SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start two lines from the bottom on Zynam and Baze.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: So all we need to know right now is we had a Mishnah on yesterday's daf, which told us Allah that a behema that's mistukenis, and the concept is we know that obviously if a behema is a trefa, meaning it has one of the simani trefa.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: Now the reason generally for a trefa is the fact that with this sim and trefa it's not gonna be able to live out the year.
• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: So it's considered ready a trefa.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: So from the tyra, you're not gonna be able to eat it even al-yideyaker's kita.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: However, some an animal that's a mistukenis, the definition basically being that it doesn't have any of the simani trefa.
• 0:36
  SPEAKER_00: However, it's a mistukenis.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: We see that it's really nearing the end of its life for all intents and purposes, and this animal is not gonna make it much longer, but it doesn't have one of the simani trevas, so you can't consider it a trefa.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: So you would think maybe in the end of the day if the reason is the same, right?
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna live out probably the year, and therefore uh maybe you shouldn't be able to eat it, then of a trefa.
• 0:53
  SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malan.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: No, you're actually allowed to eat it as long as you are sure that it did not die before your kita was finished.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: Now, generally you're not, that's not a kshash to be had, but if we hear it's misukenas, meaning this animal's mom is not gonna live that much longer, and therefore you actually have to check a little bit more.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna need one of the semanas we saw in the Mishnah.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: And the alaqah we saw is that by a misukenis, when the animal is a misukenis, it needs to be misfarchis, meaning it has to show a certain level of a simen of khios, that it's alive during or before or at the end, we're gonna stay together of exactly when, but by the shita, it's gonna have to show a semen of khios during the shtita to know that it was still alive at the time that you did the shita.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: And it didn't die right before the shrita or something like that because it was a misukenis, and mamis died because of your shita, not because of a different reason, which makes it kosher.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: Then, as long as you have that simen, it's gonna be good.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: We saw a different symanim in the Mishnah, what that means, but basically misfarcheses, you could we have there's a lot of different definitions of what type of misfarches.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: But misfarchesis means that it moves a little bit after the shita, or it moves during the shita, all these different twitches and things and the chicken running around without a head.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_00: That's all metfarches.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: Now, if it has this simen, then you know again it died because of the shita.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: It's a simen of shios that it's still episodes, something while uh it's dying because of your shrita.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: So, what exactly does it have to do?
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna deal with all these uh inyanam.
• 2:11
  SPEAKER_00: Ashkichinus Rav.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: So Shmuel found the Tamidim of Rav and Amrul, he told them Maya M Arav and Misukanis.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: What did Rav say about a Misukanas?
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: So Amrelah they told him, Hakhiy Amrav, I'll tell you what Rav said.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: Goya, if the animal like mood, let's say it was a cow, if it mood, or a different animal if it made whatever noise they make, Vitila Ray, or it went uh number two, the chishkusha be ozna, or it moved its ear.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: These are all harese pirchus, these are all simonim of, which would be good basically, means that it died early day the shita.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: And he told him, he told them back basically.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: He told the Tamil of Rav.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: It's trichele abba la Zuze Uneh.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Abba holds that moving the ear is considered a simon of Pirchus.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: What's Abba, by the way?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: So Abba was Rav's name, as we know.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh Tysis brings that over here as well.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: Rav says, uh Rashi says that it's uh sim, it's uh it's a lush of uh Kaboj, it's a lush of Khavivus that he gave to uh that Shmua called Rav.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: But we know that Rav's name was actually Abba as well.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: I for I forgot who brings, but he brings that Riv Abba.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: Riv Abba comes up all the time in the Tsar.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: Riv Abba from the Tsar was actually Rav.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: Now there's a whole I'm almost forgetting where this is, maybe it was Shirley Bornson I already heard from.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: He also could help me.
• 3:18
  SPEAKER_00: But he's but there's a I think it's the same source.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: He says that Rav lived uh he had an incredible Rihasyam, he lived for like 400 years.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: You've seen that's why Rav Tano Upalag, he was actually overlapping with many Tanim.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: He was the first generation Amai Rah.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: I mean, he definitely met the earlier generation, but even more than that.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: 400 years and he was he's brought in in the Zara, all the tenants are of Abba.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Rav's name was Abba.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: And Shmu'a Allah, whatever it is, he called him by his name Abba.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: So Shmu'a said, Aran said, You're telling me, Tom Midrav, that one of the Simon and Rav said that's considered Pyrchhus, as moving the ear.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: It's Trihla, the Abba Zuze, wouldn't they?
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: Abba holds that moving the ear is gonna be considered Pyrchus.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: Shani Uimir, I'll tell you what I say.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: I say that callshe einoid dwarem shah misa oise, then that's gonna be considered a simon of pyrchhus.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, as long as it's not a simon of Misa, then anything else is gonna be considered a semen of chaiy.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Meaning moving the ear is already a groisa Indian.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: That for sure is considered the animal being the firefighters.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: That's for sure gonna be considered a simen of chios, a similar be a semen of being alive.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: But anything, I you know what I say?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't say that it has to be that much.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: It could be a lot less than moving the ear.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: But rather, anything that's not a clear simen that it's dead, anything else would actually be a simon of Pirchos that it's actually alive.
• 4:24
  SPEAKER_00: My new Dvarmsha Misa.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gamar, okay, what's Shmuel talking about?
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: What's considered something that uh is a simon for sure of Misa, that the opposite or anything else really would be considered a semen of chai?
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Some Rabana Raman says, Lidim, far shalemid marshmuel, I heard a pyrrh of shmu'a that what?
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: How's the other kfufu upashta sa if its hand, its uh front leg or something like that, was kfufo, it was bent in, and then it got like uh upashtra and it it bent it out, it went outwards.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: So that's uh Dabashamisa, that's a seminar of death, that's a seminar of death when it opens its head.
• 4:55
  SPEAKER_00: Pshuta of Kapva.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: However, the opposite, if it was pshuta, then it brought it in, then varm sha'inamisa.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: That's something that's that in a misa, so that's not a semmon of death, and if it's not a seminar of death, according to Shmo, that would be a similar khiyas, and that would be considered a good pirikus to tell you that it's gonna be considered a good shit.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: What's the Khadish and Mashmo just said?
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: Tanina Tim first.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Because a semmon of the because putting the hand out is a semen of death, releasing it outwards, that's a semmon of death.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: So, what is that mashma though?
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: That's mashma that if it brought it back in, that's a semen of khiya.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: So it would be kosher.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: So says the gym, you're right.
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_00: Imam Masneesin.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why I needed Shema as well, because if I only added the Mishnah, have the meaning tafka the kaifu.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: Then I would only know the case the Mishnah said that it was uh it was kaifa, upashta, meaning it brought it in, and then meaning it was already in, it put it out, and then it brought it back in.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: So you have this whole uh myliku maybe backwards and forwards motion.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Aval pshuta the kafasa loi, but if it was already out and it just brought it back in one time, you only had the one motion, but it was an inward motion loi.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: I would think maybe that's not going to be considered a good enough seminar.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: That Shmuel says that it is.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: If it mood, again, the goya that we saw on the top of the page, that's what Rabba.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: So Goya Bishashita, if it was Goya, that's not considered a Pyrchos.
• 6:30
  SPEAKER_00: Also these two cases.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: If it went to the bathroom or it were wagged its tails, that's also not considered Pirchus.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemark Kasha Goya.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: Goya kash rey a reh.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: This is a steering goya and goya, what Rav said.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: Kasha Rab, basically.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: And it's also Kash Reya Re.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: Rav said that both those things are considered a good Pyrchus.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: And we just on the Mishnah that uh they're not.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemar, Goya Gala, Kasha Hod, Avi Kala Hod, Amikala.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: It's not the same Gaya.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: You could have a mu and you could have a mu.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if it's a strong mu with ovi coil, it's a thick voice, a strong mu, that already is that's Rav.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: That's where it's gonna be considered a good semen of Chias, because that was very strong.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the Amikola, it's Mammisha soft thing, that already not.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: Ray are namalikasha, why can't we show us?
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: What is the Mishnah talking about?
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: Where it's not considered a similar Chiyas, that's where it's Mamash just dripping out.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: The Khan, Bimatrez, where it kind of shoots out with strength, that already is a simmon of Chius.
• 7:19
  SPEAKER_00: Says Degimar.
• 7:20
  SPEAKER_00: Amr of Chizdar.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: Khizda says, Purchase Amrubisev Shhita.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: So now we're gonna have a conversation.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: This pure that we said you have to have during Shita.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: So again, you don't always need this.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to an animal that it's misuchanas, and you have to be Hajj that maybe it's gonna die any second anyway.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: So did it die because you're shrita or did it not?
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah said as long as it was mitfarchis, it showed a simmon of Chaim sometime during the Shita.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be considered good enough to know that the Shita is what killed this animal.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: It didn't die on its own because it was a misukenis.
• 7:45
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: When does that have to happen, though?
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: That's the discussion we're gonna have right now.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: Now, when does the Pyrchus have to happen?
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: The beginning of the Shitita, the middle of the shitita, the end of the shitta, we're gonna have all three shetas right now.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, Pirchhash Amr Bisavskita has to be at the end of the shit, meaning the animal has to show a simmon that of life mamish at the end of the s at the end of the shit.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: So you know for sure that this shit is what killed this animal.
• 8:06
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gmar.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean Beshevskit?
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Bsev Shita, Bem Sehita actually means in the middle.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it just means not at the beginning.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: As long as somewhere in the middle of the shit, that would be good.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: That it's not going to be good enough.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: Umr Khizrah sent me, I mean Allah.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: How do I know this man?
• 8:21
  SPEAKER_00: We have a Mishnah.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: That if a Behemah Daka it released its hand outwards and it didn't bring it back in, it's gonna be Psula.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: What when is it gonna be possible?
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, we're assuming that type of pirchus is possible.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: So the same type of pirchus in a good way where it was Machzira, but that at that same time point would be Kashu.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: The point we're trying to bring out right now is the timing of when it happened.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: So Emos, when did that happen that that's not gonna be good because it didn't bring the hand back in?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: I lema Bisavhita if we're gonna tell me that it happened at the end of and at the end of Shita, and we're telling you that what would have been good if it would have brought its hand all the way back in, it put its hand out, brought its hand back in.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: That's where it would be a good.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: If we're talking about Bisavita at the end of the Shetah, call Heihi Tech.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: What it has to stay alive the entire time, Mammish till the end.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: What's the Kashra's Aktrashi?
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: That it has to do this whole Peula says Rashi, the lachish shakhto, like Tizgibipshita Syad, but like Fifa Vhazrah mean the chazara, meaning at the end, mamish after the whole shita.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: It has to have such life that it has to put its hand out and bring its hand back in, mamash is holding my liquomavy motion, it's a little not mistaver to say that it needs this whole back and forth mamish at the end of Shita, when it's still that much alive at the end of Shita, and therefore, no.
• 9:31
  SPEAKER_00: And Allah Bensa Shita.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: So must mean that when are we talking about in the middle of Shita?
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: So that would be the Mikar.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: Says of Khizda, that's my rayah to say that the Pirchhas that we need is going to be the Emsa Shita.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah that's saying it's not a good pyrchas, as long as it was just an outward motion, it when its hand, its hand went outwards, that would be in the middle.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: And if it went inwards as well, that's the deal.
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_00: That would be okay.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_00: But whenever we're talking about like we were just Medaik, that's gonna be the Emsa Shita, that's when it's gonna need to take place, not uh any earlier than that.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, yeah, not any earlier than that.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: Rabba says, Rabba says no.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: Really, I'll tell you that that's talking about Besev Shita.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: I what was your question?
• 10:13
  SPEAKER_00: Koleichit Tech?
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, says Rama in Metsias, and then the day, yeah, you could have such a thing, Shani Aimer, because I say that Koshena Aisakane, Besev Shita, any animal that doesn't perform this paula at the end of the shit, be a dua shit menaken.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: You could be sure that it died previously.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't do this whole back and forth at the end of the shita, you could be 100% sure that it died before that.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: If it died before that, it's gonna be possible because it didn't die all the day the shita.
• 10:37
  SPEAKER_00: So it's just machikasbits.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: The pyrch that we said is actually gonna be good enough as long as it happened when, even at the beginning of the shritha.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: Umr Nachman Ryitz, Machmaritzak says, Mina Mina.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that it's not we have a Mishnah?
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: Amr of Shiman, has Shaykhit Balilah Ulamachar Matsak Salimilaim Dam.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: Shimon says, someone who shachts at night time.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Night time you can't see.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: As long as you did it, uh there's different uh nyanim.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: You need we learned this ready in the Mishnah's, but either way, it's gonna be good.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: But what happened the next day, and we're talking about where you shachat an animal that was that that was uh misukenis.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: So this matters bikar, right?
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: So you shachan an animal that was misukenis at nighttime.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Ulamachar matzuksalimalayam dam, and in the morning you found the walls full of blood, k shera.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be kosher why, meaning it's if it's a misukenes, you need it to be mifarches.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: Now, where when was it Miferches?
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: So as long as you found the walls full of blood, you could be sure that it's good.
• 11:31
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: And it had a pyrchas?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: Because Shazinka, because how did the blood get on the walls?
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: It must have shot out.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: The blood must have shot out when it coughed up the blood.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: That as we saw, Chemida Serbelez, that's like Midas in our Mishnah that told us that that is a simon of Mi'kfarches when it coughs up the blood.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: So how did the blood get on the wall?
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: It must have coughed it up.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: If it coughed it up, then that's gonna be considered a semen pyrchas.
• 11:53
  SPEAKER_00: What's the raya?
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: The raya is that uh Vi'amar Shmuel, Koisle Bay Shita Shinu.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel brings on that that that we said it's on the walls, we don't mean the walls of the house.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: We mean Khoisle Beshita Shaninu.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: It means the walls of the Besashita, meaning the walls of the neck of the tzavar of the animal of the baseshita.
• 12:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's what it means.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: You found it full of blood, the animal coughed up the blood.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't this be a raya, by the way, if it was on the walls of the house?
• 12:15
  SPEAKER_00: Ain't Rashi.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: He says, because that way you wouldn't actually know in this case, it's Mamash Matsyas.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: But either way, we're talking about Koisle Beshitah, but the point is that I am Red Bishlam of Bitchila Shita Shapi.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that when is it good enough to have the animal do the simen of Pyrchus, whatever the simen was over here, it's coughing up blood.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: When is the simmon gonna be okay?
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me it's gonna be okay even at the beginning of the shit, then I understand that it's gonna be good.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Why is it gonna be good?
• 12:38
  SPEAKER_00: So we'll see in a second.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Eli Yamrit Besaiv Shita, but if you're gonna tell me you need the animal to be mefarchis at the end of the shit, lehushdoma de tchila shita zinka.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: When did you come and see that the blood was on the kaislim, on the walls?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: You came in the morning.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: So you have no idea when this happened.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: You don't know you don't know it was dark last night.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: You don't know if it happened in the beginning of the shita or in the shita.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: So if it's good enough in the beginning of the shit, shop here it makes a lot of sense.
• 12:58
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: Because I don't care when it happened.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: Even in the beginning, it would be okay.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: But if you're gonna tell me that it has to happen at the end of the shita, beside shita, then why would it be good?
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: In the end of the day, but Dumma uh say why would it be good?
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: If it has to happen at the end of the shit, you only found it the next day, this could have happened, Mamash, at the beginning of the Shita.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: So the only way that this would be okay if you scheched it at night and only found it in the morning, must be, must be that even at the beginning of the shita is going to be good enough.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: Basically, it doesn't matter when it happens, as long as it was Mefarchhis, and you see it was Mefarhis, because it has blood on the walls of the Kaiser Beta Shita.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: But as long as it was Mefarchis, it doesn't matter when, even at the beginning of the Shikita, it's gonna be okay.
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, I hear.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: You have a raya right now from here, that if an animal's mefarches, even at the beginning of the shritah it's gonna be good enough, okay?
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: But it's not a raya to every type of phirchus, it's only a raya to this one of zinca, of coughing up the blood.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: That that even at the beginning of the shritah is gonna be good enough.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: Why would that be different?
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: So says the gemara, maybe that's different.
• 13:56
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe Zenuk is different.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: This simen of Pirchus, maybe that is different, the Adiv, because it's much stronger.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe Zenuk coughing up blood is considered much stronger of an indication that the animal is being the farch, beginning it's a simon of khios during the shark.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that since it's a much stronger indication, even at the beginning of Shikitah is gonna be good enough.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to a less strong indication of Pirchhos, like one of the other ones we said, maybe that has to happen at the end.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemaro Mi Adif.
• 14:22
  SPEAKER_00: Who said it stronger?
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_00: Votnan.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: We have a we learnt in the mission.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Ribbazar Aymer, Dayo im Zinka.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: What do Ribbelez say?
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: Dayo, it's enough, it's enough even if it was just zinca.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't sound like it's the strongest one, right?
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: It's enough even if it was Zinka.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: If Zinka was Mamish a strong thing, we wouldn't say it's enough if it was Zinka.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean, Khathila?
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: That's the best thing, that's the strongest one.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: So from the lush of Ribbelez, Dayo im Zinka, it's enough if it was Zinka.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, it doesn't connotate uh lushna of being the strongest one.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Uh says the Gamara, yeah, I hear.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: So maybe in Rabelez's world, but cow midra magamlio, the other of Midrabbana.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: I could just tell you that it's more cow from what Ramagamliel said.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: And on that Ribbelezar came along and said, nah, even if it was Zinka.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: Meaning based on compared to what Ramagamliel said, it's more cow.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_00: Above other f Midrabbana.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: But compared to what the Rabanan were suggesting, maybe it's more Hummer than that.
• 15:08
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's a stronger simon.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: And then today, I could tell you that Zinka maybe that specifically would be good enough at the time of the beginning of the Shrikita.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: But something else, what the Rabana we're talking about, maybe you actually need it to happen at the end of the Shikita.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_00: So that's around Rabina.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: Rabina says, Amr Ali Sama Bar Khiltoi.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: Akshiba Avua de Bar Avuvram.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: So he told me this uh Sama bin Khikloy that Avua Debar Avuvram asked me the following.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: Who's Avua de Bar Avuvram?
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: So the father of the son of Avur Ram.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: That would uh that would, in other words, mean Avu Vram himself.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Why was he called the father of Bar Avuvram?
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: If he was Avram, just call him Abu Ram, the father of the son of Av Ram.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: So the reason is because Avram was uh more uh or Bar Avram was more famous.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: But we're calling in the Avua de Bar Abu Ram, but Amilasan actually said Ahua de Bar Av Ram, it was the brother of uh Bar Abu Ram.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: That what was his question?
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: His question was the following.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: Um the Rabbanamiyadiv, even compared to what the Rabbanan said Mefarhis was, is it better?
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: Is Zinka still considered a stronger indication of Khios than what the Rabbanan said?
• 16:08
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: But we learned in the Mishnah that shitifarhis oy beyad ibi regal that the Pierchis has to be with the yad or the regal.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: It has to make a movement in the yad or the regga.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: But what did they say?
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: They said ad until you do it, meaning anything else is not gonna be good enough, you have to do it with the yad or the regal.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: Rabban Ahai, who is the Rabbanan going back on?
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: So, Ahaq Kaimu, who are they going on?
• 16:28
  SPEAKER_00: Eile mad or Ramagamal.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me they're going back on Ramagamil, then Kaiman Shapirchasa.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: Ramagamliel was was was a much more Khamar Shita as we saw.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what would what should their terminology be if they're saying something even less?
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: They should say, no, you don't even need to do like Ramagamal, but Kaiman, as soon as Shapirchasa Biyada Biragil, it's gonna be good enough.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: As soon as, meaning kayvon, as long as you did this, it's gonna be good enough, meaning even something more cal.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: So if they were going back on Ramagam Leo, then Kayman Shabircham, by the way.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: It should have said the lush of Kayvon, not adds, meaning until you do this, it's not gonna be good enough.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: No, Kayvon, as long as you did this.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: That's more, that's that that that would be the tur correct terminology if you're coming to say something more cal.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: Elpshita must be that Ader Belezzer, that they're going back under Belezr.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: And again, same question to be Addif and they're gonna if you're gonna tell me that our belezers, Kirchhos, which was what?
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: Zenuk, if you're gonna tell me Rebelezers, Zenuk is Adif.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: That's a stronger indication of Khius than my ad.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: Then if the abundant are going back in our belezher, who said something stronger?
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: What it what it what's the lush and of ad?
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: No, no.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: That's not gonna be good enough until you do this.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: That's mashma that's what I'm saying is more strong.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me our belezers is stronger, then what should have is said again, same thing as we said before, Kiva.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: No, as long as you did, uh Yadir uh as long as you had the Yadir the record, that's gonna be good enough.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: So again, the lush doesn't line up.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, really, I could tell you that Zenuk is uh is not adif, not adif at all, says the Gemara, and we uh that's why we fall off of uh we uh we're we're back to square one of saying basically that Zenuk, Zenuk, we just proved from what we said before, we proved that even at the beginning it's gonna be okay.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: Because we saw even if you did a Hashachid Balailah you came back in the morning, so in a salim.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: So when did it happen?
• 18:01
SPEAKER_00: You have no way of knowing, and it's still gonna be okay.
• 18:03
  SPEAKER_00: So that's mashma.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: That is, it doesn't matter when it happened, even at the beginning is gonna be good enough.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: We tried to say maybe Zenuk Shani, maybe Zenuk is different because it's Mammisha, stronger indication, so we knocked it off just now.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: We said no, it's not necessarily a stronger indication, and if it's not a stronger indication, then any pirchus, that would be his rayah.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: Any pyrchus, as long as it was the beginning of shita, it's gonna be good enough.
• 18:21
  SPEAKER_00: It says another shita.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: Ravva, Ravas said the following.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: Pirchus Sha Amru Bis Savishita.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Rubba now says the exact opposite.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: The Pirchusha Amru bis Saivish Krita.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: The Pirchhus that we said that has to dab to be at the end of the shit.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: At the end of the shit, it's a krashi, and a little bit more, because the end of the shita is a nanosecond.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: So it means even a tiny bit more.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: So it has to show a simen of chhios at the mamish end, at the while you're finishing shafting, it still has to show a semen of sh uh a simon of chios and even after you finish a tiny myth.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Okay, it says how do I know?
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: That's a tiny way of right so.
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Sure, okay.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: This pasuk is as it relates to uh the halakha that from the eighth day and on you can bring you can bring an animal as a carbon.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: But before the eighth day, uh shivas yam uh teach tahazima, the exact collection of the pasuk, uh something like that.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, after eight days, before eight days is considered Bachos' man, after eight days you're gonna be able to bring this animal as a carbon.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: So the pasik says, Shore kasif.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: So we dartion each thing.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: Show e kess, pratli climb.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: That teaches me not climb.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to bring climb as a carbon.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: If an animal was a mix uh uh mixed breed the wrong way.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 19:24
  SPEAKER_00: Prat linidbe.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: That excludes something that looks like an ais, meaning if it uh looks like a sheep.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, it's really an a's if it's really a goat, it looks like a sheep, that already is not gonna be a culture for it to be a carbon.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: Kievate, when it's born, what does that teach me?
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_00: Pratyatsudaifon.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: That teaches me only if it's born normally, excluding uh Caesarean, that if the animal was cut open and the Uber was around, the Uber was taken out, that is not cultured to be brought as a carbon.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: Shivas Yomim, what does that teach me?
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: Prat the Mechusman, that excludes very uh, as as uh the words are Mashmah, Mechhosman, that it has to be specifically over seven days old, and if it's not, it's gonna be considered Mahosman, you can't bring it as a garment.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: Tachas Imoi, what does that teach me?
• 20:01
  SPEAKER_00: Prat the Yasim.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: That excludes the Yasim that this animal needs a mother.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: It has to be tahasimoi.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have a mother, if it's a yasim, then it can't be brought as a karmic.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: So talking about how yasum.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: What is the case of the yasim that we're talking about?
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that the mother gave birth to it and then the mother died.
• 20:18
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: Why would that be a problem to be brought as a karma?
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: What we need the mother to stay alive forever?
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: Uh, it's obviously not, and therefore that's not what it's talking about.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about?
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Probably that the animal died, the mother died, and then gave birth.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: So the animal, the mother died before the child was born.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Okay, and if so, what?
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: If so, obviously the animal wasn't born naturally because the once the mother dies, it doesn't have the ability to birth the the this baby cow anymore, right?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: So how did it uh give birth?
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: It was obviously a C-section, it was a Cenarian.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Khiivali Nafka.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: I already know that from Khiivali that that's excluded, because if Khiivali, we learn we learned before, it's probably Otsidaiphin.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: So if the animal died before it gave birth, then obviously you cut the animal open to take out the Uhuvern.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: And Kiyovali already told me that that's not gonna be considered a good karma.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Zalopshita, so it's posha that what are we talking about?
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_00: Zepier's Lamisa, vize pierim.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: Again, when did it die?
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: What is Yasim talking about?
• 21:13
  SPEAKER_00: The psaul of Yasseh.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: So must be that really happened at the same time.
• 21:17
  SPEAKER_00: Zebir's Lemisa, Vzepier's L Chaiim.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: The mother animal died the second the animal was born.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_00: So it's okay.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that I need it to be alive, we're gonna see how this is a riot back to us in a second.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: But if you're gonna tell me I need the animal to be alive, bisoif lado at the end of the lado, like we just said, then hi the it's trichrulla meute, then that now I understand why I need a posuk to be memitis from a carbo.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: But if you're gonna tell me that I don't need the animal to be alive, mamash at the end of the leda, while the animal is born and not a second and not a second before that, then khibali nafka, then I already know it, like we just said from khibale.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: Because again, if the animal dies, if the mother animal dies.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Any time before the sifleda, it's not gonna be able to finish the birth.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to uh you intervene over here, cut it open, whatever you have to do.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: That we already know from Kiyivale.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, what's the pasik teaching me?
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: That the mother was alive mamish till the second animal was born.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: This sif leda, that it happened at the end.
• 22:15
  SPEAKER_00: So, what's the raya?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: How does this translate back to us?
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: So Zakdrashi explains very little interesting because it's a totally different thing.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see over here?
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: We see that it must be, anytime we're makbid on the life of the animal, like over here, we're trying to learn from the Josh from the Pasik that it comes that the life of the mother, the mother has to be alive, otherwise, it's a yasim, probably yasim, it's not gonna be considered a good carbon.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: So, what are we makbit on?
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: It has to be alive, mamish till the last second.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: Mamish till the sif ledah.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: You need the chios, mamish to the sife laido.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: So, so too here by pyrchas, we're gonna say the same thing, the tar is makbid, that you're gonna need the chias, mamish to the soif of what you're doing.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: What are you doing over here?
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_00: Shitah.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: So you need the chias and the pyrchos when soif shit, mamesh at the sife of the shit, and a little bit more, and that's the riot from here, and that is Shita's Rabbah, that the Pirchus She Amru is Mamish Bis Soif Shitah.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: You need to see that Pirchus by Mesukennas Mamesh Bisoif Shita.
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_00: So Ammar, Rabba said.
• 23:05
  SPEAKER_00: Hilchusa, Kiomas Nisa.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: You wanna know what that loch is?
• 23:07
  SPEAKER_00: Like the following Braissa.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: Behema, Behemadaka Shapasty Yadabalek zero, a behemothaka that had its uh it outstretched its hand and didn't uh bring it back in.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be possible.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: As we saw, it's a seminar of death, not a semen of life.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: Because bringing it back in is life.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Bahmidwurmurum, when is that true?
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Biyad, Abu Biragal, that's only true Biyad, the front hand, right?
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: Avabiraga, being postural koffa, bain koff a li posture, doesn't matter which wake, shader, it's actually gonna be kosher, it's a seminar chyus.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: Bah midwomer, when is that true bidaka by a behemothaka?
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: Abu Bigasa by Behemagasa, bigger animal.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: Bain biyad, bain be rego, being postural koffa, being koff of postural.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't matter which f which leg, which hand, it doesn't matter which direction, it's gonna be kosher.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: The eif, and by the way, as relates to an eif, how much movement do you need by an eif?
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: A filular rifra, fella gapoy, velakishke, shell is no boy, even if it just fluttered its wing, or if it just wagged its tail, hares it pyrchus, that's considered a good pyrch, and then it's gonna be a good shita.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be okay, Mike Mashwan, Kulu Tanani.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: What is the big kiddish over here?
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: Everything was in the Mishnah that we just saw.
• 24:06
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be possible.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: Because the outward motion is only a semmon of dying, not living.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yad in regaloi.
• 24:12
  SPEAKER_00: What do we see?
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: The deak from the Mishnah is again, yad in yad regolai.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: First of all, it only said yad not regal.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Second of all, daka in gasaloi, only Daka and not Gasa.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: So why did I need to say this all again in the breast says the Gamara?
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_00: Oif it's trichaly.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: The only addition we need was really for the oif.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: We said oif, which we didn't learn from this mission we just quoted, and therefore we really just needed to say oif, that's why we said it everything again, because oif it's trichole delights man, that's not torn in the Mishnah, and If we saw, what do you need?
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: Even if it just flapped its wing or wagged its tail, that's gonna be good enough.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: A good simon of Pirchus Zuck, the next Mishnah.
• 24:43
  SPEAKER_00: Hashikhid la ivit kacham.
• 24:45
  SPEAKER_00: Totally new Sagya.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Someone who does a shaitha for an Avid Khacham.
• 24:50
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: He's not doing it for Avidhazara, but he's doing it for an Ivid Oivid Azar Avidazara.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: So this guy, he's a guy, but a regular proper Avid Khachavim was a galakh of the sorts, and he wants it's now this animal important, the Bailim is the Avid Khachamim.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: The Avid Khavim owns the animal, and a Jew is doing a Khashir Shita on this animal for him.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: Not for Avidhazara, but for this guy, because he's the owner.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: So Hashaikh the Avid Khamshita Sakha, it's gonna be a good shahitah no problem.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: Then the day, ayyid did a shita, shitah what should be the problem?
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Rabalazar Paisa, Rabalazar Paisa, and Rabelezar explains himself.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: I'm Rabelezer, Rabbehazar first double down, doubles down.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: A filu shahthallah Avid Khham mehzar kovich alpsula.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Even if he shachhted this animal, the Jew, and he shachted it for the guy, but only add in mind that the guy's mom is gonna eat only a little piece of it from the chatzar covid of it, that's still gonna be possible.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna passle the entire animal.
• 25:41
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: Shastam Mahshev Savedus Khamim, La Avais Khabim.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: Because a stam machshaba of Avid Kahavim is always for Ava Zara.
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: And since he's the Bileam of this carbon, he's the of the animal, not the carbon.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: Since he's the owner of the animal, his maqshabb actually makes a difference over here.
• 25:58
SPEAKER_00: And if we say that's kehavim is la Avaidas Khachabim, then you're gonna have a problem because he's the baileum and his stam Mahshaba is for Abadazara.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: So you shachhted this and his maqshabbah catches onto this animal that belongs to him and for Abba de Zara, we're gonna have a big problem.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_00: And even if you shachted even for a tiny bit to give him, it's gonna be a problem.
• 26:15
  SPEAKER_00: Umrbiasik says Kabuchemadharma.
• 26:17
  SPEAKER_00: Bring you Kabuchamer.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: Umsha Mahshava Poisell, Bi Mukdashim, Eina call hoyleh ella achara oivis saying the opposite.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: Then I'll bring you Kabukhmer to show you not that way.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: Because Madach we see in a place that a maqshava is poisil bimukdashim, meaning by kochim where a mahshava matters.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: Your maqshova matters by kochim.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: So we all we have all different types of sule mahshavas by kochim, as we know when you bring carbs.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: Pigel, mah, all different types of maqshavas you could add that are gonna pass to the carbon.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: So madh we see by kochim.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: Then a mahshava is gonna be poison, and still eina colour elh el akara oivid, whose maqshava do we care about?
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: The oivid, the one, the koyin that's actually doing the alvoida.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: We don't care about anyone else's cabana.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: So Malcolm Shah, ein mahsabah paysala as bichulin.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: So as relates to regular chulin, when you're shafting the guy's animal for himself, for a regular chulin, it's not a karbon.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: So over here, eyah denshla ehe, a colo el hechar, el akarh shaikh.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: So who's mahshava should we care about?
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: Over here, it's baichulin for sure.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_00: We should only care about the shaykhit's kabana, meaning the yisra'.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: And the yesral, the kosher kabana.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: What do I care about?
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: What the Bailim, the Avid Khan might be thinking.
• 27:18
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Kabukhmer from Kh'sim, then I shouldn't care at all.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: Because again, by Khotshim, by Kotchim, that we have a psul of Mahshava Bikhal, I only care about the Uir.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in a second how that everyone agrees with that.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that I only care about the actual Koin that's doing the Avoidah, his Maqshava, and still we only care about his Maqshava and no one else's Mahshava.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: So Kabukhmer over here, where a Mahshava's not gonna poison, but regular Hulin, that we're only gonna care about the Shaykhit's Maqshava and not the one who he's doing it for.
• 27:42
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: So we have three Shetas in the Mishnah.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to go through it.
• 27:45
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_00: Hani Tanoi, Islu the Ribelezir Brahmyasi.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Let me try to make say over here.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: First of all, the first two Tanam we said in the Mishnah, hold of Ribelez Brabiyasi.
• 27:54
  SPEAKER_00: Who is Ribalaza Babyasi?
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: I'm Ribalazar Babyasi, Shamati Shah Bailim Fagwin.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: Ribelez Brabiasi said, I heard Shamati Shah Bailimfagmin that Bailim, the owners of the carbon, can effectuate pigle, which is a little bit of a khadish, because what's pigle?
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: Mahshava of uh of chutzlazman, you're gonna do it uh not at the right time.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: You have a certain time frame to eat this carbon, let's say, and you do it, uh you have a maqshava to do it, uh Chutzlazman even.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: So that's mahshava pigle, as we know.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: Now, generally, only the coin who's doing the avoidah can effectuate the pigle.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_00: But Ribelez Babi says, Shamatisha Bailim a Fangan.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: I heard that even the bailim, the owner of the carbon, he's who knows where.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: And the bailim, he had a maqshevah's pigle, that's gonna make the carbon into pigel.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: So it says the gomara, the first two Tanaim hold of our belezabarbiai see that the bailim, who's not doing the avoida, he's just the owner of the karma.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: He has the ability to effectuate a maqshava of pigle.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: Mew, so what's the machalik is in the Mishnah?
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: Tanakama Savar, Tanakama hold that e Shami de Khoshib in Eloilai.
• 28:50
SPEAKER_00: That that's true that the Bailim can be mefagalit, that's only true if we heard that he was mephagalit.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: If we heard him have this kabbanah, he said out loud or whatever it is, uh his mahshav is pigol, then it would possibly.
• 29:00
SPEAKER_00: But if we didn't hear him say it out loud, then no, and therefore it's just to overhear, right?
• 29:04
SPEAKER_00: The galakh or whatever it is, this evid kochavim, if we heard him say that you're shafting it and I'm having kavana for Avadhazara, then it's gonna be a problem.
• 29:12
  SPEAKER_00: But if not, not.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: So stamazaved is kachavim, lavis kechovim loyamrina.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: And the Tanakham is gonna say that I don't say that stam machavisavad is kham, lavad is kochhavim.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: That he's always thinking about Avadhazara just because uh he's a Avid Avadazara.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if I don't assume that he always meant Avadhazara, then it's gonna be fine as long as he didn't say it, as long as he didn't spell it out that hey, you're shafting over there my animal, it's for Avadazara.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: As long as he didn't say that, you're gonna be good to go because we don't say that all stam machavisabad is coming is Lava Des Khaven.
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_00: Rabalaz Sabar.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Rabbalaz that said, yeah, what's he gonna hold?
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: Then Apagabdaloshimini, even though we didn't hear him say that it's Lava de Zahra, the Hhosh uh Afugabdelushimini and the Hoshab, even if we didn't hear his thoughts, he didn't say it out loud.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_00: Stam Mach Shabbat Sav is com lavad is com la.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_00: We do say that stam Mahshavas Kam is Labad is common.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, it doesn't matter when and where, as long if you shafted it for this guy, Stam Mahshab Savas Kam Lava Jeskum, and he we hold the Blazabysi who says, Shamathi Shabala Mafaglin, and any maqshab that the guy has as the Bylam is gonna passle up your animal, you're gonna have a problem across the board, according to the Balazar.
• 30:11
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the first two Sheetahs, Tanakham and Rebelezar, both hold again of Rabalazar Biyasi, that says Shamathi Shabbala Mafaglun.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: The only machlekas is do we assume is Kavana is always the Vada Zara or not?
• 30:22
SPEAKER_00: Or and we're only gonna passle it if he spells it out.
• 30:24
  SPEAKER_00: That was the machleikis.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: It says Ignar Vasar Byy Maymar, is the third Sheeta who argues and doesn't hold of this Shamathi Shabbala Mafagin at all.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: Vasur Byasil Maymar and the Urbayasi came to say that Afogah the Shamini the Hashiv.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_00: Even if we heard this Ayyubid A Vadazar, even if we heard him say, hey, my carbon, your my my animal, your shafting over there is for Ava'zar, even if you heard him say it, it doesn't make a difference in the world.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_00: Afalgad the shamini the khashiv, zem echashav the Ayyvid la marina.
• 30:49
  SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't make a difference.
• 30:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: Because you could think all you want.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: I'm the one shachting and I'm the one that matters.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_00: Because Zemhashiv is the o'vid lay marina.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: We don't say that it makes a difference.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make a difference if this guy's having maqshabbah and this guy's doing the voidah.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the only soul you're gonna have is if the oyvid, if the actual person doing the avoidah, has the wrong maqshabb.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_00: But if not, then it was someone else, even the bailam, it's not gonna be a problem.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: Says Zigmar, that's one way to understand the machlikas in the Mishnah.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_00: I kid another version is Bid Shamineh the Hoshiv Pligi.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_00: That really the first two shetas, Tanakama and Urbalazar, where's their machleikis?
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: Where you heard that he had this m- that he had this kabbana.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: He said out loud, I'm having this kabbanah that you're shefting my animal, and it's gonna be for Abba Dazara.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: That is where the machlikas is.
• 31:34
  SPEAKER_00: What's the machelikus?
• 31:34
  SPEAKER_00: Tanakama, sorry, Kyamrinza.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_00: Where do we say that that him as the bylim can passel it up, even though he's not the one doing that by the Where do we say that?
• 31:47
SPEAKER_00: That's only inside the base of Migdash for Kurbanas.
• 31:49
SPEAKER_00: Avbachutz by regular hulin, but we don't say it, and therefore it's gonna be okay.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_00: Even if you mamesh harn him screaming it's we're about a Zara, I'm sorry, you're not the one chasting it, so you're not gonna passle it up.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: But chutzmi pnim, loi yalfina, because we don't learn chutz from p'n.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_00: We don't learn regular chulin from pnim from inside the base amygdala from koch'em.
• 32:04
SPEAKER_00: What's up, in the mahima?
• 32:05
  SPEAKER_00: What's your blahzik?
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say that Yafina Chutzmipnim.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: We learn chutzmipnim, and therefore it's gonna have the same Allah, just like inside the base amygdala, you can by Kotchim, uh, you can have this inion of uh the bailin being mefagel, so too outside, and this galach is saying that it's for his abadizara, you're gonna have a problem.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_00: What's Raby's coming to say that Afilu Bifnin, Rabbias is taken to the opposite extreme, even inside the base of Migdash, Nami Zemhash, Oyvidlayamrin.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't Bikla hold of this?
• 32:31
SPEAKER_00: There's no Shamatishah Baylin Mefagun.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't hold of that, and therefore, even inside the base of Migdosh, the only one who can possibly machaba is going to be the kind that's doing navoida.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_00: Anyone else, even inside the base of my able to do that, and that's the other version of this three way machine the Mishka will hold it there for the Shayakke Chabez.
