A 49-year-old man, James Lee Kirby, is now Texas’s most wanted after vanishing while on pre-trial release for serious sexual assault charges in Oklahoma and Texas. Arrested in November 2024 for aggravated sexual assault, he posted bond and disappeared before his trial in early 2026—just as his GPS tracker went dark.
