  Friends that build you up. The people closest to you have a
• 0:15
  way of shaping you more than you realize.
• 0:17
  Their words get in your head. Their values start influencing
• 0:20
  your choices. Their habits can slowly become
• 0:24
  your habits. That is why who you walk with
• 0:26
  matters so much. Proverbs chapter 13 verses 17 to
• 0:31
  18 says that a faithful messenger brings healing and
• 0:34
  that whoever heeds correction is honored.
• 0:38
  In Mark chapter 3, verses 14 to 15, Jesus appoints the 12:00 so
• 0:42
  that they might be with Him and be sent out by Him.
• 0:45
  That little phrase matters so much with Him.
• 0:49
  Before they were sent, they were with Him.
• 0:51
  Jesus chose people intentionally, not randomly.
• 0:54
  He called them into closeness, growth, and purpose.
• 0:57
  And that is a reminder for us too.

  Relationships are not small things.
• 1:02
  They can either pull you closer to Jesus or slowly lead you away
• 1:06
  from Him. Sometimes we choose friendships
• 1:09
  based on who makes us feel accepted, entertained, or less
• 1:12
  alone. And those things matter because
• 1:15
  we all want connection. But not every connection is
• 1:18
  healthy. Some people encourage gossip,
• 1:21
  compromise, pride, or reckless choices.
• 1:24
  Others call out the best in you. They speak truth when you need
• 1:27
  it. They challenge you to grow.
• 1:29
  They do not flatter your weakness.
• 1:31
  They help heal your heart. And it is not just about friends
• 1:34
  your age. Sometimes the wisest voices in
• 1:37
  your life are parents, mentors, teachers, or leaders who love
• 1:41
  you enough to correct you. Correction does not always feel
• 1:45
  good, but it can protect your future.
• 1:47
  Ignoring wise instruction may feel independent in the moment,
• 1:51
  but it often leads to regret. Ask yourself honestly today, who
• 1:56
  is helping me become more faithful, more grounded, more
• 1:59
  like Christ, and who is normalizing the very things God
• 2:02
  wants to free me from? Choosing your circle wisely is
• 2:06
  not being judgmental, it is being intentional with your
• 2:09
  soul. You were not made to be shaped
• 2:11
  by every voice. You were made to be formed by
• 2:15
  truth and surrounded by people who point you toward Jesus.
• 2:18
  Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for
• 2:21
  the people you place in my life. Help me recognize relationships
• 2:25
  that bring healing, truth, and growth.
• 2:29
  Give me wisdom to step back from voices that pull me away from
• 2:32
  you and give me humility to receive correction from those
• 2:35
  who love me well. Surround me with people who help
• 2:39
  me follow Jesus more faithfully and make me that kind of friend
• 2:42
  to others too. In Jesus name, Amen.

  sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including

  their blasphemies, with which they may blasphemy.

  But whoever may blasphemy against the Holy Spirit never

  has forgiveness but is subject to eternal condemnation.

  Because they said he has an unclean spirit.

  His mother and his brothers came and standing outside they sent
