- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Yo, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's
- 0:08problems continue to get worse, and now all of the
- 0:13messages that Prince Andrew exchanged with Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey
- 0:18Epstein have been ordered to be preserved. And for Prince Andrew,
- 0:24that's terrible news. That's the kind of news that's certainly
- 0:27going to keep you up at night because that's the
- 0:31kind of news that eventually leads to an indictment. And
- 0:34considering all of the other things that are hanging over
- 0:37Andrew's head right now, certainly not the best news that
- 0:40he's ever received. And if you were wondering why he's
- 0:44using his daughters to try and get back in the
- 0:46graces of the royal family, I'm sure this is one
- 0:50of the reasons why. So today we have an article
- 0:54from International Business Times and the headline every message they
- 0:59exchange ex Prince Andrews communications with Epstein and Maxwell locked
- 1:04down by prosecutors. This article was authored by Rhea Pathak.
- 1:10Former Prince Andrew's long running links to Jeffrey Epstein have
- 1:14come under renewed scrutiny after US prosecutors moved to preserve
- 1:18what investigators believe could be the full record of the
- 1:21communication with the disgraced financier and convicted sex trafficker Glene Maxwell.
- 1:28That could be very, very damning And if the UK
- 1:32authorities are serious about justice when it comes to Andrew,
- 1:36that's the kind of shit that could send you on
- 1:38a very long vacation if you get my drift, and
- 1:41we're not talking about a vacation down to Arabia. According
- 1:46to reports, the sweeping evidence preservation orders issued to major
- 1:49technology and travel companies prevent the deletion of emails, messages,
- 1:54and digital records connected to Andrews's reported visits to Epstein's
- 1:58New Mexico ranch. All authorities continue their criminal investigation. And look,
- 2:04I'm telling you right now, he was at that ranch.
- 2:09Not only Virginia told me, but other sources while I
- 2:12was down in New Mexico. So he can't even try
- 2:15and wiggle his way out of it. Now, he'll downplay
- 2:17it and maybe he'll have another excuse for us. Oh,
- 2:20I was at the local text mes place. I have
- 2:22no idea I was at Roberto's. Was it me? Although
- 2:29Andrew faces no charges, the latest move is a watershed
- 2:32moment in the years long inquiry. What do you mean
- 2:35he faces no charges. We don't know what he faces
- 2:37and what he does in face. Yet this man is
- 2:40under investigation. And while I have my doubts about how
- 2:43far it's gonna go, I'm willing to wait and see.
- 2:48Let's see what happens. Let's see who they go after,
- 2:50Let's see who they talk to, Let's see where it
- 2:53all goes. The investigation took a fresh turn after new
- 2:57Mexico Attorney General Raoul Torres issued evidence preservation notices till
- 3:03more than two dozen companies, including Google, WhatsApp, Yahoo, American Express,
- 3:08and Expedia. According to reports, investigators want to ensure communication
- 3:13connected Depstein's or a ranch remain intact before routine data
- 3:17attention policies can erase them. Yeah. I don't know about routine,
- 3:22but I will tell you this, the more information you
- 3:25can get your hands on, the better you're going to
- 3:27be because you can't rely on the DOJ. So if
- 3:31I was New Mexico, I'd be looking to get my
- 3:33hands on the raw data so I could go through
- 3:36it with my investigators and see what's what. And it's
- 3:39crazy that I even have to say that. Imagine having
- 3:43that little confidence in the DOJ. Now, Look, it's never
- 3:47been perfect, right, but at least previously under most administrations,
- 3:53it's strived for independence. It wasn't the legal arm of
- 3:58the sitting president, but that that's what it is. Now.
- 4:02The DOJ has no desire to find out what happened
- 4:05when it comes to Epstein. They have one desire, and
- 4:08one desire only to move on. And of course the
- 4:12big monkey in the wrench, the fly in the ointment,
- 4:16is you, because you refuse to move on. But the department,
- 4:23that's what they want. The last thing they want to
- 4:26do is talk about this. They'd rather talk about literally
- 4:29anything else. One source familiar with the investigation told the
- 4:36media that because Epstein communicated with Andrew through Gmail, prosecutors
- 4:40are seeking to preserve every message that they ever exchanged.
- 4:45Now are they going to be successful? I don't know.
- 4:47Maybe I'm not too hip on how the servers work.
- 4:51How long is that information held for? Is it kept indefinitely?
- 4:56Is there some kind of dump? And if there is,
- 5:00I would expect that Jeffrey Epstein has been a recipient
- 5:02of it. Considering everything else that we've seen and how
- 5:08we've learned that Jeffrey Epstein certainly was at the table
- 5:12when it comes to these tech titans. Makes you wonder,
- 5:15doesn't it. The source also claim that the preservation order
- 5:19extended beyond the emails to include travel records and other
- 5:22digital communications that could help investigators reconstruct activity surrounding the
- 5:27ranch and the people who visited it. And it might
- 5:30be a massive investigation and a massive undertaking, but if
- 5:34you really want to figure out what happened, you have
- 5:36to talk to everybody that you can, every single person
- 5:39that was ever there that you can document, right, bring
- 5:42them all in, sit them down, and get to work.
- 5:46That's how a case is built. The preservation order come
- 5:50as authorities continue examining allegation surrounding Epstein's eight thousand acres
- 5:55or a ranch in New Mexico where multiple women have
- 5:59alleged the they were groomed or abused. How many court
- 6:02documents do we have alleging that. How many survivor testimonies
- 6:07do we have alleging that. So, yeah, I'm going to
- 6:10go with all of that's true. Now to the extent
- 6:13that it was happening, I don't know. I'm not going
- 6:16to sit here and make pretend I can tell you
- 6:18exactly how many people were abused in Zoro Ranch or
- 6:21what they went through, but I will tell you this,
- 6:26whatever was going on at that ranch was straight up evil,
- 6:29and I mean that in every sense of the word.
- 6:33Former ranch employees, including cleaners, administrative staff, ranch hands, and
- 6:37senior managers, have reportedly been interviewed about visitors to the property,
- 6:42guest movements, and day to day operations. Investigators have also
- 6:46questioned witnesses about Andrew's reported visits to the ranch. According
- 6:51to the report, The inquiry has also interviewed one former
- 6:55employee who allegedly drove the former prince from a local airport.
- 7:01Told you years ago, and now it's all coming true,
- 7:06and unlike other people, you can just go back and
- 7:08check my work. I told you that Andrew was at
- 7:10Doro Ranch, and the reason I knew is because Virginia
- 7:14told me. And not only that, but when I was there,
- 7:18multiple people said that, oh yeah, Prince Andrew certainly was
- 7:22here visiting Jeffrey Epstein down at the ranch. So is
- 7:27it any shock that now they're finally doing an investigation
- 7:30that's what they uncover because breaking news. I'm certainly not
- 7:34some investigator, and when I went down there, I had
- 7:38no problem finding people that were willing to talk. So
- 7:42do you think that the Attorney General's office couldn't find
- 7:44people that were willing to go on the record. Come on,
- 7:47nobody buys that. It wasn't that there was no evidence.
- 7:52The problem is there was no will. Attorney General Torres
- 7:57said reopening the investigation had been on taken with deep
- 8:00respect for survivors and a commitment to accountability, adding that
- 8:04authorities continue to encouraging anyone with information about alleged abuse
- 8:09or legal activity at the ranch to come forward. And look,
- 8:14I agree with that. If you're somebody out there that
- 8:16has information and you're willing to come forward, I think
- 8:20now's the time. Now. On the flip side of that,
- 8:22it's easy for me to say I'm not the one
- 8:24that went through it. I'm not the one that has
- 8:26to live with it, or look at my kids and say, hey, look,
- 8:28mom was abused by these disgusting animals. How do you
- 8:32even have that conversation? How do you even bring that up?
- 8:35How do you sit down with your child and tell
- 8:36them that. So it's one thing for me to say
- 8:39people should come forward, right, But it's a whole less
- 8:41other thing for these people to actually do it, especially
- 8:44when you have a DOJ that has no desire to
- 8:46protect them. So where does that leave people? It leaves
- 8:50them holding onto their secrets once again, Despite the renewed
- 8:55focus on his communications, Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing
- 8:59or knowledge of Epstein's criminal activity. The former prince settled
- 9:03Virginia Roberts civil sexual assault lawsuit in twenty twenty two
- 9:07without admitting liability or wrongdoing, and has repeatedly said he
- 9:11has no recollection of meeting her, despite a widely circulated
- 9:14photograph showing them together. Yeah, I never met her. This
- 9:18photograph's fake. Turns out, the only thing that's fake is
- 9:21your bullshit narrative. Imagine telling somebody that that picture is fake,
- 9:27and then imagine being somebody that believes it. YO, like,
- 9:31for real? For real? What's it like? Being so gullible?
- 9:35Must be rough. Importantly, prosecutors have not accused Andrew of
- 9:43any offense connected to the latest preservation orders. The legal
- 9:47notices are designed to safeguard potentially relevant evidence while investigators
- 9:52continue examining Epstein's wider network. The new Mexico attorney General's
- 9:57Office has declined to comment further, citing the ongoing criminal investigation.
- 10:04The renewed evidence preservation effort highlights that authorities continue to
- 10:07examine Epstein's associates nearly seven years after his death in
- 10:12a New York jail in twenty nineteen. While the investigation
- 10:16remains active, no new charges have been announced against Prince Andrew,
- 10:20whose past relationship with Epstein continues to draw legal and
- 10:24public scrutiny. Well, not enough of either. Not enough legal
- 10:28scrutiny and not enough public scrutiny. But this kind of
- 10:32information is bad for Andrew. This isn't one of those
- 10:35oh it's reputational. This is the preservation of all messages
- 10:40sent that have to do with Andrew when the trip
- 10:42to Zoro Ranch, and remember he lied about it. So
- 10:46we'll see where it all goes. And like usual, when
- 10:49we got some more information, we'll get it added to
- 10:51the catalog. All the information that goes with this episode
- 10:55can be found in a description box.
