A $16,000 reward is now on the table for tips leading to the capture of Isabelle Johnson, 38, a dangerous fugitive wanted for murder in the disappearance and death of 43-year-old Jason Christopher Coulthart. DNA evidence confirmed his remains were found buried in Freeport, Florida.
