- 1:11guys, as we always seem to on the
- 1:14Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 1:16Before we do get started, I do want
- 1:19to let you know that tomorrow, actually tomorrow,
- 1:22are you ready guys?
- 1:23Tomorrow exactly, well, about 16 hours from now
- 1:27roughly, tomorrow is Friday, April 17th at 1
- 1:31.30pm. You can actually go to BelieveMeAchieved.com
- 1:35and when you go to that site, we
- 1:36have made this so super easy for anyone
- 1:40to find.
- 1:41You don't have to try to find our
- 1:42channels, you just go to BelieveMeAchieved.com and
- 1:44you're going to see there is actually an
- 1:46option there, the very first link that says,
- 1:48book launch episode, how change actually happens in
- 1:52life.
- 1:52And there'll also be the dedication of the
- 1:54book to my parents, there'll be the official
- 1:55signing.
- 1:56It'll be a really great time, it is
- 1:59going to be the typical show, the 27
- 2:01-28 minutes.
- 2:03And this show tomorrow is actually going to
- 2:06be put on cable TV.
- 2:10So really grateful for that, because it's a
- 2:13special episode and we want to pick that
- 2:15one.
- 2:15Usually we do our Saturday episode, but tomorrow
- 2:18is a very special day, so we're going
- 2:19to do tomorrow's episode.
- 2:21And really grateful about the book and everything.
- 2:24So there's going to be the big reveal,
- 2:26and I can't wait to stop hiding the
- 2:30title.
- 2:30I tell people there's a book coming out,
- 2:31they're like, what is it?
- 2:32I can't tell them.
- 2:33And it's like, you know, it's like something
- 2:35I want to tell people, but I can't
- 2:36tell them.
- 2:36So again, let's just kick this show off.
- 2:38All right, guys, before we do that, if
- 2:40you're thirsty, if you're hungry, whatever, feel free
- 2:42to go grab yourself something.
- 2:43I've got a hot decaf tea here.
- 2:47And it's delicious.
- 2:48And I drink it the way my grandfather
- 2:50drank his tea.
- 2:52He was from the English descent.
- 2:55He would never have milk in his tea.
- 2:57And for years, I would never do that.
- 2:58But then I started doing it, I was
- 2:59like, wow, this is pretty cool to have
- 3:01your tea without milk.
- 3:02All right, guys, let's kick this off.
- 3:04This is, yes, guys, it is, in case
- 3:07you didn't know.
- 3:07This is the Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 3:11It is Thursday night.
- 3:14The moment you start seeing it, the world
- 3:17changes.
- 3:17Series five, show 16, episode six.
- 3:21And the master topic for the week is
- 3:23how people actually change their direction without even
- 3:27realizing it.
- 3:28Yeah, that's an interesting conundrum.
- 3:30This week, we've been breaking down how behavior,
- 3:33exposure, pressure, and systems quietly shape direction over
- 3:38time, lost long before most people realize change
- 3:43is happening.
- 3:44It is.
- 3:45The thing is, when you become aware of
- 3:48change, then you can appreciate it, but you
- 3:51also can make more happen in your life.
- 3:54Ladies and gentlemen, if you don't know who
- 3:55I am by now, allow me to introduce
- 3:56myself.
- 3:57I'm John C.
- 3:58Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,
- 4:02podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student, a
- 4:06passionate lifelong learner.
- 4:08And soon, tomorrow, guys, yes, tomorrow, that is
- 4:13within basically about 16 hours or so.
- 4:17The time, I think, keeps changing, but the
- 4:19exact time right now, yeah, it's in 16
- 4:21hours.
- 4:22I will be a published author, because I
- 4:25don't consider myself an official published author until
- 4:27my book actually releases.
- 4:28So today is where everything starts to come
- 4:32together, all right, because change doesn't begin when
- 4:36your life looks different.
- 4:38It begins when you start seeing things differently.
- 4:41Most people live inside patterns.
- 4:43They never seem to question, and they just
- 4:45operate like robots following a program, never questioning
- 4:49anything.
- 4:50They follow systems and procedures and don't even
- 4:53think about it.
- 4:54They respond to environments, and it all feels,
- 4:57well, a little bit normal, until one day
- 5:00it doesn't, and then you're like, ugh.
- 5:04Number one, guys, change begins with awareness.
- 5:08You cannot shift what you cannot see.
- 5:13Also, you cannot change what you cannot measure.
- 5:16Number two, guys, most patterns stay hidden, because
- 5:21repetition makes them invisible.
- 5:24When we repeat something over and over and
- 5:27over and over again, it's like we do
- 5:30it, but we don't even give a rhyme
- 5:32or reason to what we're doing.
- 5:34And I've said to you, when we become
- 5:35mindful, like I was giving the example today
- 5:38about putting your fork down and actually acknowledging
- 5:42your food, I think that's an important thing
- 5:43to realize, is that we need to acknowledge
- 5:46our food.
- 5:47And what feels normal, number three, often is
- 5:51repeated behavior, non-intentional direction.
- 5:54And when we can become intentional, our life
- 5:57changes, as opposed to just wasting our energy
- 5:59or just kind of like taking a hose
- 6:01and just aiming it everywhere, not getting really
- 6:04the proper attention it deserves.
- 6:07Number four, guys, awareness disrupts routine.
- 6:10Once you notice something, it feels different.
- 6:14Yeah, when you notice something, like right now
- 6:15I have my tea, and when I notice
- 6:17the temperature of the tea, ooh, it has
- 6:21a different quality, even has a different taste
- 6:24when I pay attention to it.
- 6:25Also, when I eat my food slowly, I
- 6:27enjoy it more.
- 6:29Also, I fill up more, which is better
- 6:31for me, health-wise.
- 6:33Number five, guys, patterns reveal themselves over time.
- 6:37Consistency exposes what's real.
- 6:39It does.
- 6:41But some people don't wanna go down that
- 6:42path, because they're afraid of that path.
- 6:45Number six, guys, exposure shapes thinking.
- 6:48What surrounds you builds perception, and then that
- 6:55becomes your reality, guys.
- 6:57Number seven, systems influence outcomes.
- 7:01Structure drives behavior in the background, not the
- 7:05foreground.
- 7:07Number eight, behavior repeats automatically.
- 7:11Most actions are not fully conscious.
- 7:14They're not fully conscious.
- 7:16And our body just does them over and
- 7:18over and over and over again, and doesn't
- 7:22even bat an eye to say, why am
- 7:24I doing this?
- 7:25Number nine, identify what you're doing, but identity
- 7:30will form through the patterns.
- 7:33You've discovered and not discovered.
- 7:35What you repeat becomes who you are.
- 7:38It shapes your character.
- 7:40It defines your discipline.
- 7:42Yeah, it even has a factor to your
- 7:45integrity.
- 7:47Number 10, guys, small actions create direction, not
- 7:53one big moment.
- 7:54Everybody thinks success is gonna happen because of
- 7:56this great big grand gesture that happens.
- 8:00It can, but that's not how it usually
- 8:01happens.
- 8:02It happens from the small things that lead
- 8:05up to it.
- 8:06Number 11, guys, gradual change is hard to
- 8:10detect because it happens slowly.
- 8:14And people think that when it happens slowly
- 8:16that nothing's happening, but that's actually wrong.
- 8:19You know, in the, let's say, Holton days,
- 8:23a lot of people would boil tea on
- 8:27their stove.
- 8:29You know, having Insta-hot is a luxury,
- 8:32but it's more of a necessity to me
- 8:33because you just go up to the spout
- 8:34and you're getting 180, 190, 95 degree, you
- 8:38know, hot water there, boiling.
- 8:42So when you would put water in a
- 8:45kettle, and after a little time you'd start
- 8:47to hear it make some rattling noises, then
- 8:49you'd hear the whistle because it had a
- 8:51little whistle built into the top of the
- 8:54spout there where you'd open it.
- 8:56And when you notice that, it could take
- 8:59anywhere from maybe, if it was a large
- 9:02pot, it could take 10 minutes.
- 9:04If it was a, I remember we'd put,
- 9:05just put a little bit of water, that
- 9:06might only take a few minutes to boil.
- 9:09So nothing feels wrong, number 12, at first,
- 9:13until the awareness increases.
- 9:16Once we become aware of it, it's like,
- 9:18hey, wait a minute, what the heck am
- 9:21I doing?
- 9:22Number 13, awareness creates tension.
- 9:25You begin to question what felt normal.
- 9:29And you know, people go their entire lives
- 9:31and they think normal is just operating on
- 9:35autopilot.
- 9:36And I feel so sad for these people
- 9:39because life is meant to be lived.
- 9:41It's not meant to just go through routines.
- 9:44We want to enjoy the moments of life.
- 9:46Number 14, guys, questioning creates clarity.
- 9:50When somebody says, don't question me, well, that's
- 9:53not somebody that's going to be the greater
- 9:55good of your concern.
- 9:56You start to see options when you create
- 9:59clarity, when you ask questions and see good
- 10:02questions create, well, a building desire for more
- 10:07curiosity.
- 10:08And then once that is, let's say satisfied,
- 10:12we either get more curious or we actually
- 10:14learn.
- 10:15So knowledge transfers.
- 10:17Number 15, guys, clarity creates movement.
- 10:22Direction becomes possible.
- 10:26Clarity creates movement.
- 10:27When we know where we want to go,
- 10:30we go there.
- 10:31We put our address at a GPS.
- 10:33When we actually put the address in, it
- 10:35becomes clear.
- 10:36We know where we're going.
- 10:38We say we're going to go to this
- 10:39town and we ride around looking for a
- 10:41restaurant.
- 10:41We might get there and we might not
- 10:43get to that restaurant, right?
- 10:44That could happen.
- 10:46And so being intentional about everything you do,
- 10:50from the stuff you put your time in,
- 10:52the people you're with, and even the relationships
- 10:56you choose to keep in your life.
- 11:01Life is about being intentional.
- 11:03It's about learning.
- 11:04It's about having experiences.
- 11:06And it's about connecting with others and sharing
- 11:12knowledge and of course the wonderful experiences.
- 11:15Number 16, guys, movement shifts outcomes.
- 11:19Yup, guys, that's true.
- 11:20Movement shifts outcomes.
- 11:22So action begins to change results.
- 11:27Action begins to change results.
- 11:29So when action changes our results, we have
- 11:34this epiphany moment, a moment that says, wait
- 11:36a minute, maybe I could do it this
- 11:40way.
- 11:40Have you ever worked on a puzzle before
- 11:42and you're like, all right, I'm starting to
- 11:43put the corners together.
- 11:44I'm like, I know where this goes.
- 11:46Oh, I know where it goes.
- 11:47Like you're putting pieces together and then you
- 11:49have that moment.
- 11:50And that one moment where you're like, oh,
- 11:52I know where it goes, oh, I know
- 11:54where this one goes.
- 11:54I know where this one goes.
- 11:55I know where this one goes.
- 11:58That's a defining time.
- 12:03I love it when we're able to make
- 12:05new connections.
- 12:06We're able to bridge, not just people, but
- 12:08we're able to bridge new ideas.
- 12:10And I find that when things are challenging
- 12:12for us and we keep doing them over
- 12:15and over again and we then learn them,
- 12:17that is a real sense of accomplishment.
- 12:19And somebody says, hey, you know, this might've
- 12:21been hard, but by hanging in there made
- 12:25sense.
- 12:25I said something yesterday while actually being on
- 12:30campus.
- 12:31And that was, you know, don't fear striking
- 12:37out.
- 12:40Don't fear striking out.
- 12:41So don't fear playing the game because you're
- 12:44fearful of striking out.
- 12:46If you're fearful of striking out, you're feared
- 12:49of the game, right?
- 12:50But some people think, oh, I'm never going
- 12:51to do this.
- 12:52So they, they fear, they put that thought
- 12:54in their head and even though false evidence
- 12:57appearing real is that when people put energy
- 13:01towards something, guess what?
- 13:03It becomes real and believable.
- 13:06Yeah, guys.
- 13:07Number 17, results reinforce awareness.
- 13:12Results reinforce awareness.
- 13:15You're doing something great for your health and
- 13:17you feel good and you say, you know
- 13:18what?
- 13:18I want to do more of that.
- 13:20And you can, but it's not just the
- 13:24feeling you get in your mind.
- 13:26It's this whole natural high that you get
- 13:29with the dopamine because you're getting this release
- 13:32from the positive situation.
- 13:36So results reinforce awareness.
- 13:39Feedback confirms what you're seeing.
- 13:42Number 18, guys, most people ignore early awareness.
- 13:48Why?
- 13:49I don't know.
- 13:51I think they haven't given themselves a chance
- 13:55to know that there's more on the cup
- 13:59than just white.
- 14:01Like this happens to have red on it,
- 14:03like one of my universities.
- 14:05So sometimes we look at a color, right?
- 14:07And to give you an example, yellow and
- 14:10blue, right?
- 14:11What does yellow and blue make?
- 14:12Who knows what yellow, yellow, you probably learned
- 14:15this in school.
- 14:16Yellow and blue makes what?
- 14:18Yellow and blue makes green, okay?
- 14:23Orange is made by yellow and red.
- 14:27And blue and red makes violet.
- 14:32But you know, a lot of people won't
- 14:34even come to that realization because they don't
- 14:35even bother to mix the colors.
- 14:39The way these people learn is by an
- 14:42accident.
- 14:44The color of one paint spills over.
- 14:48So the blue and let's say the yellow
- 14:51mix and then, oh, we get green.
- 14:54Oh, wow.
- 14:55I never knew that.
- 14:56It's not just a mess.
- 14:57It's a new color.
- 14:58Number 18, guys, most people ignore early awareness
- 15:02because change feels uncomfortable.
- 15:04I said to you guys before, success starts
- 15:09where you feel uncomfortable.
- 15:10I didn't say painful.
- 15:11I said discomfort.
- 15:13And a lot of people would rather be
- 15:15home on their sofa, their favorite chair, playing
- 15:20a video game, snacking on treats, than actually
- 15:24doing something that's a little uncomfortable that can
- 15:28help you grow.
- 15:31I had a situation just tonight.
- 15:32I was actually writing interface to a module.
- 15:37And when I started doing this, it was
- 15:38a little bit tricky.
- 15:39And I'm like, oh, this isn't making sense.
- 15:41Let me look at the code.
- 15:41Let me look at how this is going.
- 15:43Let me look at how these things are
- 15:44put together.
- 15:45Look at some third-party libraries.
- 15:47And in 15 minutes, I solved it and
- 15:49I got it working.
- 15:50But when I first looked at it, it
- 15:52didn't make sense because it was based on
- 15:54something that was many years ago.
- 15:56So I had to adapt to that.
- 15:57But I found that to be immensely satisfying
- 16:01and pleasurable to be able to solve that.
- 16:05Okay?
- 16:06Number 19, guys, comfort resists disruption.
- 16:12Staying in the same feels easier.
- 16:16It feels comfortable.
- 16:18It feels warm.
- 16:19It feels cool.
- 16:20It feels just right.
- 16:23It feels just right.
- 16:26You remember the story of the three bears,
- 16:29okay?
- 16:30And Goldilocks came to the house of three
- 16:33bears.
- 16:35And she started with basically she started with
- 16:39the porridge, right?
- 16:42The small porridge was basically, you know, it
- 16:49was small.
- 16:50It was too cold.
- 16:52The other one was a medium size.
- 16:54And it was warmer.
- 16:56And then the big one was larger.
- 17:01And then the really big one was really
- 17:03large.
- 17:03And it was very hot.
- 17:05Then she did the same thing with the
- 17:05chairs, right?
- 17:07And when she got into the one chair,
- 17:08she broke it.
- 17:12Disruption.
- 17:14Staying the same feels easier.
- 17:18And when we can look at our surroundings,
- 17:23I don't want to say judge it.
- 17:25I want to say look at our surroundings
- 17:26so we can see how the world operates.
- 17:29Let me see if I can give you
- 17:30an idea.
- 17:31If you ever had something, could be a
- 17:33toy, could be a watch, could be anything.
- 17:35And you took it apart.
- 17:37When you take that apart, I remember my
- 17:40first thing I took apart.
- 17:42My grandparents weren't too happy.
- 17:43I actually took apart supposedly an expensive FAO
- 17:46Schwartz remote control car.
- 17:49I still remember to this day it was
- 17:50a car.
- 17:52And at that time, you had the little
- 17:55remote control.
- 17:56And you had basically a metal, very long
- 18:00metal antenna.
- 18:01And the only thing that that little remote
- 18:03control did was control its motion.
- 18:06So if you were going forward, you could
- 18:08basically stop.
- 18:09You could change.
- 18:10There wasn't a lot.
- 18:11And then we got into some more things
- 18:12we could do forward, backward.
- 18:13I still remember to this day having, I
- 18:15believe it was, I think it was Vic,
- 18:20which is a voice control car, I still
- 18:22remember to this day.
- 18:22Every time you say, hey, Vic, go forward,
- 18:24go backward.
- 18:25And Vic didn't seem to get things right.
- 18:28It was more frustration, the voice, back then.
- 18:30And then I remember the Tonka, where you
- 18:34could program in.
- 18:36I still remember that to this day where
- 18:37you put in little codes.
- 18:38You'd program in like how many steps you
- 18:40wanted to go, turn.
- 18:41So that was the beginning of programming.
- 18:43And then there was basically a dump part
- 18:48on the back.
- 18:49And when I got that, every time you
- 18:50got something new, it opened up more possibilities
- 18:53to connect with great opportunities.
- 18:56So now I could take the truck.
- 18:58I could drive it somewhere with my codes
- 19:01in.
- 19:01This wasn't something that was remote control.
- 19:02This was something where you put the codes
- 19:04in the truck.
- 19:06That was a very interesting thing.
- 19:08I think it was, if I remember right,
- 19:09it was the Tonka.
- 19:12I think it was the Tonka truck.
- 19:14Maybe it wasn't the Tonka.
- 19:15I'm trying to remember the name of it
- 19:17right now.
- 19:17I'm trying to remember what it was called.
- 19:28I think that's something a lot of people
- 19:32just don't get.
- 19:35And the reason they don't get it is
- 19:38because they're looking at things from a different
- 19:41angle.
- 19:42And the angle they're looking at is that
- 19:44everything is the same.
- 19:47But when you can look at something and
- 19:49say, wait a minute.
- 19:50This is not meant to just be a
- 19:52toy.
- 19:52It is meant to be a learning experience.
- 19:56That's pretty cool when you can say that.
- 20:01Many times things have different meanings.
- 20:04They have different meanings.
- 20:05And that different meaning can get you to
- 20:07go different ways.
- 20:08It was actually called, if I remember what
- 20:09it was called, it was called Big Track.
- 20:12I used to love programming it to move
- 20:14around the room, programming it and watching it
- 20:16follow the commands.
- 20:17It felt amazing at the time.
- 20:20And I even had the dump loader accessory.
- 20:23I don't know if anyone else had one
- 20:24of those.
- 20:24And then there was a thing where you
- 20:26could get it to turn.
- 20:27You could get the lights to fire.
- 20:29And I remember this toy.
- 20:31You would program things in.
- 20:33And it required a little bit of thinking
- 20:35because you didn't just play with it.
- 20:36You had to figure out where it was
- 20:38going to go.
- 20:38I remember directing it one time, like, whoops,
- 20:40that was a little too far.
- 20:41It's going to the stairs.
- 20:42So you had to understand how it calculated
- 20:46what 1 meant, when 2 went.
- 20:47What did that mean?
- 20:49Was that it wasn't an inch.
- 20:51I forget what it was actually translating to.
- 20:54But 1 meant something to what it measured.
- 20:56You could have the Big Track turn.
- 20:59You had sounds.
- 21:01You had the little, let's say, beams, the
- 21:05laser beams that fired.
- 21:06They weren't harmful or anything like that.
- 21:07But I think that's important.
- 21:09When we can think about a toy and
- 21:11we can think about how maybe we learn
- 21:13from a toy and how that made us
- 21:15become better.
- 21:16Today, I don't think there's a lot of
- 21:17toys that do that.
- 21:19Number 20, disruption creates growth.
- 21:22A lot of us say, oh my gosh,
- 21:24don't create disruption.
- 21:25We don't want to have a havoc.
- 21:26Nothing wrong with a havoc.
- 21:28It's how you do it.
- 21:30And change requires interruption, guys.
- 21:33So many people today don't want change.
- 21:38Why?
- 21:39They're afraid.
- 21:42They don't know what it's going to be
- 21:43like.
- 21:43They don't know if they're going to be
- 21:44able to handle it.
- 21:45Is it going to be harder?
- 21:47They don't know.
- 21:48Number 21, guys, seeing patterns changes behavior.
- 21:56Awareness alters action.
- 22:01Awareness alters action.
- 22:03This is why I'm so ingrained in becoming
- 22:07aware of things.
- 22:09This is kind of the epiphany of my
- 22:11book.
- 22:12There's a lot of epiphanies in there.
- 22:13But I just love the idea of pausing
- 22:17and being a fly on the wall.
- 22:20Number 22, guys, action changes identity.
- 22:25And what you do shapes who you become.
- 22:28And you'll identify with somebody different.
- 22:31The only reason you won't is if you
- 22:33get scared along the way and say, I
- 22:35don't know if I'm capable of doing this.
- 22:38And as soon as you say you're not,
- 22:40just like Henry Ford said, if you believe
- 22:41you're not, you're right.
- 22:42If you believe you are, you are.
- 22:43So your mindset creates your reality.
- 22:46Number 23, guys, identify what you're doing and
- 22:50know that identity stabilizes your direction.
- 22:53Once you know who you are, consistency will
- 22:56follow belief every single time in tandem.
- 23:01It's okay to have your consistency of belief.
- 23:03What I don't want you doing is operating
- 23:05on autopilot.
- 23:06Getting up at this time.
- 23:07It's okay to get up at the same
- 23:08time, but do different things.
- 23:10Be aware of things so that the days
- 23:12aren't just merging into others.
- 23:14Number 24, guys, direction evolves gradually.
- 23:18It's not instantaneous.
- 23:21Growth comes from noticing, not forcing.
- 23:27See what I said?
- 23:28I said noticing, not forcing.
- 23:30That's a big, big thing, guys.
- 23:33Forced change fades awareness.
- 23:38Forced change fades awareness.
- 23:41Now, some people don't like when change happens.
- 23:43So what happens sometimes in a lot of
- 23:44companies or some organizations or even in some
- 23:47homes, sometimes the parents force the change.
- 23:50Or the leaders or the CEOs or the
- 23:55executive management team, they force the change because
- 23:57they've studied it and they know what it
- 23:59can do because they've looked at it in
- 24:00other companies.
- 24:03Sometimes that change that you're forcing in your
- 24:06life can actually get you to see something
- 24:08better, to become something better.
- 24:11But it's not all peaches and cream when
- 24:13we start.
- 24:14It is not comfortable.
- 24:18Awareness.
- 24:19And the base change will last.
- 24:22If you're just doing something and just going
- 24:25through the motions, oh, boy, you're going to
- 24:27be very disappointed.
- 24:29Because you're like, well, I did this, I
- 24:30did this, I did that, and then nothing
- 24:31happened.
- 24:32Nothing happened.
- 24:35And I think that's a thing for a
- 24:37lot of people to understand that nothing really
- 24:41happened.
- 24:44And that's a very, very important thing to
- 24:51know.
- 24:53That nothing really happened.
- 24:57And that's a very, very big problem.
- 25:04A very, very big problem.
- 25:08And so that's what's going on.
- 25:11I think if you understand what's happening, it
- 25:16makes a difference.
- 25:18And that difference should make a difference for
- 25:22you.
- 25:23One that maybe you don't quite get, but
- 25:26it's one that hopefully you will understand.
- 25:30And in turn, that could make your life
- 25:33better.
- 25:34But I want to tell you that this
- 25:35is not something that happens immediately.
- 25:39As much as you probably want to hear
- 25:41that, it's not something that happens immediately.
- 25:44And the reason I say that is because
- 25:46people get frustrated by what's happening.
- 25:51They get frustrated by what's happening.
- 25:54And so that's a very, very problem.
- 26:01And so when we think about this for
- 26:07a moment, and we think about where it's
- 26:09going or what it's doing, sometimes that causes
- 26:12us to be having challenges.
- 26:24Does that make sense?
- 26:31Hopefully it does.
- 26:37I think that's a very, very big, big
- 26:40problem to understand.
- 26:43That's a very, very big problem.
- 26:48And so I want to share this with
- 26:50you because I think a lot of people
- 26:52need to realize what's happening.
- 26:56And that what's happening, you'll be saying to
- 26:58me, John, like, why is this going the
- 27:00way it is?
- 27:01And the short answer is, well, it's not
- 27:05going the way you want it to.
- 27:08And that's happening because of you.
- 27:10That's happening because of your awareness, guys.
- 27:13No other reason.
- 27:15No other reason is that happening.
- 27:17And if we just made this decision to
- 27:20become aware of things in our life, life
- 27:23will change.
- 27:27Life will change.
- 27:29But it will not change overnight.
- 27:32Life will change.
- 27:36That's very, very important to understand.
- 27:40And I hope that you can realize that
- 27:42awareness creates where we're going.
- 27:46It gives us the coordinates.
- 27:48It gives us the direction of what we're
- 27:50trying to do.
- 27:51Okay.
- 27:53That's a very, very big deal, guys.
- 27:56That's a very, very big deal.
- 27:59And that big deal happens because of one
- 28:02reason, right?
- 28:04The big deal happens because of that one,
- 28:07one reason.
- 28:11And so, I know what you're saying.
- 28:18I know that you're probably confused sometimes.
- 28:22But when we become aware, it changes who
- 28:26we are.
- 28:27It changes not just a moment, but it
- 28:31changes everything.
- 28:33So, awareness builds momentum.
- 28:35Once you see, you cannot unsee it.
- 28:38Okay.
- 28:39Momentum builds confidence.
- 28:41Movement creates belief.
- 28:43Confidence supports consistency.
- 28:46Progress continues.
- 28:47Number 30, change becomes visible.
- 28:49Only after it has already started, that is.
- 28:53Transition.
- 28:55And it's important that we know.
- 28:59I hope you guys will see where this
- 29:01is all going because it's real.
- 29:03I hope you'll realize the awareness.
- 29:05And I hope you'll tune in tomorrow because
- 29:07at 1.30 p.m., we're gonna have
