Wisconsin State Fair’s 175th anniversary is cooking up a storm with over 80 new food and drink crazes like Bloody Mary Mac Daddy and Smoked Pork Pierogi Sliders, plus four fresh vendors. Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery gets the official cheese curd crown and is now selling five-flavor pre-packed fresh curds too. Cream puffs are back with a new cherry twist. Judges will crown Sporkies and Drinkies winners on August 4th. The fair runs August 6–16, with “Crazy Grain” day on August 11 for cheap eats and $11 meal deals daily.
