- 4:02Speaker 4: cool thing here is, as we're doing this live, dude,
- 4:06Speaker 4: we got like, I don't know, fifty or sixty people
- 4:09Speaker 4: that love to hang out in the chat section and
- 4:13Speaker 4: and do their own thing or contribute to the show.
- 4:18Speaker 4: So that's very cool. I mean, you're already getting some
- 4:20Speaker 4: love here, Gil, So let's welcome in some of our
- 4:25Speaker 4: folks here. We got Alpha sixty six, who will be
- 4:28Speaker 4: in a little later. Colleen emailed me she is not
- 4:32Speaker 4: going to be in the chat tonight, but she will
- 4:34Speaker 4: be listening. She's having some some pump trouble, which I
- 4:40Speaker 4: told her. I said, there's a joke in there somewhere.
- 4:43Speaker 1: There definitely is.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Yeah, Paul's Paul's in the house. Was up, Paul James,
- 4:49Speaker 4: He says, Gil, Jesus angleton No, no, no, no, no,
- 4:55Speaker 4: don't compare Gill to Jesus James, Jesus Angleton, don't do that.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Gil is from Pauls. Who's in the house. Sally is
- 5:04Speaker 4: up in the house from across. A big fan of Gills,
- 5:06Speaker 4: she says, always fascinating.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Yeah, mister.
- 5:16Speaker 4: J S V Jesus the Crown. Yes, and John, thank
- 5:21Speaker 4: you so much for the super chat. We appreciate it.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Thank you, John. And like I was saying to you
- 5:28Speaker 1: a couple of minutes before we came on, Gil been
- 5:30Speaker 1: a big fan of your work. I was just a
- 5:33Speaker 1: listener in the years before. Rob and I have been
- 5:38Speaker 1: doing this a year and a half now every Friday
- 5:41Speaker 1: night Live, and I have to warn you, like Rob said,
- 5:46Speaker 1: our audience is really smart and they keep us on
- 5:49Speaker 1: our toes so they always and you know, if we
- 5:53Speaker 1: got something wrong, they correct us.
- 5:54Speaker 2: That's that's good.
- 5:58Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:00Speaker 4: I figured, you know, it's been a couple of years
- 6:02Speaker 4: since we've had joined here, and I know you're always
- 6:04Speaker 4: into something, so I forgot to reach out to you
- 6:06Speaker 4: and say, hey, what you got going on? And you
- 6:09Speaker 4: said you've been looking into a little bit into the
- 6:12Speaker 4: guns of Oswald and you know, did he really order them?
- 6:17Speaker 4: When did he actually get him you know what the
- 6:19Speaker 4: hell's going on here? And you know a lot of
- 6:21Speaker 4: people looked into this thing over the years, and there
- 6:24Speaker 4: are questions. Of course, there are questions. So let's get
- 6:31Speaker 4: into it. Gil. What did you find out when you
- 6:34Speaker 4: started looking into Oswald's procurement of his weaponry?
- 6:41Speaker 2: Well, the first thing that hits to me right off
- 6:43Speaker 2: the bat is that he used two different moos. If
- 6:46Speaker 2: you will motus uparandi, you use two different methods to
- 6:51Speaker 2: order these weapons. One he sent cash, allegedly sent cash
- 6:56Speaker 2: through the mail for the handgun, and the other one
- 7:00Speaker 2: he sent the money order for the rifle supposedly. This
- 7:05Speaker 2: is the question is why why didn't he send the
- 7:09Speaker 2: money order for the handgun while he was at the
- 7:11Speaker 2: post office?
- 7:12Speaker 4: Right?
- 7:13Speaker 7: No?
- 7:13Speaker 2: I mean, so this is one thing that hits me.
- 7:16Speaker 2: There's two different methods of payment here. Another thing that
- 7:21Speaker 2: hit me strange was that these two weapons were allegedly
- 7:24Speaker 2: ordered on the same day, on the on the twelfth
- 7:28Speaker 2: of March, and they both took seven days eight days
- 7:33Speaker 2: to process. They both were shipped on the same day.
- 7:38Speaker 2: And to me, even though they are two different weapons
- 7:41Speaker 2: using two different methods of payment, going to two different
- 7:44Speaker 2: areas of the country, and all of these dates line up,
- 7:48Speaker 2: they're all the same, and to me that sounds a
- 7:50Speaker 2: little strange.
- 7:52Speaker 4: So where was Seaport Traders coming from? Was that California? California? Yeah, la, yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 4: and uh with Chicago, right.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So I started taking a look at the order blanks
- 8:05Speaker 2: and reading some of the testimony from when he was
- 8:07Speaker 2: in New Orleans and Adrian Alba, I don't know if
- 8:11Speaker 2: you remember, Adrian Albert had testified that Oswald had been
- 8:14Speaker 2: asked him how to order through the mail, okay, and
- 8:17Speaker 2: he and he was practicing ordering through the mail. Alba
- 8:21Speaker 2: said that there were magazines that Oswald removed from his garage,
- 8:26Speaker 2: and I believe this is again this is only my opinion.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I can't prove it. I believe that the two order
- 8:33Speaker 2: blanks for the for the alleged murder weapons came from
- 8:36Speaker 2: magazines and Adrian Alber's garage. I believe that Oswald filled
- 8:40Speaker 2: them out, but I don't believe he ever mailed them.
- 8:43Speaker 2: I believe that these were these were retrieved from Alba's
- 8:47Speaker 2: garage after the assassination, and from the documents I've seen.
- 8:52Speaker 2: This is what I'll tell you some of the documents
- 8:55Speaker 2: because this is what I believe.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Now the uh have you checked it? You know, the
- 9:03Speaker 4: handwriting with the Oswald on the world.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Not me personally. I'm going by what they said. They
- 9:09Speaker 2: said Oswald filled it out. I'll give him that, okay.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Oswald filled it out. But he never mailed it because
- 9:15Speaker 2: when the money order was purchased on the twelfth, at
- 9:18Speaker 2: ten o'clock in the morning on March twelfth, he was
- 9:22Speaker 2: at work. All of his worksheets proved proved that he
- 9:25Speaker 2: was at work, and every minute of the day on
- 9:27Speaker 2: that date he was at work. So he didn't buy
- 9:30Speaker 2: that money order. He never purchased that money order. That
- 9:33Speaker 2: money order, that money order was never processed through the
- 9:38Speaker 2: Federal Reserve. It always only stamped the deposit with Klein's
- 9:42Speaker 2: stamp on the back of it. That was it. But
- 9:44Speaker 2: it never went through the payment process. See when you
- 9:47Speaker 2: go through the payment when it goes through the payment process,
- 9:50Speaker 2: every bank cast the stamp it so they know who
- 9:51Speaker 2: gets paid right before it gets to the Federal reserve. Well,
- 9:57Speaker 2: that didn't happen. The bank never stamped it, so the
- 10:00Speaker 2: bank never paid on it. The money order is a fake,
- 10:04Speaker 2: that's what it means.
- 10:06Speaker 4: And and he was working at Jagger's child stove, all.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Right, right, he was working there. And now the the
- 10:13Speaker 2: the warring commissioned supporters say, well, the time sheets they
- 10:17Speaker 2: really weren't you know. He testified that the time sheets
- 10:20Speaker 2: weren't really uh uh accurate. Right. But he also Robert Stowell,
- 10:26Speaker 2: he also, if you remember, testified that Oswald was not
- 10:31Speaker 2: involved in any top secret work for his company. Oswald
- 10:36Speaker 2: never got near any of the top secret work. But
- 10:38Speaker 2: if you look at Oswald's worksheets, they say Army Map Service.
- 10:43Speaker 2: His company was doing secret work for the Army Map
- 10:46Speaker 2: Service during the Cuban Missile crisis. They were mocking maps
- 10:50Speaker 2: that the U twos were taken from the sky and
- 10:53Speaker 2: they were mocking them. So what what was what on
- 10:55Speaker 2: that on that map? And Oswald's worksheets say Army Map
- 10:59Speaker 2: Service on him in AMS, which is an abbreviation for it,
- 11:03Speaker 2: he was working on top secret. How the hell does
- 11:07Speaker 2: a defected to the Soviet Union get access to top
- 11:10Speaker 2: secret material? Right?
- 11:13Speaker 4: A marine with an undesirable or dishonorable discharge?
- 11:17Speaker 2: Right? So and that's another thing. I mean, I could
- 11:20Speaker 2: I could go into that and say, you know, how
- 11:21Speaker 2: does a guy make his Marxist views, normal overtly expose
- 11:28Speaker 2: his Marxist views in the Marine Corps in the nineteen fifties.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Come on, that's not real and they accept it. They
- 11:37Speaker 2: don't throw them out of the Marine Corps. Come on,
- 11:39Speaker 2: something else is going on there, right But anyways, okay,
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'm getting off the subject. So anyways, he goes to
- 11:45Speaker 2: Jaggers Child's and.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Yeah, and ironically, Gil that was probably his most consistent
- 11:53Speaker 1: and probably logest running job he had since he came
- 11:57Speaker 1: since he came back, and right sixty two. I don't
- 12:00Speaker 1: know how exactly long he worked there, but if we
- 12:02Speaker 1: look at his work history after it's it's it's a mess,
- 12:05Speaker 1: you know.
- 12:06Speaker 2: And I only bring up Oswall working on the Army
- 12:08Speaker 2: Map Service because I want to show you that Robert
- 12:11Speaker 2: Stovell is not an a credible witness. Okay, he's lying
- 12:15Speaker 2: on the olth. He's committing perjury because his company has
- 12:18Speaker 2: a government contract that they don't want to lose. They
- 12:21Speaker 2: don't want the governor. He's not going to testify. Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 2: we let him, we do it. We screwed up. They
- 12:25Speaker 2: don't want to do that because they're going to lose
- 12:27Speaker 2: the government contract. That's a lot of money. So he
- 12:29Speaker 2: lies and says no, he never had access to that stuff.
- 12:32Speaker 2: So as far as whatever he says about the time sheets,
- 12:35Speaker 2: he's not a credible witness in my view. Okay. So,
- 12:39Speaker 2: and to work there, he had to have some kind
- 12:41Speaker 2: of a clearance. They had to know that he was okay,
- 12:44Speaker 2: otherwise he never would have had that access. So anyways,
- 12:49Speaker 2: I'm looking at the let me get back on the
- 12:50Speaker 2: subject of the order blank. I'm looking at the order
- 12:53Speaker 2: bank blank for the handgun now, and the order blank
- 12:56Speaker 2: for the handgun has all kinds of mistakes on it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Let me see if I can find. Yeah, he's got
- 13:04Speaker 2: a couple of places where he's crossed out. The one
- 13:08Speaker 2: was for AMMO for the thirty eight. The other one
- 13:12Speaker 2: was for a hold stock. He crossed it out. He
- 13:14Speaker 2: had written it in by hand and crossed it out.
- 13:17Speaker 2: One was a dollar ninety five, and I think the
- 13:19Speaker 2: other one was a dollar twenty five. And so this
- 13:23Speaker 2: tells me that this order blank is not real. He's practicing.
- 13:28Speaker 2: He's practicing ordering something. He has no clue what he's
- 13:30Speaker 2: doing because it says right on the order blank, cod
- 13:34Speaker 2: require one half deposit, and he mocks on top of
- 13:38Speaker 2: it ten dollars and closed ten dollars check or twenty
- 13:42Speaker 2: nine to ninety five money order. No, he didn't send
- 13:45Speaker 2: any money order. So here he has no idea what
- 13:50Speaker 2: he's doing. He's blocking it, saying money order a check
- 13:53Speaker 2: on money order. It doesn't It doesn't say yeah, well, yeah,
- 13:58Speaker 2: he sent ten dollars to Lee. He sent ten dollars cash,
- 14:02Speaker 2: but on the order right on you. Yeah, But but
- 14:07Speaker 2: then the other one he sent the he sent the
- 14:09Speaker 2: money order. I don't understand why he would send cash.
- 14:11Speaker 2: But anyways, on the same day, on the same same
- 14:16Speaker 2: day when he's at work.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I've done in two different forms of payment exactly,
- 14:20Speaker 1: which makes right?
- 14:21Speaker 2: That doesn't it makes makes sense. So this is all
- 14:24Speaker 2: bread flags to me, Joe. So it says it ten
- 14:28Speaker 2: dollars and says he unclosed and it's blank, he marked
- 14:30Speaker 2: ten dollars check or another blank. He puts down twenty
- 14:34Speaker 2: nine to ninety five money order. Then it says after
- 14:37Speaker 2: in parenthes coeods require half deposit. Now he doesn't know
- 14:41Speaker 2: what he's doing. He's filling this thing out and he
- 14:43Speaker 2: doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Everything on this
- 14:47Speaker 2: order blank is wrong. It puts down a J. Hadel
- 14:51Speaker 2: age twenty eight. He wasn't twenty eight, date one twenty seven,
- 14:55Speaker 2: and it's hard to read the year. It might say
- 14:57Speaker 2: sixty three. I'm not sure, but it says one witness
- 15:01Speaker 2: df Driddle. Everything on here is is is not real.
- 15:06Speaker 2: And I'm saying to myself, this is him practicing. He's
- 15:09Speaker 2: not sending this out. He's practicing. And so all of
- 15:14Speaker 2: this stuff doesn't make any sense to me. And here's
- 15:20Speaker 2: an interesting thing because after the assassin the day after
- 15:25Speaker 2: the assassination, and this is another thing I found out.
- 15:28Speaker 2: This is what makes me think he was practicing. They
- 15:30Speaker 2: went and got the magazines after the assassination. After the assassination,
- 15:36Speaker 2: the day after the Saturday, in Adrian Alber's garage, his
- 15:41Speaker 2: assistant manager and I can't think of his name right now,
- 15:43Speaker 2: but assistant manager was working that day. This guy who
- 15:47Speaker 2: he never seen before, never seen him around the neighborhood,
- 15:50Speaker 2: didn't know who he was. He comes walking into the
- 15:52Speaker 2: garage and he wants to borrow Adrian Albers. Wants to
- 15:55Speaker 2: borrow a couple of Adrian Alber's gun magazines. Okay, so
- 16:01Speaker 2: he tells the guy go ahead, So he said he
- 16:04Speaker 2: was only there for a few minutes and he left.
- 16:07Speaker 2: He said he didn't know because he went back to
- 16:09Speaker 2: his desk, and from his his vantage point, he couldn't
- 16:12Speaker 2: tell if the guy took any magazines or not. I
- 16:14Speaker 2: think he did. I think he took two magazines. I
- 16:17Speaker 2: think he took the February nineteen sixty three American Riflemen
- 16:21Speaker 2: that had the coupon.
- 16:23Speaker 4: For the for the rifle, and the other one was
- 16:27Speaker 4: on you know, I'm threw it up here for Yeah. Really,
- 16:30Speaker 4: that's the cool point.
- 16:31Speaker 2: That's it. It's also listed on the Commission Exhibit seven ninety.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Yeah, Rob, let me see if this works. Is this
- 16:40Speaker 1: uh would referring to go no, No.
- 16:43Speaker 2: The on the one rob puts up, put up is
- 16:46Speaker 2: the one I was referred to because that's for the handgun.
- 16:50Speaker 2: You can see where it says enclosed ten dollars check
- 16:53Speaker 2: or twenty nine to ninety five money order, and underneath
- 16:56Speaker 2: it says CODs require fifty percent deposit a half deposit.
- 17:01Speaker 2: And all of this information on this thing is wrong.
- 17:04Speaker 2: This tells me the guy was practicing.
- 17:06Speaker 1: He didn't.
- 17:06Speaker 2: He had no intention of sending this. He used his
- 17:09Speaker 2: old post office box. He used the wrong age. He
- 17:13Speaker 2: was just practicing, That's that's all he was doing.
- 17:16Speaker 4: He's the witness supposed to be John Duddell.
- 17:21Speaker 2: No, no, no, that was just a fake name that
- 17:24Speaker 2: he had made up.
- 17:25Speaker 5: D F.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Driddle.
- 17:29Speaker 1: There's a there might be a joke in there too.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I don't know. But uh so this guy shows up
- 17:38Speaker 2: on a Saturday and he takes some well we hearsn't
- 17:41Speaker 2: know if he took some magazines or not. He said
- 17:43Speaker 2: he didn't know the guy, he'd never seen him before.
- 17:46Speaker 2: And but he's so they asked Adrian Alba, you know
- 17:49Speaker 2: who your friends would? Uh would? He adds, no idea,
- 17:53Speaker 2: He has no idea. Why would you walk into a
- 17:55Speaker 2: parking garage and asked to borrow used magazine's gunman magazines?
- 18:00Speaker 4: Right?
- 18:01Speaker 1: Well, that's actually my question, Gil, that's actually my question
- 18:05Speaker 1: because are you insinuating that Oswald had filled out some
- 18:10Speaker 1: of the order forms in those magazines and they went
- 18:14Speaker 1: to get it, Because why, to your point, why couldn't
- 18:17Speaker 1: they just get any random gun magazine unless they knew
- 18:21Speaker 1: he had filled them out or.
- 18:22Speaker 2: They just thank you? Yeah, you're right, Joe, because I
- 18:25Speaker 2: believe that. Again, can't prove it because they never recorded
- 18:29Speaker 2: the interrogation sessions, but I think he turned around and
- 18:32Speaker 2: told them I never owned the gun. I filled out
- 18:34Speaker 2: some applications back in New Orleans, but I never mailed them.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And they say, well, what magazines were those from? And
- 18:41Speaker 2: if he told them which magazines they were from, all
- 18:43Speaker 2: they had to do is send somebody over there pick
- 18:45Speaker 2: up those magazines. Like the guy said, he was only
- 18:48Speaker 2: in here for a few minutes. If he knew what
- 18:49Speaker 2: magazines to look for, it ain't going to take long
- 18:51Speaker 2: to find them. And if they're still there, the guy
- 18:54Speaker 2: had like eighty two, one hundred and twenty magazines, so
- 18:57Speaker 2: he kept them. It wasn't like he threw them away.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Do we know what time they came on the twenty third? Uh?
- 19:04Speaker 2: I believe it was before nine o'clock in the morning.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Really, I think so.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I think it was early in the morning. I think
- 19:12Speaker 2: I believe the document I have. I believe it was
- 19:15Speaker 2: early in the morning.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Was it Debris?
- 19:19Speaker 2: Was that?
- 19:20Speaker 4: Was it Debrize Warren de Brize?
- 19:23Speaker 1: No, No, I think Debrize was at some point sent
- 19:27Speaker 1: to Dalla from New Orleans. Yeah, I mean maybe he
- 19:31Speaker 1: maybe he took the magazines on the way.
- 19:34Speaker 2: De Breeze was the guy that was running Oswald in
- 19:37Speaker 2: New Orleans. Oswald Oswald had turned on the CIA. Oswald
- 19:42Speaker 2: was a CIA source originally, and what he did was
- 19:46Speaker 2: when he turned on them to the FBI. Remember when
- 19:48Speaker 2: the Kennedys were shutting down all the training camps in
- 19:51Speaker 2: the summer of nineteen sixty three. Oswald was the source
- 19:55Speaker 2: for the July thirty first, nineteen sixty three raid on
- 19:59Speaker 2: the camp at Lake Poncha train When that happened. Right
- 20:04Speaker 2: after that happened, is when Oswald starts getting this public
- 20:10Speaker 2: persona of being a castro sympathizer. This is when they
- 20:13Speaker 2: set them up. When they find out that he's the rat.
- 20:16Speaker 2: He's the one that turned them in. So now that
- 20:18Speaker 2: they turn around and they go back on him, they
- 20:20Speaker 2: turn on him, and that's what's That's how they set
- 20:23Speaker 2: oswalll up. These training camps were training, they were training
- 20:27Speaker 2: the Cubans under the cover of a second invasion of Cuba.
- 20:30Speaker 2: This is what again, this is all what I believe
- 20:32Speaker 2: from what I've read, They were training these Cubans for
- 20:36Speaker 2: a second invasion of Cuba. Kennedy's had no intention of
- 20:39Speaker 2: invading Cuba. A second time, it wasn't going to happen.
- 20:43Speaker 2: It was the CIA that was gonna do. They were
- 20:46Speaker 2: doing this under the cover, but it was what they
- 20:49Speaker 2: were really doing was they were training teams of assassins
- 20:52Speaker 2: to go around the country to kill the president. That's
- 20:54Speaker 2: what this was all about. That's what I believe was
- 20:56Speaker 2: all about. And when they shut that camp down, they
- 21:00Speaker 2: were pissed. They were really mad, and so they set
- 21:03Speaker 2: Ozwal up. They already knew what they what the final
- 21:07Speaker 2: act was gonna be. They set ozwalll up and uh
- 21:12Speaker 2: that's how he got to be chosen as the patsy,
- 21:14Speaker 2: because he had turned on the CIA back in New Orleans.
- 21:18Speaker 2: But anyways, I think this is what happened. They sent
- 21:20Speaker 2: the They sent the uh uh somebody. It could have
- 21:23Speaker 2: been anybody. It could have been. It doesn't necessarily mean
- 21:26Speaker 2: the guy that came into the garage was involved in
- 21:28Speaker 2: a conspiracy. They could have sent anybody. They could have
- 21:30Speaker 2: sent just you know, any any Cuban exile there. He
- 21:33Speaker 2: said he was an old friend of Alba's, but Alba
- 21:35Speaker 2: said he never he didn't know who he was. And
- 21:38Speaker 2: you know that, Uh, the bruise was running running Oswal
- 21:41Speaker 2: because Uh, the bar guy said, the guy that owned
- 21:46Speaker 2: the bar. See what the hell was his name? This
- 21:51Speaker 2: is what happens when you get old, you forget.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Was that?
- 21:56Speaker 2: Yeah? Orris Penia said that he saw him together in
- 21:58Speaker 2: his bo. He saw together the guy that the guy
- 22:05Speaker 2: that wrote the book there, the author. It's an armament
- 22:07Speaker 2: of a man Cusso's restaurant together. I mean they were
- 22:10Speaker 2: seen all over town together. So he was running Oswald
- 22:13Speaker 2: and he was running Oswald, I believe as part of
- 22:15Speaker 2: this Kennedy plan to shut down the training camps. And uh,
- 22:19Speaker 2: that's why Oswald went in because that was a dr
- 22:22Speaker 2: E training camp. Oswald went in and uh Corlos Bringear's
- 22:28Speaker 2: clothing store and offered to train Cubans. He wanted to
- 22:31Speaker 2: find out where this freaking camp was. And that's when
- 22:34Speaker 2: that's the next few days. They set him up down
- 22:37Speaker 2: on Canal Street, passing out the pro castro leaflets.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Questioned Arnesto Rodriguez first, and that's who sent him to
- 22:47Speaker 4: bring a right No, yeah.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and and so all of the it doesn't it
- 22:53Speaker 2: didn't necessarily have to be somebody who knew that the
- 22:55Speaker 2: president was going to get killed or whatever involved in
- 22:58Speaker 2: a conspiracy to set up Oswell, they could have sent anybody,
- 23:01Speaker 2: and they just told them, look, look for these two magazines. Okay,
- 23:04Speaker 2: look for these two dated magazines, and those are the
- 23:06Speaker 2: ones we want. Bring them out, loom. Now they get
- 23:09Speaker 2: the magazines. So what do they do. They cut the
- 23:11Speaker 2: thing out, They make up the fake money order, and
- 23:16Speaker 2: this is it. Just it doesn't make none of it
- 23:19Speaker 2: adds up. You know, when they wanted to find out
- 23:22Speaker 2: about the handgun, why didn't they go to Aria Express
- 23:25Speaker 2: it was supposed to have been shipped. Why did they
- 23:27Speaker 2: go to to the UH to the ship and get
- 23:31Speaker 2: copies of the shipping records from the ship, But why
- 23:33Speaker 2: didn't they go to the shipping company?
- 23:36Speaker 1: Yeah, a question about the money order? So did Oswald
- 23:40Speaker 1: allegedly go to like a bank or social and give
- 23:45Speaker 1: cash to then like a teller, and then get the
- 23:48Speaker 1: money order or is there any connection with like say
- 23:52Speaker 1: his think.
- 23:55Speaker 2: The thing is Joe. They never explained it. They never
- 23:58Speaker 2: They never identified anybody the post office who sold them
- 24:01Speaker 2: the money order. They never they never identified anybody in
- 24:05Speaker 2: the post office who handed him the rifle when it
- 24:07Speaker 2: came in. They never identified anybody at Aria Express that
- 24:11Speaker 2: handed him the handgun.
- 24:14Speaker 4: So I mean, all these games that worked at the
- 24:16Speaker 4: post office, they're all FBI informants too. Yeah, yeah, like
- 24:23Speaker 4: like Harrie holds On who the New Orleans guy was,
- 24:26Speaker 4: But I'm sure he was an FBI formant as well.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Harry Holmes was a snake.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Yeah for sure. So I just have a quick question.
- 24:35Speaker 1: So when he ordered them on the twelfth of March, right,
- 24:38Speaker 1: did they get delivered to Dallas or did they get
- 24:40Speaker 1: delivered to New Orleans?
- 24:42Speaker 2: He never because he never ordered them on March twelfth,
- 24:47Speaker 2: He never know.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Where did the guns get shipped to.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Well, see, the handgun couldn't be shipped through the Postal
- 24:55Speaker 2: Service because the Postal Service had rules that they could
- 24:59Speaker 2: you can, unless you're a gun dealer or like a
- 25:03Speaker 2: law enforcement officer or somebody in a law enforcement Korea,
- 25:09Speaker 2: you couldn't receive by the post office a gun. So
- 25:12Speaker 2: it had to be shipped by a private company. So
- 25:14Speaker 2: before there was ups there was Aria Express. So Aria
- 25:18Speaker 2: Express shipped a handgun supposedly, and the rifle came from
- 25:23Speaker 2: through the post office. So the rifle went to the
- 25:27Speaker 2: Dallas Post Office, but the handgun went to the Dallas
- 25:32Speaker 2: Aria Express Office.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Okay, because of course we know Oswalt was it. April
- 25:41Speaker 1: May goes to New Orleans shortly after the Walker shooting.
- 25:46Speaker 1: He takes those guns allegedly with him, And what guns
- 25:51Speaker 1: do you think he had in New Orleans? Personally, if any,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I'm not saying they were these.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Guns, but I don't think he had any because Marina
- 26:02Speaker 4: never mentions the handgun.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Yeah, never saw a handgun, right, all right, And Ruth
- 26:10Speaker 2: Ruth Payne never saw the rifle in New Orleans.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Right, Well, that's a big that's a big question, right,
- 26:16Speaker 1: is how did this rifle that was allegedly in New Orleans,
- 26:19Speaker 1: right that Marina saw him practicing with right on the porch,
- 26:23Speaker 1: right cocking it? How did it get back to New Orleans?
- 26:27Speaker 1: If Ruth Payne denied it and Lee allegedly went there
- 26:31Speaker 1: to Mexico, you could say, Okay, he brought the handgun allegedly,
- 26:34Speaker 1: you know, pulled it all on the table in the
- 26:36Speaker 1: Soviet embassy, you know, in front of all these KDB
- 26:39Speaker 1: people saying, you know whatever. You could assume that, just
- 26:42Speaker 1: let's assume that. But there's no plausible explanation as do
- 26:46Speaker 1: I know how it got from New Orleans back to Dallas.
- 26:49Speaker 1: So we go Dallas to New Orleans, back to Dallas.
- 26:52Speaker 2: This rifle allegedly right right, And Ruth Payne never saw
- 26:57Speaker 2: her husband unloaded to Kyle when he got back to Dallas,
- 26:59Speaker 2: he knew it, okay. And the landlady and the landlord
- 27:04Speaker 2: of the apartment that they rented in New Orleans saw
- 27:07Speaker 2: them unloading and loading the car. They never saw it.
- 27:10Speaker 2: They never saw anything that looked like a rifle.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Yeah, supposedly it was wrapped in the blanket, but.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Nobody even saw the Nobody even saw the blanket.
- 27:18Speaker 1: The only person that did say he saw it was
- 27:20Speaker 1: George Morrinshield, of course, but that was in Dallas before
- 27:23Speaker 1: the Walker shooting or just around that time. He's the
- 27:28Speaker 1: only person to my knowledge that said I saw the
- 27:31Speaker 1: rifle in Oswalt's closet.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and that was that was after the Walker shooting. Okay,
- 27:38Speaker 2: But it could very well have been George of the
- 27:40Speaker 2: Martinshield's rifle.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Who knows, or a different rifle.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Or a different rifle right blur. There could have been
- 27:46Speaker 2: the rifle that they used to take the backyard photographs.
- 27:50Speaker 2: It could have been just a prop. Yeah, he could
- 27:53Speaker 2: have borrowed it from somebody just to just to take
- 27:55Speaker 2: those pictures.
- 27:58Speaker 4: You know. When I was looking for the pictures for today,
- 28:02Speaker 4: I came across a different pistol that Lee Oswald had
- 28:06Speaker 4: that he sold to his brother Robert for ten bucks.
- 28:10Speaker 4: And it was it was a nice looking pistol. You know,
- 28:12Speaker 4: it's nice silver, you know, good looking, good looking pistol.
- 28:18Speaker 4: And he had engraved it with like these little dots
- 28:23Speaker 4: with his name on it. And then so was his brother.
- 28:25Speaker 4: And Robert said, you know, Lee, Lee should have never
- 28:28Speaker 4: had a gun. And it actually the reason I saw it,
- 28:31Speaker 4: it was up for auction. Somebody bought that thing for
- 28:33Speaker 4: thirty one thousand dollars.
- 28:35Speaker 7: Wow.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Yeah, But this piece of crap that I always said,
- 28:42Speaker 4: this looks like a freaking throwdown pistol. I mean, this
- 28:47Speaker 4: is a piece of shit. For it is.
- 28:52Speaker 2: You want to hear some interesting things about this handgun?
- 28:54Speaker 4: That's horrible.
- 28:55Speaker 2: You're not gonna believe it.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Huh.
- 28:57Speaker 2: When the Dallas police was searching in the I don't
- 29:01Speaker 2: know if it's a I think maybe it was the FBI.
- 29:04Speaker 2: They were searching the Dallas gun shops to find out
- 29:08Speaker 2: who sold this handgun. Okay, and one of the gun
- 29:14Speaker 2: shops they came across. The guy that worked at the
- 29:17Speaker 2: gun shops said to them, if this handgun had been
- 29:20Speaker 2: re chambered in England, because it came from England. It
- 29:23Speaker 2: was part of a shipment that came from England. It
- 29:25Speaker 2: was even stamped on at England. I think it was
- 29:27Speaker 2: part of a shipment. During the Second World War, the
- 29:30Speaker 2: United States lent weapons to the British and part of
- 29:34Speaker 2: the Len Lisa Act, and I think they came back
- 29:39Speaker 2: from England. And he said, if this gun had been
- 29:42Speaker 2: rechambered for thirty eight special in England, it would have
- 29:47Speaker 2: been done by this company called Coggswell and Harrison in London. Now,
- 29:53Speaker 2: the interesting thing about Cogswell and Harrison was that it
- 29:56Speaker 2: was a subsidiary of Interamco, the International Image Corporation and
- 30:02Speaker 2: nice do you smile? You know who went onco is
- 30:05Speaker 2: it's a subsidiary of the c I A.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Gil. We last week on the show, we did
- 30:12Speaker 1: a little segment on the Gary Underhill doc that you
- 30:16Speaker 1: know has been making the rounds and all the mainstream
- 30:20Speaker 1: media and everyone's like, look at this, this is brand new,
- 30:22Speaker 1: and of course it's been around there was some things that.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Were what was the things coming.
- 30:32Speaker 1: The only part, Yeah, the only part or the most
- 30:36Speaker 1: the part of the document that was released that is
- 30:38Speaker 1: finally not redacted had to do with Inner Armco and
- 30:42Speaker 1: the CIA keeping the profits relating to this. It was
- 30:45Speaker 1: all about in our armco and we we we talked
- 30:49Speaker 1: about how how it how they had connections to clients
- 30:52Speaker 1: as well. So it's funny though that that was the
- 30:54Speaker 1: part that was redacted in that whole document that everyone's
- 30:57Speaker 1: making a big fuss over clients.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Was a was a customer of Interronco. And when they
- 31:03Speaker 2: were talking about what the FBI was doing their report
- 31:08Speaker 2: on which businesses, which arms company mail order houses were
- 31:14Speaker 2: dealing with this type of rifle six point five millimeters
- 31:18Speaker 2: malica cock candle, they go through all the companies that
- 31:22Speaker 2: are selling this and on the bottom a very last
- 31:26Speaker 2: sentence on it says Interronco does not handle this type
- 31:28Speaker 2: of rifle. Out of the clip blue, I mean, why
- 31:31Speaker 2: do you put that on there. You're telling us all
- 31:33Speaker 2: the ones that all we want to know is who
- 31:35Speaker 2: does handle it? But they went out of their way
- 31:37Speaker 2: out of the clip blue to say Interronco doesn't handle
- 31:40Speaker 2: this type of rifle, and I thought that was funny
- 31:42Speaker 2: when I read it. But here it is the handgun
- 31:48Speaker 2: possibly passing through a subsidiary of the CIA, which is
- 31:53Speaker 2: a CI which Interronco was started in nineteen fifty four
- 31:56Speaker 2: when the CIA wanted to overthrow Obbens in Guatemala, gave
- 32:00Speaker 2: same Cummings one hundred thousand dollars to start this business
- 32:03Speaker 2: because by law they couldn't buy weapons. CIA wasn't allowed
- 32:07Speaker 2: to buy weapons. So what they were doing was the military,
- 32:10Speaker 2: certain people in the military were allowing these weapons in
- 32:13Speaker 2: the military to disappear, and they were getting them through
- 32:16Speaker 2: their arms dealers, so they had plenty of they could
- 32:19Speaker 2: get plenty of weapons in a hurry.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, for sure. And I'm just gonna bring it
- 32:23Speaker 1: up really quickly just because I mentioned it. But on
- 32:26Speaker 1: the left hand side gil as the previously redacted Underhill
- 32:31Speaker 1: doc and on the right is the one that was
- 32:33Speaker 1: just released in the new releases, and it says that
- 32:36Speaker 1: inner Amco Corp. And Partner was redacted. An agency audit
- 32:42Speaker 1: established the network of these companies that the CIA made
- 32:47Speaker 1: a silent little profit on these transactions. It's all about
- 32:51Speaker 1: Cummings only knows only as alias it's really interesting, and
- 32:56Speaker 1: we covered it last week.
- 32:57Speaker 2: So yeah, but people don't really realizes that the CIA
- 33:01Speaker 2: had their hands and a lot of stuff. They had
- 33:03Speaker 2: their hands in college colleges and universities, They had their
- 33:08Speaker 2: hands in all kinds of businesses that seemed the legitimate businesses.
- 33:15Speaker 2: The CIA had their hands and everything. They had their
- 33:17Speaker 2: hands in the media, they were all over the place,
- 33:21Speaker 2: and this was a monster that Kennedy and his brother
- 33:25Speaker 2: were just there was no way that they were going
- 33:26Speaker 2: to defeat these guys. And so anyways, getting back to
- 33:32Speaker 2: the weapons.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Can I stop you for one second. I wanted to
- 33:36Speaker 1: I start a couple comments from the chat, and I
- 33:40Speaker 1: think Rob put one or two of them up, but
- 33:42Speaker 1: I just wanted to show them to you and get
- 33:44Speaker 1: your thoughts. Paul Cummings said, October November, you're talking about
- 33:48Speaker 1: sixty two is when George Demorrishield allegedly saw the rifle.
- 33:52Speaker 1: So I guess it was way before the Walker thing.
- 33:57Speaker 1: And Sally said, asked, why the rifle to New Orleans
- 34:03Speaker 1: if you plan to go back to Dallas or to Mexico.
- 34:06Speaker 1: So I'll say, I don't know what Oswald was planning
- 34:09Speaker 1: at that point where he was going to go or
- 34:11Speaker 1: come back to.
- 34:12Speaker 2: But good question, Marina, Marina Oswald couldn't identify that that uh,
- 34:19Speaker 2: that rifle she thought she thought at first she thought
- 34:23Speaker 2: it was the gun that he had in Russia.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Right, yeah, and that's of course the famous She couldn't
- 34:28Speaker 1: tell if it was a shotgun or rifle or whatever.
- 34:32Speaker 1: And uh, mister js V asked, amazing, Ruth didn't find
- 34:37Speaker 1: it the rifle with all the other things.
- 34:39Speaker 2: She magically, Yeah, that's true. That's true because there's a
- 34:43Speaker 2: woman who goes around shaking books upside down to get
- 34:46Speaker 2: notes out of books, and she doesn't she doesn't see
- 34:48Speaker 2: the rifle, right right, So.
- 34:54Speaker 1: All right, sorry, and yeah, you can get back to
- 34:55Speaker 1: that now.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I just wanted to say that when it
- 34:59Speaker 2: comes to to MCO, that Clients was a customer of this.
- 35:03Speaker 2: So it wouldn't have been hard for the CIA to
- 35:05Speaker 2: have let's say, blank blank order forms from clients or
- 35:10Speaker 2: something like that. It's not if they're different, for these
- 35:13Speaker 2: companies to have blank order froms from different companies that
- 35:17Speaker 2: they do business from and they just fill them out
- 35:19Speaker 2: in Toronco, I believe was busted. I thought I think
- 35:22Speaker 2: it was some Island in the Caribbean in nineteen sixty
- 35:26Speaker 2: seven and for illegal arms shipment. And I read this
- 35:30Speaker 2: somewhere and I've got the documents someplace on my computer
- 35:33Speaker 2: and they were busted. And uh, during the investigation, it
- 35:38Speaker 2: was found out that the shipping records had been falsified.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Can you imagine Interromco falsified ship and records for weapons?
- 35:46Speaker 2: Come on, of course, that's what I say. That the
- 35:49Speaker 2: records here could be very very well be falsified. It's
- 35:53Speaker 2: not like they never did it before. I mean, come on,
- 35:57Speaker 2: but it's just it's interesting that this guy shows up
- 36:01Speaker 2: the day after the assassination and all of a sudden
- 36:03Speaker 2: they got the magazines. Now, if I was the FBI
- 36:06Speaker 2: guy in charge of this investigation, I'd say send my
- 36:09Speaker 2: agents down to Adrian Alba's garage and tell them to
- 36:12Speaker 2: look for these two magazines and see if they're still there.
- 36:16Speaker 2: If they're not there, then I'd like to know what
- 36:20Speaker 2: happened to him. Because the reason why I believe those
- 36:22Speaker 2: those blanks would cut out later is because in and
- 36:28Speaker 2: Rob had the graphic cup on the on the the
- 36:32Speaker 2: two blank clients coupons. Yeah, there they are that were
- 36:36Speaker 2: found in the paying garage, allegedly found in the paying garage,
- 36:40Speaker 2: So that means Oswald was cutting coupons out of magazines.
- 36:45Speaker 2: They matched them up to the magazines that were in
- 36:47Speaker 2: Adrian Alba's garage, So he was doing something over there
- 36:50Speaker 2: with magazines. And when you take a look at it,
- 36:53Speaker 2: other than ordering these guns in March of nineteen sixty three,
- 36:59Speaker 2: the only the time that a Hidel is known is
- 37:02Speaker 2: in New Orleans. Dell is never known before that, when
- 37:10Speaker 2: he lived in Dallas. No, there's no record of him
- 37:12Speaker 2: ever using that name. So the only time that that
- 37:16Speaker 2: name is that name first appears other than these two things,
- 37:19Speaker 2: other than these two weapons. The ordering of these two
- 37:22Speaker 2: weapons is in Dallas. He is in New Orleans. So
- 37:27Speaker 2: that's what I think happened here. I think he filled
- 37:29Speaker 2: them out, He left them in the magazine. Adrian Albas said,
- 37:33Speaker 2: he returned the magazine and he was from five to
- 37:36Speaker 2: ten days or three to ten days later, so he
- 37:39Speaker 2: filled them out, never sent them, closed the magazine, put
- 37:43Speaker 2: the magazines back in his garage, like he said, And
- 37:47Speaker 2: when he was being questioned he mentioned it, they found
- 37:50Speaker 2: out which magazines he had filled them out. He sent
- 37:52Speaker 2: somebody over there, grabbed the magazines and hold them.
- 37:56Speaker 4: I like that theory. I do.
- 37:58Speaker 2: I don't know, but that's what I think. That's what
- 38:00Speaker 2: I think happened, because why would anybody walk into a
- 38:03Speaker 2: pocket god garage rup and asked to borrow used gun magazines?
- 38:08Speaker 2: What the hell is that all about?
- 38:10Speaker 4: Right?
- 38:11Speaker 2: Does that make any sense? I mean, how do you
- 38:12Speaker 2: know from month to month whether or not those specials
- 38:15Speaker 2: that are on those ads are still are still legit?
- 38:20Speaker 2: I mean, it just doesn't make mistake.
- 38:22Speaker 4: If only he would have fishing magazines instead of hunting magazine.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And I think that's the reason why they ended up
- 38:28Speaker 2: with a forty inch rifle, because that's what was being
- 38:31Speaker 2: shipped later on at that time.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Yeah, that's exactly what I wanted to ask you about.
- 38:36Speaker 1: So I'm gonna show you these two. I think I
- 38:38Speaker 1: got one or two of these from your side or
- 38:41Speaker 1: maybe the forum. So I think the top is what
- 38:44Speaker 1: was being offered from August nineteen fifty two through February
- 38:49Speaker 1: sixty three. And this was the third only underlined thirty
- 38:55Speaker 1: six inch barrel.
- 38:57Speaker 4: Right right overall overall, Yeah, but to bear it but
- 39:01Speaker 4: to tip, yeah, Yeah.
- 39:03Speaker 1: The bottom one is I think what was in the
- 39:08Speaker 1: March copy on correct me if I'm wrong, Gill, because
- 39:11Speaker 1: I'm not me and the audience can use clarification on this.
- 39:15Speaker 1: It says only forty inch barrel overall. And of course
- 39:21Speaker 1: we know the rifle that was found in the TSBD
- 39:26Speaker 1: was forty inch, right, but he ordered a thirty six.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Explain that for everyone.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Well, I think the thirty six inch rifle was in
- 39:36Speaker 2: the February nineteen sixty three American riflem.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Which he allegedly ordered it from.
- 39:42Speaker 2: That's what they said. They said. They said that that's
- 39:45Speaker 2: where that's that's where it came from. And the bottom one.
- 39:52Speaker 1: I believe.
- 39:54Speaker 2: They advertised it wasn't March sixty three. I think it
- 39:59Speaker 2: was a I think it was April sixty three they ordered.
- 40:06Speaker 2: They advertised that, I believe. I'm not sure, but it
- 40:09Speaker 2: was advertised later in the year, in August, September, October,
- 40:15Speaker 2: the rest later in the year, and then I think
- 40:17Speaker 2: in December they went back again to the thirty six.
- 40:19Speaker 2: I'm not sure. I'd have to look it up, but
- 40:22Speaker 2: John Armstrong's got a big list of that stuff, and
- 40:25Speaker 2: I've got it on my files, but I'm not sure.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Off the top of my head, but he did order
- 40:31Speaker 1: he did order the thirty six.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Well at the time. What the record says is that
- 40:38Speaker 2: for the time that he ordered it, he ordered the
- 40:41Speaker 2: thirty six. If the record is correct, he ordered what's
- 40:47Speaker 2: called the Troops Special, which is the thirty six inch rifle.
- 40:51Speaker 2: The forty inch rifle is known as a short rifle
- 40:54Speaker 2: and the forty two inch rifle is known as a
- 40:56Speaker 2: long rifle. So he ordered the troops Special thirty six
- 41:01Speaker 2: inch rifle. Now, the warrant commission supporters claimed that the
- 41:06Speaker 2: forty inch rifle was they ran out of thirty six
- 41:08Speaker 2: is in the forty inch There's no evidence. There's no
- 41:10Speaker 2: evidence of that. And the thing is, I think there
- 41:15Speaker 2: was a difference in price of you know, five or
- 41:17Speaker 2: six cents between the two of them. They never gave
- 41:20Speaker 2: him a refund, So I don't believe that one rifle
- 41:25Speaker 2: was replaced with another one. I believe that this rifle
- 41:29Speaker 2: was they got this rifle. I think they got this
- 41:33Speaker 2: rifle later on in the year. And I don't think
- 41:35Speaker 2: it was even ordered.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it was.
- 41:37Speaker 2: It just came through in Toronco.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think so. I just pulled up Commission Document
- 41:43Speaker 1: eighty seven. Let's see. It is the Secret Service Report
- 41:49Speaker 1: of January eight sixty four. It's in the War Commission,
- 41:52Speaker 1: and it talks about you know, Waldman and the rifle
- 41:56Speaker 1: and that, you know, you could explain what happened with
- 41:58Speaker 1: some of the you know them trying to take other
- 42:03Speaker 1: orders or other the inventory of whatever clients had left
- 42:08Speaker 1: that kind of confused confuses me. But it says here
- 42:13Speaker 1: he ordered a model eighteen ninety one Troops Special, which
- 42:16Speaker 1: you would just refer to, which only refers to there's
- 42:20Speaker 1: only true special is only thirty six inches, right.
- 42:26Speaker 2: The Troop Special is thirty six inches, that's right.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Right, But yeah, the one found on the sixth floor
- 42:31Speaker 1: was forty inches right right? Okay?
- 42:35Speaker 4: Is that the right serial number.
- 42:38Speaker 2: Two seven sixty six, Yeah.
- 42:41Speaker 4: Okay, I was thinking of nine to nine for some reason.
- 42:44Speaker 4: I'm thinking to.
- 42:44Speaker 2: See, Well, here's the interesting thing about this, uh, this
- 42:50Speaker 2: record that the clients had, it was on microfilm. They
- 42:54Speaker 2: never kept the original documents. It was all on microfilm.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Right now.
- 42:59Speaker 2: When he when they asked this guy Walman, the president
- 43:04Speaker 2: of clients, and they never get the people that actually
- 43:08Speaker 2: do the shipping and receiving. They call you know, the
- 43:11Speaker 2: president of the company or the vice president of the company,
- 43:14Speaker 2: who doesn't know his ask from a hole in the wall.
- 43:16Speaker 5: You know.
- 43:17Speaker 2: All he does is sit in an office and and
- 43:19Speaker 2: take phone calls all day. But they get this guy
- 43:23Speaker 2: Walman and they say to him if they they they
- 43:28Speaker 2: want him to identify the microfilm as the microfilm he found. Well,
- 43:33Speaker 2: he says, yeah, it's the microfilm I found. And they
- 43:35Speaker 2: said the warrant commission, how do you know is testifying
- 43:38Speaker 2: to the warrant commission? Well, because I mocked the box
- 43:40Speaker 2: my initials on the box. Well, that's the box, that's
- 43:43Speaker 2: not the film inside. How do you know that the
- 43:45Speaker 2: film inside is the same film that you saw or
- 43:48Speaker 2: you found? Okay? So they never ask him if the
- 43:54Speaker 2: film inside is the same film that he saw on
- 43:57Speaker 2: the reader on the morning of the twenty third, at
- 44:01Speaker 2: four thirty or four o'clock in the morning wherever it
- 44:03Speaker 2: was they found the finally found the record. He can
- 44:06Speaker 2: identify the box, that's fine, but what happens to the
- 44:09Speaker 2: film inside?
- 44:11Speaker 4: So I always thought it was the FBI that found
- 44:13Speaker 4: that microfilm.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Oh no, Wallman said he found it, okay, And and
- 44:18Speaker 2: the guy that was with him, I figured his name
- 44:20Speaker 2: now mister Mitchell west West uh wes something Mitchell's Westbrook
- 44:28Speaker 2: or some west Westland. Anyways, he uh, he was with him,
- 44:32Speaker 2: and uh he said he was the one. Mister Walman
- 44:36Speaker 2: was the one that found the record of the C
- 44:38Speaker 2: two seven sixty six rifle. Now the FBI took that
- 44:43Speaker 2: that film and then they turn around, they go back.
- 44:49Speaker 2: The Secret Service goes there after the FBI has taken
- 44:52Speaker 2: the film and they claimed to verify that the rifle
- 44:57Speaker 2: was purchased by a Hiddell. How can they do that
- 44:59Speaker 2: if the FB has already taken the only record they got. Yeah,
- 45:02Speaker 2: that record's on its way to Washington on a plane
- 45:05Speaker 2: with an FBI agent. How the hell does a secret
- 45:08Speaker 2: service able to verify that? That's a question I have.
- 45:13Speaker 2: Now Secret Service reports is that they went there. I
- 45:17Speaker 2: think it was I think you just put it up.
- 45:18Speaker 2: They were a little while ago, something like three three
- 45:21Speaker 2: something in the afternoon, and uh they verified that it
- 45:25Speaker 2: was two seven sixty six was sold to Ahdel. How
- 45:28Speaker 2: does that happen with the film on its way to
- 45:32Speaker 2: Washington with an FBI agent anyway? So okay, but during
- 45:37Speaker 2: his testimony he ident can identify the box and if
- 45:40Speaker 2: I'm the deaf. If I'm the defense attorney, I'm saying you,
- 45:43Speaker 2: oh yeah, you can identify the box. How do you
- 45:45Speaker 2: know the How do you know the film is the
- 45:47Speaker 2: film that you saw that night? How do you know
- 45:50Speaker 2: it's the same film?
- 45:51Speaker 4: Right?
- 45:51Speaker 2: So the FBI had had their own matter of fact,
- 45:54Speaker 2: they had copies made of it. Why would they have
- 45:56Speaker 2: copies made if they made a copy of it and
- 45:59Speaker 2: they sent it back Declines because the according to Clines,
- 46:03Speaker 2: he said he called the FBI complained that the Dog
- 46:06Speaker 2: Committee was after his ass for for uh mailing it
- 46:12Speaker 2: mail order weapons. They want to investigate him, and he
- 46:18Speaker 2: needed that record because that had not only that purchase,
- 46:21Speaker 2: it had other purchases on it. So they wanted to
- 46:23Speaker 2: see it, and he didn't have the record, So the
- 46:25Speaker 2: FBI had to make a copy. How about if the
- 46:27Speaker 2: FBI altered that record and then turned around and made
- 46:29Speaker 2: the copy for him? I didn't. How do you know
- 46:35Speaker 2: the FBI didn't. You're dealing with You're dealing with people
- 46:38Speaker 2: who and the FBI had lied in their tests and
- 46:42Speaker 2: their reports. Because I've got video evidence of the the
- 46:50Speaker 2: witnesses saying I told the FBI this, and then the
- 46:53Speaker 2: FBI reports. There's something different that's on my website too.
- 46:57Speaker 4: And we've run into reports just from like the John T.
- 47:03Speaker 4: Martin film and the and the Doyle film where they
- 47:05Speaker 4: captured Oswald on film on Canal Street in New Orleans,
- 47:09Speaker 4: where they turned their they turned their films over to
- 47:11Speaker 4: the FBI and then get back uh changed versions of
- 47:15Speaker 4: the film that they gave the FBI, like misten some stuff.
- 47:19Speaker 4: You know. So the fact that the FBI would alter
- 47:24Speaker 4: a film or or micro film is not out of
- 47:28Speaker 4: the room with possibility or does order form or we're
- 47:32Speaker 4: an order form much.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Harder to do a film.
- 47:36Speaker 2: The light on their reports about what the witnesses said,
- 47:39Speaker 2: the intimidated witnesses, they threatened witnesses Orris pine Uh not
- 47:44Speaker 2: Ooris Pena. The other guy did the uh uh Yeah
- 47:47Speaker 2: it was Oris Pinia. He said that the Brewis threatened
- 47:50Speaker 2: to kill him. Yeah. So I mean if he said,
- 47:54Speaker 2: if he said anything to the Warring Commission about him
- 47:57Speaker 2: being with Oswald, he was going to kill him. So,
- 47:59Speaker 2: I mean the FBI was really doing some shady stuff
- 48:03Speaker 2: back then, and so to think that they would alter evidence,
- 48:06Speaker 2: of course they would. If Hoover said, this is what happened.
- 48:10Speaker 2: This is what happened, and that's what they did. They
- 48:13Speaker 2: arrested the wrong guy for a crime he didn't commit.
- 48:16Speaker 2: Then they turned around and they tailor made the evidence
- 48:19Speaker 2: to match their theory. That's what happened here. And hey,
- 48:24Speaker 2: they've done it before. Henry Wade arrested people before that
- 48:27Speaker 2: were the wrong people. Nineteen people that I know of,
- 48:32Speaker 2: nineteen people cases that were overturned on DNA evidence because
- 48:36Speaker 2: Henry Wade arrested the wrong guy.
- 48:40Speaker 7: Wow.
- 48:42Speaker 2: He even sent an innocent man to the electric chair.
- 48:45Speaker 2: And in one case he had he had evidence of
- 48:49Speaker 2: This was in a murder case. I think it was.
- 48:51Speaker 2: He had evidence in a murder case where the tire
- 48:54Speaker 2: tracks of the perpetrated did not match the tire tracks
- 48:57Speaker 2: of the man he had accused, and he knew that
- 49:00Speaker 2: and he hid that from the defense and he let
- 49:03Speaker 2: the guy get convicted. I mean, this is these people,
- 49:07Speaker 2: these people with snakes. Yeah, we really were.
- 49:11Speaker 4: Real quick. Thank you Colleen and Brandon for the super chats.
- 49:14Speaker 4: Much appreciated. Wow, thank you, thank you so much, guys.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Rock Yeah and uh yeah, I have a couple comments
- 49:25Speaker 1: I started. I can answer this for you. Mike. Why
- 49:29Speaker 1: does the bottom forty inch rifle look shorter than the
- 49:31Speaker 1: thirty six inch in that picture. Joe, it's because I
- 49:35Speaker 1: cropped it into My power points are not to scale,
- 49:43Speaker 1: but jo opto economist, only the thirty six inch model
- 49:48Speaker 1: came scoped, not the forty inch.
- 49:51Speaker 2: That's a good point, and he speak, yeah, that's a
- 49:54Speaker 2: good point. You know that they found that out during
- 49:56Speaker 2: the House of Like committee and assassinations. They found out
- 50:00Speaker 2: they finally got the guy who actually did the scope
- 50:02Speaker 2: on the rifle, and they found out that they did
- 50:05Speaker 2: not They did not mount the scope. Clients did not
- 50:08Speaker 2: mount the scope on a forty inch rifle. Only the
- 50:10Speaker 2: thirty six came into scope you could order.
- 50:13Speaker 1: There is no order receipt or anything for an extra
- 50:17Speaker 1: ordered scope.
- 50:18Speaker 7: No, and.
- 50:23Speaker 2: They did not put the scope on the forty inch rifle.
- 50:26Speaker 2: As a matter of fact, if you read the testimony
- 50:28Speaker 2: of Robert Frasier during the Warring Commission, he tells the
- 50:31Speaker 2: Warring Commission that they ordered a duplicate rifle to match
- 50:37Speaker 2: the one that they found on the sixth floor, and
- 50:40Speaker 2: they had to tell Cleins where to put the scope.
- 50:44Speaker 2: They had to tell them it had to be so
- 50:46Speaker 2: many inches from here so many interest from that, and
- 50:48Speaker 2: they had to tell clients where to put the scope
- 50:50Speaker 2: because Clins never did that on a forty inch. So
- 50:55Speaker 2: that that just goes to prove that what the guy
- 50:58Speaker 2: said about them not mountain the forty the scope on
- 51:01Speaker 2: the forty inch, that was the truth.
- 51:03Speaker 1: We have a I told you we have a very
- 51:05Speaker 1: uh smart chat here and Kat Taddy Steve, Hey, how
- 51:09Speaker 1: are you sir?
- 51:10Speaker 7: Uh?
- 51:10Speaker 1: He says, full length Carkano has the under butt sling.
- 51:14Speaker 1: The short carbine has the through butt sling.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Well, there were two, two different slings. If you look
- 51:24Speaker 2: at the backyard photograph, that rifle has has bottom slings.
- 51:29Speaker 2: That has a bottom sling. Month that the one on
- 51:32Speaker 2: the sixth floor I had side sling. Mother, So there's two.
- 51:36Speaker 2: They're two different rifles. They're not the same rifle. And
- 51:41Speaker 2: so like I said, like I was saying, before they
- 51:43Speaker 2: could he could have borrowed somebody who's's rifle to do
- 51:46Speaker 2: those backyard photographs. Yeah, problem is a problem. The hunter
- 51:51Speaker 2: of fascist ha ha, you know what I mean? It
- 51:54Speaker 2: was all a big joke.
- 51:55Speaker 4: If that was his body, yeah, well there's a there's
- 51:59Speaker 4: head on somebody does his body?
- 52:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's what they claim he said, But who
- 52:03Speaker 2: knows what he said. Who knows what he said during
- 52:05Speaker 2: the interrogation. You can't go by what the cops are saying,
- 52:09Speaker 2: because the cops are going to lie through their tique.
- 52:10Speaker 2: They're trying. They're trying to build the case against the guy.
- 52:14Speaker 2: They're trying because they're gonna get sued if they find
- 52:16Speaker 2: out they arrested the wrong guy.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Yeah, and one last thing, I uh starred mister James Smith,
- 52:25Speaker 1: also a very smart member of her chat said, pointed
- 52:28Speaker 1: out the ad misidentified the Fortymes rifle also as a
- 52:31Speaker 1: quote Carpine the the d I had showed before, so hmm.
- 52:40Speaker 4: And also, James, I'll blame Joe for the spelling of
- 52:43Speaker 4: ordinance in the title.
- 52:49Speaker 1: I don't make the titles, ladies.
- 52:51Speaker 4: I make the titles. I made a mistake. I apologize
- 52:57Speaker 4: any uh uh. Yeah, thank you James for pointing that out.
- 53:02Speaker 1: We all make mistakes, mist Glad. If you tune into
- 53:06Speaker 1: our members only on Wednesday, you will hear me spend
- 53:09Speaker 1: a good ten minutes on the cuckoo lineup from last year. Yeah,
- 53:17Speaker 1: which Rob got a big kickout.
- 53:19Speaker 4: I couldn't stop laughing for like three minutes. You know,
- 53:22Speaker 4: it was funny. Gil Joe was announcing the lineup for
- 53:25Speaker 4: the conference this year in Dallas at the at the Cuckoo,
- 53:28Speaker 4: the Judy Baker Conference, and he was actually announcing the
- 53:32Speaker 4: lineup for last year's UH conference.
- 53:34Speaker 1: And they had not updated their website, Sir. Some mistakes happened,
- 53:44Speaker 1: But that's what that's.
- 53:45Speaker 2: Kind of like what I believe now. I believe that
- 53:47Speaker 2: they they framed Dodgewall because of what he did in
- 53:51Speaker 2: New Orleans and UH. I think that I think Mexico
- 53:54Speaker 2: was part of it. They they may have they had
- 53:57Speaker 2: made his reason for going to Mexico may have been
- 54:00Speaker 2: because that's where they moved the training camp. They may
- 54:03Speaker 2: have moved the training camp to Mexico and that's why
- 54:05Speaker 2: he went there. Now, that's a whole different ball of wax.
- 54:10Speaker 2: I don't really want to get into that because that's
- 54:12Speaker 2: a long story too big. Well, the CIA lied through
- 54:18Speaker 2: their teeth claiming that that guy was Oswald that they
- 54:22Speaker 2: took a picture of and and that the guy on
- 54:24Speaker 2: the phone was Oswald, and the FBI said that wasn't him.
- 54:27Speaker 2: I mean, they have to be the secret between the
- 54:31Speaker 2: between the CIA and the anti Castro, Cubans man. They
- 54:34Speaker 2: were trying to pin this on Castro something awful, and
- 54:37Speaker 2: I believe that's that was the plan, that was the
- 54:40Speaker 2: original plan, And this came, this came, This came right
- 54:44Speaker 2: out of Operation Northwoods. That's where this came from. That's
- 54:48Speaker 2: where it originated from. But they're gonna kill the president,
- 54:53Speaker 2: blame it on Castro, and we're gonna go in and
- 54:55Speaker 2: we're gonna we're gonna take Castro out. Finally, That's what
- 54:59Speaker 2: I think happened. They were because during the first the
- 55:03Speaker 2: first Bay of Pigs, the first invasion of Cuba, Castro
- 55:06Speaker 2: was supposed to be dead before those guys at the beach.
- 55:09Speaker 2: He was supposed to be dead and they failed to
- 55:12Speaker 2: kill him and so he eurraaledies troops and the rest
- 55:17Speaker 2: is history. But he was supposed to be dead before that.
- 55:19Speaker 2: I think this time second invasion of Cuba, that they
- 55:22Speaker 2: were using the cover for this time JFK was going
- 55:24Speaker 2: to be the target. It wasn't going to be. I
- 55:27Speaker 2: think they even advertised it that they put out a
- 55:31Speaker 2: statement the it was a group in South Carolina, the
- 55:39Speaker 2: UH some fort down there that they were working the
- 55:42Speaker 2: cruise the Cubans the anti Castro Cubans. They said, from
- 55:46Speaker 2: now on, all of the energies that were being used
- 55:50Speaker 2: against Castro are now going to be used against the
- 55:52Speaker 2: American government. And Fort Jackson Commandos that's who they were.
- 55:57Speaker 2: They were called the Fort Jackson Commandos Fort Jackson, South
- 55:59Speaker 2: Carolin that's where they were stationed, and they were gonna
- 56:03Speaker 2: turn against the US government, meaning Kennedy. And I think
- 56:06Speaker 2: that's what happened here. I think that the plan to
- 56:08Speaker 2: kill Castro was switched over. Now, the latest file dump
- 56:16Speaker 2: that we've seen, there's nothing really there that's earth shattering.
- 56:20Speaker 2: I mean, there's a couple of good things, like the
- 56:22Speaker 2: Slessinger memo and the fact that the CIA was watching
- 56:26Speaker 2: Oswald way earlier than they said they were. And the
- 56:28Speaker 2: reason why they think they were was because he was
- 56:30Speaker 2: a source. He was the originally CIA. He was originally
- 56:33Speaker 2: a CIA source. That's why they sent them to Russia.
- 56:37Speaker 2: But I think in the summer of sixties when he
- 56:39Speaker 2: came back, he agreed to the to the FBI to
- 56:42Speaker 2: be an informant. Now, he never provided them with any
- 56:45Speaker 2: information that we know of, But I think in the
- 56:47Speaker 2: summer of sixty three, after he left the coffee place there. Yeah, yeah,
- 56:56Speaker 2: that you know that guy that owned that company was
- 56:58Speaker 2: a right wing extremist, that he was a financial backer
- 57:03Speaker 2: of all the of all the right wing causes, including
- 57:09Speaker 2: the anti Castro Cubans. And when you take a look
- 57:16Speaker 2: at this case, there were there were full warnings from
- 57:20Speaker 2: every everywhere. Everybody knew this was coming. This was a
- 57:24Speaker 2: people say, how can you keep a conspiracy like this
- 57:27Speaker 2: a secret? It wasn't a secret. Everybody knew it was coming.
- 57:30Speaker 2: There were people that were picking up codes in the
- 57:32Speaker 2: military that this was going to happen. There were people
- 57:36Speaker 2: that were that knew ahead of time that this was
- 57:39Speaker 2: going to happen. One guy went in nineteen sixty one.
- 57:43Speaker 2: He went to Dallas. This guy, he ended up committing
- 57:46Speaker 2: suicide in sixty three. He went to Dallas in nineteen
- 57:49Speaker 2: sixty one. He was from California. And when he went
- 57:51Speaker 2: back to California, his wife asked him he went to
- 57:55Speaker 2: Dallas for something. I forget what it was. He said,
- 57:57Speaker 2: if Kennedy ever goes to Dallas, they'll kill him. That
- 58:00Speaker 2: he's in nineteen sixty one. You know, and if you
- 58:03Speaker 2: want to read or if you listen, as a fewers
- 58:07Speaker 2: want to here's something really really scary. Listen to the
- 58:12Speaker 2: speech from revel O p Oliver called they shall not
- 58:18Speaker 2: be they shall not go unpunished. It's a nineteen sixty
- 58:22Speaker 2: one speech that he gave to the National Indignation Commit
- 58:25Speaker 2: Convention in Dallas in nineteen sixty one. Listen to this,
- 58:29Speaker 2: and he talks about the Kennedys and how they are
- 58:32Speaker 2: treason is and they can't they should not go unpunished.
- 58:35Speaker 2: And you know, look at all the billboards right wanted
- 58:38Speaker 2: for treason. Welcome to Dallas, mister Kennedy, not President Kennedy,
- 58:42Speaker 2: Mister Kennedy. They didn't even recognize him as a president,
- 58:45Speaker 2: and listing all these things that he that they've had
- 58:47Speaker 2: a beef with him about. I mean, this was a
- 58:50Speaker 2: dangerous place for him to go. He never never from
- 58:53Speaker 2: the Secret Service, from a security standpoint, I've added security
- 58:56Speaker 2: and police experience, never should have gone there in an
- 58:59Speaker 2: open cups. They should have taken him. If anything, they
- 59:02Speaker 2: should have taken him by helicopter. He never should have
- 59:04Speaker 2: gone rode through an open car to a place like that.
- 59:07Speaker 2: And then they turn around and they change the arrangements
- 59:10Speaker 2: of the motorcade just before the motorcade. People are being
- 59:13Speaker 2: told that at love Field, you're going to ride behind
- 59:16Speaker 2: the car. The General's not going to sit in the
- 59:18Speaker 2: front seat this time. He's going to be going backwards.
- 59:22Speaker 2: And Admiral Berkeley's protesting. He say, I'm supposed to ride
- 59:26Speaker 2: in the second car behind the President, and they're moving
- 59:29Speaker 2: him back. They're getting all these people out of the
- 59:31Speaker 2: line of fire so that they don't get hit, because
- 59:33Speaker 2: the Secret Service knows the shots are going to come
- 59:35Speaker 2: from the front, and that's why they're getting them out
- 59:37Speaker 2: of it. This is a setup. They're setting him up.
- 59:41Speaker 2: They're driving him into an ambush. And what happens when
- 59:43Speaker 2: the shooting starts, the driver slows the card down. If
- 59:46Speaker 2: you watch the Zappruto film, he looks back twice. The
- 59:48Speaker 2: first time he looks back, he sees that Governor Connolly's
- 59:50Speaker 2: been hit, Kennedy's grabbing his throat. He slows the car down.
- 59:54Speaker 2: That's at frame ninety four. He slows the car down
- 59:57Speaker 2: a second time, and he keeps it slowed down until
- 59:59Speaker 2: he's the President's had explode, and then he punches the
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: accelerator to get out of there. Now, he never told
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: the warrant Commission that he slowed the car down or
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: turn twice. He said he turned back, he saw it,
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: and then he stepped on the gas and took off.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: That was a lie. And the two agents in the
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: front line, this was a setup, and they knew what
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: they were doing. And nobody ever got reprimanded for this.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Nobody the agents were out drinking all night long. They
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: supposed to be gotten the president. Nobody ever got reprimanded
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: for any of this. Why they wanted him out of office.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: They were successful in what they did, and they found
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: an excuse not to punish anybody for this. It's dangerous.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: You can't do this, you can't allow this. Then the
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: only way to stop it from happening to Trump or
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: anybody else for that matter, is to expose it for
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: what it is. Some people call it a coup daytap.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: I like to think of it as a counter coup.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: I think the coup was Kennedy being elected in nineteen sixty.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: They never figured this. They figured they could control them.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Once he was in office, they found out they couldn't
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: control them. We got to get rid of this guy.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: You know what I mean that we got to get
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: rid of this guy. He's a danger to the security
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: of the country. And that's from their point. From their standpoint,
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: that's what they did. I don't forget the CIA could
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: do anything they wanted. With Eisenhower, they had Cott Blanche,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: they were overthrowing governments, they were having people assassinated. La
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Mumba in the cargo, they had him assassinated. They were
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: involved in all of this bullshit. And they were even
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: involved with the oas attempt the Gall to kill the Gall.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: And when Kennedy spoke with Gall, he said, I have
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: no control over the CIA. I can't stop them. I
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: don't know what the hell they're doing. And so he
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: had this plan to cut the CIA out, no more,
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: no more operational. The CIA is going to go back
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: to being just what it was supposed to be, gathering information,
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: gathering intelligence and no more operational to the CIA. And
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: they guess who won. It wasn't him.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: They didn't like that very much. But I got a
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: question for you to get back to the to the
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: rifle a little bit now. I know it in the
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: add that Joe threw up earlier. Joe, if you could
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: throw that up real quick again, sure the carcandos, there's
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: an option there to buy ammo. At the very bottom,
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: it's a six and a half milimeter Italian military AMMO
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: with a free six shot clip, one hundred and eight
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: rounds for seven point fifty yep.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Same thing on the top. Yep.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: We know, I guess from the order form that there
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: was no AMMO ordered with the rifle, right, And I
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: know the FBI was looking to where Oswald would have
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: got his ammo because apparently he didn't have much ammouh.
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: They never found any surplus amos as far as I know, right,
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: you were.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: They found that the only two guns the gun shop
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: owners in the Dallas area sold ammo. But they were
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: what they were doing was they were taking the military
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: jackets off them and selling them with the soft round
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: what they call it soft round, which means that they
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: took the military the uh, the copper jacket off of it. No,
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: they claimed that they never sold any ammunition to Oswald,
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: and they never sold any military ammunition. They only sold
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: the soft rounds and.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: And they were like a box with like more more
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: bullets anywhere.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: No, they never found anything like that. And the thing
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: is that the clip came with the ammunition. And if
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: you want to see the photograph of Lieutenant Day leaving
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: the Texas school Book Depository. The clip is hanging out
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: at the bottom of the rifle, right, yeah, so yeah,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: so the clip came with the ammunition and by right.
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: When he who there's six shot clip?
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: Six shot clip?
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Right, So he had three shells on the sixth floor.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: Were there three non shots in the clip or was there?
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: No?
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: There was, there was only one.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: There's one, okay, So he didn't even he didn't even
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: have a full six shot clip.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: No, he didn't have a full clip.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: No, he was so confident in the shooting abilities. Okay.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: And and they and they found and they found out
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: later on examining the shells that those shells had been
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: in another rifle. They had mockings from another rifle. So
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: whose other rifle wasn't it?
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, I thought something was up them shells, you know,
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: being like throw down shells or something like that.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Yeah, and something. I'm sorry, go ahead.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: I was just going to throw this up there because
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: I like to throw this this little bit up there
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: every once in a while, just to remind everybody about
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: something that you old Fraser said to the to the HSCA. No,
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: I didn't know that he'd been caught. But I will
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: tell you this, I knew that he hid the rifle,
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: and Moriarty says M. Rachel said he did, and I
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: said to myself, I said, oh my god, that was
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: the first thing right there on the steps. I also
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: knew that I didn't want to get pulled in, Moriarty
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: says M. Which is interesting to me, Gil because of course,
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: this is something that Fraser's denied for years about.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Yea, he says, Oswald took a package in, but it
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: was only two feet long, which we know, no matter
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: how much you break down like Karkano, it's not gonna
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: fit in that two foot package. But this is interesting
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: because he actually says, I knew he hid the rifle.
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: And you know, we always speculated how this rifle got
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: into the school depository, or how if even Oswald even
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: had it to begin with, you know, And according to
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: this quote, Fraser said that he had a rifle, and
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: apparently I had knowledge that Oswold was going to hide
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: it somewhere and implying that he didn't fire it, right,
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: he just brought it in and maybe told Fraser, look,
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: you know, I'm just gonna take it in and hide
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: it somewhere, because I've always thought Fraser has always known
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: a little bit more about the story than what he said.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: That's just my personal belief. What do you think about that?
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, I don't know if that's
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: what he really said or if that's what they claimed
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: he said. It's a quote, right, it is it is
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: because what it says is that Fraser knew that he
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: had a rifle, and he knew that he hit it.
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: Yeah, And so.
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: The next question would be, well, how do you know
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: what was a rifle? Number one and number two? If
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: he hit it? Why didn't you tell somebody if you
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: hit it, knew.
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: It wasn't a two foot package? Because I always said, look,
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: you know, these are country boys from Texas, Gill. You
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: know what a rifle looks like in a rifle case.
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: You know what a rifle looks like in a rifle bag.
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: You know what a rifle looks like, you know, in
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: a leather case. You know what a rifle looks like
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: in a paper bag. They're that familiar. I mean, Fraser
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: owns rifles. They went deer Honting. Oswald grew up in Texas.
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: You know, I'm sure he's no stranger to you know, rifles,
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: and Fraser wasn't either. He had to know what was
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: in that package. And I'm damn sure it wasn't two
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: foot long. It's it's just it's interesting that, you know,
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: if Oswald did take it, did take a rifle into
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: the school bok depository and hit up on the sixth floor,
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: then of course after everything went down, then you know,
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: of course he would have realized immediately ole ship. Uh
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: you know, time to time to figure or something out here,
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: you know.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Yeah. But see the thing is, if he brought it
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: into the building, they would have they would have found
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: the package that he brought it in.
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: M hm. Well they allegedly did, but.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: That package, that package was made by the police. That
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: package was that package never contained the rifle.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: Right right, But they said they found a bag repository.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: But see they said a lot of things too. So
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: maybe maybe what they're saying about Fraser isn't true. Maybe
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: maybe what maybe what Fraser didn't maybe Fraser didn't say that.
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: But see you remember now, Gil, the rifles ordered under
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: the name A. J. Hadel correct allegedly yep Okay who
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: is allegedly a pro castro supporter who was allegedly in
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: the Fair Play for Cuba committee in New Orleans. Right,
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: So maybe Oswald thinks, well, you know, I had this
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: rifle in here. It's gonna get blamed on a pro
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: Castro supporter and it can't he traced back to him.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: Maybe that's what he's thinking in his brain. Of course,
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: you know, it could all It could also all be
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: a setup as well that he may be aware of.
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: And you know, they tell him, look, you know it
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: can't be you know, come back on you. It's it
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: can be attributed to a procasher supporter. And maybe they
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: told him, you know, look, we're not going to kill
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: the guy, We're just going to fire a few bullets
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: at him and scare him into, ah, you know, possibly
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: doing something about Cuba. I don't know, I'm just I'm
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: just spitballing here.
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: The problem, the problem with that idea is that aj
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Hidel could never have received that rifle at box two
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: nine one five in Dallas because his name was never
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: on the third pot. He was never authorized to receive
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: mail at that post office box. Aj Hidel, Now, the
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: FBI knew that. When they checked, they checked, they found
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: the third pot of the uh of the mail mailbox
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: application and he found out that he was not authorized
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: to receive mail. So by right by, by post office law,
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: by the post office rules, that rifle should have been
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: returned to clients, right return, Yeah, somebody picked it up.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Well if it was there at all, right, it was
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: noman if it was there. But if this rifle was
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: was was was they got this rifle through Interramco without
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: going through a through a purchase, then we can make
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: the paperwork up later. Right, we can call my buddy
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: at Cleins and he can uh, he can make me
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: up some paperwork.
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: Right, m Yeah, it's man, it's all interesting to think
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: about it, it is.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: But the thing is, rob if if Oswald was guilty,
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: a whole bunch of stuff would have been true, a
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: lot of stuff. And I listed this uh on a
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: post I made at the end at the education for
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: him a long time ago. But there was like forty
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: seven different things that would be true if Oswall was guilty.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: One of the things is that the rifle found on
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: the sixth floor would have been thirty six inches. That's
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: one of the things, Okay, that that if Oswald was guilty,
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: that that would have been true. And there, and there
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: were a lot of things that would have been true
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: if Oswald was guilty that were not true. So now
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: there's a good that's a good point too, that that
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: Fraser trade changed his story, and over the years it
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: changed multiple times. That's a so you question his credibility.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: But he was the guy that was with Oswald that morning,
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: and he said, I've got a video of Fraser that
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: he says there was no gun in that package. That's
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: what he says, there was no gun.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: In that he said a lot of over the years.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: I mean, you know, well, you know. The thing is too,
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: he was nineteen years old at the time. He had
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: him scared shit, they had they had his three ZHO
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: three n field. Who knows what they were going to
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: do with that. They could have made that part of
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: of the uh of the story.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: Who knows they in the middle of that.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: I yeah, I mean, and then they take them back
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: to the This is after he's been questioned by the police.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: They turn around, they pick him up, the everything, police
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: pick him up and bring him back to Dallas. I mean,
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: you're nineteen years old, the same thing, with the same
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: thing with the black guys. What are they going to say?
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: They're gonna say whatever the police want him to say.
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: You know, James Johnman says he hears three shots in
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: equally spaced. Everybody else says that they're not equally spaced.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: There's a bang and then a pause and then a
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: bang bang, and that's that's just too fast for one
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: guy to fire off that that kind of shot.
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: So you of rest Fraser too, is being an accomplice.
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: And then they gave him a high detective test and
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: he passed it and they let him go. Well, we
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: don't have that result.
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: They had he according to Fraser. Now, he claims that
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: Captain Fritz putting a confession in front of him and
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: wanted him to sign it, and he refused to and
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: Fraser and Fritz brought his hand back like he was
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: gonna pop them one. The kid said, you hit me,
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: I'll nail you, and I'm gonna get a couple of
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: good licks in before your guys get in this office,
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: so you better make sure you know what you're doing.
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: He was gonna punch a bag of nineteen year old kid,
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: I mean an old man like that, he would have
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: broke his nose. So, I mean, so uh, they were
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: they were doing everything they could to get these guys
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: to confess to something that they weren't even guilty of.
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah, lots of tricks, you know that. I mean,
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: I think they're Their conviction rate was way out of proportion.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: You know, well, the conviction rate was ninety three. The
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Dallas defense lawyers used to call them, refer to themselves
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: as the seven percent club because they said deably one
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: seven percent of the cases.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: Yeah, sounds about right.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: Yeah, But that's the way they did it in the South.
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: That's the way the justice system worked in the South.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: It didn't matter whether or not you were guilty. If
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: you were arrested, you were guilty, and then they'll fit that,
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: they'll fit the evidence to that later. But if they
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: arrested you, you were guilty. And once they arrested him
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: in the Texas theater, he was done right, Yeah, Marina said.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: When she went to visit him, she could see it
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: in his eyes. He toldally, he said, Oh, everything's going
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: to work out, all right. She could tell he was scared.
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: And even at the at the midnight press conference, if
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: you listen to what he says and they asked him,
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: did you kill the president? And his voice breaks, he
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: says no. When first thing I heard about that is
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: when the reporters in the hall and his voice breaks
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: when the president the hall asked me that question.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, you could see the oh shit moment, right, and
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: when the reporter says you haven't charged, it's very obvious. Yeah,
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: Well tries to keep him his composure, but you could.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: Tell technical technically the paperwork had been filled out on it,
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: but he hadn't been told by the judge yet that
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: he was being charge. So that's why he said, no,
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: I have not been charged with that. Nobody has said
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: that to me yet. Yes, he hadn't been arraigned yet.
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: He wasn't arraigned for another hour, hour and a half
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: and he was arraigned by a Justice of the peace.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: That's short and sweet hearing, I believe, he said.
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: Yeah, a short and sweet hearing where I objected that
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: I was not allowed legal representation. They denied him and
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: lawyer they when the ACLU wanted to see him, they
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: dissuaded them from seeing him.
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Well, I also heard that he was being kind of
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: picky with his lawyers too, and didn't accept like the
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: first lawyer that came to him type of thing.
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: Well, he says that he presented from the A c. L.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: You did come and see him that Saturday, and you
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: know we have the whole No.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: They went to the police station on Friday. They went
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: to a police station on Saturday, and they were dissuaded
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: from seeing him. They said they were told that he
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: didn't want a lawyer. Yeah, first they told the first
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: they said he didn't want a lawyer. Then they sent
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: around and told him that he was offered one and
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: refused it. Two different stories. So they were suspicious. But
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: you see, they had no balls, the ACLU and Dallas
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: had no balls, and they were afraid of the police,
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: so they didn't want to push the issue. And what
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: they should have done is they should have said, look, Pal,
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: I don't care if he doesn't want to I don't
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: care if he wants to see Santa Claus. I want
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: to see him now, period. That's it. But they didn't.
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: They didn't have the they didn't have the guts to
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: do that, and every defense lawyer in Dallas didn't want
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: to represent him. He couldn't get when Nichols from the
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: Dallas Bar went to see him. He couldn't get anybody
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: from the criminal bar to go with him. There were
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: two different bar associations in Dallas. There was the Dallas
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Criminal Bar and there was the Dallas Bar Association. The
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: Dallas Bar Association only handled civil cases and cases like that.
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: No criminal, the guy that went and seeing him was
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: not a criminal lawyer. He couldn't get any criminal lawyer
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: to go with him. Nobody wanted to defend Oswald. They
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: all hated him. People weren't real here. They kill him.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, don't really blame a lawyer for, you know,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: not wanting to get involved in that mess either, you know.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: And and if you're a lawyer, you're a local lawyer, Joe,
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: and you know how the DA works. You don't have
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: a chance in this case. You know, you're you're you're screwed.
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: There's no way you're going to win it.
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: The only thing the only thing you to do is
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: haven't plead guilty and throw hisself on the mercy of
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: the court and hope he doesn't get the death penalty.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Yeah, kind of like Ruby situation. And his lawyers are
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: a whole other rabbit hole.
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: Oh that's crazy. Yeah, the stories they came up with,
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, we did.
- 1:17:40Speaker 8: Uh, we did an episode on some of the MK
- 1:17:42Speaker 8: ultra stuff and Jolly West and and uh also we've
- 1:17:46Speaker 8: explored some of the right wing and like Autioner and
- 1:17:50Speaker 8: a lot of big people that also had like big
- 1:17:53Speaker 8: right wing.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: Beliefs at that time. But a couple of a couple
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: of comments, I wanted to just starve really quickly and
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: get our thoughts on Kat Eddy Steve. I think an
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: office manager at TSBD had a thirty six and twenty
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: two rifle in the building on the twenty second No,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: I think he's talking about Craster. Is that Warren Craft?
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: Yeah, cast, Yeah, he brought twenty on the twentieth.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: You're correct, two days the Wednesday, of course. So I
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: just wanted to do that. Scott asked, uh, Rob, where
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: did that phraser quote come from the HSCA question mark?
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: And I think you said that, yes, cool. And one
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: more thing from Kat Teddy Steve. The quote paper DPD
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: made into a bag was handled by Lee because it's
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: his freaking job to use that paper roll at the
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: loading dock each day. So it's not necessarily it's not true.
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: Oswell OS will never shipped OS will never shipped the
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: Troy Web special rap exactly that's right. Troy West was
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: the shipping guy. Oswald never went near the shipping room.
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: He was he was. All he was doing was a filler, right.
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: He was an order filler killer, Ye, filler. And I
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: think a jobman was the order chapel. He would check
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: their work after. Yeah.
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: So so let me ask you this November twenty first,
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: the day before the assassination. What in Dallas, what if
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: any guns do you think Oswald had? Did he have
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: a handgun? Did he maybe have a gun at Ruth Paints.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: I'm just throwing out the options. I want to get
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: your thoughts.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Well, you could, you could. There's all kinds of all
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: kinds of theories on that because one woman told the
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: FBI that she saw Jack Ruby in front of the
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: Texas school Book Depository hand to Oswald a gun as
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: he was leaving. Now, I don't think it was Ruby.
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: I think it was somebody looked like Ruby. There was
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: a guy there that that resembled Ruby, but it wasn't Ruby.
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: But he handed the Oswald the handgun.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Yeah, we know he was at the Dallas Morgan news
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: from many people.
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: Right, and there's witnesses that say he was there. So
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: it wasn't Oswald. I'm sorry it wasn't Ruby, but it was.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: It was somebody in a suit that could have passed
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: for him. He handed him a handgun. So did he
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: have a gun at all? I don't know, I don't
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: know who knows.
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: Do you think he went back to get his pistol
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: at Beckley?
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: No?
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: No, of course, of course it doesn't make sense. If
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: you're playing to assassite the president, why not take your
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: handgun with you to work that day?
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: Right?
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: Didn't order?
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: Why not? Why not? Why not just step off the
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: curb and and shoot him point blank with the handgun? Yeah,
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: if you want to kill him, doesn't that make more sense?
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: I mean, the three successful presidential assassinations prior were all
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: committed with handguns. All three assailants that shot the president
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: as he was standing or walking or standing still. He
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: wasn't moving at eleven miles an hour or whatever it
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: was he was going. He was going, But he could
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: have stepped off the curb and with a handgun and
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: bang right there. So what if the motorcycle cops hit
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: him or grab him or something? Who gures the presidential
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: assassins are never afraid of losing their life they expect to, right,
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: you know, they expect to get killed when they were
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: willing to give their life to get the president. So,
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: I mean, it does doesn't make sense. I know, I
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: don't think so. I think maybe maybe he wanted to
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: catch a bus. That's why he was an ARI, because
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: he was seen standing out by the bus stop after
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: the by the housekeeper. By the housekeeper, she saw him
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: out at the bus stop. Maybe he was trying to
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: he was an ARI to catch the bus.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: Who knows he wasn't hurried to get the tenth and
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: patent If he's waiting at the bus stop, that's true.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean the bus was going the opposite way,
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: so I don't think he was. I don't think he
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: was there. I mean, come on, he had thirteen dollars
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: and eighty seven cents in his pocket when he was arrested,
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: and you're telling me he's gonna he's gonna draw attention
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: to himself and beat the Texas Theater out of a
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: ninety cent ticket. Come on, he would have paid his
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: way in, made it look like he was a paying customer.
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: I mean, it's just the whole story is just ridiculous.
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: So when he when he supposedly ordered this pistol from
- 1:22:34Speaker 4: Seaport Traders. He did not order a holster for it, right.
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: Right, He crossed it out.
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: He had written it in animal when they started the room, right.
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: Well, I mean, you know, like we were talking about
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: if he had borrowed the weapons to just to do
- 1:22:53Speaker 2: the backout photograph, maybe he borrowed the holster too, and
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: he just didn't give it back.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: Right, Right, So we're talking to out the holster, not
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: really matching up, not ordering it.
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: We're talking about him in the backyard photos again, but
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: again if it is him, right.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Yeah, the strap is not really the same, and of
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: course the barrel is different too, and there's just so
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: many anomalies when it comes to that. It's crazy.
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: Yeah, there's a ton of these surplus rifles floating around
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: back then, you know, for as cheap as they were
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: you know, mail order. Yeah, I mean, I think, I.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: Think Gil you went through the whole process of tracking
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: the shipment right that was allegedly tied to the carcano.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: It came to what was it, Italy to England, and
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: then there's this whole thing of whether made in Italy
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: was scratched off or on there I'm not exactly sure.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: Maybe you explain that.
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: Well, this is this is what they said and uh
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: that h uh interram Co didn't handle any guns that
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: were mapped made in Italy. Now, the the the shipping
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: papers coming from Italy to the United States did not
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: have the uh, the great numbers, the cotton numbers on
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: them and uh and they didn't have the serial numbers
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: of the rifle. So the first time the rifle appears
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: is on the record is when it I think it
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: gets to uh New York. I think that's when it
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: first appears and company, or I think when it gets
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: to cres in Arms is the first time that it's
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: that it's uh that they actually list the cotton number.
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: And I think that that's uh.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: I think I'm bringing it up right here.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: It's bringing yeah, see your website all of this. Yeah,
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: all of this is all of this is undated. This
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: information every time they show two seven six six, it's undated.
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: C Two seven sixty six. It's undated. But I think
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: it's uh, I don't know if it's it's before that
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: I think on my on that page, but uh, this
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: is this is where they they check off all the
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: cottons down this shipment, but they don't check off three
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: three seven six. Now three three seven six was the
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: cotton number of the cotton that contained the rifles C
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: two seven sixty six. They don't check that off. I
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: don't know if it was added after the fact or uh.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: Right, So what you're referring to right here is all
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: the numbers have a check mark above.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: Them, right, All of them have been verified.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: Except for the one highlighted in blue.
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: Three three three three seven six, And that's the that's
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: the one that was uh, that contained the C two
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: seven sixty six rifle. So why isn't that one checked off?
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: They were supposed to be. Uh, there was supposed to
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: be ten ten cottons and that one's not checked off.
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: Now they may have been, they may have forgotten to
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: do it or yeah, or they may have added it
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: on later. And I don't know, but I think if
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: you go up a little bit further, I M going
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: to find them for each It was something like the
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: three dollars a piece or something.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: It's sitting on that Joe, go back down real quick. Sorry,
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: you just had to blow it up there.
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: Fifty one hundred cases, right, the price part.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: Okay, okay, so eight fifteen each and the I'm just
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: gonna bring I'm just going to look back at the order.
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: Thing twelve for twelve bucks, twelve eighty eight.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: And nineteen ninety five, two different ones. Right, So they're
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: making a decent profit there, which is fine. They're buying
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: in bulk, you know whatever, one hundred cases. So and
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: the date on this we think is seven February seven
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: sixty three birthday. Whoa yeah, whoa whoah. And I think
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: this here is uh yeah.
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: Those are all the rifles that Rupp took out to
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: get ready to be set to clients. Wow.
- 1:27:35Speaker 4: Wow, didn't Cressen Firearms like rework all these shitty rifles
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: and make sure they all show this is the.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: Guy that did it. This guy up, he's the one
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: who did it for him. Fred Ruppy.
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Frevruck was a federally federally licensed gun dealer who
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: had a contract with cress and Firearms to pick up
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: rifles at the Harbor Side warehouse and inspect, clean, touch fire, repack,
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: and ship them to Crescents retail customers. Client's purchase order
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: of January fifteenth, nineteen sixty two requested that four hundred
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: model ninety one TS rifles in quotations thirty six in
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: troops specials be delivered and it's just so great.
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: It's I don't have money you made off per rifle,
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: like reworking it.
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: Well yeah, I mean, and they're reworking AMMO too. I
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: mean not them particularly, but you know everyone's making money
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: on this.
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: Just the level of detail you have gone in into,
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: like the chain of custody of these of this shipment
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: of rifles. And I also want to bring something else
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: up here, let's see, and it has something to do
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: with the markings on the barrel. Actually, you know what,
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: let me ask you this, what do you think of
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: of course the famous question what was actually found on
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: the sixth floor, because we know there were many allegations
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: of a seven point sixty five Mauser. Of course, Roger
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: Craig on the right side here, I think this is
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: from your site or that forum. Is the November twenty second,
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: fifty three statement of Deputy Boone who also says it
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: was a seven point sixty five Mauser with a telescopic sight.
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: And yeah, this is some of the pictures of the
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: Mauser and where the seven six' five would have been
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: stamped right? Now would the scope cover the seven six'?
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: Five marker i've. HEARD that i don't know that maybe
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: because it had a scope, on it it would have
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: been hard to tell that it was a seven point
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: sixty five miles or if the scope was covering it something.
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: I'VE heard i. DON'T know i, Don't KNOW and i
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: think this IS from i think it's from, your Site
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: the allen fifty, three photo and it's a side by
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: side With The warren commission nineteen sixty four PHOTO and
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: i guess narraw in twenty, twenty three and there seems
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: to be no white markings on the. Initial one in
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: the nineteen sixty, four version there seems to be this
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: white its iss cow caliber, you know seven point. SIXTY
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: five i believe the One in nara there is no white.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: Right now that could be a difference in, the light
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: the white ink could have. CAME off i. Don't know
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: this WAS something i came across in one of the
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: ed forum THREADS and i wanted to get your thoughts.
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: On it of sound and what do you think was
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: found in the in the? Sixth floor was It? A
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: mauser was It?
- 1:31:05Speaker 5: The?
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: CARCANO well i mean you can.
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: Make it you can make a case for. The, mauser,
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: okay Yeah Because simoul weisman found a seven point sixty
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: five shell Outside the Texas School book depository and uh
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: put it in an envelope and. It disappeared it's one
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: of those pieces of evidence. That disappeared all it says
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: on the envelope is seven point sixty, five shell but
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: the shell. Itself disappeared now that might have been what
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: drove him to to make the error that identifying the
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: rifle as a seven point Sixty. Five Mauser but boone
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: also said it was a seven point Sixty. Five Mauser
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: roger craig also said it was a seven point Sixty.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: Five mausa they Claimed that fritz was the one who
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: said it was a seven point Sixty five mausa and
- 1:31:58Speaker 2: he read it right on there and even points the
- 1:32:01Speaker 2: claimed it. If right weizman when he, identified it he
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: pointed right to it, and, say yeh see seven point Sixty.
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: Five mausa so was more than one rifle found In
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: the Texas School. Book depository that's. The question some people
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: think that that they just made, a mistake that the
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: seven point Sixty five Mauser was they mistook the six
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: point five for the seven point Sixty. Five mauser but it's.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: CLEARLY mocked, i mean here you have law. Enforcement officers
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: they can't tell one caliber. From another they can't tell
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: one different one rifle. From another they claimed that the
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: shells founded the scene Of the tipper murder case with
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: thirty thirty, eight automatics and in fact they were thirty.
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: Eight specials they claimed that the guy that fled the
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: scene was had a thirty, automatic pistol but it ends
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: up he has. A revolver, these cops they can't get.
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: ANYTHING right i don't. Understand it IT'S just i think
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: that you can make a case for seven point sixty.
- 1:33:07Speaker 2: Five miles and now the interesting thing about this is
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: we were talking earlier about the guy who brought the
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: two rifles In, on Wednesday. Larren cast one of his
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: rifles was a thirty, odd six and one of the
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: one of the rifles back then that they were converting
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: to thirty odd six Was the argentine seven point Sixty.
- 1:33:31Speaker 2: Five mauser this, is interesting and it's a very very.
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: Accurate rifle it's not like The manlic a. Co cando
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: this is This thing i've seen a guy. FIRE one
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: i think it was an eighteen ninety one seven point
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: Sixty Five. Argentine mauser you're watch him. On YouTube this.
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: Guy hits they got like bells set up like two
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: hundred three hundred yards.
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: And this guy.
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: Hit right, oh man he hits the bell and he.
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: Had pain guy is it and you hear bang when
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: it hits.
- 1:34:03Speaker 6: The.
- 1:34:03Speaker 2: Bell bang he's. Not Missing and i'm, saying myself this thing,
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: is unbelievable the performance of. This thing and there's another
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: document where the one of the, DETECTIVE sergeants i think
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: the one that claimed it was a thirty eight automatic
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: show if you get the, sergeant's, name, now yeah it
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: was at the tip. AND murders I can't i can't remember,
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: his name but he, Claims no westbrook was. A captain
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: he claims that the rifle found in the building Was an.
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: Argentine Rifle so i'm saying, to myself now, you're saying
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: you're putting all of, this together and maybe this Is
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: an argentine seven point sixty five miles that might have
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: been found in the building. As well but if, it
- 1:34:49Speaker 2: were if, it were then it was a pretty. ACCURATE rifle.
- 1:35:00Speaker 4: I seen we had bart in. The comments. Bart can't, Oh,
- 1:35:03Speaker 4: hey bart let me let me find his. Comment, here
- 1:35:08Speaker 4: yeah the chat is popping.
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: Off today.
- 1:35:12Speaker 4: He says the bottom line is they cannot tie the riffle.
- 1:35:14Speaker 4: To him on a Twenty second they needed the hot del,
- 1:35:16Speaker 4: client's order which DAY the feds did not find until the.
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: Next, morning yep and they had trouble. Finding. IT uh
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: i think It. Was crescent Was it crescent that they got? The,
- 1:35:26Speaker 2: RIFLE yeah i think It was klein's got It From. Crescent.
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: Firearms yeah they couldn't find the record until later on
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: that Day. AT crescent.
- 1:35:37Speaker 4: I.
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: THINK that i think they found the Record it clines
- 1:35:39Speaker 2: before they found the Record. AT crescent i think that's
- 1:35:43Speaker 2: the way. It worked i'm, not SURE but i think
- 1:35:45Speaker 2: somebody somebody told.
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: Me that.
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: Paula Said walter cronkite said it Was a mauser for.
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: Three, days yeah they were reporting it As a mauser
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: seven point sixty, five mauser all the news were. Reporting
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: it then all of a sudden it Became A, manlica
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: Canno As walter, Karp Said malica cancanto From The italian
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: italian Village. Of concanto that's what.
- 1:36:12Speaker 4: He said, you know a good way to get another
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: rifle out of the school book depository is under that
- 1:36:17Speaker 4: big ass bag that they carried out. Of there if
- 1:36:20Speaker 4: something's in that bag holding it upright, like that you
- 1:36:23Speaker 4: know what it.
- 1:36:24Speaker 2: COULD be i thought it might be is the. Window
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: sill they took the piece of the window, sill Off the.
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: Dallas cops they removed a piece of the window sill
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: from the sixth, floor Window and i'm thinking maybe that's
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: what they used to hold that, bag up because when you're,
- 1:36:37Speaker 2: walking out that bag is like on. Its end you
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: can't carry a bag, Like that.
- 1:36:43Speaker 4: It's ridiculous something's definitely holding.
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: It, up yeah because when they when THEY the fbi got,
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: the bag there were pieces of wood inside that they,
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: couldn't Identify and i'm thinking maybe it was part of
- 1:36:53Speaker 2: that window sill That the dallas cops. Took off they
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: had taken it off to get the fingerprints and stuff.
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: On it and the guy bringing that bag OUT if
- 1:37:02Speaker 4: i FORGET where i, saw it but they zoomed in
- 1:37:05Speaker 4: on the guy's back pocket and it looks like there's,
- 1:37:07Speaker 4: a scope a rifle scoope in which. Is crazy so?
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: Who knows who knows what? These people, you know they
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: falsified all the evidence, and stuff and they screwed around.
- 1:37:20Speaker 2: With things you got other evidence where there's no there's
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: no chain. Of custody the chain of custody begins at
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: the point of discovery and his look AT c e three,
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: ninety nine it doesn't begin until it gets TO the
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: fbi Lab. In washington nobody can identify until it gets
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: TO the fabi Lab. In washington, COME on, i mean
- 1:37:41Speaker 2: the whole thing was a. Big, joke yeah they pulled,
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: it up they pulled, it off They, did yeah which
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: only proves that if you control, the evidence you can
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: get away with.
- 1:37:54Speaker 4: Murder exactly you got, that. Right man it's always a
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: pleasure to have you on. The show thank you so

- 1:40:37Speaker 2: to not bring him Down until ruby was, in position
- 1:40:40Speaker 2: that's a. Different STORY and i think that's. What happened
