  Speaker 1: Advice.
• 0:11
Speaker 2: Hell, no, welcome to the naughty but nice. I'm your
• 0:16
Speaker 2: house dump shooter, and I'm feeling full of energy today,
• 0:19
Speaker 2: more energy today than normal. And I know why because
• 0:22
Speaker 2: our little energizer Bunny is with us. Donny Meacham, Hey,
• 0:25
Speaker 2: Donny are you there?
• 0:26
Speaker 1: Hello, low low level? Hello. Oh, I'm feeling good too.
• 0:31
Speaker 1: We were actually just talking about it before.
• 0:33
Speaker 3: You know. I'm feeling good and a lot.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: Of it has to do with I started an anti
• 0:38
Speaker 1: depressant and I think that we more people should be
• 0:42
Speaker 1: open about talking about it. I think more people are
• 0:45
Speaker 1: on them than are willing to admit.
• 0:48
Speaker 3: You know, we as.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: People, we you know, we we try to be happy,
• 0:52
Speaker 1: We try to be there, We try to be on
• 0:54
Speaker 1: all the time. But you know, our brains aren't always
• 0:59
Speaker 1: why to be excited, aren't always wired to be happy,
• 1:03
Speaker 1: and sometimes we have negative thoughts.
• 1:05
Speaker 3: And we feel down.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: And there is nothing wrong with needing a little bit
• 1:11
Speaker 1: of help, and there's.
• 1:13
Speaker 3: Nothing wrong with it. And I'm not gonna lie.
• 1:16
Speaker 1: I have noticed a huge difference, and that to me
• 1:21
Speaker 1: is exciting and worth sharing.
• 1:25
Speaker 2: We are happy and grateful that you shared it. Done
• 1:28
Speaker 2: a your happiness is important to all of us. And
• 1:31
Speaker 2: also to your bravery. I did not know you were
• 1:34
Speaker 2: going to bring this up today. This is your story.
• 1:37
Speaker 2: I think sharing it will help other people too. Okay,
• 1:40
Speaker 2: let's jump into our silly show. This will make you
• 1:43
Speaker 2: happy for fifteen or twenty minutes. What time is it,
• 1:46
Speaker 2: my friends, It is tea Time. Big story. At the
• 1:50
Speaker 2: top of the show, Jennifer Lopez is relieved. That's the
• 1:53
Speaker 2: word relieved, after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck, saying
• 1:58
Speaker 2: it has been torture. Jennifer is feeling a sense of
• 2:01
Speaker 2: relief after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck, despite her
• 2:05
Speaker 2: initial reluctance to end their two year marriage. According to sources,
• 2:10
Speaker 2: the decision to file has been really emotionally taxing for
• 2:14
Speaker 2: the singer. However, she knows she has done the right thing.
• 2:19
Speaker 2: She didn't want to get a divorced, sources are saying, However,
• 2:23
Speaker 2: she knows in her heart she knows this is the
• 2:27
Speaker 2: right thing to do. Gosh, life can be so difficult.
• 2:30
Speaker 2: You don't want to do it, but you know it's
• 2:32
Speaker 2: the right thing. Forget about big, big pictures like divorces
• 2:37
Speaker 2: and relationships. I don't want to go to the gym,
• 2:39
  Speaker 2: but I know it's the right thing. I know I
• 2:42
Speaker 2: shouldn't have that extra vodka soda, but I do want
• 2:46
Speaker 2: it because it's the right thing. I think we all
• 2:49
Speaker 2: really know the truth. The hard part is getting to
• 2:54
Speaker 2: it is admitting it.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: Ah, you know, I you're for a Jenifer Lopez so
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: much because.
• 3:02
Speaker 3: Let's just let's be real with each other.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: J Lo loves this man.
• 3:08
Speaker 3: Jay Loo is obsessed with this man. And I don't
• 3:12
Speaker 3: say that in a bad way.
• 3:13
Speaker 1: I say that in a great way of she has
• 3:16
Speaker 1: for how many years now decades? Ye, she has been
• 3:21
Speaker 1: in love with this man. And we all know what
• 3:24
Speaker 1: it's like to be in love with someone, and sadly
• 3:27
Speaker 1: most of us know what it's like to be in
• 3:29
Speaker 1: love with someone who doesn't feel the same way, and
• 3:32
Speaker 1: that is it is a different kind of pain that
• 3:37
Speaker 1: you can't explain to people. So I think, you know,
• 3:40
Speaker 1: it sounds almost like a negative story of like Jennifer
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: Wez is.
• 3:44
  Speaker 3: Relieved after filing.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: But truth is is it's actually a positive because for her,
• 3:50
Speaker 1: she's relieved because she finally I think, accepted the fact
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: that he wasn't.
• 4:00
Speaker 3: In it for the long term anymore.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: He was done, And so I think that's where this
• 4:05
Speaker 1: story's come over, A lot of people are going to
• 4:06
Speaker 1: see it as like, oh, she's ready.
• 4:09
Speaker 3: It's like, no, she's happy that she accepted it.
• 4:12
Speaker 2: Finally, finally, and it took her a long time to
• 4:15
Speaker 2: get there. She fought to save this marriage. She loves
• 4:19
Speaker 2: him even though she knows he's not the right guy
• 4:22
Speaker 2: for her. It's amazing in life, isn't it. How he
• 4:25
Speaker 2: can just keep holding on, just hoping and praying things
• 4:28
Speaker 2: will turn around, and they often don't. In fact, they
• 4:31
Speaker 2: very rarely do. Do you hold on to things for
• 4:35
Speaker 2: too long, just praying and hoping, and then ultimately you know.
• 4:40
Speaker 2: I've done it with friends. I've had some friends who
• 4:43
Speaker 2: were a bit sharp with me, a little bit salty
• 4:46
Speaker 2: with me, had have you digs at me for no reason,
• 4:49
Speaker 2: and I knew that their best interests were not for me,
• 4:54
Speaker 2: but I wanted to be their friends. Add to that,
• 4:58
Speaker 2: if your friend or the person and you want to
• 5:00
Speaker 2: be your friend, is powerful or famous, I'm ashamed to
• 5:05
Speaker 2: admit I have let people who are famous treat me
• 5:09
Speaker 2: not very well. We know people, Donnie. We have a
• 5:13
Speaker 2: mutual friend who loves a reality star, and this reality
• 5:17
Speaker 2: star does not treat her very well, and we all
• 5:20
Speaker 2: see it. We've all seen it except her. She doesn't
• 5:24
  Speaker 2: see it.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, the holding on thing is it's hard because you know,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: so I am single, Hello, hello, hello out there? You know,
• 5:33
Speaker 1: if you're also a powerful man and you slide into
• 5:35
Speaker 1: my dms. Donnie said it on Instagram. But the thing
• 5:39
Speaker 1: is is I've hold on too long a lot of
• 5:41
Speaker 1: times when it comes to dating, because it's like you
• 5:45
Speaker 1: see this person and you're like, it should work, it
• 5:48
Speaker 1: should be good, like I have a lot of times
• 5:52
Speaker 1: it sadly it can be a physical attraction to a person,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: so you're like, yes, like it should work. I want
• 5:57
Speaker 1: it to work, and so I will continuously reach out
• 6:02
Speaker 1: and you know, sometimes not reciprocate that type of.
• 6:05
Speaker 3: Thing, and then I've held on too long.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: Yes, I've held on to friendships too long, but you know,
• 6:12
Speaker 1: and yes, both our mutual friend too. It's it's hard
• 6:15
Speaker 1: because you know, we just as humans.
• 6:17
Speaker 3: We want to be loved and we want to be.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Able to accept us and we you know, a lot
• 6:23
Speaker 1: of times it's not a bad thing either, is when
• 6:26
Speaker 1: it comes to friendships too, It's like I can hold
• 6:29
Speaker 1: my friendships in a different regard than they can hold me.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: And that's you know, that's human nature and it's but
• 6:37
Speaker 1: it's you know, a reality of life.
• 6:40
Speaker 2: Yeah, Jennifer Lopez is certainly going through this. I think too.
• 6:43
Speaker 2: You don't want to tell your story again. It's exhausting.
• 6:46
Speaker 2: I know people who have been in relationships with guys
• 6:49
Speaker 2: and girls that are not really working, but.
• 6:51
  Speaker 4: They're like, gosh, I just I've wasted. I've invested three
• 6:54
Speaker 4: years in this. I don't want to just start over
• 6:57
Speaker 4: here twenty years. Jennifer's invested so much in this love
• 7:03
Speaker 4: story that just to end it is really hard, which
• 7:07
Speaker 4: is exactly what she has done. N and it brings
• 7:09
Speaker 4: us to our whole question of the day. Jennifer Lopez
• 7:11
Speaker 4: has relieved. It's relieved that she has finally filed for
• 7:17
Speaker 4: divorce from Ben Affleck. Our question is do you think
• 7:22
Speaker 4: they could get back together?
• 7:23
Speaker 2: Do you think ten could they? It's a naughty one today, Hey,
• 7:29
Speaker 2: go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob.
• 7:32
Speaker 2: Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure to
• 7:34
Speaker 2: check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Donnie, what
• 7:38
Speaker 2: are you working on?
• 7:39
Speaker 3: So let's have it. She dumped a rod to get
• 7:43
Speaker 3: back with Ben. Let's forget this, Like poor Jaylo, I
• 7:47
  Speaker 3: am team Jlo.
• 7:48
Speaker 2: Here, always going to believe team Jayler.
• 7:50
Speaker 1: This is actually a devastating news for a lot of reasons,
• 7:55
Speaker 1: SOMRII carry. She admitted, and she came out, and she
• 7:59
Speaker 1: revealed that she has facing heartbreaking loss after her mother
• 8:03
Speaker 1: and her sister passed away on the same day, which
• 8:09
Speaker 1: is devastating. And I know the hard part is for
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Mariah is and she's been very open about it in
• 8:16
Speaker 1: her book, is that she's had a tricky relationship with
• 8:21
Speaker 1: Patricia and Allison, and so I think for her it's
• 8:26
Speaker 1: got to be even harder. So obviously we don't know
• 8:29
Speaker 1: why how they passed away, or we don't know the
• 8:32
Speaker 1: cause of death yet, and so for me, I think,
• 8:34
Speaker 1: you know, I'll be open about this too.
• 8:36
Speaker 3: Is So, my dad died two years ago, and I
• 8:40
Speaker 3: never had a close relationship with my dad.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: He you know, he left when I was two weeks old,
• 8:46
Speaker 1: and I rarely saw him, never talked to him. I
• 8:49
Speaker 1: think I went maybe fifteen years before.
• 8:52
Speaker 3: He died before he ever actually without speaking to him.
• 8:56
Speaker 1: And the sad part is when he died, I was
• 9:00
Speaker 1: sadder than I thought, and I think that that was
• 9:02
Speaker 1: the hard part is, you know, and I cried right
• 9:04
Speaker 1: when I found out, and I kept thinking about why
• 9:07
Speaker 1: am I sad about this man who I demanded you,
• 9:12
Speaker 1: who didn't know me as a child, Like why am
• 9:15
Speaker 1: I in this part of it was And I think
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Mariah can feel the same way. Here is that now
• 9:21
Speaker 1: the sad part is is you will never.
• 9:24
Speaker 3: Be able to reconnect. You'll never be able to hear them.
• 9:29
Speaker 2: To fix it. Yeah, And the truth is, even if
• 9:31
Speaker 2: they were around, you probably would never be able to
• 9:33
Speaker 2: fix it too. But now it's final. Mariah had a
• 9:36
Speaker 2: very troubled relationship with Alison, her half sister. There was
• 9:39
Speaker 2: even legal legal implications for this. Alison was threatening lawsuits.
• 9:43
Speaker 2: They were going back and forth. That stuff was never
• 9:46
Speaker 2: ever result here. It makes me sad that families, and
• 9:50
Speaker 2: this happens a lot, particularly to famous families. When your sister,
• 9:53
Speaker 2: your brother becomes a multi millionaire and you don't do
• 9:57
Speaker 2: then should they pay for everything? They help you out?
• 10:01
Speaker 2: And it's just such a complicated relationships. Families can be
• 10:04
Speaker 2: difficult with the added burden of millions and fame, and
• 10:09
Speaker 2: so this is definitely a sad story. The same day,
• 10:13
Speaker 2: the same day, okay, moving along. This story is massive.
• 10:16
Speaker 2: So Travis Kelcey and his brother Jason have signed a
• 10:19
Speaker 2: hundred million dollar deal for their podcast, So wondering, I
• 10:25
Speaker 2: don't even know who they are done, they're paying one
• 10:28
Speaker 2: hundred million dollars. Who are they? What's Amazon? Why don't
• 10:31
Speaker 2: they just call it Amazon's Jeff Bezos?
• 10:34
  Speaker 1: Hello Bezos?
• 10:34
  Speaker 2: Hello?
• 10:35
  Speaker 3: Hello?
• 10:36
Speaker 2: What would we sell him? The naughty but nisaw? Well,
• 10:39
Speaker 2: how much do we want twenty twenty dollars in a
• 10:41
  Speaker 2: vodka soda.
• 10:42
Speaker 1: Outsettle for if you just want to literally pick up
• 10:45
  Speaker 1: my McDonald's.
• 10:48
Speaker 2: It's wild, isn't it. So there is money in podcasting.
• 10:53
Speaker 2: I can't say that I am seeing any of it.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: But it is a joy to do it. I'm getting
• 10:58
Speaker 2: paid in other ways. I love doing this every single day.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: But these numbers a while. This comes shortly after Serious
• 11:06
Speaker 2: Extent brought a podcast What's her Name? My Name is
• 11:09
Speaker 2: Daddy or call me Daddy? They bought that for a
• 11:13
Speaker 2: hundred million. Are we seeing a massive change in the
• 11:17
Speaker 2: radio in the podcasting business?
• 11:21
Speaker 1: You know? The thing is it's so. Look, we have
• 11:23
Speaker 1: a great home here in iHeartRadio.
• 11:24
Speaker 3: They have been a beautiful place.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: They've been very accepting and to be honest, it's not
• 11:30
Speaker 1: easy being you know, I don't know if you guys
• 11:32
  Speaker 1: know this.
• 11:33
Speaker 3: Me and Rob happened to be gay, and there are
• 11:36
Speaker 3: some gay people on the podcast as.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: Well, and it's not easy to find a home for
• 11:43
Speaker 1: people and to be out there and to be so
• 11:45
Speaker 1: into champion it and to be behind it. And so
• 11:48
Speaker 1: thank you I Heart Radio for that. But the problem
• 11:51
Speaker 1: is is I thought maybe the podcast bubble.
• 11:53
Speaker 3: Had bursted a little because I did. Everybody was doing.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: A podcast and it's hard because a lot of people
• 11:59
Speaker 1: don't want to pay for it or hello he and
• 12:04
Speaker 1: the beauty of it is is though you know, it's
• 12:07
Speaker 1: also not easy. Everyone thinks they can do a podcast
• 12:10
Speaker 1: and you go, hey, when am I in front of
• 12:12
Speaker 1: you say something mm hmm in camp. I will agree
• 12:15
Speaker 1: here though, that Travis and Jason can, and they can.
• 12:19
Speaker 2: They're wildly entertaining. Yeah, they're adorable.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: Problem here, though, is Amazon Bezos. If you're listening, which
• 12:26
Speaker 1: I know you are, Hello, well you're banking that Travis
• 12:31
Speaker 1: and Taylor are here for the long term. They break up,
• 12:37
Speaker 1: you know, to Travis turn against him, but.
• 12:41
Speaker 2: He keeps the hundred million make the million sign all
• 12:45
Speaker 2: the deals now my friend, and get the cash up front,
• 12:47
Speaker 2: because you're right. I like Travis a lot, and he
• 12:51
Speaker 2: works very hard, but we have to be honest to you.
• 12:54
Speaker 2: If he wasn't dating Taylor Swift, I wouldn't know his name.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: It's just not my world. I would never have crossed
• 13:00
Speaker 2: paths with him. But because of Taylor, he has been
• 13:04
Speaker 2: exposed to this audience of hundreds of millions. Just that
• 13:08
Speaker 2: a massive audience. There's probably no biggest star in the
• 13:10
Speaker 2: world than Taylor Swift. And I'm not saying for one
• 13:13
Speaker 2: second that is why he's dating her. It's a bonus.
• 13:16
Speaker 2: I think they do love each other. I hope that
• 13:18
Speaker 2: it goes all the way. I hope they get married,
• 13:21
Speaker 2: I really really do. But there's no doubt that she's
• 13:25
Speaker 2: changed his life. And I do really actually love the
• 13:29
Speaker 2: brother Jason. I would like my brother to dack Taylor Swift,
• 13:32
Speaker 2: and then I could grab onto those coattails and ride
• 13:36
Speaker 2: them all the way. Once again, we're not putting down Travis.
• 13:38
Speaker 2: He's great, Jason's great. They are wildly entertaining. I've listened
• 13:42
Speaker 2: to their show, but the only reason I knew they
• 13:46
Speaker 2: had a show was because of Taylor swift. Okay, quickly, Donnie,
• 13:49
Speaker 2: before we go to break, we have a sighting. Finally,
• 13:54
Speaker 2: somebody that we enjoyed very much. A friend of mine
• 13:58
Speaker 2: is back in the spotlight. Who am I talking about?
• 14:03
Speaker 3: How you do it?
• 14:06
Speaker 1: Girl, Wendy Williams. Oh, Wendy, you know, I'm not gonna lie.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: I saw these photos and I was brought a smile
• 14:15
Speaker 1: to my face. Wendy Williams made a public appearance and
• 14:21
Speaker 1: apparently she was, you know, at a holistic store in
• 14:23
Speaker 1: New Jersey, which is a positive because and I'm not
• 14:27
Speaker 1: saying this out of turn, out of jest, out of anything.
• 14:30
Speaker 1: Windy had, you know, turned to some pretty dark things,
• 14:34
Speaker 1: and you know, it was doing a lot of them,
• 14:36
Speaker 1: and it had begun to affect her life. And I
• 14:38
Speaker 1: don't know if you saw the show about her, she
• 14:41
Speaker 1: was drinking, and you know, which is fine.
• 14:44
Speaker 3: We have a vox soda. We make jokes about it.
• 14:47
Speaker 3: We you know, we do it.
• 14:48
Speaker 1: But she was drinking every.
• 14:50
Speaker 2: Day and every day, yeah, every day. I knew she
• 14:53
Speaker 2: was in a real crisis, Dunning when she called me
• 14:55
Speaker 2: one day and you know this story, I don't think
• 14:57
Speaker 2: I've ever spoken about it publicly before, but she asked
• 15:00
Speaker 2: me to bring liquor to her apartment, and she asked
• 15:03
Speaker 2: me to pour it into water bottle. So go and
• 15:05
Speaker 2: buy a bottle of water, pour the water away, fill
• 15:08
Speaker 2: it full of vodka, and then sneak it in. And
• 15:10
  Speaker 2: I was like, Wendy, I just can't do that. I
• 15:13
Speaker 2: can't be an enabler. I'd love to help you get help,
• 15:17
Speaker 2: but I knew she was in a bad place. But
• 15:18
Speaker 2: to see her again in the photographs, she looks happy.
• 15:22
Speaker 2: She looks like the Wendy we love. She's got the
• 15:25
Speaker 2: wig back on, and she's got the bright cars that clothes,
• 15:28
Speaker 2: the boots, and I like two she's with her son,
• 15:31
Speaker 2: who really does care about her. In that documentary, I
• 15:35
Speaker 2: just couldn't understand why Kevin wasn't the conservator. He really
• 15:40
Speaker 2: loves his mom. Has there been issues, There has some money,
• 15:44
Speaker 2: maybe she paid for stuff, but I know Wendy. Wendy
• 15:48
Speaker 2: would rather have the money go to Kevin, her son,
• 15:51
Speaker 2: than anybody else. And if it means that she's got
• 15:53
Speaker 2: to pay for a few uber eats or a few
• 15:56
Speaker 2: other stuff that Kevin wants, she wouldn't care. She wouldn't
• 16:00
Speaker 2: she wouldn't care. She loves him. Wendy, it's so good
• 16:05
Speaker 2: to see you. Even Derby. My dog is barking saying
