He Let One Girl Go — And It Ended His Killing Spree | Bobby Joe Long
In 1984, Bobby Joe Long turned the Tampa Bay area into a hunting ground. Over eight months he abducted, raped, and murdered at least ten women. Then he made one fatal mistake: he released 17-year-old Lisa McVey after holding her for 26 hours.
Her courage, a few red carpet fibers, and a detailed description brought the Classified Ad Rapist to justice.
Host Alexander Lawson tells the full story of the crimes, the capture, and the women who never came home.
