- 0:01Hello. Welcome to the No God Coach
- 0:03Huddle for January 7, 2026. A two-minute
- 0:07call from God's playbook to know him
- 0:09better so we can love and obey him more.
- 0:12Look through today's play from Isaiah
- 0:1410, which says, "On that day, his burden
- 0:16will fall from your shoulders and his
- 0:18yoke from your neck. The yoke will be
- 0:21destroyed by your prosperity." You know,
- 0:24there are seasons in a man's life when
- 0:26pressure isn't theoretical. It's
- 0:28financial. Not because of foolishness or
- 0:31laziness, but because of everything
- 0:33costs more and margins gone and one
- 0:36unexpected expense could knock the wind
- 0:38out of you. In these moment, debt stops
- 0:41being a number on a screen. It's like a
- 0:43burden on your shoulders and a guilt
- 0:45around your neck. I know I do feel this
- 0:47way sometimes. Isaiah 10:27 speaks into
- 0:51that kind of reality. In context, God is
- 0:54talking about a real oppressor placing a
- 0:56real yoke on his people. And God
- 0:58promises that yoke will not last
- 1:01forever. Today's verse says the yoke
- 1:03will be destroyed by your prosperity.
- 1:06That doesn't mean instant wealth. It
- 1:07means God strengthens, sustains, and
- 1:10provides in such a way that the burden
- 1:12no longer fits. The yoke breaks because
- 1:15God causes growth, stability, and
- 1:17endurance while we continue to work hard
- 1:20and live wisely. This is important.
- 1:23Trusting God for financial freedom is
- 1:25not greed. It's dependent. It's saying,
- 1:28"Lord, I don't want money for comfort. I
- 1:30want freedom to obey, to provide, to
- 1:33give, and to serve." We know this
- 1:35promise finds its ultimate fulfillment
- 1:37when Jesus returned, and every yoke is
- 1:39broken forever. But scripture also
- 1:42invites us to pray for present mercy,
- 1:45real relief from burdens that hinder
- 1:47obedience today. If you're under
- 1:49pressure right now, God sees it.
- 1:51>> And he's still the God who breaks yoke.
- 1:54>> Run today's play. Name the yoke honestly
- 1:57before God. Stop carrying it silently.
- 2:00Reject fear-driven decisions. Ask God
- 2:03where fear and not faith has been
- 2:05shaping your choices. Obey faithfully
- 2:08where you are. Work hard. Learn well.
- 2:11Steward wisely. Give generously even
- 2:14before the pressure lifts. Pray boldly,
- 2:17not with entitlement, but with trust.
- 2:19Ask God for real provision and real
- 2:21relief. believing that when freedom
- 2:23comes, it's meant for his glory. This
- 2:26yoke isn't permanent. Blessed be the
- 2:28name of the Lord. If this huddle helps
- 2:30you know God better so you can love and
- 2:32obey him more, leave a quick review and
- 2:34share it with a friend. It helps other
- 2:36men find their way into the huddle.
