- 3:43Speaker 4: I hate that this is a podcast because it's really
- 3:45Speaker 4: a visual call. I really it's a visual call.
- 3:50Speaker 2: But I do that a lot of people are doing
- 3:52Speaker 2: a lot of people think hot dog and they think
- 3:54Speaker 2: wide mouth.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Well, I'm the only one brave enough to go along.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Yeah, visually and auditorially. Both visually and sounds like a
- 4:04Speaker 1: ghost is dying. The moment a ghosts, the soul is
- 4:07Speaker 1: released finally from this earth and it moves on to
- 4:10Speaker 1: another plane.
- 4:11Speaker 5: It's sort of an agony call. It's a release of
- 4:13Speaker 5: the agony and the torment that is.
- 4:17Speaker 1: All comes in the release. There's also a little more agony.
- 4:22Speaker 1: It's the agony that it's over.
- 4:23Speaker 7: He's like a death nail, like the person leaves into
- 4:28Speaker 7: the world's death nail.
- 4:30Speaker 4: I love that your mouth is square.
- 4:35Speaker 2: That's how I know that I'm gonna sell a hot
- 4:37Speaker 2: dog that day is when the corners of my mouth
- 4:40Speaker 2: make ninety degree angles.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Patty Beef all right, and of course the legend themselves.
- 4:47Speaker 6: Here we go, Trope.
- 4:52Speaker 7: It's so great.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Derek Heliotrope, Derek Heliotrope, stage name, that's your name?
- 5:02Speaker 6: What's your real name?
- 5:03Speaker 7: My real name is hergie ber.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Oh you changed.
- 5:08Speaker 7: It was a good name. And then the Swedish chef
- 5:11Speaker 7: came along and he made it sound like my name
- 5:14Speaker 7: was a joke, the muppets.
- 5:15Speaker 6: Kin of So you went with Derek Heliotrope, went.
- 5:18Speaker 7: To Derek Troupe because I grew up there on this
- 5:21Speaker 7: in Heliotrope from the Helio Trump Avenue in Los Angeles
- 5:24Speaker 7: by he moved to Denver for a drop opportunity.
- 5:27Speaker 6: Helio Troupe.
- 5:28Speaker 5: And what said, Amica, believe it or not, near the
- 5:32Speaker 5: yard there.
- 5:35Speaker 4: You gotta do your call before your backstory. That calls
- 5:38Speaker 4: more than.
- 5:38Speaker 7: So this is my call. I do it in Denver,
- 5:41Speaker 7: Colorado for the Colorado Rockies. This is my call.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Somebody somebody heard me.
- 5:50Speaker 7: It's my hot dog. Had make my money for it.
- 6:00Speaker 7: Hold dog.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And this is why you were allegend because there was
- 6:04Speaker 1: a Supreme Court case against you to see if this
- 6:06Speaker 1: was actually illegal.
- 6:07Speaker 5: It's a free speech thing. Can you yell fire at
- 6:10Speaker 5: a movie theater?
- 6:12Speaker 1: So can you yell fire to Zella hot for capitalism?
- 6:18Speaker 6: That's how they ruled.
- 6:19Speaker 2: It came hard on this, they said, you can do it,
- 6:23Speaker 2: mister Selsa I e Iron Glass.
- 6:25Speaker 4: I know I'm twelve, but I think ira class did
- 6:28Speaker 4: a whole. This is America, American life.
- 6:31Speaker 7: Very supended its to bad guy. It's not right. I'm
- 6:35Speaker 7: just doing what I wanted to do.
- 6:37Speaker 5: You inspired so many coffeecats.
- 6:40Speaker 7: Oh.
- 6:40Speaker 2: I see people running around Wrigley Field shouting out my leg,
- 6:46Speaker 2: give me a hot dog, gimmy, let me buy you
- 6:49Speaker 2: a hot dog.
- 6:50Speaker 5: And their heart isn't in it.
- 6:53Speaker 1: They're a little confused though, because they both want a
- 6:55Speaker 1: hot dog and to sell.
- 6:58Speaker 7: Everything.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Right.
- 6:59Speaker 7: It's branding two into the streets. The people that sell
- 7:02Speaker 7: hot dogs on the street, on the little grils outside
- 7:04Speaker 7: of the baseball saums. They're doing it too. They're throwing
- 7:07Speaker 7: themselves in the street being like I've been hitit. I've
- 7:10Speaker 7: been hit poverty unless you buy this hot dog, I see.
- 7:15Speaker 4: I gotta tell you, Derek, you're the one that made
- 7:18Speaker 4: me decide that I wanted to say I'm a kid
- 7:21Speaker 4: in my call. You're joking my butt Criss is joking you.
- 7:25Speaker 4: But Derek.
- 7:27Speaker 7: Inspired to do that.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Yeah, Derek, because before I just used to sell hot
- 7:32Speaker 4: dogs with a big trench coat on.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Oh you, I gotta ask, do you how do you
- 7:38Speaker 2: balance your school hot dog calling life by style?
- 7:42Speaker 5: Balance?
- 7:42Speaker 4: Yeah? So I go to school and I sell hot
- 7:46Speaker 4: dogs in the night games.
- 7:48Speaker 6: Okay, that seems like an easy balance.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Actually, you know that makes sense.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Makes me more in favor of kids working.
- 8:00Speaker 6: Yeah, it's about time we got those kids back in
- 8:03Speaker 6: the work.
- 8:03Speaker 7: You know. You know I realized recently I saw on
- 8:07Speaker 7: the Temple University selling us that they hope. So that
- 8:11Speaker 7: a minute hope. Somebody texted me they want to buy
- 8:13Speaker 7: a hot dog? What was that?
- 8:15Speaker 5: Digital digital?
- 8:17Speaker 7: I seen that they send the money. I've been browing
- 8:20Speaker 7: picture and.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Do the the what what what stadium do you play at?
- 8:25Speaker 7: A good.
- 8:27Speaker 5: Rockies Colorado Rockies.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Do the Rockies know that you're selling these hot dogs
- 8:31Speaker 2: on your phone or are you sort of buying them out?
- 8:33Speaker 1: And well, this is another reason why you're a legend,
- 8:36Speaker 1: because you had another Supreme Court dealing with the idea
- 8:40Speaker 1: of an NFT hot dog and if it was allowed laugh,
- 8:46Speaker 1: they really really went with you. You are selling the
- 8:49Speaker 1: first digital hot dog. This is we don't have to
- 8:53Speaker 1: talk about with people own the idea of a.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Hot I gotta hear your digital hot dog call because.
- 9:01Speaker 7: Goodness. Okay, okay, click here for free ray bands. Just kidding,
- 9:06Speaker 7: eat your hot dog.
- 9:08Speaker 4: You know what's so wild about that is nobody wants
- 9:11Speaker 4: raybeads anymore.
- 9:13Speaker 7: I just have another one. I'm a sexy woman with
- 9:17Speaker 7: a new webcam and my boyfriend is out of town.
- 9:20Speaker 7: I'm going to do something naughty. If you want to
- 9:22Speaker 7: buy a hot.
- 9:23Speaker 6: Dog, one is so smart. Whyna Hey stop, put your
- 9:28Speaker 6: fifty comes down. Put your fifty comes.
- 9:30Speaker 5: You're going after the horny guys and gals who.
- 9:33Speaker 7: Want to dog.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Well, that's what they found out. Research has shown, and
- 9:36Speaker 1: this is really interesting for our field. There is such
- 9:38Speaker 1: a close connection to horniness and wanting a hot dog.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Sometimes you don't know if you're horny or if you're hungry.
- 9:45Speaker 2: These out solved the problem.
- 9:47Speaker 7: Did you guys read that paper that was in Scientific
- 9:49Speaker 7: American about this exact thing? The signists wrote for like
- 9:52Speaker 7: three pages saying, I didn't know if we really needed
- 9:55Speaker 7: to even do this stuff. He's pretty obvious hot dog
- 9:58Speaker 7: to horny, he's pretty under one. But dude, we did
- 10:01Speaker 7: it in the make sense.
- 10:03Speaker 6: That's I remember that line they said, hot dog door
- 10:05Speaker 6: is pretty well to.
- 10:08Speaker 7: It was that.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Crazy day for j Store.
- 10:13Speaker 7: Back to Kirshaw, I had the question for you. Yeah, people,
- 10:18Speaker 7: University has now announced they're turning hot Dog Guy into
- 10:21Speaker 7: a major college major would you go to college for
- 10:25Speaker 7: the fourth Do you think people should have to college
- 10:28Speaker 7: to do this? Yeah? Are you gonna do it in
- 10:31Speaker 7: college for it?
- 10:32Speaker 6: I guess maybe?
- 10:33Speaker 7: Ye.
- 10:35Speaker 6: Well, this is interesting, it goes Kershaw.
- 10:37Speaker 4: You think you may maybe year? I don't know, maybe, yeah.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I just want to I don't know, I don't know.
- 10:46Speaker 4: I never want to do anything that gets me far
- 10:48Speaker 4: away from the field. I love baseball, doll, you know,
- 10:55Speaker 4: I love baseball so much. I never want to do
- 10:57Speaker 4: anything that gets me away for the field for too long?
- 11:00Speaker 5: Do you want to play baseball at all? Or do
- 11:03Speaker 5: you just want to call?
- 11:04Speaker 4: But I just want to be near a baseball. I
- 11:07Speaker 4: love Kurtshaw, I love my boys. I love the Dodgers
- 11:11Speaker 4: so much I never want to leave them.
- 11:13Speaker 6: He was your favorite Dodger Kurtshaw? Besides Kershaw?
- 11:17Speaker 5: No, no, no, he doesn't have to have one.
- 11:20Speaker 6: He doesn't have to have one.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Isn't just is a very valid option and a very
- 11:26Speaker 2: ball and pick favorite Dodger?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Did you?
- 11:29Speaker 4: My second favorite is probably uh uh a Lightning McQueen.
- 11:36Speaker 6: But he's not a Dodger, No, he's a car.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Well, this is interesting that Temple University is having this
- 11:44Speaker 1: major because it's gonna finally bring up the debate, what
- 11:48Speaker 1: are we gonna do about all these hot dog classes?
- 11:50Speaker 1: You know? People you have It's like, where did you
- 11:52Speaker 1: study the new hot dog class? And I'm so happy
- 11:55Speaker 1: with Is a degree in hot dog call and and
- 11:58Speaker 1: food vending calling worth it?
- 11:59Speaker 6: You know that's gonna be a fifty thousand dollars degree?
- 12:01Speaker 6: Do you really need that?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Or are these classes enough? Are these classes scams? Are
- 12:05Speaker 1: the pyramid schemes, they're kind of glurus.
- 12:07Speaker 7: You don't know.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I don't know if you need to go to college
- 12:10Speaker 2: for it, but I definitely, you know, I came up
- 12:13Speaker 2: through Second City Dogs.
- 12:16Speaker 6: Oh, who were your teachers there?
- 12:18Speaker 5: My teachers were Johnny hot Dog, Jim three times.
- 12:24Speaker 6: Jim three times is my icon.
- 12:26Speaker 1: He's so good at.
- 12:27Speaker 4: Timing, it's crazy.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Commy buns, you got, you got pickle relish, you've got
- 12:35Speaker 2: she hot airways, hell, you've got loads deck four times.
- 12:40Speaker 4: He's too complicated to understand, you know.
- 12:43Speaker 5: And they all teach a very different style of calling.
- 12:47Speaker 5: It's almost like a religion.
- 12:50Speaker 1: So you're you're more like Second City improvt Chicago styles.
- 12:54Speaker 6: Chicago style hot dog call.
- 12:56Speaker 2: It Chicago style hot dog calling Chicago style hot dog.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Collin teaches you to go from the throat out.
- 13:03Speaker 6: It's not like these la don't bash it, don't. I
- 13:08Speaker 6: actually come from mayos Ner. I am a big male.
- 13:13Speaker 7: School.
- 13:13Speaker 6: The school.
- 13:16Speaker 1: School people say it's a little ghuruy, But I love
- 13:19Speaker 1: the inside out approach.
- 13:20Speaker 8: You knowsky, yep, So it's really of course, you can
- 13:33Speaker 8: always study at Stella Doggler.
- 13:37Speaker 6: Well, don't get me. The approach it's very different.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I mean Stella Doggler and are very different both from
- 13:43Speaker 1: Bonoslavsky originally, but they've taken it in different ways.
- 13:47Speaker 7: Love Hogg.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Know I'm only twelve, but I love reading dog.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Yeah, so mine is more of an inside out.
- 14:00Speaker 1: You want to feel the pain and you want to
- 14:01Speaker 1: you want to really like My idea is your repetition.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Repetition is key, and also connection with who you're trying
- 14:07Speaker 1: to sell. A lot of people go to a store,
- 14:10Speaker 1: go to a ballgame and just yell to the crowd,
- 14:12Speaker 1: but you got to grab the crowd. Who are those
- 14:14Speaker 1: individuals in there? You gotta connect with them with their problems,
- 14:17Speaker 1: with their things, and the hot dog is the answer.
- 14:19Speaker 7: You know.
- 14:19Speaker 1: That is my approach and I love it. You know,
- 14:21Speaker 1: people say it's a little gurui. You know Mayos No
- 14:24Speaker 1: went off the rails and all the teachers. Mayos now,
- 14:26Speaker 1: of course is retired. We've got some gurus now in
- 14:30Speaker 1: the place of him that have kind of taken over.
- 14:32Speaker 7: But you know, he's Maes. We're so good at teaching repetition,
- 14:35Speaker 7: which you think is so important for selling hot dogs,
- 14:38Speaker 7: to say the same thing over and over, but it
- 14:39Speaker 7: has to be meaningful.
- 14:41Speaker 2: And I think part of the great art of the
- 14:44Speaker 2: hot dog call is making hot dogs sound new every
- 14:47Speaker 2: time you.
- 14:48Speaker 6: Say it, and it's interesting and delicious.
- 14:51Speaker 5: It's like you're discovering.
- 14:52Speaker 2: It's like every time you say hot dog, you're discovering
- 14:55Speaker 2: that you have a hot dog in your hand, and
- 14:57Speaker 2: simultaneously you.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Want to sell it.
- 14:58Speaker 1: This is such a Chicago style. This is such a
- 15:01Speaker 1: Chicago style. Discovery of Chicago style.
- 15:05Speaker 7: And when Sumi comes in, that's me. I've been sued
- 15:08Speaker 7: sued by the government many times from my manipulative ways.
- 15:12Speaker 7: I actually I didn't come from any classical training. I
- 15:16Speaker 7: wow for the offices of Frank Azar. He's a he's
- 15:21Speaker 7: a personal injury lawyer and he's really big in Los Angeles.
- 15:27Speaker 7: And I learned a lot of what I do from
- 15:29Speaker 7: how they advertise personal injury law. So that's kind of
- 15:33Speaker 7: where they did.
- 15:35Speaker 5: They put you in the ads.
- 15:36Speaker 7: Ever, No, but I had to do a script supervisor
- 15:39Speaker 7: for the ads. It was so hard. These lawyers, when
- 15:45Speaker 7: they get on camera, they love to go off script.
- 15:48Speaker 7: They just love to They love to try new things.
- 15:51Speaker 7: When you put a personal injury lawyer in front of
- 15:53Speaker 7: a camera, it's literally like putting up off flipper in
- 15:58Speaker 7: front of a Shark's excited for them. This is really
- 16:02Speaker 7: exciting for them.
- 16:03Speaker 6: So Kersha.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I know you're young and new to the game, it's wonderful,
- 16:07Speaker 1: but you are truly I mean, you're basically like the
- 16:11Speaker 1: uh Child actor in terms of hot dogs. I mean,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you're you are a kiss me the way that you
- 16:17Speaker 1: deliver it. And I'm just wondering, did you have training?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Did you learn it yourself?
- 16:22Speaker 7: Oh?
- 16:22Speaker 4: Yeah, well, well I got into it in a weird way.
- 16:25Speaker 4: My father is a streaker.
- 16:28Speaker 6: My father, so you get it runs, so you're in
- 16:31Speaker 6: the industry kind of.
- 16:33Speaker 4: So my my father goes to Dodger games all the time,
- 16:37Speaker 4: and my father runs and gets naked, and it's really
- 16:41Speaker 4: really hard because I hate seeing my dad get arrested
- 16:45Speaker 4: time and time again.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And when he gets arrested, you you did just stay
- 16:49Speaker 2: at the games, and I get and I stay there
- 16:53Speaker 2: and some nights I sleep there.
- 16:54Speaker 4: And that's why the player is a family to me.
- 16:56Speaker 4: And that's why the stadium sometimes is a home to me.
- 17:00Speaker 6: That makes sense.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Sometimes when I see my fader run and take off
- 17:04Speaker 4: his pants, I don't want him to go. And one
- 17:07Speaker 4: day I was so tired and so exhausted, and I
- 17:09Speaker 4: saw my dad take off his shoes, and I knew
- 17:11Speaker 4: what it meant. I knew it meant I couldn't go
- 17:13Speaker 4: home that night because he was gonna go, and I
- 17:15Speaker 4: knew that meant another sleepless night. I was gonna stay
- 17:18Speaker 4: inside Dodger Stadium. So he starts going, he starts taking
- 17:21Speaker 4: off his clothes, and then I go, Dad, no, And
- 17:24Speaker 4: he starts going, and he starts running miles per hour
- 17:28Speaker 4: on the stadium and he's naked. He's naked. And then
- 17:33Speaker 4: I start running after him, and I didn't know that
- 17:36Speaker 4: I have the gift of speed, and I'm running after
- 17:39Speaker 4: my fadder, but I'm fully closed. All of a sudden,
- 17:42Speaker 4: I am not on the field, but now I'm in
- 17:45Speaker 4: the stands. I accidentally pat I accidentally hit a hot
- 17:50Speaker 4: dog man. I go through his hot dog. We'll talk
- 17:55Speaker 4: about the the what do you call it?
- 17:57Speaker 6: The the equipment equipment.
- 17:59Speaker 4: He I accidentally fall through his harness. It goes on
- 18:05Speaker 4: my neck, and suddenly I'm going up these stairs holding
- 18:08Speaker 4: the harness, and I'm running up the stairs so fast,
- 18:12Speaker 4: holding this harness so fast, and the hot dog scouts
- 18:15Speaker 4: saw me.
- 18:16Speaker 6: Ah, this hot dog scouts so fast, and I'm.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Holding all these hot dog equipment so fast. And they
- 18:23Speaker 4: scouted me and they said, you kid can run with
- 18:25Speaker 4: equipment so fast. You should sell hot dogs and you
- 18:30Speaker 4: could sell sodas, so they can put on about twenty
- 18:33Speaker 4: five pounds of equipment on my back.
- 18:35Speaker 6: You see.
- 18:35Speaker 1: No, just what I'm gonna say, I think you've got
- 18:38Speaker 1: this raw talent. I think you've got a lot of
- 18:40Speaker 1: fall that story. I absolutely followed it. It made sense
- 18:44Speaker 1: to me, you know. But the thing is, I would
- 18:46Speaker 1: watch out though, because they're gonna take advantage of of pain,
- 18:49Speaker 1: your natural talent. And you gotta deal with that trauma
- 18:52Speaker 1: before you go, before you get older, okay, because you
- 18:54Speaker 1: could go down the wrong hot dog path because once you.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Start, yeah, yeah once, if you if you, if you
- 19:00Speaker 2: don't deal with these issues early on, it can get worse.
- 19:05Speaker 5: Screw you up. I want to know, do you have
- 19:07Speaker 5: an agent looking out for you?
- 19:09Speaker 4: No, I don't.
- 19:09Speaker 7: I am.
- 19:10Speaker 4: I am unrepresented in the hot dog.
- 19:12Speaker 6: We gotta get you an agent.
- 19:14Speaker 7: You need to get you an agent.
- 19:15Speaker 4: One thing my tip is uncuffed, okay, unwrapped.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Well, I'm at w meat. If you want to, I
- 19:22Speaker 1: can set you up with a genuine I think they
- 19:24Speaker 1: would also.
- 19:25Speaker 5: Set you in general with my people. C A a
- 19:27Speaker 5: hot dog. You're a great guys. They're really good guys.
- 19:33Speaker 7: And I'm I'm at ut a hot dogs. But one
- 19:41Speaker 7: piece of advice I want to give you because I
- 19:43Speaker 7: think it's really important.
- 19:44Speaker 6: Oh the accents back, Okay, it's great, comes in and out.
- 19:49Speaker 7: It's uh, it's important to me. It's a it's a phrase,
- 19:52Speaker 7: a little bit that we all have. Uh here, Uh
- 19:56Speaker 7: as hot dog people, we say you can always add
- 19:59Speaker 7: more ketchup, but you can't take the catchup off. So
- 20:02Speaker 7: be careful with your tendencies or habits all that start.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that's because I'll tell you Dodges stadiums full
- 20:10Speaker 4: of flat figures, so many fire and he lands on
- 20:13Speaker 4: a flat of figs.
- 20:14Speaker 6: And that is the stadium. It's a shat. It's the
- 20:18Speaker 6: stadium with the most father figures per capita issues.
- 20:24Speaker 4: It's so hard to leave that place because it's got
- 20:26Speaker 4: so many fun you.
- 20:27Speaker 5: Real and imagine.
- 20:28Speaker 2: You know, they've got the big diamonds with the retired
- 20:31Speaker 2: jerseys on them, and you've got all the dads of
- 20:33Speaker 2: course taking their kids out to the ball game.
- 20:36Speaker 7: But that means the numbers are up for you. I
- 20:38Speaker 7: mean dogs love the hot dogs, and it's really important.
- 20:41Speaker 4: It's really my greatest strengths and my greatest weaknesses. And
- 20:44Speaker 4: I run so fast because I'm always cheating my daddy.
- 20:47Speaker 7: Well, I want to hear some situations, you know, I
- 20:49Speaker 7: want to throw some situations away, and you guys can
- 20:51Speaker 7: tell me, you know what you would do in this situation,
- 20:54Speaker 7: the approach, how do you sell in every single position?
- 20:57Speaker 7: So we can all throw out situations as well. But
- 20:59Speaker 7: the first tuition I want to throw out ease, you're
- 21:03Speaker 7: only selling a vegetarian dog. Oh you've been giving your
- 21:07Speaker 7: lot and you can only sell a dog that is meatless.
- 21:10Speaker 7: What would you do? Wow?
- 21:11Speaker 6: Wow's touf.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Maybe you'd have luck with that over at Dodger Stadium.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you can't do that Chicago style.
- 21:20Speaker 7: Worry, that's not gonna happen there.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Yankees is tough. It's tough at Yankee Stadium too. What
- 21:26Speaker 1: I would do is I go like this, Hey.
- 21:29Speaker 6: Veggye hot dog, Vegy, hot.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Dog, the heart gus smart hard GAU.
- 21:36Speaker 7: Want to tell you is the G is hard g
- 21:39Speaker 7: And the V begins to sound like an F a
- 21:40Speaker 7: little bit.
- 21:42Speaker 6: Oh no no, no, no, no, no no no, hot
- 21:47Speaker 6: dog collar could do.
- 21:49Speaker 7: I would not call a vegetarian hot dog that. I think.
- 21:52Speaker 6: That's say it one time for me, so I could
- 21:55Speaker 6: hear it.
- 21:56Speaker 7: Veggy hot Yeah, I hear it. I hear it. I
- 21:58Speaker 7: hear it, I hear it. I hear it.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Now I hear it. I wasn't hearing it before, and
- 22:03Speaker 5: now I knew.
- 22:04Speaker 4: I would never do that.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Why we'll put down your fiscuits. Put your biscuits. It
- 22:11Speaker 1: was an accent. It was our accents.
- 22:14Speaker 4: I would never buy mine.
- 22:16Speaker 7: Ali a vocabulary of someone from the thirties and a
- 22:19Speaker 7: tolerance of someone who was born in two thousand and.
- 22:21Speaker 4: E halven and also raising listen juice.
- 22:25Speaker 5: Yeah, she's industry.
- 22:27Speaker 6: Well what am I supposed to do? Go feed it
- 22:28Speaker 6: to the goats? A veggie hot dog.
- 22:30Speaker 7: No.
- 22:31Speaker 1: The thing is, I'm only working with the best hot
- 22:33Speaker 1: dogs there are in New York hot dog and I'm
- 22:35Speaker 1: not gonna settle for you less. So if you're gonna
- 22:37Speaker 1: bring a veggie hot dog around, you better be the
- 22:39Speaker 1: best veggie hot dog in the world. And if I
- 22:42Speaker 1: can try it, if I can taste it, then I
- 22:44Speaker 1: can sell it. If it's a good veggie hot dog,
- 22:46Speaker 1: then I know how to sell it and you know
- 22:48Speaker 1: how it is, Mabe hot dog dog, Magee hot dog.
- 22:55Speaker 6: It's good not lying. It's important for people to know that.
- 23:01Speaker 6: I tell you that's Mao's right there. That's you've gotta
- 23:04Speaker 6: be honest with yourself.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Training.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Chicago Style training will tell you that if you add
- 23:11Speaker 2: the phrase Chicago style to anything at the end, people
- 23:14Speaker 2: assume it has meat in it.
- 23:16Speaker 5: So if you say veggie hot dog Chicago Style, get
- 23:20Speaker 5: your veggie hot dog.
- 23:23Speaker 6: Chicago do again. The ghost in agony, it's really.
- 23:27Speaker 4: A thing you will call.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Then people they assume, well, okay, there must be vegetables
- 23:33Speaker 2: but also beef, and I'll eat it and then they
- 23:35Speaker 2: won't get angry until they've already given you the money.
- 23:38Speaker 2: But you know who will buy a veggie hot dog
- 23:42Speaker 2: is girls. So that's a tip that you could work with.
- 23:46Speaker 7: My question for you, let's talk a little bit more
- 23:48Speaker 7: about this sexism in your industry, Like what have you faced?
- 23:52Speaker 1: Yeah? You must, it's been an uphill climb for you.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I mean, I love your memoir. I thought it was
- 23:56Speaker 1: beautiful read.
- 23:57Speaker 4: I know it's such a good memoir. I hate that
- 23:59Speaker 4: they treat you when fairly way you can't her you
- 24:04Speaker 4: can't punch her anybody all that's gonna give her. Violet's unfair.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Don't punch at the don't you.
- 24:11Speaker 2: You gotta save your fisticuffs, Build within your community, change
- 24:15Speaker 2: attitudes on a local level.
- 24:18Speaker 5: I have experienced a lot.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Of sexism in the hot dog calling industry, and my
- 24:24Speaker 2: memoir call in All hot Dogs.
- 24:27Speaker 5: Parentheses Curlies is on sale. It on Amazon and you
- 24:34Speaker 5: could buy it.
- 24:34Speaker 6: I saw it hot topic too, great book and hot top.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Yeah, people think book at times, but outfitters and you
- 24:43Speaker 2: could buy it as a joke. Also, oh don't you
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah what no, no, no, it's okay. I have a
- 24:49Speaker 2: sense of humor. As a girl hot dog calling, you
- 24:51Speaker 2: gotta have a will of steel to get past these
- 24:55Speaker 2: boys a lot of times. The problem I was facing
- 24:57Speaker 2: early on in my career is that I I was
- 25:00Speaker 2: trying to hit a male hot dog call frequency, but
- 25:05Speaker 2: the men couldn't pick it up. So that's why I
- 25:07Speaker 2: had to find my own voice, which is of course
- 25:10Speaker 2: ghost in agony.
- 25:11Speaker 5: That they could pick up.
- 25:13Speaker 1: It changed the game. It completely changed the approach. I mean,
- 25:17Speaker 1: we've seen you are an icon, a legend. I mean
- 25:20Speaker 1: when you started calling like a ghost in agony. The
- 25:23Speaker 1: whole business model change because rather than calling for attention,
- 25:28Speaker 1: you were claiming it, and people will look in your
- 25:30Speaker 1: way to see what the heck is this.
- 25:32Speaker 5: I was leaning in, Oh you.
- 25:34Speaker 7: Were, and why I was really worried to be honest
- 25:36Speaker 7: with you. I was caught up with everyone else saying
- 25:38Speaker 7: this is a flash in the pan, this is gonna
- 25:40Speaker 7: go away, and it actually became a trend that stuck
- 25:42Speaker 7: around and actually changed the way we all act.
- 25:46Speaker 6: And it's crazy.
- 25:46Speaker 7: Sorry, I'm sorry, I did no.
- 25:48Speaker 5: And I did I thank you for your honesty.
- 25:50Speaker 2: And I don't fault any male hot dog callers for
- 25:54Speaker 2: their prejudices because I think part of the.
- 25:57Speaker 5: Hot dog is the purity that dog. Right, It's about
- 26:01Speaker 5: that dog.
- 26:03Speaker 2: And so if you're thinking about these other stuff, these
- 26:05Speaker 2: political issues, these gender issues, it can get tough because
- 26:09Speaker 2: the dog is what's important is that ultimately unites us.
- 26:13Speaker 5: And I am running for.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Mayor mayor hot dog may you hot dog? Mayor have
- 26:20Speaker 2: a hot dog please. That's why I'm not running mayor.
- 26:26Speaker 5: I just wanted to say that.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I will say the partner memoir that shook me to
- 26:31Speaker 1: the court was when the other hot dog vendors would
- 26:34Speaker 1: think that you were selling cotton candy, and they would
- 26:37Speaker 1: put cotton candy in your in your tech, in your
- 26:39Speaker 1: in your equipment in just the worst way.
- 26:42Speaker 5: And a lot of female hot dog vendors deal with that.
- 26:45Speaker 6: Wow, they get a cotton candied, they think.
- 26:49Speaker 7: In Denver, there's a big thing that we like to
- 26:51Speaker 7: do if something is wrong, where if you're treated other
- 26:55Speaker 7: people are certain way, you're acting prejudiced, they make you
- 26:58Speaker 7: walk a mile in in their bucket like so, so
- 27:02Speaker 7: if someone is being too much of a hot shot
- 27:04Speaker 7: with hot dogs, or you're selling lemon chills now for.
- 27:09Speaker 6: So, you really get to especially in Colorado midwinter.
- 27:13Speaker 7: And we stay open. The Rockies they love to they
- 27:17Speaker 7: just love the game, and so they'll play. They'll they'll
- 27:20Speaker 7: do the open call for opponents and they'll just open
- 27:22Speaker 7: it up and people will come over in the winter
- 27:24Speaker 7: and they'll play against the real team.
- 27:26Speaker 2: It's wild that any ordinary bozo from Denver can walk
- 27:31Speaker 2: on it and play against the Rocket.
- 27:34Speaker 7: And more and more people go to those games in
- 27:36Speaker 7: the professional games because those games are fucked up. They're
- 27:39Speaker 7: fucking crazy weird, so you have to go to them, honestly.
- 27:42Speaker 7: But that's why we're selling. We're selling hot dogs, hulling
- 27:44Speaker 7: lemon chills for them.
- 27:47Speaker 4: To ask you for conking?
- 27:48Speaker 7: He want.
- 27:49Speaker 4: Someone came out to me and asked me and asked
- 27:51Speaker 4: me for what's it called with? Someone sucks on one
- 27:54Speaker 4: of those things?
- 27:55Speaker 5: Oh, pacifier?
- 27:56Speaker 4: Someone asked me for a pacify?
- 27:59Speaker 6: Lose it? What happened?
- 28:01Speaker 4: It was like an offensive thing. They said, you sell
- 28:03Speaker 4: hot dogs? Are you also selling pacifiers?
- 28:06Speaker 5: I hate that that happened to you. That's why you
- 28:08Speaker 5: need to be protected this industry.
- 28:10Speaker 6: You need to get some people on your team. You
- 28:13Speaker 6: need to get some people on your team.
- 28:14Speaker 7: Mane, do you know how many more games you have
- 28:16Speaker 7: to do to become part of the union.
- 28:18Speaker 4: Oh I'm eligible?
- 28:20Speaker 7: You are? Yeah? Why haven't you signed up the dudes yet?
- 28:24Speaker 6: The dudes are crazy? The dogs and dudes, the dudes,
- 28:30Speaker 6: the duds.
- 28:30Speaker 7: It's a lot of money.
- 28:31Speaker 6: I remember that for me.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Can we talk about something that you know has been
- 28:35Speaker 1: on my mind recently as I grow oled in this
- 28:37Speaker 1: industry and see how much has changed.
- 28:39Speaker 6: You know, I'm kind of an old geezer.
- 28:42Speaker 7: I'm not.
- 28:42Speaker 6: I'm a purist. I like a clean hot dog.
- 28:45Speaker 1: What are your feelings on the Glizzy what are your
- 28:48Speaker 1: feelings on the hot dogs? Are bacon glizzy hot dogs
- 28:52Speaker 1: surrounded in bacon, you know, because this is a new trend.
- 28:56Speaker 1: These young TikTok gen zas love the bacon rapp hot dog,
- 29:00Speaker 1: and it's just not for me.
- 29:02Speaker 7: You know.
- 29:02Speaker 1: It feels like it destroys the art, it destroys the
- 29:06Speaker 1: purity of a hot dog. I can't be like bacon
- 29:08Speaker 1: rap hot dog. It sounds like I'm ad at some
- 29:10Speaker 1: sort of wedding.
- 29:11Speaker 6: You know, it does sound like you say that when you.
- 29:15Speaker 4: When you say baky rap hot dog. All I hear
- 29:17Speaker 4: is here comes a bride.
- 29:20Speaker 5: All I hear is done, And it frankly confuses my peace.
- 29:25Speaker 4: I sed breeze.
- 29:26Speaker 6: What I hear is a song Shout, which is a
- 29:30Speaker 6: classic wedding song, one.
- 29:31Speaker 5: Of your favorite hot dog songs.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Let's talk about it.
- 29:35Speaker 5: Mine is Mine is uh uh yeah you really got me?
- 29:41Speaker 5: Now got me so on the water?
- 29:44Speaker 6: What a great hot dog dog just for you? Yeah?
- 29:48Speaker 6: That is that song? A hot dog song.
- 29:50Speaker 5: You can't put a word on you. It's just a feeling.
- 29:55Speaker 5: That song is hot dog.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Agree to God teachers, how to has a hot Dog?
- 30:00Speaker 4: And it's a playlist of songs that you can't figure
- 30:03Speaker 4: out why, But it's a hot dog song.
- 30:05Speaker 7: Yeah, my favorite husband song.
- 30:07Speaker 4: So it's a hot dog song. Misery business, it's a
- 30:13Speaker 4: hot dog song.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, Maybe in LA, that's a hot dog song.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Where I'm from, it's New York. Alicia Keys and jay
- 30:21Speaker 1: Z is my hot dog song.
- 30:24Speaker 5: You can't buy more hot dogs when a hot dog style.
- 30:27Speaker 6: Song is plays. Absolutely absolutely.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Now I want to talk about everybody's big break, because
- 30:34Speaker 2: how did you finally get noticed by the ball club
- 30:38Speaker 2: that you currently work for?
- 30:40Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 30:40Speaker 4: I talked about when I got noticed by the scouts.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Will you guys notice by the scouts?
- 30:43Speaker 6: I was in the minor leagues for a long time.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I mean I was like doing a funnel, cakes and
- 30:49Speaker 1: and different things in triple A Double A baseball. What
- 30:53Speaker 1: happened though, It was a big, big day for me
- 30:55Speaker 1: and kind of set me up. I mean, my record
- 30:57Speaker 1: was good. I was I was hot dogging four point
- 31:01Speaker 1: four to two, you know, point four two. Oh that's
- 31:03Speaker 1: out of one hundred hot dogs?
- 31:05Speaker 6: How many do you sell?
- 31:06Speaker 1: And I'm selling, you know, out of one hundred people,
- 31:08Speaker 1: I asked, I'm selling forty two hot dogs.
- 31:10Speaker 6: That ain't bad? I mean it's a it's a hot
- 31:12Speaker 6: dog average, so my hot dog bad.
- 31:15Speaker 5: Anything anything over three hundred is incredible.
- 31:20Speaker 1: And then it was one day where I hit a
- 31:22Speaker 1: grand slam hot dog at a Triple A game. A
- 31:25Speaker 1: grand slam hot dog is when you have four people
- 31:27Speaker 1: that don't want to buy a hot dog and you
- 31:29Speaker 1: managed to convince them to buy four different and four
- 31:33Speaker 1: different different sections.
- 31:36Speaker 6: An slam.
- 31:37Speaker 4: A mini slam is within someone by the hot dog
- 31:38Speaker 4: bagg of chips Minnesota.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Yeah, if you can get the combo, If you can
- 31:42Speaker 1: get the combo, they noticed that. They noticed that for
- 31:44Speaker 1: you youngins in the field.
- 31:45Speaker 4: There's so many mini slams they recognized it as a
- 31:48Speaker 4: grand slam.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Oh wow, they've they've counted it towards the grand Slam came.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's probably with the statistics, but it's interesting.
- 31:56Speaker 4: Game change change, currency change, times change.
- 32:00Speaker 1: So yeah, I was on the San Diego Twister's Triple
- 32:02Speaker 1: A team and then I jumped up and now I'm
- 32:04Speaker 1: in the New York Yankees and proud to be a
- 32:06Speaker 1: New York Yankee guy.
- 32:07Speaker 5: Wow wow. So the Yankee scout you at an away.
- 32:10Speaker 6: Game, or Yankee scouted me at an away game? Well,
- 32:13Speaker 6: the twist.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Oh wait, they wouldn't play, no, no, no, they just happened.
- 32:17Speaker 1: They were at the Anaheim Stadium and a couple of
- 32:19Speaker 1: the Yankees said, I've never been to the San Diego
- 32:22Speaker 1: we go check it out. And so that's where I
- 32:24Speaker 1: got seen. They're always looking for good callers though. Uh,
- 32:27Speaker 1: and that's when I was signed too. You know, there's
- 32:29Speaker 1: it's all this litigation. It's it's both a combination of
- 32:31Speaker 1: being scouted. Yeah, it's both a combination of being scouted
- 32:35Speaker 1: and also having good reps to put you up. You know.
- 32:38Speaker 1: So I had a I was auditioning and auditioning and
- 32:41Speaker 1: auditioning all over the place for new hot dog jobs
- 32:45Speaker 1: and finally you hit a grand Slam.
- 32:47Speaker 6: You're in with the Yankees' day.
- 32:49Speaker 7: Sometimes it's romantic like that. For me, it was a
- 32:52Speaker 7: lot much more of like I was a hole to
- 32:56Speaker 7: feel like. I was working for Frank Azar in Los
- 32:59Speaker 7: Angeles doing really good stuff for the commercials and stuff,
- 33:02Speaker 7: and then they invited us because we would get a
- 33:04Speaker 7: box there because we were the official lawyers of the Dodgers,
- 33:09Speaker 7: and we were there.
- 33:10Speaker 6: Wow, the accidental he official.
- 33:15Speaker 7: Lawyer, the spot injury. He did it and he was awesome.
- 33:19Speaker 7: And we were there in the field. We're in the box,
- 33:21Speaker 7: and and and and somebody sold the hot dog. Uh,
- 33:25Speaker 7: it was crazy. I don't know. You might know this guy,
- 33:28Speaker 7: but sid Wallet do you know see Wallet? He might
- 33:31Speaker 7: still work there. I don't know. This was in Dodger
- 33:34Speaker 7: Stadium and what department he was selling hot dogs? Oh?
- 33:38Speaker 4: Is here?
- 33:39Speaker 7: Oh?
- 33:40Speaker 4: Does he give me big hugs?
- 33:42Speaker 7: I wouldn't know that when I would say is he
- 33:46Speaker 7: has he has bigger eyes than he does muscles. So
- 33:50Speaker 7: what happened was we were in the box he was
- 33:52Speaker 7: selling on a lower section on yeah, and he somebody
- 33:56Speaker 7: on opposite tried to buy a hot dog from him.
- 33:59Speaker 7: They threw coins down. He said, oh, here you go,
- 34:01Speaker 7: I'll throw the hot tug up and he started throwing
- 34:03Speaker 7: the hot dog. He got stuck in the box, was
- 34:06Speaker 7: stuck in where we were. I caught it and I said, oh,
- 34:09Speaker 7: this was not going to go that far. And then
- 34:11Speaker 7: the person on the top was like, I didn't want
- 34:13Speaker 7: it anymore. I don't like what was wrong? And I
- 34:15Speaker 7: was like, no, you have to buy it, you have to,
- 34:18Speaker 7: you have to. And then I actually convinced him to
- 34:21Speaker 7: continue to buy it.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Oh yeah, sim Wallach. Sim Wallach took me to Halloween
- 34:26Speaker 4: parties this year.
- 34:28Speaker 6: Okay, watch out for him. We gotta get you some presentation.
- 34:34Speaker 4: Who did he dress up as one of the characters
- 34:37Speaker 4: for the White Lotus?
- 34:38Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a little adult show, a whitch character.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Also hard to recognize it, very naturalistic cost unless it's Porsche.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Unless it's Porsche. Was he Porsche?
- 34:52Speaker 4: We did a joint character?
- 34:53Speaker 7: Who are you? You did joint? You didn't do couples.
- 34:57Speaker 7: You played two halves at Jennifer Coolidge.
- 35:01Speaker 1: That's very funny, a very funny, cars funny, but I
- 35:05Speaker 1: still stay away from him. That's an amazing, remarkable story.
- 35:08Speaker 1: You kind of got discovered.
- 35:09Speaker 7: Yeah, so I said, well, I really don't want to
- 35:11Speaker 7: do this. I have this other job. And then Frank
- 35:13Speaker 7: Cars said, listen, we're actually gonna let you go. We
- 35:15Speaker 7: don't really need script supervisors for this. This was a
- 35:18Speaker 7: good bye gift, like this game was a good bye gift.
- 35:21Speaker 7: And I said, wow, that's crazy. So then we started
- 35:23Speaker 7: talking and they didn't have a spot for me in
- 35:26Speaker 7: Los Angeles, but they looked around and I said we
- 35:29Speaker 7: could use you and and we could you know, let's
- 35:31Speaker 7: fly you at to Denver. So I got a signing
- 35:33Speaker 7: bonus and they flew me off to Denver.
- 35:35Speaker 6: That's how big was your What was your signing bonus?
- 35:37Speaker 7: My signing bonus was all of the relish acuity, the
- 35:43Speaker 7: right relish.
- 35:43Speaker 5: That's a good topic for it to be.
- 35:45Speaker 7: Yeah, Ranch, No, I mean I wasn't in the union yet. Different.
- 35:50Speaker 7: I wouldn't negotiated. If I knew I could get RANCH,
- 35:52Speaker 7: I would have negotiated.
- 35:54Speaker 5: And they don't tell you that they gave me ketchup.
- 35:56Speaker 5: I didn't know any better. I ate it all up.
- 35:58Speaker 7: Always ask for ranch in my in my negotiation.
- 36:02Speaker 5: Put it in your rider.
- 36:03Speaker 6: It's for yourself, miss Beef. What about you?
- 36:08Speaker 2: Well, you know, I had kind of a bit of
- 36:10Speaker 2: a rough ride in the beginning. I was, like you,
- 36:14Speaker 2: auditioning everywhere. I went to the Reds, I went to
- 36:17Speaker 2: the White Sox. I went to uh uh uh, the
- 36:21Speaker 2: the well back then they call it the Indians. Now
- 36:23Speaker 2: they call it something else. God, I don't remember what
- 36:26Speaker 2: the what they're called now.
- 36:28Speaker 7: Uh.
- 36:28Speaker 5: I went to UH, I went up to the Mets,
- 36:31Speaker 5: I went uh. I went down to the h the
- 36:33Speaker 5: Tampa Bay Rays. And that's when I really I was
- 36:38Speaker 5: not in a good place.
- 36:39Speaker 6: What was the signs, what were the copy like for
- 36:40Speaker 6: these auditions?
- 36:41Speaker 1: For you?
- 36:42Speaker 2: Well, the coffee was hot dog, Get your hot dogs now.
- 36:48Speaker 5: It wasn't here.
- 36:51Speaker 4: I wonder if they to you because you're a woman.
- 36:53Speaker 4: Why Yeah?
- 36:55Speaker 2: And they and you know what, and they maybe did.
- 36:57Speaker 2: And part of that was I could tell I was
- 36:59Speaker 2: being treated. And at the same time I was abusing
- 37:03Speaker 2: hot dogs. You never want to drink your own supply.
- 37:06Speaker 2: But I was addition, see, and so I felt permanently
- 37:10Speaker 2: crazy because I was I was eating so many nitrates
- 37:14Speaker 2: from the beef that I was going a little insane.
- 37:16Speaker 2: And so when I auditioned for the Tampa Bay Rays
- 37:19Speaker 2: and I said, hot dogs, get your hot dogs now.
- 37:22Speaker 5: That's how I was calling him back then, hot dogs,
- 37:24Speaker 5: get your hot dogs now. And I could tell they
- 37:27Speaker 5: were laughing at me. Wow, I could tell they were laughing.
- 37:30Speaker 5: And I went off the handle.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I started tossing packets at these guys like there was
- 37:36Speaker 2: no tomorrow. I called them every name in the book.
- 37:40Speaker 2: I was so pissed off, and so I walked away.
- 37:44Speaker 2: I walked away for a while and then I thought,
- 37:47Speaker 2: you know what, I just I just gotta get my
- 37:51Speaker 2: emotions out. So I went to my niece's softball game,
- 37:56Speaker 2: and I started selling hot dogs to the parrots. And
- 38:00Speaker 2: who do you know was sitting in the shan John
- 38:04Speaker 2: Wriggly of wrig Field Cubbies.
- 38:08Speaker 4: Wow, John, you walked away. That's the strongest thing you
- 38:14Speaker 4: could do. I tell my dad all the time when
- 38:17Speaker 4: he takes off his clothes, they say, you could walk away, You.
- 38:20Speaker 6: Could walk away.
- 38:21Speaker 2: I know.
- 38:23Speaker 1: It's a devaitaing, devastating story, but you're also kind of
- 38:26Speaker 1: a Nepo baby. I mean, you were born in the
- 38:28Speaker 1: Nepo hot dog baby. You were born in the stadium,
- 38:30Speaker 1: kind of raised in it. It's it's a it's a
- 38:33Speaker 1: rags to riches kind of beautiful story.
- 38:34Speaker 4: It's a little unfair. I think that's a little unfair
- 38:38Speaker 4: for you to say.
- 38:39Speaker 6: All right, I'm sorry.
- 38:41Speaker 4: I just think it's been really hard for me. People
- 38:45Speaker 4: people hated me at Dodger Stadium for a while. I
- 38:48Speaker 4: was here with that guy and I and I and
- 38:50Speaker 4: I reclaimed my name and I reclaimed who I was
- 38:53Speaker 4: using my my my my strength.
- 38:55Speaker 1: This is exactly what they said about mod Apatow. I'm
- 38:58Speaker 1: just gonna say that that's exactly what they.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Say she's gonna put as a raw talent, and she's
- 39:02Speaker 2: gonna prove every butter.
- 39:04Speaker 4: And so am I Can I ask everybody a question?
- 39:07Speaker 6: Yeah? Go ahead.
- 39:08Speaker 4: What do you guys eat for dinner?
- 39:09Speaker 7: Oh?
- 39:10Speaker 6: Peanuts probably mostly, Yeah, mostly peanuts.
- 39:13Speaker 4: What do you guys see when you're not working? Should?
- 39:20Speaker 6: Yeah? Peanuts, show the peanuts?
- 39:23Speaker 7: Of course, peanuts?
- 39:24Speaker 2: Have you guys cracker jacks sometimes on a special day,
- 39:28Speaker 2: but dessert, cracker jack sometimes.
- 39:29Speaker 4: I put peanuts on a bond.
- 39:31Speaker 7: That I was going to say, you could if you
- 39:33Speaker 7: put peanuts on a bond and you push him down,
- 39:35Speaker 7: you can make butter out of peanuts.
- 39:37Speaker 6: Wow. Really, have you heard of peanut butter?
- 39:40Speaker 5: I read it at the store.
- 39:43Speaker 4: No, yes, at the store.
- 39:46Speaker 5: Go to the store, buy some peanut butter. It'll blow
- 39:49Speaker 5: your mind.
- 39:50Speaker 7: That sounds so much easier.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Should we do a fun little thing to close out?
- 39:56Speaker 6: Yeah, let's do it. What's your fun little thing to
- 39:59Speaker 6: close out?
- 39:59Speaker 4: What if you did a call, A wild call, a call,
- 40:04Speaker 4: a call that you would do only.
- 40:05Speaker 1: In your dreams, A call that shows the soul, A
- 40:10Speaker 1: legendary call that shows the soul, and call in our
- 40:12Speaker 1: heart that.
- 40:13Speaker 2: We've been afraid because of ridicule and because of what
- 40:17Speaker 2: the industry wants from us.
- 40:19Speaker 7: Everyone has a secret call.
- 40:21Speaker 1: You're too young to know about the secret calls. It's
- 40:24Speaker 1: a very well. The thing is, you also joined the
- 40:27Speaker 1: pa I heard about it. You joined the union, you
- 40:29Speaker 1: joined the pact. You have to sell your soul to
- 40:31Speaker 1: hot dogs.
- 40:31Speaker 4: Sid Waler told me about it midnight Halloween party about.
- 40:39Speaker 6: He told you about the freemos.
- 40:41Speaker 4: We're gonna go as both as both prostitutes from White
- 40:44Speaker 4: LOADUS season two.
- 40:45Speaker 7: You shouldn't stop hang out with this guy a much
- 40:49Speaker 7: much much glay costume.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Okay, why don't we all do a call of the soul?
- 40:56Speaker 2: Well, this is the call I've always wanted to do
- 41:00Speaker 2: if we lived in a matriarchy.
- 41:03Speaker 5: This is how I call for hot dogs. Hot dogs.
- 41:08Speaker 2: Oh my god, get your hot dogs here, hot dogs,
- 41:15Speaker 2: Get your hot dogs here.
- 41:17Speaker 5: And now, come on, ladies, get your hot dogs. Get
- 41:22Speaker 5: you a little hot dog.
- 41:23Speaker 7: Now.
- 41:24Speaker 6: I honestly did not know you had that in you.
- 41:27Speaker 6: Why that was a big secret.
- 41:29Speaker 5: And that's not how I do think because and nobody
- 41:32Speaker 5: is ready for it.
- 41:34Speaker 6: I am blushing.
- 41:38Speaker 4: I'm not holding any hot dogs.
- 41:41Speaker 7: No, No, you're a kid. You're a kid.
- 41:43Speaker 6: You're a kid.
- 41:45Speaker 5: I want to know what's hidden in your hearts.
- 41:49Speaker 7: It's how we're what should call the soul.
- 41:53Speaker 1: My hot dog collar. This soul is very guarded in
- 41:58Speaker 1: something may kind of beat up.
- 42:00Speaker 7: You know.
- 42:02Speaker 1: There was a call that was doing right at the
- 42:04Speaker 1: beginning and he didn't like it a lot. So, uh,
- 42:08Speaker 1: maybe that's what it would be, you know, maybe maybe
- 42:10Speaker 1: it would be a little bit more like this.
- 42:15Speaker 6: Hot dog.
- 42:15Speaker 5: Huh, Like that's a question.
- 42:20Speaker 1: You want a hot dog? Huh, Well, why don't you
- 42:23Speaker 1: come get a hot dog? Huh, hot dog, Get your
- 42:32Speaker 1: hot dog, Get your hot dog.
- 42:36Speaker 7: Yeah, thank you.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 42:40Speaker 5: Now that's the difference between theatrical and filmed.
- 42:44Speaker 4: So that one gave me a bonus two.
- 42:47Speaker 6: Which is completely normal.
- 42:51Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, you're twelve.
- 42:53Speaker 5: You're not that you're twelve.
- 42:55Speaker 4: All right, I'm gonna try it now.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Okay, this is crazy, crazy that you already have a
- 42:59Speaker 1: secret hot dog.

- 44:03Speaker 7: what they have. So this is what I would do.
