I'll Have Another with Lindsey Hein Podcast · Nov 22, 2022 · 1h 1m

Aliphine Tuliamuk won the Olympics Trials in 2020 in the marathon. She recently ran the NYC Marathon and placed as the top American in 7th place overall. She also ran a PR in 2:26:18. Since we last talked on the podcast, Aliphine had a baby, so in this episode we talk a lot about how life has changed and postpartum running. We also talk a lot about the Olympics and her buildup to the NYC Marathon.

I love the message Aliphine is sending to women everywhere about motherhood! She gives us a realistic view about what a comeback postpartum looks like!
