- 0:01Speaker 1: Here's more Mark. Okay, so marximone show on seven tenor
- 0:09Speaker 1: hey it's Friday, it's the first day of May. We
- 0:11Speaker 1: got a lot to get to this hour. Well, really,
- 0:14Speaker 1: i'll tell you some stories about James Comey coming up
- 0:17Speaker 1: a little later this hour. Now, you know, the Supreme
- 0:21Speaker 1: Court ruled against some redistricting in certain states. They'd draw
- 0:26Speaker 1: the lines, the congressional district lines to make sure a
- 0:29Speaker 1: Democrat will win the seat. One of the ways they
- 0:31Speaker 1: did that in some districts was to draw the line
- 0:35Speaker 1: so there were no white people in the district. Now
- 0:38Speaker 1: that's discrimination, racial discrimination. Supreme Court ruled on this, and
- 0:43Speaker 1: they ruled that you can't do that. You can never.
- 0:47Speaker 1: First of all, a congressional district should look like a
- 0:50Speaker 1: square or maybe a circle, but should just be a
- 0:53Speaker 1: geographical area. It shouldn't look like a snake winding around
- 0:58Speaker 1: twenty seven different ways. Obviously, just scheming to get no
- 1:03Speaker 1: Republicans in the district make sure a Democrat wins. So
- 1:06Speaker 1: Supreme Court ruled you cannot do it based on race.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Of course, the first guy to go nuts because it
- 1:11Speaker 1: screws up this partisan jerrymandering. The Democrats think that's the
- 1:17Speaker 1: only way they can win in November. But Jeffries, Kim
- 1:20Speaker 1: Jeffreys going nuts.
- 1:22Speaker 2: In the new Congress, We're going to have to do
- 1:23Speaker 2: something about this Supreme Court. And let me be very clear,
- 1:27Speaker 2: everything is on the table, everything to deal with this
- 1:31Speaker 2: corrupt Maga majority that is issuing political opinions that are
- 1:37Speaker 2: designed to bolster.
- 1:38Speaker 1: The prospects of the Republican Party, and we will not
- 1:42Speaker 1: allow them to succeed. Yeah, corrupt, the corrupt Supreme Court,
- 1:48Speaker 1: the Maga Supreme Court. They sure disagree with President Trump
- 1:51Speaker 1: on a lot of things, but what he's talking about,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and this is the problem. If Democrats were to win,
- 1:56Speaker 1: they're going to do all kinds of stuff. They're going
- 1:58Speaker 1: to expand the court. It's the expanded to twelve justices,
- 2:04Speaker 1: maybe twenty five. They'll make it twenty five justices. That way,
- 2:06Speaker 1: they next democratic president can put a lot of Democrats
- 2:11Speaker 1: on the court, a lot of real left wing kook judges.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And you know what happens when you get that they're
- 2:16Speaker 1: planning that they're planning. They got all kinds of plots.
- 2:19Speaker 1: They want to make Washington, d c. A state because
- 2:22Speaker 1: it's all democratic. That way, you get two more Democrats elected.
- 2:26Speaker 1: They want to make Puerto Rico estate. They get more
- 2:28Speaker 1: Democrats that way, so all the more reason you got
- 2:32Speaker 1: to make sure they do not win in November in
- 2:35Speaker 1: the midterms. Now, other states can do the same thing,
- 2:38Speaker 1: but sometimes it's more legitimate. In Florida, legislature just approved
- 2:43Speaker 1: a new congressional map which could add four Republican seats.
- 2:49Speaker 1: This vote came right after the Supreme Court decision, so
- 2:54Speaker 1: four extra Republican seats could change the whole midterms. Now,
- 2:58Speaker 1: if you look at the way they did it, the
- 3:00Speaker 1: justification is it's pretty legitimately drawn. It's not like democratic
- 3:05Speaker 1: redistricting where they draw this weird snake line all around.
- 3:08Speaker 1: This is looks pretty straightforward this district. So you know,
- 3:15Speaker 1: New York City is a sanctuary city, but crazy Kathy
- 3:20Speaker 1: Hochel wants the whole state to be a sanctuary state.
- 3:24Speaker 1: She's proposing and trying to pass with Albany, all kinds
- 3:28Speaker 1: of sanctuary policies to ban ICE from everything, sweeping bans
- 3:34Speaker 1: on any cooperation between law enforcement and ICE. That crazy
- 3:40Speaker 1: Assembly Speaker Carl Hasty is on board with most of this,
- 3:44Speaker 1: so she could very likely get this done. She has
- 3:48Speaker 1: a plan to ramp up all the anti ICE stuff
- 3:50Speaker 1: like crazy. Now, you know Bruce Blakeman, who's the greatest
- 3:54Speaker 1: county executive, which is like being a governor, greatest governor
- 3:57Speaker 1: in America. In Nassau County, they've solved their illegal problem
- 4:02Speaker 1: because they cooperate with ICE. The local police help ICE.
- 4:05Speaker 1: In fact, they let ICE use officers, use jail cells,
- 4:08Speaker 1: whatever they need. So in this crazy new local legislation,
- 4:12Speaker 1: she would ban any local government from cooperating in any way.
- 4:18Speaker 1: They can't deputize ICE officers, they can't keep detainees in
- 4:22Speaker 1: local jails, they can't in any way have anything to
- 4:25Speaker 1: do with ICE. Now, of course this is absolutely insane.
- 4:30Speaker 1: In fact, she's working on part of this legislation will
- 4:33Speaker 1: be a new legal tool that will give New Yorkers
- 4:35Speaker 1: the ability to soothe these ICE agents in state court
- 4:39Speaker 1: for a violation of their constitutional rights. Now, the problem
- 4:42Speaker 1: with all this, when you have all these illegals, it
- 4:45Speaker 1: costs us billions, hundreds of billions that we spend on illegals. Now,
- 4:49Speaker 1: at the same time, Hoko will tell you where we're broke.
- 4:52Speaker 1: We're out of money, we got a deficit, we need
- 4:54Speaker 1: to we don't have enough revenue. We're short of money.
- 4:57Speaker 1: If that's the case, why you're spending two hundred billion
- 4:59Speaker 1: on illegal It's absolutely ridiculous even that. Remember the Hotel
- 5:04Speaker 1: Roosevelt where they stuck everybody. They put a lot of
- 5:07Speaker 1: illegals in the Hotel Roosevelt for a year. You know
- 5:09Speaker 1: what the bill was for that, one hundred and forty
- 5:10Speaker 1: six million. One hundred and forty six million. They're just
- 5:13Speaker 1: wasting this money like crazy everywhere. If there's a budget deficit,
- 5:17Speaker 1: it's caused by illegals. I mean, he's also caused by
- 5:21Speaker 1: overspending and bloat and fraud and waste, but it's also
- 5:24Speaker 1: caused by these illegals. You could save yourself billions and
- 5:27Speaker 1: bill tens of billions of dollars just let Ice do
- 5:29Speaker 1: their job. Problem solved. So the other thing that with
- 5:33Speaker 1: Hochel is she's getting pushed now like crazy to pardon
- 5:38Speaker 1: the cop Eric Duran. This was the cooler cop that
- 5:42Speaker 1: the guy was fleeing on a motorcycle about to run
- 5:44Speaker 1: down some other cops on his motorcycle. How do you
- 5:47Speaker 1: stop the guy with a cop just thinking quick picked
- 5:49Speaker 1: up a cooler threw it at him, which normally would
- 5:52Speaker 1: just knock him off his bike. But it was just
- 5:54Speaker 1: a fluke. Crazy uh. He fell off and it went
- 5:57Speaker 1: into a tree and somehow he died in this accident.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It's the last thing. The officer intendant but his name
- 6:03Speaker 1: is Eric Durand gets in the bronx in front of
- 6:05Speaker 1: a crazy left wing judge. You got a left wing
- 6:07Speaker 1: district attorney. They convict the guy. They sentenced him to
- 6:11Speaker 1: nine years. Now the appeal is underway. The great criminal
- 6:15Speaker 1: attorney Arthur Idalla handling the appeal. But you never know
- 6:19Speaker 1: how that's going to go. So a lot of people
- 6:21Speaker 1: are pushing for a pardon. The governor can do it.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's a local charge, so the president can't do it.
- 6:27Speaker 1: But Holkle could pardon this guy. And about thirty five
- 6:32Speaker 1: state lawmakers just signed a petition for this pardon. They
- 6:36Speaker 1: want it done. There's gonna be a lot of pressure
- 6:38Speaker 1: on her now. The Hokal's officers said he actually needs
- 6:44Speaker 1: to apply for a pardon if he wants his case considered.
- 6:47Speaker 1: He hasn't done that yet. Now what it'll probably come
- 6:50Speaker 1: down to Bruce Blakeman, who would be the best governor,
- 6:53Speaker 1: is rising in the polls. He started at twenty points behind,
- 6:58Speaker 1: and then it was fifteen points behind, eight points behind.
- 7:01Speaker 1: As he gets close, Hokel will try to remove some
- 7:05Speaker 1: of his campaign issues. One of his issues is he
- 7:08Speaker 1: has promised to pardon this cop on day one, minute one,
- 7:13Speaker 1: He's promised to pardon this cop. So if Blakeman keeps
- 7:16Speaker 1: rising like he is in the polls, Hokel will probably
- 7:20Speaker 1: pardon the guy just to take that issue away from
- 7:23Speaker 1: from Bruce Blakeman. But who knows, who knows what the
- 7:26Speaker 1: crazy Kathy Hokele, So keep the pressure up though on
- 7:31Speaker 1: her pardoning this guy. You know, on the Upper West Side,
- 7:37Speaker 1: there's a Trader Joe's. There's two floors. It is the
- 7:42Speaker 1: busiest Trader Joe's in the world. And you know, a
- 7:46Speaker 1: lot of people love Whole Foods, Wegmans and all the
- 7:50Speaker 1: great supermarkets, but a lot of people are Traders Joe's fanatics.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's like a cult. They just love Trader Joe's. Got
- 8:00Speaker 1: their Trader Joe's bag. Now, the stuff is very cheap
- 8:04Speaker 1: in Trader Joe's. The prices are great. Nobody has better
- 8:08Speaker 1: prices than Trader Joe's. Now, how do you think they
- 8:11Speaker 1: achieve those low prices? Well, you've got to use cheaper
- 8:14Speaker 1: ingredients to do that. And many of their suppliers have
- 8:17Speaker 1: told me. Every year they come around and tell you
- 8:19Speaker 1: got to cut your cost in half, and they argue,
- 8:22Speaker 1: I can't. I've already cut the quality of my ingredients.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I can't do it again. And they tell them you're
- 8:28Speaker 1: either going to cut the cost in half or you're out.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So all they can do is cut down on the
- 8:32Speaker 1: quality the ingredients. So the stuff might look good, taste good,
- 8:34Speaker 1: and be cheap, but you're talking about not the highest
- 8:37Speaker 1: quality ingredients in there, but it's very cheap. And people
- 8:40Speaker 1: go crazy over Trader Joe's. The busiest one in the
- 8:44Speaker 1: world is the Upper West Side. It's at seventy second
- 8:49Speaker 1: and yeah, seventy second in Broadway's two floors. Well, they
- 8:53Speaker 1: announced they have to close it down for a few months.
- 8:55Speaker 1: They need to rebuild the whole store. They need to
- 8:58Speaker 1: close and repair the whole place. And these people are
- 9:02Speaker 1: going insane. They don't the notice went up on the door.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Major renovations will take place. It will close on May seventeenth,
- 9:11Speaker 1: and they hope to get it reopened in a couple
- 9:13Speaker 1: of months. But they're going nuts. These people on the
- 9:16Speaker 1: Upper West Side without their Trader Joe's for a couple
- 9:18Speaker 1: of months. Now there's another Trader Joe's at ninety third
- 9:21Speaker 1: Street that's twenty blocks away. I mean, it's a lot
- 9:27Speaker 1: of groceries to carry, but it's still you could just
- 9:29Speaker 1: go twenty blocks up. It's not that far. There's another
- 9:32Speaker 1: Trader Joe's twenty blocks away. You know. For people live
- 9:34Speaker 1: in the suburbs, many of them are saying right now,
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'd love to have a supermarket only twenty blocks from
- 9:38Speaker 1: my house. But on the Upper West Side they're going nuts. Now.
- 9:41Speaker 1: People have been in there said it really does need
- 9:43Speaker 1: to be redone. The escalators are always broken, they're not working.
- 9:46Speaker 1: There's structural problems. They got to be fixed. So that's
- 9:49Speaker 1: why you got to close the whole thing and start over. Hey,
- 9:53Speaker 1: President Trump, what's happening with Iran, Well, he's sending him
- 9:58Speaker 1: a signal. They're stalling. They're just stalling and stalling. You
- 10:03Speaker 1: want to continue the negotiations or get to some resolution,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and Ran just figures they'll stall forever. They see all
- 10:09Speaker 1: the Democrats, all the weasel Chuck Schumer, Blumenthal, all these
- 10:13Speaker 1: Democrats against the war. They're like Hanoid Jane. They're like
- 10:18Speaker 1: Tokyo Rose. It's leading the effort to attack the war.
- 10:23Speaker 1: So they're hoping that those guys prevail and the sentiment
- 10:27Speaker 1: forces Trump to stop. I wouldn't count on that at all.
- 10:30Speaker 1: That's not going to happen, but that's their strategy. Trump says,
- 10:34Speaker 1: if they don't start making a deal, it'll resume the combat,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and to send a signal. Yesterday he had the Centcom commander,
- 10:42Speaker 1: that's Admiral Cooper who's running this, come to the White House.
- 10:46Speaker 1: He was summoned to the White House for a meeting.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And now that of course gets in the news. Iran
- 10:53Speaker 1: is watching that. That's supposed to be a signal to
- 10:55Speaker 1: let him know, you're about to go through an incredible,
- 10:59Speaker 1: overwhelming round of bombing if you don't come to the table. Now.
- 11:04Speaker 1: In the last bombing a couple of weeks, leaders were killed,
- 11:08Speaker 1: Everything military was destroyed, power plants, everything on one bridge
- 11:13Speaker 1: was taken. So there could be more of that. So
- 11:16Speaker 1: the commander coming there is and they kind of leaked out,
- 11:20Speaker 1: and you know, he was there to go over targets.
- 11:21Speaker 1: He was briefing the President on what to hit next.
- 11:27Speaker 1: So now the other things we have the straight of
- 11:29Speaker 1: horn moose closed. As long as that's closed, Iran's economy
- 11:32Speaker 1: is shut down. They have no economy, zero income. Could
- 11:36Speaker 1: you imagine if somebody did that the United States. Imagine
- 11:41Speaker 1: if somebody attacked the United States on the first day
- 11:44Speaker 1: they killed the forty one top leaders in Washington, took
- 11:47Speaker 1: out basically the whole leadership in Washington, then completely destroyed
- 11:51Speaker 1: all of our military, and then totally frozen shut down
- 11:55Speaker 1: our economy. Would you say, well, that's okay, we're winning,
- 11:59Speaker 1: we're winning. But that's what Democrats are arguing that Iran
- 12:02Speaker 1: is somehow winning this. So they with the straight of
- 12:05Speaker 1: Horme moose clothes. They can't move any oil out, which
- 12:08Speaker 1: means they got no place to put the oil they're pumping.
- 12:11Speaker 1: They've been getting lots of these old tankers and try
- 12:14Speaker 1: to store it on there, but they're running out of
- 12:15Speaker 1: the tankers. If this continues another couple of weeks, they
- 12:18Speaker 1: will have no place to put any oil. It means
- 12:21Speaker 1: they will have to shut down the oil fields, shut
- 12:25Speaker 1: down the drilling. Now. The problem is if you do that,
- 12:27Speaker 1: it takes a long time to reopen. The wells dry up,
- 12:31Speaker 1: everything goes crazy. So it would cost them. It would
- 12:35Speaker 1: devastate them for the next two years, and it takes
- 12:38Speaker 1: a long time to get those oil wells pumping again.
- 12:41Speaker 1: So we have all the cards, they have none at
- 12:45Speaker 1: the moment. So now do you like when you go
- 12:48Speaker 1: into the supermarkets, being the supermarkets, the self checkout, or
- 12:51Speaker 1: when you going to home depot or any place Walmart
- 12:54Speaker 1: Costco that's self checkout. If you got like toothed cans,
- 12:58Speaker 1: it's pretty easy, scan it throat in the bag, But
- 13:01Speaker 1: if you've got things that need to be weighed and
- 13:03Speaker 1: you got to enter in what it is, it's a
- 13:04Speaker 1: pain in the neck. Well, the stores don't like it either.
- 13:08Speaker 1: One by one they're trying to eliminate self checkout. And
- 13:11Speaker 1: the other problem with the self checkout, that way you
- 13:13Speaker 1: don't have to have cashiers. But with the self checkout,
- 13:17Speaker 1: half the time there's three people that can't do it,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and then they have to have a cashier are basically
- 13:21Speaker 1: standing there to do it for you. So it doesn't
- 13:24Speaker 1: really solve the problem. But now Walmart, Target, Costco, they're
- 13:27Speaker 1: all looking at getting rid of these self checkouts. The
- 13:30Speaker 1: problem is the theft rate on them is unbelievable. Self
- 13:36Speaker 1: checkout lines extremely vulnerable to threat. In fact, sixty nine
- 13:41Speaker 1: percent of people it's two thirds, say they believe it's
- 13:45Speaker 1: easier to steal with the self checkout. They've admitted to theft,
- 13:49Speaker 1: whether intentionally. Some people say it's unintentional, and they say
- 13:54Speaker 1: almost twenty seven percent. And this is like normal customers
- 13:57Speaker 1: have taken something and not scanned it. So the threat
- 14:01Speaker 1: is the theft is unbelievable. Thirty six percent say they
- 14:05Speaker 1: accidentally stole something. Sixty one percent of those who accidentally
- 14:10Speaker 1: took something said they kept it. So it is costing
- 14:14Speaker 1: a fortune in stolen items, So expect those things to
- 14:17Speaker 1: disappear within the next year or two. Hey, we'll take
- 14:21Speaker 1: some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 14:25Speaker 1: ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 14:29Speaker 1: seven ten. Hey, check out my instagram. There's always a
