- 0:00Speaker 1: It's the Marximone Show live from the woor Life Back studios.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hey with us right now, the best selling author, the
- 0:10Speaker 2: great columnist, Rumble Star and Coulter. You make me sure
- 0:14Speaker 2: you follow her on Twitter and also Substacks. You've got
- 0:17Speaker 2: interviews and columns and podcasts and videos. Just go to
- 0:20Speaker 2: Aculter dot substack dot com and now on Rumble is
- 0:25Speaker 2: an an Culter Rumble channel. Check it out. And Coulter,
- 0:28Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Fantastic? How are you? Maximone?
- 0:32Speaker 2: A little hot? But I'm good. I got a heat
- 0:35Speaker 2: wave coming here now.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Yeah, but at least you have air conditioning, unlike Europe.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Well that's true, that's true. Yeah, Paris only twenty five
- 0:44Speaker 2: percent buildings have air conditioning. It's ridiculous, but kind Hey,
- 0:50Speaker 2: this birthright citizenship decision yesterday. Now, often you question a
- 0:55Speaker 2: Supreme Court. There's no question here. This was the most
- 0:58Speaker 2: insane decision to keep birthright citizenship. If you just happened
- 1:03Speaker 2: to be born here, suddenly you're a citizen. How do
- 1:06Speaker 2: they justify this to themselves? The Supreme Court?
- 1:11Speaker 1: Yes, it was. That's what my column will be about today.
- 1:14Speaker 1: By the way, obviously I'm I'm very unhappy with it. Uh.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I mean, I think it's pretty obvious for anyone who
- 1:23Speaker 1: reads the decision. As you will see from my column,
- 1:26Speaker 1: Justice Thomas has a tour de force descent. Alitos is fantastic.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Gor Such agrees, Kavanaugh agrees. I would like to ask
- 1:37Speaker 1: all these snippy Fox News people who sneered at me
- 1:40Speaker 1: for this point for years and told me in their
- 1:44Speaker 1: bored boy so it's required by the constitut, name one
- 1:48Speaker 1: other case where you had Justice Roberts on one side
- 1:52Speaker 1: and Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the other side,
- 1:56Speaker 1: where Roberts was the one who was in the right. No,
- 1:59Speaker 1: it's never happened before. This is Obamacare reducts, except it's
- 2:04Speaker 1: it's even worse. It is such an awful decision by Roberts.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I mean, the first thing you think of is that
- 2:11Speaker 1: they got to be blackmailing, and that's what a lot
- 2:14Speaker 1: of people thought when Obamacare decision came out. I've also
- 2:18Speaker 1: heard people say, oh, he's worried about Democrats packing the
- 2:22Speaker 1: Supreme Court. Well, okay, erecked the country. You know, fight
- 2:25Speaker 1: each battle as it comes. This is an absolute disaster.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I think I'm with Trump. I think Congress should pass
- 2:32Speaker 1: a law making clear that just being born here does
- 2:35Speaker 1: not make you a citizen. The weight of the evidence
- 2:39Speaker 1: of the history Robert sites well, Thomas sites you know,
- 2:48Speaker 1: dozens of cases of laws, of letters from the Attorney General.
- 2:53Speaker 1: He goes through in ninety one pages, that it is
- 2:56Speaker 1: about being domiciled here. Domasal very important term if you're
- 3:01Speaker 1: not familiar with it. Snow birds bet are a word
- 3:03Speaker 1: at pretty fast if they're trying to claim that they
- 3:07Speaker 1: don't have to pay taxes up north because they quote
- 3:09Speaker 1: moved to Florida. And the one strongest.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Case for Robert side was this one.
- 3:15Speaker 1: You've heard a lot about long him Arc. That was
- 3:20Speaker 1: a Chinese man who was born to legally domiciled parents.
- 3:28Speaker 1: That's the idea that there was no difference between the
- 3:31Speaker 1: children of legal immigrants and people who have broken into
- 3:35Speaker 1: our country illegally. To drop a baby and gain them
- 3:38Speaker 1: citizenship is utterly absurd. This is why I have long
- 3:43Speaker 1: objected to the term birthright citizenship.
- 3:46Speaker 3: No, it's anchor babies we're talking about.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're here legally, if you were a permanent resident,
- 3:52Speaker 1: not on a tourist visa, not on a student visa,
- 3:55Speaker 1: not a foreign ambassador, not an Indian. If you were
- 3:59Speaker 1: a agal permanent residence on your way to becoming a
- 4:02Speaker 1: citizen and you have a baby here, yeah that baby
- 4:06Speaker 1: is a citizen. But if your first act in the
- 4:10Speaker 1: United States is breaking the law, and oh, by the way,
- 4:13Speaker 1: during all these World Cup games, I think it's pretty
- 4:16Speaker 1: clear where their allegiance is. They're still speaking the language
- 4:21Speaker 1: of their home country, practicing the religions of their home country,
- 4:25Speaker 1: and waving the flags of their home country. It's an
- 4:28Speaker 1: utterly absurd decision. I go through a lot of this
- 4:32Speaker 1: in my column, and I mean, there are things Trump
- 4:37Speaker 1: can do, but the first thing, the most important thing,
- 4:39Speaker 1: is just absolutely pedal to the metal of illegals.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Because if illegals aren't here, they can't drop babies and
- 4:45Speaker 3: build the wall.
- 4:47Speaker 1: We need the Great Wall of China on our border.
- 4:50Speaker 1: It's really stunning how the federal government, particularly underbid it,
- 4:54Speaker 1: but even under Bush, even under Obama and the Supreme
- 4:58Speaker 1: Court have continuously walked the states, the border states who
- 5:02Speaker 1: are bearing a bunch of this. Texas and California and
- 5:04Speaker 1: Arizona particularly, they try to.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Do something because they're the ones being overwhelmed.
- 5:11Speaker 1: A little bit more than Martha Vineyard was, and the
- 5:16Speaker 1: federal government sitting, you know, two thousand miles away. No, no, no, no,
- 5:20Speaker 1: you must continue to give illegals in state tuition and
- 5:24Speaker 1: pay for their public schools.
- 5:26Speaker 3: And no, you can't ask for.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Their IDs, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Hey, it's
- 5:31Speaker 1: very bad.
- 5:31Speaker 3: It's a suicidal decision.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So one one good thing is makes me really glad
- 5:38Speaker 1: I don't have children, because this country is so done well.
- 5:43Speaker 2: We've survived a lot of stuff. We'll survive this, but
- 5:47Speaker 2: really won't. What about last night? We had primaries Democrats,
- 5:52Speaker 2: especially Colorado, more left wing socialist Marxists, the anti Semitic,
- 5:57Speaker 2: i mean, real nuts job Democrats getting elected. Where are
- 6:01Speaker 2: the regular Democrats? The schumers, those types. Don't they realize
- 6:04Speaker 2: they're losing their party.
- 6:06Speaker 1: They're being out voted by immigrants. This is the one
- 6:11Speaker 1: thing we can look forward to. With the Democrats' long
- 6:14Speaker 1: term plan to destroy our country. They brought in all
- 6:17Speaker 1: these third worlders thinking this is fantastic. They're gonna vote
- 6:21Speaker 1: for us. We'll have lifelong hegemony.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Yay.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And you know I'm not making this up though, assistant
- 6:28Speaker 1: with his name Patrick Ready to Ted Kennedy said, this
- 6:33Speaker 1: is this is the Kennedy family's greatest gift to America
- 6:37Speaker 1: because the immigrants are voting for US Roy to share
- 6:39Speaker 1: a big Democratic consultant in Texas, he called it George
- 6:43Speaker 1: McGovern's revenge, pointing out that without immigrants, Romney would have
- 6:47Speaker 1: beaten Obama. So yay, Democrats were gonna win forever. Little
- 6:52Speaker 1: did they know the immigrants wouldn't vote for the old
- 6:55Speaker 1: style Democrats. They're not voting for the white Democrats. They're
- 7:00Speaker 1: voting for socialists and fellow third worlders like themselves. And
- 7:03Speaker 1: that's why I know this isn't something this country can survive. Yes,
- 7:08Speaker 1: we've gone up and down through good times bad times.
- 7:10Speaker 1: The country is politically swung back and forth, but that
- 7:13Speaker 1: was basically with the same people voting. Now we've brought
- 7:17Speaker 1: in people who cannot run their own countries, and they're
- 7:20Speaker 1: sure not going to be able to run ours off.
- 7:23Speaker 1: The offer of citizenship to anyone who can drop a
- 7:27Speaker 1: baby over here, that is the strongest magnet you could
- 7:32Speaker 1: possibly put up. This is even worse than Biden, you know,
- 7:35Speaker 1: directly flying them in from Haiti and dumping them in Springfield, Ohio. Oh,
- 7:40Speaker 1: they're going to find a way here. We have such
- 7:42Speaker 1: a thing as international travel now, Okay.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Besides immigrants, so you also got universities have turned out
- 7:50Speaker 2: several generations of radical left wing kooks that are now voting.
- 7:54Speaker 2: How do you undo that?
- 7:58Speaker 1: That's true? But young people, I mean, we talk about
- 8:03Speaker 1: young people as if they're the same young people in
- 8:05Speaker 1: the sixties and the same young people in the fifties
- 8:09Speaker 1: or the eighties. You know, the one time young people
- 8:12Speaker 1: went for the Republican was with Ronald Reagan. By the way,
- 8:15Speaker 1: just a footnote there. But they aren't. When you say
- 8:18Speaker 1: young people, you know what you're talking about, Mark Simone,
- 8:21Speaker 1: you're talking about immigrants. Immigrants are younger, they have all.
- 8:25Speaker 3: These anchor babies.
- 8:26Speaker 1: The younger generations are majority non white. That is going
- 8:32Speaker 1: to change the country. It isn't young people, entires. I
- 8:35Speaker 1: wrote a column about this after Rodney lost to Obama
- 8:39Speaker 1: on My first reaction was, ha haha, young people, your
- 8:42Speaker 1: lives are really going to suck now you won't have
- 8:45Speaker 1: elthcare and eight billion other things. And then I.
- 8:47Speaker 4: Looked at the vote, and young white Americans voted for
- 8:54Speaker 4: rom that's what you're seeing here. It isn't young people
- 8:59Speaker 4: per se.
- 9:00Speaker 1: It is the new young people that Democrats have brought in.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Everything is a problem of immigration and oh my gosh,
- 9:07Speaker 1: that heusily blackmailed John Roberts just made it so much worse.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Well, everybody you can read and culture's a new column.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Is it out yet the new column?
- 9:17Speaker 1: No, it'll be going up later day on by the way,

- 9:32Speaker 1: Chris Cobat. Well, you were my first choice of court,
- 9:36Speaker 1: but I heard you were busy. I'll be with you
- 9:38Speaker 1: go back. Absolutely brilliant lawyer he was. I won't even
- 9:42Speaker 1: go through all the credentials. He's the one who came
- 9:45Speaker 1: up with, you know, taxing remittances, self deportation of million
- 9:49Speaker 1: other things. He's very good on all this stuff.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Unfortunately, he's at a conference today, So I'm going to
- 9:54Speaker 3: do my five Things.
