- 0:01Welcome to the live stream. Welcome to the basement.
- 0:04Let me turn my microphone volume down just a little bit for you,
- 0:08for your listening pleasure. Thank you for being here.
- 0:11What is going on right now in the silver and gold markets?
- 0:15We need to talk about some big recent developments which could
- 0:21be hold on here, we're having some technical difficulties.
- 0:23There we are. I think we're better now, which
- 0:26could indicate to us that we're going to have a rough summer.
- 0:30OK, But will we have a rough summer and is the long term
- 0:34thesis for gold and silver intact?
- 0:36And it's crazy when we look at what's going on right now with
- 0:41manipulation in the silver market and the gold market,
- 0:45we're going to dig into that. We hopefully will have a
- 0:47special, special guest who will be joining us in about 10
- 0:52minutes, a guy who is making quite a splash in the silver and
- 0:56gold market and he'll shed some light into what's going on right
- 1:00now in those markets. We're also going to talk about
- 1:03the prospect, which could be huge for the gold price and the
- 1:07silver price of a gold backed trade settlement currency
- 1:12between the BRICS nations. This BRICS situation, guys,
- 1:16they're not telling us about it in the Western mainstream media,
- 1:20but it's a huge, huge deal. We're going to dig into that as
- 1:24well. Thank you, Don for that super
- 1:25chat. Let's put Don up on the screen.
- 1:28Hey, I appreciate you being here with me today.
- 1:30This is not possible without your support and you being here.
- 1:34You giving your time is a big, big deal, right?
- 1:38We appreciate that you come here.
- 1:39Please give this video a thumbs up and you can like, share,
- 1:43subscribe, all that great stuff as well.
- 1:45But let's take a look at what's going on in the silver market.
- 1:49Silver, $22.00. I think that's what the
- 1:52thumbnail for this video said. Are we going to hit $22.00
- 1:55silver? We were there not too, too long
- 1:59ago, right? Just back in February and March
- 2:02of this year, we had the silver price hovering around $22.00 per
- 2:07oz. Is that where we're heading?
- 2:09Let's take a look at the charts and see what it's telling us
- 2:12because I think I think we might feel a little better after we
- 2:16take a look at this guys. OK, this is a 2 year chart of
- 2:23the silver price. We've had some breakdown, right?
- 2:26You see that red line that starts back in that February,
- 2:30March time frame that we talked about earlier.
- 2:33We had a steady climb from $22.00 all the way up to $32 per
- 2:38oz. And that climb, right, every
- 2:40time that the silver price would come back a little bit, come
- 2:43back a little bit, come back a little bit, we had a good
- 2:46steady. What do they call that uptrend?
- 2:48I guess I don't know whether it's these technical people call
- 2:51it, but basically it was a solid line that was support for the
- 2:56silver price as we were marching higher.
- 2:58Look what happened yesterday. What's happening today right now
- 3:02is a breakdown in that. Now it depends on how much
- 3:06credence you put on to the technical analysis.
- 3:10This is not necessarily a good thing, but certainly not the end
- 3:15of the road for the Silver rally, in my opinion.
- 3:19We've talked about this that throughout this summer.
- 3:22What's critical in my opinion is that we hold this $2827.00 range
- 3:28even if we get down to 26. Think about this guys.
- 3:30We were down to $22.00 per oz. Even if we get back into the 26
- 3:35range, you know, 25, we're still OK.
- 3:39We could still the, the, the I've got a super interesting, we
- 3:42got a lot to talk about in this live stream.
- 3:45The manipulation data that you're going to see is, is mind
- 3:48numbing alone. But I got a chart that I'm going
- 3:51to share with you that was sent over to me from Bald Guy Money
- 3:55that also explains to us what is going on, what we can expect for
- 3:59the next 5 to 8 weeks. A big part of the reason why
- 4:02gold and silver are getting killed today is right here.
- 4:06The DXY index right the the toilet bowl contest that goes on
- 4:11between the different major Fiat currencies.
- 4:15Currently the DXY is at one O 6 look up significantly today.
- 4:20I didn't have time to look at the big breaking news this
- 4:23morning, but I'm sure it has. Either it's some good economic
- 4:27news that came out or suppose a good economic news.
- 4:30Remember guys, this is all short term noise.
- 4:34Let's take a look at the long term view of the US dollar.
- 4:39We are in Nosebleed territory. When we look back over the what
- 4:44last 40 years on this chart, we've barely been this high,
- 4:48maybe at most 4, five out of those last 40 years the the path
- 4:54of least resistance for the dollar index, even though it's a
- 4:57bunch of BS, we know that is to the downside.
- 5:02All right, let's come back. I want to say hi to you guys.
- 5:04Like I said, we've got tons of interesting data regarding the
- 5:09silver price up wrong screen, hold on.
- 5:12And there we go. We have tons of interesting data
- 5:17regarding the manipulation that's going on right now.
- 5:20It's mind numbing when you look at this stuff in regards to
- 5:24what's happening in the silver market and the gold market.
- 5:28OK, now let's go out to let's just let's get it out of the
- 5:32way. This is not going to be fun.
- 5:34I'm going to warn you, take your blood pressure medicine basement
- 5:37dwellers. But what is fun is that you're
- 5:39here. And again, I appreciate you
- 5:41joining me this morning. Let's do an update.
- 5:43We're out here at pin backs on the gold and silver price.
- 5:46That is not the up-to-the-minute price.
- 5:48I need to refresh the screen. Hey, gold came back a little
- 5:52bit. Come on gold we need it really
- 5:55would be nice if gold closes today above $2300.
- 6:00I'll be honest with you. I think that's about a 40 to 38%
- 6:04chance that that will happen. If we could get silver above
- 6:09$29.00 at the close today, that would also be very good.
- 6:13But let's say thank you to our channel sponsor in a company
- 6:17that I go to when I buy my silver.
- 6:21Look, I'm not a gold stacker, but if I were, I'd be going to
- 6:24Pembax as well. Pembax is an online bullion
- 6:28dealer. Yes, you can buy silver, gold,
- 6:30platinum group metals there, but what you get at Pembax and why
- 6:34I'm so sold on them and have been even before, excuse me
- 6:39before they sponsored the channel is that you always have
- 6:43a great selection to choose from And and I'm I'm I'm reacquiring
- 6:49my voice a great selection to choose from.
- 6:53You also always get great customer service and what's
- 6:57really important to me is look, when I'm converting Fiat Unicorn
- 7:00fart dust into real metal, I want to get the most metal for
- 7:04my money and I've always found that it pin backs.
- 7:07I absolutely get the most metal for my money.
- 7:11Their prices are hard to beat, but you need to figure that out
- 7:13for yourself. Do yourself a favor, go out
- 7:16there and check out Pinbec's. We're waiting for our special
- 7:19guest to join us this morning. He's going to shed some light on
- 7:23what is very interesting crazy. I mean, it's just mind numbing
- 7:27when you look at the data coming out of the big electronic
- 7:31exchanges. If he's on here right now and
- 7:33watching with us right now, don't forget to hit the enter
- 7:36studio button. Mr. J, I'm keeping you a big
- 7:39secret until you come on. OK.
- 7:42Hey, let's go take a look as we're as we're dealing with
- 7:45some. Are you dealing with some
- 7:46difficulties right now? Right.
- 7:49I got news for you. Life is difficult.
- 7:53Life is wonderful, beautiful. It's also challenging and
- 7:56difficult if you're an investor in the silver and gold sector.
- 7:59It feels like we've been beaten around.
- 8:01Even though the price is right. I know the the price is right.
- 8:05The price is right, you know, here.
- 8:06I'm your local Bob Barker, OK? The price is right for silver
- 8:11and gold, right? Gold fighting for 2300, silver
- 8:15fighting for $29.00. But it feels like we've been
- 8:18beat up. And I got, I got new bad news.
- 8:20Don't, don't, don't, don't throw eggs at me through my webcam
- 8:24here, guys. But look, the summertime could
- 8:28be a challenge for the silver and gold price.
- 8:30I hope I'm wrong. We've talked about this.
- 8:33We're gonna be OK no matter what.
- 8:35All this stuff quote, UN quote going on right now really is
- 8:39short term noise. No doubt about it, right?
- 8:42But the summer is traditionally a challenging time for the
- 8:46precious metals prices. Let's take a look at this chart
- 8:49that had been sent over to me from bald guy money, good friend
- 8:53of Ron's basement. And I think this explains it all
- 8:57in terms of what we're going through right now.
- 8:59He says for precious metals, June is the second weakest month
- 9:03historically. There's a trend that sees the
- 9:06gold price, and I would say silver price as well, pick up at
- 9:09the end of the summer heading into its strongest month, which
- 9:14is historically September. And if we look down here on the
- 9:17bottom, we can see where we are in June, right?
- 9:21The June is not a, a good month for the gold price.
- 9:26But then as we go into July, August, September, this is from
- 9:301975 all the way through 2020. On average, those are good
- 9:36months, right? So really, hey, let's be
- 9:38optimistic. If we can make it through June,
- 9:41July could prove to be very, very fruitful.
- 9:44It's also interesting to see like the opposite reaction in
- 9:48the S&P 500. Typically its best months are in
- 9:52the kind of that June, but really July time frame.
- 9:55And then we see it dropping down and on average over that time
- 9:59period, the S&P 500's down when the price of gold on average is
- 10:04up. So let's hang in there as we as
- 10:07we get through the summer and and see what's going on.
- 10:10What about this manipulation that we have going on in the
- 10:15silver and gold markets. I want to bring you out.
- 10:17One of our favorite things to look at here in the basement is
- 10:21this. Let's start, let's lay the
- 10:24groundwork by taking a look at this guys, the US debt clock.
- 10:28And when we look at the paper to silver ratio, it is just
- 10:33astounding. Now up today, 400.7 paper ounces
- 10:39of silver traded for each one ounce.
- 10:42Look, you can go up here and get the actual definition right, the
- 10:46paper to silver ratio, the number of paper silver oz traded
- 10:50on the major world silver exchanges divided by the actual
- 10:55world production of silver. That means that for each one
- 10:59ounce of silver that's produced, each one little oz, go ahead and
- 11:03grab one of your little babies and hold it in your hand.
- 11:05For each one of those, right, that that one ounce that you
- 11:09have in your hand, there are 400 paper oz being traded.
- 11:15OK. When we just look right up here,
- 11:17let's since we're here, let's take a look.
- 11:19OK, we got to check in our old friend, the dollar to silver
- 11:22ratio which measures the year over year increase in the USM
- 11:28two money supply which is down there on the lower left side of
- 11:31your corner, right. That's the that's all the money
- 11:34that's out there in the economy being created by the Fed and the
- 11:37banks and everybody else, right, all the bank accounts and
- 11:39everything. That's the increase in that
- 11:42money supply divided by the yearly world production and that
- 11:46stands at 170 oz. It's really, really astounding
- 11:51when you look at this data. But then when we look at days
- 11:54like yesterday when the silver price got absolutely clobbered
- 11:58and we look at data from places like the Comex and I'm sure the
- 12:02same it's even, I hear even more egregious offensive, but every
- 12:08word you want to use when you look at the LBMA, but when we
- 12:12look at the Comex, it's just absolutely nuts.
- 12:16I think our guest might be having some technical
- 12:18difficulties up. Wait, he's here.
- 12:20Oh my gosh, he's arrived. All right, guys, just when I
- 12:25thought I'd have to do this by myself, help is on the way.
- 12:28And not just any help, this guy. So I'm going to introduce you to
- 12:32next, right? He's making a big, big splash in
- 12:37the precious metals world, right?
- 12:38I'm hearing people like Andy Schechtman talk about him now
- 12:41several times. Other big top analysts are, are
- 12:45are mentioning this next guest is somebody who's digging in,
- 12:49right? He's not afraid, right, to take
- 12:52on the tough subjects in the silver and gold market.
- 12:54And without further ado, I want to bring on our friend Mr. John
- 12:58Littlejohn. Welcome to Ron's basement.
- 13:00Hopefully you can hear me. Perfectly clear, Sir, and thanks
- 13:03for that wonderful introduction. But we all work together.
- 13:07This isn't, I don't think there's a hierarchy.
- 13:09We're just basement dwellers stacking real money, right, Ron?
- 13:13So let's all be underdogs here 'cause the underdog always
- 13:17prevails. What's going on?
- 13:19Hey, you know, that's interesting you say that, John.
- 13:21The under 'cause I was talking to the basement dweller
- 13:23community yesterday about this is a real simple statistic and
- 13:29one that maybe you could even extrapolate upon in a in a
- 13:31future sub stack article. By the way guys, John writes
- 13:36what is probably some of the best literature about silver and
- 13:40gold for that matter, but it's the Silver Academy sub stack.
- 13:43Is that correct, John? Yeah, You'll put the link in
- 13:46there. It's we.
- 13:47At first we were calling it the silver industry, but then we
- 13:50rebranded it. So the URL is sort of conflicts
- 13:54with the name of the publication, but I can always
- 13:56change the name of the newsletter if I can change it
- 13:58every day. But a branding expert would say
- 14:01you're not supposed to do that so.
- 14:03As long as you. The name of the newsletter is
- 14:05the Silver Academy, but you'll put the you'll drop the link in
- 14:09the OK. The link actually is in the
- 14:12description of every video that I put out.
- 14:15So at any time people can check and I refer to you often.
- 14:18I use your material on a regular basis.
- 14:21And just so people know, this is just like something you
- 14:23subscribe to. There is a free option and you
- 14:27get like one or two emails a day and it's always it, it's
- 14:32something that always piques my interest and has to do with the
- 14:35silver and gold market. But I want to get back, John,
- 14:37'cause I want to get your. And then we're going to get into
- 14:40this manipulation, the potentially going on in the
- 14:43silver markets. But one of my viewers pointed
- 14:46out when you were talking about the basement dwellers and the
- 14:49community, you know, the people on, on Reddit Wall Street
- 14:52silver, the silver Dijon club, Dijon Club.
- 14:56I'm sorry. Some one of my, one of my
- 14:59viewers pointed out this crazy statistic.
- 15:01It takes just 5 oz, John. OK, think about this.
- 15:05If you take the total number of people in the United States who
- 15:10have a job that are working, it's like 160 million people.
- 15:14If on a real simple basis, if each of those people were to
- 15:18just buy 5 ounces of silver, that would be 800 million ounces
- 15:22of silver, doesn't that wipe out like the entire world's
- 15:26production of silver for the year?
- 15:28I mean, to me that shows just how how how small and sensitive
- 15:32and delicate that the silver market is.
- 15:35Yeah, and it's I think that was the philosophy.
- 15:38I remember when GameStop and AMC were sort of this frenzy on the
- 15:43mean stocks. And then I think it was MP and I
- 15:47had already held silver thinking, God, it's chopping
- 15:50sideways forever like a, I don't know, six or seven years well
- 15:55below 20. And then all of a sudden we
- 15:58found out that there is that the GameStop syndicate may try to
- 16:04short silver. So the idea was if we get that
- 16:07was 200,000 people, but your guy, you know, I think we can do
- 16:11it with less than that because I mean, we're up against some huge
- 16:16odds because they can trade a whole year's worth of mining
- 16:22activity on a global level in one trading day through the
- 16:26futures contracts. And that's.
- 16:29Let's explain to everyone how the tampity tamp tamp Tampa loot
- 16:34Mr. Slammy. How does Mr. Slammy work?
- 16:37Ron? Let's.
- 16:38Let's all right, well, let me let me let me pull up your
- 16:41recent sub stack here because I think this was just some
- 16:46outstanding There's three there's three things I think
- 16:49embedded in this that I saw, but I'll let you start.
- 16:53Here we go John, manipulate how manipulation works.
- 16:55Let's just start with what a contract is on the Comex.
- 16:58It's 5000 oz. OK, so just look at the
- 17:02screenshot here. What happened in 15 minutes?
- 17:04Go below 15 minutes they and there's that waterfall.
- 17:10This happens usually at 2:00 AM at least twice a week.
- 17:15We call this Mr. Slammy or Tampity Tamp, Tamp or the
- 17:19tamperoo or tampany harder daddy, you know, And then our
- 17:24philosophy is OK, go ahead. If silver goes up, we're happy.
- 17:30If silver goes down, we buy it on sale.
- 17:32That's like a heads I win, tails you lose, right?
- 17:35That's the proper mindset of a stacker.
- 17:38So go ahead and continue on down and let's talk about really the
- 17:43the news of the day is that Julian Assange was freed.
- 17:47He just hit his home in Australia, but about a couple
- 17:50hours ago. Oh, we can go to this slide
- 17:53first. Yeah, let me, I wanna, I well,
- 17:54wait a minute, I wanna go back 'cause this is so fascinating to
- 17:58me. 20 So you're saying 20 almost 24,000,000 ounces of
- 18:02paper silver were traded yesterday in 15 minutes.
- 18:06So when we look at this chart, that would be These are probably
- 18:095 minute candlesticks. Yeah, you can see the volume
- 18:12below. OK, so that.
- 18:14Shows you the volume. Anyone can look at this.
- 18:18You just have to go to the silver chart and there you see
- 18:20all that volume. It's so unnatural.
- 18:23That's how you know it's manipulated.
- 18:25It's like what happens at 2:00 AM and the fact that on the
- 18:29Comex you do not have to stand for delivery, you can just put
- 18:33in the paper order and never you know Vince Lancey, you should
- 18:38have him on your show because he does a great job of explaining
- 18:41even It's so mind boggling that this is allowed cause on the
- 18:46Shanghai it is not allowed. So the, because this is paper
- 18:50silver and, and this looks like I can't see 'cause my, I can't
- 18:54get my screen big enough, but that was probably in the middle
- 18:57of the night. And you know, yeah, we just, we,
- 19:01we, we trade 24,000,000 essentially.
- 19:04I thought I saw somewhere that you said that really only like
- 19:063% of all the contracts on the on the Comex or ever actually
- 19:10delivered upon. Less than 1%.
- 19:13Less than 1%. So this is just paper silver
- 19:17that creates this massive and 24,000,000 ounces of silver in
- 19:2015 minutes. That's significant.
- 19:23I mean, you know that that's a, that's a significant number of
- 19:27Oz when you compare that to the actual, as we've talked about
- 19:30many times, the fact that that the the whole mining sector
- 19:33produces 800 million over an entire year.
- 19:37Right. And let's, let's add that it's
- 19:39illegal because whenever you're creating a solution that
- 19:42Silver's selling off the the crime is called spoofing you.
- 19:46I mean, look, listen to the word spoofing.
- 19:48You're you're creating an illusion.
- 19:52This guy on Twitter is a great he every day.
- 19:55He's sort of like ditched the deep state, but much simpler
- 19:58read you just he just shows the one screenshot.
- 20:01Oh, that's the smoking gun of where the CFTC chair Roston.
- 20:08He's sort of the guy that we put in all the memes.
- 20:12He's the character that really, that's his quote right there.
- 20:16Wow. He used the word tamp down.
- 20:20He he might as well have said manipulate down, right?
- 20:25Tamp. You know, it's like the verb.
- 20:27It's like to be or not to be, to tamp or not to tamp, you know?
- 20:31But please, Ross, and we don't care 'cause now who else likes
- 20:36silver and gold? On sale via the West smashes is
- 20:41the bricks. They figured this out, right?
- 20:44Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
- 20:46I mean well, well, and even and even us, John, because, and I'm
- 20:49going to come back to this, but I want to, I want to see.
- 20:51Us Pinbex right now every I mean this because really folks, you
- 20:57people should get as they're listening to us.
- 21:00I have no blog in this fight with Pinbex, but they're a
- 21:02wonderful dealer and I think you should people should buy a tube
- 21:06of maybe generics. Because, and I'm sorry, I
- 21:09overspoke you, but I think this is so critical because you, you,
- 21:11you, you, you, you, you brought this to the forefront of my mind
- 21:16that we are able in the West, in the United States, like we can
- 21:20benefit from this manipulation as well.
- 21:22Like you said. I think that's what you're
- 21:24saying. You know this because the price
- 21:26of silver is so low, it's manipulated down.
- 21:29We're not, we're not paying avat tax here.
- 21:32Most of us aren't paying a sales tax.
- 21:35I mean, I was looking last night and like silver rounds, right?
- 21:39And I don't really buy silver rounds.
- 21:41I usually buy the most cost effective sovereign coins.
- 21:46But I was like you can buy silver rounds for like pretty
- 21:49darn close to spot price right now and not pay sales tax and
- 21:54get free delivery. I'm like wow this is better than
- 21:57almost as good as buying it on the Comex directly.
- 22:00Oh yeah, in a way they they have that boutique service and you
- 22:02don't have to buy 5000 oz like you say after Friday's smash.
- 22:08This is Silvers on sale because it's it's like that whole
- 22:11metaphor. You can't hold a beach ball
- 22:13underwater. Can I give you a crude metaphor
- 22:16for sure? Yeah.
- 22:17Oh, you. Can be a crude you've got to
- 22:19make everyone laugh on social media, but let's say your wife
- 22:23cuts you off of sex and then and it's for some petty reason like
- 22:29you're not doing enough chores or something.
- 22:31Well, maybe your wife didn't figure out that there's Tinder
- 22:34out there now and you, you know, so they think they're
- 22:37consequencing you or there's something again, I'm happily
- 22:42married and it's never this thoughts never popped into my
- 22:45head. But I'm just saying that they
- 22:48that Roston and Christian and CPM group, they may think
- 22:52they're punishing the the stackers with this consequence
- 22:57of never it, you know, never discovery on the silver price.
- 23:01But in a way, they're not punishing you.
- 23:03There's always an end around, just like with sanctions.
- 23:06You know, Putin may have felt like, Oh my God, Biden's gonna
- 23:10kill us with these sanctions. Then they figured out, you know,
- 23:12a gram of gold for a barrel of oil, and now they're buying more
- 23:16oil than they were before using the US dollar.
- 23:19Then you can't walk that punishment back.
- 23:22It's it's left, it's left the bottle as the genie's out.
- 23:26Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the. The screen though, because now
- 23:30we have a smoking gun. Well, let me, let me wait a
- 23:32minute. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
- 23:33Give me one second because I wanna your next point I thought
- 23:36was so interesting. A very typical day on the Comex
- 23:40paper. This is like an average ish day
- 23:42and correct me if I'm wrong John, but there's almost 700
- 23:46million oz a day traded on the COMEX on an like an average ish.
- 23:50Day and remember annual supply or by means 800 million.
- 23:54So it's basically one day one. Day.
- 23:57Yeah, I mean think. About equals one year, which is
- 24:01interesting. Keep that ratio in mind.
- 24:03One day equals one year. That's 365.
- 24:06Well, what is the paper to silver ratio?
- 24:10It's about 400 to 1. So let's really quickly a
- 24:14derivative is a financial instrument that derives value
- 24:20from an underlying asset. I know that's a lot of fancy
- 24:24doublespeak, but to think of that is that it derives by.
- 24:27So what is the underlying asset? You can hold a A1 oz round up
- 24:32right now, Ron, and then tell your viewers that that
- 24:35represents 400 paper trades for that same one ounce.
- 24:40How does that make any sense there?
- 24:42You go, right? Yeah.
- 24:44And unfortunately, we don't have the 400 paper trades that I
- 24:48would put to the right over your pair.
- 24:52Right here, for lack of for lack of a better prop, I'll say.
- 24:55Oh, there you go. It's kind of like this. 400
- 24:58sheets of paper, right? For each one For each one one.
- 25:03And Ron, we did not collude on this visual.
- 25:06No. Well done live folks.
- 25:09I've got everything down here in the basement, John, I tell you
- 25:12so. So John, if we go back to this
- 25:14and you wanted to talk about this other smoking gun.
- 25:17This is a smoking gun. Yeah, let me go down here.
- 25:21I mean, God, it's just incredible, these numbers.
- 25:25OK, You want to talk about this? Yeah, let's just read.
- 25:28OK, so WikiLeaks uncovered that the plan of basically the
- 25:34manipulars was to come up with a futures market that would have a
- 25:41huge distortion between the proportion of physical trading
- 25:45that would take place versus the volume of paper.
- 25:49So, so he's here are the four points.
- 25:52Future trader basically is going to be gigantic compared to less
- 25:57than 1% physical. So it intentionally creates
- 26:00volatility, it diminishes the demand for physical 'cause
- 26:04you're demoralizing the investors and then you're also
- 26:07discouraging or negating long term hoarding by U.S. citizens.
- 26:11Now this document was leaked by WikiLeaks and it's proof that
- 26:18manipulation was hatched in a boardroom by the CFTC and and
- 26:27it's complicit arm like JP Morgan, Bank of America, CPM
- 26:32group in the Silver Institute. So.
- 26:34So this was a document number one was leaked by WikiLeaks #2
- 26:39it was written around 1974. Is that correct?
- 26:43Yeah, the link. Wait, go to the link above.
- 26:45Let's look at the link. I think it's.
- 26:46I think I had the link. Yeah, 1974 and it and it was a
- 26:50communication between the kind of the dominant forces in in
- 26:56London and the dominant forces in the United States in regards
- 27:00to the establishment of this electronic futures market for
- 27:05gold and silver and then pointed out what this communications.
- 27:09And it's interesting that that was occurring right around the
- 27:11time that I think that was when President Ford was signing
- 27:15legislation, if I have that correct, that allowed U.S.
- 27:17citizens to own physical gold again.
- 27:21But the, but the the communication was basically
- 27:23like, yeah, we're going to set up these futures markets and
- 27:26we're going to basically manipulate the price if you read
- 27:30between the lines. And we're going to inject
- 27:32massive amounts of volatility into the price.
- 27:35And we are going to demoralize anyone in the West who wants to
- 27:39hold physical metal. Is that, is that a?
- 27:41Yeah, that's. Perfect.
- 27:43Yeah, you're always, you're better at breaking these things
- 27:45down. I'm just a good writer.
- 27:46But the last paragraph actually shows how they did it with SLV,
- 27:52where they can make money walking it up and down, up and
- 27:55down, up and down. So basically whenever you want
- 27:58to drop the price, you just sell more virtual silver.
- 28:02So if you want to raise the price, you just don't
- 28:05manipulate. So imagine if you can read
- 28:07tomorrow's newspaper today and you've got that.
- 28:11All you need is about a 12 hour window of time.
- 28:14And I'd give you an example. Let's say you're on, and I'm not
- 28:18suggesting this happens with Apple stock necessarily, but
- 28:21let's just say Ron, you and I are president and vice president
- 28:27of Apple. We know when the next iphone's
- 28:29coming out. You can do the same thing with
- 28:32any product that you're releasing.
- 28:34And if you control the information and you're the one
- 28:37that writes the press release, you've, you've got tomorrow's
- 28:41newspapers today. Same, similar with Congress.
- 28:44They they get involved in briefings on national security
- 28:47and energy because it could be a national intelligence on under
- 28:53the guise of national security. But then they know what to trade
- 28:55the next day or that day for war profiteering stocks, national or
- 29:01energy stocks, tech stocks. It's like that George Carlin
- 29:05quote. There's a big club and you ain't
- 29:07in it. But that's why we have to huddle
- 29:09together in the basement. And your viewers do a better job
- 29:13than I do. I read the comments from your,
- 29:15your and, and by the way, everyone, this Ron made it clear
- 29:19two years ago he was going to do one video a day.
- 29:23And this whole thing, this whole channel is basically because of
- 29:25his, his followers, his viewers, his subscribers.
- 29:29They've made this happen and I'm just watching you grow in such a
- 29:33short amount of time to be the top two or three influencers in
- 29:37the space and use remaining humble and allowing me to come
- 29:42on. Some of the other people like
- 29:44the big, you know, Kitco's of the world, they'll never let me
- 29:47on. They just they don't want us to
- 29:49grow. But it's the underground God.
- 29:52I mean, we won't even talk about the other stuff in the news, but
- 29:54let's go ahead. Well, we can talk about bricks.
- 29:57Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let me, Let me hold on here.
- 30:00Let me pull this one up and oh, where'd it go?
- 30:05Bear with me, John. Just go to the mass, go to the
- 30:08top. OK article make it really easy.
- 30:11Go to silver Academy. Click on Silver Academy.
- 30:13All right, there we go. And then go and oh, say no
- 30:17thanks everybody. That's where you'll tab type
- 30:20your stuff. It that's where you Scroll down.
- 30:23It was probably the. Keep going.
- 30:26Is that a rundown of big world events?
- 30:31I think that's it. I think that's it.
- 30:33Yeah, I think that's it. OK, that's it.
- 30:35Yeah, here we go. And I thought this was because
- 30:37the brick story is huge in this idea.
- 30:40And I want to get your take on this after we I let you kind of
- 30:43walk us through this article. But I'm hearing more and more
- 30:47chatter about like a gold backed trade settlement currency
- 30:51possibility. OK, wait, I'm I'm finding the
- 30:55article too, so give me a SEC. So give me the context again,
- 30:58you're. Hold on here.
- 31:00I'm there. It's OK, it should be up on the
- 31:02screen. There we go.
- 31:04Yep. OK, you're, you're hearing
- 31:07chatter. Well, the Goldback, all right.
- 31:09You're referring to what's called the in bridge and the
- 31:12unit and I'm not ready to dive into that yet.
- 31:14I did write a piece on that, but it's basically the way they can
- 31:21navigate around what we call Swift.
- 31:25OK. So it's basically the the
- 31:27philosophy is let's just look at the list of these people that
- 31:30have signed on. This is all a new, this is
- 31:34really what you could call a reset U.S. dollar since Bretton
- 31:38Woods is the global reserve currency, right?
- 31:41Yes. Then after this meeting that
- 31:44just took place, what, a month ago, Ron, the BRICS summit.
- 31:48Yep. OK, so look at what here was the
- 31:51tipping point. Saudi Arabia left the protection
- 31:56of the Petro dollar two Sundays ago, I think maybe three Sundays
- 32:01ago. So now the whole world has
- 32:03changed. What does this mean?
- 32:07OK, nations do not trust each other's currencies.
- 32:11They used to trust the US dollar because they they were required
- 32:15to hold the US dollar to buy oil.
- 32:18OK, so everything's changed, right?
- 32:21Let's look at that list. It's got some huge names on it.
- 32:24I think every country that joins is a big name, just like every
- 32:28basement dwellers of is an important person.
- 32:31You had mentioned that it only takes each person to buy 5 oz.
- 32:35Now start adding up the total purchasing power and don't even
- 32:39think of their GDP. Think of all the resources these
- 32:43countries have to just trade with one another.
- 32:46Yeah, yeah. Well, the one, oh, look at, look
- 32:48at #12 you know, a country that most of us have not heard of,
- 32:51Kazakh, Kazakhstan, they've got like and produce like a major,
- 32:57major amount of the world's uranium, which is becoming very,
- 33:01you know, important right now. Yeah, Finland just powered a
- 33:05nuclear plant yesterday and and electrical prices are are just
- 33:10plummeting because of it. Look at Venezuela #7 the way the
- 33:14West spends them is some evil empire with high inflation.
- 33:18OK, the second part's true. They're no, they're not an evil
- 33:22empire. They may have had Cesar Chavez
- 33:24had questionable practices as an authoritarian.
- 33:27However, they had the largest oil reserves in the world.
- 33:32Google it everybody who has. OK.
- 33:36And, and you know what I saw, I think you that's in this
- 33:39article. I saw that.
- 33:39And it's always like news to me. And I've heard that and I know
- 33:43it's a fact, but no one knows that that Venezuela has the
- 33:47world's largest oil reserves, right?
- 33:50So it'll it's it's it's always interesting how the United
- 33:53States over, let's say the last five years has acted towards
- 33:58Venezuela, right? Almost like they're, like you
- 34:00said, an evil empire and yeah, crazy.
- 34:06Just remember when Bush said the axis of evil, which was a code
- 34:10word that we're going to bomb you and give you a heavy dose of
- 34:12American democracy and steal your goal.
- 34:16Go down the list. Look who else just joined.
- 34:18Pretty big name there. Thailand.
- 34:20Hello. Malaysia, Malaysia and Singapore
- 34:23used to be one in the same. Turkey has always been the most
- 34:27strategic country. When you think of the gateway to
- 34:31the East or the other way gateway to the West, think of
- 34:34the sack of Constantinople. There's that song Istanbul used
- 34:38to be Constantinople. By They Might Be Giants.
- 34:41I mean, it's just legendary when you think of antiquity and the
- 34:45trade route between the East and West.
- 34:48A Thailand. Here's another joke.
- 34:50If you can't get laid in the city named Bangkok, there's
- 34:54something wrong with you. But Thailand known for its, I
- 34:57mean, very strategic, along with Vietnam.
- 34:59Now we're talking about Indochina.
- 35:02And now with Japan selling off, here's the young written script.
- 35:07What it what happened yesterday in the last two days with Japan
- 35:10sold $63 billion of U.S. Treasuries and what did US do?
- 35:15We put them on our watch list for a manipulated currency.
- 35:21You don't think that the nation that talk about calling the
- 35:24kettle black, who manipulates currency more than us, Ron with
- 35:29fractional reserve banking schemes where they mouse click
- 35:33money. The way we've inflated the money
- 35:36supply in the last 2 1/2 years, what is that metric?
- 35:39Like 40% of the money ever created the last year?
- 35:43Yeah, it was created in the last few years and and you know, you
- 35:45brought up AI think this is a critical point, John, for all of
- 35:49us to remember. It's one of those kind of I I
- 35:52like to say like, you know, you can play checkers, you can play
- 35:55chess or you can play 3D chess and try to kind of really put
- 36:00all this together. But when you look at that list
- 36:02of countries that you compiled that are have applied to the
- 36:06bricks, right, or somehow, and you know, and we know that those
- 36:09countries hold, you know, the, the kind of lion's share of the
- 36:13world's resources. What is that telling us, right?
- 36:16But, but I think this, this critical key idea that you
- 36:20brought up and I think that our, our viewer needs to consider is
- 36:24that big massive list of countries, right?
- 36:27They don't trust the US dollar, right?
- 36:31That's been made exceedingly clear to us over the last couple
- 36:34years. And we understand why, right?
- 36:36They're not, they're not real keen on the US dollar, but but
- 36:42they trust each other's currencies probably even less.
- 36:46So if you think about that from a silver and gold perspective,
- 36:49it's like, well, they don't really want to be, they don't
- 36:52want to be in the US dollar. They don't want to be
- 36:54intertwined necessarily directly with each other's.
- 36:57Where are they going to go? To me, it's pretty clear why the
- 37:01world central banks and why gold in particular.
- 37:06And it'll it'll bring silver along with it are becoming so
- 37:11popular, I guess are regaining. I mean never lost its popular
- 37:15but does that does that make sense?
- 37:17Well, no, they actually that you just brought it up.
- 37:19If, if nations don't trust each other's currency and central
- 37:23banks understand this. That's why they accumulate gold.
- 37:26But if you think of every transition or big, big swing, as
- 37:30Ray Dally of the Billionaire says, these are big swings.
- 37:33Let's think what happened when the French Revolution and the US
- 37:38Revolution happened really close in time in terms of spatial
- 37:42proximity or temporal proximity. At that point when feudalism is
- 37:49surrendered or yields to capitalism, gold had to step up
- 37:54and do the accounting for all those types of transition.
- 37:57So this is the next big swing as, as I would call it, late
- 38:01stage capitalism. It's not free market capitalism,
- 38:05it's more of a rigged capitalism that privatizes profits it it
- 38:09socializes losses. So this rigged form of
- 38:12capitalism, which is really, I would call it military
- 38:16industrial war profiteering, sort of phony crony capitalism,
- 38:21is it as it is yielding to the Petro Yuan that you can say it's
- 38:27the Petro Yuan. Now, if that's if Saudis join
- 38:29BRICS. So you brought up a great point.
- 38:32If all those let's think of where these countries are that
- 38:35have the resources, they're mostly in the in the third
- 38:38world. And the reason they stayed the
- 38:41quote third world is because the Northern hemisphere usually
- 38:45exploited their natural resources and labor markets and
- 38:49added value in Europe and the United States.
- 38:52Well, you don't see any of those people in Africa or Latin
- 38:56America signing up with NATO. Name one.
- 38:59There isn't one there. That's a pretty big this is
- 39:03where most of the people live and now they're getting some
- 39:06purchasing power. If US has been outsourcing
- 39:10everything that let's say India in the last 40 years, well,
- 39:14India's middle class has now risen.
- 39:17Now they have, they have more discretionary money than US
- 39:20middle class, which is being eliminated.
- 39:23So they're buying the silver. So who everyone's buying the
- 39:26silver, Your stackers, the the emerging markets and bricks.
- 39:31This is what will meet what what it means when I say the West has
- 39:36lost control of the silver market, except for with those
- 39:39tamps and those are they're not gonna stop doing that.
- 39:42So just buy every dip. I mean, we're gonna run out of
- 39:46what we call dry powder. But you can, you know, that's
- 39:48what I would do is the Federal Reserve note is losing
- 39:51purchasing power, whereas gold is better.
- 39:55Yeah, I look at I, I, I, I look at I, I like to do this almost
- 39:58every day. I look at this right paper, you
- 40:01know, Unicorn fart dust, whatever you want to call it,
- 40:04make believe, you know, funny money, whatever.
- 40:08And it just it, it just, it's mind boggling that I can convert
- 40:11this paper into this right. And and and that and that most
- 40:19people in that my country. If if offered the choice on the
- 40:25street would take this, right, because they just don't know
- 40:29yet. But like you said, and I think
- 40:32that's an interesting point, throughout the world, more and
- 40:35more people are waking up, right.
- 40:37Like we talked about the United States and the huge potential
- 40:40for people in the United States to wake up to the value of
- 40:44silver and gold. But I think on a worldwide
- 40:46basis, they're, they're a step ahead of us at this point.
- 40:50And if if the world population in that list of countries that
- 40:55we looked at, you know that that ever growing list of countries
- 40:58that like you said, they're not clamoring to join NATO, right,
- 41:02They're clamoring to join the bricks.
- 41:04Yeah, the only reason they were attached to Bretton Woods is
- 41:07because Kissinger, right? When Nixon closed gold
- 41:11convertibility, Nixon simultaneously set up the prison
- 41:15yard protection program with Saudis.
- 41:17So they just knew they had to do it to buy oil.
- 41:22Now that that. So the world changed and the US
- 41:26in the meantime, we had nothing to really export, except it
- 41:30wasn't our #1 product wasn't corn or soybeans or US steel or
- 41:34cars in Detroit. It was the US dollar that was
- 41:37our main import. And what a deal for all of us as
- 41:41Americans. We had that what's called the
- 41:43exorbitant privilege, but those it's going to be a tough wake up
- 41:47call for hey, hold up those two things again, the dollar and the
- 41:51ounce of silver, because here's another mental construct that I
- 41:55think's helpful. Forget and then the dollar right
- 41:58next to it and, and thank you, that's good enough.
- 42:00And then to think of it another way, don't think of an ounce of
- 42:03silver worth 29 of those dollars.
- 42:06Think of it in reverse, that really 29th of that silver oz is
- 42:13just that $1.00, so divided by 29.
- 42:17So it takes, you know that that's kind of, and that's with
- 42:20us being unsatisfied with the price of silver.
- 42:23It's going to go to 50. When gold goes to 3000 silver
- 42:27will there'll be a 60 to one ratio And there's some people
- 42:30like Eric Sprott that are calling a 15 to one ratio.
- 42:33I'm being real conservative with a 60 to one call, very
- 42:37conservative because you'd said, I mean gold there.
- 42:40Did you know that there's less silver above ground than gold
- 42:43Rod? No, I didn't know that there's
- 42:45less actual physical silver that that's interesting.
- 42:49That leads me into the, the I wanted to say something earlier
- 42:52as well that, that the silver market, I heard it said this
- 42:56way, you know, obviously we are, we are consuming more silver now
- 43:01every year than we are producing, right?
- 43:04And where is that, that that extra silver coming from?
- 43:08It's coming from the above ground, from the reserves.
- 43:11And that, you know, it's real simple, but I just hadn't heard
- 43:13it, heard it said that way. But but these reserves that are
- 43:18above ground are limited #1 and as you're saying, there's more
- 43:25above ground gold than silver at this point.
- 43:27And they're shrinking, right? Like what happens when the
- 43:30reserves, they don't have to completely run out when they
- 43:33when, when people start to wake up, are these traders or
- 43:37whoever? Like, hey, we're really getting
- 43:39to a critical juncture here where, you know, next year the
- 43:43we're we're gonna need X amount of Oz of silver.
- 43:47The mining sector's only only producing so much.
- 43:49We don't have the reserves left. You know they went away, right?
- 43:54I mean. Well, no, you said it perfectly.
- 43:56I mean the ore grade for your and you do Fortuna's one of the
- 44:00better ones. They're probably in fact they're
- 44:03I think they're producing, they're one of the leaders in
- 44:06terms of silver. But let's just say all globe,
- 44:09they're at 800 million. But you said it right, if
- 44:13industrial use with military, aerospace and solar alone is
- 44:17enough to wipe that out, just those three use categories that
- 44:20doesn't count electronics. So they, I think we did the I,
- 44:25there was an article I did about a month ago where India, no
- 44:28three weeks ago where India in Q1 of this year bought more
- 44:34silver than they did in entire 2023.
- 44:37Yeah, it was like 120 million oz.
- 44:39Sorry to enter. Well, really, No, you haven't.
- 44:42One month of India's purchases can wipe out everything that's
- 44:45in Shanghai right now. And you got to remember Comex.
- 44:49Has it been audited? Has Fort Knox been audited?
- 44:54Have you seen that meme where John Travolta's looking to the
- 44:57left and looking to the right, looking to the left, looking to
- 44:59the right and he puts his hands up like this?
- 45:01Have you seen that one yet? Ron Yes, yeah, yeah.
- 45:04And there's and what are the shelves?
- 45:05They're empty, right? Right, right.
- 45:07And that's, and that's what, and that's what we could have with
- 45:10silver and sometime in the near future, right?
- 45:14The shelves are empty. And then John, I mean it.
- 45:17And I'll ask this question to our viewer as well.
- 45:21All of this is happening. I know the last couple days have
- 45:24been hard on the silver price if we choose to measure it in U.S.
- 45:28dollars, Bob, you know, whatever.
- 45:30But this, this, this price that we're at now, let's say close to
- 45:34$29.00 per oz is number one is a lot higher than we were just in
- 45:38February and March, we were at $22.00 per oz.
- 45:41What is that like an 18% increase?
- 45:44Seven, that's almost 30%, I think 30, yeah, roughly right,
- 45:49because 1/3 of 22 is is about $7.00.
- 45:53So yeah, about about 30. It should.
- 45:55Be no whining. No whining.
- 45:57Yeah. Everybody stop whining right
- 45:58now. Johnny, John, Big Big John,
- 46:00Little and Little Ronnie are are telling you to stop your stop
- 46:04your whining. But John, think about this.
- 46:06To me, this is super exciting actually, the fact that we've
- 46:11done that well and we're and we're near, you know, we get
- 46:14through 3235 dollars silver. I think we're off to the races
- 46:18because people will say, oh, we had $50 silver in 2011, we had
- 46:23$50 silver and what was it 1980? But those were like blips.
- 46:29If you look at our chart, man, it was like up, down.
- 46:31I mean, and, and we never really spent much time above 30 or $32
- 46:36silver. I think once we get above that
- 46:38level, it's off to the races 'cause there just aren't any
- 46:41people, I don't know, you know, anyone who admits that they own
- 46:45silver that they bought at 40. I mean, just not that many
- 46:47people 'cause it was such a short period of time, bought
- 46:50silver at, when it was $42.00 spot price and are waiting for
- 46:54it to get there. So they can just sell that
- 46:56silver and, and get out that we're, once we get really above
- 46:59that level and and then next time we get above $3233, that'll
- 47:04be our third attempt. And it's rare to have a triple,
- 47:07you know, a AAA top, I mean, very rare.
- 47:10We could be off to off to the races.
- 47:12But I'll get to my point, which is I think super exciting for
- 47:16any of us in the silver sector. What we've done even up till
- 47:20now, we've done that without really that much investor
- 47:24demand, certainly in the West, right?
- 47:27Like, and then I think as we look at that list of the BRICS
- 47:32countries that are expanding and the potential those, there's a
- 47:35lot of people in those countries that are moving into the
- 47:38consumer class. And when they start thinking,
- 47:41well, what am I going to do with this excess money that I have?
- 47:45Am I going to keep it in my local currency?
- 47:47Am I going to buy dollars or maybe they'll start to buy gold
- 47:51and silver? I mean, I just think the
- 47:52potential, all these projections and then I promise I'll shut up
- 47:57all these projections for future silver demand don't account for
- 48:02the potential for a massive increase in on the investor
- 48:06side. They kind of leave that number
- 48:07static, you know what I mean? And that could be another like
- 48:11massive factor that could drive the price of of gold, but I
- 48:16think in particular silver in a rather dramatic fashion.
- 48:21Yeah, I think I would like to add to that in the.
- 48:24Let's set this up. If we're talking about bricks
- 48:29and they are clinging to silver as sort of a lifeline, we know
- 48:33that these are nations. They have felt the sting of
- 48:37turbulent constitutional instability.
- 48:41They've seen so many pictures of presidents on so many Fiat notes
- 48:46come and go. They can't really afford gold.
- 48:51So silver, we've said gold is the money of kings and banks and
- 48:55silver is the money of the ordinary folk or the, the I call
- 49:00the villagers. So just like we see gin Z buying
- 49:04beans of gold in China, we should be stacking silver rounds
- 49:09at 28293031. Doesn't matter.
- 49:13Just keep buying the dip. I think the, the there you said
- 49:18it right when you said that a triple top is a good sign of
- 49:22it's not sustainable. We have to be patient.
- 49:25We've been saying that for a few years, but I would, I wouldn't
- 49:31say that you want to look out the window one day when your
- 49:34silver's worth 1000 bucks because you're going to see the
- 49:37Mad Max looking environment. But this is supply and demand.
- 49:41And we do know that there's been no new discoveries of silver.
- 49:45None. We know that it takes 10 years
- 49:49for a mine to come online. We know that one in 2000.
- 49:53Mines fail. We know that many of them are in
- 49:56jurisdictions that are risky. So what we know is that supply
- 49:59is limited and that demand is off the charts.
- 50:02Because why? Silver is still the best
- 50:05conductor of electricity, Always has been.
- 50:08It has the best reflectivity. It is the most ductal,
- 50:12malleable, has the best thermal properties, and the fact that it
- 50:16double S as this monetary metal too, is just sort of incredible.
- 50:21Maybe that's why you and I are obsessed and need to get our
- 50:24heads examined. But we also just have to
- 50:27understand that why do we get involved in this passionately?
- 50:31Because this is our life congealed.
- 50:32We're exchanging our time, our talent, our energy, our labor
- 50:36for a unit of exchange. And if it's being inflated away,
- 50:40we as villagers need to huddle together to figure out how to
- 50:43put an end to Fiat tyranny. Yeah, yeah.
- 50:45And you know, you bring up an awesome point, John, about
- 50:48silver, right? Yeah, it has this industrial
- 50:51component, right. And if you, if you compare the
- 50:54and and I would say that's kind of like, you know, that's it's
- 50:57half brother relationship to copper, let's say.
- 51:01And I, I find it interesting because copper's an
- 51:03electrification metal, right? We need copper for the, well,
- 51:06guess what? We need silver for the
- 51:09electrification of the world and we also need silver for the
- 51:13technology revolution. All the AI demand all the, all
- 51:17the semiconductor. So silver's industrial component
- 51:21is, I think, somewhat similar to copper.
- 51:24Oh, have you noticed lately? You know, I don't, I haven't
- 51:26looked at copper real recently, but copper recently was, was was
- 51:30was like hitting all time highs. There was even talk 4 weeks ago
- 51:33of copper of a, of a copper squeeze that occurred.
- 51:36It didn't get a lot of press, but there was apparently a
- 51:38squeeze. So, so copper, I'm sorry,
- 51:41silver's half brother. Copper is at near all time high
- 51:44territories. If you look at the monetary
- 51:47component of silver, right, I think you can compare it to
- 51:50gold. And isn't it interesting when we
- 51:53look at gold, the gold has recently hit all time highs.
- 51:56But then you look at silver, right, the kind of half breed
- 52:00between the two of those silver is, is far from its nominal all
- 52:05time high and way, way, way far away from its inflation adjusted
- 52:10all time high. And the fundamentals for silver,
- 52:14I say are are as good or stronger than both copper and
- 52:19gold. Yeah.
- 52:21So let's take, we all know that the three of those are all
- 52:24monetary metals. They also all happen to have
- 52:27great intrinsic value. But the reason why silver is
- 52:31underperforming so-called is because let's get back to the
- 52:34beginning of this movie. It goes back to the Mr. Mr.
- 52:39Slammy Tampa de tamp tamp tamparoo.
- 52:43I mean, so now that's the smoking gun.
- 52:46If you know that someone is doing that manipulation of 400
- 52:50paper trades or one day of my of of paper trading equals a year
- 52:57of mining, let's just say that's the smoking gun in the store.
- 53:00Yeah, there you go. What is it now?
- 53:02Well, here, here we'll go. Here's the here's the paper to
- 53:05silver ratio. If you can see my yellow finger
- 53:07out 400.7. So we're almost to four O 1,
- 53:11right? Prove that a day.
- 53:13So again, a day of paper equals a year of mining.
- 53:16There's 365 days in a year, so that's pretty close.
- 53:20That's all the evidence I need to be convinced.
- 53:23And why would the banker do that?
- 53:25Well, do they want competition for the Federal Reserve note?
- 53:29Absolutely not. So it just goes down to that
- 53:33they don't want the Federal Reserve.
- 53:35All roads lead to the Federal Reserve, right?
- 53:39Oh, by the way, any news on their they were under attack by?
- 53:43The bank. Yeah, I.
- 53:46Haven't I haven't seen anything? I looked last night briefly and
- 53:49didn't I know that there was that potential story developing
- 53:53that someone had hacked the Fed and was going to potentially
- 53:56release a bunch of data, but I haven't heard anything on that.
- 53:59At what I did hear were some people that supposedly were knew
- 54:04what they were talking about saying that, that they thought
- 54:06that it was possibly or likely a bluff.
- 54:11Yeah, but who knows, right? I would think the Fed, I mean
- 54:14would, would, wouldn't mind, you know, if they had to pay a
- 54:16ransom paying, you know, printing up some Fiat and
- 54:20keeping that one quiet. But no, I haven't.
- 54:23I haven't heard anything. Anything.
- 54:25Further, I was just saying all roads lead to the we.
- 54:27Oh, there was AI believe there's a senator, there's a couple of
- 54:31them that Massey that introduced legislation to end the Fed and
- 54:35there's whispering that one of the party's candidates in the
- 54:38presidential race, oh, it's Trump.
- 54:40He said that he would consider that or at least a point.
- 54:45Judy Shelton, who's pitching a gold backed bond T-bond.
- 54:50I mean, that's a great idea. And then Luke Gromen's coming up
- 54:53with a scenario of $20,000 an ounce gold based on basically
- 54:57it's just a, a simple reset of taking our gold inventories or
- 55:02take the $35 trillion debt divided by ounces of gold above
- 55:06ground and you got it right at 20,000.
- 55:10That solves the debt problem. I I thought that was a brilliant
- 55:13piece. That well, I, I've got I've got
- 55:15another great question for you, John, in my opinion, great
- 55:19question. But I, before I do that, I want
- 55:20to throw in Jim Rickards is $27,000 gold just by doing
- 55:27simple math. And that leads us into my next
- 55:29my next question for you and see if I can verbally convey this.
- 55:33I actually wrote it down earlier.
- 55:35So if you think about all the gold that the United States
- 55:39supposedly has in Fort Knox, right, 8000 metric tons, that
- 55:44makes us the world's largest holder of gold, right?
- 55:48At this point, still, I think officially, if we believe those
- 55:52numbers, we are the world's largest holder of gold, right?
- 55:55Yeah, even though Alastair McLeod says China has 29,000
- 55:59tons. But anyway, that's right, go
- 56:01ahead. So, so, so if the world
- 56:03continues, if the trend in the world continues towards, let's
- 56:08on a very broad basis, we'll say D dollarization and moving more
- 56:14toward gold at some point, at some point, because it, let's
- 56:18say, if we, if we believe that the US does hold most of the
- 56:22world's gold, if that trend continues, where we move away
- 56:26from the dollar more to gold, could, could you foresee a, a,
- 56:30a, a time when it be when it behooves our government because
- 56:34they start to get scared like, well, they're getting, they're
- 56:36moving away from our dollar, right?
- 56:39And they're, everybody's moving toward gold and all these other,
- 56:42all the other, you know, this, this, this, this, this horrible
- 56:46gang of, of dictators that we're gonna call bricks that are, you
- 56:50know, horrible, horrible people. They're all that that the US
- 56:53government might, it might behoove the US government at
- 56:56some point out of fear to say we're we need to revalue all
- 57:00this gold so that we does that make sense?
- 57:03Yeah, we said there there's whisperings that let's say
- 57:06you're a politician and you're getting sick of hearing in the
- 57:09Fed, In the Fed. You know, it would make sense
- 57:12that you could actually throw the Fed under the bus.
- 57:15And so now we've, we've liked gold the whole time and it
- 57:17solves the debt crisis, right? If you revalue gold now, you
- 57:21don't, you can pay the $35 trillion back with $20,000 an
- 57:26ounce gold. What do you think?
- 57:28You know, so that that means you'd want to get in right now
- 57:31with gold at $2300. That's a 10X move or 19 X move.
- 57:37I see that happening because Bricks is going to do what
- 57:40Bricks is going to do. And you at we may go to a a
- 57:43bipolar, not like a mental health illness, but a or a multi
- 57:48polar world where we we're just the Western Hemisphere and
- 57:52they're just the Eastern hemisphere.
- 57:54And you know, everybody lines up and both have sort of a
- 57:57bimetallic standard. All everything's on the table at
- 58:02this point. Oil for gold, gold for oil.
- 58:05Maybe in the end, it could be who holds the farmland in the
- 58:08water, you know, or who has the quality of life or who has.
- 58:13We don't know. It could be who has the video
- 58:16processing cards for artificial intelligence.
- 58:19That's what Nvidia's stock run's starting to look like.
- 58:22But at the end of the day, you got to go back to Maslow's
- 58:24pyramid and know that they're all derivatives of gold and
- 58:27silver, you know? And you could argue water and
- 58:30air and farmland, but I like where you're going with that
- 58:34thesis. But almost like, almost like,
- 58:37you know, it, it, it in, in the end, you know, Mother Nature
- 58:41always wins in the end. Market forces always prevail.
- 58:46That we get to a situation where the United States is, for lack
- 58:51of a better way to say it, either forced or it becomes
- 58:56abundantly clear that it's the the best idea for the United
- 59:00States government to revalue the gold.
- 59:02Because if we want to, if we want to continue to play on the
- 59:05world stage and, and, and if we want to maintain our, our grip
- 59:12on as much of the power that we have in the world, then we're
- 59:17going to have to have to use that gold because that's what's
- 59:21becoming the, the, the, the, the force of value.
- 59:28Does that, does that make sense? I mean, it's kind of a hard idea
- 59:30concept to convey verbally, but that it almost forces us that
- 59:34we're almost forced to recognize the value of the gold.
- 59:37Yeah, when you see that you're just losing so much of your
- 59:41sphere of influence and credibility with your trade
- 59:44partners, then it forces you to get back to fundamentals.
- 59:48I think that's what I'm saying. Back to fundamentals, John.
- 59:51Thank you, man. It's been you.
- 59:54You are awesome. I want to remind our viewer to
- 59:57go to the silver Academy sub stack.
- 1:00:00There's a free option that you can subscribe for.
- 1:00:03You will get one or two great. I mean really great stuff.
- 1:00:07John, Interesting. And you're not afraid to take
- 1:00:10the tough subjects on. So guys, go go check that out.
- 1:00:14John, Anything I forgot the the OR anything more you want to say
- 1:00:17before we before we sign off? No, I just want to say I'm

- 1:00:40Bye bye. All right guys, there's John
- 1:00:44Little. What a guy.
- 1:00:45What great insights he has. And again, I'll say it, go to
- 1:00:49the Silver Academy sub stack. I have no financial interest in
- 1:00:54recommending that. It's just great, great content,
- 1:00:57great material. You'll be glad that you did.
