- 0:21Speaker 1: And do you have to pay somebody back if you

- 1:09Speaker 3: it falls on sure, leave a review.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Actually would like a review. I wonder if we got
- 1:14Speaker 2: any new We We don't have anyone since the last
- 1:15Speaker 2: time we did this. You just checked. I didn't check today,
- 1:18Speaker 2: but I checked like last week. I'm just going out
- 1:20Speaker 2: on a limb. Hey, don't don't say.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Well, maybe somebody could leave a review, and then this
- 1:24Speaker 3: would be fun. This would be nice, This would be nice.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right, Yeah, good talk, Hey, brand I can
- 1:31Speaker 2: I go first? I got, I got. Occasionally on the gavel,
- 1:34Speaker 2: we get fooled. We usually choose these by like the
- 1:38Speaker 2: like the judge, and then the title title. And I thought,
- 1:42Speaker 2: for the life of me, this was gonna be a
- 1:44Speaker 2: fun time, okay. And it starts off and you're like,
- 1:47Speaker 2: this is gonna be the best time, and then it
- 1:49Speaker 2: turns into a much more serious situation than any of
- 1:53Speaker 2: us bargained for. So here we are.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So it's gonna be a downer.
- 1:58Speaker 2: It's gonna be I mean, I think the resolution is good,
- 2:03Speaker 2: but it's gonna be way more serious than the gabble.
- 2:06Speaker 2: If I had time, I would have watched another one.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I'm just letting you know right now, we're up against it.
- 2:10Speaker 2: We're up against it. We run a pretty tight ship here.
- 2:13Speaker 2: That's at the gavel. Uh Don and Mary Reynolds are
- 2:17Speaker 2: I know, Donna Mary Reynolds are suing Willow Holloway for
- 2:21Speaker 2: five thousand dollars.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Well though she whifts her hair back and forth really
- 2:25Speaker 1: to and fro?
- 2:26Speaker 2: Wow? What about her lip closser locks to and fro? Yeah? Yeah, nice?
- 2:33Speaker 2: Never get told Mary Reynolds obviously Obviously Mary Reynolds Donna
- 2:39Speaker 2: Mary are older couple. Mary goes. Uh. So the lovely
- 2:42Speaker 2: woman over there next to Willow they're suing Willow Holloway
- 2:46Speaker 2: for five thousand dollars is Ashley our daughter. We love her.
- 2:50Speaker 2: We raised her to be a Christian woman, and we
- 2:53Speaker 2: paid for the wedding. We then paid for her subsequent divorce,
- 2:57Speaker 2: and then she expressed interest in being a mother and
- 2:59Speaker 2: we suppor ordered her. She had a difficult time getting pregnant,
- 3:02Speaker 2: and we still supported her. We paid for all the
- 3:05Speaker 2: fertility treatments, we paid for in vitro, and then God
- 3:08Speaker 2: smiled on us and she became pregnant and we were overjoyed.
- 3:11Speaker 2: So daughter married. They paid for the wedding, divorce, paid
- 3:15Speaker 2: for the divorce, fertility treatments, and then finally get pregnant.
- 3:18Speaker 2: The parents paid for all of it.
- 3:20Speaker 3: So that's really interesting, like an interesting uh like supportive
- 3:26Speaker 3: parents from a Christian It sounds.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Really they would not have paid for all of that,
- 3:31Speaker 2: but then.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Yeah, especially like the like paying for the divorce crazy,
- 3:35Speaker 3: paying for and vitro without a husband present crazy?
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, for sure, all Christian parents. That's unheard of
- 3:43Speaker 2: these people at this point above and beyond. Interesting, wait
- 3:46Speaker 2: for it. Laura Lake's like, but she's on the opposite
- 3:50Speaker 2: side of the courtroom as you. And then Don Reynold
- 3:52Speaker 2: speaks up and goes, well, we're suing Willow. We're not
- 3:56Speaker 2: suing our daughter. We would never sue our daughter. Oh wow,
- 4:00Speaker 2: Willow Holiday Holloway is there. The daughter is on Willow
- 4:03Speaker 2: Holloway side of the courtroom. Okay. Interesting, And the reason
- 4:08Speaker 2: was this we the people, woul judge Lauren Lo Okay, great,
- 4:13Speaker 2: And these are definitely real people. There is no way
- 4:16Speaker 2: that any actor is good enough to fake the emotion
- 4:18Speaker 2: that's coming. You're all right, just tell.
- 4:20Speaker 1: So Willow is standing up and sitting down?
- 4:23Speaker 2: Is their daughter?
- 4:23Speaker 3: Yes, like, there's no way genetically it's not her, Like,
- 4:26Speaker 3: it's clearly their daughter. And will is also a female, yes, okay.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Don is well, we'll get to that. Don. Don says,
- 4:34Speaker 2: we paid five thousand dollars for a gender revealed party,
- 4:37Speaker 2: and then Willow decided to throw the party and not
- 4:40Speaker 2: reveal the gender. They just didn't include it. That was
- 4:43Speaker 2: the thing we paid for. Is we wanted the whole bit.
- 4:46Speaker 2: You've seen it a thousand times. I hate a gender
- 4:49Speaker 2: Willo is the party planner. Okay, we'll get there. It's
- 4:53Speaker 2: just gonna keep unraveling. But we they hire Willow, So
- 4:57Speaker 2: Mary says, we walked so we trust our daughter. Our
- 5:01Speaker 2: daughter wanted to hire Willow, Okay, so we let her
- 5:05Speaker 2: make the decision. But we were paying for a baby
- 5:08Speaker 2: shower gender reveal combo. We'll get to that to say. So,
- 5:12Speaker 2: Mary's like, we paid for this. We walk into the party,
- 5:15Speaker 2: no gender reveal, no pink, no blue, no nothing. It's
- 5:18Speaker 2: green and yellow themed. And we find out during the
- 5:21Speaker 2: party that there's not going to be a gender reveal
- 5:23Speaker 2: at the party, which is the thing that we paid for.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Lauren Lake's like, why did how did you end up
- 5:28Speaker 2: funding this? And Don's like, well, we support our daughter,
- 5:31Speaker 2: we fund whatever she does. And Lauren Lake's like, well,
- 5:33Speaker 2: maybe that's the problem. And then Don's like, she wanted
- 5:35Speaker 2: to have a baby shower and a gender reveal party,
- 5:38Speaker 2: and Lauren Lake's like it was both together. She's like,
- 5:40Speaker 2: because I know a lot of times it's separate gender
- 5:41Speaker 2: reveal and then the showers later she can buy the
- 5:43Speaker 2: correct gift or whatever. And Don's like, yeah, I have
- 5:46Speaker 2: an invoice it says that it's both.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Does really does Lauren Lake ask the daughter? Is this
- 5:54Speaker 3: what you wanted? We're gonna get there, Okay. It keeps
- 5:57Speaker 3: saying that's what she wanted.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Don is like, we had braun, we had a photo booth,
- 6:01Speaker 2: alcohol like, we had so many yeah, brunch, let's go.
- 6:04Speaker 2: So Lauren Lake's like, so, what's the problem. The color
- 6:07Speaker 2: scheme is not that you wanted blue and pink, And
- 6:10Speaker 2: Don's like, look, the colors don't matter. We don't care
- 6:12Speaker 2: if blue and pink's involved color. We're so excited. These
- 6:15Speaker 2: people probably would say that too. We're so excited to
- 6:18Speaker 2: find out the gender of our grandchild. And by the way,
- 6:23Speaker 2: you ready for this, you seed it. By the way,
- 6:25Speaker 2: the baby's six months old, and we still don't know
- 6:28Speaker 2: it's gender.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Got it all right?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:30Speaker 3: I think we all could feel where we were going.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I think we could all feel where we're going.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And Judge Lauren Lake's like, oh, oh, hold on, you
- 6:37Speaker 2: still don't know. You've never seen the baby, and they said,
- 6:41Speaker 2: we've never seen the baby. So at this point, Jude
- 6:44Speaker 2: Lauren Lake goes over to Willow Hollow Holloway, will tell
- 6:47Speaker 2: me what's going on. Will Is like, I was hired
- 6:50Speaker 2: to plan this party. They were not specific in that
- 6:53Speaker 2: they wanted to know the sex of the child. They
- 6:55Speaker 2: hired me because I'm a friend of Ashley's and Ashley
- 6:57Speaker 2: was in charge of planning this party, and I followed
- 7:00Speaker 2: all of her requests. She said she wanted to have
- 7:05Speaker 2: a twist on the gender reveal tradition and wanted her
- 7:08Speaker 2: child to understand their own identity on their own terms,
- 7:12Speaker 2: and the reveal party would just be revealing the child.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I don't know what that means, just revealing the child.
- 7:18Speaker 2: I don't know if they showed an ultrasound or what,
- 7:21Speaker 2: because probably the kid wasn't born yet. Probably Judge Lauren
- 7:24Speaker 2: Lake's like, did you tell did you tell her to
- 7:28Speaker 2: follow the instructions? Went back to the parents. Did you
- 7:30Speaker 2: guys tell Willow to follow the instructions of your daughter?
- 7:34Speaker 2: Mary's like, well, yeah, we want our daughter to be happy.
- 7:37Speaker 2: But we were under the assumption in paying for this
- 7:40Speaker 2: that we said baby shower and gender reveal. We said
- 7:43Speaker 2: it you know what really help here is as a
- 7:45Speaker 2: daughter talked, we're getting there, Willa's like, I just want
- 7:48Speaker 2: to clarify my pronouns. Are they them? The Reynolds refused
- 7:53Speaker 2: to use those pronouns, so they keep calling me, she
- 7:55Speaker 2: and her, which is also wild because they keep saying
- 7:58Speaker 2: Judge Lauren Lake keeps saying, miss Holloway, I don't know
- 8:01Speaker 2: where we stand on miss there, but I'm just gonna say.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Willow sure, uh, and Willi says they won't use them,
- 8:06Speaker 2: but my pronouns are they? Then Willow says, I wanted
- 8:09Speaker 2: to create a party for Ashley, and I followed her
- 8:11Speaker 2: instructions to the tea. You can see that in the invoice.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Everything she wanted she got. I wasn't contracted to plan
- 8:18Speaker 2: a party to their ideology. Uh oh yeah, that's where
- 8:23Speaker 2: we are. So Judge Laura Lake said, yeah, yeah, that
- 8:26Speaker 2: face is all you need to know. This is not
- 8:28Speaker 2: what the gavel's here for. Laura Lake says, so last week.
- 8:33Speaker 1: With the hot Dog a little different.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Now. Laura Lake says, so your daughter's a defense witness.
- 8:39Speaker 2: I'd like to hear from her. Yeah, she's like, Ashley, uh,
- 8:45Speaker 2: did this debacle is based upon a celebration of life.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Did you tell Willow you didn't want a gender reveal
- 8:53Speaker 2: at your party? Ashley says, yes, I said that to Willow.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I did not tell my parents that though we don't know. Okay,
- 9:01Speaker 2: Mary says. They go back to Mary, Mary, you told
- 9:04Speaker 2: your daughter she could plan this, but you're upset that
- 9:08Speaker 2: she planned it. And Mary said, will has been a
- 9:10Speaker 2: bad influence on our daughter for years. She has an
- 9:13Speaker 2: alternative lifestyle that we don't approve of, but that's her
- 9:16Speaker 2: business to do as she chooses. But when she promotes
- 9:20Speaker 2: her political agenda at our daughter's party, then that's a problem.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Lauren Lake asked the right question, what's the political agenda?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Mary doesn't get to answer that. Ashley pops in and goes,
- 9:32Speaker 2: there is no political agenda. We had a friend. It's
- 9:35Speaker 2: going to get darker before it gets better. I'm just
- 9:37Speaker 2: letting you know. We had a friend of ours come
- 9:40Speaker 2: out as non binary, and then their family disowned them
- 9:43Speaker 2: because they came out as non binary, and then that
- 9:45Speaker 2: friend committed suicide. In honor of that friend, we decided
- 9:51Speaker 2: the party should celebrate everyone and include everyone. So we
- 9:55Speaker 2: decided to celebrate this new life, and we didn't want
- 9:59Speaker 2: anyone to fee trapped or like they didn't belong. Yeah.
- 10:05Speaker 2: And at this point, Lauren Lake goes, who's we? Ashley's talking?
- 10:09Speaker 2: Who's we? Ashley says, Miss Holloway and I we're roommates.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Ashley says, Miss Halloway, Yeah, which I don't understand. Okay,
- 10:19Speaker 2: Miss Holliday. Willow is helping me take care of the baby.
- 10:23Speaker 2: We want to showcase love and all forms. Lauren Lake pauses,
- 10:27Speaker 2: are they a thing? Laura Lake pauses for a second
- 10:30Speaker 2: and goes, did your parents know that Willow Holloway and
- 10:35Speaker 2: you are roommates? That's how she said, our roommates? And
- 10:42Speaker 2: Ashley just stops for a second and then just goes,
- 10:44Speaker 2: will and I have been dating on and off since
- 10:46Speaker 2: high school, and my parents would have known that if
- 10:49Speaker 2: they loved me more than the idea of me. Cut
- 10:56Speaker 2: over to mom and dad in full.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Tears, very similar to the dcon Quince uh D com descend.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Don Reynolds does what you know every parent should do
- 11:12Speaker 2: all the time, which is, sweetheart, we love you no
- 11:14Speaker 2: matter what. That's what he says. He's crying. We just
- 11:17Speaker 2: want to know if I hated that I laughed at this,
- 11:20Speaker 2: we'll get there there. We just want to know if
- 11:22Speaker 2: we have a grandson or granddaughter, and Ashley goes, you
- 11:27Speaker 2: have a grandchild. Their name is Marcel and they had
- 11:30Speaker 2: to show their name Marcel toll mar and Don goes,
- 11:34Speaker 2: what Marcel, So, is that a boy?
- 11:38Speaker 1: I don't think he's getting but.
- 11:41Speaker 2: He immediately is like Marcell, like he's got new information.
- 11:44Speaker 2: He's like, Marcel, Oh my god, is that a boy?
- 11:45Speaker 2: Is that a boy? So? Judge Lauren Lake then finds
- 11:50Speaker 2: out that Ashley and Willow have submitted pictures of the
- 11:54Speaker 2: baby to the court. The baby picks and videos of
- 11:58Speaker 2: this little baby appear on screen. Don and Mary have
- 12:00Speaker 2: never seen the baby. They begin to cry and ball hysterically.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Why did we need pictures of the videos as the baby?
- 12:10Speaker 2: Because at this point, Lauren Lake goes, how does it
- 12:12Speaker 2: feel to see your grand chop for the first time?
- 12:13Speaker 2: And they're like it's amazing, blah blah blah, and they're
- 12:15Speaker 2: like She's like, yeah, Lauren Lake says, this is what
- 12:17Speaker 2: it should feel like all the time. This is what
- 12:19Speaker 2: it shoul feel like all the time. And she's ready
- 12:21Speaker 2: to rule and we're we're about out of this. This
- 12:24Speaker 2: this well, these how much are they soon for? Five
- 12:27Speaker 2: thousand dollars? I was the cost of the party.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it sounds like the party that they got was
- 12:33Speaker 3: the party that their daughter wanted, which is the party
- 12:37Speaker 3: that they say that they were paying for.
- 12:39Speaker 1: They were paying for the party that their daughter wanted.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Uh, they say that, but clearly it's not what they mean,
- 12:48Speaker 3: you know, but it's what they say. And so since
- 12:51Speaker 3: they got the party that their daughter wanted, they're not
- 12:54Speaker 3: gonna get any money.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Can you imagine if Lauren Lake had ruled in favor
- 12:58Speaker 2: of the white old parents, can you imagine? Well, I'm
- 13:02Speaker 2: just kidding, she did not. Yeah, that what you said
- 13:05Speaker 2: is accurate, that she's like Ms Reynolds, you said you
- 13:09Speaker 2: wanted to do the party your daughter wanted. Your daughter
- 13:12Speaker 2: has said she's happy with the party. We can't possibly
- 13:16Speaker 2: the law wasn't broken here five thousand dollars, not exchanging hands,
- 13:20Speaker 2: judgment and favor the defendant, and we did it.
- 13:24Speaker 3: Yeah, that one makes me really sad, and I feel
- 13:26Speaker 3: like there's a lot. I was sad too, because I
- 13:31Speaker 3: it sounds like the up until obviously the end there,
- 13:36Speaker 3: it does sound like these parents do really care about
- 13:39Speaker 3: their daughter and they've paid for a lot of things
- 13:43Speaker 3: that a lot of parents that we know wouldn't pay for.
- 13:47Speaker 1: And so it.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Feels like that at some point, clearly things had been
- 13:51Speaker 3: said that made Ashley feel like she couldn't continue to
- 13:54Speaker 3: be open with their parents.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Yeah, and so that's that's hard.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I also think, and I've been very fortunate to have great, loving,
- 14:01Speaker 2: gracious parents who disagree with me, and there they still
- 14:05Speaker 2: love me. I think a lot of parents in this boat,
- 14:08Speaker 2: like the Reynolds, they mistake money for love. They decide,
- 14:12Speaker 2: since I can't share in exuberance because my belief system
- 14:16Speaker 2: doesn't allow me to do that, and and they're going
- 14:18Speaker 2: to be just bigoted about it, they decide instead of that,
- 14:21Speaker 2: I'm going to write you a check to show you
- 14:23Speaker 2: that I'm still here and I still care about you.
- 14:25Speaker 2: And they think that money sure reminds you of that.
- 14:28Speaker 2: And I think that was the thing that was like
- 14:31Speaker 2: watching these there's no way they were actors, but watching
- 14:34Speaker 2: these folks, that was the thing that was so clear,
- 14:36Speaker 2: Like you could see in Ashley's face like I'm done.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I don't care if you you want to pay for stuff, fine,
- 14:41Speaker 2: but that's not buying you anything. With me, and then
- 14:43Speaker 2: you could see the parents who were just like devastating.
- 14:45Speaker 2: It was a tough watch. I hope that.
- 14:46Speaker 3: They've they've minted some senses there, I hope. So yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 3: I hope. So well, this is fun. Let's go to
- 14:53Speaker 3: judge Mathis for the weird foot thing. Are you ready
- 14:58Speaker 3: your foot thing? It's foot time? What a comm you
- 15:00Speaker 3: know what it is? It is?
- 15:03Speaker 1: Isaac Mentory is suing Ariel McFarlane for four hundred and
- 15:09Speaker 1: forty eight dollars for rent slash apartment dammit for forty eight.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Isaac explains that he met Ariel after she randomly sent
- 15:23Speaker 1: him a friend request on Facebook.
- 15:26Speaker 3: He says he accepted it, messaged her to see who
- 15:29Speaker 3: she is, maybe get to know her a little bit,
- 15:32Speaker 3: and then he says, quote possibly get something out of her.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Now.
- 15:37Speaker 3: He says, listen, I didn't mean that in a freaky way.
- 15:41Speaker 3: I just wanted to give her a foot massage. Yep, well,
- 15:45Speaker 3: I'm buddy, buddy.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Like I like giving women foot massages, and that's.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Not he didn't mean in a weird way. No, It's
- 15:54Speaker 2: just something he likes to do.
- 15:55Speaker 3: So they start talking and apparently he is well known
- 16:00Speaker 3: in the small town that they live in for giving
- 16:03Speaker 3: good foot massages.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I don't love it, he says, he gives them.
- 16:10Speaker 3: He says that he gives them in place for the
- 16:13Speaker 3: sex that he isn't having. Mathis says does that work?
- 16:19Speaker 2: What?
- 16:20Speaker 1: He's like, what do you mean?
- 16:21Speaker 2: Does that work?
- 16:22Speaker 3: And he's like, well, you're doing it in place of sex,
- 16:24Speaker 3: so does it?
- 16:25Speaker 1: Does that work?
- 16:26Speaker 2: Like?
- 16:26Speaker 3: Do you not need sex because you're doing foot massages?
- 16:31Speaker 3: Like are you having an experience? And he's like, oh yeah, man,
- 16:36Speaker 3: and uh he asks her like good good for you?
- 16:39Speaker 2: Good canceled the sushi? Did just went to the movie
- 16:44Speaker 2: good Good? Is it good for you too? Ariel?
- 16:46Speaker 1: And she's like, I mean he does give really good
- 16:48Speaker 1: foot massages.
- 16:51Speaker 3: He's like, I get called back like crazy and she's
- 16:54Speaker 3: like he does.
- 16:55Speaker 1: He keeps a list. He has a rotating list of
- 16:58Speaker 1: women that he gives massages to. Dude, this guy should
- 17:01Speaker 1: be arrested for something.
- 17:02Speaker 3: I don't know what, but I think what's crazy here too,
- 17:05Speaker 3: is is like he could he could make this a career.
- 17:09Speaker 2: He does this for free.
- 17:11Speaker 3: My guy gets foot massages because it's like it's his
- 17:14Speaker 3: thing and he does want to mix work with pleasure.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Here so matthis is like, you gotta give me that list.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Classic math. And then he says what I say, We're
- 17:27Speaker 1: just having fun. Then he's like, all right, Errol, give
- 17:32Speaker 1: me a little bit more info about this freak over here.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I'm kidding, I'm kid. He's loving him, she says.
- 17:39Speaker 3: So we started talking last year because a while back
- 17:43Speaker 3: before we started talking, I was at a friend's house
- 17:46Speaker 3: and he came and delivered pizza. He came inside, dropped
- 17:50Speaker 3: the pizza off, gut under her chair, and started massaging
- 17:53Speaker 3: her feet. And that's when I found out that this
- 17:58Speaker 3: guy gives really good foot massag like it's a it's
- 18:02Speaker 3: a thing.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Does You're just sitting on a couch and somebody from
- 18:07Speaker 2: underneath the couch grabs your feet.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Not her, not her, the person who's ordered the pizza.
- 18:13Speaker 3: This is clearly some sort of arrangement, like, hey, bring
- 18:16Speaker 3: the pizza. And then like, he works for a pizza place.
- 18:20Speaker 2: So I want you to bring them, Yes, ring over,
- 18:25Speaker 2: sneak under the couch.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I want to order pepperoni and make sure Isaac delivers.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Give me a little bit of a jump scare as
- 18:31Speaker 2: you start massaging my feet out of nowhere.
- 18:34Speaker 3: So she says, a few months later, I messaged him
- 18:36Speaker 3: and he comes over massages my feet, my sister's feet,
- 18:40Speaker 3: everyone's feet, and he speaks up and was like, yeah,
- 18:43Speaker 3: she hooked me up. I had a great night that night.
- 18:45Speaker 3: I massage a lot of women's feet.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Uh.
- 18:48Speaker 1: She claims that he says.
- 18:52Speaker 3: That he's a sexual and is not attracted to men women,
- 18:56Speaker 3: but only feet. So he's an equal opportunity in the
- 18:58Speaker 3: feet depart absolutely, absolutely, So he doesn't even really he
- 19:03Speaker 3: doesn't want sex.
- 19:04Speaker 2: He just wants yeah. God.
- 19:08Speaker 3: So like that's just kind of where he's at. So
- 19:12Speaker 3: Maths is like, listen, everyone has a freak in their family.
- 19:16Speaker 3: So before you all start asking me why we have
- 19:18Speaker 3: people like this on our show, you have someone like
- 19:21Speaker 3: this in your family. Everyone has a crackhead in their family.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Everyone has a freak in their family. And this guy's
- 19:27Speaker 3: like whatever, whatever, Like he didn't he didn't care. So
- 19:31Speaker 3: back to the case.
- 19:31Speaker 1: You might be wondering about the money.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Yeah, So Isaac says that he agreed to loan her
- 19:39Speaker 3: seventy five dollars and he made it perfectly clear that
- 19:41Speaker 3: it was alone.
- 19:43Speaker 1: There is a contract and it is a loan by also,
- 19:49Speaker 1: I'm going to give you foot massages.
- 19:52Speaker 3: So I am going to give you seventy five dollars.
- 19:55Speaker 3: You are gonna have to pay me back. But the
- 19:58Speaker 3: only way that this deal happens is if I also
- 20:01Speaker 3: get to give you foot massages.
- 20:02Speaker 2: I won't loan you the money unless I also get
- 20:04Speaker 2: to massages. That's exactly right.
- 20:07Speaker 3: And again, people pay for massages like he he should
- 20:11Speaker 3: be getting paid for his money and a massage like
- 20:13Speaker 3: I don't know if he knows that. I don't know
- 20:14Speaker 3: that if he knows that he could make money off
- 20:17Speaker 3: this deal. It's like, I'm gonna give you seventy five
- 20:21Speaker 3: dollars to let me massage your feet.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Ah man.
- 20:25Speaker 3: The next day, the amount goes up fifty more dollars.
- 20:28Speaker 1: She says, I actually need uh what isout? One hundred
- 20:31Speaker 1: and twenty five dollars?
- 20:33Speaker 2: Okay? Sorry? Yeah, how's she gonna And she's gonna pay
- 20:37Speaker 2: back the.
- 20:38Speaker 3: First and she says, I need fifty dollars more, but
- 20:42Speaker 3: I'm gonna have a group of friends waiting, and you're
- 20:45Speaker 3: gonna get to massage all our feet.
- 20:48Speaker 1: But she acknowledges that these are loans. They are loans yes,
- 20:52Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. And when he when Mathis finds out
- 20:55Speaker 1: there's gonna be a group of friends. Wait, and he says, oh,
- 20:57Speaker 1: they're going to run the train on you.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Wow.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And I didn't like it at all.
- 21:02Speaker 2: I didn't like it at all.
- 21:04Speaker 1: What'd the crowd do when he say they, oh, one
- 21:07Speaker 1: of those numbers.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:09Speaker 1: So he's like, yeah, I I brought a massage table
- 21:13Speaker 1: and everything.
- 21:13Speaker 2: We had fun. It was a great night.
- 21:15Speaker 3: But I also brought a written contract that says that
- 21:17Speaker 3: over time, you have to pay me back. Now the
- 21:20Speaker 3: time is not stipulated, but she says, I will pay
- 21:23Speaker 3: you back as I can this money.
- 21:27Speaker 2: So at anytime she can just say I can.
- 21:28Speaker 3: All happened, yes, But Ariel says that everything that he
- 21:33Speaker 3: is saying is true. He gave me the money, the
- 21:35Speaker 3: one twenty five, and that's all that he ever gave
- 21:39Speaker 3: me money wise. And I told him I would pay
- 21:41Speaker 3: him back as I could, but he's welcome to continue
- 21:44Speaker 3: to come and massage my feet until I pay him back. Okay,
- 21:48Speaker 3: And again it is a again he wants weirdly back, like, yeah, hey,
- 21:53Speaker 3: you can come and massage my feet until once I
- 21:56Speaker 3: pay you your money back. You can't massage money. Yeah,
- 21:58Speaker 3: then then we're done. The business deal is closed. Matthis
- 22:02Speaker 3: says it's been six months, there's been no payment. Matthews says,
- 22:06Speaker 3: why has there been no payment? She says, well, I
- 22:08Speaker 3: figured he was happy to continue my massage on my feet,
- 22:10Speaker 3: cuddling me occasionally and sucking on me and my sister's
- 22:13Speaker 3: big toes, so.
- 22:20Speaker 2: I don't Isaac's.
- 22:23Speaker 3: And this is when Isaac pipes up and says, hold on,
- 22:26Speaker 3: I'm not turned on by that. So he does want
- 22:28Speaker 3: it known that he does not suck on toastucker. He's
- 22:31Speaker 3: not a toastucker. He's a toe massager, to massage and
- 22:34Speaker 3: foot massage, sucking, sucking on chili talks. So a few
- 22:41Speaker 3: days after they met, he actually went back to his
- 22:45Speaker 3: hometown for a while and he gets a call from
- 22:48Speaker 3: her saying, hey, I need a place to stay, and
- 22:50Speaker 3: he's like, well, I'm not in town, so you can
- 22:51Speaker 3: go stay in my place. And over the course of
- 22:53Speaker 3: a month that she was there, he says he she
- 22:58Speaker 3: damaged the apartment. One she locked herself out of the
- 23:01Speaker 3: apartment and someone had to bust down the door. Uh
- 23:04Speaker 3: to ruined my blinds. I came back and all my
- 23:06Speaker 3: blinds were just broken and off. And two she brought
- 23:09Speaker 3: her dog and the dog pooped everywhere and she didn't
- 23:11Speaker 3: clean it up. What and uh she he provides a
- 23:14Speaker 3: list of all these damages. Ariel says he's being dramatic.
- 23:18Speaker 3: He was barely barely there ever, and so yeah, I
- 23:22Speaker 3: I you know, I kind of lived.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I lived a little bit.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I lived.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I didn't knock down the door. That's a lie. The
- 23:29Speaker 1: blinds were already falling off the wall. And sure my
- 23:32Speaker 1: dog pooped occasionally, but it wasn't that bad.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Uh.
- 23:35Speaker 3: And Mathis is ready to rule, to remind you, he's
- 23:38Speaker 3: asking for four hundred and forty eight dollars for the
- 23:42Speaker 3: loan and then also the damages to the apartments. She's
- 23:47Speaker 3: he's gonna get the one twenty five back. I think
- 23:50Speaker 3: because his name is on the lease and he doesn't
- 23:53Speaker 3: have any proof that he fixed anything, he's not getting
- 23:55Speaker 3: the apartment stuff.
- 23:57Speaker 2: One.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Uh.
- 23:59Speaker 3: He says, Well, you didn't put massages would be in
- 24:03Speaker 3: lieu of payment in the contract, so you got to
- 24:06Speaker 3: pay back that one twenty five.
- 24:07Speaker 1: It's been six months and you haven't paid anything.
- 24:10Speaker 3: If you had paid something, then I would say, hey,
- 24:12Speaker 3: she's working on it, but clearly you're just now using
- 24:15Speaker 3: him for free massages. Correct, that's what's happening here. Two,
- 24:20Speaker 3: I'm gonna give him the cleaning fee that he showed
- 24:25Speaker 3: for the rug for the carpet because she admitted that
- 24:28Speaker 3: the occasionally so one hundred and eighty five dollars total.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I love it. I mean, I'm happy to be done
- 24:34Speaker 2: with that case too.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Two wild cases for you.
- 24:39Speaker 2: We did everybody. Congratulations. We be back next week.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Another one until then, all rise, Yo Gabble Gabbles of
- 24:49Speaker 1: Bramble Jam production is produced by Aaron Shay here and
- 24:53Speaker 1: yeah that Greenville, South Carolina. If you want these cases
- 24:57Speaker 1: way early, go and sign up for brambleton plus dot com.
- 25:00Speaker 1: That falls on the soldiers of Yo Gabble Gabble. Don't
- 25:03Speaker 1: do it and we'll be right next time.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Another one, poop, poop, I'm dead.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Oh god, you're about to hear some ads that helped
- 25:18Speaker 3: keep the lights on here in the old studio. Thanks
- 25:22Speaker 3: for listening or don't listen. It's really up to you
- 25:25Speaker 3: at this point. It's at the end of the show.

- 25:31Speaker 3: I promised they're coming. Yep here they are, Happy Day,
