Now let's add the question for price. Berapa harga sekilo? Luna: Berapa harga sekilo? How much per kilo? Lucas: Yes. Let's put them together. Saya mahu kacang panjang. Berapa harga sekilo? Luna: Saya mahu kacang panjang. Berapa harga sekilo? Lucas: Great. Now if you want to check if they're fresh, you can say: Kacang panjang ini segar? Luna: Kacang panjang ini segar? Are these long beans fresh? Lucas: Exactly. The word segar means fresh. So you can ask: Kacang panjang ini segar? Luna: Kacang panjang ini segar? Lucas: Perfect. Now let's say you want half a kilo. Saya mahu setengah kilo. Luna: Saya mahu setengah kilo. I want half a kilo. Lucas: And if you want them cut, you can ask: Boleh potong? Luna: Boleh potong? Can you cut? Lucas: Yeah. So let's imagine a full conversation. You walk up to the seller and say: Saya mahu kacang panjang. Berapa harga sekilo? Luna: Saya mahu kacang panjang. Berapa harga sekilo? Lucas: The seller says: Lima ringgit sekilo. Then you check: Kacang panjang ini segar? Luna: Kacang panjang ini segar? Lucas: The seller says: Ya, segar. Then you say: Saya mahu setengah kilo. Boleh potong? Luna: Saya mahu setengah kilo. Boleh potong? Lucas: And the seller says: Boleh. Done. You've bought your long beans. Luna: That's so smooth. I feel like I could actually do that now. Lucas: Let's practice the whole thing one more time. I'll be the seller. You're the customer. Luna: Okay. Saya mahu kacang panjang. Berapa harga sekilo? Lucas: Lima ringgit sekilo.
