Man Arrested in Fentanyl Overdose Deaths | Wilmington News
A 42-year-old man, Sean Lewis Kirby, has been arrested in connection with two fatal overdoses in Onslow and Pender counties. Authorities found him at a Sneads Ferry home during a July 24, 2026 raid, where they also seized 15 grams of fentanyl, nearly $6,000 in cash, and four firearms. Kirby faces multiple serious charges including trafficking and maintaining a place for controlled substances, and is currently held without bond as the investigation continues.
