  message, but you keep hesitating, stopping and

  doubting. There are deeper reasons, and

  once you see them, you won't be able to Unsee them.

  My videos only attract light workers, people who are actually

  here to help humanity, help the earth in some way.

  So trust that it's not a coincidence that you saw this

  ego loves the familiar. Even if your current life feels

  frustrating, unfulfilling, you know you're meant for more.

  Your mind will still try to keep you where you are because

  familiar equals safe. So stepping into your purpose,

  putting yourself out there, creating something new, that's
• 1:20
  the unknown. And to your brain, it equals
• 1:22
  danger. It will procrastinate.

  Overthink tells you to wait until you're ready, but
• 1:27
  readiness is a trap. You don't feel ready before you
• 1:30
  start. You feel ready because you
• 1:32
  started. That's why I keep talking on

  this channel about messy action, how important that is.

  The second reason you're scared to create is because you might
• 1:39
  be thinking that your market is too saturated.

  That's at least what I was thinking when I started.

  I just felt like there was so many craters already in my
• 1:47
  niche. And here's the truth.

  There are not too many people in your niche because people don't
• 1:51
  follow niches, they follow people.

  There might be 1000 people talking about the same thing,
• 1:56
  but none of them are you with your energy, your perspective,

  your way of explaining things, all the wisdom you have gained
• 2:03
  from this life, past lives, your personality, your astrology,
• 2:08
  your life experience, everything.

  All this creates this unique blend of wisdom that only you
• 2:14
  have. So even if there's somebody in
• 2:16
  your niche who has 20 more years of experience than you, they
• 2:19
  don't have your unique blend of experience.

  So what feels like saturation is often just your fear wearing a
• 2:26
  logical disguise. So yes, you have a very unique
• 2:30

  scared to create is something I feel is not talked about enough.

  And probably because this is specific to spiritual people and

  that is what's called the witch wound.

  You might have heard this term before, but what does it

  actually mean and what mean for you?

  At some level, whether you resonate spiritually or
• 3:03
  psychologically, there's a fear of being seen because
• 3:06
  historically, being visible, speaking your truth, standing
• 3:10
  out wasn't safe. Women who were healers,
• 3:13
  herbalists, spiritual but not Christian spiritual, they got
• 3:17
  executed, tortured, punished, and so did their friends if they
• 3:20
  didn't tell them them, and when this happens, left them.
• 3:22
  After a lifetime, your mind learns, OK, it's not safe to be
• 3:26
  seen, especially not in the spiritual niche.
• 3:28
  So now, even though it is safe for you to speak your truth,
• 3:32
  your body still don't feel that way.
• 3:34
  That fear of what will people think?
• 3:36
  What if I'm judged? What if I'm misunderstood?
• 3:38
  That's not a coincidence that you feel that way.
• 3:40
  It's old conditioning and it doesn't go away by just being
• 3:44
  more confident, it goes away by moving anyway.

  So think about what is your goal and then break it down in small
• 3:50
  steps that feel easier. For example, if you want to
• 3:54
  become a creator on Instagram, take the first step and sign up.
• 3:57
  Create the username, put up your profile picture, think about
• 4:01
  your brand name. That is a small step that you
• 4:03
  could do this week. And if all this feels so

  overwhelming on where to start, if you want to actually be able

  to leave your old job and be a content creator full time like

  scared to create is not talked about enough either, and that is

  the sunk cost fallacy. You've already invested time,
• 4:39
  energy, and maybe even years into a certain path, identity,
• 4:43
  or way of living. So now, even if it doesn't feel
• 4:46
  aligned anymore, you hesitate to change direction because it
• 4:50
  feels like I've come this far, I can't just start over.

  But staying in something misaligned just because you've
• 4:55
  invested in it is how people stay stuck for years.
• 4:58
  Sometimes the most powerful, it's allowing yourself to pivot.

  For example, my friend, she's a dentist and she does not like
• 5:04
  dentistry. She has been so burnt out her
• 5:07
  whole career. And I think it was around 5 or 6
• 5:10
  years ago where she thought, Julie, I want to do what you do
• 5:13
  and be a creator so I can earn passive income and share my
• 5:16
  gifts that I want that soft life.
• 5:18
  And she started to dabble a little bit, but then she went
• 5:21
  back to her old ways because she was scared to create.
• 5:23
  And she's kept going back and forth.
• 5:25
  And now, finally, six years later, and now she's really
• 5:28
  being consistent with her content.
• 5:29
  But she wished she had started six years ago.
• 5:32
  So if you don't start now, six years from now, you're going to
• 5:34
  wish she had started now. So don't give in to the sun cost
• 5:37
  fallacy. The fifth reason why you're
• 5:39
  scared to create is because your purpose feels scary.

  Not because it's wrong, but because it matters.
• 5:45
  If it didn't matter, you wouldn't feel anything.

  The fear, the resistance, the doubt.

  It's often proportional to how aligned something actually is.

  A good way to know if it's just not aligned and you're just shit
• 5:57
  scared of it. And if it is aligned, it is your
• 5:59
  purpose is that you will feel scared and excited at the same
• 6:03
  time. Like when you were in love for
• 6:04
  the first time, but you don't know them yet and you don't know
• 6:07
  if you're going to become an actor or not.

  So instead of asking why am I so scared, ask yourself what if
• 6:13
  this fear is pointing me in the right direction?

  So know that it's not supposed to feel this easy vibe.

  Be laid back. I can do this vibe.

  But when it's your purpose, it will actually feel scary and
• 6:24
  know that that is completely OK. So in conclusion, you're afraid

  because you're stepping into this ability, you're leaving the
• 6:31
  familiar challenging old identities and you're moving
• 6:34
  towards something that actually matters.

  So the question isn't how do I get rid of the fear, but am I
• 6:40
  willing to create even with it? Because the version of you who
• 6:43
  has the life you want didn't wait for the fear to disappear,
• 6:47
  she just stopped letting it decide.
