Developed by Thrash Group and Lane4, this isn’t the first hotel concept for the Green Street site — but this time, the city sees it as a major economic boost, promising 121 construction jobs and 106 permanent roles, plus a unique EATS-only TIF to fund the project through food and beverage sales tax.
