Ryan Gennette, a repeat drug trafficker with ties to cartels, got 12+ years in prison after shipping massive amounts of fentanyl and meth from Phoenix to Whidbey Island — including 7kg of fentanyl, nearly 2kg of powder, and over 10kg of meth. Fed agents used fake drugs to track him, revealing his history of gun-running to Mexico and later sending 77kg of meth and 6kg of fake oxycodone. His accomplice, Mexican supplier Donald Budge, was arrested in Tijuana.
