- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's guests are some young paranormal explorers. They're those boo babies,
- 0:05Speaker 1: you feel me? Them spook lurkers. And they're here today.
- 0:09Speaker 1: They've amassed a huge following on YouTube, over 13 million subscribers.
- 0:13Speaker 1: They've been to some of the scariest places on the planet.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I'm looking forward to learning about that and getting my
- 0:23Speaker 1: Halloween up. Today's guests are Sam and Colby.
- 0:33Speaker 2: And I will find a song I've been singing since
- 0:45Speaker 2: the beginning.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Uh, paranormal Amiga. Like, what do you guys like, what
- 1:03Speaker 1: do you guys call yourselves? Is it like ghost hunters?
- 1:05Speaker 1: What is it?
- 1:05Speaker 3: Yeah, we should, we should go with that one for sure.
- 1:08Speaker 4: We should rename our channel to just paranormal Amigos.
- 1:10Speaker 1: From now on monkeys. Maybe I'm just trying to think like.
- 1:13Speaker 5: I mean, that's way cooler than just saying ghost hunters,
- 1:16Speaker 5: you know, most people just call us ghost hunters, but, uh, honestly,
- 1:19Speaker 5: we're just like two dudes with the camera. We just
- 1:20Speaker 5: kind of document everything that happens to us.
- 1:23Speaker 4: We're not experts at all. We don't know what we're doing,
- 1:25Speaker 4: so we just go into these haunted places with a camera,
- 1:27Speaker 4: just us two and a couple guests, and see what happens.
- 1:29Speaker 3: I wish we were psychics and mediums, but we can't
- 1:32Speaker 3: channel them.
- 1:33Speaker 4: Not that cool.
- 1:34Speaker 1: It's almost like a ghostbusters, but like community college kind
- 1:39Speaker 1: of dude. Exactly.
- 1:41Speaker 3: That's hilarious.
- 1:41Speaker 1: That's fair to say like the off-brand TV. No, it's fun.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Like that's honestly, that is part of the adventure. So
- 1:48Speaker 5: we have no idea what happened. Like sometimes it's the
- 1:50Speaker 5: craziest thing we've ever seen. And then sometimes like just
- 1:53Speaker 5: nothing happens. We're shooting the shit with our friends, which
- 1:55Speaker 5: is also like super fun.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Yeah. You guys have 15 million subs on YouTube now. Um,
- 2:01Speaker 1: how many people live in your hometown?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Oh my God, maybe like less than 100,000.
- 2:06Speaker 5: So it's like so bizarre to think about.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Yeah, we're from Kansas.
- 2:10Speaker 5: So like small town Kansas to like all this stuff,
- 2:13Speaker 5: it's definitely a wild experience for sure.
- 2:15Speaker 1: So 150 of your hometowns, is that how many followers
- 2:19Speaker 1: you have?
- 2:19Speaker 4: All coming together. It's wild to think about. Like it's
- 2:21Speaker 4: still surreal to this day. Like you were saying, like
- 2:24Speaker 4: we grew up in like a small town, like suburbs
- 2:26Speaker 4: of Kansas City. So like moving out to like LA
- 2:28Speaker 4: and Vegas has been wild. a wild change for us
- 2:31Speaker 4: and we did it just after like high school too
- 2:33Speaker 4: so at 18 we didn't.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Know it just shows how many people are really interested
- 2:37Speaker 5: in like spirits and like afterlife i mean i'm sure
- 2:40Speaker 5: like every single person as a human is like always
- 2:42Speaker 5: wondering what happens after i die i don't know if
- 2:44Speaker 5: you believe in ghosts or not but like you've probably
- 2:46Speaker 5: had that question of like what does happen you know
- 2:49Speaker 5: like is it possible to communicate with like your loved
- 2:51Speaker 5: ones and stuff.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yeah well i think it's one thing that we all
- 2:53Speaker 1: have in common right i think it's one thing that
- 2:55Speaker 1: it's like it's that one question that none of us
- 2:57Speaker 1: can answer. Right. And then also I think like that,
- 3:00Speaker 1: a lot of people think that like ghost hunting kind
- 3:02Speaker 1: of died a little bit because it was kind of
- 3:04Speaker 1: this older thing that was more popular. Like, um, and
- 3:07Speaker 1: then when a lot of technology really started popping off, uh,
- 3:11Speaker 1: I think people thought like, oh, well nobody's seeing ghosts
- 3:14Speaker 1: anymore as much, you know, people thought you'd see a
- 3:16Speaker 1: more on cell phones and stuff. But since nobody's seeing,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I think people, it kind of, I remember five or
- 3:22Speaker 1: six years ago being like, dude, where are all the
- 3:23Speaker 1: fucking ghosts?
- 3:24Speaker 4: Where'd they go?
- 3:25Speaker 5: Yeah, you'd think if every single person had a camera,
- 3:28Speaker 5: they would have clear evidence of their experience.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Mad ghosts, dude. You see Casper every day. I was
- 3:33Speaker 3: hanging out with us.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Yeah, you'd see just stacks of ghosts. You'd see just
- 3:36Speaker 1: a bunch of boo orgies and shit popping off.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Boo orgies, yeah.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It's not like that, man. It's the opposite.
- 3:42Speaker 3: We've had a couple boo orgies.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, have you ever? Have you ever seen, oh, have we?
- 3:48Speaker 1: I wasn't there for that one.
- 3:50Speaker 3: I was like, oh, really?
- 3:51Speaker 4: I was unconscious during that. Excuse me.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Hopefully not.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Just so our listeners know, so you guys met in?
- 3:58Speaker 5: We met in Kansas in high school. So we were
- 4:01Speaker 5: like 14 years old. We met in band camp. in
- 4:04Speaker 5: a typical story, high school. And then we're also like, yo,
- 4:07Speaker 5: like we don't want to end up like all the
- 4:09Speaker 5: other kids in Kansas, you know, just doing the same old,
- 4:11Speaker 5: like go to college, get nine to five, whatever.
- 4:13Speaker 3: That was fine. Like go do your thing. But we
- 4:16Speaker 3: just really didn't think that was for us.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So do you remember the first time that you saw
- 4:20Speaker 1: each other?
- 4:21Speaker 3: That was super romantic.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:23Speaker 4: It was at a coffee shop in seventh grade.
- 4:25Speaker 1: That does make it sound very romantic. Sorry.
- 4:28Speaker 4: No, believe it or not, I actually do remember the
- 4:30Speaker 4: first time.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Really?
- 4:31Speaker 4: I think you remember this too when I tell this story,
- 4:33Speaker 4: but like it was in middle school. So we were like, yeah,
- 4:35Speaker 4: actually like 12 or 13 or something like that. And
- 4:37Speaker 4: each month there would be like these awards that the
- 4:40Speaker 4: students could earn or whatever or get. Like, for example,
- 4:44Speaker 4: best dressed or like. Sam, for example, won the best
- 4:47Speaker 4: haircut of like the month or something like that. And
- 4:52Speaker 4: so when he like walked off the stage, I was like,
- 4:54Speaker 4: that guy's, he does have really cool hair. And that
- 4:56Speaker 4: was the first time.
- 4:57Speaker 1: He's got that Mormon front waterfall going on. I mean,
- 5:01Speaker 1: he's got that beautiful, it's yeah. You can make mittens
- 5:03Speaker 1: out of that. That's what I'm saying. That's beautiful. But
- 5:06Speaker 1: you remember that. Of course.
- 5:08Speaker 4: He won the award. He won the award. And I
- 5:10Speaker 4: was just like, I have to be friends with this guy.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Maybe even start a Vine account eventually.
- 5:14Speaker 3: There we go.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Yeah, Colby's the one that knew of Vine and YouTube
- 5:18Speaker 5: and stuff. I was not into all that stuff. But
- 5:20Speaker 5: then he was like, dude, there are people right now
- 5:22Speaker 5: making Vine videos and stupid videos at their mall that
- 5:25Speaker 5: are getting millions of views. And no one's in on this.
- 5:28Speaker 5: And so we just decided to go for it. Because
- 5:30Speaker 5: we were like, I don't want to live forever just
- 5:32Speaker 5: in Kansas doing the normal route.
- 5:34Speaker 3: And let's try it.
- 5:35Speaker 4: We didn't even know there was a career like money
- 5:37Speaker 4: to be made out of it. But, um, I just
- 5:39Speaker 4: like looked up to a lot of people on social
- 5:41Speaker 4: media that I was like, come on, we can like
- 5:43Speaker 4: do this if we really try. And then he saw
- 5:45Speaker 4: the vision once like things started picking up.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Just to do content, just to do content. I was like, Oh,
- 5:51Speaker 5: I don't know a hundred percent, but like once I
- 5:53Speaker 5: saw like, Oh, like. This could be our way to
- 5:56Speaker 5: have a voice. This is our way to get out
- 5:57Speaker 5: of Kansas. This is our way to travel, meet cool people,
- 5:59Speaker 5: all these different things, build a business. It was like, oh, wait,
- 6:01Speaker 5: let's go. And so we kind of locked in on
- 6:04Speaker 5: senior year of high school. And I remember our parents
- 6:07Speaker 5: were like, yo, if you get X amount of dollars,
- 6:09Speaker 5: we'll allow you to take a gap year instead of
- 6:11Speaker 5: go to college.
- 6:12Speaker 1: If you earn that many dollars in a year?
- 6:14Speaker 5: It was like, I don't know, $ 15, 000 or something. And like,
- 6:17Speaker 5: because that would be enough for a couple months rent
- 6:18Speaker 5: in L.A. And it's like, okay, well then we had
- 6:20Speaker 5: our whiteboard and like, you know, we check off the
- 6:22Speaker 5: amount of money we're making on senior year.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Like, okay.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Post everyday live stream every single day. Like we were
- 6:27Speaker 4: on grind mode. And yeah, again, being from Kansas, like
- 6:31Speaker 4: there was nothing to do really besides go to school.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Was there haters around the village? Was there haters in
- 6:34Speaker 1: the branches of the local trees? Like, was it like that?
- 6:37Speaker 1: For sure. Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 4: No, our own high school. Like, didn't like us.
- 6:42Speaker 5: This was, like, also during the time when social media
- 6:44Speaker 5: wasn't very popular. But, yeah, we'd get called in to, like,
- 6:46Speaker 5: principal's office. We'd be like, what are you guys doing
- 6:48Speaker 5: on Vine? Like, this is not cool. We don't want
- 6:50Speaker 5: you guys representing our school like this.
- 6:51Speaker 1: And I was like, God.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Also, we started, like, with public disturbance. So we'd go
- 6:56Speaker 5: to our local mall and, like, jump off, like, you know,
- 6:59Speaker 5: tables and, like, ride– couches up escalators, do stupid stuff.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw y'all following some fats at the mall.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, we don't do that anymore.
- 7:07Speaker 1: We don't do that anymore. Hey, look, dude.
- 7:09Speaker 3: We live and we learn, all right?
- 7:11Speaker 1: Hey, man, my stepmother's fat, all right?
- 7:13Speaker 3: All right, well.
- 7:14Speaker 1: She doesn't know it, but... Well, now she does. And anyway, sorry,
- 7:18Speaker 1: I'm just joking around. But at a certain point, you
- 7:21Speaker 1: guys sort of pivoted to checking out abandoned places, right?
- 7:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And then now it's become more haunted spots. What made
- 7:29Speaker 1: you switch from just like, oh... Shit just shit just
- 7:32Speaker 1: being abandoned isn't enough, right?
- 7:35Speaker 6: We used to be.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Scared of spiders. No, we're scared of spiders and ghosts
- 7:40Speaker 4: But what.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Makes you be like, hey, bro There's nobody in this
- 7:44Speaker 1: dark room.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Yeah, let's bring a man in some of them.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Let's light up a Ouija board Yeah, what makes you
- 7:51Speaker 1: what makes that kind of like? Yeah, how do you
- 7:53Speaker 1: get there? What makes you make that turn?
- 7:55Speaker 4: Well to be completely honest with you we started doing
- 7:57Speaker 4: the abandoned stuff in like 2017 2018 and Um, and yeah,
- 8:02Speaker 4: we were legally doing like pretty much all of our
- 8:04Speaker 4: videos back in the day and we got arrested. So
- 8:07Speaker 4: like in 2019, like, Oh.
- 8:08Speaker 1: So you're just showing up places. Yeah.
- 8:11Speaker 5: We would just be like, okay, like there's this abandoned asylum.
- 8:14Speaker 5: Let's try to figure a way in and figure a
- 8:15Speaker 5: way out without getting caught. And it was really like fun.
- 8:18Speaker 5: I mean, that's like exhilarating, but there's this came a
- 8:22Speaker 5: time that we actually got caught and we're like, oh, well,
- 8:24Speaker 5: you know, uh, we can't do this as much anymore,
- 8:27Speaker 5: but luckily like about a year prior to that. We
- 8:30Speaker 5: had started going to some places that had haunted lore.
- 8:35Speaker 5: And we were like, I don't really believe in this stuff. Actually,
- 8:38Speaker 5: both of us were very, very skeptical of anything haunted,
- 8:40Speaker 5: ghost-related before we started. And we thought it would be great.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Let's do this abandoned stuff, but let's see if there's
- 8:47Speaker 5: a ghost there.
- 8:47Speaker 1: That's funny.
- 8:48Speaker 5: It's probably not. It's just a dark building, but it
- 8:50Speaker 5: would be great for content. But then things started happening.
- 8:54Speaker 3: And it was like, wait. What, what actually was that?
- 8:57Speaker 3: What was that voice? What was that slam?
- 8:58Speaker 5: What was that door that just like, you know, crash
- 9:01Speaker 5: in front of me and then have it over and
- 9:03Speaker 5: over and over again. And we're like, wait, this might
- 9:05Speaker 5: actually be real. And then we went to this place
- 9:07Speaker 5: called the Queen Mary in Long Beach.
- 9:09Speaker 3: I don't know if you ever heard of it.
- 9:10Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It's an old, it's an old ship, right?
- 9:12Speaker 4: Have you been before?
- 9:13Speaker 1: Yeah. I think we did a, I think I did
- 9:15Speaker 1: comedy on it. Oh wow.
- 9:16Speaker 3: That's awesome. Yeah, I mean, it's a huge hotel, and
- 9:20Speaker 3: it's awesome.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Oh, I love some bad jokes on that AMF. So
- 9:23Speaker 1: if one of those showed up, that was me.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 9:27Speaker 1: If you heard people booing, that wasn't a ghost. That
- 9:29Speaker 1: was just audience people, yeah.
- 9:32Speaker 3: That's great. But, yeah, we had, like, such a crazy experience.
- 9:36Speaker 1: And you really did. You're really having these experiences. Like,
- 9:38Speaker 1: you're really– this is real.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Yeah. 1,000%.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Well, the entire time, like, we didn't really– like we
- 9:46Speaker 5: didn't believe. So like we were like, let's let's test
- 9:48Speaker 5: it because like actually would be kind of cool if
- 9:50Speaker 5: there was something, you know, would be really fun. And
- 9:52Speaker 5: so at this time we were skeptical, but we wanted
- 9:56Speaker 5: something to happen. And then at the night of the
- 9:58Speaker 5: Queen Mary, even at, we kind of gave up, we
- 10:01Speaker 5: actually did this entire video and nothing really happened all night.
- 10:06Speaker 5: And then at the very, very end of the night,
- 10:08Speaker 5: Turned off cameras and we're like, well, that was a
- 10:10Speaker 5: horrible video, but let's just try it one more time
- 10:12Speaker 5: for the rest. And I was at 4 0 AM
- 10:14Speaker 5: and then slowly. stuff started happening off camera. And this
- 10:19Speaker 5: is like how real it is for me. It's like,
- 10:20Speaker 5: if it was just for content, we just turn on
- 10:22Speaker 5: the cameras and like try to like capture it. But
- 10:24Speaker 5: instead we just like sat there and tried to have
- 10:27Speaker 5: a conversation with a spirit. And that night completely changed
- 10:31Speaker 5: my life. It made me religious. It made me like
- 10:34Speaker 5: want to get to the whole spiritualist thing. And I,
- 10:36Speaker 5: you know, we talked about this many times after being like, okay,
- 10:40Speaker 5: screw this abandoned stuff.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I want to know the answer. Like this is not
- 10:43Speaker 3: just for content anymore. This is like, This is beautiful.
- 10:45Speaker 5: If it's actually like out there, if there is something
- 10:49Speaker 5: on the other side, I want to know. And so
- 10:51Speaker 5: that dove us into this whole like career over the
- 10:53Speaker 5: last five, seven years.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Wow, man. As you're building that up there, as you're
- 10:57Speaker 1: telling me that even when you were starting just kind
- 10:59Speaker 1: of that parable there or starting that, like when you
- 11:03Speaker 1: were starting to share there, it made me think of
- 11:05Speaker 1: like faith. It's like, you know, you think there's nothing there, right?
- 11:11Speaker 1: And something shows up, right? And like you're saying, like
- 11:14Speaker 1: you were hoping something, but nothing had occurred, right? And
- 11:17Speaker 1: it's kind of the same thing with faith. Like even,
- 11:20Speaker 1: you know, for people that are religious or have, believe
- 11:23Speaker 1: in some sort of higher power, it's, you have to
- 11:26Speaker 1: meet it halfway, right? So just the fact that you
- 11:29Speaker 1: guys showed up willing to meet whatever could be out there,
- 11:35Speaker 1: you know, and then whatever's out there, sometimes the way
- 11:38Speaker 1: it shows up could be positive, but maybe the way
- 11:41Speaker 1: we interpret it too is like, scary to us because
- 11:44Speaker 1: it's coming from a place that we can't understand. Very,
- 11:47Speaker 1: very true.
- 11:47Speaker 4: And I mean, when we first started, I mean, my
- 11:49Speaker 4: entire life I've been Christian. So like we first started
- 11:53Speaker 4: with this like Queen Mary, like experience. And for Sam,
- 11:55Speaker 4: like he was saying, it was something where he didn't
- 11:57Speaker 4: believe in anything.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Fuck, I didn't know this. Yeah.
- 12:00Speaker 4: But I I've always been born and raised Christian. And
- 12:02Speaker 4: so for me, it was more of just like a
- 12:04Speaker 4: hopeful thing. That's like securing my beliefs, I guess you
- 12:07Speaker 4: could say. Um, so it really just depends on the person,
- 12:11Speaker 4: but Anybody can take the paranormal however they want, depending
- 12:15Speaker 4: on what they believe in their personal lives.
- 12:16Speaker 3: But you're right.
- 12:17Speaker 5: It's so much more of putting yourself out there and
- 12:19Speaker 5: meeting something halfway, whether that be in a religious sense or,
- 12:22Speaker 5: as we do in the paranormal world, it's like so
- 12:25Speaker 5: many people go out there and they're so closed off.
- 12:27Speaker 3: They're skeptical. I'm sure tons of people watching this right
- 12:29Speaker 3: now are super skeptical.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I was one of them a little while ago.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:34Speaker 5: But if you go into a haunted house and you're
- 12:36Speaker 5: super skeptical and you don't think something's going to happen,
- 12:37Speaker 5: same thing with faith.
- 12:38Speaker 3: You're never going to get it. But when we.
- 12:41Speaker 5: turn off the cameras and we actually were like, actually, okay,
- 12:44Speaker 5: I just want something to be there. I'm willing to,
- 12:46Speaker 5: to really believe and put myself there. That's when things
- 12:49Speaker 5: started happening. And that's what we always advise people to do.
- 12:52Speaker 5: And when they go into these haunted places, put yourself
- 12:54Speaker 5: out there, take a risk, you know?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yeah. It's dude, it's so funny. It brings me back
- 12:58Speaker 1: to like when I was a kid and like, that's
- 13:00Speaker 1: one thing that is amazing about kids. It's like, especially
- 13:03Speaker 1: like ghosts and kids, like when they're like, you know,
- 13:06Speaker 1: even till like 15, 16, different ages, but when you,
- 13:10Speaker 1: when you had that youthful energy, you're so like right
- 13:13Speaker 1: there on the edge of the moment that something can
- 13:15Speaker 1: meet it. Like something small can meet you right there
- 13:18Speaker 1: really easily. It's pretty so willing to believe. Yes. You know,
- 13:21Speaker 1: it's such an amazing time. Yeah.
- 13:24Speaker 5: And that's why like children have so many more experiences
- 13:26Speaker 5: because they're less closed off. They're less like, I don't know,
- 13:29Speaker 5: jaded to the world, you know?
- 13:30Speaker 1: Oh, it's so true, dude. Now, if a ghost showed up,
- 13:33Speaker 1: it'd be literally just like, you know, all right, you know,
- 13:38Speaker 1: can you come back later? I'd probably be like, I'm busy,
- 13:41Speaker 1: all right?
- 13:41Speaker 3: I got some shit to do, you know? Yeah.
- 13:43Speaker 1: People could beg for like somebody to come from the
- 13:46Speaker 1: afterlife that they love. And then they hear a weird
- 13:48Speaker 1: knock at the door in the middle of the night.
- 13:50Speaker 1: And instead they call the police instead of go open
- 13:53Speaker 1: it up. Like, what are you talking about your grandfather?
- 13:56Speaker 3: Come on, go have the conversation.
- 13:57Speaker 1: But it is, it's just interesting that like how perception
- 14:01Speaker 1: and belief can meet together to frame what your experience
- 14:03Speaker 1: can be. Right. You know, exactly.
- 14:05Speaker 5: Yeah, and that's kind of why we do it now.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Like we definitely now believe we've had so many experiences
- 14:11Speaker 5: over the last like seven years that have proved to
- 14:13Speaker 5: us that we're not the only things out there. But
- 14:16Speaker 5: especially me, I was at a place where I thought
- 14:19Speaker 5: it was all blackness. After you die, it was nothing.
- 14:22Speaker 5: It was so hopeless that when I found that spark
- 14:26Speaker 5: of like, wait, there could be something more, it was
- 14:28Speaker 5: like my version of finding religion. It was my version
- 14:33Speaker 5: of finding hope. And I was like, wait a second,
- 14:36Speaker 5: if I can prove this to myself. And now that
- 14:38Speaker 5: I have over the last couple of years, what if
- 14:40Speaker 5: I could prove this to somebody else? What if someone
- 14:43Speaker 5: could watch one of our videos and walk away being like, wait, there.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Is something more, maybe so.
- 14:49Speaker 5: And what if that changes their course of their life
- 14:52Speaker 5: to maybe be a better person or maybe be just
- 14:54Speaker 5: more hopeful, happy person. And so like, although we are
- 14:57Speaker 5: like the spooky guys, we're ghostbusters, we're whatever. And we're
- 15:01Speaker 5: trying to get something that's scary. that scariness is super hopeful.
- 15:05Speaker 5: It's like very beautiful.
- 15:06Speaker 4: But we're also very inviting to just skeptics that won't
- 15:09Speaker 4: or don't want to like be open-minded about anything. Like
- 15:11Speaker 4: they can just watch our videos for entertainment. So really
- 15:14Speaker 4: just like you said, it depends on the person and
- 15:18Speaker 4: paranormal affects everybody in different ways, depending on what you believe.
- 15:22Speaker 1: What, uh, yeah, this is interesting, man. I didn't, I
- 15:25Speaker 1: didn't even know if I expected this conversation to go
- 15:27Speaker 1: like this, but this is great.
- 15:29Speaker 3: Um, I'm curious, like, what do you believe?
- 15:33Speaker 1: Well, I've gotten to speak with people that have like,
- 15:35Speaker 1: we had a doctor on who is a cancer doctor
- 15:38Speaker 1: and he had over the years, he started doing, he
- 15:42Speaker 1: started interviewing people that had near death experiences and just
- 15:46Speaker 1: collecting a lot of their data, right? Like a lot
- 15:48Speaker 1: of the data and finding a lot of the commonalities
- 15:50Speaker 1: in it. Um, and so once I spoke with him,
- 15:53Speaker 1: I started thinking like, yeah, this was him right there, Dr.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Jeffrey Long. And he wrote a book about it and
- 15:58Speaker 1: it's an easy read, but it's, um, you could just
- 16:01Speaker 1: tell how much it changed his life and his perspective
- 16:03Speaker 1: that he at no, um, at no fiscal reward, he
- 16:09Speaker 1: started creating this database and, uh, and just putting together
- 16:12Speaker 1: all different people's accounts. And it was just fascinating to see, uh,
- 16:16Speaker 1: to see how many people that had the same experiences. Right.
- 16:18Speaker 1: And so that gave me like, okay, if there's, if
- 16:22Speaker 1: enough of it's uniform here and the experiences are the same, like,
- 16:27Speaker 1: that kind of shows a pattern obviously. And it certainly
- 16:30Speaker 1: starts to make you believe a little bit more.
- 16:32Speaker 5: Right.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And it's really, it's like he couldn't really get to
- 16:35Speaker 1: what's on the other side. Hype, but you know, the
- 16:38Speaker 1: other side, like if you go over to the other side,
- 16:41Speaker 1: whatever the other realm is, but he, he was able
- 16:43Speaker 1: to kind of like through a great deal of interviews,
- 16:46Speaker 1: examine some of the stair steps that people were on
- 16:50Speaker 1: and what that experience was like. And so that I
- 16:52Speaker 1: think gave me almost a little bit more of like a,
- 16:55Speaker 1: really a scientific idea of like, okay, there's something more
- 17:01Speaker 1: than just us guessing this, right? So that kind of
- 17:04Speaker 1: was there for me. I had like a DMT experience
- 17:08Speaker 1: where it's like, you know, some people use plant medicine.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I'm not encouraging that. I know you guys have some
- 17:13Speaker 1: younger viewers, but that took you to a place where
- 17:16Speaker 1: you feel like you were leaving. For sure. And that
- 17:20Speaker 1: was pretty fascinating. Like, okay, you felt like becoming this
- 17:24Speaker 1: person You felt yourself kind of leave your body and
- 17:26Speaker 1: become this spirit that the only thing you could feel
- 17:29Speaker 1: was love. Like you couldn't feel anything else. All the
- 17:33Speaker 1: earthly chains of like people you knew and all of that.
- 17:36Speaker 1: And like, I always feel like if I die, I'm
- 17:37Speaker 1: going to worry about them or there. And there was
- 17:40Speaker 1: a little bit of that, but even that broke away.
- 17:42Speaker 1: The amount of like immense love that was present in
- 17:45Speaker 1: your being as you were hypothetically leaving this body that
- 17:50Speaker 1: we know was so immense and so great. And you
- 17:53Speaker 1: knew immediately, oh, they'll be here again. They'll all be
- 17:56Speaker 1: here someday. So no matter what they're feeling now, this
- 18:00Speaker 1: moment trumps whatever that is.
- 18:02Speaker 4: And so even though you couldn't remember anything that was
- 18:04Speaker 4: going on in this like physical plane, you still somehow
- 18:06Speaker 4: had the thought that like you were supposed to be there.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Is that what you're saying? Well, you still somehow had
- 18:10Speaker 1: the thought that like, as it was happening, you start to,
- 18:14Speaker 1: I felt like you literally start to feel like you're
- 18:15Speaker 1: leaving your body and you start to like, my first
- 18:19Speaker 1: thoughts are like, you're still attached to a lot of
- 18:21Speaker 1: your like worldly thoughts. Like, Oh, my mom's going to
- 18:23Speaker 1: miss me. I'm scared. I forgot to do this. I
- 18:27Speaker 1: forgot to send that email. That was like one of
- 18:28Speaker 1: my thoughts. Oh, man. Who gives a shit? You're dead.
- 18:33Speaker 3: The curses of life.
- 18:35Speaker 1: You forgot to send an email? Oh, I should have
- 18:37Speaker 1: let the dog out or whatever. Or man, I left
- 18:39Speaker 1: those shoes on the porch. Little things like that were
- 18:41Speaker 1: like kind of going in my head. But then it
- 18:44Speaker 1: was like this. You became overwhelmed with this feeling of
- 18:46Speaker 1: like so much love. Um, and the only thing you
- 18:49Speaker 1: were supposed to do while you were alive was love
- 18:51Speaker 1: and everything else was just a ruse. And then you thought, Oh,
- 18:55Speaker 1: my mom will miss me. But then you thought you're like, Oh,
- 18:58Speaker 1: but she'll come to this feeling one day too, when
- 19:00Speaker 1: she passes away. So she'll have the same realization that
- 19:03Speaker 1: everything is as okay as it ever could be and
- 19:07Speaker 1: ever was. And it'll be that way for eternity. Dang dude.
- 19:10Speaker 1: So that may sound crazy. I've never even said that
- 19:12Speaker 1: out loud. I'm not even enough to make sense. No, no,
- 19:14Speaker 1: that's a beautiful thing. But, um, but, Yeah, so I think,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and I want to believe.
- 19:21Speaker 5: I think most people do. I feel like it's pretty
- 19:24Speaker 5: sad if like you want there to be nothing, you know?
- 19:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Like everyone like deep down, whatever you believe in, you
- 19:31Speaker 5: would rather a way that you.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Like move on.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Because that's just human.
- 19:34Speaker 1: That's what I, yeah, that's what I think. Yeah, just having,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and it makes it exciting. And we showed up here, dude.
- 19:40Speaker 1: We showed up here. This is the craziest shit you
- 19:42Speaker 1: could ever imagine. Yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 4: How lucky is it to even be alive?
- 19:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Just the grace to exist, to be a fish
- 19:48Speaker 1: that like comes close to the edge of the bowl,
- 19:50Speaker 1: like just for a second and gets to like peek
- 19:53Speaker 1: out into like the universe and before we dip back in,
- 19:56Speaker 1: you know? So what happened in the Queen Mary that
- 20:00Speaker 1: kind of, can you take me into any more like
- 20:02Speaker 1: feelings or something that happened? Was there anything like specific
- 20:04Speaker 1: or was it just an overwhelming feelings?
- 20:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, there was definitely the feeling there.
- 20:08Speaker 5: We've told the story a couple of times, but the
- 20:11Speaker 5: synopsis is when we turn off the cameras, we all
- 20:16Speaker 5: sat around.
- 20:16Speaker 3: It was like four in the morning.
- 20:18Speaker 5: It was us and a couple of roommates so that
- 20:19Speaker 5: we could all vouch for each other. And we just
- 20:22Speaker 5: called out and we said, hey, if there's something here,
- 20:24Speaker 5: can you give us a sign? And there would be
- 20:26Speaker 5: like right off the bat, just a water faucet full
- 20:29Speaker 5: on for like five seconds.
- 20:31Speaker 3: And then we ran into the bathroom. It turns off.
- 20:34Speaker 5: And then it's like, oh, OK, well. let's continue asking
- 20:36Speaker 5: for signs. And so we get like things.
- 20:38Speaker 1: That's a ghost brush in its teeth.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Probably getting ready for bed. It's like too late at
- 20:43Speaker 3: night at that point.
- 20:44Speaker 5: Uh, but then like afterwards it would be like little
- 20:47Speaker 5: knocks or scratches or taps everywhere. And so we would be,
- 20:51Speaker 5: we'd test it cause we were very skeptical at that
- 20:53Speaker 5: time too. And it was like, okay, well then can
- 20:55Speaker 5: you give us like three knocks? And it was like, okay, let's,
- 21:00Speaker 5: let's say, can you tap over there on the window
- 21:02Speaker 5: of the ship? So we know that it's not like
- 21:04Speaker 5: an employee. And we tap on the window.
- 21:06Speaker 4: And dude, we're like whispering these questions. So it's not
- 21:08Speaker 4: like we're like, can somebody tap? And it's like out
- 21:10Speaker 4: in the hallway.
- 21:11Speaker 1: It's like the janitor. Can somebody play Rihanna, you know?
- 21:15Speaker 3: Exactly. And then at one point.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Now that it's raining, you can start hearing that, dude.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I would lose my mind.
- 21:22Speaker 3: The best paranormal evidence ever just like coming out of nothing.
- 21:25Speaker 1: And it's just rihanna umbrella.
- 21:29Speaker 5: I would love if the like the best paranormal evidence
- 21:32Speaker 5: ever that convinces everybody is something that silly that would.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Be amazing it'd be crazy.
- 21:37Speaker 1: But it's wild because people will say you know even
- 21:39Speaker 1: in religious places they'll be like call out to god
- 21:41Speaker 1: for what you want call out to your higher power
- 21:43Speaker 1: ask your deity for you know ask the world like
- 21:46Speaker 1: It's the same as when they say the secret, it's
- 21:49Speaker 1: like write out what you want and like meet it halfway,
- 21:52Speaker 1: build a vision board. That's all the same thing. It's
- 21:55Speaker 1: just trying to put something in existence physically or verbally
- 21:58Speaker 1: that to let the world meet, to let the spirit
- 22:02Speaker 1: realm meet you halfway.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly. Which goes back to like, it doesn't matter
- 22:06Speaker 4: what you believe in. Maybe you don't even believe in
- 22:08Speaker 4: any God, but you're just a spiritual person and you're
- 22:11Speaker 4: talking to the universe. But all it's about is having
- 22:13Speaker 4: that like manifestation and like, Yeah, speaking, what's it called?
- 22:18Speaker 4: The law of attraction. Like speaking into the universe what
- 22:20Speaker 4: comes back to you. Yeah.
- 22:22Speaker 3: That's really cool.
- 22:24Speaker 1: This show is sponsored by Liquid IV. You know, people
- 22:29Speaker 1: use the term endless summer. Oh, it's endless. You can
- 22:32Speaker 1: have more of it. It's not. Having to transition from
- 22:35Speaker 1: summer shenanigans to the focus needed in the fall should
- 22:38Speaker 1: be illegal. But not for us. Ditch the glitch with
- 22:42Speaker 1: zero sugar and zero crash from Liquid IV's new energy multiplier,
- 22:48Speaker 1: sugar-free hydrating energy. Bam, that's what I need. It's scientifically
- 22:53Speaker 1: formulated to support physical energy, hydration, focus, mood, and social stamina. Yep,
- 23:01Speaker 1: just one stick of Liquid IV and 16 ounces of
- 23:04Speaker 1: water hydrates better than water alone. That's the facts. I
- 23:09Speaker 1: crack open my packet. I mix them together. I shake them. Bam! Baby,
- 23:14Speaker 1: I'm doused. That's Liquid IV. And right now, you can
- 23:19Speaker 1: ditch the glitch with zero sugar and zero crash from

- 23:33Speaker 1: That's 20% off your first order with code THEO at liquidiv.com.
- 23:40Speaker 1: So just to pivot a little bit and get, because
- 23:43Speaker 1: you guys have visited so many places, right? And congratulations
- 23:46Speaker 1: just on being this young and having gone like over
- 23:49Speaker 1: so much of the world. Oh, thank you so much.
- 23:51Speaker 1: It's pretty crazy.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Greatest experience to travel, or greatest excuse to travel ever.
- 23:54Speaker 3: It's so awesome.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Amazing. And it's just rare that something like that gets
- 23:59Speaker 1: to happen without joining like the military or, you know
- 24:01Speaker 1: what I'm saying? So you guys are in a pretty
- 24:04Speaker 1: rare air. What is the process when you go to
- 24:08Speaker 1: seek paranormal activity? Like what is kind of like, Like,
- 24:10Speaker 1: do you, is there special shoes you wear? Is there
- 24:13Speaker 1: a special, is there no, is it no cologne allowed?
- 24:15Speaker 1: Like what really are the, you know, and what do
- 24:17Speaker 1: you take with you kind of?
- 24:19Speaker 4: Well, we have like two backpacks full of equipment, which
- 24:22Speaker 4: we can get into a little bit if you want.
- 24:24Speaker 4: But yeah, we have a bunch of probably like eight
- 24:26Speaker 4: to 10 pieces of equipment that really react to EMF energy,
- 24:30Speaker 4: which is electromagnetic energy that everything in the world, alive
- 24:33Speaker 4: or dead, like will emit. So everything... Yeah, in this
- 24:38Speaker 4: life or the afterlife has this EMF energy.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Is that bringing it up real quick just so we
- 24:41Speaker 1: can put a little bit of information to it? There's
- 24:45Speaker 1: some perplexity. That's what we're using here today. What is
- 24:48Speaker 1: EMF energy? Electromagnetic fields, EMFs, are invisible areas of energy
- 24:52Speaker 1: often referred to as non-ionizing radiation associated with the movement
- 24:58Speaker 1: of electrical current or voltage. They are produced by the
- 25:00Speaker 1: flow of electricity through wires or devices and can be
- 25:03Speaker 1: found in all environments, indoors and outdoors. Does everything have EMFs?
- 25:11Speaker 1: Not everything emits EMFs, but almost every object emits some
- 25:15Speaker 1: form of electromagnetic radiation as long as it's not an
- 25:18Speaker 1: absolute zero temperature. Any device that uses, generates, or conducts
- 25:22Speaker 1: electricity will produce EMFs. Natural sources of EMF include the
- 25:27Speaker 1: Earth's magnetic field, the sun, and even biological processes within
- 25:30Speaker 1: living organisms. Okay. Mm-hmm. So it's energy. It's basically like
- 25:33Speaker 1: people would say energy. This is just more of a
- 25:35Speaker 1: scientific way to quantify it. Right.
- 25:38Speaker 5: And so like all, almost all of our piece of
- 25:40Speaker 5: equipment basically measure changes in this energy. And so if
- 25:45Speaker 5: you place it there and kind of calibrate it to
- 25:47Speaker 5: the environment, if there's a change in that environment, then
- 25:50Speaker 5: it will go off.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Got it.
- 25:51Speaker 5: So there's that type of thing. We also use like
- 25:53Speaker 5: motion sensors. We actually use like everyday objects. So like
- 25:57Speaker 5: we'll get, you know, let's say like cat toys. or
- 26:00Speaker 5: like flashlights and things like that that are stereotypical or
- 26:04Speaker 5: just everyday objects that are not like meant for ghost
- 26:06Speaker 5: hunting just so we can show that like even regular
- 26:09Speaker 5: objects can be used for this type of thing so
- 26:11Speaker 5: that the afterlife can communicate. So literally we'll be like,
- 26:14Speaker 5: you know, we'll set a flashlight down and it will
- 26:16Speaker 5: turn on in front of our eyes.
- 26:18Speaker 3: And it's like insane.
- 26:20Speaker 5: But at the same time, like we would always recommend
- 26:23Speaker 5: everybody start with how we started. It's like getting yourself
- 26:27Speaker 5: there and like say, hey, like, call out, get the knocks,
- 26:31Speaker 5: get the voices. Like we've been, you know, grabbed, we've
- 26:34Speaker 5: had voices in our ears. We've like been pushed. We've
- 26:36Speaker 5: had doors slam in front of our faces. It's not
- 26:38Speaker 5: always the equipment. It's like all the environmental things. So
- 26:42Speaker 5: it all kind of works together. Yeah.
- 26:44Speaker 4: No, going back to the queen Mary a little bit,
- 26:46Speaker 4: like we didn't have any equipment back in the day.
- 26:49Speaker 4: And yeah, we were just sitting in like a dark
- 26:51Speaker 4: room and just really trying to put ourselves in the
- 26:53Speaker 4: mindset that everything was real that we were experiencing.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Y'all were the equipment, huh? Exactly.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:59Speaker 1: We became the conduit. Y'all were the equipment.
- 27:02Speaker 3: That was awesome, man.
- 27:03Speaker 4: That was dope.
- 27:04Speaker 1: It was dope.
- 27:05Speaker 4: And yeah, no, just like as we've gotten like further
- 27:08Speaker 4: in our careers and stuff, this is when we've like,
- 27:10Speaker 4: implemented new equipment that just helps us do the same
- 27:12Speaker 4: thing that we did in 2018.
- 27:14Speaker 3: It helps visualize it.
- 27:16Speaker 5: Cause like, you know, you can say, Oh, I felt
- 27:18Speaker 5: something on my like shoulder, but how does like a
- 27:21Speaker 5: viewer know that?
- 27:21Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:22Speaker 5: You know, but if they can see a flashlight turn
- 27:24Speaker 5: on or if they can see a motion sensor detect motion,
- 27:26Speaker 5: they're like, Oh, well that's really cool.
- 27:28Speaker 3: It's like visualize what we're experiencing.
- 27:31Speaker 5: But a lot of times as well, now that we've
- 27:33Speaker 5: done this for so long, like a big part of
- 27:35Speaker 5: our show is we take people on these adventures so
- 27:39Speaker 5: that they can be are like independent variable, you know,
- 27:42Speaker 5: like this, somebody else who doesn't believe, or maybe just
- 27:45Speaker 5: like interested in it, but you know, it's not part
- 27:47Speaker 5: of our channel or whatever. We'll come out and experience
- 27:49Speaker 5: it for the first time. We've had so many friends
- 27:52Speaker 5: come in pretty much complete atheists or skeptics and walk
- 27:56Speaker 5: away like, whoa, now I believe in ghosts. Even like
- 27:59Speaker 5: people that I'm like, there's no way, you know, maybe
- 28:03Speaker 5: people older than us that are like, oh, my whole
- 28:05Speaker 5: life I've been atheist. They walk away from one night
- 28:08Speaker 5: being like, I've never seen anything like this. I've, changing
- 28:10Speaker 5: my perspective and it's beautiful.
- 28:12Speaker 1: So people to bear witness as to what's going on. Exactly. Yeah,
- 28:15Speaker 1: because I just wonder, were you guys just like, you know,
- 28:17Speaker 1: loitering for the spirit ops to show up or what
- 28:20Speaker 1: was going on? Like, I just didn't know, like, you know,
- 28:23Speaker 1: what kind of was happening.
- 28:24Speaker 4: They're like, why is this guy here like 3 a.m.? Like,
- 28:27Speaker 4: just waiting in the dark for me.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Dude, they probably are. Like, if you're a spirit and
- 28:30Speaker 5: you're just seeing us and we're like yelling around.
- 28:32Speaker 1: We're like, are you here? They're like, yeah.
- 28:33Speaker 3: It's like, you dumbasses.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Some of the shittiest spirits show up to talk to
- 28:36Speaker 1: you guys, no offense, but it's like, probably like the
- 28:39Speaker 1: really smart, like, spirits are like, I'm not talking to
- 28:41Speaker 1: these dudes.
- 28:42Speaker 5: Also, you gotta think, like, why are they in, like,
- 28:45Speaker 5: this random building? They're just trying to fuck with us,
- 28:47Speaker 5: you know? It's like the smart guys we go hang
- 28:49Speaker 5: out in the spa or something. Not in this creepy building.
- 28:52Speaker 5: So we don't know who we're talking to.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Yeah, you guys are talking to some real low-level spirits.
- 28:58Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Holy shit, I never thought about that.
- 29:02Speaker 4: It's probably why we have so many scary experiences, too.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Exactly. It's like, who's the guy that's going to hang
- 29:07Speaker 5: out in the abandoned island? You know, like, oh, well,
- 29:09Speaker 5: he's got to be weird.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Well, he's weird from this realm, and he's got to
- 29:13Speaker 1: be way weird from the other realm.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Yeah, for sure.
- 29:15Speaker 1: He wasn't even allowed in the heavens.
- 29:16Speaker 4: They're like, yeah, you just stay in that abandoned place
- 29:18Speaker 4: over there, man.
- 29:19Speaker 1: A couple of purgatory bad boys, man.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Damn, that's wild, dude. Yeah, but it does go back
- 29:26Speaker 1: to like, yeah, you're just wanting something, right? And then
- 29:29Speaker 1: I guess it makes sense because it's like, Anything you
- 29:31Speaker 1: start to learn, then you want, you know, you start
- 29:34Speaker 1: to get the accoutrements of it, right? Like if you
- 29:37Speaker 1: are a doctor, you end up getting the stethoscope right
- 29:39Speaker 1: right and uh and then you get a patient right
- 29:43Speaker 1: like you want people to bear witness to whatever's going
- 29:46Speaker 1: on yeah.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Definitely and that's what's like the coolest part of it
- 29:49Speaker 5: is like seeing other people's like change of perspective and
- 29:52Speaker 5: like how they like then afterwards like go about their
- 29:55Speaker 5: lives but.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Yeah for sure dude i I think as far as
- 30:00Speaker 1: the equipment, that was my question. It's like, yeah, are
- 30:01Speaker 1: you guys just like metal detecting for bullshit or whatever
- 30:05Speaker 1: out there, you know? But when you incorporate the fact
- 30:09Speaker 1: that you have to be willing, you have to want something, right?
- 30:14Speaker 1: That it can show up for you. I just find
- 30:16Speaker 1: that is so inspiring, no matter what, because we're all
- 30:19Speaker 1: looking for some sort of ghost, you know? We're all
- 30:23Speaker 1: hoping that there's some spirit that comes up and tells us, something,
- 30:27Speaker 1: you know, or that, that shares something, we're all wanting
- 30:30Speaker 1: something to come along and make us feel more complete,
- 30:32Speaker 1: you know? Um, and what doper place for it to
- 30:35Speaker 1: come from then the afterlife or the next realm, dude.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Cause it feels hella inspiring as well. For sure.
- 30:42Speaker 4: And I think it's like worth mentioning too, that like
- 30:44Speaker 4: this stuff doesn't happen every single time we go to
- 30:46Speaker 4: a haunted place. Like there are so many times that like,
- 30:49Speaker 4: we'll have videos that turn into like duds, even if
- 30:51Speaker 4: we've traveled like cross the world, um, where we have
- 30:54Speaker 4: to like completely scrap it because nothing happens and so
- 30:57Speaker 4: it really just depends on the spot and like the
- 31:00Speaker 4: energy there.
- 31:01Speaker 5: Yeah it's not like constant either like most of our
- 31:03Speaker 5: investigations like 12 hours and we cut it down to
- 31:06Speaker 5: like an hour of like the craziest stuff and only
- 31:09Speaker 5: half of that is even like any evidence that we
- 31:11Speaker 5: got so it takes a long time for these things
- 31:13Speaker 5: it's not like you we out of everybody can just
- 31:15Speaker 5: walk over and see casper the friendly ghost tomorrow like
- 31:18Speaker 5: it's like you have to go to the most haunted
- 31:21Speaker 5: places in the entire world and then also spend a
- 31:22Speaker 5: very long time trying to like open yourself up for that.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Yeah. Dude, I'm so thankful that you guys came in, man.
- 31:28Speaker 1: This is awesome. I just appreciate it. It's just nice
- 31:30Speaker 1: to have this kind of conversation, you know, it's nice
- 31:32Speaker 1: to be reminded of the fact that, um, we have
- 31:35Speaker 1: a part kind of in, and this sounds kind of silly,
- 31:38Speaker 1: but we have a part in what we believe, but, uh,
- 31:42Speaker 1: that we have a part in things that are supernatural.
- 31:45Speaker 1: I think that's what it is that we, that, Because
- 31:49Speaker 1: we alone are supernatural. 100%.
- 31:52Speaker 3: It's like crazy that we're even here.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's fucking bizarre, dude. Especially if you look at the
- 31:57Speaker 1: other animals and stuff, dude. They're all doing like normal
- 31:59Speaker 1: animal shit. We're out here. People are vaping. People are
- 32:04Speaker 1: lying to their parents. Dude, if you were in the
- 32:06Speaker 1: woods and you saw a bear lie to his parents
- 32:08Speaker 1: and then sneak a piece of salmon or something, you'd
- 32:11Speaker 1: be like, what?
- 32:11Speaker 4: Then hit a vape real quick.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Imagine you saw a bear get up every morning, all
- 32:16Speaker 1: the other bears are out splashing in the water, and
- 32:18Speaker 1: there's one bear just sitting on his computer every day.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Just like, whoa!
- 32:23Speaker 3: What are you doing, dude?
- 32:25Speaker 1: Yeah, he's coding.
- 32:27Speaker 3: It's insane, man.
- 32:29Speaker 1: You guys have visited some of the most haunted places
- 32:31Speaker 1: in the world that we know of right now. Are
- 32:35Speaker 1: they different? Is there a common link between all of them?
- 32:39Speaker 1: Are you able to Is there sort of a overall
- 32:43Speaker 1: hypothesis that you can come up with through all that,
- 32:47Speaker 1: or is it all just one by one?
- 32:50Speaker 4: Most of them, honestly, are their own separate entities or whatever,
- 32:54Speaker 4: no pun intended, to where you'll go to one spot
- 32:57Speaker 4: and learn a bunch of history about the place that's
- 32:59Speaker 4: maybe 500, years old in the U S it's not
- 33:02Speaker 4: going to have any correlation to like the, a 500
- 33:04Speaker 4: year old place in like France or something like that. Um,
- 33:07Speaker 4: so I think every single spot comes with its own
- 33:10Speaker 4: story and its own spirits. There's also like human spirits.
- 33:13Speaker 4: There's more like demonic things you could talk to as well.
- 33:16Speaker 4: Earthly spirits. Um, so there's a lot of different like variables,
- 33:20Speaker 4: I guess you could say, depending on like where you go.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Really? So, so some places have different types of spirits.
- 33:26Speaker 5: That kind of depends on the history of what all
- 33:27Speaker 5: happened there. Um, and like how much trauma there is
- 33:31Speaker 5: in the said place. Cause again, all of this is
- 33:33Speaker 5: based on the energy that's at the location.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Is there one that stands out to you that kind
- 33:36Speaker 1: of had a demonic energy? Cause that's an interesting word.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean, okay.
- 33:40Speaker 5: So one place that we went to for this October,
- 33:43Speaker 5: we went to Pendle Hill. And so that's a place
- 33:46Speaker 5: that's considered one of the most haunted or if not
- 33:48Speaker 5: the most haunted place in The most haunted place in
- 33:50Speaker 5: the United Kingdom.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Pendle Hill.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Pendle Hill.
- 33:52Speaker 1: P-E-N-D-E-L.
- 33:54Speaker 3: D-L-E. Yeah.
- 33:55Speaker 5: But that was the home of the most infamous witch
- 33:59Speaker 5: trials ever happened. So like basically 11 witches were killed,
- 34:05Speaker 5: 12 were put on trial for doing witchcraft. And at
- 34:09Speaker 5: that time, a lot of witches turned to the devil
- 34:12Speaker 5: because witches were outcasted by the church. And so when
- 34:17Speaker 5: they would turn to the devil, they made this place
- 34:19Speaker 5: more like demonic and like, it has this like devil
- 34:21Speaker 5: satanic pull to it. And so we actually brought out a,
- 34:27Speaker 5: you know, a witch that was doing witchcraft to summon
- 34:31Speaker 5: the devil. And that was her main practice and had
- 34:33Speaker 5: her try to summon and channel the, like the devil himself.
- 34:37Speaker 5: And it was like literally like hundreds of years of
- 34:40Speaker 5: witches on this exact hill have been practicing, trying to
- 34:43Speaker 5: speak with the devil and, And we tried to recreate
- 34:45Speaker 5: that as close as possible, which was one of, if
- 34:50Speaker 5: not the most terrifying thing we've ever done. But like,
- 34:52Speaker 5: for example, that would make a place more demonic. If
- 34:55Speaker 5: we have hundreds of years of people putting their effort
- 34:58Speaker 5: and all of their power, again, if we're talking about
- 35:01Speaker 5: opening yourself up to a spiritual thing, if all you're
- 35:05Speaker 5: doing is putting that faith and that energy towards something demonic,
- 35:08Speaker 5: you're going to attract the demonic.
- 35:10Speaker 3: You're not going to attract something that's like happy.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Oh, for sure. Let me see this. Pendle Hill is
- 35:14Speaker 1: most infamous for its ties to the Pendle Witch Trials
- 35:16Speaker 1: of 1612, where several local women were tried and executed
- 35:19Speaker 1: for witchcraft. The area is steeped in legend, including tales
- 35:24Speaker 1: of supernatural occurrences. Does it have any more? Can you
- 35:28Speaker 1: give me a little bit more information about the witches?
- 35:30Speaker 4: Maybe you could say, like, look up the story of
- 35:32Speaker 4: Alison Device. This is how it all started.
- 35:36Speaker 1: How you guys found it? Oh, this is how it
- 35:39Speaker 1: all began.
- 35:39Speaker 4: This is how it all began. I wish we found this.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That'd be so cool. The story of Alizon Device, Alison,
- 35:47Speaker 1: is central to the infamous Pendle Witch Trials of 1612
- 35:50Speaker 1: in Lancashire, England. She was a young woman from a
- 35:53Speaker 1: poor family who one spring morning encountered John Law, a
- 35:57Speaker 1: peddler from Halifax, while walking to Trodden Forest. Alison asked
- 36:02Speaker 1: him for some pens, a common request at the time.
- 36:04Speaker 1: As pens were believed to have uses in folk magic,
- 36:07Speaker 1: Law refused, prompting Alison to utter a curse against him,
- 36:11Speaker 1: upon which Law soon collapsed. suffering symptoms that were later
- 36:15Speaker 1: recognized as a stroke. Called it. Though at the time,
- 36:19Speaker 1: this was believed to be a result of witchcraft. Dang.
- 36:22Speaker 4: And she was 12, by the way, when she did this.
- 36:24Speaker 4: So a 12-year-old girl just meets a salesman. She's like,
- 36:27Speaker 4: can I have some pins? He's like, nah. She's like,
- 36:30Speaker 4: curse you, and he died. And so they were like,
- 36:32Speaker 4: this girl's a witch. And so her and her family
- 36:34Speaker 4: were all like, accused of witchcraft and then they all
- 36:37Speaker 4: started blaming each other in the town.
- 36:39Speaker 5: But the weird part is like they all admitted to
- 36:41Speaker 5: it they literally like said on court trial hey i
- 36:44Speaker 5: did use witchcraft to attempt to speak to the devil
- 36:47Speaker 5: and summon him and so it's like why you know oh.
- 36:50Speaker 1: The family said that yeah so why did they why
- 36:53Speaker 1: did they do that because they thought they they were
- 36:56Speaker 1: they were so upset by what had happened to her
- 36:58Speaker 1: that they're like well we're gonna call the devil here.
- 36:59Speaker 5: Well they were they were They were admitting that even
- 37:02Speaker 5: previous times they had already, like, they had already been
- 37:06Speaker 5: in witchcraft and they've.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Already been a part of it. Oh, so her family
- 37:08Speaker 1: was a little bit familiar with witchcraft. Yeah. Oh, but also,
- 37:11Speaker 1: what's that dude doing just gooning around some 12-year-old?
- 37:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:15Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, dude?
- 37:16Speaker 3: Serves him right.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Bro, what are you loitering around some 12-year-old for, dude?
- 37:21Speaker 1: So true. Oh, my God. Bro, they're catching mad gooners
- 37:25Speaker 1: back there. They were. That's the kind of shit that happens, dude.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Even a long time ago.
- 37:31Speaker 4: And she was the one that got arrested, not him,
- 37:33Speaker 4: by the way.
- 37:34Speaker 3: It's like, what?
- 37:35Speaker 1: It's like, God, obvious. Oh, that's crazy though. And imagine
- 37:40Speaker 1: the energy of that at the time. And like, she's
- 37:42Speaker 1: young and now like she's put in this space where
- 37:45Speaker 1: it's like, how did they execute them?
- 37:48Speaker 3: They hang.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:49Speaker 5: So if you think about that, yeah. Like 11 of
- 37:52Speaker 5: them died, 10 of them by hanging. And that was
- 37:55Speaker 5: accounted for by, 2% of all the witches ever that
- 37:58Speaker 5: have been executed all in this one trial because the
- 38:00Speaker 5: whole family admitted to witchcraft So it was a massive
- 38:03Speaker 5: deal and it's one of the most famous witch trials
- 38:05Speaker 5: in history.
- 38:07Speaker 4: Because part of the thing was to be like freed
- 38:09Speaker 4: from Being like accused of being a witch I guess
- 38:13Speaker 4: you had to point the blame on somebody else So
- 38:16Speaker 4: the entire family basically like turned on each other and
- 38:19Speaker 4: like the little girl was like my grandma did it
- 38:21Speaker 4: She was like And then she was on the trial
- 38:24Speaker 4: and obviously- You're.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Like, mom's a bitch. And they're like, but they didn't
- 38:26Speaker 1: hear it right? Yeah. Exactly.
- 38:28Speaker 3: They're like, oh, shit. I'm dead.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Oh, dude, that's crazy. That would be the craziest. It's
- 38:36Speaker 1: almost like the sickest game show ever where it's going
- 38:38Speaker 1: to be you or you have to point the finger
- 38:40Speaker 1: at somebody else. Exactly. And it's your mom. Especially if
- 38:45Speaker 1: there's nobody left. What if it's down to you and
- 38:47Speaker 1: your mom? Yeah. Do I kill her?
- 38:49Speaker 3: Oh, God. And then you both blame each other, so
- 38:51Speaker 3: you're both dead. Then you're like, okay.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like that meme where the Spider-Man. Yeah. Yeah.
- 38:56Speaker 1: You just blame each other. That's the witch trials, man.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Yeah. It's crazy.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Yeah, that would be a lot of energy being over there.
- 39:04Speaker 5: One place that's even worse than that, I think, is
- 39:07Speaker 5: my top scariest we've ever gone to.
- 39:09Speaker 1: And will that be on Hell Week? Is that episode
- 39:12Speaker 1: coming on you guys' Hell Week? And how long is
- 39:14Speaker 1: Hell Week? It's one week of just all episodes of
- 39:16Speaker 1: you guys?
- 39:17Speaker 5: So Hell Week is like the brand we've started for
- 39:19Speaker 5: the last like five years. But this year we switched
- 39:22Speaker 5: it to Hell Month. And so basically once a week
- 39:25Speaker 5: we go to the most demonic places in the world
- 39:27Speaker 5: and we're leading up to Halloween.
- 39:29Speaker 3: So every Sunday. until Halloween.
- 39:32Speaker 5: It's pretty terrifying, but by far the scariest for me
- 39:36Speaker 5: of this entire Hell Month was going to the Paris Catacombs.
- 39:39Speaker 3: I don't know if you ever heard of that.
- 39:41Speaker 1: I've been there, actually. You've been in the Catacombs? Yeah.
- 39:43Speaker 4: The illegal part or the legal part?
- 39:45Speaker 1: I'm not sure. My buddy got a little... Like a,
- 39:50Speaker 1: whatever that's, one of these. A little tarsal or something. Okay.
- 39:55Speaker 1: He got a bootleg tarsal off one of the staff there,
- 39:57Speaker 1: like a little piece of bone. Oh, really? Yeah. Oh, jeez.
- 40:01Speaker 1: So he's obviously not going to be doing well.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Take a bone from the Ferris catacombs and curse forever?
- 40:09Speaker 1: Yeah, dude, I said, dude, just get some astronaut ice
- 40:11Speaker 1: cream from the gift shop. What's your problem?
- 40:15Speaker 3: Take a skull.
- 40:16Speaker 1: But he wanted to be different, so he got a
- 40:17Speaker 1: little piece of foot or something.
- 40:19Speaker 5: So there's like two miles of this tourist style, like
- 40:22Speaker 5: this tourist part of the Karas catacombs where you can
- 40:25Speaker 5: legally go into. And then there's 200 miles of illegal territory.
- 40:29Speaker 5: That's a whole labyrinth that doesn't even have a map.
- 40:32Speaker 4: It's seven stories. So like you can go up and
- 40:34Speaker 4: down like different floors. So yeah, you get lost very,
- 40:36Speaker 4: very easily.
- 40:37Speaker 5: And there's 6 million dead bodies that are buried down underneath.
- 40:42Speaker 5: And it's pretty much a mirror of Paris. So if
- 40:44Speaker 5: you think of how big Paris is, you're walking around there.
- 40:47Speaker 5: There's an equivalent of, underneath Paris itself, which is insane
- 40:52Speaker 5: to think about. And people go down there, get lost
- 40:54Speaker 5: and die all the time. And so basically we had
- 40:58Speaker 5: to go down there and trust this like random guide
- 41:00Speaker 5: that we'd met that day and be like, Hey, don't,
- 41:04Speaker 5: Leave us because if you left us, we would die.
- 41:07Speaker 5: We've actually known people that have gone down there and
- 41:10Speaker 5: the guides will take them into a corner and be like, hey,
- 41:12Speaker 5: go check out that cave.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Steal their bags and run. And leave them to die
- 41:17Speaker 3: just to rob them and everything.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Because who would even notice if they died because of
- 41:20Speaker 1: all the other bones? Exactly.
- 41:22Speaker 4: Just show them in the corner.
- 41:23Speaker 5: And no one's coming to save you. It's like hundreds
- 41:26Speaker 5: of miles of this and it's all legal.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Bring that up. Can you give me some information on that?
- 41:30Speaker 1: I didn't know it's like that. Dude, I remember, oh
- 41:33Speaker 1: my God, I forgot about this. I was trying to
- 41:34Speaker 1: like flirt with our tour guide down there. And she
- 41:38Speaker 1: was looking at me like I was the creepiest guy
- 41:41Speaker 1: in the world.
- 41:41Speaker 6: First date and a bunch of skeletons. In hindsight, I was.
- 41:49Speaker 6: And some dude in our group kept making these boner
- 41:51Speaker 6: jokes and shit.
- 41:52Speaker 1: It was so dumb.
- 41:54Speaker 3: It was ridiculous.
- 41:55Speaker 1: He made like 40 boner. I'm like, dude, that's a, yeah,
- 41:59Speaker 1: just chill out. He just wouldn't stop But yeah, I
- 42:02Speaker 1: remember trying to flirt with this girl down there, and
- 42:04Speaker 1: she must have been like, this guy's a creep.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Bro.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Placing the time. Yeah, yeah. But hey, shooters shoot, right? Exactly.
- 42:13Speaker 3: No matter what the circumstance.
- 42:15Speaker 1: That's it, bro. What's a rib cage amongst friends, you know?
- 42:20Speaker 1: The Paris catacombs refers to a vast underground network beneath
- 42:23Speaker 1: Paris consisting of approximately 200 miles of tunnels and passageways.
- 42:27Speaker 1: While these tunnels originally functioned as limestone quarries... Dating back
- 42:31Speaker 1: to the 13th century, they were repurposed in the late
- 42:34Speaker 1: 1700s as an ossuary, a final resting place eventually holding
- 42:38Speaker 1: the bones of more than 6 million Parisians. That's unbelievable, man.
- 42:42Speaker 5: And there's really crazy structures down there. So, like, they'll have, like,
- 42:45Speaker 5: ritual rooms. There'll be, like, literal thrones made of human
- 42:50Speaker 5: bones down there. There's, like, all these things they call
- 42:52Speaker 5: the bone rooms that are just, like, stacked super high of, like,
- 42:55Speaker 5: towers of different bones. It's, like, the most insane thing
- 42:58Speaker 5: you've ever seen. Like, trying to... conceptualize seeing like a
- 43:02Speaker 5: dead human now see six million of them and they're
- 43:05Speaker 5: all stacked in weird formations and there's like baptismal rooms
- 43:09Speaker 5: and things like that it's.
- 43:11Speaker 4: That's the bone throne.
- 43:13Speaker 1: What yeah that's a shitter i mean.
- 43:18Speaker 5: Well hopefully not it'd be crazy if it was right
- 43:21Speaker 5: bro you know someone's tried for sure.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Oh definitely dude I've never had stayed right out the back,
- 43:27Speaker 1: but I think I'd have it on that. Oh, God.
- 43:30Speaker 1: What was the cause of all the deaths?
- 43:33Speaker 4: So a lot of it was just people that were
- 43:35Speaker 4: dead above in the cemeteries.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Mainly from the plague.
- 43:39Speaker 4: Yeah, from the plague. And also Paris was just like
- 43:41Speaker 4: a very popular city, obviously. And so like over time,
- 43:43Speaker 4: as it got like more and more people, they didn't
- 43:45Speaker 4: have enough room for the dead. And so they would
- 43:47Speaker 4: just bring a lot of like people, like dead bodies
- 43:50Speaker 4: down and just dump them in the tunnels.
- 43:51Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 43:51Speaker 4: Down below.
- 43:52Speaker 1: There's nothing tackier than a dead dude. When you're trying
- 43:54Speaker 1: to have like a, yeah, especially like on the Champs-Élysées
- 43:57Speaker 1: or something like that. Nothing's more tacky looking than some
- 44:01Speaker 1: dead ass dude. While you're trying to have like beautiful
- 44:05Speaker 1: outfits and shit.
- 44:06Speaker 4: While you just throw them down, like leave them in
- 44:08Speaker 4: the tunnel.
- 44:09Speaker 3: Get them out of this beautiful city. All right, let's
- 44:10Speaker 3: stick them underneath.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Yeah. It's like just putting something under the rug really.
- 44:14Speaker 1: For real. Ferris's rug.
- 44:15Speaker 4: It's crazy. And there was not only just like paranormal
- 44:18Speaker 4: danger there that we like encountered, but also like extreme
- 44:21Speaker 4: claustrophobia where we were like cave diving on like our
- 44:24Speaker 4: hands and knees essentially.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Like wading through waters that were freezing cold up to
- 44:29Speaker 4: like our nipples and stuff, like walking around.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Yeah, imagine getting frozen nips in two miles in the catacombs.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Yeah, literally.
- 44:37Speaker 4: And then we're talking to ghosts.
- 44:38Speaker 5: And then I think the scariest of it all actually
- 44:41Speaker 5: is the fact that there are known gangs that like
- 44:45Speaker 5: roam around in the Paris catacombs.
- 44:47Speaker 3: That actively try to steal from tourists.
- 44:49Speaker 5: Because they know it's so popular for people to try
- 44:51Speaker 5: to go out there and film and take things down there.
- 44:54Speaker 5: And so if you get close, which actually, again, we
- 44:57Speaker 5: know a couple buddies that have had this happen to them,
- 44:59Speaker 5: they'll come and just jump you. Just take all your
- 45:02Speaker 5: stuff and walk around. There's people that know the catacombs
- 45:05Speaker 5: like the back of their hands. And so when they
- 45:06Speaker 5: encounter a tourist, they're like, oh, I got you. I'll
- 45:08Speaker 5: just take all your equipment and make you run, which
- 45:11Speaker 5: is terrifying.
- 45:12Speaker 1: And what are you going to do, grab a femur
- 45:14Speaker 1: and beat somebody? It would almost be scary. It would
- 45:17Speaker 1: be a weird spot to even defend. It would all
- 45:18Speaker 1: feel so surreal if somebody's robbing you there.
- 45:22Speaker 5: If they turn off your light, you're done. You can't
- 45:25Speaker 5: see this far ahead. We went to some other catacombs.
- 45:29Speaker 4: This is in Ukraine, so not Paris. But yeah, basically
- 45:35Speaker 4: like that, all... All around the Periscope.
- 45:39Speaker 1: And so that was part of one of the demonic
- 45:40Speaker 1: places you guys checked out?
- 45:41Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Got it.
- 45:42Speaker 5: So it was one of the four episodes of Hell Month,
- 45:44Speaker 5: but it was, like, really surreal because that was.
- 45:47Speaker 3: The closest we'd ever really been to, like.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Dead bodies.
- 45:49Speaker 4: And not to mention we got lost down there. So, like,
- 45:52Speaker 4: we had our guide that we had just met, Shadow Gaspard.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Gaspar? Gaspar.
- 45:58Speaker 3: What an incredible name.
- 45:59Speaker 4: We were like, there's no way this guy's going to
- 46:01Speaker 4: leave us. His name's Gaspar. We have to find our
- 46:04Speaker 4: way out of here. But yeah, we were like super,
- 46:07Speaker 4: super late. Like we were only supposed to be down
- 46:08Speaker 4: there for like seven, eight hours, something like that. And
- 46:11Speaker 4: we were like in our last investigation, realized like the
- 46:14Speaker 4: time was up. And then it took us like another
- 46:17Speaker 4: hour to maybe you had to find like the exit
- 46:21Speaker 4: because we would go to like where Gaspard thought there
- 46:23Speaker 4: was going to be like an exit to like a manhole.
- 46:26Speaker 4: And the police would actively like seal it up with cement.
- 46:30Speaker 4: It was scary.
- 46:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:31Speaker 5: Three different things. three different exits we thought were exits
- 46:35Speaker 5: and they're all closed off. And so we were like,
- 46:38Speaker 5: oh my God, not only are we now like two
- 46:40Speaker 5: hours late, all the people that we told to like
- 46:43Speaker 5: worry about us are now worried about us, but we
- 46:45Speaker 5: actually don't know where to get out. So we had
- 46:47Speaker 5: to go all the way back to our original entrance
- 46:49Speaker 5: and it took so long and everyone was like calling us.
- 46:52Speaker 5: We like came out and there's no service down there
- 46:55Speaker 5: until a bunch of texts being.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Like, are you dead?
- 46:56Speaker 1: It's so terrifying. Gaspard! Gaspard!
- 47:02Speaker 3: But he led us to safety. Let's go.
- 47:06Speaker 1: The name Gaspard is of French and Parisian origin. It
- 47:08Speaker 1: means bringer of treasure or treasurer.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Oh, he brought us some treasure.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Yeah, we treasured him a lot. Gaspard. That is a
- 47:15Speaker 1: good name.
- 47:17Speaker 5: Yeah, that was actually one of the more crazy investigations.
- 47:20Speaker 5: So we used this thing called... Honestly, we actually just
- 47:25Speaker 5: used a voice recorder. So it's like a stereotypical voice recorder,
- 47:27Speaker 5: but Um, there was one rendition of this Japanese, uh,
- 47:32Speaker 5: voice recorder that they actually recalled back in the seventies
- 47:35Speaker 5: because they kept getting other voices. And when they like
- 47:39Speaker 5: play back the voice recording, like they'd, you know, talk
- 47:43Speaker 5: a sentence, but then they'd get a couple other voices
- 47:46Speaker 5: and sentences in it.
- 47:46Speaker 3: And they're like, Oh, this must be weird.
- 47:48Speaker 5: But then like later on, people were like, wait, no,
- 47:50Speaker 5: these are legit other people talking in a room that
- 47:53Speaker 5: nobody else is in. So now we use this as
- 47:55Speaker 5: like basically ghost equipment and we can record on this
- 47:58Speaker 5: voice recorder and ask a question and play it back.
- 48:00Speaker 5: And there's actual conversations coming back to us that are
- 48:05Speaker 5: not in the room. And it's thought that these voice
- 48:07Speaker 5: recorders can pick up frequencies that the human ear can't hear.
- 48:10Speaker 5: And so it's a literal way to have a conversation.
- 48:14Speaker 5: And so we will ask someone like, we'll ask a spirit, like,
- 48:17Speaker 5: you know, Hey, like, what are you doing here?
- 48:20Speaker 3: Or something like that.
- 48:21Speaker 5: Or like in this specific sense, we asked like, are
- 48:24Speaker 5: you dead or alive? Just to see if it would
- 48:25Speaker 5: fuck with us. And it literally said, I'm alive.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Back.
- 48:29Speaker 4: Very clear.
- 48:29Speaker 3: Like super clear. It was one of the craziest things
- 48:32Speaker 3: I've ever heard.
- 48:32Speaker 4: And again, that's why we bring guests that have never
- 48:34Speaker 4: experienced this before so that they can like see this
- 48:37Speaker 4: for the first time. And like everybody was mind blown.
- 48:40Speaker 5: Like imagine you're sitting there underground next to thousands of
- 48:45Speaker 5: skeletons and you ask to a voice recorder, are you
- 48:48Speaker 5: dead or alive? You wait, you play it back. There
- 48:51Speaker 5: is a new voice that wasn't there saying I'm That's
- 48:55Speaker 5: a skeletal Drake Who's crazy has there been an experience.
- 48:59Speaker 1: That Hit you more emotionally than other experiences, dude. Yeah
- 49:03Speaker 1: not to go back to the same heavy dude it
- 49:11Speaker 1: was crazy has there been an experience that hit you
- 49:15Speaker 1: more emotionally than other experiences.
- 49:18Speaker 4: Dude yeah not to go back to the same uh
- 49:20Speaker 4: video we were just talking about but also during hell
- 49:23Speaker 4: month this month uh we did the pendle hill and
- 49:26Speaker 4: sam had mentioned that we were really trying to push
- 49:29Speaker 4: the bar and talk to the actual devil himself And
- 49:32Speaker 4: earlier I had mentioned I'm Christian, and so that was
- 49:34Speaker 4: something that I was just like, no. I always feel
- 49:38Speaker 4: like I'm overstepping the line, being involved in the paranormal
- 49:42Speaker 4: as a Christian as it is, being involved in occult
- 49:45Speaker 4: magic and stuff like that.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel that. Which is hard.
- 49:49Speaker 4: It's like a mental battle for me, but at the
- 49:51Speaker 4: same time, when our team first decided or came up
- 49:54Speaker 4: with the idea of maybe we can invite a witch
- 49:57Speaker 4: to summon the devil, I was like, guys, this is
- 49:59Speaker 4: where I have to draw the line. for like my,
- 50:02Speaker 4: which sounds like, like, duh, you wouldn't wanna do that.
- 50:05Speaker 3: And he did, and he did.
- 50:08Speaker 1: But yeah. But it's also interesting if you, sometimes if
- 50:10Speaker 1: you wanna talk to, you know, sometimes you gotta talk
- 50:14Speaker 1: to this person to talk to that person, you know? Exactly.
- 50:18Speaker 1: But was that, but sorry, I stepped on you. What
- 50:20Speaker 1: were you saying?
- 50:21Speaker 4: Oh, it's all good. It was just like, and we
- 50:23Speaker 4: show it in the video as well, but like, I
- 50:24Speaker 4: basically pull Sam to the side right before he's about
- 50:28Speaker 4: to do this like ritual, I guess you could say. Um,
- 50:30Speaker 4: and I had like a deep conversation with him where
- 50:33Speaker 4: I was like nearly in tears talking to him about like, dude,
- 50:36Speaker 4: like we're making like YouTube videos. Like this is beyond that.
- 50:40Speaker 4: Like you are like meddling into some stuff that like,
- 50:43Speaker 4: I know you don't personally believe in, but this has
- 50:46Speaker 4: like everything to do like with my faith. And I
- 50:49Speaker 4: deeply believe in this.
- 50:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Sam's gone too far.
- 50:51Speaker 4: Yeah, for real. And I was just like, be careful.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Fuck Sam. Actually comment down below. So why are you
- 51:03Speaker 4: doing that, man?
- 51:03Speaker 3: Let's hash it out here, man. No, it was interesting. Uh,
- 51:07Speaker 3: like jokes aside, it's.
- 51:09Speaker 1: Been, where was that at? Sorry.
- 51:10Speaker 4: Pendle Hill.
- 51:10Speaker 1: That was in UK. I could see that, man. I
- 51:14Speaker 1: could see that because you, you know, it's almost just like,
- 51:17Speaker 1: like if you say enough bad stuff, it's like you book,
- 51:20Speaker 1: you know, it's like you become what you do. You know,
- 51:23Speaker 1: it's like, it's, I could see that when you, there's
- 51:25Speaker 1: a reason why people probably don't do it that much. Exactly.
- 51:29Speaker 4: Exactly. Especially religious people like me. But like, again, I
- 51:32Speaker 4: am more so just like spreading hope to people. And
- 51:34Speaker 4: that's kind of how like I mentally cope with what
- 51:37Speaker 4: I do for a living. But like, again, when it
- 51:40Speaker 4: has to like delve into like hellish things, like literally
- 51:43Speaker 4: talking to Satan, the devil himself, like, I was like,
- 51:45Speaker 4: you know what? I'm good on that one. I'll just
- 51:47Speaker 4: film like in the corner.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Maybe talk to Satan's secretary or whatever, but I
- 51:51Speaker 1: don't need the big dog in here.
- 51:53Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 51:54Speaker 1: But do you ever see any ghosts like that are
- 51:55Speaker 1: like hot chicks or like, or is there ever any
- 51:58Speaker 1: ghosts that are like yurking off or whatever? Like there's
- 52:00Speaker 1: some prostitutes out there.
- 52:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:02Speaker 1: I feel like ghosts are always just kind of fucking
- 52:05Speaker 1: doing like trap shit. I don't feel like any of
- 52:08Speaker 1: them are like, or any of them ever being sexy.
- 52:10Speaker 1: I wonder, or what are ghosts doing the most?
- 52:12Speaker 3: I wonder.
- 52:14Speaker 4: Probably gooning behind the scenes if nobody can see him.
- 52:17Speaker 3: If you're invisible, what are you doing?
- 52:19Speaker 1: If I were invisible, dude, I'd be freaking spraying, bro.
- 52:23Speaker 3: For sure, dude.
- 52:25Speaker 1: I've already got a problem and I'm fully visible. So,
- 52:30Speaker 1: but for sure, dude.
- 52:31Speaker 3: No one's safe, dude.
- 52:33Speaker 1: Yeah, nobody's safe, dude. Once I'm a ghost, bro. Wow, bro.
- 52:38Speaker 3: No, but you gotta think, yeah, like, what are they doing?
- 52:41Speaker 1: Once I'm a ghost, everything's all grotten, homie. You feel me? Exactly.
- 52:45Speaker 1: I'm spraying cheese, dog. Type shit, boys.
- 52:50Speaker 4: No, everybody will know, too. Like, in the afterlife, they're like,
- 52:53Speaker 4: What was that? Ah, Theo.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Stop.
- 52:57Speaker 3: It comes in like a Hauntzer videos later and we're like, oh,
- 53:00Speaker 3: that's Theo.
- 53:00Speaker 4: I got something in my eye.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Damn it, Theo. You guys are just like, you always
- 53:04Speaker 1: pretend it's bird shit. You're like, oh, no birds.
- 53:07Speaker 4: Must be ectoplasm.
- 53:09Speaker 3: You're indoors.
- 53:10Speaker 1: You're like, oh, that bird shit. All right. We got
- 53:17Speaker 1: some problems. Yeah. We've got some problems, dude. You know,
- 53:22Speaker 1: it's fall, fellas. It's fall. Go outside. Look at a leaf.

- 53:53Speaker 1: out of a basement over there in Akron. And they
- 53:56Speaker 1: were all hopped up. They were eating freeze dried ice
- 53:58Speaker 1: cream over there and doing their best. And I think
- 54:00Speaker 1: they were relatives. That's when we got Shopify involved. Shopify

- 56:20Speaker 1: Thank you. Do you guys know if the U.S. government
- 56:25Speaker 1: has ever made a classification on paranormal activity? Have they ever?
- 56:31Speaker 3: I think.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Have they ever acknowledged it?
- 56:35Speaker 5: There was a president, I've mistaken which one it is
- 56:39Speaker 5: right now, but in the Bell Witch Cave Trials, which
- 56:43Speaker 5: is actually here in Tennessee, I think.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 56:47Speaker 3: There was a case.
- 56:48Speaker 5: Where somebody died. And they ruled it in court as
- 56:52Speaker 5: a death by paranormal. And actually one of the presidents
- 56:56Speaker 5: went to that location just to see the demons and
- 57:00Speaker 5: confirmed that it was haunted. So I don't know if
- 57:03Speaker 5: that's like the government getting behind paranormal, but they have
- 57:07Speaker 5: acknowledged things like that.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Wow. I can read this case here.
- 57:12Speaker 3: Yeah, this one's really interesting.
- 57:14Speaker 1: The only widely cited case in which a death was
- 57:17Speaker 1: officially attributed to paranormal causes is the Bell Witch haunting
- 57:20Speaker 1: in Adams, Tennessee. Specifically, the 1820 death of John Bell Sr.
- 57:26Speaker 1: John Bell, dude. And I think he's also the lead
- 57:28Speaker 1: singer for Widespread Panic as well.
- 57:31Speaker 4: Love him.
- 57:31Speaker 3: He's had many lives.
- 57:34Speaker 1: Yeah, he's had many lives, dude. According to numerous sources,
- 57:38Speaker 1: John Bell's death was attributed by his family and several
- 57:41Speaker 1: contemporaries to the Bell Witch. a supernatural entity that tormented
- 57:44Speaker 1: the Bell family beginning in 1817. The case is notable
- 57:48Speaker 1: because Tennessee is reported to have recognized John Bell's death
- 57:51Speaker 1: as caused by this supernatural, making it unique in American
- 57:55Speaker 1: legal and folklore history.
- 57:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I think this is the only cited death that
- 58:03Speaker 5: is recognized as paranormal. Wow. Most people think, hey, no
- 58:08Speaker 5: one's died because it's paranormal. No one gets hurt. But
- 58:11Speaker 5: there's a lot of people that get hurt and there
- 58:13Speaker 5: is this one death that people have said. And I
- 58:16Speaker 5: think this is the case as well that a president
- 58:20Speaker 5: at the time went to this location too.
- 58:23Speaker 1: John Bell's phenomenon grew so– and this is on perplexity.
- 58:27Speaker 1: The phenomenon grew so intense that John Bell developed a
- 58:29Speaker 1: mysterious illness. And after finding a strange vial of black
- 58:33Speaker 1: liquid next to his bed– oh, that would trip me out.
- 58:36Speaker 1: If I even find a girl's gum next to my bed,
- 58:38Speaker 1: I can't even sleep good. His son tested it on
- 58:42Speaker 1: a cat, which died suddenly. The Bell Witch allegedly claimed
- 58:45Speaker 1: credit for poisoning John Bell, who died on December 20th, 1820.
- 58:49Speaker 4: Why would the kid give it to the cat? Like, oh,
- 58:52Speaker 4: here's some black tar liquid. Like, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty,
- 58:55Speaker 4: come here.
- 58:56Speaker 1: That's the most kid shit ever. It's like, oh, fuck
- 58:59Speaker 1: this cat.
- 59:01Speaker 3: See if he dies too.
- 59:02Speaker 1: He's like, I miss my dad, but fuck this cat.
- 59:07Speaker 1: The U.S. president who is most famously associated with a
- 59:09Speaker 1: visit to the Bell Witch Cave was Andrew Jackson. As
- 59:12Speaker 1: a general and later as president, Jackson reportedly visited the
- 59:15Speaker 1: Bell family property in Adams, Tennessee during the height of
- 59:18Speaker 1: the Bell Witch disturbances. According to legend and multiple historical accounts,
- 59:23Speaker 1: Jackson and his entourage experienced unexplained phenomena and chose to
- 59:26Speaker 1: leave early, with Jackson famously quoted as saying he would
- 59:29Speaker 1: Rather face the entire British Army and spend another night
- 59:32Speaker 1: with the Bell Witch.
- 59:34Speaker 3: Isn't that crazy?
- 59:35Speaker 4: Andrew Jackson.
- 59:36Speaker 3: To think.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Bro, Ajak couldn't handle that broad. And he's credible too.
- 59:40Speaker 4: It's not just some random like homeless guy they brought
- 59:42Speaker 4: over to assess the situation. Like they brought the president
- 59:46Speaker 4: who was like, dude, I'm not doing that over again.
- 59:49Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 59:50Speaker 3: This guy wasn't taking DMT, you know?
- 59:52Speaker 1: Yeah. This is a credit. This guy had a sword.
- 59:55Speaker 4: He's like, I can't do shit.
- 59:59Speaker 1: Dude, that's wild though. Right. It makes me think about,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: it makes me think about how like over the years,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: like schizophrenia and these different things, like we've, like we've,
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: we've given a lot of things a scientific term now
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: also to make them marketable to medicine, but you don't
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: think about how many of those things could just be
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: also spiritual in nature. You know, I'm not saying that
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: schizophrenia is spiritual in nature, even though I'm sure the
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: spirit is heavily affected, but you just don't know. You don't,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: you don't know what something could have happened in a
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: past life that's now come through and is affecting a
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: spirit in this life or affecting someone in this life.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: And it's a, and it's, Just looked at these days
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: as a semi-common disease that we have, but it's something
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: that's far greater than that or was used to be
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: deemed that way, you know?
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: So true.
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: It's pretty wild.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Depends on what you believe, exactly. Yeah.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: It did seem more fun back then to believe in
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: stuff too. I think because more people were believing things.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Now a lot of our beliefs just like are looking
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: to our phone and before our beliefs used to like
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: go into the air, you know?
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: It is really sad.
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: I feel like, yeah, we're like facing a really secular
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: time of like, everyone's just like, ah, like if I
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: don't see it on chat to PT, then I'm not
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: going to believe it type of thing. But no one's
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: like you said, like believing and like putting themselves out
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: there to actually experience these things. Cause at the end
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: of the day, it's so much harder to believe anything online,
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: like anything over a, you know, a video.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: I wouldn't believe a ghost video from 10 years ago
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: before I started this. And then I only started believing
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: because I physically experienced it myself in person. So I
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: fully like, you know, empathize with all the people that
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: are online watching our videos being like, that's cool and
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: all that you guys do this, but I can't believe
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: it until I see it, you know? So I would
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: encourage a lot of people who are like into this
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: type of thing to actually, you know, go and experience
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: these things or put yourself out there and try. Just
- 1:01:47Speaker 5: like with faith. It's like if you just try to
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: take someone's word for it, you know, whatever. But if
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: you were to go to church and actually read these
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: things and like go for it and really put yourself
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: in there, then you might find God.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Oh, I'll notice the more I pray, the more when
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I walk into certain rooms or whatever, I could feel
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: like my knees almost tingle a bit. Like I want
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: to hit them, right? Like I want to, you know,
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: I want to hit my knees right there and pray, right?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: And it becomes sort of a practice. Like, yeah, for sure,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: whatever you practice and lean into becomes more of you,
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: you know? And we probably used to be more connected
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: to the spirit realm overall. You know, I'm sure like
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Native Americans, especially, were so connected to it and like
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: really lived by it and had a real like, I
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: bet they had like a real like, like gigahertz connection
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: with like a, you know what I'm saying? For sure.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: Also you had time to think now it's like the
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: second that you go and take a shit, you're just
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: like swiping TikTok or something. It's like, not like you
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: have a single moment away from distraction and entertainment. You
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: don't have any second to wonder.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Yeah. But I know it's crazy not to have a
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: second to wonder when we're at part of something that's
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: so wondrous. It's like, It's almost baffling, dude. We'll get
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: to the end of our lives and one of our
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: last thoughts will be like, I was looking at my
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: phone the whole time.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: Oh, that's a sad thought right there.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: So true.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: I was just looking at my phone the whole time.
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: Damn.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I literally won't even believe I'm dead until I check
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: my phone. Mm-hmm. Did I send that email? Let me
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: tap right back in here just to finish this. The
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: U S government has not officially acknowledged the existence of
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: ghosts as real supernatural entities, but there have been legal
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: and cultural instances where haunted properties or ghost stories were
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: referenced because of their impact on property value or cultural significance. Yeah.
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: There's actually a, There's a lot of movies and stuff, obviously,
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: that are based on real-life hauntings and things like that.
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: Things happen so crazily over decades. Families get traumatized to
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: the point that they become movies. And what's awesome is
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: you see, especially the recent ones that are happening in
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: the last couple decades, there's so much documentation of them
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: that it's really crazy to back things up and see
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: these stories. And people sometimes have video evidence or audio
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: evidence of people getting possessed and things like that. And
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: so it's really, really cool when we get to go
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: to places like that. Like, for example, I don't know
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: if you just recently saw the Conjuring video or Conjuring movie.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Yeah, the Merle House or the... The Smerle House.
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: The Smerle House?
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Sorry, yeah.
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: Yeah, so the Smerle House Conjuring movie just came out.
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: It's called Last Rites. And that was based on the
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: Smerle House. But that was one of the cases that
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: the most famous demonologist ever, Ed and Lorraine Warren, investigated.
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: And there was a demonic entity that was literally like...
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: petrifying this like family for 13 years.
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: They described this demonic entity as like an eight foot
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: tall lizard man with like red eyes and scaly like scales,
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: I guess you could say that would physically physically assault
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Jack and Janet Smurl, who were the parents and like
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: lift them up from their beds and chuck them against
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: the wall.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: Holy shit. And they don't have an HOA or anything.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: Kick this guy out.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: That's crazy. Call the plumber. Dude, but I believe something
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: like this could happen. The Smurl house haunting refers to
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: a series of widely publicized claims of paranormal activity. Um,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Will you guys tell us about it? I don't need
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: to read this. What else do you guys know about it? Oh,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: it says here the family's German shepherd was reportedly levitated
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: and slammed into a wall.
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: Yeah, even the dog was attacked. But every single member
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: of the family was attacked. And we're talking like they
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: would be picked up and thrown against the wall to
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: the point of the wife broke bones because of the spirit.
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: A little girl in the family was thrown down the staircase.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: A ceiling fan flew off the ceiling and smacked one
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: of the little girls and almost killed her. as well,
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: there were sexual assaults. It was like the ghost word,
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: like physically and sexually assaulting the whole family.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Crazy. That's gotta be the worst, because what if your
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: parents come home, it looks like you're jerking off or whatever,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: or you're sitting there just, you know. Experiencing something. Yeah,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: experiencing something with yourself that you caused, you're working off.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: But you're not even doing it. It's not.
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: It's literally like this is a demon.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: And my mom would still have gotten pissed at me.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: My mom would have blamed it on me. It's a demon.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: I'm not even looking at it. Yeah, I can't help it. But, dude,
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: that's how you be so– How did they come and
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: go in their home? Did you guys go there?
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: Well, the Smurl house, we were the first people since
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: the demonologist, Edler and Warren, we're the first people to
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: investigate it since then, 40 years ago. So it was really,
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: really a cool experience to be able to go in
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: there and understand what was the haunting, what actually happened there.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: And there's two Conjuring houses.
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: There's one that's really famous in Rhode Island, which is
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: the videos that are being played right now. And then
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: there's this one that we haven't released yet. It's coming
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: out for our finale of Hell Month. And yeah, nobody
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: has been there besides Ed and Lorraine Warren, uh, like
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: 40 years ago, 50 years ago.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Yeah. And what, what did it feel different? Did it
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: come at a different time? Did it start differently? Like how,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: how do you ease into like a new place that,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: that has a haunting, right? That, that, that has an
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: energy like that. Like, do you approach it differently on
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: the way there? Like, do you bring certain things with
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: you to set up an atmosphere? Like, do you bring
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: an altar? Like, what do you, like, is there some
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: sort of like, um, precursor to your approach? Definitely.
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: I mean, especially something like that, that hasn't been investigated
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: for so long. And actually at the time, 40 years ago,
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: it was believed that in Lorraine Warren, like brought in
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: a priest and they didn't like an exorcism and got
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: rid of the demons. So like, theoretically, this place hasn't
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: really been haunted for the last 40 years. It's just
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: been a regular family home. So when you go back
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: into there, it's mainly like the shell of the home
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: of said spirit. And so in order to like, make
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: sure we were able to like contact that same person,
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: we brought in a witch or a priestess.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: She's our friend.
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: She actually has helped us with a lot of these
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: types of things and teaching us about the occult. And
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: she brought in a spirit board, which is pretty much
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: like a good Ouija board. It's not like one of
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: those Hasbro ones you buy at Target.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: It's like the real deal.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Like one a woodpecker would like.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: Definitely.
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: Homemade, all that stuff. She actually helped with a full-on
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: summoning ritual. And that, like, brought in the spirits around.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: And we were able to talk to this thing, like,
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: on a Ouija board. And what's absolutely crazy about that is, like,
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: I never really believed in Ouija boards. I just thought,
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: you know, it was a fun gimmick. Like, you know,
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: especially the ones at Target, you know, I guess whatever.
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: But when you do it correctly, like, with a witch,
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: it is the most insane experience you've ever had. You
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: put your fingers on this planchette, and I don't know
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: if you've ever seen a Ouija board, but there's a
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: bunch of letters and numbers all over this board. And
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: it said that you move this planchette around and it
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: spells things out. But the feeling is so unlike anything
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: you've ever felt before, where the wood gets pulled out
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: from underneath your fingertips. It's literally, you can feel a
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: different presence pulling you in directions.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: Like a magnet almost.
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: A magnetism.
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: I never believed in the Ouija board until doing it
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: correctly with professional Pythian priestess. And I remember the first
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: time we did it with her, off camera, we were like,
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: did you do that?
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: And he was like, no. Yeah.
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: You definitely did that. And we were like, hell no.
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: Because like our fingers were going like.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: It was crazy.
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: And it wasn't like just like a little slow thing.
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: It was like sometimes like yanking to a yes or
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: no or all around the boardwalk.
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: What is happening? I can't believe this. It's out of
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: this world.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Well, especially if it's like priestess, what's your number or whatever.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: That's definitely.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: Like, like to that point though, like we'd ask questions,
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: especially the first time we did it, we'd be like, uh,
- 1:09:46Speaker 5: the first time we ever did that, the first conjuring house,
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: we asked the spirit like, yo, do you like us?
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: And it's like, no, it was like, what do you
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: want from us? And it was like, go away. It
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: was like, leave me and give me my peace pretty much.
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: And I was like, damn, okay. They don't fuck with us.
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: Which happens, which happens. Cause honestly, like spirits are just
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: like people like in real life.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean, if, if there's like a bad person
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: you meet in real life, there's probably going to be
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: a bad person in the afterlife. That doesn't mean they're
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: like a demonic thing, but like, yeah, you'll run into
- 1:10:13Speaker 4: like bad Apple sort of people all the time that
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: just don't want to talk to you or anything, which
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: is understandable.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Yeah. That's wild. You guys get, yeah, it could just
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: be somebody who's just chilling. Somebody's having lunch or whatever.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: And you guys are bothering them or something. Exactly. Shut up, dude.
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: Some of them do a Ouija board and they're like,
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: fuck off. Like you can't leave.
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: It's like, you're like calling out, like, you know, cold
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: calling somebody and like, God, Just shut up.
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: I don't want to talk right now.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: Or they're like, I'm gay or whatever. You're like, what?
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: It doesn't matter.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: What?
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: You're welcome here either way. It's all good.
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: You're safe with us, guys.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Yeah, dude. Like, a long time ago, people cared about that,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: but that's totally normal now, dude.
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: This is just an emotional experience. He's like, really?
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Some ghost has been waiting forever to come out of
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: the closet, and he finally gets it through a Ouija board.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: You're like, dude, nobody cares.
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: Dude, everybody John is gay.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Yeah, dude. He's like, all right, thank you. 70% of
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: people are gay, dude. Chill, bro.
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: Chill but dude what was crazy about this like recent
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: experience with the spirit board.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: And this was at the small house and this was
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: where the conjuring was.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: The conjuring last rights movie okay got it where they
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: filmed it at uh no where it allegedly happened at
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: yeah that based on the true story based on the
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: true story they filmed out a replica of this place
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: got it.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: And it's this tiny duplex had this been messed with
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: before had that did it look the same as when
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: back then I mean, your family had lived there.
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: Yeah, like if you look at the old tapes from
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: Ed and Lorraine Warren, the demonologists that helped try to
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: save this house, you'll see like exactly the same layout
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: and everything.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: Like it looks like it did 40 years ago.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: It's really.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: So some of these places, it's like going back in
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: time too. Definitely.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: Yeah, time capsules. Yeah, we were doing the spirit board
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: session in the living room of this duplex. And again,
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: like imagine just like a regular house.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Like there was.
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: Literally Cheez-Its on the counter and stuff like that. Yeah,
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: somebody lived there. And we uncovered the craziest evidence about
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: the Smurl family that could actually get us in trouble.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: No joke.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: And so when this comes out on Halloween, dude, it's
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: going to cause an uproar in the paranormal community of things.
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: It's going to be crazy. That's what I'm talking about. Yes, sir. Dude,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: I wonder if there's a bus stop that had a crazy...
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: A lot of people... I'm just trying to think of
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: neat places that aren't like kind of like– that aren't
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: like a building or something where you could investigate also.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: Have there been places like that? Yeah. I mean– Where
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: there's not like an entity, like a building, like a– Yeah.
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: I mean like to that point, you would think that
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: everywhere could be potentially haunted, right?
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: Like it doesn't have to be a location.
- 1:12:49Speaker 5: It's just maybe places– that our location had more energy
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: or they were a home in a past life and
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: so it's like more likely like you said maybe a
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: bus stop or maybe you know like a favorite area
- 1:13:00Speaker 5: to play is like on a playground or something like
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: that as a kid you don't know maybe something has
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: a deeper meaning or connection to a human and that
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: could be haunted yeah there's.
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: A lot of times like we'll go to a spot
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: and it's not like haunted by something like evil or
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: scary but sometimes there was You know, like a big, like,
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: for example, we own a spot called Farrar Elementary in Iowa.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: And it used to be like- Farrar Elementary?
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: Farrar.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Farrar Elementary. It's a school? It's a real school?
- 1:13:25Speaker 4: Real school.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: You guys own it?
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: We own it.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: We're principals. We're principals.
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: Hell yeah, dude.
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: Hope the spirits understood us there.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: And is it functional? Functional?
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: Uh, it's functional for like ghost hunting tours.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:13:37Speaker 3: It closed down like, okay. It's not like we're teachers.
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: Yeah, there it is.
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: Yeah. We own the school, but it used to be a.
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: Hub, uh, like, uh, what, like a hundred years ago
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: where like a lot of people would just go there
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: and party. So all the spirits, there are a lot
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: of the spirits there just like hang around because it
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: was a cool spot in life.
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: It was the like center of the town.
- 1:13:57Speaker 5: So not only was it an elementary school at the time,
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: but it was also where people like got married. It's
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: also where people had dances. They had basketball games, they
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: had everything at this like one area. And so a
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: lot of the spirits there are like really nice.
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: So it's, it's cool.
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: Um, and even like outside of this area, like even
- 1:14:13Speaker 5: in the woods or the playground, this also can be
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: like haunted locations.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: Crazy. It's interesting to think about how I show up
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: to places and then what I want out of them,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: whether that place is an actual building, you know, or
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: if it's a, to show up to spirits, whatever you want,
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: you know, it's, it's just about like how I show
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: up and what do I want? Right. You know, that
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: could be, if I'm going to get an education, if
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: I'm going to summon a entity, it could be anything,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: you know, if I'm going to have a relationship with somebody,
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: you know, dude, I fricking texted this girl today, dude.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: I'm afraid to look at my phone because I don't
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: know if she's texting back, dude. Yeah.
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: Is that it? What was the opening line? Can you spill?
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: Yeah. Like I got, I, I met her the other
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: night and I felt like we like had some chemistry, right?
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: Like I felt like there was something there, right? Cool.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: You know, when you feel like there's something there, you know,
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: you know, when you meet someone, you feel like there's
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: something there, right? Cause you meet a lot of people,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: there's nothing there. Sometimes you pretend there's something there. Sometimes
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: you have two drinks and pretend there's something there. It's like, right.
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: The two drinks can create something there.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: And those are not real. That's just you making your
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: own EMFs, right? But I felt like there was something there,
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: so I got her number, and then I sent her
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: a text today. I said, hey, my buddy was thinking
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: about asking you out. Also, my buddy is me. That's sick. Fuck,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: she's gonna fucking say no, dude. Fuck.
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: Where's your confidence level on here? One to ten? Like,
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: you think you feel good about this?
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: No. Shit. It'll be alright. It'll be alright, dude.
- 1:15:45Speaker 4: It'll be alright, dude.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: I don't know. But I was screaming afterwards like there
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: was an entity in me of like, That is just
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: constantly rejected. That energy was fucking summoning the most rejection
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: in the world. But anyway.
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: You got to summon that positivity.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right. I got to change that up a
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: little bit. What are some of the most haunted places
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: in America? Is there even a map that shows that?
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys know this.
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: There's a bunch that are really, really cool.
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: What's the most haunted state? Do you know it?
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: Probably on the East coast somewhere.
- 1:16:20Speaker 5: Yeah. East coast is like, you got to think it
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: was way older, you know, so like way more history
- 1:16:26Speaker 5: has happened in there. Um, but yeah, there, there's a
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: couple that are like really, really cool. So obviously the
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: conjuring house that we talked about is a massive place
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: in Rhode Island. There's a couple of really, really cool
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: spots like the Winchester mystery house.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: I don't know if you ever heard of that.
- 1:16:42Speaker 5: Um, There is a house in San Jose, California that
- 1:16:46Speaker 5: has like 130 rooms.
- 1:16:49Speaker 3: Or something like that. It's insane.
- 1:16:51Speaker 5: It was built for like almost a century purely to
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: try to like, you know.
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: Have you ever heard of Winchester Rifles at all? So
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: is that family like owned this estate?
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:17:04Speaker 5: And it's believed that actually this has become like some
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: sort of, hub for spirits like there's so many rooms
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: and it's so like known to be haunted that that
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: people bring spirits they like drop their spirits off here
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: it's almost like a grand central station for spirits now.
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: Uh and yeah this is definitely one of the most
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: haunted places.
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: Like the hogwarts train station.
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: Yeah exactly that's so.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: Cool you guys went there yeah a.
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: Couple times it's really crazy i mean even if you
- 1:17:30Speaker 5: don't believe in ghosts it's one of the coolest things in.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: The united states it's pretty magnificent huh yeah and where
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: is that located San Jose, California. Oh, interesting.
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: And it's crazy because none of the architecture makes sense.
- 1:17:43Speaker 5: It's like there will be three steps up to a
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: floor and then seven steps down to another floor. Or
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: like staircases that lead to nowhere. Or like a door
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: that if you open on the second floor will just
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: drop you down and you'll fall off. Like there's no
- 1:17:58Speaker 5: patio or anything. It's like the most bizarre thing you've
- 1:18:01Speaker 5: ever seen.
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: And it's pretty spectacular.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:18:06Speaker 5: There's things like that or like on the other side
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: of the United States, there's this thing called the Trans-Allegheny
- 1:18:10Speaker 5: Lunatic Asylum. And it's like the second biggest asylum like
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: ever made or something. And there's like hundreds of rooms
- 1:18:18Speaker 5: about people that used to get lobotomies. And so it's
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: a pretty tortured, tortured spot. It's one of the creepiest
- 1:18:24Speaker 5: places we've ever been.
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: Wow, that place looks magnificent. It almost looks like University
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: of Syracuse.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: It's as big as a university.
- 1:18:32Speaker 5: And that building right there is only one of like 20.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: It's a historic former psychiatric hospital located in Weston, West Virginia,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: best known for its haunting atmosphere, architectural significance, and role
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: in the history of mental health care in the U.S.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: The asylum originally followed the Kirkbride Plan, a psychiatric hospital
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: design emphasizing space, light, and therapeutic architecture. Many patients were
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: admitted for reasons now considered unscientific, such as asthma, laziness,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: and domestic troubles.
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: If you beat your wife, like you could go to
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: this asylum.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: Even if you tickle her hard, if she's sensitive. Dude,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: people would.
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: Get admitted, like husbands would drop their wives over there
- 1:19:18Speaker 5: if they were like reading a bad book or something.
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: It was bad.
- 1:19:20Speaker 5: Like pretty much you could just leave your wife to
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: die type of thing. But yeah, in that specific location
- 1:19:27Speaker 5: and the asylum was one of our crazy experiences ever,
- 1:19:30Speaker 5: we were just asking out to see if anything could,
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: you know, do a knock or give us a sign
- 1:19:35Speaker 5: or whatever. And between Colby and I, we heard like
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: a pretty scary old man voice say the word Lily,
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: like in our ears.
- 1:19:45Speaker 3: And it was like, what?
- 1:19:47Speaker 5: And apparently like, well, yeah, we asked around and Lily
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: is a spirit that is known to be like a
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: child figure. That's actually more of like this darker entity,
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: but like we heard it with our ears and there
- 1:20:00Speaker 5: was like three other people that were around.
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: That also, like, vouched for us. That we're like, wait.
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: No, there was another voice that was not in between
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: you two that talked.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: And the camera caught it, so it's on camera, but
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: the recorder that we were using asking questions didn't. So
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: it makes no sense that, like, the voice could only
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: show up on one thing.
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Unless the hertz of it or something was a certain...
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: Is it called hertz? What is it called?
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: Frequency.
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: Yeah, unless the frequency of it, the audio frequency of
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: it was a certain pitch or pentameter or something. I
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: believe there's so many different, like, frequencies that we just
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: do not have the ability to uh calculate.
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: Yeah hearing or seeing like you just look at this
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: color scale of what i can see and it's just
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: nothing it's like i don't know like 10 of actual
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: i don't know whatever you look.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: At we only have five senses dude yeah and they're
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: great i'm not saying anything god they're good but i'm
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: also saying dude what if we had like 40 senses
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: and we're pulling in all that information yeah who knows
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: maybe we will one day when we die What's one
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: last thing we could go in that would be good
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: for you guys? You guys think that's interesting. Oh, maybe
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: what would make you stay around to be a ghost?
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: That's so funny. Um, honestly, if Sam still had the
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: YouTube channel and I passed away, I would just like
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: make that shit viral as hell. I could be following
- 1:21:18Speaker 4: him to every, like every haunted place and just shove
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: them down the stairs.
- 1:21:23Speaker 3: Just like torment me. But I'm like, hell yeah, this
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: is the craziest. Call me on you here.
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: And you just fall down a flight of stairs.
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: Slap me in the face.
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: Oh, he's here guys.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: I want to levitate. So if you can do that,
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: that'd be great.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: Dude. Thank you. Thank you guys so much, man. This
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: has been awesome, dude. Yeah. This is awesome. It's been cool.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: It's been good to get to meet you guys and
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: just like, uh, you know, if we can just stay
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: in touch or something, you know, this has been fun
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: and I needed something that was just a good conversation,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: you know? So thank you.
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:21:49Speaker 3: I love how open you are about this.
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: I mean, a lot of people like, ah, the ghost
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: or whatever, that's not real, but I feel like you,
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: you get the mindset that we're going to with it,
- 1:21:56Speaker 5: whether or not you believe in it or not.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: Like I like the mindset.
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: I think, well, I think it surprised me, you know, cause, uh,
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: Dave Attell is one of my favorite jokes. He's like, um,
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: I was watching and I'm paraphrasing it, but he's like,
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: I was watching, uh, ghost hunters the other day. It
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: involves two of my favorite things, wandering around aimlessly and
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: sheer disappointment. That's so funny. And I've always loved that joke.
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: It's so good, right?
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: That's hilarious.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: But I never had thought of it in the sense
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: of like, I want something to be here, right? I
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: want something to be here. And I've been thinking about
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: stuff like that in my life recently, just like meeting
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: God halfway, meeting the spirits halfway that are out there. Like,
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: how can I show up to... receive the best things
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: that are out there waiting for me, you know?
- 1:22:44Speaker 5: And that would also kind of translate to real life too.
- 1:22:46Speaker 5: Like whether that's spiritual or like, like you said, like
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: show up to your next like friend gathering or your
- 1:22:50Speaker 5: family or like your relationship, like putting in the effort
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: to get what you want out of it.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Like sometimes I want my holidays to be great and
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I'll just think that somebody else is going to make
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: them great. Like I go there, I go in the
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: living room, I yell about a casserole or something. I
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: talk shit and I take a nap. then I eat
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: and nap and then I leave. And I'm like, God,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: I wish our family had connected better.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: Fuck that casserole, by the way.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: But it's like, that's what I brought to it, you know? Right.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: But I'm still expecting this other thing. So I think, um,
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: just having a whole nother way to look at that.
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: And then to ask, like, if I wanted to, like
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: my father's passed away, everybody has family members that have
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: passed away, but to say, Hey dad, I'm thinking about
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: you today. Yeah. Share with me what you're thinking, you know,
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: think with me, feel with me. I want to feel
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: your feelings today or, I want to know you love
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: me today. Like not be afraid to speak out. Like
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: we have this voice in this thing. Like when we
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: open our hands up to the world, to the sky,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: to the universe, you feel something right. That's not mythological.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: And so I think that, that, uh, this is just
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: a great reminder. Um, uh, before you guys go, is
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: there a goat of ghost hunting? Is there a, is
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: there someone like who was the first ghost hunter? Like,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: is there a goat?
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: Probably Ed and Lorraine Warren are like the goats. They're
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: more demonologists, though, if you want to get technical about it. Also,
- 1:24:14Speaker 4: Zach Bagans is our king.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Dude, Zach Bagans is our father, dude.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: Zach Bagans? Zach Bagans. Have you ever heard of him?
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: He has this crazy museum out in Vegas I really
- 1:24:24Speaker 4: recommend going to. He is the father of paranormal. He
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: does TV, ghost adventures, if you've seen that show.
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: The ghosts are scared of him, you know? Wow.
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: Macho dude. Tall.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he's like the kid rock of ghosts kind of.
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: You know what's up?
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: Sexy.
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: What are you talking about?
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: Everybody loves him. Maybe just me.
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: Dude, yeah, if you ever go to Vegas, you should
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: go to his museum.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 1:24:48Speaker 5: It's actually like really sick, not going to lie. He
- 1:24:52Speaker 5: has a bunch of like haunted objects, and we actually
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: got to hold some of the most like haunted dolls
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: in the world here, which is like really, really crazy.
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: Yeah, there's something special that people about to collect these
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: things and put these types of situations together. Happy early Halloween, guys.
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: Yeah, happy Halloween.
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: It's an exciting time. It's always been my favorite holiday. Same.
- 1:25:14Speaker 5: By far, it's the best holiday. You know, only for
- 1:25:17Speaker 5: the spooky stuff, but also just, like, dressing up. I
- 1:25:19Speaker 5: feel like the vibes are happier now.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it's kind of the only time people can go
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: talk to their neighbors anymore is you'll run over there.
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: Bag over candy.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: Poison candy. Exactly. You know what I'm saying? Like... Give
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: me some candy. People don't even know their neighbors, but
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: now they will send their kids. They'll send a kid
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: covered in a sheet, right? With two eye holes that
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: are barely running right through traffic just to go get
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: a baby snicker. It's a beautiful season. It's a great time.
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: It's a beautiful season.
