couldn't
- 31:09Speaker 3: care less.
- 31:10Speaker 4: But well, that doesn't build mansions in Rotha's vineyard, you know.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Or by or by Rolls Royce's.
- 31:16Speaker 3: You know, that's what they want to do with their
- 31:17Speaker 3: money preach right, BLM, it's unbelievable. So let's switch for
- 31:22Speaker 3: a second here to the United Healthcare CEO who was
- 31:26Speaker 3: murdered in cold blood in New York City, and they've
- 31:28Speaker 3: now have a guy in custody again allegedly. We don't
- 31:31Speaker 3: know is he the guy, but seems like he may
- 31:33Speaker 3: be the guy. His name is Luigi Mangioni. I've never
- 31:36Speaker 3: heard more Italian name in my life. I grew up
- 31:38Speaker 3: in an all italianighbor New York. I never met anyone
- 31:40Speaker 3: named Luigi Mangioni in my entire life.
- 31:43Speaker 1: That's funny.
- 31:44Speaker 3: But in any case, they seem to think that he
- 31:47Speaker 3: did it. Any idea what led them to all this?
- 31:51Speaker 4: Yeah, So again it's kind of funny. You're actually outlining
- 31:54Speaker 4: my entire show, which starts in about fifteen. It's literally
- 31:58Speaker 4: just bifurcating these two events in New York City. So
- 32:01Speaker 4: this guy, this this IVY League graduate from UPenn who
- 32:06Speaker 4: is a Bernie bro online. His Twitter profile or his
- 32:09Speaker 4: ex profile is still up as Instagram was taken down
- 32:11Speaker 4: this afternoon. Very insane individual. He actually left a book
- 32:16Speaker 4: review on the Unibombers book talking about how violence is necessary.
- 32:21Speaker 4: So this guy leaves New York and in Pennsylvania he
- 32:26Speaker 4: goes into a McDonald's where somebody sees him and basically says, hey,
- 32:31Speaker 4: this guy that was on the crime stoppers photo is here.
- 32:34Speaker 4: He used this card that had been kind of slighted around,
- 32:38Speaker 4: kind of a fake ID, and the police were able
- 32:41Speaker 4: to catch up with him. We just got his arrest
- 32:44Speaker 4: video a couple of minutes ago, and looking at some
- 32:47Speaker 4: of the circumstantial evidence, this one's going to be a
- 32:50Speaker 4: tough one to squeak out of because it looks like
- 32:51Speaker 4: you did it.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it looks like he's got a rich family too.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Someone said, somebody's father being very wealthy, and yet he
- 32:57Speaker 3: hates capitalism.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Pretty typical, right, I went ivleg school.
- 33:00Speaker 4: But Mark provocateurs are all the things. They are, these rich,
- 33:04Speaker 4: snooty yellig kids who are ye just fighting for the
- 33:07Speaker 4: little guy someone who grew up in a poor Midwestern family.
- 33:11Speaker 4: This is just this is just despicable right now.
- 33:13Speaker 1: I went to Columby with them all.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Trust me, they're all rich, spoiled brat lucky sperm club
- 33:18Speaker 3: and they spend their life worrying about black people and
- 33:20Speaker 3: poor people. Yet their whole lives They've never seen a
- 33:22Speaker 3: black person who wasn't, you know, cleaning their toilet. It's
- 33:25Speaker 3: unbelievable these people. Tony, we got to run Tony Cannett.
- 33:28Speaker 3: He's a journalist for the DL Signal and a radio
- 33:31Speaker 3: host in Indianapolis.

- 36:48Speaker 3: Wayne Larude, Oh, I've got some people who have emailed
- 36:51Speaker 3: me with different things to tell me to make sure
- 36:54Speaker 3: that we're always factual. So let's see Rusty says before
- 36:59Speaker 3: you shout for joy about Daniel Penny. Civil suits only
- 37:03Speaker 3: require a fifty one percent jury verdict, where criminal suits
- 37:06Speaker 3: require to a moral certainty ninety nine percent of the jury.
- 37:10Speaker 3: My point here is the race base baiting has already
- 37:12Speaker 3: begun against Daniel Penny, and he will become penniless. If
- 37:16Speaker 3: they can't lock him up, they will bankrupt him total bs.
- 37:19Speaker 1: But it is true. So that's that's a good point.
- 37:23Speaker 1: That's a good point. And then I've got another one.
- 37:26Speaker 3: And this one is from a guy who calls himself RCG,
- 37:30Speaker 3: and he says, Kitty Genovese, who I talked about in
- 37:33Speaker 3: segment one, was that girl in nineteen sixty four, a
- 37:36Speaker 3: woman in nineteen sixty four who got murdered and raped,
- 37:38Speaker 3: and nobody called ninety one one. Nobody did a thing
- 37:42Speaker 3: about it. He's I thought she was a TV producer.
- 37:45Speaker 3: For some reason, I seem to remember she was a
- 37:47Speaker 3: TV producer, which about something sixty years ago. But anyway,
- 37:50Speaker 3: she is a was a bartender manager at a restaurant,
- 37:53Speaker 3: and nobody called nine one one because there was no
- 37:55Speaker 3: nine to one one to call the knight of our
- 37:57Speaker 3: rape and murder. But the outrageous nature of her death,
- 38:00Speaker 3: with all those people looking out the window, no one
- 38:02Speaker 3: doing anything about it, was the reason the nine to
- 38:05Speaker 3: one to one system was developed. Interesting, I never knew that,
- 38:10Speaker 3: So her death led it to the nine to one
- 38:12Speaker 3: to one system. They didn't have one in those days,
- 38:14Speaker 3: but they certainly people could pick up the phone and
- 38:16Speaker 3: call police. And nobody ever picked up the phone and
- 38:19Speaker 3: call the police. And more importantly, nobody ever ran outside
- 38:23Speaker 3: of a baseball bat or a gun or a knife
- 38:25Speaker 3: and tried to confront the guy, and this.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Poor girl got killed, you know. Sixty four.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Let's see, I was three years old in nineteen sixty four,
- 38:32Speaker 3: sixty four to seventy four, eighty four to ninety four,
- 38:35Speaker 3: two thousand and four, twenty fourteen, and twenty twenty four.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Yeah, sixty years ago.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Sixty years ago this happened, and she she could be
- 38:44Speaker 3: you know, theoretically still alive to this day because she
- 38:46Speaker 3: was in her twenties, so she could be eighty something
- 38:48Speaker 3: years old today. She lost the entire rest of her life,
- 38:53Speaker 3: six decades of you know, having children, being a grandma,
- 38:59Speaker 3: living sixty decades of life and seeing you know, sixty
- 39:02Speaker 3: Christmases and sixty birthdays and sixty wedding anniversaries. And she
- 39:06Speaker 3: never got to live any of that because some creep
- 39:09Speaker 3: raped her and murdered her and nobody did anything about
- 39:12Speaker 3: it in New York City in those days. Here is
- 39:17Speaker 3: a good place for Elon Musk's Doze Department to start
- 39:21Speaker 3: downsizing government. More than fourteen thousand federal employees accessed America's
- 39:29Speaker 3: americans private financial data over three million times to target
- 39:35Speaker 3: conservatives and Trump supporters. So let's just start off by
- 39:39Speaker 3: firing those fourteen thousand government employees. This is a new
- 39:43Speaker 3: report by the House Judiciary Committee exposed how more than
- 39:47Speaker 3: fourteen thousand federal employees accessed private financial data over three
- 39:52Speaker 3: million times, and they were just you know, these are
- 39:55Speaker 3: terrible people that are looking for Trump and magape people
- 40:00Speaker 3: to destroy them. The committee released an interim report revealing
- 40:03Speaker 3: federal law enforcement had used sweeping search terms like Trump
- 40:09Speaker 3: and Magot to target Americans, and even treated purchases of
- 40:12Speaker 3: religious texts or firearms as indicators of extremism. I mean,
- 40:17Speaker 3: this shouldn't shock anybody, because remember, you have Merrick Garland,
- 40:20Speaker 3: who I've often said is a criminal who should be
- 40:23Speaker 3: in guantanamo.
- 40:24Speaker 1: I'd love to see him in guantanamo.
- 40:25Speaker 3: For the rest of his life, breaking rocks, wearing leg
- 40:28Speaker 3: irons for the rest of his life. I'd love it.
- 40:31Speaker 3: He is a piece of human garbage. He is an
- 40:33Speaker 3: obsessed communist scumbag who's angry that he even become a
- 40:37Speaker 3: Supreme Court justice. So he's taken it out for four
- 40:40Speaker 3: years on the American people, and he's trying to put
- 40:42Speaker 3: patriots in prison. He has tortured January six ers. He's
- 40:45Speaker 3: gone after PTA parents. He wanted to bankrupt PTA parents
- 40:49Speaker 3: and put him in prison for disagreeing with critical race theory.
- 40:53Speaker 3: This guy's a real winner, huh, real peace of work.
- 40:58Speaker 3: The committee found how federal Lawnforce horse derisively viewed American citizens,
- 41:02Speaker 3: treating Americans who expressed opposition to firearm regulations, open borders
- 41:08Speaker 3: COVID nineteen lockdowns, vaccine mandates, and the deep state as
- 41:12Speaker 3: potential domestic terrorists.
- 41:16Speaker 1: So let's start and fire. That's the start.
- 41:18Speaker 3: Fire fourteen thousand federal employees who are legally targeting conservatives
- 41:22Speaker 3: and Trump supporters. There's your start to be like Javier Malay,
- 41:27Speaker 3: fire those people, right.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Those are scumbags, That's what they are.
- 41:31Speaker 3: Scumbags, pieces of human trash who need to be in
- 41:35Speaker 3: prison for a long time. But before we worry about
- 41:38Speaker 3: putt him in prison, let's just fire them for the
- 41:40Speaker 3: federal government. Terrible people, awful people. Little Merrick Garlands, little
- 41:46Speaker 3: beady eyed losers like Merrick Garland. Have you ever seen
- 41:49Speaker 3: that guy. He's got the beadiest eyes I've ever seen
- 41:52Speaker 3: in my life. If you saw that guy walking down
- 41:54Speaker 3: the street, you'd say, Wow, there's a pervert. There's a pedophile.
- 42:00Speaker 3: You loser, You loser, You creep. Merrickgarland. You're a creep.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You just are mad because you didn't get some core justice.
- 42:07Speaker 3: You've been taking it out of conservatives for the last
- 42:10Speaker 3: four years. Wait till you see what Trump turns around.
- 42:12Speaker 3: It does to you, you creep. So, a sponsor of
