Latest / Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life / One Shot One Kill. Then They Don't Even Chase the Carcass. The AI Billionaires kids, You have felt real hunger and God is?
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: You know, it's um it's been very interesting watching what's going on in artificial intelligence, real estate, of course, the fitness realm and trying to torch off body fat and everything else that seems to be going on under the sun.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: So a few things I want to talk about today.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: I want to talk about what's happening when they talk to the heads of these AI companies and they ask them these questions and then they start talking about their kids.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you are you worried about your kids with this AI development?
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Well, of course they're not worried about their kids.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: Their kids are set, their kids are set for multiple generations.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: There's so much money up there at the top, they're good.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: If money is still a thing, of course.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: We don't know how that's going to pan out.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: But just to let you know, I'm kind of with you, and I read the comments that go on all these YouTube videos, and people don't seem to be big fans of the people running these companies.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: I I don't know maybe if they were more akin to John Wayne or Clint Eastwood.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Maybe that would be something a little bit different, but the people that are up there seem scary, uh, kind of, I don't know.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I I'm just not sure what the words I'm looking for are, and I'm not about to tear anybody down, even though I really want to, but it's just very interesting to me.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: So they ask them, they say, well, what are your kids?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: What are you telling your kids?
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And you know, they tell their kids things that those of us that don't have medical insurance or might be concerned with what's going to be happening next that's gonna impact whatever stream of income we happen to be coming in, and wondering if we're gonna be employed in the next month or two, or wondering if we're gonna have some kind of income in the next month or two, and are we gonna be able to pay our mortgage and our car payment and pay insurance and all of that stuff?
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: That's not part of their worry.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: And to be frank, I've never experienced wealth on their level.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: But I would imagine that with that comes its own set of worries.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: However, I I will say this, I do believe that in fact, when you get that much wealth, probably those worries can be delegated to somebody else.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: And then you can put their head on the chopping block if something doesn't go the way that you think it should, or if something gets squandered or misplaced.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: But before that level, it's you.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: It's you that take that weekend in Vegas when you probably shouldn't.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: It's you that overextend yourself credit-wise because you need something.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: And again, on the other end of that, it's also you when you need your kid needs an operation, you don't have the insurance, and you got to struggle to find the money to be able to pay for it to be able to save their life.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: That's that's us.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: That's us at this end.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: So I think those stresses are probably more of a clear and present danger than the people that are sitting at the top shelf of the world and running these AI companies.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: But it just always amazes me when they get them up on stage.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: And the other part of this is they seem to be kind of not too excited about what's going to end up happening with regard to the further development of AI.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Is it in fact going to be a replacement?
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: They don't really answer that.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: They say that there is some kind of a risk of this not going the best way possible.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Then the other question that comes back is should we then continue to have it to go?
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: So I want to talk about that a little bit.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: I do want to talk about cancer research and the way that they're pointing these large language model systems at different types of disease.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: And what does that look like?
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: I need to have somebody come on the show and explain exactly what that might actually mean if they do, let's say, come out with a cure for cancer.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Let's say they finish breast cancer, for example.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: What's that look like?
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Then on the real estate front, of course, right now the real estate market is a bit in a in a holding pattern just because of the war in Iran, interest rates, 10-year bonds, that's where the real estate mortgage interest rates are tied to.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So that being the case, a lot of people don't have a whole lot of faith in this at this particular moment.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: So interest rates are slowly creeping up.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: So if you got locked here recently at a 6.1, 6.2, or 6.3% interest rate, pretty good.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: You did well.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Now there's gonna keep going to keep increasing here over the next couple months, depending on how long this is gonna play out in the Middle East, depending on the Fed, depending on these other factors that have influence over mortgage interest rates, but mainly almost the largest percentages coming from that 10-year bond market.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: So that's the one to keep your eye on.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: But you know, they're gonna let you know.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: They they tell us all.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: Of course, interest rates are coming down, then everybody gets excited, and then that's gonna create a refinance boom.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: So the lenders out there are gonna make a ton of money pulling off that and starting to refi houses, you'll probably get a bunch of mailers.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: One of the things with refinance, you want to look at your costs all the way across.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: So if you're one of those people that own residential real estate, and let's say you just bought and in a couple months everything kind of settles down.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: I don't even know what settling down means anymore.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: But let's say it happens to settle down here over the next couple months, and then all of a sudden you're thinking, well, you know, I should re-fi, I should check this, and maybe you start getting a whole bunch of mailers.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: You're gonna get mailers and emails from your actual mortgage holder.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: If in fact your lender packaged your loan and then sold it, it was sold on the secondary market to another another bank, or maybe they self-funded it and they parsed it out to somebody else.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Of course, then they're gonna probably be sending you um information on refinance and they're gonna talk to you about interest rates.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: That's a good time to start to haggle between all parties.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: So let's say the lender you originally went with, maybe a mortgage broker of sorts, or even a mainline bank, they gave you a pretty good interest rate.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Maybe you did like their service, you know.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Hey, why not give them a chance?
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Say, listen, I got the actual holder of my note, the real bank now, the one that you traded it to, or the one that bought it from you, they are they're actually hitting me up and they're saying this is the deal that they have.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: There's no cost, no fees, no points, and they'll they'll package it up real nice and pretty and stick a bow on it, and you'll be able to see that, and then that's going to be your response, and that's probably what you should use for leverage with regard to the lender that you happen to be or have had experience with.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: And then I would offer it to them, say, listen, they're talking about this.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Can you beat this?
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: How can you beat this?
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: And if you can beat this, put it in writing.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't take anybody's word on anything, especially with the way the world is.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Now, it seems like everybody's kind of a one-shot, one-kill type thing.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And if you happen to wound your prey, uh you don't bother to chase them down, just let them bleed out, and you don't even go get the carcass.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: That seems to be the way the world is.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Instead of that respect, where you need to follow the blood trail, you need to follow.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: I don't know, I'm not even sure why we went there, but anyway, you get you get the gist, right?
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: That respect thing, that honor thing, that's something that seems to be amiss in a lot of the different uh the different worlds out there when it comes to these uh systems and people doing work for each other.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: So on the real estate end of it right now, because it's taking properties longer to sell, it is important that you get that valuation up front.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: And then you also look at the costs associated with selling.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: There's gonna be certain costs out there that you can continue to negotiate.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Of course, your agent's fee.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: I run sellersonlyagent.com.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: That's a that's a uh fixed fee system.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: It is that's it.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: That's that's that's what you pay.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: You can go look and see what that's all about.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: But you want to make sure that when you are paying those fees, you look at all of them.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: So it's not just what your agent's gonna charge you to sell the house.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Then there could be a buyer's agent part of that equation.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: And again, that's negotiable, it doesn't have to be, but that's something that if they do fire off an offer and you're holding an offer in front of you, you can make a determination as to whether you're gonna pay that fee, pay less of it, pay more, whatever it may be.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: You'll be able to see that coming in.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: So that's negotiable.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: Escrow fee, title fee, recording fee, probably not so much those.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Uh escrow title, maybe.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Uh, I do know I get called by a lot of escrow companies trying to get me to switch tracks and go to another escrow company, and they always throw out that we have either a free service or this first escrow is going to be nothing, so you can see how we best serve your clients.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: And I think there's enough escrow companies that I'm able to get free for my sellers at least up to a certain point.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And as far as, you know, they're all obligated, they're all held by a higher standard, they're all legally enforceable if things go wrong.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: So realistically, I mean, are they all the same?
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: No, it's kind of like real estate agents.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: You know, some of us are gonna do things a little bit different, some of us you might click with better, some of us you might think we're horrible, and some of us pull up in the Maserati or the you know$150,000 card, like, oh, well, that's where it's going.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: Because I, of course, I've heard of those stories.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: I take an Uber.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so let's move on.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Once you get that house priced correctly, you find it, then it's gonna move.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: It's gonna move that way in any market.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: The question is, is just how low are you gonna have to go?
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: And then what other things can you put into place to maybe bring more appeal to your residents?
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: Houses that are in good condition, ones that have had the systems updated, ones that might not be upgraded but are really clean and the positioning is proper.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: If you have the potentiality to have curb appeal when people come up, you want to dress it.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: You want to dress it up.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: You want to have the perennials out there, you want to have the nice little flowers along the path.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: If you can go buy some cheap lights out there and you have evening showings, you can make those lights really dazzle the front part of a residence.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And as you walk up, I would stand like I stand with my clients, I'll stand right in front of the residence and we'll all look at everything together.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: How does it look?
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: What are the things that can be improved out here?
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: What is it, what does it feel like when people see it?
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: Do they have something hanging on the door?
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Is the door color something that might turn people off?
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Is there dry rot that can be seen from the street?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Is there, you know, mismatched wood, or they have those faux wood shingles or shutters on the outside of those exterior windows?
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Or maybe some of that um a lot of them have wood framing covered.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: Well, they have basically foam coverings on the outside of the stucco that give, you know, kind of a beauty type thing.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: But you know, those have been you know deteriorating over many years, so maybe that's something that has to be tuned up.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: And you know, painters are really good.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: If you don't want to have the whole house painted, it's not necessary.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Painters are pretty good at touch-up, especially when you're talking about these accentual or these different accented type areas.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Usually those can be cordoned off.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: And again, if you're in an HOA area, you might want to make a determination or figure out if it's okay for you to start to make these changes without getting some type of an approval, without uh if you have to provide some type of approval in some HOA cases you might need to.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: But these are things to look at.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: So once you get from there, then we want to take a walk inside of the residence and have a look.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: How does it smell?
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: You know, what what do you feel?
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: What's the feeling of the residence?
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Are you coming right into furniture?
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Could that furniture be downsized or changed or moved around?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: What are the pictures like in the residence?
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Is it all I love my family, my family's the best thing in the world?
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: So you got a ton of family pictures.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's an older couple with a lot of grandkids and they're just really spoiled to death.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Now they have, you know, 15,000 pictures in the residence.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: That's something to look at also.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: That has to be de-personalized.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: The property, it's important that it carries more of a neutral or a vanilla type of feeling, depending on area.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: If you're talking multi-million dollar residence, somewhere in the in the uh platinum triangle, there, yeah, you're you're you're gonna be talking to a different audience.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: So it needs to be outfitted for that.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: So doing those adjustments is are incredibly important when it comes to putting real estate on the market.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: But right now, this update, as we're about to uh, as we're right at the beginning of April, where are we?
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: April 7th today, 2026, we're gonna see this market continue.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Now, if the Middle East thing gets solved and the Hormouth Strait gets worked out and then everything kind of returns back to normal, I think it's probably gonna have some impact into future commerce, the future economy of the United States, because things have been put on hold quite a while.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And uh one of the things that seems to be often talked about is helium.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: Who would have thought?
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: The stuff that makes you talk funny, being such an integral part of everything, and it's being stopped.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Apparently, there's only so much, and apparently it can't be reproduced, and apparently it serves specific functions where hydrogen might be able to take its place, but you know, hydrogen kind of blows up and such, so there's there's an issue there.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so it's all stopping.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: We'll have to see what happens here in the future.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: So keep an eye out.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: I know that I get into the political spin every once in a while, and when you're threatening a country to go shut down their power grid and destroy bridges, you know, it's it's not the government people that are gonna suffer.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: It's not the people running the game that have, you know, umpteen billions of dollars at their leisure.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: It's the people that work for a living, the people that break the bread and the people that make the food and the people that, you know, work on the houses, the electricians, the plumbers, the hairdressers, if if there is that sort of thing.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: It's the contractors, the people that are working out there, the teachers, the school teachers, the the on-the-ground police officers, you know, keeping the neighborhoods safe.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: This is uh this is something that really needs to be looked at.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: And and yeah, I'm gonna stop there, but I think you I think if you're watching me, you can probably get an idea.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: So that's all I'm gonna talk about with regard to the war.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: But that's selling houses, sellersonlyagent.com.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Now that next thing that I talked about, artificial intelligence, um, coded by Connor.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: You can go or Connorwithhonor.com, you can check that out too.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: I'm looking at the different developments.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: You have a lot of personality plays at the very top.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: You have some very um, very high schoolish actions uh like dating.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: You know, they're kind of messing with each other.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: That seems to be what these people running these, you know, billion-dollar companies are acting like.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: And in addition, they're building something that potentially could be a replacement for all of human labor.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: It's not just one section, it's not the machine to replace the muscle.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: This is intelligence, and intelligence solves everything.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: So it really needs to be w handled carefully and looked at from all angles.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Now, is it necessary for some kind of government oversight?
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: You know, we complain.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: We maybe the government oversights too much.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: But in this case, maybe it's something to definitely look at.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: I do know the feds are thinking about doing their overall AI policies, so the states are unable to enact any of the local ordinances regarding AI.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: The federal government would basically take control of all of that.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Then you have the energy.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: You have a lot of these companies that are building out energy.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: They talk about uh some of the things in place for the future.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: If in fact the major job loss is encountered, this universal basic income.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Uh, Elon Musk has mentioned universal high income.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: I think that's more of a political talking point, if you will, because if one if somebody's gonna say, well, we'll just give a universal basic, well, we're gonna give a universal high.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: Hey, let's vote for that guy.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: He's the one.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: And I think we're gonna see a lot of that continue to develop.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Don't believe everything you see out there, folks.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of AI slot being generated.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of stuff that people are putting out there online and on the wire that absolutely false, absolutely true.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: But you know what it does?
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: It does get your blood pressure to go.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: And we miss that fight or flight thing, the tiger grabbing us out of the bush and trying to kill us.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: I think we miss that.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: So we still have that reactionary type of mind, and we need to be careful with that because right now I don't know about your feed, but your feed is very much controlled with artificial intelligence, and the feed that you're watching on social media has been built around all AI.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: AI is feeding you, literally feeding you the things that make you get excited, that give that that typically negative, and there'll be a few negative pieces that maybe a positive, then a few more negative pieces than maybe a positive.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: That's that's how your algorithm is, and that's how it feeds you.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: When I go to X, I see a lot of angry people beating up other people.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: When I have my other my other streams, I see a lot of stuff about real estate and and you know, trying to win that game.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: And, you know, we build you this, we build you that, and thank God I jumped into AI when I did, because a lot of that is just nonsense.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: A lot of it's just hokey crap.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: Snake oil people that are gonna do just a little bit, charge you a thousand dollars, and then you really have nothing better.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: The the question that you should be asking, you know, what systems are you gonna be putting in place?
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: What it should be is right now the technology and artificial intelligence, and I'll go into a next segment here for honorelevate.com, what ends up happening is the voice agents have gotten so good, as long as they're programmed and put together correctly for your business, they talk to people just like a regular person talks to people.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: You can choose 50, 60 different voices, different genders, well, male, female.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: And then you can also choose how you want it to respond.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Do you want it to be like a 60s truck stop diner like Flo in the in the show Alice, if you remember that?
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Or do you want it to act a certain way?
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: You want it to be like an educated person, you want it to be a very simple person.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: So you can have that all set up in an AI that's going to talk about just about your business.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: That's the problem solve.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: Somebody calls in, your secretary's at lunch, she's on a day off, it's over a weekend, you don't have anybody there.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: It picks up the phone and says, Hey, this is uh Sarah with the Honor Elevate team.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Uh, can I help you?
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: And yes, Sarah, my name's Johnny, and I'm, you know, this might be a sin.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: Anyway, that's the song.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: But they're gonna they're gonna start to interact, and then ultimately they'll be able to answer whatever questions we decide they can answer.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: If it's about a pricing structure you happen to have, your availability, booking them on your calendar, answering questions about what you actually do.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're a residential and commercial painter, but maybe you do don't do outside structures, maybe you don't do fences, maybe whatever it may be.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: If you're a contractor, maybe you don't do this thing, or maybe you do this other thing really well, and you want to have the AI system and agent emphasize that when people are talking, build it into the conversation, but ultimately it's speed leads.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: So what's gonna be happening is this system is going to capture their information.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: You're gonna see it.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: It's gonna notify you on your phone or notify whomever you need to have notified on their phone by an app that I put together, and then also there's gonna be a dashboard that you'll log into every day, and that's where you handle everything.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: You'll see all the leads that come in.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: You'll be able to move them around with with regard to opportunities and different pipelines, so you'll be able to get them structured, and then the most important thing with people that come into any business is taking care of them.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're not ready right now, and this is this is really for the real estate agents out there, and and even some of the uh the people that offer these higher these higher level services.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: Maybe a full repipe is what somebody wants, but they're not ready right now.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Maybe somebody wants to have an addition put onto the residence, maybe they're not ready.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Usually people that want to get their nails done, hair done, you know, get a massage, that's kind of a right now thing, so that's an immediate booking.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: So they really don't need nurturing up until that point, but then after their service, hey, what'd you think about the service?
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Was it good?
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And then they kind of give a little feedback.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's a five-star client.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: So then you then the system will immediately, once it figures it out, then it sends out another notification to them, hey, give us a review.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Here's our Google page.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: And then all of that stuff is automated all the way through.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: And then it takes care of that client and it continues to take care of them and nurture them until the next appointment or the next time that they want to, the a time when they want to refer somebody.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: So I mean it's a complete system.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: That's really how that should work.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: So you be you and you go out and do the painting or the fence building or the nails or the hair or whatever it may be.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: You don't have to worry about it.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Also, there's uh social media interaction as well.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: And these are other campaigns that can be run.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: You probably see, you know, put uh mention this word in a DM or send this word in the messenger or whatever it may be.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: That's a trigger word that gets an automation sequence to begin.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: And that's something that AI and honorelevate.com is good at doing as well.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: So that sequence begins.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: Let's say, hey, um, drop the word um house in the in the in the in the DMs, and uh I'll send you this report I was talking about, which shows how you know you can get your soul your house sold for 17 grand and no more, so on and so forth.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: So then they put home in the remarks or they text message it at 1.30 in the morning when you're off in slumberland, and the system notices, sees it, and then sends them that report after a predetermined amount of time.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: For example, if you want to look more human, you know, we wouldn't send the report right away.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Maybe we would send an original uh email that says, thank you so much for inquiring.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: I'm putting a report together right now.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: I'm having my system put your report together right now.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: So the sequence works, the sequence very humanistic.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: And if you don't want to do that and you want to have it hit right away, then boom, once they drop that word in there, then they're getting it in their email by the time they switch tabs from Facebook over into Gmail or whatever their outlook or whatever their email happens to be.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: So that's the way the AI automations work, and that's something that I think everybody should have for their business.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Whether you're in Santa Clarita or elsewhere, that's something that definitely can be built.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And then there's a cost associated with that monthly, but that's getting it set up shouldn't cost a lot.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: That monthly fee shouldn't be a big deal either.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: It just depends on how deep you want it to go.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Something else that we I like, I love to throw into these uh bills that I do for people is also a front-facing website, a funnel system that's going to be capturing leads better than you already have.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: Now you don't have to replace what you already have.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: If you have something that you're, you know, your Uncle Jeff wrote coded, or you have some kid that you hired, or somebody else, or maybe you put it together yourself on Wix or on Canva and you're very proud of it.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: Hey, UB U.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: I do vibe code sites all the way from zero, so I'll put something together that has the highest.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Ability to convert.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: It's going to have schema architecture, which you see all these ads.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: At least I do because I'm plugged into the channel.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Everybody talking about SEO AEO A I E O.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: That's uh Answer Engine Optimization, Artificial Intelligence and Engine Optimization.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: AIEO is something that kind of came out in the beginning, and I think they've kind of settled on AEO.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: But again, it's a QA conversational format to people that are making inquiries about your business.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: So that's how the content should be structured.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: So when you are putting together whatever content we're going to devise as being best for you, it should be structured in that way.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Whenever I'm putting together the funnel pages or the websites or the web apps for a business, and I put these together quickly so we can start getting them out there and start getting that traffic, but they're going to have those particular qualities.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: And then it would probably be beautifully important.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: And this is something that we'll talk about, I'll teach, and you'll have somebody on your end do it, or if you want me to, I will.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: But basically putting content together that is also categorized and organized in those particular ways.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: So you start getting that organic traffic.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: And then of course Google My Business is hugely important.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: So these are all, I'm not trying to blow up your brain, but these are the things that people should be talking about when they have whatever onboarding meeting or a meeting with you over Zoom about what they could potentially do for your business.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: They got to find out where you are, what you have in place.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: Maybe you already have some kind of a contact database.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have, you know, 5,000 past customers and you haven't done anything with that list.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's lovely.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Because you can take that, you can use a resurrection campaign using artificial intelligence as I've done for many people, and you make that thing come alive.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: This is great for agents because real estate agents typically drop the ball when it comes to that.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: Not I'm talking about my local market real estate agents.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: You gotta be you got to be a ways away from here before I'll take you on as a client.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: But it's lovely.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: If you're contractors, you've got to book a business, if you're hair salon people, if you're nail people, we can set up automation so it fires with an individual person after so much time.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Maybe every two weeks is when they want to get their nails done.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure that length of time, but maybe every month is when they want to get their hair done.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: You have the automation put in place.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: Hey, here's the schedule.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: If um, you know, Marissa's taking appointments for next week.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: I know it's been a month since your last appointment.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: You know, it's all automated, it's beautiful.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: So it works.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Enough about that.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Talked about real estate, uh, talked about where that market is, talked about the people running AI, just yeah, it's not it's just not the same.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: It's amazing to me that uh they they ask them these questions like like the regular people.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: I just don't see it.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Yes, they put their pants on the same way, but that whole brain bucket, the way that it works, it's it's it's it's amazing.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: So let's talk a little bit about fat, a little bit about muscle, a little bit about the stuff lately.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: Now, Jason Fung uh has a new book and it's lovely.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: Just look up Jason Fung and you'll be able to find it.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: I believe it's called the Hunger Code.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: And what's interesting about it, and something that I never really thought about, is okay, I'm and I put this out there, you can go to thelastadiction.com.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: And I believe food is as addictive as drugs.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Some food is just as addictive as cocaine and heroin.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: It just right there because it stimulates those same parts of the brain, and it does that same thing.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: So when you're eating certain types of food, and I'm not talking about eggs or meat or fish or cheese or you know uh uh uh vegetables.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about that.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about the engineered stuff, the stuff that comes in a bag, the stuff that's at the checkout aisles at supermarkets, or they get by going into a drive-thru, those sorts of things.
- 25:45SPEAKER_00: I think those foods I've determined, at least for myself, incredibly addictive, just amazingly so.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: Therefore, I do my best to stay away.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: But every once in a while you got that that uh the angel on one shoulder and the demon on the other, and they're going back and forth, and a lot of times the demon wins.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: How you succeed overall in your life is how many times did the demon win versus the other voice.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: And if you're obese and fat, yeah, probably more than it should have.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: But that doesn't mean you can't change it.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: And you probably tried to change it too.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: You probably changed it, tried to change it up to this point, and you keep feeling like you're banging your head against the wall, not going anywhere, and you'll probably get depressed, you probably give up, and then you probably say, Well, you know what, just forget it.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: Doesn't matter, maybe I was born to be this way.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna continue.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: If you're using a caloric restricted model to try to lose weight, if you're cutting back calories, dialing them back, you know, 500 or 1,000 a day from what you normally eat, you'll notice that it's gonna work a little bit.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: And depending on the consistency or the type of food, it might work a little bit more.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: But ultimately, the body feels like you're feeding at least a little bit.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: So you have some food access.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: So the body's just gonna deregulate your metabolism, it's just gonna slow it down a little bit.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: So if you're eating uh instead of 3,000 calories a day, you say, you know, I'm gonna cut it in half to 1,500, which would be quite dramatic.
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: Over time, the body's gonna readjust to burning 1,500 calories a day.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Then once you plateau and you're irritated, you say, This isn't working any better than it did the last 50 times, and you start to eat what you used to eat.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna call it normal because normal is only in your world.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: Uh there's healthy and there's not healthy.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: There's the right way and the wrong way.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: Normal, I don't think, is a good uh a good explanation of what you should be eating.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: So you return to eating how you ate before.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Then all of a sudden, you're burning how much?
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: 1,500 a day?
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: You're eating 3,000 a day, so every two days, two and a half days, you're putting on a pound of fat.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: There it is.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: So the way to break through it, and it's talked about here, the different hunger mechanisms, and uh I don't recall, I don't recall what the three situations are, but the first one is actual hunger as a result of you really needing to eat, as far as starvation goes.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: This is when none of us ever eat.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: Usually it's the other two things that we eat for.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: Because if you have fat on your body, that's stored energy.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: That's food you can get access to and start eating.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: It's not pretty, it's it's not beautiful, it's not that magic cookie that you can eat as much as you want of and still lose weight.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: It's just not eating, and then after you don't eat for a little bit, and it doesn't take long, day or two.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: You got to just blow out that sugar that's stored in your liver, about 2,000 calories, whatever you might have in whatever muscle you're carrying on your frame, might be another few hundred.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: Once you get past that, then your body says, huh, well, we got to eat something.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: There ain't nothing coming in.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: So then it starts to do what?
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: It switches over into ketosis, and that thereby starts to eat your stored body fat.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: So as long as you can go without eating is as much as fat you're gonna burn.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: Now they'll become a point if if you if you if you get all nuts.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: I know that Angus Barbieri, look him up.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: Angus A-N-G-U-S Barbieri.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: You'll figure it out.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: The the LLMs will tell you.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: He fasted 382 days, that's 382 days with water and uh some kind of multivitamin, and he did great.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: That was it.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: Medically supervised, right?
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: So but he didn't eat for over a year, didn't eat anything for over a year.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: I can't imagine.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: I've done 14 days, and I can't imagine what that refeed would like because my my refeed I almost killed myself.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: That's something else.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Whenever you're done fasting, you gotta honor yourself enough to be able to control what you're gonna be putting in your mouth after you haven't put anything in there for a few days or whatever that length of time happens to be.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Now, if you're on medicine, see your doctor.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: If you're not on medicine, see your doctor.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna miss breakfast tomorrow, see your doctor.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: Just you got you gotta do it.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: You just get it's just something that has to be said.
- 30:01SPEAKER_00: Um, I didn't see my doctor.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: In fact, my doctor was very irritated when they asked me uh how I lost that uh that 135 pounds after I hadn't seen them for several months.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: And I told them that, well, I just did a lot of time not eating food.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: And they said, Oh, it's dangerous, you're gonna lose your muscle.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Actually, I I looked better than I ever did because I was lifting all the time.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: I never stopped.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: Even you know, during that 14-day deal, I still didn't stop working out.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: Now, it wasn't, I wasn't making records working out, but I sure as hell was still lifting.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: I was still lifting with intensity, and I just figured that my body is making perfect meals off my stored body fat.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: It's getting all the aminos it needs, it's getting the protein it needs by going after that uh the the malformed uh muscular tissue and these sorts of things.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: There's your body has it all.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: And you look that up if you have any doubts.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: Well, I would just suggest you look it up anyway, because doing the research is valuable.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: But look it up and see see what you see.
- 31:04SPEAKER_00: Um, it's amazing, but that's really the way to conquer this fat, this fatness.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: And after a while, you will start to get used to it and realize this.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: I'll close with this hunger comes in waves.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: The ghrelin spike that you get typically, if you're not eating for, let's say you say, Oh, you're gonna take 72 hours off, you're gonna take three days off of eating.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: The ghrelin typically is going to get heaviest around the times that you normally ate.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Now, if you're obese, you're probably grazing all day.
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: You're probably eating whatever's in front of you all day long.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: But ultimately, the ghrelin' is still gonna get high depending on when you ate, I guess, the bigger meal.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: So let's say you ate all day long like a cow, you were grazing all day, always chewing something, always had that mouth going.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: Maybe your big meals were, you know, in the morning upon 30 minutes of waking because you don't want to lose your metabolism, which is total nonsense.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: But let's say it was that time and then at noon, then at five.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: That's when your ghrelin levels are gonna go up, but they're like a wave.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: They're gonna go up, they're gonna peak, and you're gonna be angry and pissed off and hungry.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: Gotta fight it, then it's gonna come down, and then you're gonna be able to be all right.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: And then you just carry that through and you keep this whole thing going until you get to your until you get to your goal.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: Now, let's say you mess it up.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Well, you've messed up dieting in the past, you're sure as hell gonna mess this one up too.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: It's just gonna take you more time in session of fasting to really be able to do those proper adjustments and start to learn from your mistakes.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: Now, if you if you're able to get up to seven, ten days and you did that fasting and you're so proud of yourself and you go out and want to celebrate with some cake and pizza, you're gonna hurt yourself.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: In fact, you could kill yourself.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: So you got to be careful, and I don't know if seven or ten days is that magic number, but whenever you start to reintroduce food, just give a shit about yourself enough that you don't go blow it out with some nonsense.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: Maybe a little bit of bone broth, maybe a couple hard-boiled eggs.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: Just honor yourself enough.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: I I know that if you're a trigger eater like me, or you're an emotional eater like me, or if you're a happy and sad eater like me, or just because eater like me, or a bored eater like me.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: Fuck, there's so much.
- 33:19SPEAKER_00: When you start to refeed, when you finally get access to food, you're like a crazy person.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: You gotta be careful because you're gonna hurt yourself.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: I promise you, this isn't a bad thing this isn't a good thing.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: So be careful with that.
- 33:34SPEAKER_00: So no matter if you want to wait till the next day to then do that.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Have enough control.
- 33:39SPEAKER_00: Maybe consider that part of the fast, the breaking of it.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: But have enough control not to go all in on it.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: And I'm telling you from experience, I I thought a couple times I was gonna die.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: The pain was intense.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: Listen, your body's been shut down for the first time ever, not eating food.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: You're not having anything coming in.
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: Now it's eating all the fat that you got on your system.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: That's the food.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: But it's a different animal.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: That's like the perfect food for the body.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: It's it's perfectly proportioned.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: Your body's gonna take what it needs.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: In fact, it takes too much, that's why you end up getting ketones.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: Ketones is the extra fat that your body isn't using.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: That's the byproduct.
- 34:16SPEAKER_00: Isn't that the beautiful thing about fasting?
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: So your metabolism actually goes up when you don't eat.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: Who would have thought that's the solution?
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: Anyway, be careful when you reintroduce food, please.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: Because if you don't, you're gonna end up, it'll be ugly.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: Totally ugly.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: So we talked about the three things.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: We talked about the uh the Altman brother and the other people up at the top.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: Uh, I just, I don't know.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: This uh, you know, you want to say this isn't gonna end well, but I just hope it never ends.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: I hope we still continue on as a world.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: And I do know it could be amazing.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: What if they pointed all this stuff at longevity and and help the health sciences and fixing all of that?
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: Would it be allowed if they came out with a cure for cancer?
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Let's say that's where they put this.
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: They weren't carried about caring about the uh the images or the videos.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: Let's say we were okay with that as a world.
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: Let's say we said, you know what, I don't need to go on Gemini and make myself look like a Greek warrior.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: We'll go ahead and just let that go.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: I don't need to do that anymore.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: I don't need to have uh myself cloned and make videos.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: And this is real, by the way.
- 35:19SPEAKER_00: This isn't a clone.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: Of course you could tell.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: But I'm not gonna, you know, nobody's gonna use it for that.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: Let's just take all the, and nobody'll even use it.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: Let's just take all the compute and throw it at cancer.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: Let's fix it.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: Let's fix flu.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Let's fix the cold.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: Let's fix sickness.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Let's fix all these things.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: Let's fix longevity.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: Let's get us so we can live as many lifetimes as we want.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: Let's get us to that.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: Let's solve, let's solve the big issues.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: This this war in the Middle East, all of us not agreeing.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: Let's solve all of that.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: Now, with the solve of it, we have to make sure that we put guidelines.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: That the solving shouldn't be getting rid of human beings because we're a mess anyway.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: That's got to be in the instruction.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: And whatever control we give to these AI systems, it needs to really believe that and never go against its programming.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: I guess that's probably part of the problem why it's not happening, because we don't know.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: But ultimately, that should be the thought process.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: It's just like the genie that comes to you.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: And you open the bottle on the beach and you say you you make a wish, but you didn't think the wish through.
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: Because if you wish for being the richest person on the planet, boom, now you're the richest person on the planet, then you probably got some other problems.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: Now, those problems are probably fixed easily with money.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: You can hire an entire army to watch out for you.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: But then what's that life look like?
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: I mean, would you build your own compound?
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: Like a palace, maybe?
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so there's a lot to think about, but that's kind of the same thing.
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: AI's like the genie.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: And when you're gonna ask, when we're gonna ask, when the world's gonna ask, I think we should all kind of agree with what the question should be and what the guidelines and parameters should be, also, so we don't put ourselves into a pickle.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor with Honor.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: Thank you for watching.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: We will see you tomorrow.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: Be well.
