- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast this week on Yo
- 0:13Speaker 1: Gabble Gabble. If you go on mission with the church
- 0:15Speaker 1: to Africa then decide to stay in a resort, do
- 0:17Speaker 1: you owe the church money? Judge Ross tells us a
- 0:20Speaker 1: bar going to hell. Man, if you bite into your
- 0:24Speaker 1: fried chicken turns out it's raw chicken, can you steal
- 0:27Speaker 1: your money back? Judge Gino tells us real people locases,
- 0:30Speaker 1: Thank Justice, this is yogaba. Everybody get up on your
- 0:38Speaker 1: feet because Judge is coming into the room. Now stit back.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Now we're gonna have a good time. Yes we are,
- 0:47Speaker 1: oh man, welcome to your gab brand.
- 0:49Speaker 2: The only podcast we know of that covers TV courtroom dramas,
- 0:55Speaker 2: not dramas, real cases, real people, TV courtroom shows from.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Years of the years of old. And you know what's
- 1:02Speaker 1: crazy is we've been doing this show for five plus
- 1:04Speaker 1: years now and is there there's no no one else
- 1:07Speaker 1: has tried. No. So maybe either we're that good a
- 1:12Speaker 1: I want to get a we are that good, we
- 1:15Speaker 1: are that good, or there is no market for this show.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And I want to say that it's a I think
- 1:20Speaker 2: it's I'm gonna say it's a people listening.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I can't compete. We can't compete. They get everybody who's
- 1:28Speaker 1: listened to the show and continues to share the show.
- 1:31Speaker 1: That's the only way that this we can continue to
- 1:33Speaker 1: grow because there is a chance it's the market thing.
- 1:37Speaker 1: There is there's a chance it's the market thing. And
- 1:40Speaker 1: the only way that we could possibly really get to
- 1:42Speaker 1: the bottom of that is if like we start to
- 1:44Speaker 1: grow and then maybe we'll go, oh wow, maybe it
- 1:46Speaker 1: was us. I'm gonna go get Yeah, I've got Judge
- 1:51Speaker 1: Ross waits for no man. That's what I've said.
- 1:53Speaker 2: And the thing about Ross, among other things, justice not
- 1:58Speaker 2: a foreign concept, m hm, not a for const If
- 2:01Speaker 2: he wants you to overstand it, not understand it, let
- 2:03Speaker 2: me be in a judgment. This is a fun one
- 2:04Speaker 2: to overstand for sure. Joyce Fields is suing Lisa Potter
- 2:09Speaker 2: for four thousand dollars.
- 2:12Speaker 1: For money stolen from the church. Bring this wa one
- 2:17Speaker 1: whom suing him. Joyce Fields is suing Lisa Potter. Joyce
- 2:21Speaker 1: on behalf of the church which we get her name. Yes,
- 2:24Speaker 1: Joyce is the first lady of the church, which in
- 2:27Speaker 1: some churches. You know what that means. Why for the
- 2:29Speaker 1: pastor that's right. So I've always thought that was weird,
- 2:31Speaker 1: but that's she's first, Like, she's first lady. She's like,
- 2:35Speaker 1: we sent Lisa out with a nonprofit medical organization that
- 2:38Speaker 1: our church partners with to Kenya to be an assistant
- 2:42Speaker 1: to the medical team on mission. Are you okay? I'm
- 2:45Speaker 1: so excited you should be. You're going to what a
- 2:50Speaker 1: way to start it? Yeah? By the way, okay, I'm here.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm locked in. Uh.
- 2:54Speaker 2: At this point, Ross is like, so, you're the first
- 2:57Speaker 2: lady of the church yet, and she turns to He
- 2:59Speaker 2: turns to Lisa, goes, so, how long you've been to
- 3:01Speaker 2: church here?
- 3:01Speaker 1: She's like, I've been here for years. I feel like
- 3:04Speaker 1: it's my church home. I love the pastor, pastor I
- 3:06Speaker 1: don't remember his name, pastor, pastor Lily, whatever his name is.
- 3:09Speaker 1: And she's like, but I just don't think Joyce. I
- 3:11Speaker 1: don't think speaker Steve. I don't think Joyce likes me.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I just feel that energy. She doesn't think that the
- 3:19Speaker 1: first Lady of the church like her.
- 3:22Speaker 2: She doesn't think that she likes her A second doesn't.
- 3:26Speaker 2: She's like, I've done a lot of work for the church.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I've done fundraisers, and Joyce was like, I'd love to
- 3:31Speaker 2: know what those are. Please list them for this. Uh,
- 3:34Speaker 2: Lisa did not list those for the court. Ros says
- 3:37Speaker 2: how many people went to Kenya? And was it there
- 3:40Speaker 2: are a limited amount of spots? Why did you choose her? Yes,
- 3:44Speaker 2: your honor, there was a limited in other number of spots.
- 3:46Speaker 2: But when we interviewed Lisa to go on this trip
- 3:50Speaker 2: as a as an assistant, which it requires a lot
- 3:52Speaker 2: of work. It's Kenya, like you're staying in like people's homes.
- 3:57Speaker 2: When she came up for the interviews, she had done
- 3:59Speaker 2: a ton of re search on Kenya and seem very prepared.
- 4:03Speaker 2: We were in the research. We were shocked she did
- 4:05Speaker 2: her own research at least it was like. Ross was like,
- 4:07Speaker 2: was that true? She said, yeah, I knew that I
- 4:08Speaker 2: was going to offer a lot of emotional support. There's
- 4:10Speaker 2: a lot of like women who's their their babies need
- 4:14Speaker 2: like help, medical help, and like we're like part of
- 4:16Speaker 2: it was that she but also I knew I was
- 4:18Speaker 2: gonna have to do manual labor and I was.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Gonna be there to do whatever we needed need to
- 4:21Speaker 1: be done. Ross was like, all right, what happened?
- 4:23Speaker 2: She goes, well, the trip was two weeks long, twenty
- 4:26Speaker 2: four hours of flights, not including layovers. We get there,
- 4:30Speaker 2: we go straight into working and we did the best
- 4:34Speaker 2: we could. And I was do the best I could.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And after six days I wasn't responsive to the food
- 4:40Speaker 1: and just couldn't keep it down and I just needed
- 4:43Speaker 1: rest and I just wasn't able to help. Yeah, right,
- 4:47Speaker 1: I know it. Well, yeah, you don't know that.
- 4:49Speaker 2: You don't know this next part, Well, Ross is like
- 4:52Speaker 2: how much did it cost to sender Joyce is like
- 4:54Speaker 2: the flight and lodging, flight and basically staying.
- 4:56Speaker 1: In these houses to feed feeder was two thousand dollars.
- 4:59Speaker 1: So church paid in fult paid in full. But here's
- 5:03Speaker 1: the weird part. The church gives I don't They did
- 5:08Speaker 1: not explain this, but it was I was on under
- 5:11Speaker 1: the working exception. This was something to do with government,
- 5:14Speaker 1: Kenyan government getting in the way. The church gives each
- 5:18Speaker 1: individual person from their church money to give to the
- 5:25Speaker 1: organization in Kenya. Okay, So the church doesn't write a check,
- 5:30Speaker 1: they give each person individual money. Okay.
- 5:32Speaker 2: So the reason she's doing for four thousand dollars is
- 5:34Speaker 2: two thousand flight and lodging two thousand donation that was
- 5:38Speaker 2: supposed to go from Lisa.
- 5:39Speaker 1: That she just has in her po in pocket on
- 5:42Speaker 1: her person. That's exactly right to the organization. Ross goes,
- 5:45Speaker 1: hold up, hold up two thousand for flight lodging. The
- 5:48Speaker 1: other two thousand dollars was her to give to the organization?
- 5:51Speaker 1: Joyce says, yeah, she was supposed to take the money
- 5:53Speaker 1: to them in Kenya's Ross, did you give her the money?
- 5:57Speaker 1: Give them the money? Lisa's like, gave him the money?
- 6:00Speaker 2: Oh, Joyce says, there's zero evidence that she's given them
- 6:04Speaker 2: the money. We every time they receive the money, they
- 6:07Speaker 2: send us a notification. I have a copy of a
- 6:10Speaker 2: notification that they send to us that they received a
- 6:12Speaker 2: donation and from whom it's from. H We received nothing
- 6:17Speaker 2: that she donated any money.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Uh.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Rossc goes, Lisa, did you receive anything saying you donated
- 6:23Speaker 2: the money? She goes, no, Like, I thought they would
- 6:26Speaker 2: take care of that. Like I gave them the money.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I thought they would take care of them. Ross is like,
- 6:33Speaker 2: and that was cash, and Joyce goes, yes, it was yes.
- 6:37Speaker 1: He's like, so you don't have any proof that the
- 6:39Speaker 1: money has been received by the organization. Lisa.
- 6:42Speaker 2: No, uh, Lisa brought pictures of the work she did, though, Okay,
- 6:48Speaker 2: she brought pictures of the work.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Tell me about that work. So we see these pictures
- 6:52Speaker 1: in this very you know, impoverished African village. Yes, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: what we start to notice is that she's not in
- 6:59Speaker 1: any of these pictures. Well made, she's taken. That's what
- 7:04Speaker 1: she said. Yeah, she literally Ross and makes sense. I'm
- 7:08Speaker 1: not in any pictures I take. Yeah, your honor, I
- 7:12Speaker 1: took the picture. I took the pictures and Ross, Joyce
- 7:16Speaker 1: is like, you're on her. She's not in the pictures.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Ross is like, you think she went and took a
- 7:19Speaker 2: bunch of pictures and didn't hell, you think she just
- 7:22Speaker 2: took these pictures for the fun of it and didn't like,
- 7:25Speaker 2: didn't help. And Joyce is like, well, she emailed us
- 7:29Speaker 2: on day six and said she wasn't feeling well. And
- 7:32Speaker 2: then I will show you a picture that she posted
- 7:36Speaker 2: on Instagram and she's in probably the eighth floor balcony
- 7:43Speaker 2: of a very nice resort in Kenya. This woman, during
- 7:51Speaker 2: the church trip, went to a resort. Yeah, took a
- 8:02Speaker 2: picture from where she was staying on her balcony and
- 8:06Speaker 2: posted it on her Instagram.
- 8:08Speaker 1: That's a mistake. Uh so just just rob to ask
- 8:14Speaker 1: her about this.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Ross is like, it's not a good look at the
- 8:18Speaker 2: very Lisa goes your honor. After two days of vomiting uncontrollably,
- 8:22Speaker 2: I just needed like a play, Like I was in
- 8:26Speaker 2: this home, I didn't have anywhere to go. I needed
- 8:29Speaker 2: somewhere where I could like rest. How'd she like, get there?
- 8:33Speaker 2: You ready for this next one? And I want you
- 8:35Speaker 2: to know, your honor. I paid for that resort out
- 8:38Speaker 2: of my own pocket.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Okay, good? And I have the receipt where I paid
- 8:45Speaker 1: for that hotel.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Now, how do they have the two thousand cash she
- 8:54Speaker 2: was supposed to give to the organization. No, they don't know.
- 8:58Speaker 2: But she paid for a resort out of her own pocket.
- 9:01Speaker 1: How much is the resort?
- 9:02Speaker 2: We didn't get a receipt, We didn't get to see
- 9:04Speaker 2: the number. It's two thousand dollars. Yeah, probably. And she
- 9:09Speaker 2: was like, look, I let him know I couldn't help anymore.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I said, I couldn't help anymore. I did the best
- 9:13Speaker 2: I could. I couldn't stop myself from vomiting. It was
- 9:16Speaker 2: just safer for me to go to this resort, just
- 9:18Speaker 2: so it happens to two thousand dollars I was supposed
- 9:19Speaker 2: to give the organization. There's no trace of that anywhere.
- 9:22Speaker 2: And then I end up in a resort on Instagram
- 9:24Speaker 2: and I was well well enough to take that picture.
- 9:26Speaker 1: How many days? How many days did she do the work?
- 9:29Speaker 1: Does she claim? She thinks, okay, six days, the fourteen. Yeah,
- 9:33Speaker 1: that's not Yeah, it's good, she said. Roscoes, miss Potter,
- 9:39Speaker 1: what do you do? She's like, I'm pretty much in marketing.
- 9:42Speaker 1: He's like, do you own a rent? She's like, I rent.
- 9:44Speaker 1: He's like, do you pay bills? She said, yes, sir.
- 9:46Speaker 1: He said, you pay bills every month. And whenever you
- 9:50Speaker 1: pay any bill to anyone, you get a receipt. You
- 9:54Speaker 1: paid for a resort, you got a receipt. You just
- 9:58Speaker 1: gave someone in Kenya thousands of dollars on behalf of
- 10:01Speaker 1: a church. Why did you not expect a receipt back?
- 10:06Speaker 1: And she said, I assume the receipt went straight to
- 10:08Speaker 1: the church. I assumed it went straight there and I
- 10:10Speaker 1: just you know, and she's like, it's my first time there,
- 10:16Speaker 1: you know. He goes, did you communicate with anyone at
- 10:20Speaker 1: the church that you had given someone from that organization
- 10:23Speaker 1: the money. Did you send a text, an email anything
- 10:26Speaker 1: that said I just paid them this money? She said no.
- 10:31Speaker 2: And then he says, if you're so sick, they paid
- 10:35Speaker 2: for your travel, why not.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Come home? Why not come home? When I come home?
- 10:43Speaker 1: You can rest at home. Why not do that? She
- 10:46Speaker 1: does not have an answer for the last Judge Ross query.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Judge Ross ready to rule. Four thousand dollars, two thousand travel,
- 10:55Speaker 1: two thousand donation that never got there? Man, man, that sting. Yeah, yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 1: all right, here's what I'm going to do. I'm gonna
- 11:07Speaker 1: give them, obviously, the two thousand dollars back that she
- 11:12Speaker 1: almost certainly spent on her resort that the church gave
- 11:18Speaker 1: her to give to the sweet kind people of Kenyon.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And then I am going to I don't know what
- 11:29Speaker 1: this math would be, but she did do six days
- 11:33Speaker 1: of work. So I'm going to, you know, let's what
- 11:37Speaker 1: is it twenty is it two thousand and two thousand
- 11:40Speaker 1: for the travel, two thousand for the travel, Divide that
- 11:42Speaker 1: by fourteen. Take out the six whatever that is for
- 11:47Speaker 1: the days that she did, not that she left the
- 11:50Speaker 1: group and did her own Taurus thing.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I will give the church. So Ross is right in
- 11:58Speaker 2: lockstep with you. Just make simple six and fourteen. We're
- 12:01Speaker 2: going to say you did seven half. So I'll give
- 12:04Speaker 2: you two thousand for the money that you didn't donate,
- 12:07Speaker 2: and then a thousand for travel and S two thousand.
- 12:09Speaker 2: She owes three thousand.
- 12:10Speaker 1: How about that? I ain't bad bad what a while
- 12:14Speaker 1: time though? That was a pretty good, pretty close call
- 12:16Speaker 1: for me. Yeah, that's crazy, that's crazy. Who do you
- 12:20Speaker 1: think you are? You can't go to resorts? I want
- 12:23Speaker 1: to know, like, how did she, like, how did she
- 12:24Speaker 1: get from that, like this village two thousand dollars? I'm
- 12:29Speaker 1: sure she could do a lot, you know, but that,
- 12:31Speaker 1: like I would imagine most people going by themselves in
- 12:38Speaker 1: a country that you're not familiar with, yeah, would not,
- 12:42Speaker 1: Like how do you even figure out how to get
- 12:43Speaker 1: the other?
- 12:44Speaker 2: Thing?
- 12:44Speaker 1: That's wild? Is that just the audacity to show up
- 12:47Speaker 1: in court after this, Just the audacity to go, I
- 12:49Speaker 1: know him, lose it like that stuff? Like she thought
- 12:53Speaker 1: she had a case a case. Yeah, it basically was
- 12:55Speaker 1: the shaggy defense, wasn't me. I turned in the mind.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I don't know what you're talking about. I'm just what
- 13:00Speaker 1: you're saying. The thing that kills her is that they
- 13:03Speaker 1: got receipts for the other people on the trip and
- 13:07Speaker 1: not brought.
- 13:07Speaker 2: A receipt for the resport. She stayed in with the
- 13:10Speaker 2: money that was supposed to go to the good people.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Kenya. Yeah, that's tough. That's tough. I let's have her
- 13:14Speaker 1: on a personal injury court. Judge Gino in the house.
- 13:17Speaker 1: We got Eldren Stamps who suing Frank Farmer. Eldren Stamps
- 13:23Speaker 1: is suing Frank Farmer thirty five thousand dollars for medical
- 13:26Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty five thousand for emotional distress, one
- 13:29Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five thousand dollars total. You're ready to
- 13:32Speaker 1: get to that legal sack. Ready to get to that
- 13:34Speaker 1: legal sauce. Eldren Stamps was inspired by how nice the
- 13:38Speaker 1: weather was and decided he's gonna take his girl out
- 13:41Speaker 1: to dinner to a place that he heard about, something
- 13:45Speaker 1: like uh right leg, left hips, something like that. I
- 13:49Speaker 1: don't remember the name of it. Frank Farmer speaks up
- 13:52Speaker 1: and he says, my leg, your thigh, that's the name
- 13:56Speaker 1: of the restaurant that he runs. My leg, your thigh's
- 14:00Speaker 1: bright leg left hip, but also not great great Eldrin says,
- 14:05Speaker 1: I heard that the chicken was really good here, so
- 14:08Speaker 1: I go, and I picked my girlfriend up, who's also
- 14:11Speaker 1: in court with him, by the way, and they go.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Gino asks if the chicken was great. Eldron says, I wish.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Oh boy, I can already see the over acting in
- 14:22Speaker 2: the court room. The classic the chicken shows up. It
- 14:26Speaker 2: smells good. I take a bite. It is completely raw.
- 14:31Speaker 2: We got a picture of it. It doesn't look good.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Frank says, no, no, no, that's not true. Gino asks
- 14:39Speaker 2: about his restaurant. He says, a simple, simple Fred Chicken place.
- 14:42Speaker 1: We got the Fred chicken, we get the wings, we
- 14:43Speaker 1: got the fries, we get the special sauces, thirty thirty
- 14:47Speaker 1: special sauces, to be exact, and if anyone ever has
- 14:52Speaker 1: an issue with their chicken, we fix it. Some people
- 14:55Speaker 1: come in and they don't like how it was cooked.
- 14:57Speaker 1: We cook it how they wanted to be cooked. Eldren
- 15:01Speaker 1: never gave me a chance to make it right. I've
- 15:04Speaker 1: owned this place for five years and sometimes day to
- 15:08Speaker 1: day people do ask for me to change their chicken,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and I'm happy to do so. But we've never once
- 15:16Speaker 1: given out raw chicken. Eldren says, I took a bite
- 15:20Speaker 1: and the chicken was wrong. All I hear in my
- 15:23Speaker 1: head is what my mom told me growing up anytime
- 15:25Speaker 1: I helped her with dinner and I had chicken on
- 15:28Speaker 1: my hands, which was you better go wash your hands
- 15:30Speaker 1: or else you're going to die. So I don't want
- 15:34Speaker 1: the chicken. I don't want to eat. I just want
- 15:39Speaker 1: a refund. I just want a refund. So he goes
- 15:42Speaker 1: up and he asks Frank for a refund, and Frank
- 15:44Speaker 1: points to the sign behind him that says no refunds,
- 15:49Speaker 1: it's against the policy. I will, I'm happy to, you know,
- 15:54Speaker 1: get you another box of chicken. Eldrin says, I don't
- 15:58Speaker 1: want the chicken. I want a refund. That's right. Frank says,
- 16:03Speaker 1: I don't do refund Eldren says, you don't do chicken either.
- 16:06Speaker 1: It's tough. Frank says, I explained to him. I show
- 16:09Speaker 1: him the signs don't do refunds. We will make it right.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Eldrin says he didn't say that. He didn't try to
- 16:17Speaker 1: explain that. He was just gonna take my nasty chicken
- 16:19Speaker 1: and throw it right back into the fryar and Frank's like, no,
- 16:23Speaker 1: that's not what I was gonna do. I was gonna
- 16:24Speaker 1: give him a whole new box of new chicken. Yeah,
- 16:26Speaker 1: come on, man. Gino asks what he did next, and
- 16:29Speaker 1: Eldrin says, well, I saw that the register was open,
- 16:35Speaker 1: so I reached back there and I grabbed my money
- 16:39Speaker 1: and he begins to walk away. I take two steps
- 16:42Speaker 1: and Frank tackles me from behind. I got scratches, I
- 16:46Speaker 1: got a black eye, which he still has. You robbed
- 16:51Speaker 1: a place, and uh then he locked the door so
- 16:55Speaker 1: that we couldn't leave. We have surveillance video which we
- 17:00Speaker 1: see him take a bite of the chicken, spits it out,
- 17:03Speaker 1: goes over to the counter, argues, grabs the money. Frank
- 17:07Speaker 1: climbs over, goes out of the frame so we can't
- 17:10Speaker 1: see him tackle. Elgren's girlfriend, Jessica Moore is in the
- 17:16Speaker 1: courtroom and she gives her accounts and luckily she's filming.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Unfortunately for all of us, she drops her Frank is
- 17:27Speaker 1: about to take him down, almost like this isn't real.
- 17:32Speaker 1: What they disagree on the takedown. Eldren says that he
- 17:38Speaker 1: was tackled from behind, and in the process of getting tackled,
- 17:43Speaker 1: he threw his elbow back, hitting Frank in the head.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Frank says, no, Eldren, I was coming towards him. His
- 17:51Speaker 1: girlfriend warned him. He fell to the ground himself and
- 17:54Speaker 1: threw his elbow back and hit me in the face
- 17:57Speaker 1: on purpose. And so Eldren says that Frank, when there
- 18:01Speaker 1: is something you need to know about Frank, he was
- 18:03Speaker 1: an amateur boxer. I don't know how he knows that.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Frank says, I mean I did box a little bit
- 18:08Speaker 1: in college. Eldren says that he coused him thirty five
- 18:13Speaker 1: thousand dollars in medical expenses. Gino asks him, Hey, how
- 18:17Speaker 1: did this affect your life? Eldrin says, anytime someone gets
- 18:20Speaker 1: close to me, I get nervous they're gonna tackle me
- 18:21Speaker 1: from behind. Gina says, can you at least acknowledge you
- 18:26Speaker 1: can hear him do this? Yeah, you can at least
- 18:27Speaker 1: acknowledge that a business owner might get a little bit
- 18:31Speaker 1: nervous when you reach over and you grab from there. There,
- 18:35Speaker 1: uh register, there you go, Bill, if you will. Eldrin
- 18:40Speaker 1: says that, sure, but it doesn't give him the right
- 18:42Speaker 1: to beat me up. Gino asks Frank if he can
- 18:45Speaker 1: understand why Eldren would be upset after getting tackled from behind,
- 18:50Speaker 1: and Frank says, of course, but I would have made
- 18:53Speaker 1: it right. He didn't. He didn't have to take the money,
- 18:55Speaker 1: no kidding. We got a fard.
- 18:58Speaker 2: So in your own store, you have the right to
- 19:04Speaker 2: defend your self in your own store.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure as soon as he tried to rob him.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I feel like everything dude did was above board. I
- 19:15Speaker 1: would not give this guy any money. But knowing that
- 19:18Speaker 1: Gino and I differ, Gino is gonna give him all
- 19:22Speaker 1: of the money. Uh. Judge Reno Reno, Judge gena biggest
- 19:28Speaker 1: little judge. Judge Gino explains the rules. How you have
- 19:34Speaker 1: to prove yes, yeah, all that stuff. He says, both
- 19:39Speaker 1: of you engaged and what I would consider to be
- 19:41Speaker 1: a crime. Eldren, you took money that didn't belong to you. Frank,
- 19:46Speaker 1: you are in the right in your place to restrain
- 19:51Speaker 1: him if he is stealing from you, but only peacefully.
- 19:54Speaker 1: It is clear that it wasn't peaceful. But Eldren, you
- 19:57Speaker 1: also engaged in mutual combat when you elbowed Frank in
- 20:02Speaker 1: the face. Nobody no money, You got one, right, Bud
- 20:07Speaker 1: about that? Good job, dude, and I gotta be honest
- 20:11Speaker 1: with you, this was the worst acted case I have
- 20:16Speaker 1: ever seen. Eldrin awful actor. All of the footage that
- 20:19Speaker 1: they showed horrible, ridiculous stuff. And that's the sound that
- 20:25Speaker 1: means we're done. S worry back next time with another one.
