When something comes from the Holy Spirit, it is usually very clear to me that this ”word” is from the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit searches the heart of God and the Holy Spirit is truth in the matter at hand so we can know the will of God and go that way or speak that thing. The Holy Spirit reminds us of scripture showing us truth and the way to go. When we hear a word from the Holy Spirit and we go that way, then we walk in the Spirit.
