The Fort DuPont RV park project, stalled for over a year and nearly headed for sheriff’s sale, is back on track after a tense legal standoff. Developer Todd Burbage, who bought the land in 2021 with backing from the redevelopment corp — conditional on building an RV park — fell behind on a $2.1 million loan. After a lawsuit and mounting interest charges, the two sides have now settled.
