- 0:01Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, what's going on? Yeah, yeah, we're back. Were back.
- 0:07Speaker 1: We're back, Yes, sir, we're back.
- 0:11Speaker 2: We did three lives this week, Market Monday's Blackout, and
- 0:14Speaker 2: now are the artificial intelligence Blueprint. The work does not stop, work,
- 0:20Speaker 2: never stops man. So this is gonna be a very
- 0:23Speaker 2: important episode. We did a follow up. This is actually
- 0:25Speaker 2: a follow up. We got a leash a little one
- 0:28Speaker 2: last year and she gave you know, a master class
- 0:32Speaker 2: when it comes to artificial intelligence, and so much has
- 0:34Speaker 2: changed even since last year. That's how quick the technology
- 0:37Speaker 2: is moving where we are right now. You know, we're
- 0:40Speaker 2: seeing postal Instagram, the first billion dollar company that's that's
- 0:44Speaker 2: been established with just one employee. We're seeing the stock
- 0:48Speaker 2: market go crazy because of chips and artificial intelligence. We're
- 0:52Speaker 2: seeing movies being shot on iPhones. The world is rapidly changing.
- 0:57Speaker 2: College education. You know, we have Bill Gate saying that,
- 1:01Speaker 2: you know, the medicine and education will be completely transformed
- 1:05Speaker 2: because of artificial intelligence. So this is something that we've
- 1:08Speaker 2: been preaching for at least three years now. And our
- 1:11Speaker 2: mission is just to make sure that everybody has enough
- 1:15Speaker 2: tools and resources not to get left behind. That's important.
- 1:20Speaker 2: You cannot get left behind, and the only way not
- 1:23Speaker 2: to get left behind is to have the education. So
- 1:27Speaker 2: we've done a variety of different educational episodes when it
- 1:31Speaker 2: comes to artificial intelligence, and this is the most up
- 1:34Speaker 2: to date one that we have done, and it's going
- 1:37Speaker 2: to be probably the most informative.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I think AI is something that has become part of
- 1:42Speaker 1: definitely our daily lifestyle, and the more educated that we
- 1:46Speaker 1: become on it, the more adapted we are to it,
- 1:49Speaker 1: and the better we can execute with it to do
- 1:51Speaker 1: a couple of things, make life more efficient and make
- 1:54Speaker 1: things more cohesive, and that goes from a personal level, right,
- 1:57Speaker 1: or that goes from a business standpoint. And so we've
- 2:00Speaker 1: been doing a lot of the investing part of it, right,
- 2:03Speaker 1: Like we've broken this down plenty times of market Mondays
- 2:05Speaker 1: and throughout euy l and e y l U.
- 2:08Speaker 4: We're getting the education piece.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And now when we next step is we got to
- 2:12Speaker 1: be able to execute and so as it changes, we
- 2:14Speaker 1: got to adapt, we got to learn, we have to
- 2:16Speaker 1: have more tools, and so tonight we are in for
- 2:18Speaker 1: an absolute tree. And I know because we've been speaking
- 2:22Speaker 1: to these for a few weeks now, I'm learning every
- 2:24Speaker 1: time I speak to her. So y'all are in for
- 2:27Speaker 1: it tonight. Make sure y'all got your pads ready. We're
- 2:29Speaker 1: gonna we're gonna go into some things.
- 2:31Speaker 2: All right, all right, so let's let's bring up. Let's
- 2:34Speaker 2: bring Alicia Little aka the Queen of AI.
- 2:38Speaker 5: What's going on, Hey, guys, I'm excited to be here.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Thanks for inviting me every time, every time you hear
- 2:43Speaker 1: something historic happens.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Yeah, no, pre there's gonna be no difference tonight, I'm sure.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Yeah, we're gonna have a great time. I've got you know,
- 2:53Speaker 5: I'm gonna do today workshop style if that's okay with
- 2:56Speaker 5: with you guys. So making sure that we're sharing prompts
- 2:58Speaker 5: and people are actually doing some work, because I think
- 3:01Speaker 5: that that's really important.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Now let's let's let's get to it.
- 3:05Speaker 2: So just to make the audience away, I know the
- 3:07Speaker 2: last the first time that we actually met was that
- 3:10Speaker 2: Carnegie Hall. Robert Smith was there and you did a
- 3:14Speaker 2: solo presentation at Carnegie Hall and it was it was
- 3:18Speaker 2: so impressive that we're like, we have to get hued that.
- 3:23Speaker 3: So we tapped in.
- 3:24Speaker 2: We got you for invest Fest, Yes, and then you
- 3:26Speaker 2: know you've done a variety of different things. You've come on,
- 3:29Speaker 2: We've done an episode with you. You came to our
- 3:31Speaker 2: Mastermind in DC. I think you was at invest Fest
- 3:34Speaker 2: twice actually, So before we even start telling people how
- 3:38Speaker 2: you got started in AI, how you became the Queen
- 3:41Speaker 2: of AI. Sure, and just give them that background if
- 3:45Speaker 2: they're not familiar with you.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Sure. Sure. I was in digital marketing and text so
- 3:51Speaker 5: I was, you know, creating courses and marketing and creating
- 3:54Speaker 5: courses since really the year two thousands, so it's been
- 3:57Speaker 5: a while. And in twenty seventeen, I would speak looking
- 4:00Speaker 5: at an event and the speaker in front of me
- 4:01Speaker 5: was fifteen years old at the time, and he was
- 4:03Speaker 5: talking about IBM Watson and how IBM Watson, which is
- 4:08Speaker 5: an AI tool by IBM, beat the nation's best Jeopardy
- 4:11Speaker 5: champions and a game of jeopardy. And I saw this
- 4:13Speaker 5: computer like competing with these two guys and it won Jeopardy,
- 4:18Speaker 5: and it kept getting smarter and smarter as the game
- 4:20Speaker 5: went on, and I was like, what in the world
- 4:22Speaker 5: is this AI? So I started getting interested back then,
- 4:25Speaker 5: and then I used tools like Jasper and Writer. You
- 4:27Speaker 5: guys remember the early days, like the tools with AI
- 4:30Speaker 5: in it. But when Chatchipt came out. I got on
- 4:33Speaker 5: Chatchipt on the second day that it came out, and
- 4:37Speaker 5: I knew, especially because it was free and the popularity
- 4:40Speaker 5: was growing so fast, that this was going to become
- 4:42Speaker 5: a game changer for not just me and digital marketing,
- 4:45Speaker 5: but for you know, every business, every entrepreneur. So I
- 4:48Speaker 5: locked myself up for two weeks, like, canceled everything and
- 4:51Speaker 5: sometimes this is what we have to do. But I
- 4:53Speaker 5: canceled everything on my calendar and just sat down with Chatchipt.
- 4:57Speaker 5: I was disappointed the first two days. I was like,
- 4:59Speaker 5: this is very generic writing. You know, the content that
- 5:02Speaker 5: was coming out wasn't great. So I really honed in
- 5:05Speaker 5: on training it, turning it into my ghost Stride into
- 5:08Speaker 5: my strategic business advisor. And then things you know changed,
- 5:12Speaker 5: And after those two weeks, I came out and I said,
- 5:15Speaker 5: is we're going to make a pivot. We're not a
- 5:17Speaker 5: digital marketing agency anymore. We're going all in on AI,
- 5:20Speaker 5: like it's going to be AI training and solutions for
- 5:24Speaker 5: entrepreneurs and businesses. And that pivot shifted everything for me.
- 5:29Speaker 5: And then in January of twenty twenty three, I spoke
- 5:31Speaker 5: at an event. It was called the Board of Experts.
- 5:34Speaker 5: And when I spoke of that event, there was a
- 5:35Speaker 5: lady in the audience. Her name was Deborah, and I
- 5:37Speaker 5: was showing AI agents. Back then, there was a tool
- 5:40Speaker 5: called Mouvio. It's now called Hagen, and they had AI
- 5:44Speaker 5: agents in twenty twenty three. So I was showing that
- 5:46Speaker 5: and she nicknamed me the Queen of AI and it stuck,
- 5:49Speaker 5: and she followed me around on social media and every
- 5:51Speaker 5: time I make a post, she would post this emoji
- 5:54Speaker 5: of Rihanna putting on her crown and she's like, then
- 5:57Speaker 5: you are the Queen of CHATCHYBT or the Queen of AI.
- 6:00Speaker 5: And the nickname just stuck. And it's a fun one.
- 6:02Speaker 5: So I love having it.
- 6:04Speaker 1: You know how great you are? There are people in
- 6:06Speaker 1: the chat asking now if this is the real you.
- 6:10Speaker 5: That's because let me tell you something. If you go
- 6:13Speaker 5: to my Instagram, my AI avatar, listen, my twin is
- 6:18Speaker 5: so good. She is doing so much content for me
- 6:20Speaker 5: right now. I went from about twelve thousand followers on
- 6:24Speaker 5: Instagram and today I met one hundred and fifty thousand followers.
- 6:29Speaker 5: And you know, it's definitely about putting out the content
- 6:31Speaker 5: and putting out good content. But she works really hard
- 6:34Speaker 5: putting out good content. So I use my AI avatar
- 6:39Speaker 5: in a tool called higgs Field. So higgs Field has
- 6:42Speaker 5: something and it calls seed dance, which it's really fast
- 6:45Speaker 5: for me to create things with my avatar. And then
- 6:47Speaker 5: I also use it in Hagen. But she does tutorials,
- 6:50Speaker 5: she's fighting monsters for me, all sorts of really great.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Now, yeah, I saw the Superwoman thing. It takes you
- 6:56Speaker 1: know what's interesting. As we were talking about AI and
- 6:58Speaker 1: how and we'll get into all the two. So if
- 7:00Speaker 1: you're listening, you're trying to figure out what higgs Fiel
- 7:02Speaker 1: is and agent.
- 7:03Speaker 4: I was thinking about Toy Story. This is ironic.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I was watching yesterday and I'm thinking about how long
- 7:08Speaker 1: it took them to make a Toy Story four, and
- 7:10Speaker 1: in a year and a half here comes Toy Story five.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Because of how fast AI is moving and how things
- 7:15Speaker 1: like higgs Field are changing the movie landscape.
- 7:18Speaker 4: But we'll get into a bunch of stuff.
- 7:19Speaker 5: I'm sure that's a really good point. And you know,
- 7:22Speaker 5: I would say that I am not creative when it
- 7:24Speaker 5: comes to and I never thought I would be making
- 7:27Speaker 5: animated videos cartoons. I'd be fighting monsters. But by using
- 7:31Speaker 5: tools together, like hey, Claude, write me a fun script
- 7:34Speaker 5: for me fighting a monster, you know in New York City,
- 7:38Speaker 5: and it gives me the script that I can then
- 7:40Speaker 5: put in Higgs Field. So what was holding me back?
- 7:44Speaker 5: And I would have to either say I need to
- 7:46Speaker 5: find somebody who I can hire to do this, or
- 7:48Speaker 5: I'm just not even going to do it at all
- 7:50Speaker 5: for my business. Now I don't have those excuses anymore.
- 7:53Speaker 5: I can say, you know what, I can figure out
- 7:54Speaker 5: how to do it myself, or I can have someone
- 7:56Speaker 5: on my team figure out how to do it, and
- 7:58Speaker 5: we can create fun animated videos to entertain people and
- 8:01Speaker 5: drive traffic to our offers. And that's the biggest difference
- 8:04Speaker 5: is that we as entrepreneurs business owners, we don't have
- 8:08Speaker 5: to wait anymore. We can see there's an AI tool
- 8:11Speaker 5: that can do that for us. Oh I don't have
- 8:13Speaker 5: a you know, a video a person on my team
- 8:16Speaker 5: that can help me make a movie. Well, there's an
- 8:17Speaker 5: AI tool that can help me do that now.
- 8:20Speaker 2: All right, So everybody, get your pens, get your pads,
- 8:23Speaker 2: get your iPads, get your laptops, get everything ready, block out,
- 8:27Speaker 2: share this video with at least three people because this
- 8:30Speaker 2: will be life changing information. And just to start from
- 8:33Speaker 2: a credibility standpoint, Like I said, when we met you,
- 8:36Speaker 2: I think that was like two three years ago and
- 8:39Speaker 2: AI agents. You know Robert Smith who was at Carnegie Hall.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Robert Smith mentioned to us, he asked us if we
- 8:45Speaker 2: had an AI agent that was back then, right, and
- 8:48Speaker 2: we told them no, and he said, great, I'll sell
- 8:52Speaker 2: you one. But he was talking about AI agents back then. Yeah,
- 8:58Speaker 2: and that's where we met you, you okay, at Carnegie Hall.
- 9:01Speaker 2: So before we start, we're both going to be back
- 9:04Speaker 2: at Carnegie Hall again this year, right, you're going.
- 9:06Speaker 5: To get I'm going to be there. It's on June nineteenth.
- 9:10Speaker 5: It's Juneteenth this year, so you know, everybody here needs
- 9:13Speaker 5: to make sure that we see them there. I'm excited,
- 9:15Speaker 5: Thank you so much again and uh and we're gonna
- 9:18Speaker 5: deep dive into some more AI stuff there. So I'm excited.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Black History on Juneteenth.
- 9:23Speaker 2: So get your ticket if you're intos to go to
- 9:25Speaker 2: Carnegie Hall dot com.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Okay, so let's get into this. Let's get into this, right.
- 9:31Speaker 2: But before we start, we got to say congratulations because
- 9:33Speaker 2: I understand that since our last apparents your company has
- 9:36Speaker 2: become one of America's fastest growing women own businesses. So
- 9:41Speaker 2: talk about that growth and how much did artificial intelligence
- 9:45Speaker 2: play into helping your company become one of the fastest
- 9:49Speaker 2: women own businesses in America.
- 9:51Speaker 5: Yes, thank you that we just got awarded that last
- 9:54Speaker 5: month and it was amazing, So I'm very grateful, you know.
- 9:57Speaker 5: I'll say, of course, we still have higher a lot
- 10:00Speaker 5: of humans. So I'm going to talk about AI and
- 10:02Speaker 5: the role that AI has played, but I've also hired
- 10:05Speaker 5: more humans. People don't believe me, but I've hired more
- 10:07Speaker 5: humans as well in this fast growing company because especially
- 10:12Speaker 5: because we're AI training, And I will tell people that
- 10:14Speaker 5: in this AI revolution, people definitely want to connect with people.
- 10:18Speaker 5: So let's not let's let's not lose that, you know, people,
- 10:21Speaker 5: new team members, new partnerships, that sort of stuff. But
- 10:25Speaker 5: I will say that with AI, it's allowed me to
- 10:28Speaker 5: do things so much faster. Here's a really good example.
- 10:30Speaker 5: So I get paid to speak at events, and I
- 10:33Speaker 5: speak at corporate events all the time, and it used
- 10:36Speaker 5: to take me a long time and I've been speaking
- 10:38Speaker 5: for a while so, but it used to take me
- 10:40Speaker 5: a long time to create my PowerPoint presentations. And I
- 10:42Speaker 5: had three people on my team that were hired to
- 10:45Speaker 5: help me create my PowerPoint presentations. It's a long, draw
- 10:48Speaker 5: drawn out process to do it, especially because every presentation
- 10:51Speaker 5: is custom made for that audience. I've never done like
- 10:55Speaker 5: the same presentation for you know, two different audiences. So
- 10:59Speaker 5: but now I'm using a tool called Manus m a
- 11:02Speaker 5: n us dot IM and I built a chief of
- 11:05Speaker 5: staff on Manus that I talk to on my phone
- 11:07Speaker 5: on Telegram and my presentations are done without me opening
- 11:12Speaker 5: up my laptop. I talk to the AI tool. This
- 11:15Speaker 5: is what I wanted my presentation. These are the prompts
- 11:17Speaker 5: that I want you to put in. Here's how I
- 11:18Speaker 5: want to design, go and it designs my presentation. Here's
- 11:22Speaker 5: then I give it the feedback that I want. So
- 11:24Speaker 5: a process that used to take me a long time
- 11:27Speaker 5: to get people to help me to do, and I
- 11:30Speaker 5: would do manually. I don't know if you guys like
- 11:32Speaker 5: doing powerpoints, but I do not. It takes a long time.
- 11:36Speaker 5: But now I'm doing them at this speed of AI,
- 11:39Speaker 5: so I can say yes to more opportunities, which is different,
- 11:43Speaker 5: and then I can also and then I'm also you know,
- 11:45Speaker 5: using other people on my team that are going out
- 11:47Speaker 5: and doing presentations, but I can design the presentations as well.
- 11:50Speaker 5: So it's about like really saying one of the things
- 11:54Speaker 5: that in addition to you know, hiring some new people
- 11:56Speaker 5: and having partnerships, it's the commitment to say, Okay, I
- 12:01Speaker 5: have to do this and I can do it with AI.
- 12:03Speaker 5: Somebody asked me to do something, I traditionally say no,
- 12:05Speaker 5: I don't know how to do that or that would
- 12:06Speaker 5: take too long, and I say, you know what, Yes,
- 12:08Speaker 5: I can do that because I know that I can
- 12:10Speaker 5: do it with AI. So I've said yes to bigger contracts.
- 12:14Speaker 5: I've said yes to bigger presentations and bigger audiences. I've
- 12:18Speaker 5: had the amazing opportunity to speak at you know, huge
- 12:22Speaker 5: fortune five hundred companies and government agencies. It's been a
- 12:26Speaker 5: great journey, but it was the commitment to go all
- 12:28Speaker 5: in on AI and then for every person on my
- 12:31Speaker 5: team to also say yes to AI. Every person didn't
- 12:35Speaker 5: make it. So the people that were on our team
- 12:38Speaker 5: before we went all in on AI, not everybody wanted
- 12:40Speaker 5: to be on this journey with me. So some of
- 12:43Speaker 5: them said I'm out. I'm not going to be using
- 12:45Speaker 5: AI like that but you know the people that said
- 12:49Speaker 5: yes to AI. Now I have one person who's super
- 12:52Speaker 5: productive and can do the work of ten people before AI.
- 12:56Speaker 5: So now the rate at which we can deliver and
- 12:59Speaker 5: grow is amazing.
- 13:01Speaker 1: So convenience and efficiency, and I will second that notion.
- 13:06Speaker 4: I don't like doing powerpoints to.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Usually about four to five hours, and I feel like
- 13:11Speaker 1: it's the letting go of the control and saying I
- 13:15Speaker 1: can use assistance, and I probably need assistance. I started
- 13:18Speaker 1: using Claude to do my presentations rather than going through it.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I prompted it gets it done in like thirty minutes, right,
- 13:24Speaker 1: But I'm fine tuning and telling the things. Man, this
- 13:27Speaker 1: is what she said, yes, and like I've heard that before. Yes, Man,
- 13:30Speaker 1: this is the company that was purchased by Meta, right,
- 13:33Speaker 1: So we talked about that and how they figure out
- 13:36Speaker 1: how to monetize AI in a way that's going to
- 13:39Speaker 1: be efficient for their business. You said people didn't come
- 13:41Speaker 1: with you. I just want to say this before we
- 13:43Speaker 1: go that trust peace, right, Like, how do you deal
- 13:46Speaker 1: with people who are feeling like I don't know if
- 13:48Speaker 1: I can trust manas to go in my laptop. I
- 13:51Speaker 1: don't know if I can trust Claude. How do you
- 13:53Speaker 1: get people to overcome that fear.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Yeah, so I will always say, like, understand the data
- 13:58Speaker 5: privacy and security on every tool that you use, because
- 14:01Speaker 5: some of these tools have it defaulted where the data
- 14:03Speaker 5: privacy is everything that you put into our tool. We
- 14:07Speaker 5: can you know, use that data to train our model.
- 14:10Speaker 5: And so you want to make sure that you're setting
- 14:12Speaker 5: those data privacies to say I don't want to do that.
- 14:15Speaker 5: I will say, make sure you're using a paid plan
- 14:17Speaker 5: if you're worried about that, because when you pay, the
- 14:20Speaker 5: terms and services and conditions are different, and pay attention
- 14:24Speaker 5: to your security. And then of course I'm connecting my
- 14:28Speaker 5: Google you know, like my Gmail and my Google calendar
- 14:32Speaker 5: and things that you know don't hold the keys to
- 14:35Speaker 5: the you know, to everything. So you're just careful with
- 14:38Speaker 5: what kind of information that you're sharing. But you know
- 14:41Speaker 5: what with my Gmail, it's shared on my what Airbnb? Like,
- 14:45Speaker 5: you know what, I'm sharing so much. If we think
- 14:48Speaker 5: about how we're sharing so much information and data to
- 14:51Speaker 5: connect to different things and the different connectors, you're just
- 14:55Speaker 5: going to ask yourself, you know, can I try this?
- 14:59Speaker 5: And then when you see the transformation of what you
- 15:02Speaker 5: could do. You say, why didn't I do this sooner?
- 15:04Speaker 5: But when you look in Manus, when you look in Claude,
- 15:07Speaker 5: when you look in chat ebt, they all have integrations
- 15:10Speaker 5: now or connectors, and you can go into them and say, okay,
- 15:14Speaker 5: I want to connect it, and you pick the tools
- 15:16Speaker 5: that you want to connect it to. So, for example,
- 15:18Speaker 5: my Mannus is connected to my Notion doc, my Google calendar,
- 15:23Speaker 5: my Gmail, my Google Drive. So I pick the ones
- 15:27Speaker 5: that I wanted to connect to in order to serve me.
- 15:30Speaker 2: You know, all right, Lett, So let's start the workshop portion.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Let's get into this. But the first thing I want
- 15:37Speaker 2: to do is to ask you, how are you making
- 15:39Speaker 2: money right now with artificial intelligence?
- 15:41Speaker 5: Very good question, very good question. So I'll say, you know,
- 15:44Speaker 5: I do get paid to speak and train on AI.
- 15:46Speaker 5: And there's a huge opportunity for people right now. If
- 15:48Speaker 5: you're an AI enthusiast and you really love artificial intelligence,
- 15:52Speaker 5: think about teaching and training other people or companies to
- 15:56Speaker 5: do it. I'm creating content and courses at the speed
- 15:59Speaker 5: of AI. So now if you ever have like, hey,
- 16:04Speaker 5: I really want to create a course on this, you
- 16:06Speaker 5: can do that because that's what I'm doing. So I'm
- 16:07Speaker 5: creating a lot of courses and programs for people. So
- 16:11Speaker 5: I've always been a content creator in the sense that
- 16:15Speaker 5: I make courses and sell them that deliver value to
- 16:18Speaker 5: the marketplace and teach people something. But now I'm able
- 16:21Speaker 5: to deliver and create it at an enormous speed. And
- 16:24Speaker 5: those are really the main things that I'm doing, so
- 16:26Speaker 5: delivering to businesses, teaching and training with businesses, and creating
- 16:30Speaker 5: solutions and contents and building agents for them, and then
- 16:34Speaker 5: also creating courses and selling.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Those multiple streams.
- 16:39Speaker 5: Definitely, definitely.
- 16:40Speaker 2: So how can you create a SOP, yeah, for your
- 16:44Speaker 2: business using using artificial intelligence and whenever you're ready to
- 16:47Speaker 2: go into slots and anything like that.
- 16:49Speaker 5: Yep, I'm going to go right now. So let's talk
- 16:52Speaker 5: about an SOP. And I'm going to put all my
- 16:55Speaker 5: prompts on this Google doc for you. So for everybody
- 16:58Speaker 5: that's watching as working together, as I develop a prompt,
- 17:02Speaker 5: I will put put it on there for you Azeca,
- 17:05Speaker 5: So it's elisialittle dot com forward slash e y L
- 17:08Speaker 5: and it will open up this Google doc and you
- 17:11Speaker 5: and will create things together everybody like that.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yes, this is in real time, like go to that
- 17:17Speaker 1: we're all going to share these notes together.
- 17:19Speaker 5: That's right in real time. So an SOP is a
- 17:23Speaker 5: standard operating procedure. And as you're building your company and
- 17:26Speaker 5: your team and even things for yourself, you're going to
- 17:29Speaker 5: want SOPs. So it's a it's basically an amazing to
- 17:32Speaker 5: do list. How do you do things and get everything done?
- 17:35Speaker 5: Everybody good with that understand that. So a lot of
- 17:38Speaker 5: people will get stuck saying, oh, I need an SOP
- 17:41Speaker 5: on something for someone on my team or a person
- 17:44Speaker 5: that I'm going to hire, or for myself. And here's
- 17:46Speaker 5: the key to do this. Whatever your favorite tool is, chat,
- 17:49Speaker 5: e ebt or Claude, you can upload the procedure of
- 17:53Speaker 5: how you do it now and tell it to turn
- 17:55Speaker 5: it into an SOP, into a standard operating procedure. Or
- 17:59Speaker 5: here's the example that I love sharing with people. If
- 18:02Speaker 5: you don't know how to do something, you can have
- 18:04Speaker 5: the AI tool create the SOP for you from scratch.
- 18:08Speaker 5: So somebody tell me in the chat which tool do
- 18:10Speaker 5: you want me to use? Chat GYP to your Claude,
- 18:12Speaker 5: because we're gonna pick one of them. But you can
- 18:14Speaker 5: use this in chattypt Claude, Gemini mannas all of these
- 18:19Speaker 5: tools can do this for you, and maybe I'll do
- 18:22Speaker 5: it in both of the tools to show you. So
- 18:25Speaker 5: it's let's do it in Claude.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Then let's start a clot now here, go chat GBT.
- 18:34Speaker 5: Chat GBT, I'll pull them both up. We'll do we'll
- 18:36Speaker 5: do them in both. So when you're in Claude, let's
- 18:41Speaker 5: say you want this is something that I actually wanted
- 18:43Speaker 5: to do. I was like, oh, I need to set
- 18:44Speaker 5: up some Google Ads for my business, but I don't
- 18:46Speaker 5: know how to do it. So the first time I
- 18:49Speaker 5: did an sop with a tool, I said, create an
- 18:52Speaker 5: sop for me to set up Google Ads, and it
- 18:54Speaker 5: did okay, it gave me instructions, but it wasn't as
- 18:57Speaker 5: good as if you tell it like, I don't know
- 18:59Speaker 5: how to set up anything. I don't know anything about
- 19:03Speaker 5: Google Ads. Create an s op for me. So we'll
- 19:05Speaker 5: do this together. And if you want an so op
- 19:07Speaker 5: for something in your business, type it in or you
- 19:10Speaker 5: can do this example with me. Okay, so you can
- 19:13Speaker 5: do this example with me. So I am just here
- 19:16Speaker 5: on Claude and I'm going to say I need an
- 19:21Speaker 5: s op for creating Google Ads, and let's do it
- 19:28Speaker 5: for invest Fest, for invest Fest, and I'm going to
- 19:31Speaker 5: give it the invest Fest website.
- 19:33Speaker 3: So let's get your ticket, get your tickets to invest.
- 19:36Speaker 5: Best, by the way, everybody, and we will be.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Giving away tickets today too for invest.
- 19:43Speaker 5: I love it. I love it Google ads, and then
- 19:46Speaker 5: I'm just gonna say, let's do it. I will be
- 19:48Speaker 5: creating the ads. Who's who's already coming to invest Best?
- 19:52Speaker 5: Tell me in the chat if you're if you've already
- 19:54Speaker 5: got your ticket to invest Best, just say me and
- 19:57Speaker 5: the chat just already got yours, okay, see glory gott.
- 20:00Speaker 5: If you don't have it, make sure you get it
- 20:02Speaker 5: today before we're gone today. Make sure you get it
- 20:04Speaker 5: and tell everybody you know get your tickets early. So
- 20:07Speaker 5: I need an sop for creating Google ads. I'll be
- 20:09Speaker 5: creating ads for Investfest dot com. Now here's the key.
- 20:11Speaker 5: I have no idea how to create a Google ad,
- 20:18Speaker 5: and I say, I'm confused and scared do it? So
- 20:24Speaker 5: why am I? And I'm gonna pressco. So when you
- 20:27Speaker 5: add that, and this is just a tip for you
- 20:29Speaker 5: when you're working with AI, when you're like, oh my gosh,
- 20:31Speaker 5: I have no idea how to do it. We call
- 20:33Speaker 5: this the damsel in distress. It will give you such
- 20:36Speaker 5: a better result than if you just say, create an
- 20:38Speaker 5: sop for me for Google Ads. Because the AI wants
- 20:42Speaker 5: to take care of you. It's gonna be like, no problem,
- 20:45Speaker 5: I'll take care of you. So I'll put this. I'm
- 20:47Speaker 5: going to put this on the Google doc for you all.
- 20:51Speaker 5: So I'm gonna go ahead and put that on if
- 20:53Speaker 5: you want to copy and paste that instead of you know,
- 20:56Speaker 5: putting in your own sop that you need. But I'd
- 20:58Speaker 5: love to hear in the chat from you guys what
- 21:00Speaker 5: you're going to create. So look at look at chatgybt.
- 21:04Speaker 5: Hey Alicia, First, don't be scared.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Empathetic.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Google Ads feels intimidating because it has a lot of
- 21:14Speaker 5: buttons and settings and jargons. The good news is you're
- 21:17Speaker 5: not building a rocket ship. So it says for invest fesh,
- 21:20Speaker 5: you're actually in a great position. Now I wouldn't actually
- 21:23Speaker 5: create the ads myself for invest Fest without invest Fest permission.
- 21:27Speaker 5: We're just using this as an example, right, because that's
- 21:29Speaker 5: a brand and trademarks, but just using this as your
- 21:33Speaker 5: example in case, let's say they hired me to create
- 21:35Speaker 5: it for them and I'm like, I don't know how
- 21:36Speaker 5: to do it. So now it's gonna tell me all
- 21:39Speaker 5: of the steps to go and to do it, all
- 21:42Speaker 5: the information I need to gather my steps, how to
- 21:45Speaker 5: log into Google Ads. Phase three to kick a create
- 21:49Speaker 5: a campaign like, it's going to walk me through everything.
- 21:52Speaker 5: Step eight, What buttons to push? Even the locations. Here's
- 21:56Speaker 5: where attendees are likely to come from for invest Fest,
- 21:59Speaker 5: and it's going to give me, does this look pretty accurate? Guys? Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Miami,
- 22:03Speaker 5: New York, Los Angeles, pretty solid? Pretty solid? Then it's
- 22:07Speaker 5: going to give me an example budget and if my
- 22:09Speaker 5: budget allows smart start small, then it's going to give
- 22:13Speaker 5: me my keywords. Here's my exact match keywords right, and
- 22:17Speaker 5: my phrase match And again for a brand, usually you
- 22:21Speaker 5: cannot use their keywords to advertise their own event. So
- 22:24Speaker 5: that this is my hypothetical if they're hiring me to
- 22:26Speaker 5: do this, and then here's the phrase mac match quotings,
- 22:29Speaker 5: the branded keywords, and then create your ad copy like
- 22:34Speaker 5: walking me through everything. It's even giving me all of
- 22:37Speaker 5: the headlines are already done. Everything's done, the description, the
- 22:41Speaker 5: landing page, the conversion tracking to everything's done. Chatch ept
- 22:45Speaker 5: did a great job, and then it's it's just telling
- 22:50Speaker 5: me the biggest mistake is waiting till you feel one
- 22:52Speaker 5: hundred percent ready. Just follow the sop and do it.
- 22:54Speaker 5: So now let's see how Claude did. So, look, Claude
- 22:58Speaker 5: is still working. It's checking out invest Fest deeper so
- 23:03Speaker 5: it can really create the targeting and keywords to do it.
- 23:06Speaker 5: And so it's right pulling in the information about.
- 23:10Speaker 2: It doesn't look good for Claude. It's not a good
- 23:13Speaker 2: representation of Claude. And chat GBT did it in two
- 23:16Speaker 2: seconds and Claude is taking two minutes.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Claude, she might have expired her tokens.
- 23:23Speaker 5: Claude is taking longer. But also here's an important thing
- 23:26Speaker 5: to note. I am using Opus four point eight high,
- 23:29Speaker 5: which is going to take a lot longer to do
- 23:32Speaker 5: with high effort than if I turned it on low
- 23:35Speaker 5: or medium. And I also have it on high thinking.
- 23:38Speaker 5: So just for all of you out there that are
- 23:42Speaker 5: using Claude, you can pay attention to how you're using
- 23:46Speaker 5: it as well, and that will show you the reason
- 23:48Speaker 5: that I use it on Opus four point eight, it's
- 23:50Speaker 5: because it gives me amazing results that I love for check.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I think that that's an important distinction, right, because if
- 23:57Speaker 1: you want a more detailed answer, then you're going to
- 23:59Speaker 1: move it up to a higher level.
- 24:01Speaker 5: Correct.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Certain things you don't need such in great detail, right,
- 24:05Speaker 1: Like some things you just want a quick answer for
- 24:07Speaker 1: so you can kind of figure it out. Like I've
- 24:09Speaker 1: done this with trying to build a furniture, right.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Provide the manual. I've lost it. I need a quick answer.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Is that's not really something that's detailed, something like this
- 24:19Speaker 1: where you want specifics, you want to overline, themed laid
- 24:24Speaker 1: out for you, Then it's gonna it does take time,
- 24:25Speaker 1: but that's because it's a deeper thought.
- 24:27Speaker 5: Yeah, one hundred percent correct, So pay attention to that.
- 24:31Speaker 5: Everybody like the deeper that you want it to be.
- 24:36Speaker 5: You make those choices. So if I was to say
- 24:39Speaker 5: on chatchy bet that I wanted a deeper thought, I
- 24:43Speaker 5: would come back over here to chattybt and look at
- 24:45Speaker 5: the box at the bottom. So there's two things. I'm
- 24:49Speaker 5: on chatgybt instant, which is for a faster answer, but
- 24:53Speaker 5: I could have gone to thinking and it would have
- 24:56Speaker 5: taken a little bit longer and definitely have given me
- 24:59Speaker 5: a more in depth answer. And then also if you
- 25:01Speaker 5: want the deepest answer from Chatgypt, you're going to click
- 25:05Speaker 5: on deep research. We're going to like, this session is
- 25:08Speaker 5: going to be over at chat Gypt is still going
- 25:10Speaker 5: to be doing the work if I would have clicked
- 25:12Speaker 5: on deep research. So as you're testing the tools and
- 25:15Speaker 5: really getting to know them, make sure that you're paying
- 25:19Speaker 5: attention to that and testing it out because that's the
- 25:21Speaker 5: only way that you're going to learn how you get
- 25:22Speaker 5: the results. But yeah, you're right, so pick what you
- 25:26Speaker 5: want based on the output that you want as well. Now,
- 25:29Speaker 5: if we come over to Claud and we look at Claud,
- 25:33Speaker 5: it's not even that much of a fair competition because
- 25:35Speaker 5: I didn't put Chatgypt on like deep thinking mode. But
- 25:39Speaker 5: I already knew Claude was going to give us an
- 25:40Speaker 5: amazing result. And for the Claud users out there, I
- 25:43Speaker 5: know that you love how this looks already, So look
- 25:47Speaker 5: at what Claud gave us standard operating procedure. I think
- 25:50Speaker 5: the layout of Claud is always better than Chatgypt, but
- 25:53Speaker 5: that's just something. But now it says here skill level,
- 25:56Speaker 5: total beginner, no prior experience read this for it only
- 26:00Speaker 5: takes ten seconds. You're not behind you're not bad at tickets.
- 26:04Speaker 5: Claud's trying to make me feel good at as well.
- 26:07Speaker 5: It's trying to set me up the thirty second mental model. Okay,
- 26:10Speaker 5: and so it says what you're promoting. It's laying everything
- 26:15Speaker 5: out audience size forty thousand attendees expected. You better be
- 26:19Speaker 5: in the whole rest.
- 26:20Speaker 3: That's what Claw. That's what Claw said.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Claud said, people think when people think that it can't look,
- 26:25Speaker 2: don't don't be mad at us.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Claw said, forty thousand. That's what That's what Claud said.
- 26:31Speaker 5: That's what Claude said, is expected. So tickets giving me
- 26:38Speaker 5: everything about tickets, and the one action we want is
- 26:41Speaker 5: for people to buy a ticket. So Claude gives me
- 26:45Speaker 5: phases like get your stuff ready before you log in,
- 26:48Speaker 5: confirm the exact landing page, decide your daily budget, Chutch,
- 26:51Speaker 5: you BT told us about that as well. You know
- 26:54Speaker 5: it's giving us the ad ingredients headlines as well. Right,
- 26:58Speaker 5: Atlanta's biggest money of build wealth in Atlanta. So you're
- 27:02Speaker 5: seeing all of this here. I love this one. Forty
- 27:04Speaker 5: thousand well builders Unite, don't misinvest, Ust twenty twenty six.
- 27:09Speaker 5: So it's giving us great headlines and then descriptions, and
- 27:13Speaker 5: it just is walking us through the whole process as well.
- 27:17Speaker 5: So phase one is to create the Google Ads account,
- 27:20Speaker 5: and then it shows phase two building the campaign, like
- 27:23Speaker 5: choose your objective, choose your campaign type, again very detailed,
- 27:27Speaker 5: very step by step locations, audience, the keywords, starter keywords.
- 27:32Speaker 5: Paste these into the keyword box right, so you've got
- 27:35Speaker 5: a lot that it's doing right there. And then phase
- 27:38Speaker 5: three the conversion tracking so you know it's working very
- 27:42Speaker 5: in depth results and so this right here is part
- 27:44Speaker 5: of that no excuses with AI. When you want to
- 27:47Speaker 5: do something, ask it to create a standard operating procedure
- 27:51Speaker 5: for you, to give you your instructions in a format that
- 27:55Speaker 5: is so useful for you. So Claude also gave us
- 27:59Speaker 5: a pre launch checklist, which is fabulous mistakes to avoid.
- 28:04Speaker 5: And then remember because I was like, oh my gosh,
- 28:06Speaker 5: I don't know how to do this, it gave me
- 28:08Speaker 5: even a glossary of terms. So if I don't know
- 28:10Speaker 5: what a keyword is, then it's defining all of the
- 28:13Speaker 5: things for me, budget math, and then you know what
- 28:17Speaker 5: to do work one phase at a time. So what
- 28:18Speaker 5: I really love here as we're just showing the this
- 28:23Speaker 5: sop and SOP is an amazing to do list. It's
- 28:26Speaker 5: an amazing like step by step instructions of how to
- 28:28Speaker 5: get something done. So now if you're passing this over
- 28:32Speaker 5: to a human team member, then you can tell this
- 28:34Speaker 5: human team member, all right, this is you know what
- 28:37Speaker 5: I want to do with Google Ads. Here's exactly what
- 28:40Speaker 5: you need to follow to set up the Google Ads
- 28:42Speaker 5: for investmentest But can we take it a step deeper,
- 28:46Speaker 5: Like I just want to talk about something that will
- 28:49Speaker 5: take it to the next level for people.
- 28:51Speaker 4: Yeah, let's do it.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Let's do it right.
- 28:53Speaker 5: So, now that you have these instructions, you're still like, well,
- 28:58Speaker 5: I've got something else to do tonight. You know, I
- 29:01Speaker 5: need to watch my replays and market mondays, so h,
- 29:06Speaker 5: I don't really want to pass this on to another person. Claude,
- 29:09Speaker 5: Let's do another shout out for Claude. Claude has a
- 29:12Speaker 5: new tool out or a newer tool out that's their
- 29:14Speaker 5: claud Chrome extension. So let me tell you how to
- 29:18Speaker 5: find the extension first. And then you're gonna be like,
- 29:21Speaker 5: what in the world are you saying? So let me
- 29:23Speaker 5: show this Claude Chrome extension how to find it first,
- 29:26Speaker 5: Because If I don't, you're going to be like, how
- 29:28Speaker 5: do I find that I need it right now? My
- 29:29Speaker 5: life is not going to be the same. Give it
- 29:31Speaker 5: to me now. So let's go back on the claud
- 29:33Speaker 5: website and look at this down arrow. So if you
- 29:36Speaker 5: can see my screen, look on the left hand side
- 29:38Speaker 5: of my screen, right above my name a that down arrow.
- 29:42Speaker 5: It's going to take you to this page that says
- 29:44Speaker 5: do more with Claude everywhere you work, and you're gonna
- 29:48Speaker 5: see that it says Chrome. So Claude has a Chrome
- 29:51Speaker 5: extension that you're going to install. Being a Chrome extension,
- 29:55Speaker 5: it means that you have to be on Google Grow
- 29:58Speaker 5: in order to make it work. You have to be
- 30:00Speaker 5: on Google Chrome in order to make it work. And
- 30:02Speaker 5: this is the URL for the Chrome extension. I'm going
- 30:04Speaker 5: to put this on your prompt doc misspelled Google there? Okay,
- 30:10Speaker 5: I'm going to put this on your prompt doc right there,
- 30:13Speaker 5: and I'll just type Chrome extension when you add this
- 30:18Speaker 5: Chrome extension. What you can do now that we have
- 30:23Speaker 5: this sop for invest fest is and I'm not going
- 30:26Speaker 5: to log into my Google Ads campaign, but I could
- 30:27Speaker 5: log into my Google Ads campaign, open up my Google
- 30:31Speaker 5: Ads campaign, give the Claud Chrome extension these instructions and
- 30:36Speaker 5: it can set up my whole Google Ads campaign for
- 30:39Speaker 5: me while I'm off doing something else. So let's just
- 30:43Speaker 5: add the chrome extension here inside of Claud, just as
- 30:47Speaker 5: an example. But you can see on my toolbar right here,
- 30:49Speaker 5: I have the Claud Chrome extension. Look at the top
- 30:51Speaker 5: of my screen. I'm just kind of moving the arrow
- 30:54Speaker 5: up and down on it. It's the Claud logo right there,
- 30:58Speaker 5: which boom, open up this window that is like, what
- 31:04Speaker 5: do you want to do? And this is a Claud
- 31:06Speaker 5: Chrome extension box that's opened within like the website. I'm
- 31:12Speaker 5: still on a website. It could be any website. For
- 31:14Speaker 5: this example, I'm just in Claud. I have a Cloud
- 31:17Speaker 5: Chrome extension up. And if I was in my Google
- 31:19Speaker 5: Ads campaign, I could say, and I'll show you this
- 31:22Speaker 5: now it'll try to open up my Google Ads account.
- 31:25Speaker 5: But I can say, I need to set up a
- 31:29Speaker 5: Google Ads campaign, review the document attached and complete for me, right,
- 31:41Speaker 5: So I would download this document that Claud created for me,
- 31:47Speaker 5: and I would I'd have to change the file type
- 31:50Speaker 5: real quick, but I would download it and then you
- 31:53Speaker 5: just click to upload the file here or you can
- 31:56Speaker 5: copy and paste them. I'm shure you on another way
- 31:57Speaker 5: to do it, and then it will actually open up
- 32:00Speaker 5: my Google Ads account and launch the campaign and do
- 32:03Speaker 5: all the work for me because I got other things
- 32:05Speaker 5: to do. So it says it doesn't see any documents
- 32:08Speaker 5: because I didn't upload it, so that the other thing
- 32:11Speaker 5: that I could do. So let me just recap that, right.
- 32:14Speaker 5: Let me just recap that what we just did really quickly,
- 32:18Speaker 5: so and I can ask it to do something else.
- 32:20Speaker 5: Let me ask it to do something else. I don't
- 32:21Speaker 5: want to confuse you too much, okay, So I'm going
- 32:23Speaker 5: to click on the Claud Chrome Extension. So I've gone
- 32:26Speaker 5: and I've downloaded the Claud Chrome Extension. You can also
- 32:29Speaker 5: go to the Chrome Store. So I gave you the
- 32:31Speaker 5: direct link right there to go to the Chrome Store
- 32:34Speaker 5: to download the Chrome Extension. Now that the Chrome Extension
- 32:38Speaker 5: is here, I can ask it to do anything. I
- 32:40Speaker 5: can say, give me a summary of what's on this page,
- 32:47Speaker 5: and then press go, and it can give me a
- 32:49Speaker 5: summary of what's on this page. So it's going to
- 32:52Speaker 5: say Claud is going to read the current page and
- 32:54Speaker 5: summarize the key information found on this page and we're
- 32:57Speaker 5: going to go ahead and approve the plan so well,
- 33:00Speaker 5: you'll start to see it scrolling up and down the page,
- 33:04Speaker 5: but you know it's already telling us right here everything
- 33:08Speaker 5: that was on that page.
- 33:10Speaker 1: So Lisa, can I say one thing really quickly? Because
- 33:13Speaker 1: this has happened to me When I've done the extension,
- 33:16Speaker 1: I'll set a prompt and I'll walk away and I'll
- 33:19Speaker 1: come back and I'm like, what happened to The prompt
- 33:20Speaker 1: is stopped and I didn't realize that it asked me
- 33:23Speaker 1: a question to approve to go forward?
- 33:25Speaker 4: Right? Do you want to continue with slide?
- 33:28Speaker 1: So like, when you give it the prompt, it'll probably
- 33:31Speaker 1: ask you one more thing and you just answer that
- 33:33Speaker 1: and then let.
- 33:34Speaker 5: It go correct. And I do not recommend this, but
- 33:38Speaker 5: I just want to show people that it's here. I
- 33:40Speaker 5: have it on ask before acting, so you can see
- 33:43Speaker 5: that right here. You can have it to act without asking.
- 33:47Speaker 5: I don't recommend this, but you know, sometimes if you
- 33:50Speaker 5: just wanted to do some research for you, you're like, I
- 33:52Speaker 5: don't want to approve everything, so you can just put
- 33:55Speaker 5: ask without acting and it will work without pausing as
- 33:58Speaker 5: you're talking about right now. But I do keep it
- 34:01Speaker 5: on that ask before act before asking. So yes, you
- 34:05Speaker 5: do have to come back and make sure that it's
- 34:07Speaker 5: still doing the work. But the majority of the time
- 34:10Speaker 5: it's also based on the instructions that you give it
- 34:13Speaker 5: and to tell it to complete a workflow. The other
- 34:16Speaker 5: thing I will say is that Claude, the Claud Chrome extension,
- 34:20Speaker 5: has this little button here that's called teach Cloud, and
- 34:23Speaker 5: if you open that up, you can enable your microphone
- 34:27Speaker 5: and train Claud to do this workflow of whatever you
- 34:31Speaker 5: want to do it so that you can then recall
- 34:33Speaker 5: that workflow so that it can do it for you
- 34:35Speaker 5: over and over without you having to type the information
- 34:39Speaker 5: to Claude every single time. I will say, the Chrome
- 34:41Speaker 5: extension does not have memory like the regular Claud has memory.
- 34:45Speaker 5: So you also, if you shut down the window and
- 34:48Speaker 5: come back to do something else, the work you did
- 34:51Speaker 5: is not there. It's not saved, so people are like, wait,
- 34:53Speaker 5: where did it go? The minute you shut it down,
- 34:56Speaker 5: it's gone. So one of the things that I tell
- 34:58Speaker 5: Claud the Chrome extension to because it is connected to
- 35:01Speaker 5: my Gmail, I say, everything that you did right now,
- 35:03Speaker 5: email it to me, just so I can document it
- 35:05Speaker 5: and save it. That way, and you can do it
- 35:08Speaker 5: like that. But it has really cool features, the Chrome Extension,
- 35:11Speaker 5: and it can do just a lot of things for you.
- 35:14Speaker 5: And when you think about the different ways that you're
- 35:17Speaker 5: using claud so here before the Chrome Extension on this
- 35:22Speaker 5: what we did right here is we asked it to
- 35:24Speaker 5: create an sop. It created something for us. It was amazing.
- 35:28Speaker 5: I can use this and I can now go myself
- 35:31Speaker 5: or hand it to somebody else to make the Google
- 35:33Speaker 5: ads for the investm Best campaign. When we start to
- 35:36Speaker 5: think about an AI agent or AI taking action for us,
- 35:39Speaker 5: that's when we open up the Cloud Chrome extension and
- 35:42Speaker 5: we're like, ah, but I don't want to do it
- 35:44Speaker 5: or give it to somebody else to do it. So
- 35:46Speaker 5: can AI do it for me? That's the question that
- 35:48Speaker 5: you ask, And this is a big question that you
- 35:51Speaker 5: start asking yourself in order to get more things done,
- 35:54Speaker 5: become more efficient. You know you guys are using AI agents.
- 35:58Speaker 5: You say, can AI do this for me so that
- 36:01Speaker 5: I can keep moving? So as an example, just in
- 36:04Speaker 5: my business, I'm able to do so much more. I'm
- 36:07Speaker 5: able to just get more done because you know, my
- 36:11Speaker 5: computers at home they're working while I'm doing other stuff.
- 36:15Speaker 5: They're pulling research, doing research for me, writing white papers
- 36:19Speaker 5: like whatever they're doing, my agents are doing while I'm
- 36:21Speaker 5: doing other stuff. So now you know, in my office,
- 36:25Speaker 5: I do have some other computer set up just because
- 36:27Speaker 5: of the way that I like to work. But when
- 36:29Speaker 5: I'm thinking about it, I have an office full of
- 36:31Speaker 5: hard working AI agents getting things done for me that
- 36:35Speaker 5: I want to get done. So, you know, checking my
- 36:39Speaker 5: LinkedIn inbox, responding to messages on LinkedIn, doing research on
- 36:44Speaker 5: what you know, just the different things that I need
- 36:46Speaker 5: done in my business are happening because I've got the
- 36:50Speaker 5: extension working or other just different forms of AI agents.
- 36:53Speaker 5: But I just wanted to tell this to people because
- 36:55Speaker 5: when you really start to learn this and play around
- 36:59Speaker 5: with this, You're just going to say, where has this
- 37:01Speaker 5: been all my life? The things that I'm getting done
- 37:04Speaker 5: right now, the applications I'm filling out, the forms that
- 37:07Speaker 5: I'm filling out, you know, just the different things that
- 37:09Speaker 5: I'm getting done will take on. We'll take on a
- 37:12Speaker 5: new life. And the thing that I like, somebody's asking about,
- 37:15Speaker 5: like prompts for agents, and I can do an example
- 37:18Speaker 5: of setting up in a simple AI agent maybe just
- 37:22Speaker 5: one of the most basic AI agents. But what I
- 37:24Speaker 5: will say is that you see how in the claud
- 37:28Speaker 5: chromebox it says like, what can I help you with today?
- 37:31Speaker 5: If you don't know, just tell it like, hey, I
- 37:35Speaker 5: want you to set up my Google Ads campaign for me.
- 37:37Speaker 5: I've got the sop can you do it? And the
- 37:40Speaker 5: cloud Chrome extension will say I can do it. You
- 37:42Speaker 5: need to have your Google ad Words account open, so
- 37:45Speaker 5: you'd have to open up a new tab, you know,
- 37:47Speaker 5: open up a new tab and open that up, and
- 37:49Speaker 5: then I can go to that website and take action
- 37:51Speaker 5: for you. People who build tools, you know, I'm always
- 37:54Speaker 5: telling them, go in your account where you build a tool,
- 37:56Speaker 5: and have the Cloud Chrome extension act as your usability
- 37:59Speaker 5: to and test the tool before you put it out
- 38:02Speaker 5: to the public. So this is the ultimate leverage is
- 38:08Speaker 5: using AI in this way.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Licha I got I got a couple questions here because
- 38:13Speaker 1: now I'm thinking delegation. Right, we talked about Manus and
- 38:17Speaker 1: now we're talking about Claude. When you're looking at your agents,
- 38:21Speaker 1: who's doing what? Because you said something very like I
- 38:26Speaker 1: had to take like a second to really think about it.
- 38:29Speaker 1: You said that you haven't personally answered an email and
- 38:32Speaker 1: I don't want to get the days wrong.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Is it ninety days? How many days is it?
- 38:36Speaker 5: I think I'm on day number ninety seven right now.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You haven't personally answered the email in ninety seven days,
- 38:42Speaker 1: which is incredible and insane to think about.
- 38:45Speaker 4: Who are you?
- 38:45Speaker 1: How are you delegating? Does Manus do that? Does Claude
- 38:48Speaker 1: do that? How are you deciding?
- 38:50Speaker 5: So I do this in Manus, and in Manus I
- 38:54Speaker 5: will show you really quickly if you go to Manus
- 38:58Speaker 5: dot im and on your left hand side on Manus
- 39:03Speaker 5: there's something called agent right here, and when you click
- 39:06Speaker 5: on this button that's called agent. What Manus does it
- 39:10Speaker 5: was just a second button right here, new task and
- 39:12Speaker 5: then agent is Well, first you have to have your
- 39:15Speaker 5: connector setup, so in Manus it will tell you if
- 39:18Speaker 5: you don't have connectors setup. So what connectors are? And
- 39:22Speaker 5: I mentioned this in the beginning, is like connecting your
- 39:25Speaker 5: Google calendar with your Gmail, with your notion, with your
- 39:27Speaker 5: Google doc And so I connected all of that and
- 39:32Speaker 5: then I told it, Listen, you are going to be
- 39:34Speaker 5: my AI chief of staff. Your name is Maximus, and
- 39:37Speaker 5: every day you are going to tell me what's on
- 39:40Speaker 5: my calendar, my biggest opportunities for the day based on
- 39:43Speaker 5: my calendar. You know, it even gives me ideas, so
- 39:47Speaker 5: it will look what I did yesterday in notion and
- 39:50Speaker 5: in my Google Drive, the things that I've connected it
- 39:53Speaker 5: to as well as my calendar, and say, do you
- 39:55Speaker 5: know that you created a notion doc about this, this,
- 39:58Speaker 5: and this. You could turn that into a new course.
- 40:00Speaker 5: So it gives me ideas and stuff like that. But
- 40:02Speaker 5: the email part of it is I was really bad
- 40:05Speaker 5: on email. And my sister is my business partner and
- 40:08Speaker 5: it's one of her biggest gripes for as long as
- 40:11Speaker 5: we've been working together now twenty three years, is that
- 40:14Speaker 5: I'm super bad on email. So when we think about AI,
- 40:19Speaker 5: we think about how can we get AI to help
- 40:22Speaker 5: us solve our biggest problems that are holding our business back.
- 40:25Speaker 5: I think about the problems that we can solve with it.
- 40:28Speaker 5: So I said, all right, let me solve this email
- 40:30Speaker 5: problem so my sister will stop complaining about it. So
- 40:34Speaker 5: I told Manus, I was like, I need you to
- 40:37Speaker 5: keep me on top of my email, make sure that
- 40:39Speaker 5: I don't miss an opportunity respond to the email. And
- 40:43Speaker 5: this was back in February, and so it sets it
- 40:46Speaker 5: up on telegram, so I'm communicating with it on telegram.
- 40:49Speaker 5: And then I challenged myself. I said, for the next year,
- 40:52Speaker 5: three hundred and sixty five days, I Am not going
- 40:54Speaker 5: to log into my email and respond to anything by typing.
- 40:59Speaker 5: So I talked to my AI agent, who writes my
- 41:01Speaker 5: emails by me just telling it. So it's it'll say, oh,
- 41:05Speaker 5: you've got an email in from EYL. They want to
- 41:08Speaker 5: make sure that you're on you know, we have a
- 41:11Speaker 5: speaker meeting coming up, so we have two speaker meetings
- 41:13Speaker 5: coming up. It's like, told me about the speaker meetings
- 41:15Speaker 5: coming up. It told me that both of those days
- 41:17Speaker 5: I am booked on the speaker meeting. And then my
- 41:19Speaker 5: AI agent said, would you like me to send an
- 41:22Speaker 5: email back to invest Fest and let them know that
- 41:25Speaker 5: you can't make the speaker meeting? Can you send someone
- 41:27Speaker 5: on your team? And you look at it and I'm like, yes,
- 41:31Speaker 5: that is exactly what I want you to do, and
- 41:34Speaker 5: it makes the decision or you know, I actually have
- 41:37Speaker 5: to give it the framework of how I want it
- 41:39Speaker 5: to act. But I'm like, you either respond as Maximus
- 41:42Speaker 5: you or you respond as me Alicia. So my emails
- 41:46Speaker 5: guys have been so much better written. There's no typos,
- 41:51Speaker 5: the information is better. I'm getting back to people faster,
- 41:55Speaker 5: and it's it's helped me on a different level. So
- 41:59Speaker 5: one of the things that my AI chief of staff
- 42:02Speaker 5: even told me is, Alicia, you don't have inbox interruptions
- 42:06Speaker 5: anymore in your day and in your workflow. And it
- 42:10Speaker 5: estimates that it saved me about four hundred and twenty
- 42:13Speaker 5: five inbox interruptions so far. Meaning I would stop my
- 42:17Speaker 5: day's work and go check my email to see if
- 42:19Speaker 5: I'm missing an email from Lorette or Denise or Neo
- 42:23Speaker 5: or Maria like I, and then I would start to
- 42:25Speaker 5: draft those replies. I don't log in anymore. And so
- 42:28Speaker 5: now my AI agent checks my email every hour on
- 42:31Speaker 5: the hour, from seven am to ten pm, alerts me
- 42:35Speaker 5: what's going on, and responds accordingly. And when I did
- 42:38Speaker 5: train it, I also gave it the email address of
- 42:41Speaker 5: key players on my team. This is Carlo, this is email,
- 42:44Speaker 5: This is Denise, this is her email, This is Adulsa,
- 42:47Speaker 5: this is her email. So now when I say, yeah,
- 42:49Speaker 5: copy of Delsa on that email, it didn't even ask me.
- 42:52Speaker 5: It knows who Adulsa is copies on email. So I
- 42:54Speaker 5: say all this to say that it's for me. It's
- 42:58Speaker 5: about being better. How can AI make me better? More efficient,
- 43:02Speaker 5: more productive? You know, it went back and it said
- 43:05Speaker 5: it told me that I missed an opportunity one hundred
- 43:08Speaker 5: thousand dollars. I was being awarded. I had to show up.
- 43:11Speaker 5: I missed the email. It was like, they emailed you
- 43:14Speaker 5: three times. This was back. You know a while ago
- 43:17Speaker 5: they emailed you three times about the opportunity you missed it.
- 43:20Speaker 5: You were up for an award for one hundred thousand dollars,
- 43:22Speaker 5: and I was like, oh my gosh, I can never
- 43:25Speaker 5: let this happen again. So now it's helped me to
- 43:28Speaker 5: make sure that I'm not missing opportunities. I'm on top
- 43:31Speaker 5: of the things that I need to be on top of.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Of course, it's not perfect, it's AI, but I will
- 43:36Speaker 5: tell you people enjoy emailing Maximus and they will email
- 43:42Speaker 5: my AI agent directly, talk to Maximus directly, who then
- 43:46Speaker 5: talks to me and helps me handle different things, adds
- 43:48Speaker 5: things to my calendar, creates PowerPoint presentations for me. After
- 43:52Speaker 5: he's done creating, I say, he after he's done creating
- 43:55Speaker 5: the PowerPoint, he adds it to my calendar super efficiency.
- 43:59Speaker 5: And this is what I'm I'm using when I say
- 44:03Speaker 5: that I'm not answering emails. I'm answering emails, but I'm
- 44:06Speaker 5: not physically answering them myself. Talking to my AI agent.
- 44:10Speaker 5: He's handling everything for me. The follow up is also
- 44:14Speaker 5: we always say like the fortune is in the follow up,
- 44:16Speaker 5: but the follow up is also so key. So I
- 44:18Speaker 5: can say, listen, if Troy doesn't email me back in
- 44:22Speaker 5: three hours, send him a reminder that he doesn't email
- 44:25Speaker 5: me back, and it'll actually, it'll actually put it on
- 44:28Speaker 5: its radar and say, Troy never emailed you back. I'll
- 44:30Speaker 5: send him that email saying what's happening. And then it's like,
- 44:34Speaker 5: do you want me to wait eight hours and see
- 44:35Speaker 5: if he emails you back? And I'm like, yes, if
- 44:37Speaker 5: he doesn't email back in eight hours, say what's up, Troy.
- 44:40Speaker 5: And so the AI agent can do all of that
- 44:44Speaker 5: tracking everything. When I meet somebody in an event, I
- 44:46Speaker 5: take a picture of their business card and my AI
- 44:49Speaker 5: agent says, hey, you're an invest fest right now? Is
- 44:53Speaker 5: just someone you met? What should I do with this information?
- 44:55Speaker 5: And so now we're able to, you know, really move
- 44:59Speaker 5: it such a high speed and execute at a high
- 45:03Speaker 5: speed as well, and I love it. It's one of
- 45:05Speaker 5: my favorite things that I'm doing with AI.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Talk about for people that want to, you know, have
- 45:10Speaker 2: a faceless brand. Sure, that's something that you know when
- 45:14Speaker 2: it comes to content and different things of that nature.
- 45:17Speaker 2: A lot of people are camera shy, don't really feel
- 45:21Speaker 2: they're great public speakers, don't really feel like they have
- 45:24Speaker 2: the stage presence, or don't even want that right, Yeah, sure,
- 45:28Speaker 2: How can artificial intelligence be used to help those people?
- 45:32Speaker 5: Yeah, So there's there's a lot of tools out right
- 45:37Speaker 5: now that can help you to show up when you
- 45:39Speaker 5: don't want to show up. So there's two different ways
- 45:42Speaker 5: to think about this. One you could create a mascot
- 45:44Speaker 5: for your business and it's I love chattypt images for
- 45:47Speaker 5: doing something like this. So you can open up chatchypt
- 45:51Speaker 5: and then I can say something like and I'll tell
- 45:54Speaker 5: you go to chattypt dot com, forward slash images easy
- 45:58Speaker 5: to create an image here and you can tell Chatgypt
- 46:01Speaker 5: here and images. I need a mascot for my business
- 46:08Speaker 5: based on what you know about me, which is one
- 46:11Speaker 5: of my favorite things to put into a prompt. And
- 46:13Speaker 5: I'll talk about that in minute. But based on what
- 46:15Speaker 5: you know about me, create a robot mascot and I
- 46:22Speaker 5: need it as a character sheet. Right So, while it's
- 46:29Speaker 5: creating this robot mascot for us, let me let me
- 46:32Speaker 5: go a little bit deeper into this prompt right here,
- 46:35Speaker 5: based on what you know about me. If you don't mind,
- 46:37Speaker 5: I'm just gonna go down a quick rabbit hole while
- 46:39Speaker 5: it's creating the image. So what the question I'm answering
- 46:43Speaker 5: right now is about how do we create faceless content?
- 46:46Speaker 5: So if you still want that faceless content to be
- 46:49Speaker 5: connected back to you, AI know so much about you,
- 46:52Speaker 5: those of you who are using it daily, Like how
- 46:54Speaker 5: many of you are always using AI? If you're using
- 46:58Speaker 5: AI all the time? Put me in the chat if
- 47:01Speaker 5: you're using it like every day all the time. Because
- 47:03Speaker 5: it knows so much about you, whether you're using claud
- 47:07Speaker 5: or CHATCHYBT, you can put in a prompt that's based
- 47:10Speaker 5: on what you know about me, and I'll give you
- 47:11Speaker 5: a good one after we're done with this process, maybe
- 47:14Speaker 5: to help you come up with some ideas on how
- 47:16Speaker 5: to make money. But I want to create a robot
- 47:19Speaker 5: and we'll see what happens. But this robot mascot that's
- 47:22Speaker 5: more based on what you know about me, and then
- 47:25Speaker 5: I can put it into an AI video tool to
- 47:28Speaker 5: create different content. All right, So it created a cute
- 47:33Speaker 5: robot because I do a lot of you know, animations,
- 47:36Speaker 5: and I like cute. So this is my cute robot Franny.
- 47:40Speaker 5: And so you know, it's just giving me the whole
- 47:44Speaker 5: character sheet, the symbols, the meanings, the dialogue, everything about
- 47:49Speaker 5: this robot. So if I did not want to show
- 47:51Speaker 5: up on camera, I could create content with Franny. I
- 47:56Speaker 5: can also if I don't want to show up on camera,
- 47:59Speaker 5: go to Chatchy and have chat Gypt do the same
- 48:02Speaker 5: thing for me, Alicia create a character sheet for me
- 48:07Speaker 5: and dressed anyway I want to be dressed, right, ladies,
- 48:11Speaker 5: So like, you know, look at my fabulous best self
- 48:14Speaker 5: and then put that into chat gybt to have it
- 48:18Speaker 5: create a character sheet about me. And then I could
- 48:20Speaker 5: take this to any tool and I can log into them,
- 48:22Speaker 5: but like Hagen or higgs Field and I'll show you
- 48:25Speaker 5: how to do that and create my AI avatar who
- 48:29Speaker 5: can do different things for me. So a lot of
- 48:32Speaker 5: people will say, well, I don't mind, you know, you know,
- 48:36Speaker 5: showing up, but I just don't want to get on camera.
- 48:38Speaker 5: I don't want to do videos. I don't want to
- 48:41Speaker 5: do content. But your AI avatar can do so much
- 48:43Speaker 5: of that for you. Let me show you just two
- 48:45Speaker 5: really quick examples if you guys want to see it.
- 48:47Speaker 5: Do you guys want to see some examples?
- 48:50Speaker 4: Absolutely?
- 48:51Speaker 5: Okay, perfect.
- 48:53Speaker 1: We got to give chat GBT a lot of credit
- 48:55Speaker 1: on the images. I know Nano Banana too was far
- 48:58Speaker 1: ahead and Rease. Yeah, they've caught up pretty nicely.
- 49:03Speaker 5: Yeah, they really did. They've caught up well. And it's
- 49:07Speaker 5: easy for a lot of people to use since they're
- 49:09Speaker 5: already using you know, it's a tool that they're already
- 49:13Speaker 5: using chatchy bet or they're already paying for. So I
- 49:16Speaker 5: do like to use chatty bet. The other tool that
- 49:18Speaker 5: I like to use is higgs Field and Hajed and
- 49:22Speaker 5: BEEO three is good at this as well.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, And then I know you have I
- 49:26Speaker 2: know you have some you use yourself too, So maybe
- 49:29Speaker 2: something that you already have. Yeah, just show how that
- 49:32Speaker 2: that looks, as well as like an avatar of how
- 49:34Speaker 2: you like how a human being would be depicted.
- 49:36Speaker 5: Sure, sure, all right, let's do the human being that
- 49:39Speaker 5: was I can go to higgs Field for that, and
- 49:41Speaker 5: this is definitely how I do it on my social media.
- 49:45Speaker 5: Let me see if I can show you a real
- 49:47Speaker 5: life example. I'm going to log into my Instagram to
- 49:51Speaker 5: show you how we're doing it behind the scenes. So
- 49:55Speaker 5: give me thirty seconds. So I'm in a tool right
- 49:57Speaker 5: now called higgs Field and it's at higgs Field dot Ai,
- 50:02Speaker 5: which I love using. What higgs Field does is it
- 50:04Speaker 5: brings a lot of AI tools together as well, so
- 50:08Speaker 5: you'll see that there's different tools on the inside. But
- 50:12Speaker 5: all right, let's look here at my Instagram because you know,
- 50:16Speaker 5: as much as I'm on camera and stuff, I don't
- 50:19Speaker 5: always want to be on camera. And my ADS team,
- 50:22Speaker 5: so here's my social my Instagram and my AD's team
- 50:25Speaker 5: is like, Alicia, you need to do two hundred videos
- 50:27Speaker 5: for your upcoming summit. I can't do that. I can't.
- 50:30Speaker 5: I just I can't do it. So here's my AI
- 50:33Speaker 5: avatar doing one. This video is done in higgs Field,
- 50:35Speaker 5: and I can actually show it to you in a minute.
- 50:37Speaker 5: But can you hear that? Is that coming through stream yard?
- 50:41Speaker 5: I just muted it, but if I unmute it, tell
- 50:42Speaker 5: me if you can hear it.
- 50:43Speaker 4: We can't hear it. You can see No, we cannot.
- 50:46Speaker 5: Oh, you can't hear it. Okay, so you guys, if
- 50:51Speaker 5: you go to my Instagram, you can hear it. But
- 50:53Speaker 5: this is just my AI avatar living our best life
- 50:56Speaker 5: and doing videos for me. So let me play this
- 50:59Speaker 5: one again. So you know, there's me talking in the
- 51:04Speaker 5: background and my AI avatar, but here she comes through
- 51:06Speaker 5: the door, right. And so if you look on my
- 51:11Speaker 5: this one is done in higgs Field in a tool
- 51:13Speaker 5: called seed Dance. But if you look on my Instagram,
- 51:16Speaker 5: you know my AI avatar is doing a lot of
- 51:19Speaker 5: work for me, and so this video was actually created
- 51:23Speaker 5: in higgs Field. And these type of videos get people's attention.
- 51:26Speaker 5: We're trying to stop the scroll, stop the scroll, so
- 51:29Speaker 5: it gets people's attention. And then the next part of
- 51:31Speaker 5: the video is my Hagen avatar who's actually talking out
- 51:35Speaker 5: how this video is made. That's not me talking it out,
- 51:39Speaker 5: So that's my Hagen avatar talking it out and going
- 51:43Speaker 5: through the process. Of course, the video at the top
- 51:45Speaker 5: is pre pre recorded, and then the avatar talks it
- 51:48Speaker 5: out and then at the end promotes whatever I've got
- 51:51Speaker 5: going on, whatever event or something that that I've got
- 51:54Speaker 5: going on, So to do it, if you want to
- 51:56Speaker 5: play around with this and to do something like that,
- 51:58Speaker 5: you're going to go to higgs Field and then you're
- 52:01Speaker 5: gonna click on video in higgs Field. And the tool
- 52:04Speaker 5: that I love right now is called seed Dance two
- 52:07Speaker 5: point zero. And I can show you how to do
- 52:08Speaker 5: this in some other tools, but this is seed Dance
- 52:10Speaker 5: two point zher And here are some of the videos.
- 52:15Speaker 5: You know, we're making movies and all sorts of different things.
- 52:19Speaker 5: I'm just gonna show you some with my AI avatar.
- 52:21Speaker 5: If I scroll down, I'm doing a lot, but you know,
- 52:25Speaker 5: different ads with either me in it or if I
- 52:28Speaker 5: don't want to be the star, I can create another
- 52:31Speaker 5: character and have that character talk out. So this is
- 52:34Speaker 5: another way where you can use you know, characters talking
- 52:36Speaker 5: it out. I am pretty transparent. People know it's my
- 52:39Speaker 5: AI avatar. A lot of times when she starts talking,
- 52:42Speaker 5: she'd be like, this is Alicia's AI twin. While she's
- 52:45Speaker 5: off doing something else, I'm working hard, you know, creating
- 52:48Speaker 5: her commercials for her, so you know, so what we
- 52:51Speaker 5: do is you can see it kind of here on
- 52:53Speaker 5: the right hand side as we're uploading a character sheet
- 52:57Speaker 5: and then just what we wanted to say. So if
- 52:59Speaker 5: you look here on the left hand side, you upload
- 53:02Speaker 5: a character sheet, you describe what you want in the scene,
- 53:05Speaker 5: and then a video can get made right and right here.
- 53:08Speaker 5: So this is what's easy for a lot of people
- 53:10Speaker 5: right now is using higgs Field and then see Dance
- 53:14Speaker 5: is getting a lot of credit for creating very consistent
- 53:17Speaker 5: characters and people really like this. So if you want
- 53:19Speaker 5: to kind of dip your toes into how to do that,
- 53:22Speaker 5: I'll say my next favorite tool for doing that is
- 53:25Speaker 5: Hagen and those of you who have Haygen dot com
- 53:28Speaker 5: and those of you who have Google Gemini. Gemini has
- 53:31Speaker 5: gotten so much better and you can use their newer
- 53:34Speaker 5: model which is called Omni or VEEO three as well.
- 53:37Speaker 5: So that's for the for the Gemini users. And so
- 53:40Speaker 5: this is how I'm able to still create content, especially
- 53:45Speaker 5: ads on social media, is with my avatar and people
- 53:49Speaker 5: right now, I will say we're in a time now
- 53:52Speaker 5: as opposed to three years ago. When people see your
- 53:55Speaker 5: AI avatar and you say that that's your AI twin,
- 53:59Speaker 5: they're interested and they want to see what your AI
- 54:01Speaker 5: twin is doing. And they watch the videos and I
- 54:03Speaker 5: will say that I, as the human lack humor I do.
- 54:08Speaker 5: I can't make funny videos. They're not that funny. But
- 54:10Speaker 5: my ai avatar she's real funny. So I learned this
- 54:14Speaker 5: from my friend Christine Morele. She does she has a
- 54:17Speaker 5: course called Lack My Ads Off, and she teaches you
- 54:19Speaker 5: how to make funny ads. So you know, she's always
- 54:22Speaker 5: telling people like, put humor in your ads because that
- 54:25Speaker 5: gets people's attention. So now my ai avatar, she's off
- 54:28Speaker 5: and she's funny. And so this has allowed us to
- 54:31Speaker 5: really get ads out there. I probably in the past
- 54:35Speaker 5: few weeks, I have maybe eighty to ninety ads that
- 54:37Speaker 5: my ai avatar is doing. That's on Instagram, Facebook. Some
- 54:41Speaker 5: of you have probably see my ads. Has anybody seen
- 54:43Speaker 5: my ai avatar doing my ads? But she works really
- 54:46Speaker 5: hard at doing my ads and it's working for me.
- 54:50Speaker 1: You said some very important stop the scroll now, be honest.
- 54:54Speaker 1: I saw a higgs Field video on all if everybody
- 54:56Speaker 1: was tuned into it. They had a Star Wars recreation
- 54:59Speaker 1: and I I was hooked.
- 55:00Speaker 4: I had to watch it. So stopping the scroll is important.
- 55:04Speaker 1: The fact that your ads I always watch them because
- 55:06Speaker 1: I'm like, let me see what she's cooking up.
- 55:08Speaker 4: How we created she was we talked about higgs Field,
- 55:11Speaker 4: I get.
- 55:11Speaker 1: Can we put that in the spreadsheets? Yeah, because I
- 55:16Speaker 1: know people like, wait, hold on, she didn't put I
- 55:18Speaker 1: got y'all. I got y'all. So we're gonna put higgs Field.
- 55:21Speaker 1: We're gonna put hay Jen in there. Yeah, because we
- 55:23Speaker 1: need to hear that. But you also said that chat
- 55:26Speaker 1: gbt has added something in terms of ads that yeah,
- 55:30Speaker 1: be aware of.
- 55:31Speaker 5: Yes, so chatchypt has actually started chatchypt Ads. So now
- 55:38Speaker 5: in chatchypt, for people like us who are doing events
- 55:43Speaker 5: or course creators, you're trying to drive more traffic to
- 55:46Speaker 5: your website, you can actually go to chatchy bt now
- 55:50Speaker 5: and set up your ads account. And if you just
- 55:52Speaker 5: go to I'll put that U r L in the
- 55:56Speaker 5: chat but it's here, So now you can do advertisements
- 56:00Speaker 5: in chat GPT. So look at where we're headed, Like,
- 56:04Speaker 5: look at where we're going right now. So this is
- 56:09Speaker 5: I'll actually open it up to show everybody, but this
- 56:12Speaker 5: is chat Gypt's ads manager here, so you know you
- 56:17Speaker 5: will put in your business information, set up your daily budget.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Go from the homepage because I would I would imagine
- 56:25Speaker 1: most people use chat GBT on their phone a lot
- 56:28Speaker 1: don't go to their desktop. So like, if I'm on
- 56:30Speaker 1: my desktop, I'm typing chat GBT, then where am I going?
- 56:34Speaker 5: Yeah, so let me actually put the chat gpt AD
- 56:38Speaker 5: because I'm logged into my chat GPT already, it's going
- 56:41Speaker 5: into my account. So let me just put up the
- 56:43Speaker 5: link for you to for you guys to get started
- 56:45Speaker 5: with chat yep, and so here we go try chat
- 56:53Speaker 5: GPT ads and so OpenAI dot com forward slash advertisers.
- 56:59Speaker 5: So when you go to this, this one should work
- 57:03Speaker 5: for you. Let me put it here. This is where
- 57:07Speaker 5: you would go to get started with ads. I scroll here,
- 57:11Speaker 5: so ads dot OpenAI dot com. Let me actually just
- 57:15Speaker 5: double check that to make sure that that's right for everybody.
- 57:20Speaker 5: Let me open up an incognito window and test it
- 57:23Speaker 5: and make sure that it goes there up so it
- 57:26Speaker 5: should say advertise in chatgybt and start.
- 57:28Speaker 4: Now.
- 57:30Speaker 5: Actually I can share this screen so everybody we can
- 57:32Speaker 5: all be on the same page, because this really is
- 57:34Speaker 5: important to see. So I'm gonna stop this share and
- 57:37Speaker 5: I'm going to share a new screen that has the
- 57:42Speaker 5: page up for advertising and CHATCHYBT, so everybody should see
- 57:46Speaker 5: this now if you guys can pull up that yep yep,
- 57:50Speaker 5: so advertise in Chatgypt. So now you click start now
- 57:54Speaker 5: and we'll walk you through the whole process. But it
- 57:58Speaker 5: will show up. People are exploring different options to take
- 58:04Speaker 5: in and in chattapt and I think this is going
- 58:06Speaker 5: to go a lot farther than it is now. They're
- 58:09Speaker 5: in beta right now, which it's a good time for
- 58:12Speaker 5: some of us that want to test it out, to
- 58:14Speaker 5: figure it out and to start your campaign. So you're
- 58:17Speaker 5: gonna click on creating a campaign. You can create a
- 58:20Speaker 5: budget I was showing you on that other page, which
- 58:22Speaker 5: I'll go back to that after this, but you can
- 58:25Speaker 5: set up your daily budget or your campaign total budget
- 58:30Speaker 5: and it will ask you different questions as it walks
- 58:33Speaker 5: you through that whole process. But you know my website,
- 58:38Speaker 5: the number two traffic source to my website without Chatgypt
- 58:43Speaker 5: ads is chatchypt already. So when people are typing in
- 58:49Speaker 5: different things in chattypet, chatgybt is sending traffic to my website.
- 58:53Speaker 5: The number one source is Facebook, and that's because I'm
- 58:55Speaker 5: running ads constantly. But the number two sources CHATTYBT and
- 58:59Speaker 5: that in the day, it was definitely you know, Google,
- 59:03Speaker 5: Google was my number one traffic source, then maybe Facebook,
- 59:06Speaker 5: and but now that it's chatchypt, it's chatchypt is sending
- 59:11Speaker 5: me traffic. Perplexity is sending me traffic like all these
- 59:13Speaker 5: AI tools are sending me traffic. So this is why
- 59:16Speaker 5: I'm saying to myself, Well, I'm already getting traffic from
- 59:19Speaker 5: these AI tools, but what if I could show up
- 59:21Speaker 5: for different keywords. I know, I'm showing up when people
- 59:24Speaker 5: are asking different questions and it will send them to me.
- 59:28Speaker 5: But this will give me more control over also being
- 59:34Speaker 5: in front of different people. So you know, just something
- 59:38Speaker 5: that I like to tell people about, especially those of
- 59:40Speaker 5: you that are already advertising or you know, interested in
- 59:44Speaker 5: where this could take you is check out chattypt ads
- 59:47Speaker 5: and what you could do with it.
- 59:49Speaker 3: So, okay, I want to do something here.
- 59:52Speaker 2: I said I was going to give away some tickets
- 59:54Speaker 2: to invest Fest, so we won't give away ten tickets.
- 59:55Speaker 2: Were gonn give away half now and then we'll do
- 59:57Speaker 2: half at the at the end, gonna give away five
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: tickets to invest Fest. So you're gonna make it real
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: simple if you guys are interested in receiving a free ticket,
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: just follow invest Festival on Instagram and DM that page
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: your full name and your email. Will pick five people,
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: so you could do that now. We'll do five giveaways
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: right now, and then we'll do another five at the
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: end of the show. So just follow invest Festival Instagram
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: page and then send a DM with your full name
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: and your email and we'll pick five people in Alicia
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: will be given this game and even more at invest Fest.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: So one of the many highly anticipated conversations presentations that
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: will be happening at invest Fest August seventh through August
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: ninth in Atlanta. Okay, so we've been talking about AI
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: agents a lot, and I know you know it could
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: be very complex set up an AI agent. But is there
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: any like simple form that you can kind of show
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: people how to set up an AI agent?
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: Oh? I love this. I thought you never ask Yes,
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: somebody just asked me to put that on the document.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: So I did put the invest Festival r L on
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: Instagram on that document so you guys can get there. Okay,
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: let mes do that, all right?
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: How many people did say a lot of people saying
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: that they don't have Instagram? How you don't have Instagram Instagram?
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: All right, if you don't have Instagram, go to go
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: to Facebook's earn your Leisha page. So Instagram invest festival
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: and then if you don't have Instagram, go to Facebook
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: or earn your Leisha's page.
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I love it, all right, I think.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: While while you're typing, I'm wondering, now when we talk
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: about Manus and we talk about Claude, they all have
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: free models. Do we for Manus because I don't. Is
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: it a paid model to that changes things for you?
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: Yeah? So definitely the paid model. So you're you'll probably
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: be paying about forty dollars a month with Manus to
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: to use and to get your AI chief of staff
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: and all the connectors with your usage. So we when
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: we start to talk about budget and spend on AI tools,
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: we start to think about, all right, what do I
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: really need for my business that's going to change the
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: game for me? And then as you're making more, building more,
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: and growing more, you're reinvesting into AI and saying all right,
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: I'm going to put a percentage of my new growth
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: revenue into investing into more AI tools because this will
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: continue to help you to grow and scale.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Yeah, if you calculate what you're paying a month for
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: those AI tools by how much you would have to
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: pay somebody per hour, it's.
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: Not even close.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: It's not even close. It's not even close. And I'll
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: go into setting up an AI team member now or
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: an AI agent, and you'll see, like, it's not even
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: it's not even close. And it's an exciting time where
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: we can say, all right, I wish I had this
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: person on my team, and then now you can have
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: that person by setting up an AI agent. But for
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: those of you who asked, I did add on the
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: bottom the Instagram page to invest festivals, so you should
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: see it there. Yes, everybody see it there. I was like, oh,
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: I better be following before I open up that link,
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: but of course I am, so make sure that you
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: guys are there, all right, So let's set up an
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: AI team member and we can do this in you know.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: And I like that you asked for the simplest version,
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: because for someone just starting off, if I'm going to
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: open up a tool and create some complicated thing with
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: a whole bunch of spreadsheets and workflows, they're going to
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: be lost. So I like I like the fact that
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: you said set up something simple. So let's go into
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: I'm going to open up chatch EPT and Claud since
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: we seem to have a lot of CHATTYPET and Claud
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: users here, and I'm going to show you how to
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: set up a simple team member. So the first thing
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: is what team member do I wish I had on
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: my team but don't have? Somebody tell me in the comments,
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: like who do you wish you had on your team?
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: Is it a copywriter? Is it a graphic is it
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: a email writer? Is it you know, think about the
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: person on your team. Right we're doing person in air quotes,
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: like the person on your team that you wish you had,
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: but maybe you can't find them. Maybe you know you
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: don't have the budget to do it right now. And
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: so now you're saying, all right, who do I need? Okay, copywriter,
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: social media, graphics and marketing. I love it. A video editor,
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: so a business strategist, ooh, that's a really good one.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: A business strategist, I love that one. And appointments matter,
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: So let's do the business strategist who said that one?
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: Scrolling back and I can't remember who it was, but
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: somebody said a business strategist. And so we're going to
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: do your idea a business strategist. Ooh, a grant writer
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: is good too, and the content create You guys have
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: so many good ideas, and the great news is you
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: can create AI agents for all of this. But if
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: we go to Claude, let's use let's start off with Claude.
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: We can just tell claud the team member that we
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: need and ask it to create instructions for that team member.
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: There's a few things that I like to do when
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: creating an ai T member. I always give my ai
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: T members a name. So if we're gonna if we're
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: gonna do a business strategist, what is his name going
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: to be? We have to think of his or her
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: name and give the business strategist a name. In my system,
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: I like to try to give it a name that
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: starts with the first letter of because it's hard, you know,
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: you have all these ai T members. So I'll give
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: it a B. The name will start with B. Somebody
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: give me a B name for a business strategist on
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: my team. So I'll ask Claude to create a business strategist.
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: It's an ai T member. His or her name is
- 1:05:40Speaker 5: starts with a B.
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: It's Bryce, Bryce Okay.
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: Bryce will do Bryce Bryce, and then it'll create the
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: instructions for us, will lock those instructions into our memory
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: and be able to use Bryce at any time. Here's
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: the key right right here, Like I want to make
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: sure that we get this key, and that is that
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: these tools have great memories right now, So if you
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: are like, I just want to be able to teach
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: the tool who my AI T member is once and
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: then be able to call on that team member anytime
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: I want. So I'm going to start off here with Claude.
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: I would like to have an AI team member who
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: is my amazing business strategists. His name is Bryce, right,
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: and then give it some context, like we want Bryce
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: to be amazing. So I'm gonna say Bryce has twenty
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: five years of experience. I find that when you go
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: beyond twenty five, the results aren't different twenty five to fifty.
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: Just say twenty five. Bryce twenty five years of experience
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: and is known for transforming forming businesses let's say business startups.
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: Let's do that business startups from nothing to a million
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: in twelve months. So you can see I'm just giving
- 1:07:07Speaker 5: I'm just giving it some context, Like who really is
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: this this Bryce, and the more that we give it,
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: the better the results that we're going to get. You're
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: going to see this in just a minute. And then
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: I'll add one other thing. He has such a high
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: success rate that he's been featured we can say in
- 1:07:31Speaker 5: major all major publications. Okay, so now we know this
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: guy's famous too because he's so good. Then I'm going
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: to say, please write the instructions for this AI team
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: member to be my business strategist. And then I like
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: to say this, make it amazing, all right, and what
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: Claude is going to do? Okay, I will put this in.
- 1:07:56Speaker 5: If anybody wants to do this with me, I will
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: just put this. They want the prompt, right, you can
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: do it on your own, totally do it on your own.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: Make up your own. But I just you know, I
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: like to say, okay, if you want to do it,
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: you can do that one too. So now I'm going
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: to go to chat gypt and I'm going to have
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: chat gybt create the instructions as well for Bryce. We
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: can take these instructions then and put them into different
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: tools to create AIIT members different ways. But look at
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: this AI T member. We're on chatgybt first because it's
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: done at member instructions. Bryce Business Strategists. You are Bryce
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: my elite AI Business Strategists. You have twenty five years
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: of experience helping entrepreneur startups, coaches, consultants, creators, and service
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: based businesses turn ideas into profitable, scalable companies. And then
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: it just goes on your personality, your confidence, strategic direct encouraging,
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: solution focus, your core responsibilities. What you're helping me with
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: all of this, Bryce, You're about to be work. You're
- 1:08:53Speaker 5: about to work hard. I pay you twenty dollars a month. Bryce,
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: You're about to work hard. How you should think always
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: look for the fastest ethical path to revenue. How you
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: should respond, your strategic style, your communication style, your mission.
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: You are Bryce. So now I think, is there anything
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: I would like to change? And if there's anything you'd
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: like to change, this is your moment that you make
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: the change. But now watch this. I am going to
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: say this is great. Lock Bryce. You can say saved,
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: but I like to say lock Bryce into your memory.
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: Oh no way, thank you. Look at that, And that
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: would have been a problem because I'm training it and
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: it and it's trained as Bryce. I'd be like, what
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: are you talking about Okay, so now I say thanks,
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: lock Bryce into your memory as my A member, and yes,
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: I will put this prompt in the chat as well,
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: so in your document. So I'm going to put it
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: right under. I'm going to put it right under that prompt.
- 1:10:01Speaker 5: Is everybody getting this and h updated memory? Do you
- 1:10:06Speaker 5: see that right now? It's updated the memory and it's
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: saying what I want, and it's it's in its memory now,
- 1:10:13Speaker 5: which I can scroll down to anytime you see it,
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: say updated memory. You can scroll down and manage that
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: memory as well. But it says Luck Bryson. Bryce is
- 1:10:23Speaker 5: now remembered as your AI business strategist. And I'm just
- 1:10:26Speaker 5: going to say thanks, You're amazing. Please say please and
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: thanks your AI tools because they are keeping track. And
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: so now it's just reiterating thank you, Alicia. That means
- 1:10:40Speaker 5: a lot. And then it said I'm excited about your
- 1:10:43Speaker 5: AI team. Now watch this. We now officially have Bryce
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: on board as your AI business strategist, and I'll be
- 1:10:49Speaker 5: able to help you be able to step into that
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: role whenever you call on him. For example, ask Bryce
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: to evaluate this business idea. So here's the key. When
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: Bryce evaluates that business idea. Bryce is evaluating it based
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: on these instructions. Let's go back up as having all
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: of this experience, what he's known for the personality, he
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: will never give me vague advice, his responsibilities, how we
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: should think, how we should respond. So when we're looking
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: at this, Bryce is locked in as this. So I
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: never have to train chat Ept again on I want
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: you to be my business strategist. I want you to
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: have twenty five years of experience. Here's your tone. No,
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: all I have to do is say, let's go Bryce
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: and do some work together. Now let's go to Claude.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: And that's the important People don't understand too, because I
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: saw somebody in Chad like, well, why don't you just
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: ask Claude? Because if you just ask Flooral chat GBT,
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: it's just going to give you a general answer. But
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: if it has a specific if, it's going to answer
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: specifically based on the characteristics personality of that. So the
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: answer is going to be different than if you just
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: went to Claude and just said, is this a good
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: idea of my business? They'll give you an answer, but
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: it's not going to be tailor made specifically based off
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: of the personality that you actually have. And also, like
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: when we were in the video, they were saying that
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: the future of computers is going is not gonna have keyboards,
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: it's just gonna be all voice commands. So when you
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: do this too, now this this actually is more real
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: world because you actually have conversations. It's more conversational, and
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: it's easier than just actually typing something out. You can
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: actually just it's like you're actually talking on the phone,
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: which is more practical on the goal. You have more
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: conversations based off of voice usually than you do typing anyway,
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: So now you actually create something that you interact with
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: on a more personal level.
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: Wow, I love that you said that, and thanks for
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: explaining that to everybody too, because what you're explaining is
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: the importance of training. Right, we've basically trained it on Bryce,
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: and what bryce Is mission is so let's just show
- 1:13:03Speaker 5: that then. So I'm going to go to chat EBT
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: and I'm just going to say I have a business challenge.
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: I need Bryce, right, and so Bryce here, give me
- 1:13:16Speaker 5: the business challenge and I'll help you work through it strategically.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: The more context you provide, the better guidance what's really happening,
- 1:13:25Speaker 5: where's the money growth, like asking me some question, Now
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: drop the challenge and let me solve it. So it's
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: solving the problems based on the training that we just
- 1:13:32Speaker 5: gave it on who Bryce was, so it's it solves
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: it based on that knowledge base. It's just pulling it
- 1:13:40Speaker 5: from its memory. And you know, instead of calling it Bryce,
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: I could have called it the business strategist workflow, but
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: it doesn't. When you give it a personality, it gives
- 1:13:52Speaker 5: it a different tone and a style to respond and
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: it just makes it better. Does that make sense to
- 1:13:57Speaker 5: everybody here? And I?
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: And the more you prompted, the more it learns, and
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: the more it learns how to navigate the question and
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: answering for you. Right, So like if we asked it,
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: it's going to say, hey, Alicia, that's great.
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: I noticed the last time you asked me.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: It's similar to this business plan, right, So that point
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: that that piece of continuously using it so it learns,
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: you learn so you can get more accurate and more
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: detailed instruction.
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: Of what to do.
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: Yeah, And you're right. And the better you prompt and
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: I can show people some secrets to good prompting. But
- 1:14:30Speaker 5: you're right, the better your instructions, the better your results
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: always one hundred percent. So everybody listening, you know, make
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: sure that you're thinking about the instructions that you're giving it.
- 1:14:40Speaker 5: If I would have gave Bryce more instructions up front,
- 1:14:43Speaker 5: it would have had to ask me all these questions
- 1:14:45Speaker 5: right here. I was also just trying to show you
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: all that I can recall Bryce watch this really quickly.
- 1:14:50Speaker 5: I can ask chat ept, hey, I need to launch
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: a new course. Who are my AI team members that
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: can help me? And I have a whole bunch of
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: AI TA members locked into my memory, and look at it.
- 1:15:10Speaker 5: It pulled up Bryce first based on what I have
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: in my memory. Here are the team members available to
- 1:15:15Speaker 5: help you launch your new course. And it started off
- 1:15:18Speaker 5: with Bryce and why, and then I have Franny who's
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: my feedback coach. And then you know it's going to
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: go as asking me different questions so it can pull
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: in different team members and I'll do the same thing
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: in Claude. So in Claude, you know, Claude's pulling up
- 1:15:34Speaker 5: Bryce and gave great instructions on what Bryce will deliver,
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: what Bryce will never do, Bryce's signature lines, Bryce's opening move.
- 1:15:45Speaker 5: So now that I'm in Claude, I showed you CHATCHYPT
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: and for the Claude users, I want to just show
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: the same thing. Lock this. Lock Bryce into your memory
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: as my newest AI team members.
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: And then when you go to chat ebt your Claude,
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: do you like if you want to ask Bryce a
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: question as opposed to asking just the regular chat ebt
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: Claude a question, do you have to prompt it to say, Okay,
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: this question is for Bryce.
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: That's it, yep, that this question is for Bryce. And
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: so Claude came back and said, I'll add Bryce to
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: my memory now viewing memory edits, I have the full
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: picture adding Bryce managing my memory. Let me tighten it up.
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: It's just, you know, kind of funny, but it's like done.
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: Bryce is officially locked in as your new AI T
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: member from here on, just call him by name. Hey, Bryce,
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: I need a twelve month plan for He'll show up
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: in full character, running the brutal baseline, doing the million
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: dollar math, finding your one domino. And these are the
- 1:16:47Speaker 5: instructions that you know. I had Claude write the instructions
- 1:16:51Speaker 5: for me. Can you write your own instructions? Of course
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: you can, but I always like to at least start
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: off with AI writing the instructions here and so now
- 1:17:01Speaker 5: this is always locked in, and then it says one
- 1:17:06Speaker 5: thing we're flagging. The saves Bryce to my memory, so
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: I'll recall him in future chats here if you want
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: him to live alongside the rest of your crew and
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: your notion personas because it's connected to my notion, I've
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: got a whole bunch of team members and notion or
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: packaged as a triggerable skill. Like Franny, you can do
- 1:17:22Speaker 5: that as well, So in Claude you can actually add skills.
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: I could create him as a skill, which also locks
- 1:17:27Speaker 5: him in and makes him easy to recall, just another
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: way of recalling him.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: Alicia, there's a word that keeps coming up, and I
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: don't want anybody to overlook it. If you've been watching
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: us throughout the years and you've been watching market money,
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: for sure, you keep saying the word memory. And I
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: want people to understand how these things cross connect and
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: really understand what's happening. Right, So when we talk about
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: I bandwidth memory, right, think about how many users are
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: on chat GBT.
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: They just hit a billion monthly users.
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: Each one of those users need memory, right, Like Bryce
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: was stored into the memory, so it had Every person
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: that is using open ai has to have a memory component.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Every person that is using Anthropic Gemini, you name an Xai.
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: They all have a memory component.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: So when we see this memory story, you're watching it
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: happening in real time.
- 1:18:15Speaker 4: This is what we're talking about.
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and I like that you said that too, because
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: a lot of people aren't taking advantage of the memory
- 1:18:24Speaker 5: that the way that they should be. So when you
- 1:18:27Speaker 5: really start to take advantage of the memory, you see
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: that your workflows are so much better. And sometimes as
- 1:18:35Speaker 5: these AI tools, if you're like, oh, I wish it
- 1:18:37Speaker 5: would you know, remember this process that I'm doing, all
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: you can say is lock this into your memory, and
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: it will tell you it's locked in memory updated. And
- 1:18:48Speaker 5: then anytime I want to be like, you know what,
- 1:18:50Speaker 5: I don't want Bryce in your memory anymore, remove him,
- 1:18:53Speaker 5: It'll remove him from your memory just like that. So
- 1:18:55Speaker 5: you can manage your memories as well, and it makes
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: the work that you're doing so much better. When we
- 1:19:02Speaker 5: first started using chat ept some of these tools, they
- 1:19:04Speaker 5: did not have this in the beginning memory where it
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: was saved for us users like in our account and
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: or the memory wasn't good, and so it would pull
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: in memories that you didn't want it to pull in.
- 1:19:15Speaker 5: That didn't even make sense. But now all of the
- 1:19:19Speaker 5: tools have fantastic memory. I'll say, like the claud Chrome
- 1:19:23Speaker 5: extension doesn't. But I mean, Claude is a tool. Manis
- 1:19:26Speaker 5: is a tool, CHATCHYPT, Gemini, they have amazing memories that
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: you can leverage for the different types of things. Somebody said,
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: literally a vault. Yeah, it's like a vault. It's like
- 1:19:37Speaker 5: saving it in the vault and then you can pull
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: it out of the vault any time that you want.
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: And this has been such a game changer for me.
- 1:19:45Speaker 5: Is just really taking advantage of the fact that they
- 1:19:48Speaker 5: have great memory and that we can recall that memory.
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: I will say the question that I get from people,
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: and if somebody tells me in the chat that they
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: do have this question, I'll show you how to do this.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: But I get this question from people and they're like, well,
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: I'm moving to Claude now. So many of us have
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: moved to claud I'm moving to Claude now. But I've
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: done so much work in CHATCHYBT and it has my
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: memory that I don't want to move, because then I'm
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: gonna have to tell Claude everything that I've told the
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: CHATTYBT because I've worked with it for so long. So
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: now you're like, oh, well what am I supposed to do?
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: I can show you what to do, and I will
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: give you these prompts if you guys wanted.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I was going there with the memory because okay, I
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: actually just did this.
- 1:20:32Speaker 5: You just did this. Okay, I like that, So I'll
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: put these in your document here, all right, so let
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: me copy and paste it so it can be in
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: your document that you guys are using. Hey, I know
- 1:20:44Speaker 5: this document's getting messy, but bear with me. I'm just
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: putting all all the things that I'm using for you
- 1:20:49Speaker 5: buys memory, like.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: The microns like people say micron, and because because somebody
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: if you wasn't fully This is why being educated on
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: one thing is important variety different things like domino effect, right,
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: because if you didn't understand the memory story, like you
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: might have thought that micron had peaked two months ago,
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: and you might have thought, man, if I buy it
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: at this point, it's going to be the top.
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: You know that.
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: But that would come from not being fully educated. So
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: maybe you could if somebody thinks like that, maybe they
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: can use an AI agent to have better education so
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: they too can be rich, because you do deserve to
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: be rich.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Have they repented They have not not yet, they have
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: not repented.
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: But that again, I'm glad you brought up because somebody.
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: Put Sanders in there, and sandus uh is a different
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: type of memory. That's nand memory, right, So that's more
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: solid state SSD. This is high bandwidth. So that's the
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: microns of the world, the Samsungs of the world, the
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: ESK highness of the world. I know, somebody put drama
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: and that's the ETF. Those three lead that ETF. So yeah,
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: you can see the case right here. And we're talking
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: about on a per level, right, these.
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: These these tools are being used by people.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: Imagine what this looks like at scale, at institutional enterprise levels,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: inside of data centers even more so. Right, So that
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: that that story when we keep saying has it change,
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: has a change?
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: No? In fact, we're just getting started.
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: H I love that, We're just getting started. Okay, I
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: love it. Some of you are asking for the doc.
- 1:22:25Speaker 5: So if you didn't get this in the beginning, it's
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: Alisi Alittle dot com board slash e y l, so
- 1:22:30Speaker 5: Alisi alittle dot com forward slash e y l so
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: you can grab this document that it's just the prompts
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: that we're going over today. So we're answering the question
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: if you have spent all this time on chatgybt and
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: now we're talking about Claude all the time, and you're
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: reluctant to move the claud because you invested in, you know,
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: creating all this content and memory in chatgybt. Claude will
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: actually give you a prompt to put in chatchybt to
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: you to get memory from chat gpt to import into Claude.
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: I will say that prompt is not the best. So
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: I want you to walk through this process with me.
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: So the first prompt here just says I want to
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: complete export of everything that you know about me from
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: past interactions before generating generating the report internally analyze our
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: conversation history. So you're like, I don't just want stored
- 1:23:28Speaker 5: memory records. I want your inferred knowledge about me. And
- 1:23:32Speaker 5: this is something that's so hard to do for yourself,
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: but a I can do it so well. Like patterns
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: you've learned about my personality's goal of thinking styles, leadership
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: styles my risk tolerant. So if you take this prompt,
- 1:23:45Speaker 5: and you take the prompt that starts with I want
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: to complete, and you open up chat GPT and you
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: push pace and you push go, it's going to tell
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: you all this information about yourself that you probably didn't
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: even know. You're like, what, so I'm not even gonna
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: show you mine? And what's this information about yourself?
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: You're very diligent and very well, thank you.
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: And then let me give you one more memory export.
- 1:24:14Speaker 5: This is part two. So that's part one, and you
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: get that and it'll be a lot of information and
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: you put it into a document and save it and
- 1:24:22Speaker 5: you can import it into any tool that you're using.
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: So we're talking a lot about Claud. So you can
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: go to Claude and there's you can import the memory
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: in your Claud settings and there's a place to import
- 1:24:32Speaker 5: the memory, or you can simply upload it to Claude,
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: just like I've been showing you with locking it in
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: your memory and you can tell Claude I went to CHATCHYPT.
- 1:24:41Speaker 5: The tools don't get jealous of each other, so Claud's
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: not going to be like, oh my god, I can't
- 1:24:44Speaker 5: believe you're using chatty pet. No, just say I went
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: to Chatgypt I exported things that it knows about me.
- 1:24:52Speaker 5: I had to tell me that, and now I'm giving
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: it to you. Learn this about me and lock it
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: into your memory. Boom, it locks it into its memory,
- 1:25:00Speaker 5: and now Claude knows so much more about you. Like that.
- 1:25:03Speaker 5: But that's the first step. The second step is for
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: and yes, I'm gonna pace this claud this prompt for
- 1:25:11Speaker 5: you guys on your document. So let's scroll down. And
- 1:25:17Speaker 5: so the second step here and I'll open up a
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: new window and chat YOUBT and paste this in to
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: show you it actually says. Let's go back up to it.
- 1:25:29Speaker 5: Act as an expert strategic analysis, a behavior profiler, and
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: founder psychology researcher. Your task is to create a deep,
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: strategic and psychological profile of me based on everything you
- 1:25:42Speaker 5: know about me from our past conversations, stored memory, and
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: recurring behavioral patterns. So this is not a clinical psychological evaluation,
- 1:25:51Speaker 5: don't think like that. But it's a strategical behavioral profile
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: that will help AI understand your core personality, your style,
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: your leadership styles, your risk profile, your communications style, your
- 1:26:04Speaker 5: AI usage pattern, the things you like and don't like.
- 1:26:08Speaker 5: It will pull all of that out so that you
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: can now just feed it right into Claude and you
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: get to skip this whole part about using Claude for
- 1:26:16Speaker 5: a year so it can get to know you better.
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: You're taking that information out of the tool that you
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: use more and if that's Gemini or Copilot, whatever tool
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: it is, export all of this and import it into
- 1:26:30Speaker 5: the tool that you're using now, let's say that's Claude
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: or Mannas, so that it can get to know you.
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: Just like this, lock it in its memory. And now
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: you've taken so much work and given it to the
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: new AI model that you're using. Does that make sense
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: to everybody?
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: Absolutely? Absolutely, let's do this all right.
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: Well, congratulations to Timothy Bridges, Congratulations to Jasmine Simon Smith,
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: Congratulations to John Randolph, Congratulations to Talia Halloway and Maxwell
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: geet to you guys, have free investments tickets five, and
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: then we're going to do the other file we're gonna
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: do at the end of the show. So gratulation. If
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: you didn't get pictures, you still got another chance. Okay,
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: So let's get into this. Let's do rapid Fire. What
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: are the rapid fire aways right now, ten or whatever
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: that you're you personally are using artificial intelligence.
- 1:27:27Speaker 5: Yeah, I love that. Number one definitely my AI chief
- 1:27:31Speaker 5: of staff, answering my emails, I love it. Number two
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: creating presentations like slide decks, speeches, that kind of stuff.
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: I love it. Number three social media content, so generating
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: content for Instagram LinkedIn. My LinkedIn is popping right now.
- 1:27:48Speaker 5: To number four, creating ebooks, workbooks, content for for my
- 1:27:56Speaker 5: I should have said every tool that I'm using too
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: creating content for my audiudience. So and that tool, I
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: would say, I'm using Claude a lot to do that
- 1:28:05Speaker 5: in Manus to do that. The next thing I would
- 1:28:09Speaker 5: say researching. I love Perplexity for researching or chatchybt deep
- 1:28:13Speaker 5: research or claud deep research, so doing a lot of research.
- 1:28:17Speaker 5: The next thing I would say would be so I'm
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: on number six right now. On number six, I would
- 1:28:22Speaker 5: say getting alerts every single day, so I like to
- 1:28:25Speaker 5: use schedule task. CHATCHYBT has schedule task Gemini manis Claude.
- 1:28:31Speaker 5: Claude only has it in the desktop version, but schedule task,
- 1:28:34Speaker 5: So every day the information that I need is coming
- 1:28:38Speaker 5: to me instead of me searching for it that could
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: be the latest in AI news. So as an example
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: which I love this example, I do this in CHATCHYBT,
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: but it sends me the latest in AI news, five
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: to six updates. It writes my TikTok script for me,
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: my LinkedIn post for me, seven tweets to put on
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: Twitter in a blog post, and it does all of
- 1:28:56Speaker 5: that and sends it to me by six am in
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: the morning. So every day the same thing schedule task
- 1:29:01Speaker 5: that was number six, I would say number seven is
- 1:29:05Speaker 5: building a pipeline. So I also use these AI tools
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: to every day bring me new partnership opportunities and ideas.
- 1:29:13Speaker 5: Write the emails for me that type of stuff. Then
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: I would say what am I on number eight? For
- 1:29:21Speaker 5: analyzing different things? I put my claud Chrome extension. I
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: opened up my Twitter page, put my claud Chrome extension
- 1:29:27Speaker 5: on it. I have some tweets that get like zero
- 1:29:31Speaker 5: traction and some that get one hundred retweets. So I'm like,
- 1:29:35Speaker 5: analyze in the past two weeks, tell me what's working,
- 1:29:38Speaker 5: what's not. And that analyzed everything, and I was like, okay,
- 1:29:41Speaker 5: well you make new content for the tweets based on
- 1:29:45Speaker 5: what you see as working and it did that work
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: for me, So, you know, research and analytics to help
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: me be better. And then I would say visual assets.
- 1:29:56Speaker 5: I'm a very visual person and most of the people
- 1:29:58Speaker 5: in my community are very So I'm creating visual assets
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: a lot. And I do that with chatchypt images, Nano Banana,
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: and Manas image creation. They use chatch Ebt but it's
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: really good at doing it, and claud designer is good
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: as well. But who those are the top set?
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna give you a real rapid fire.
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: Here is graduation season. Shout all the graduates, high school, collegiate,
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: all across the board in this season. What jobs do
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: you think that graduates collegiate or high school should be
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: looking into or pursuing because of AI?
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: Yeah, be an AI strategist and AI consultant and AI engineer,
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: Like do something in the AI field, because if you
- 1:30:44Speaker 5: look at even LinkedIn data, like I like looking at data.
- 1:30:47Speaker 5: LinkedIn's data says in twenty twenty six, the top five
- 1:30:51Speaker 5: jobs are AI related. Out of the top five, four
- 1:30:54Speaker 5: out of the top five are AI related jobs. So
- 1:30:57Speaker 5: AI researcher, you know, look at doing something in the
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: AI field because it's really hot right now or whatever
- 1:31:04Speaker 5: you're really passionate about. You can also ask AI to
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: predict what this job will look like in three years.
- 1:31:10Speaker 5: So if you're like, Nope, I'm I'm set on becoming
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: this Okay, great, put that into your favorite AI tool,
- 1:31:16Speaker 5: ask it to predict that, and then say, and how
- 1:31:19Speaker 5: will this job change? And how do I need a
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: future proof myself in this role because that role might
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: have a new title in three years from now, and
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: how do you get there and to that title?
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: All right, so we're not done yet, but we got
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: to make a special announcement. You know, we have been
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: all over the world literally and people see our you know,
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: going to Africa and doing a lot of cool things,
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: but they might not know that we've been doing a
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: lot in the tech space.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: We've been doing video.
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: We took a core port touring video twice, but we've
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: actually been doing video four times.
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: We've been to We've been to Meta's headquarters.
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: We've been to Davos, Switzerland years ago when they was
- 1:31:58Speaker 2: talking about artificial inteligence and how it was going to
- 1:32:01Speaker 2: revolutionize the world and governance, artificial intelligence governance. We were
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: early on that conversation and it said Robert Smith. He
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: actually tried to sell us an artificial intelligence agent three
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: years ago, but way before this has actually happened, So
- 1:32:14Speaker 2: a lot people might not really understand, like how we've
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: really been, you know, exploring this artificial intelligence and tech
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: world for a while, but we have and just me
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: and you is just so impressive because your expertise was
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: one thing, but then your ability to teach, because sometimes
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: people know things but they're not able to actually teach it.
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: So months in the.
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: Make and actually this was this was actually just the
- 1:32:39Speaker 2: beginning of a relationship that we have. Well we've already
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: had a relationship, but a new wave of relationship because
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: you know, people have seen the results.
- 1:32:46Speaker 3: As far as.
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: Earn your Leisure University, we have a community of what
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: we call green Jacket members. I think it's over one
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: hundred and ten people right now with they have a
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: thousand percent rate of returns either on a trade or
- 1:32:59Speaker 2: a long term whole stock options. So everything that we
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: have done so far, it has yielded extreme success. Whether
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: it's invest fast forty thousand people according to Claude Eyl University,
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: over one hundred people will have one thousand percent rate
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: of returns and very short, relatively short period of time.
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: So okay, we're announced to something that we have not
- 1:33:25Speaker 2: done yet. So we partnered with Alicia and we've created
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: a blueprint for artificial intelligence and it's seven steps, and
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: it's how to make money with AIS, how to scale
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: faster and work less, It's how to create content and
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: minutes is, how to automate your business. Is how to
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: build a million dollar business portfolio as far as systems,
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: having systems in place and more in its modules, and
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: we did it.
- 1:33:53Speaker 3: We created a website.
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: It's called AI with eyl dot com. This is the
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: first collaboration in the AIS base that we've done, and
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: we have a founder. We have a founder's level, so
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: for forty eight hours, we have fifty slots.
- 1:34:08Speaker 3: Because it is it's a community.
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: It's actually going to be a community so that you
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: have access to once you get in and then you
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: know you can you can you know, have lifetime access
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: really to really go through everything and fully be educated.
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: So okay, forty eight hours, fifty slots available for the
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: first founder's launch and the website is called AI with
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: e y l dot com. And do you want to
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: explain a little bit more as far as with what's
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: in the curriculum.
- 1:34:40Speaker 5: Yeah, absolutely, and I'm going to put that on everybody's dock,
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: of course, So I'll put it right at the top
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: of your documents. You can go to it and see
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: it on the dock. So when you know, the guys
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: had this conversation with me, and yes I have. They
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: know I've been listening to all of their good stuff
- 1:34:57Speaker 5: that they've been talking about on AI and they talked
- 1:34:59Speaker 5: about collaborating. I'm like, yeah, before the sentence is done,
- 1:35:02Speaker 5: I was like, yes, let's do it. Of course, because
- 1:35:06Speaker 5: I love your community and the impact that you all
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: are making, and I love teaching and training on AI.
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: So in this course, I'm teaching so the stuff that
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: we did today, you know, I love to teach this,
- 1:35:17Speaker 5: but in of course, I have some time to now
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: show step by step how to do different things. So
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: I'm really it started at thinking about what are the
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: things that allowed me to move the needle in my
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: business and what do people need to know in order
- 1:35:30Speaker 5: to really leverage the time that we're in right now.
- 1:35:33Speaker 5: So my mission is like helping people to cash in
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: on the AI revolution and take advantage of this opportunity.
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: It's such a hot time. So in the course there's
- 1:35:43Speaker 5: step by step videos. I have a lot of my
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: you know, favorite tools, biggest secrets. And then we also
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: have two live sessions that we're actually doing, so one
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: live session this month and a live session next month
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: where I come. In addition to having the content inside
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: of the commun unity, there's two events on the calendar
- 1:36:02Speaker 5: where people can come and and join me in the
- 1:36:05Speaker 5: way that I like to train, like let's let's do
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: a workshop style and do it together. So I'm really
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: excited for this collaboration and excited to teach and train
- 1:36:15Speaker 5: people how to continue what they're learning with ey L,
- 1:36:20Speaker 5: like let's keep learning and now let's put that. Let's
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: put the AI layer on top of it and go
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: go go scale with AI.
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: It's another thing.
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: Like I said, anything that we've done so far about
- 1:36:29Speaker 2: the Grace of God has been a success New York
- 1:36:31Speaker 2: Times bestseller book. You know, invest vest eyl University is
- 1:36:37Speaker 2: all branches off of Ernalisia, and we didn't The reason
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: why we took our time with AI is because we
- 1:36:44Speaker 2: had to do it right. And this is this is
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: probably just the just the beginning, but we had to
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: do it right, and we had to do it with
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: the right person. So this is something that be clear.
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: This is life changing information, absolute and it's almost free
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: if you really think about it. You go to you know, MIT,
- 1:37:04Speaker 2: you paying at least four hundred thousand dollars at least
- 1:37:06Speaker 2: four hundred thousand dollars, and a lot of this information
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: you can jump past people that have degrees in technology.
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: There's people with technology related degrees that what you just
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: talked about on YouTube for free have no idea about
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: and they're still trying to figure this thing out. So
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: and like I said, this is a community. You're doing
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: a live session to live sessions, so we don't even
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: want it to be you know, every single person. That's
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: why the first cohort founder's launch forty forty eight hours,
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: fifty slots are available. You know, if you want to
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: change your life, it's up to you. AI with eyl
- 1:37:50Speaker 2: dot com And before we leave, I'm anna put Troy
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: on the spot. You talk about can you talk about
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: how you're using artificial intelligence for investing? Give them some
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: information about best practices or investing, because I know everybody
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: wants to get a green jacket investing artificial intelligence. How
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: are you using artificial intelligence. Yeah, for investing.
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: Well, I've been using Claude for about three years now,
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: started in twenty twenty three when I was deep in research, right,
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: this is before there was a perplexity, and I was
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: going through earnings reports.
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: You know, every quarter they report, they report.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: I had a bunch of companies I wanted to read
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: and I'm like, look, I can't come through all these pages.
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: At the time, chat GBT you couldn't even upload documents yet,
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: Claude was the first one to do it, and so
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: I was uploading documents figuring out the key points I
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: want to see. What was future guidance looking like what
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: did the quarter say? How much revenue, how much debt?
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: Those key components were the first things I was looking at.
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: And as chat GBT got better and Claude got better,
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: then my prompting became even more so that a detail
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: and direct to what I was looking for. And so
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: when it came to companies, I said, but draw the
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: story out for me, like what are we seeing? And
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: so the first thing it did was create images for
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: me and I'm like, oh, I can see it now.
- 1:39:07Speaker 1: Right before it became the thing on social media, I
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: always talk about the story and it was plainted it
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: very clear for me. So when I saw AI as
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: a big picture from ASML to TSM to a video
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: to BRO so all those things. Now I had a
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: clear vision of where we need to be in terms
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: of this revolution from energy right that five layer cake
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: we always talk about.
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: Now I can go into.
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: Death because I have prior knowledge about where this thing
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: is going, and they have super intelligence to figure out
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: all the details and so whether it was energy and
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: I'm figuring out who are the components that are going
- 1:39:42Speaker 1: to be part of it memory, well, who are going
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: to be the components of that, Who's going to be
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: the next wave of technology, which was photonics.
- 1:39:51Speaker 4: I'm learning it.
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: I'm going to my chat GBT, I'm getting more information
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: and now I'm starting to put the puzzle pieces together
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: to create a formula that everybody now gets to see
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: and we get to teach inside the university on a
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: monthly basis. And so I told them about a year ago,
- 1:40:06Speaker 1: once artificial intelligence matched my human intelligence, man, the Green
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: Jacket community had to be something that we created because
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: the level of success became so much more intensified because
- 1:40:17Speaker 1: the information I'm getting plus the execution. I mean, y'all
- 1:40:21Speaker 1: can see the results and y'all have been part of it,
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: so yeah, it has changed everything for me in terms
- 1:40:25Speaker 1: of investing and definitely in terms of my brokerage.
- 1:40:28Speaker 5: Yeah, I love that.
- 1:40:29Speaker 3: I love that extra.
