A 38-year-old Kentucky man, Shaun Slaman, vanished near River Bend Campground in Evarts, last seen walking along railroad tracks Saturday. Authorities are urgently seeking public help — he’s described as a white male with brown hair, wearing a black Freddy Krueger tee, gray sweatpants, black boots, and a black hat.
